Taxful other stuff that whatever is on their shopping list from up here and they walk it back every night Yeah, and instead of the judicial system that's hunting down the crime. Yeah, I mean He's going south Something's got to go south to make those big piles of money that you see pictures of when they get rid of the competition You ever notice that? Think about it The only ones that they attack on the Mexican side are the ones that aren't with the federales or aren't paying off the federales enough. And on this side of the border, well, every once in a while, well, it's like there's an article right there in front of the trenches. They're popping these people coming across the border and even the men in New Mexico, who usually have been pretty quiet, by the way, about this, are now complaining that they're letting go of the ratio, but it's in reality with that increase, the illegals right now, they're just dumping them out in America as quickly Well Mark, I'm to the point here where we need to make some sort of a decision. I'm going to let the people out here make that decision. Folks, if you're out there listening right now, the phone lines are open. You know, one of the things that's in this letter, and believe me, the reason I'm talking this way this morning is not solely based on this letter, but one of the things that does mention in this letter is my mentioning of charging for the listening links on the website and basically pointing it out how I would be shooting myself in the foot and I agree with that. I agree with that because when we put the micro effect together, as you've heard Mark mention many times, We know that there's people out there, you know, you've heard them on the air, you know We only get so much in my thinking only send five bucks. We're limited run fixed in town these kind of things and that's why the links have always been Free but you know, it's not that you were free to us, but they're you know free to you The satellite is free to air to you but it costs us to feed that feed up there and We've shared with you some of the inner workings of having a broadcast network. And right now, while it's all free to error and you still have access to it, what I would like to do is hear from any or all of you just looking up here, just on the internet alone, we have plenty of listeners. So any suggestions, I would like to hear from you, what do you think we should have done or could have done, or maybe have no idea? We have a chatroom on the website. What I would like to see today is people either getting on the phone or coming in the chatroom and saying something. How many of you are out there? You've never been in the chatroom. Maybe you haven't ever called in. We have pretty much a group of regulars that we hear from that call in. But what about all the rest of you out there? We are, we're there. I'm just lost for ideas my friends. I've pounded and squeezed every nickel, dime, penny, you know I can throw it. So much so. Here's something that I've never mentioned. When I started off we had a food reserve. We had things that we needed. We could have sustained life. As a matter of fact, it has sustained our lives. for quite some time. But those resources are gone, okay? So if you think you're sitting out there ill prepared, let me tell you what. I'm right there with you my friends because we have stuck everything that we have had to stick into this broadcast network. Believing in fellow man, God and patriotism and all these things, I haven't lost any faith. Seems like everybody else has. Who do we have? Got a caller here. Frank in Florida. You know, and I could be wrong with how it strikes me and maybe the way it strikes the guy in Chicago. You know, it just comes, when you're asking for money, it just comes across as a little bit self-righteous and bling and illicit. And I'll tell you why. I mean, the thing is, as I mentioned a couple of months ago maybe, and as head of, you know, verified is LPR is organized differently. And maybe you're just not organized right, financially, the operation. The other thing is, maybe there's not enough listeners out there. And so there, or maybe you're not marketing it right. And, you know, these are things that, you know, I don't hear come up too much. So, you know, that's why I get the initial reaction. And, you know, if there's not enough money coming in, then, you know, I'll go back and try to do a smaller local operation. But, you know, I mean, I just wonder if you're not marketing it right. And, you know, the thing is, LPR is doing better financially than you. And so, you know, that leads me to think. You're not organized in the most effective way. So, that's my two cents. Thank you, Frank. Let me address one of the first, one of the first earlier things that you mentioned is the self-righteous program. You know, it's very hard to do something that you don't want to do. Come to the microphone and try to keep some dignity about yourself while you're asking for money. I have a real problem with that. So I try to do it, or maybe it comes out maybe arrogant or self-righteous or something, but I assure you that's not what lies in the background. I'm just trying to keep some dignity as I'm asking people for support, and you try to sound positive about everything, and you know that's the problem with the... you're trying to be positive in a negative situation. and so it comes out totally different. You understand what I'm saying? I don't do that. I never try to be self. I try to be strong is what I try to be. And maybe if it comes across to you and other listeners as well as that way, my apology, I don't mean to sound that way. It's me trying to keep some dignity about myself while I'm trying to maintain something bigger than myself. That's what that amounts to. As far as the operations go here running it like Liberty Tree Radio, Mark and I have discussed that on the air in the past. The differences between Liberty Tree Radio and the micro effect is we have more features while we have satellite and those kind of things and that's why our expenses are much higher. And I agree with you. I'm sitting here trying to decide, it still takes because of the way we were situated. A few years back, I don't know if you were listening a few years back, we rounded up some $12,000. We were trying to get rid of the monthly overhead of an office. We figured we'd snap that. What I did was we moved up to I have a hybrid crystal land up here with a garage on it, so I whacked out part of my garage, made an office out of it to get rid of the monthly expense. Well, that created, and not that we wouldn't have to, we would be paying this anyway, but we have the