Summary
On October 22, 2014, Mark Koernke and Joe McNeil hosted a morning episode of The Intelligence Report covering weapons testing, long-range rifle accuracy, and constitutional self-defense principles. The hosts discussed troubleshooting a Mosin-Nagant rifle's accuracy at extended ranges, examining factors like barrel crown wear and ammunition variants. The second half shifted to philosophical and tactical discussions about natural rights, self-defense obligations, and preparedness, with commentary on government overreach, police militarization, and the importance of armed resistance. The show included a fundraising appeal for $500 daily through month-end to support the Micro Effect broadcast network.

And I'm Joe McNeil. May have Don Betcher with us eventually here. Well, we do have Bill from Texas online. I'll tell you what, well, you're listening to us on... Oh, Mic Perfect Network in the morning, liberty3radio.4mg.com, idiot, premiumtalkradio.com, and we're on a microwave and micro station, CB Bay station, alternate Hallmark, Golden Spike technologies, east and west of the Pacific, along with Alaska. North, southwest, east and northeast. Well I'll tell you what guys, it is Weapon Wednesday. Joe, the date today real quick? Yes, the 22nd I do believe. And that's 22 October 2014 and we got Bill from Texas. Jump in there sir, please. Well good morning guys. A friend of mine has a Mohsen-McDot. One with the longer barrel. And he just gets a nice clean hole and everything's fine. And he says that 600 yards that the bullet is 10. If you had any 10-bit help him out. Well it's tumbling a little bit. On the other hand if it's hitting 500 yards and cutting paper I don't know what you can do to change that because the first thing I'd be looking at as we've mentioned before is the crown. That's what I call them. Yeah what you get is you've got a little if you look on the crown he may have wear or he might have a tick of some kind but if he's hitting you know if he's engaging a target at 500 yards and he's getting a consistent, you know, pop onto the target. That's pretty darn good and usually doesn't indicate an extreme variance. In other words, if you stand on paper at 500 and another hundred yards out he's starting to see a little bit of a wobble, I almost live with that one. I mean, I can't, I don't know what I can do to tighten it up except back set the, you know, we've talked about this before. take it to somebody tell me you want the crown back set. They don't have to completely repolish the end of the barrel. What they do is they into the barrel and this means that there's uniform release from the lands and grooves. Then there's no wear, roundness, it's very concise cut and that minimizes whatever influence there might be. It could be just experiment also with other rounds because remember a lot of guys have been buying the 7.62x54 bullets out there but there's everything from a 140 grain to 150 54 grain, 157 grain, even 180's out there. So what he needs to do is double check to see what, you know, is he using a Romanian load, is he using a Bulgarian? Switch out to one of the others and cut the same, you know, in other words, do five rounds with one, check the paper at five and 600, then do five rounds with the other, and you know, bag it, put it on the range, sandbag it, test it. But it's doing pretty good, if it's iron-siting and doing 500 yards and it's got the target where you want. It's as likely as not bullet variant two on top of everything else because it could be a lighter bullet or you know I doubt a heavier bullet It's typically a lighter bullet where you'll see this happen So that may be the issue because there were light ball rounds, you know that have been produced by pretty much everybody And those light ball rounds will perform differently at you know specific ranges and during depending on the gun too So the avo I looked at was from the 70s and had the paper wrapping three maybe I told him to look that up. Yeah, and the other thing there again, if it's uniformly cutting paper at 500, that's pretty nice for an old iron bolt, you know, steel rifle made, you know, about 80 years ago, 60 years ago, depending on what it was made. That's pretty decent out of the box. The fact that it can reach farther is true. It's just that you might get a wobble, a slapper when she's out farther, but that's pretty nasty too, you know what I mean? Well, I looked up the specs of the ammo. It talked about it being good for 900 feet. Right, which is about 900 yards. Yeah. Yeah, what he needs to do is also, one of the tricks we did to make it a little easier to interpret if you've got enough, a deep enough target range and you've got a private area, 50 gallon plastic barrels. And you can either fill them with water or fill them with sand. That gives you a place for the bullet to rest. The water's not going to stop at all, typically it may have the greater range. But, The important thing