Go ahead, K.T., jump in. Go ahead and seduce yourself. Give a little bit of talk about what happened. with the Board of Patrol for us, please, the other day. My name's Casey. I'm down at Camp Longstar. We're fighting these flavors on a daily basis. I'm going to be action proceeding today in the afternoon. What we do when we first apply our new property, then we recon the property, out the property, find the crossing, and clean up the trash. We beautify the state so that we can see new people and traffic coming through because they leave new trash. It makes it easier. to identify when they're crossing and where they're crossing. Crossing site, so at this point, Border Patrol, now that Beni needs walking, we know they need somebody. They don't get out of their vehicle for just any reason. That's what was going on. Playing to me that they were, and uh, employed my men to his thick. As I was down there in a covered position watching and observing on the river, I saw a guy that I was following. Heavily tattooed, late 20s, early 30s. It was possible something down the river. I heard a rapid hit from the gunfire. I didn't really think much about it. When it first happened, I thought it was the cartel getting bold, trying to scare us, trying to shoot towards us. You know, they've done it, the BP, so I figured, okay, now it's our turn. I stayed in my position until the guy that I was watching got out of my position. I came up the hill to reposition myself. One of my teammates told me that a captain was a border patrol. find him one of our weapons in his hand and my teammate was walking a couple steps when we got next to each other he his agent had discharged his fire at my guy. At then I said well you know what mistaken my teammate for an illegal immigrant. Well what that is the particular teammate that was shot at has long hair and appears at my three months on the border I've never encountered anybody with long hair and appears from the border. Anyway, the, uh, that we move out of that area because it's hot, they still had people put in borders and we had those guys in the river. The security requested that we move out of the direct area so that we could continue to talk about what had just happened. So we moved about 250 yards out of the border so that we could pretty much all the way. On the border patrol, we got off the disarmed ourselves because we knew there was going to be a flood. pistol in the glove box, put my rifle on my rifle rack, and my other teammates up his rifle land seat. Within a matter of minutes we had 35 federal FBI DHS cadre, the Border Patrol Intelligence, some officers of the FBI DHS, etc. Then they told us we were free to go. How they came to be in possession of the weapons is when we were behind the Border Patrol and all the other agents started showing on the vehicle and the big, my mule was approximately 30 feet from some safety take. Agent brought it up and said he wanted to secure the weapon. You know, if we're sitting there talking, we've got our backs on my mule. Somebody runs out of the woods, they grab a rifle and open fire, they can hurt a lot of people. We used to let them secure the weapon in the back of the vehicle. Anyway, after we were here for five hours, they told us we were free to go. I had to get my weapons back. They said that they were part of the investigation and they wouldn't return them. They confiscated my GoPro camera, one of our radios for the police. I had a night vision that came up missing out of my glove box. And they didn't give me an inventory for the stuff they took from us. They just told us that part of the investigation, come to the sheriff's office and pick it up Monday, which was just last Monday, which was a holiday. And there was nobody in the office to be able to release our I still have to receive my property. Okay, and they took five firearms from y'all, right? A couple of AK-47 and AK-47 longarm and AK-47 pistol, 245's, and what was the other weapon? 243, deer rubble. There you go. That was the one I couldn't remember before. So that, and they took your GoPro and the 9th Vision stuff. And still on it. And a machete, and a knife. Why in the Machinian knife I forgot about them before. So there you go Mark, that's the whole story on that. So basically now, you know, like I said earlier, it seems to me like what they're trying to do is they're trying to keep them from being able to defend and being able to go ahead and do the job that they were actually just seems to be refusing to do. Well one of the comments that they make is that we are unqualified or untrained to be doing what we're doing, yet. My teammate had enough mindset and weapons discipline that while somebody was firing at him with a weapon, unannounced, that he was able to determine that the person firing was a border patrol and he did not return fire. He started saying, hey, hey, hey, as the guy was shooting at him, and he put the weapon down. Also, they say we're not qualified to deal with these illegal immigrants. But yet, our success rate is far and above their success rate because we turn them back at the border. If we