P1s to concern ourselves with. Those aren't for free either. So as we built the micro effect and try to position ourselves into a less costly situation, there's still things that we couldn't get away from. Cheap ones, obviously a satellite feed is not cheap, those kind of things. So we constructed it in the best way that we could and as cheap as we could. And that was always been the goal. You have to understand this too. When the micro effect first started, all of our internet stuffs were basically free. But as time went along, it evolved into we had to pick up the expense. So things have evolved and changed in those times and this is where we are today. So if I was going to do something I could tell the satellite listeners, if you're listening on satellite, you know, that's about a grand a month for the satellite feed. If you would like to continue to listen to a satellite feed, we need some input. Okay, that's it. But I appreciate your honesty with us Frank. and it's food for thought. And I'm not sure exactly at this moment what it is we are going to be doing. Because for the mechanical part of this, for example, it requires my older daughter here to be up every morning at 4.30 to come in and work the board. So if we were just to go to an internet feed, if nothing changes as far as operation, it's just how your ability to listen, that's what's going to change. Phone systems for example if Mark were to remain with us We're going to have to eliminate the phone lines And he's going to have to Skype it or something along those lines. There'll be have to be some adjustments made These are the kind of things that we're looking at so just know that all things are taking in being taken into consideration Basically what I'm sharing with you here this morning. We are there So what we can salvage out of you know the micro effect in the future remains to be seen. That's where we are. Again, thank you for your honesty. Thank you Frank. I would rather have something more residual you know steady you know 25 something or $50 a month or something on a consistent basis, you know, if you really get yourself up to the table I don't want people to send thousands of dollars just... you know, how many times have I been to the micro? You know, one time I remember a distinctive video, you know, I told you, folks, when we reach this mark, I'm gonna cut it off I don't know that I've ever heard any fun drive anywhere on the planet you know, whether it's Jerry's Kids or the Cancer Society or something, you know when we reach our goal, you know, we're turning off the telephones Well I've done that because I never wanted any more than what I needed to keep going. And I understand you're getting up here and asking, you know, I've got to go down this hard, kind of. something somewhere and nobody's spending no money, no worries, there ain't no work, no worries, everybody knows that, that ain't a frickin' point. You don't have to get up and I understand what you're saying, turn around and say, hey man, I really need something to work on just so that I can get something else put together. And same thing with you coming up here on air and going from this, I understand exactly. With regard to the mechanical guys, in order to be able to reach more people to commit to other technologies, it's kind of like going from holding a weapon, going to a bipod for accuracy, and then going to a tripod for supreme accuracy. We all do shortwave. That was the goal. We want it to. We're trying to keep the network up. In reality, the effective Patriot tools that have worked in the past still work today. Technology, which is why if-band operations are to keep operations high and to get them to the technology out there, which of course a lot of people are taking advantage of. Rick's satellite has provided a lot of satellite dishes out there to the people. Out in the middle of nowhere, you're listening to the program now like you're sitting right here That was the purpose behind satellite guys. From the very get-go when people created satellite years ago, the argument was that down the road you'd be able to do just exactly what we're talking about doing. Look at the construction. If you had more listeners, more supporters by your satellite, then that avenue is supporting the micro effect, the internet is supporting. One of the things we wanted to do was go to Hot Bird. Hot Bird is on the other side of the planet and include the European countries so they could listen in and know what we're dealing with here in America. Mark and I have talked in the past about wanting to get on shortwave and that's another different audience out there, but everything that you do, obviously, takes support. And as you tap into each one of these avenues, the idea obviously is to grow. And it's not so much the support that we're trying to reach. It's the people, the information, and the people are supportive of or what you have the people when you tell them the truth about something, they either blow it off or they wake up. One of the two. Rick has donated one or two in the past, years past, but we buy that and then we have a drawing for it. And whatever and over the cost of the satellite system is, is what we use to support the micro effect. Well the last few that we had, man it was borderline. And I thought, well this isn't working. There's a lot of things that we've tried or done here in the background. It isn't as, it doesn't bring what you think it does. And like I'm sharing with all of you here this morning, at this moment right now we have two entries on the carbine rifle. Now this is the rifle that a local, one of our listeners here, he lives about 60 miles from here, Steve, donated for the purpose of helping drawing funds. And his hope was that you don't know if people would, you know, it's $5 or if you wanted to use $20 or whatever, help support the micro effect. And then on top of that, and we've had that happen before, the gentleman that won the rifle last week donates it back to us. Okay, so here we are, we're trying. We're trying to do things in a way that everybody contribute. We're not looking for, although I accept it very happily, the one individual that saves you as much as those two gentlemen save the micro effects if you want to go. But like Mark pointed out, these things, it's a treadmill. And if the support's coming in, we don't have to talk about this. But obviously, it's not. Maybe we don't have enough listeners. support, you know, maybe we're not doing it right. You know, I'm sitting here trying to, you know, I'd like to figure it out. Okay. Is it because of, uh, we don't have the right tacos or information is the way of managing things