is that you've got a point of impact that's easily referenced. That's one of the most important things. And again, the idea is that you can identify if it's a near miss. Let's say you're trying to keep it within a chest-sized circle or a silhouette. They're all kind of healthy. Give you a little leeway there so you can identify. If we're doing a test, I'll wrap it with white printer paper. We get big sheets of 45 by 55 paper that scrap. and we'll take that around the whole of the barrel or around the target area if we use board if you do a 4x8 sheet of plywood. That way you can confirm a hit if it's off of the center of mass or the primary target and then start to adjust your fire. If you see a consistent stray up, down, left, right, you know it's kind of random, then the first thing you start to look at is the crown because that's typically the case. Now again, when we test guns at long range like this, you want to make sure that you bag the gun or rest the gun, guys. There's all kinds of different solutions. Take a look at YouTube, I'll show you what I'm talking about. It's hard to do it on the radio here. He put a tripod on it. He's stable enough. That should be good. Yeah, folding tripod on the front. Oh yeah. Well then just again, get it on the table, rest it, and start to experiment. If you look for some of the standard or heavy ball, if he hasn't already bought that, probably, like I said, I would be willing to bet that's light ball. And it could be from any number of different manufacturers, because the light ball, like you said, if it's paper wrapped, it could have come from Romania, Bulgaria, Hungary, there's even some East German out there, not as much as there used to be, but there was some East German years ago, and the light ball has a particular niche. but it again was a solution for production that they came up with. Now with squad guns they don't care. See the other thing about this? A bullet tumbling into a target at 600, 700, 800 yards. A squad gun like a PK or whatever, a belt fed gun is supposed to have a cone of destruction. So they expected it's supposed to be a little sloppy. So it literally is like a 30 caliber shotgun pattern when it gets to the impact area. If I'm remembering... If I remember correctly, there's a website called 7-6-2-4.net. The animal markings. She wants to look it up. There's a couple of sites, but that one seems to me to be the most up to date. Oh, it has everything about the rifle. Yeah. Alright, well, I don't like talking when I'm driving, so... Well, thank you for the question. We're going to do a little bit more work on that. We'll find out what we can. Big three go. Good morning, Don. Good morning. and welcome to the program. Ouch. Yeah, I'm not bragging. It's just it's shaping up to be a very nice day. Just enough time to get those plants in the rest of the way. I'll be in the sun room and they'll be safe. If I don't, then they'll not be happy. Hey, you know, it is a weapons Wednesday. And I did bring up the 22nd day of Akpo. And we're still here. We're still in the fight. You guys, I came across an example of still in the fight that I want to bring you because this is astounding. So under Napoleon, he wanted to kind of carve up the British Empire, you know. that was to search right over into, you have to understand that in the timeframe of the American Revolution, you know, the war for independence, Britain was also India, wasn't it? But again, you guys, think about this for a minute, because the mouth of the Nile region is just this one, the supreme example of still, so forgive me for leaving out, but I'll go to text at the moment, you guys, but listen to this, really recent times, when prepared, there are many disciplines named, but out of all, written self-prop, He might put me in that barrel so I can advance up my life. I have hold do something stupid. You hurt the describe explain to people about spirit tube guys But the idea is that you fighting you fighting you fighting the rule that you know They try to condition everybody with Hollywood that oh, it's not no guys you you know There's a basic rule, but it's just like if somebody tries to take somebody hostage amongst us Here's how it works. I gave I told Nancy years ago shoot through me. I mean preferably don't But if somebody grabs me and says, no whoever's willing to do that is going to kill you. And right now there's only one casualty, maybe, and that's me. By the way, I'm going to do everything I can to get the hell out of your way. Once we put them down, I'm a person. We'll do first aid on whoever it is that gets us friendly. Virtually, you've been thought of as going to do something like that to me and mine. That's the attitude you better express across the board. They're all puffed up on the other side how they're going to come into our country or they're going to take in these black uniforms and terrorize America, blah blah blah blah. Well there's a point, there's a