Mark Koernke discussed firearms procurement, including budget-friendly options like Diamondback pistols, Charter Arms revolvers, and Star Model Super B 9mm pistols available through JGSales.com. He covered scavenging and repurposing free or discarded equipment, particularly security cameras and optical systems for surveillance and ranging applications. Koernke emphasized preparedness measures including battery inventory management, charging systems, and color-coded organization using dollar-store containers. A caller named Dave from Utah reported suspicious county activity and harassment, prompting Koernke to issue alerts about potential militia mobilization in Utah, recommending gas masks and communication system readiness. The episode stressed equipment deployment logistics, water transport, and battery conservation for field operations.

A figure walked in through the mist with a flintlock in his hand. His clothes were torn and dirty as he stood there by my bed. He took off his three-cornered hat, and speaking low to me, he said, We've fought a revolution to secure our liberty. We wrote the Constitution as a shield from tyranny. For future generations, this legacy we gave. In this, the land of the free and home of the brave. The freedoms we secured for you we hoped you'd always keep. But tyrants labored endlessly while your parents were asleep. Your freedom's gone, your courage lost, you're no more than a slave. In this the land of the free, the brave. You buy permits to travel and permits to own a gun. Permits to start a business or to build a place for one. On land that you believe you own, you pay a yearly rent. Although you have no voice in saying how the money is spent, your children must attend a school that doesn't educate, and your Christian values can't be taught according to the state. You read about the current news in a regulated press, and you pay a tax you do not owe to please the IRS. Your money is no longer made of silver nor of gold. You trade your wealth for paper so your life can be controlled. You pay for crimes that make our nation turn from God and shame. You've taken Satan's number. You've traded in your name. You've given government control to those who do you harm so they could burn down churches and seize the family farm and keep our country deep in debt. Put men of God in jail. Harash your fellow countrymen while corrupted courts prevail. Your public servants don't uphold the solemn oaths they've sworn. and your daughters visit doctors so their children won't be born. Your leaders send artillery and guns to foreign shores and send your sons to slaughter fighting other people's wars. Can you regain the freedoms for which we fought and died? Or don't you have the courage or the faith to stand with pride? And are there no more values for which you'll fight to save? Or do you wish your children to live in fear and be a slave? O sons of the Republic, arise, take a stand, defend the Constitution, the Supreme Law of the land, preserve our great Republic and each God given right, and pray to God to torture freedom burning bright. As Iowoke vanished in the midst for whence he came. His words were true, we are not free, but we have ourselves to blame. For even now as tyrants trample each God-given right, we only watch him tremble, too afraid to stand and fight. If he stood by your bedside in a dream while you were asleep and wondered what remains of the freedoms he'd fought to keep, what would be your answer if he called out from the grave? Is this still the land of the free home? Hence report, Appar Kornky. Closer to victory for all of our brothers. Hiding the lines, Kipi Derraton. Mini-Hands make for the late work a million Bodego Junction operators. The ability to continue to function is often a medium, late summer, early fall day. You couldn't ask for a better day just to get that effect. Up until the last minute here, just today is the 18th of September. 2000 and that Nostradamus, Donald to 2060. I keep, I keep, every time I hear this like 2060 and so why are you telling us this now? Very important to me, it's very important. You know, said Ron and 2060. Okay, this is about a hundred different views of the mine calendar and we've gone past them over them for the ones that people pulled out of ours. Been a very busy buddy and for our friends out there. Quick reminder, a couple of company solutions. The more I read up, it looks like everybody is, well, uh-oh. I think they sold out of them. Oh, I'll have to find out here. If it happened, it happened just a little bit ago. They had the, of course, Diamondback, little baby clocks out. And I was kind of hoping they were still in the inventory of me. We're going to find out in a minute. I didn't get a chance to call them to see if they were going to expand on the inventory of those. They may have already just exhausted the supply almost as quickly as they picked them up. So for everybody out there, again, the little, it's the Diamondback Pistol Company. But it's a baby Glock. And if you trained somebody, I'd buy the little 380 to do that because it's half the price. But it's got all the Glock configuration features that make it a very desirable personal defense weapon for people who are Glock. The neat thing is that inexpensive, no more expensive than anything else for ammo, no real great bite with 380 auto and uh... when you graduate through the diamondback you can work up to a standard Glock without any... especially if you're a light person uh... you know, smaller frame weapons are actually a lot more convenient in general for the shooter, just something