or, you know, what, what is the deal? Yeah. I talked a little bit to Mark about it a week or two ago, and he was asking me, oh, I felt like, and I mentioned that this morning, we had some kind of an undertow thing going on. You know where people are backstabbing bad talk. You got Joe Miguel. All he ever does come to the microphone, pay everybody all the time, keep that network. Well, let me tell you what, man. I've also, you know, well, he, uh, you know, he needs to, uh, I don't know, pay for his Porsche or something. Well, we don't have any such items here. One of the things you never mentioned is how much you're using. You have two people pointing out understand that's not $89 a share. How much you pay for your T home? Sure, it's eight hundred and seventy nine dollars a month. That's total for both of them, right? Yes, sir. All right, that's a lot of money. It's, you know. Well, see, this is what I'm saying. It's kind of a catch-22. Okay, if the, if the, if we drop the satellite and all this other stuff, we still require a few thousand dollars a month to keep operating. So, you know, you can trim, you can trim and, you know, and just, and like Mark was pointing out, our avenues of reach are beginning to shrink. You know, at that point, in all honesty, and Mark and certainly Ed can tell you this, at that point, you know, like, to the best of my knowledge, and Mark, you can correct me, Liberty Tree Radio assist strictly on the internet. Is that correct? Internet and that's how we operate. So Mark wouldn't need to hook up to the micro effect for no reason because he already has an internet feed. That's it. And so, you know, the micro effect has offered and brought Mark and Don to a satellite feed. And we had hopes, as we mentioned earlier, reaching a short wave, possibly another satellite, etc., etc. So this is how this is all really, you know, this is the real picture. At the risk of sounding like a jerk, Joe, plenty of the listeners out there are actually useful. A handful of people kick in when they can. I think you've got, you've said about 200 listeners on the internet right now. How many of them are just and have never done anything other than listen and think they're G.I. Joe. Not a clue. As much as I don't know how many listeners we have on satellite, maybe there's only three listeners on satellite, but I know better than that. That's not even true because the radio stations that carry the broadcast for the micro effect, they reach, you know, hundreds of people as well. So you can't limit it to one radio or satellite receiver who is pumping out into a station. Mark will tell you. New ones are coming online and they're hooking up to the satellite feed. makes you want to get in there and fight. If you've got all these listeners and none of them are actually going to happen when the time comes, it's going to be... To me, there's still a small amount of people. Just like the gentleman I'm working with, Steve, up here in Lewiston. He's got 80 acres of land. He wants to put together some kind of safe haven. Now, all these things that he's doing, he's paying for out of his own pocket for the sake of people he hadn't even met yet. But that's his desire. He hasn't met anybody who's going to require or need a safe haven to go to or something like that. A retreat of some kind, getting it prepared for whatever. There's still people out there wanting to do things. And that's why I've been helping him with it. There are a lot of people who help people out, but there are also a lot of things in the me because I'll get all and actually put a first shot of fresh on them. And you know, I've gotten emails, you know, why didn't you say something earlier? Why didn't you do this? Why didn't you let us know? Well, that's the hindsight, you know, that's all, so to speak. I watched, well, there was one network that went down, they had a little bit of a blog in front of the site there. This was a few years back. and people were posting, you know, why didn't you say something? This is on, you know, somebody else's conglomeration. And they were posting, I would have sent you a thousand bucks. You didn't tell us, you know, or maybe they weren't listening. Who knows? That's all after the fact. And you know, you know, anybody knows. And once something starts coming, if you're driving down the road and your car is free, the wheels are flying off, transmission falls out, pretty much by the time your car comes to a stop, you've already decided you're going to put that one in the junkyard. It's basically kind of the same thing. Once things start falling apart, people don't want to invest in it anymore. And maybe that's where we're at. I just hope not. Well, they don't realize, as much as they don't realize what their true freedoms are, that they are the power, they don't realize. You just jump in and start working on it. It's just like that car. You'd have done the work and you'd still be driving it. or somebody came along and said, here man, here's my credit card, put your car back together so you can get to where you're going. Those kind of things happen. I've tried to be that person a time or two when somebody's in absolute trouble, man. You know, okay, here man, I can solve this problem for you. This will help other people, but you guys were talking about social security number and being asked for it. And they, five places that can require social security number. Your phone company isn't one of them. Your utility isn't one of them. be a law otherwise they have to treat you the same for not like when you get your driver's license and you look at that form on the bottom there's all these little codes well one of those codes have to give them your social if it's not on that form you don't have to give it to them and I've used that many times I'm going well show me where it's required by law quoted on the form required by federal law and they kind of give you this dumb look but you know There's all these places you don't have to give it out to. And you just tell them you're in violation of federal law and that kind of shuts them up quick. Well, it's unfortunate. You have had similar conversations and similar situations, but they look like deer in the headlight when you bring up something because they think, well, what? Well, we never had that before. Well, everybody else has done it. You got to do it too. That's their attitude. I always just put a line through it like out at the doctor's office or the hospital or wherever. No, you're not getting it from me. Unless you have the proper form that quotes the law. I don't want to tie up the lines, but I was just going to help with if people can't afford to send cash.