can, we never let them get out of the river. And if we catch them on our side, we go after them and they run, they flee back to the river and cross back over. And to me, that's 100% success. We're having to catch and detain our country and our states paying money to hold them. Then we turn around and give them free bus tickets and plane tickets. give them welfare, we give them everything else. So what we're doing is ineffective. What we're doing is completely effective. They are not able to get any benefits. They don't get anything because they have to go back to Mexico. Now first of all, several people wrote different little burst articles on what transpired. Number one, this happened at 3 p.m. in the afternoon. So this was completely yes sir. So there was no confusion. In other words, looking at looking at the you know back and forth amongst the different parties. My argument about the whole idea of firing on anybody, in this case, a clear image of who they were looking at and somebody decided to pull the trigger anyway. What was the difference? We had just been side by side with two other border patrols. Now whether they relayed the information, you know, they told the media that they were unaware that we were in that location. That's actually inaccurate. The Border Patrol officer that we encountered on the trail said that he wanted our help. My teammate that was shot at, less than a minute prior to the shooting, had been running down the road with another Border Patrol agent. That Border Patrol agent went into the brush and he went to the... And why that's relevant is because one of the agreements that we made with Border Patrol over a month ago when we came here We sat down with the top leadership, Lord of Patrol Intel, and made a list of rules of what we will and won't do. One of the things that they were concerned with and that we agreed to is that we would never be in the brush between the river road and the river. The reason they had that concern is so that they didn't encounter one of us in the brush and then shoot at us like they did when we were where we were supposed to have been. So again, this didn't happen in a bag where this is the other part that everybody seems to get. The policy was already established. You'd already made contact with the individuals that were necessary. Everybody understood the guidelines. There's no confusion, except that perhaps... Was your man uniformed and what was the distance at the initial encounter? My man had all camouflage, more of an urban camouflage, but typically we wear military different branches nobody wears any one particular outfit and that's number one because we're unorganized as far as like a militia unit where everybody wears the same unit, same patches, same everything. We're citizens so we're not in a uniform situation where we all wear the same uniform. But he wasn't in like blue jeans and a red flannel shirt. No sir he was One of the things we need to take into consideration here in the beginning it sounds like the Border Patrol felt that you guys were qualified enough to assist them and then all of a sudden you weren't qualified to have your weapons. Is that what we're saying? Absolutely. That is very true. Somebody told them to harass you by taking the weapons because they know that you were the individuals who exchanged any fires and in fact the activities took place purely from the Border Patrol and or somebody else who with one federal agency or another. But he has the numbers on their guns right. No, I don't. I can go back to the gun store that I bought the weapons from and get those numbers, but I'm one of the people that typically, I just don't keep up with them. I keep control of my weapons. My weapons are secured and locked at all times unless they're on my body. So the chances and likelihood of anybody being able to steal them almost nil, I just never have kept up with the firearms serial numbers ever. this up before? California has stock numbers on the gun and then let the people, you know, for a long service and whatnot. You should write down the numbers, your serial numbers, your guns, you guys. We brought this up before. Just run that question. Everybody, you got the numbers right. Absolutely. Hindsight, 20-20 vision, and definitely that's something he'll work for in the future. Okay, but again, this is something that sometimes at state weapons and you never see them again, your attorney, then what the gun is worth. This is a bad situation. That's what they're counting on. That's typically what the feds are counting on. The logic is they can steal garbage. Rule number one is lock it down. I don't lock it down with an enemy or with anybody who is a vain ally for that matter. The night vision, was it a viewer or a gun? TV has quarantine. Okay, so that wasn't a cheap piece. You have the serial. $3,500. I know. That's why he's fully cognizant of the price of the bank vision device. You have the serial number of that device. Again, back to the question I only ask enough. I do not. Like I said, I typically don't worry about serial numbers because eight for one, I secure all