tipping point where the last thing you're gonna hear is just that crack of that 762 Nagat from about 500 yards away. They might hear it, it might catch up with them just as they realize there's a hole somewhere. And then, that's what the Van S Corps to save Amn-Gats, ammunition. Hey, I can use that as a real fan. You guys, many times we'll talk about air tactics really don't change. Let's go to a naval battle. Remember the destruction the destruction of the Spanish Armada. I don't know how that came up. Let's talk about that further. Then they would fight it out. Mostly the accepted me, let's see, or here at sea. With that in mind, me and the Navy, you know, and Navy, then the Navy for the other guys. Right. It's hardly a ship grapple that campaign. You know, his power. They didn't have ropes long enough to throw a grapple over to that English ship to pull it here. But put it many times and even Sun Sun original just that he's never seen before. Here's another tactic of that. I'll be quiet. The aspects of what we're talking about here again. Range, OC guys. Something that we've pointed out. 500 misses do not constitute a hit. The first rule. It's like we've tried to explain. How do you bring people who have never the opportunity to engage a target. What do you do to teach them to bring them into an engagement pod or something? How do you get them to do it? Well, I do like the drones. I really do. We have drone-a-toys out there in force. Initially, or at least you know a wave of them. They won't last long. You know the hardest thing is get people to shoot things. They shoot them because you really get, even if you're not finished, you're supposed to be trying to fight to save your life. Well getting everybody conditioned to the drone-a-toids, you know blah blah blah blah blah. A great way to get everybody, you know step everybody up to the program. Once they've shot drone-a-toids and you explain that boy those are killing machines. They don't like you and they were trying to get rid of you. Now aren't you pissed at the guy who was operating them? There you go. Oh yeah. Now let's go find the guy who was operating him. Let's do the same thing to him that we just did to the Dronatoids. It's a lot easier to teach people to do that now. Or that the drone... Oh, wouldn't you like to find the guy that ordered that machine to do that? Time to terminate him. Change his piloting there. Well, he... That's where we'll find him dead. That's the problem with the bad guys. No matter what, if we turn around and focus and make the battlefield ours... And you need to be thinking in advance of how you're going to have to get people focused to do the mission. Hitting a target, or being willing to be... It was an issue that was addressed in World War II. Americans really don't want to go out and have to kill people. Most everybody has that attitude. That could be something that of course in the cycle battle crew turns around and goes, oh my god, they're conditioning people to fight! Well, to save your life, to keep yourself alive. In general, there are, you know, there's a whole bunch of variations on the theme of incompetence with regard to that. The problem is, and I don't have a problem with a person saying, I can't do that and I would never, what about if they're doing this to somebody you like? Would you put somebody like, then that's, you know, you know, they had these questionnaires years ago. What if it's somebody that you liked or maybe you loved or what if they went after your wife? Well, there's a lot of people who argue, I just couldn't do that. I'm just so passive and, well, there's a, The other half of what makes up the population of this planet, I won't say even half, there are creatures who are just wicked. They're evil. They either go in criminal combines or they get into government and they join criminal combines. Did I say that? Right now, we're at a cyclic point in which if they weren't in a cop uniform, in many cases, they would be in a criminal combine. And by the way, they don't really pester the criminal combines too much that are on the other side. They don't like you, listen, if they've been told this is where you have to, again, get people conditioned out of the idea that's like Henry was saying in the last hour. You know the idea about asking permission or about how somehow we have to wait for a thorough tie. Well, see, that's all the conditioning and stupidity that's developed over the last several decades. Like when the corporate slash the socialist, the corporate socialist got into play. And everybody goes, oh no, it's corporates, they're separate, not the socials, no, they're all socialism, corporatism, monarchism, all the same guys, they're all monopolists. They all play the same scam. And we're supposed to be the fodder for that. Well, there are points in time in which we have to flush the system, clean the system out, get rid of the problem, and get back to doing things