to kind of bring forward. Here's the thing, I didn't get a confirmation, I called and they were busy, don't have them yet. I have been trying to find a K-frame anything in a revolver A lot of people, all of the J frames, the girls love them and there are lots of charters out there, but man they are expensive. They are the price for 45. I like the charters, but they used to be that they were the cheapest. They literally were the cheapest, back in the day for the price, for a five shot undercover pistol. They are looking at $300, $400 for a charter arms undercover in whatever pattern and it's like well they are nice, but none of a big jim could change for that. kids. Now there's all kinds of variations in what you want. 22 Magnum, 38 Special, 44 Smith & Wesson Special back in and it seems like they have been dragging. They are taking back orders so apparently they're being dragged on at the inspection end which is what we warned everybody about because I've talked to them and they expected these in because they knew they were on the docks but they have not up in the system. Held back and held back so who knows what they're doing on this. I don't believe it's an accident at all. It's intentional. It's part of the scan. The, you know, shasters on the other side have been running. The high points are still out there, but, and of course, there's been price creep on the high points. Their standard 9mm is still readily available, and everybody thinks it's ugly. I'll just tell you flat out, it looks like a 1964 HK. Sorry, guys. Anybody who doesn't think so, go back and look at the HK pistols back in the day, and then take a look at the high point and go, oh, you're right, Mark. That's another salute. WWW. dot sales up at the heading for the page they have surplus milli-pistols now the stars are 1911 knockoffs you like the 1911 but for $250 for a field-grade star model super b post-war 9 millimeter pistol you're looking at a pretty decent little gun actually a pretty decent standard frame automatic not staggered and yes in fact the guys have been building it for so long that typically And I know it's like, well, Mark, what about the originals? Originals are great. If you can find a good price on them, buy a pile of them. But for $250, these are pretty decent weapons. And again, cross training from 45 to 9 millimeter. No problem at all, because this is virtually a 1911, or perhaps best way to describe it, because it doesn't have the rip safety, is to call it a Model 1927. The cool thing is, as a Staration breakdown is the same as the Toker of or the 1911. So it's pretty straightforward and understandable. And for $250, a pretty decent little package and a purchase. And all of your 45 type, you break the holster ends. And usually what's JGSales.com. It's up in the header right at the top. It's one of the first items that they're offering in the scroll. Star, model, super, be good to very good condition. That's field grade U. If you want to take a look at them, yep they do. Sure as you can see what the one looks like. You get a good feel for it before you even purchase, but it is there, a decent weapon. We've had, I've seen thousands of them. Our people have bought thousands of them. We granted them $100 a piece back in the day. So this particular batch coming in in 9mm Parabellum will work. It's a hand cannon. It's a used hand cannon. No more expensive than that .38 special. A little more, but not much. But the .38's not available. So we're looking or something in hand cannons that might fit the niche or match up with what you guys are already doing in the way of an inventory. A lot of times in like CR, okay, star model B, some amount of pistols, if there's any significant difference as far as the basic designs, the war model star was actually used in a number of different services during the war. And again, for a pretty good combination with any of these, I'd carry it. And the only thing is, yes it is 9mm, but there's lots of 9mm laying around, so I'm not going to cry about that. I'll make it work for me. And definitely a reasonable price. So again, that's JGSales.com. Yeah, they're open right now, so you can call them and ask questions. They should be, because heck, there's still what, 2-3 hours behind us. Well, 928-445-965. So again, that's 928-445-965. One of the things that I ran into today, another piece of optics, I've been in the right place as somebody has walked in and set something down and it's like, well, what do you want for that? Or a dollar. And it's like, really? Are you sure? Yeah, yeah, you can have it for a dollar. Oh, you grab it. And I look up and it's like, oh. So when this thing was made, it was like thousands of dollars. Now granted, that's true with even computers that you buy for nothing now. And odds is an interesting piece in that it is a security camera with a longer telephoto lens, but it's in a really unusual, it works, it works flawlessly. In fact I plugged it in when I got home today after I did a little bit of running around. And it's interesting because this of course is an articulated lens so I can focus, you know, zoom in, zoom out. Except that this is a telephoto, a micro little camera. I can see what it looks like, I can make it. If it looks like it's going to be stupid priced because oh my god it goes to that multi-thousand dollar piece of equipment. No, I'm not going to buy it. I can make something work because we have more than enough widgets, enough wear with. As it is, it works with regard to the fixtures and how they're set up to hook up to other pieces of equipment. Like your night vision, you can hook it up to a lot of different bases. And the basic system accommodates many. Well, one of the bases and one of the attachments is not here that I can see. Being wreckage somewhere else at the same site, maybe I'll be lucky because it's an odd color and easy to pick out. With regard to security cameras and or pieces of equipment like that, what we're looking at here is a situation where we, if we can acquire it, go free, grab it. If somebody's tossing out a bunch of cameras, even if they are a perler, you don't like the digital cameras by Kodak or whatever, well Mark, I can't get this or I can't get that or some of the stuff is short for that, who cares? Can you hook up a cable to that camera and run the feed from it to something? Well, yeah. Will it do video? Well, yeah. So I can use it as kind of like an impromptu emergency field camera. In fact, I can go to the dollar store and get these cheapy little throwaway standard camera base, which every camera, including those little digital cameras, has a little screw. And I can set that little thing up if I want to, if you're worried, well, Mark, it's silver. Whoa, wow. Let's break out the tape and cover up the critical part. And then we break out the spray paint after we've covered all the critical parts up that we want to. And if you really think you need to, what's the big deal? OD Green works pretty well, by the way, for a lot of everything. So one of the neat things is, again, what did you pay for the cameras? Well, it's like the other day I got a box about the size of two shoe boxes for free. And in that, there were 23 different cameras. In fact, one of them I have running right next to me looking out. And I'm testing it to see how it's going to stand up. OK, just in case. I always remember to see if there's something wrong with them. This is one of those eyeball cameras that goes on the computer. And basically, it was a gimme. There was a whole bunch of other stuff. You know, cables, mice, laser mice, microkeyboards I wanted, and a couple laptops. And on top of that, I got a pile of cameras. The other thing I'm beginning is miles of cord, really. Big rat nest. You get to a T-City while you're watching something, and just start untangling everything. Don't do it in front of the television. and I'm just like undoing a spaghetti pie. When you're done, you get all these. You divide them up and you make a kit. The cool thing is like data cables, you can divide them up by cultures there. And for different, mostly newer computers. I switch out the ones that we got from our good friends of mine. Now I just got to, you know, defy the tubing for the primary power cable where it's going to go down. Now I always armor the power and supply cables. What that means is PVC pipe or conduit, take your pick. Depending on what you have a lot of, right now I've got lots of PVC pipe. So right now PVC is what we're using for making bodies, hulls, protection, double armor, the whole nine yards. And it works. And we've got a pretty decent system set up right now. So that's going through these goodies and making them work. Now that telephoto camera, one of the places where this could be a very interesting combo is to take that telephoto camera and put it on a rifle stock. Oh, you remember those old 35 millimeter camera packs where they actually put the 35 millimeter camera on a rifle stock? Well, I'm going to do something like that, but I'm going to take one of those inexpensive cameras, run the umbilicus from the other camera over to the little Kodak camera, because I already plugged it in and it worked, and then I'm going to put a little screen on that, and you can actually select color on the later models. to go to different shades and one of the shades that's available is green like night vision. Now what is that? Oh of course I'm not worried about not necessarily night vision but a digital you know with a zoom capability that can allow me at say 800 yards to count freckles on the gnats that are on somebody's rear end. Well I can do that and I can do it on time. Very handy obviously. Basically like spotting scope, a digital combo a pretty good pull. Actually, superior typical spotting scopes will be out there in the field. But what we're going to be using it for is daytime. Beyond standby, you can range an area. One of the neat things is building, of course, a range finding or range distance confirmation system. What you do is either laser range find from the position that you're going to be monitoring or pace it out. And what you do is mark primary objectives that are out in front of you are primary benchmark elements of your terrain and putting up literally a sign with the number value for the distance to that particular object. You don't have to reset it again. Your optics, you see it, you know what the distance is. Now the neat thing about this is there might be variations in where you're standing on a particular day when you might use these ranging cards. The advantage of the ranging cards is all too obvious. There's no guesswork when you've already pasted out and you have an extensive kill zone that you've created on a wide, wide, something to think about there. It's pretty straightforward, simple. Defense going on or committed in other words, you're not be backing out of this probably you need to be engaged and engaged accurately. What is an area? Can I cut in here for a minute? Go ahead jump in there. This is Dave from Utah. Okay, Dave jump in there, go ahead please. Okay, hey Mark we have a situation that's going on not with our group of the Probably about the same