right. But we have to be willing to be generalists, and that means, and that doesn't mean general of the army, what I'm talking about is that we have to be skilled in many levels, in many areas. Americans, that's what made us strong, guys. Well, that includes defending yourself. Defending yourself is not a bad thing, just a reverse. Not defending yourself needs to be looked down upon. I don't even respect for a person who's not going to defend themselves. None, period. Well, they're so high, and I just know they're not. They're idiots. They're a malfeaser. They're malfunctioning. There is something wrong with them. Now, let me give you an example. Well, of course, now there are the hypocrites, all the anti-gun people being popped with guns. right now why because they don't it's not that they believe in gun control they just want you disarm because they perceive you as an enemy and then they will have their little pocket pistol like Alex Guinness was talking about in dr. Chavago where that little kosher commissar used his pistol to kill better men than him and he was shooting people in the back of the head all over the place and they were so proud of that because they had guns flash the other side didn't know that works And that's exactly what you're finding with all these skanks that are popping up, like in Ferguson. You have this one character who is a state senator. The dweeb of course is anti-gun, trying to pass all the anti-gun bills possible, but lo and behold Ferguson, who the funk at? So we're at the point where again, we have to make a choice, but it's also unnatural. One thing about the founding fathers is they're arguing about nature's law, you know, and nature's God. You know, you see that term used there. Now some people, oh, it's a cult. No, it's not a cult. It is the God of nature, right? The God of all things. And what they were referring to is logic. In every aspect of the ecosystem of this planet, everything defends itself. Everything. I don't care what it is. From the amoeba, you've got on the planet predator or prey. A baby rattlesnake has plenty of poison. That's right. But in addition to that, every animal has the ability to fight or flight, but all animals have a claw, a hook, obligation to defend their lives. It's called instinct. They have a right to it. Now, this is where then how we got to the issue of natural rights. Franklin described it, many describe it, no matter how big or small the animal. A rabbit has teeth and will bite. Also has the ability to run like hell if need be. Oh, and it will claw, it will eviscerate that if it has half a chance with its claws on its back and front as it's rolled over, as it's dying. It's spur and claw, which is designed again if at all possible to save it. Every animal, every creature has a right to natural defense. And that's why again I am totally disgusted with especially these hypocrites who say, oh I'm into nature, I'm into the universe. The universe is a battlefield. Some are more aggressive than others. Some just simply do pass, you know, again, try to passively move through this lifespan, even perform and get along. Even bugs. That's right. And they all either get eaten or they eat or they do both because energy is still applied no matter what. Well, the idea is not to be eaten. And we know who our friends know, who our foes are. We're at the bottom, gentlemen. Get ready to apply. Yeah, we're going to break down. Can you remember for night vision, please? Hey, it's two, three, one, seven, nine, six, eight, four. 5-8. When we come back a little more on this thought line from the real world, but hey, the real world includes the micro effect, doesn't it? Hooray! My mom always said life was like a box of chocolates. Welcome back folks down here at the bottom of the third hour you're listening to the morning intel report of course I'm Jill McNeil here with Mark Kornke and Donald Betcher. Add your listing, of course, to the Micro Effect Radio Broadcast Network. And from now to the end of the month, my friends, we're doing what is necessary to stay alive, survival. And what we're trying to do is to try to raise $500 a day from now to the end of the month. It can be done. This is not a random number we just pulled out of our hat. This is the real deal. And right now we are at $100. That was $225 donations and $150 donations. And folks, we need to keep pushing. So if you will, 208-935-0094. We can process a credit card or whatever over the telephone. You can snail mail us at P.O. Box 164, Kami I, Idaho. That's spelled K-A-M-I-A-H. Idaho 83536 you go to the front of the website and Hit the donation button there and make the contribution that way if you have any problems there just call us on the phone It's the same thing. We can just process it right over the phone Okay, and we still have you can still get a subscription to our archives. We still have we can order you a t-shirt with our TME logo and these kind of things