time. Kind of do this. The county of activity? That would be... Make a point of stopping and touching bay in the Midland area too. You will be doing that. Our people will be doing that. Piddle farting around with the harassment action. Nobody really plans on playing a game anymore. So again, heads up. Everybody should be in the prep mode and also making contact with you. Particular units. is and you can set up an inexpensive throwaway camera monitor pod for free. I've been getting two or three of those every trip out wandering around checking locations. And in many cases, like the ones I got a couple of days ago, they virtually were brand new in the box, never opened. And everything identical, the exact same. The only thing that will change sometimes is the same machine but different colors. Silver, white, black, or during the mod color period, they might be burgundy. or blue like a teal almost and then there's a number of other colors. It doesn't make a difference. It's cool to have different colors. I try to mix them up and not have two of them the same because a lot of times you can tell a person, silver monitor. Number one, silver, right there. Look. And they'll again be able to zero the relationship. Again, heads up. Give out information as we can. We have more of a follow up on this by 8 o'clock. Not even just away from the unit. We could use a bottom of the hour break. The directions, see if we have any other posts. And I've got a punch in the next to another sucker. Fine, to find something else here too. We're gonna go to break. Uh, Kristin Berg, we'll be right back. CMM put out a foot. I don't have everything on this yet, and I still have to accordingly. We'll find out more. Yeah, but again, Dave was just, just informed and we've got a confirmation of some other stuff that's been apparently in their desperation. The purpose they've been doing, and there's a bunch of other garbage that they're cognizant. Middle of the state, you haven't got a fault. Best thing we can do is remind everybody to be on standby prep, you know, cock clock. Make sure that your radio signal communication systems are aligned. This continues to expand. We'll be lighting up the middle of the state and the northeastern part of the state quite extensively. Again, providing what we need to integrate the different units that will be on the ground when the time comes, if things begin to cook up. Again, a heads up. We don't have any more particulars for the moment. Again, with everybody in motion right now, I can't emphasize enough full equipment, including gas masks. Get your gas mask, and that will appear three times for a reason. pick whatever title it is. Everybody understands gas mask and visualizes what we're talking about. www.colonialmarinemilitia.forty.com and find our information. Go through the site. It will give you the contact points. Obviously we route things through three other technologies that they're now committed to. The force is a high priority. Sounds like we have a thing running in the background. I don't know what it is. I haven't heard it before. Almost like it's a small plastic motor running on something that's an engine. On the other hand it could just be a really bad connection. So, we are at... It might be something on my end, Dad. I'll see if I can clear it up. I do see that I'm sending you some noise, but I can't see where it's coming from. It sounds like a... almost like a... well, it's like a fan or a piece of something on plastic is what it sounds like. It's interesting. I've got a couple of fans running, but they shouldn't be feeding you any audio. Again, man, they're probably already trying, but unfortunately, the other things that we were going to touch on here, Border Area, will remind everybody, again, batteries. I've had, and I understand why, I don't know why everybody grossly underestimates deployment. Different groups that are all independent just going through all the different... Let's repeat this and try to please... If you are going to deploy, it might be anyway if you... ...the taps, purifying it. If you have the ability to transport water while you're in the field, you want to do that. You carry the batteries. I just got about another... Actually, I got a... ...pew box of size C and double A rechargeable batteries today. In fact... I got about two packs of C battery, battery packs for a emergency alarm system. And then I also picked up maybe another, and then the short chubby stubby, you know, half double A. Different types of batteries, some are flat top. And they're again for solder packs. But soldering the other thing right now or that I run into, I always want, you know, spots when somebody's tossing a piece of radio equipment out, I stop. I grab it, like I'll grab the whole phone. for something like something I ran into today. If it's already busted up, unless I can snag the antenna, which I always try to grab, and of course other small widget parts that are, you know, again, still in one piece, I have equipment to pull the battery, and again, I've got another battery pack. It is not that all of the batteries die at once. There's one battery, one. It's like a bad tooth. It's like a bad apple in a basket, guys. Once it goes and blooms, And that's what's happening right now. So we have a whole bunch. And in most cases, these actually weren't even that issue. These are simply changing out stuff or getting infected. And it's another place to pick up free, just about, these rechargeable double A's, depending on the radio. Mostly double A. And the last couple days are no different, have been no exceptions. So another thing is, in addition to batteries, is our charging system. Not just one simple little wall plug type or whatever. Why? Well, you probably have started to pile. And since you've piled one of your 30 of them, well if you only have a four point charger, you really aren't going to be able to keep up with all the, you know, what you need. Especially if you're using those for lights, night vision. Again, a reminder, watch for rechargers. They're in fact are some pretty good packages through several of the scientific companies that The same tray running which is kind of like a wall wart with a frame for the batteries. All that way you've got solar, different portable hand crank systems that also have solar, that also have other alternative technologies on board. And if you've added a radio, a radio piece of equipment, you're going to need however many batteries, times however many replacements, and as we get into cold weather you're going to need more of them. integrating more backup is a good idea and again also making sure that you are nesting system. Just jumble them together and think well I want to remember. No, no, no. There's a number of different ways you can do this. You can go to the dollar store for instance. Oh, Mark always mentions. Well they have these really cheap food containers and it's like three of them or four of them or six of them for a dollar depending on what size they are. Now what's cool is you can get them with blue tops, red tops, yellow top. Now that means you've got a color coding system for these. Typically what they are, they look like the sandwich, you know, glad type colored, you know, plant. Or just a, we're going to color code the, what we're doing so we can keep track of what's charged and discharged. It means we need an unequal amount of everything that we're going to be using comparable to the values that way, you know, in terms of volume, that way we don't get confused and we don't end up throwing something in a machine that fails, like in a bad form. I thought he was doing the right thing, but I just wasn't paying attention. Oh, what part of your life depends on this didn't you understand? Well, you know, I didn't think it was that serious. I just saw five people having their brains eaten, but I didn't think it was that serious. Really? Are you that gender-prepared that I should have probably let this other person? The big thing is, common sense, fire-prepper funding prevents piss for performance. Remember, in any environment, any kind of power-ply needs all attention to back-banding your ability because We may not be able to replace batteries. They're going to get progressively tired. People who are getting great views right now with the equipment they've got may be running low on batteries down the road in consideration. What kind of priority can we put on the equipment? Well, it's a matter of how many batteries we have to work with. I'm scrounging up every one I can. A lot of batteries, you know, flashlight batteries, radio batteries, etc. But I'm also picking up NiCad, nickel hydride, anything I can find that people are willing to get rid of. 99% are all functional guys. In the case of where one does have a burned tooth, typically it's disconnected and it's not that it's failed, it's just that it wasn't getting any charge. So that's not making for a happy situation on the, of course, service end when the time comes. Pay attention, and again, set up a system so that when you're recharging, if something is brought in, it's put in the pecking order for recharging, but everything that can be charged should be charged. That's the basic rule. So one person can actually have that task and help other people. One guy or gal can help with actually organizing a power pack or a charging system if they're in the field. And that includes even using, oh, that's right, everybody takes the crank out of the pedal. It's kind of like dull. Oh look, I'm toasting batteries over here while I'm watching the security camera over there. No, no, no. You can do two things for the price of one. You can deal with two missions. Now I would point out that in many cases, though, here's the thing. You gotta watch burdening somebody. You got somebody that is working security cameras and security support forever, especially for night vision or for, make sure that you've got, again, a schedule, workout numbers, crunch everything, and get people to practice with. he's always going to do the, well I don't have to. Well you find out, well yeah they don't because they've got one set of batteries and once they're gone they're gone and well they thought they'd scrounge more or somewhere else like maybe from you. Where again you may have to do that to keep that person in the field but kind of rate the individuals too for how much you're going to give them and how good a technology you can also use the you know you're going to give them something if you're going to make sure you're with a stranger or somebody gets a little panty bunch and decides they want to waddle to the other side something to think about there. We are at the top of the hour. Should be hearing the break music. It is Thursday. I'm thinking we're hearing the music, I think, as busy as it is. Guys, be patient. We'll find out more. Again, www.colonialmarinemalicia.4mg.com. Also, there should be a posting with a Wolverine with a notice or a heads up. So we should be checking YouTube and also doing other searches to see what kind of fiddle-farding we're going to be doing or trying to do up around the state here. Uh, anyway, God bless the Republic.