everything goes towards the Micro effects broadcast network all of it every penny of it and we've been you know, I you know I have to share with you mark done, you know last year about this time Maybe a little later on, you know, November December, you know, we were pretty much the same I mean it's like being out on the battlefield, you know, okay. Give me one more stripper clip You know one more stripper clip, you know, just staying in the battle and that's pretty much what we've been doing for the whole year. But you know as I mentioned folks yesterday, I want you to understand this. I know, you know, I bring everything to the table. Everything. And it sounds really good. You know when somebody calls in, makes a thousand dollar or five hundred dollar device, that sounds good. But like I, my analogy yesterday, you know, that you're, if you were running on a series of batteries, you know, four, six batteries, Your system is only as good as the worst battery in that series. And what that means is, if one guy, one battery contributes $500, well obviously we still have more to go, but it didn't bring the system up. But you got one new battery in the group, but it still won't start that 3406 cat. And you still need additional support. So don't let those kind of things fool you. It sounds like a lot from where you sit. But like Mark has always mentioned, many hands make for light work. And we're in the battle then, let's get in it. And let's get it done. And get our information out there. And continue to do so. And all you have to do to accomplish that is dial 208-935-0094. Once again PO Box 164, Kamiye, Idaho 83536. I can't begin to tell you how inspired I was yesterday. I actually walked out of the building, great! So maybe this is something that we can do that will work, you know, a little piece at a time. Like keep hammering it away. Okay? So $500 again is our goal for today. We're at $100. We got two $25 donations and $150. Get in the battle with us folks. Right now we got the caller on the line, looks like Dave in our Kansas on line one. Good morning Dave. Good morning. Hello Don. I didn't mention all of that yesterday. Just say good morning. Hello everybody. How y'all doing? Great. I got an idea again Joe. I talked to you about yesterday but this one just popped up and went through. Being this fundraising thing and really enjoy your choices. I'm about to tell on top of everything else. They make a minimum donation and put around and come in and they pick a song for the break time. when it turns right it comes up to me. If that's what it takes to get them in, dollars, you know, a whole bunch of little $10, everything works. You don't have to be $100 at a time all day. Well, we'll take all the hunters that want to go, but anyway, it's just a thought option, but here today too. But I'll let y'all get back to your program and have a good day. All right, well, appreciate your call, David. Yeah, not a bad idea. I'll get that $20 back to you for calling in, okay? I like what Dave called. It's good to hear from people that they do support and are trying to encourage others to support our efforts here at the Micro Effect. Sometimes, I'm feeling near frustration or they're feeling mine wanting the other. But it is a frustrating battle. But the information war just keeps going on and on and on. It's a war of words. and understanding, you know, I'm reading in there in the Saturn this morning, somebody posted, there is no Ebola. I don't know if that's official declaration or what, I haven't had time to check up on it, but. But there must be, I've seen a picture of it. Yeah. Yeah. They haven't even shown us a picture of the AIDS virus, but they've shown us a picture of Ebola, it must exist. Yeah, there you go. So folks, again, we're at $100, the line is open right now. 208-935-0094. And probably me, other tacos, Jeff Bennett, John Stokes and others will be talking about this throughout the day. So the idea is to get in $500 a day from now to the end of the month. And I like to say, it sounds like a lot, but little steps, one at a time, if we can get them done, then it's going to happen. And you're the one that's making it happen. We're making it happen. And that's how we get things done. period. So 208-935-0094. Mark and Don, Mark I need to talk to you after the program which I've already told you here but I'm gonna now out here for a minute or two I get some things to take care of in the background so if you're looking for me, yeah isn't that right Joe? I'm not listening for a photo let's say okay? Thank you. Alright. Let's go back to that mindset here and I haven't brought to you. I did that to a couple of my friends and then I'm sitting in someone's house ear shot or something like that but And I said, well, you know, you're a fly. You're a part of her. And that's almost exactly the words. I want to elaborate, you know, I didn't use the Inardo art. I'll bring that to the album. We haven't brought that to the album. But I thought to myself, and I said, what would you do? Suppose you were to something and attempting to have his way. What would you do if you came through the door? Have he gone? No, that's in a lot of pieces. Well, I can try to live. Sun comes home and practice. There are a number of like, that's my job, mom. Does not want to talk. What is that you referred to Mark? You know, you might not know what your son heard. Heard the bells Mark. Jump in there, call her. What do we have? Good morning men. Listen to Don's story. We had a guy here that was a, he was a pacifist. Love his wife. One day we asked him, okay, so what happens then if you're at home and the light breaks in and they decide to have their way with your wife on the kitchen table. Are you just going to stand there and watch? Well then the light came on. You know how that works. Thanks guys. Again, you know, sometimes you have to Here's the thing, it's not hard to personalize it. Now with all of the media available, guys, to show you attack after attack after attack. And it's like, wow, looks like past doesn't work there. Be a good victim! And now they're a very dead victim. It's like, well, probably would have been a good idea to put some value on your life. Everybody to think that either you shouldn't put any value on your life. Or what everybody else has. It's always juxtapos and become the grim. Hey, go ahead and try that and see what happens. See, they're the ones who are allowed to. See, that's the interesting thing. Until such time as everybody starts hunting as hard. In reverse order, in other words, not a game, it's catch you doing this, oh you probably got some buds with you, but they ain't making it either. As soon as everybody starts taking the idea, people become a lot more polite. And the more that people would be going out to, say, actually deal with the problem, offering themselves up, but in reality it becomes, shall we say, a bait game. it's like oh yeah there's that guy he's by him oh as soon as the first arms raised you hear a crack and the thing they're gonna turn around or get ready turn around that pabata or whatever now face there and you really don't ever claim to know where it came from and you don't prove came from you don't brag it up you just it just disappears that's that hand of God thing another way to deal with might even already happen that's you I've argued is want to terrorize you to the point where you're gonna demand a bigger police state looks like somebody already dealing with it or people are dealing with it. They find that by letting people know that people are doing it, other people get the same idea. Well then they just can't talk about it at all. Almost to the top by the way, before we go any farther, Don, we've got a few minutes here. Night vision technology. What's changing? What's going on right now? How can we get ahold of you? Because you'll be available in just a few minutes. Here we like to give credit where credit came out of the March 8th. So, if all else fails, Mortis sets in, we'll put it in. Yeah, they'll probably be shooting at you. And if they're saving other men, you're already gone? Well, that's better than them shooting at the live geysers that are shooting back at them. They'll save lives. You'll still be saving lives even after you've left this mortal coil. I think we can handle that. A couple of things here again before we go from the, that's Don White coming up for again a ripe squad there, 21 gun salute. They've already done a present of the flag to the mother, Don's mother. So guys, that part of the ceremony was taken care of. Things that will be, are going to be traditionally done this Saturday. Heads up, get hold of your turnout, I think we will. We had a great turnout for the funeral. And we'll continue to do our part, as Don and many others have done for other, and so they've fallen when the time comes. And so, again, it's part of the animal, but rather a thinking. That is the one thing that nature's law, the other thing we brought up as a subject, the understanding is that humans are different. People are different. And that there are specific standards that must be established and those standards then must be maintained. But if you wish to maintain your liberty, that standard, you have to do it yourself. No, you can't hire that out, guys. It doesn't work that way. You hire out, eventually we'll just... Because if you don't have the wherewithal to defend your liberty, why should they worry about it? It wasn't even the deck. Again, it is seen over and over again through history. Well, that doesn't mean the path isn't going to continue for certain people, but how do you think societies continue beyond a particular crisis or disaster? Who do you think it is that steps forward? Well, go look in the mirror. That's how it works. We are at the top dining room for night vision, please. Hey, that's 231-796-58. God bless the republic.