of my properties. I'm very well known. I don't have any of those type of problems. That's not the issue, is you wind, Arab? Here's an idea, you know, I just drew out before we have the technology now, we just need to learn to use it. I've taken to doing this, taking pictures with my cell phone and the serial numbers, and you can send it to yourself in an email, with yourself on Facebook, and then you'll always have track of it. That's a question, they also... I hope it's just a camera by three years old and I've never had this problem. Yeah, no, we're not second-guessing you, Casey. Believe me, we're all very proud of the work you're doing out there. Oh, sure, sure. Yeah. Mark is definitely right behind you. We're all right behind you. We're just trying to put out some things because you have never had to think of this before. Now we do have to think of this because, like you said, they're famed allies. They're calling themselves your allies, but you can't trust that they are. So just for future reference, just things to think about now for future. Everything is a learning point, you know, at every point, am I right? Oh, I agree. And they got a GoPro camera and I protested them taking any of my stuff. But their claim was that it was part of the investigation. And my report was what investigation? We did not fire or point a weapon at anyone, at any time. You guys are the ones that discharged it us. You're the ones that assaulted us. But they told me the, it was, who wound up seizing it was the sheriff's department. They didn't have no jurisdiction on private property. That was another violation of our rights that they committed because they detained us and held us five hours and they created. And I believe that, you know, the GoPro, The reason they wanted it was because they were concerned that I had it on tape. I had it recorded as to what happened. That was their... You have to hold onto these guys like a full recording. Because what we were doing prior to this happening was picking up trash. Looking for illegals, we were out picking up trash and reconning the new property we had gotten on. The reason we even stepped up to help is because we saw the Border Patrol agent walking down the road. And like I said earlier, when we see that, we know that they're actively getting somebody. They just don't get out of their vehicle for nothing. We're just trying to assist and help them. You're not sure this on the air, but you're not? Absolutely not. Okay. Like the guy with one gun, but I believe in redundancy. Yeah, either too. But much rather have and not need the need and not have. Have you contacted these two? I've contacted the contact investigator, Padilla. the one that was, see between him and the Sergeant, they put it back and forth on each other. The Sergeant said it was the investigators called, the investigators said it was the Sergeant's call to see. Okay. So, neither one of them, and when they seized all of our property, they never gave me a receipt for my property. That was my next question. Did you get a receipt for anything? That was my next question? No, they told us, they vacate the area, and they told us that we were not getting this stuff back. It was part of an investigation. And to be honest with you, I hate to... What you need to do is find and get someone to give you a report because that is your only chance of having anything as to what they took. That's like grasping it. So if they want to rob you, they'll not send a bow and arrow over the camera. They can claim what they want to, but I am in the process of retaining a very powerful attorney. And I'm going to go after them with the full might of the law. They violated the constitutional right and they stole my property. Oh yeah, I understand. That's what it is. They stole it. You know, how much money are you willing to throw at principal? I'm not going to have to put money out. There's six flagrant violations of our civil and constitutional rights. This is a precedent-setting case in a lot of ways. Because another thing, no charges were filed the agent was not taken into custody. Nothing happened to the guy that shot him, which is a felony to discharge a firearm at an individual. When you don't announce yourself, you were not an imminent threat of bodily harm. He had no reason legally to discharge his firearm for the civilians. Now, the sheriff showed up. You mentioned the sheriff being... They had to call the sheriff because it's a local issue because have no jurisdiction or authority. Ask the sheriff to be a little more friendly in this instance. Ask the sheriff for his honest incident. We have a neighbor guard us to the FBI. Also, they're doing a pilot thing. There's something about Hidalgo County's sheriff in here, Mark. This isn't Hidalgo. This is Cameron County. Oh, I'm sorry. They're doing a pilot thing. The sheriff wants to wash his hands and blame someone else. Well, let me point out here everything we're suggesting is all hindsight my friends I would say personally just Do what you can from legal standpoint of you, but just considered yourself gone in the future The well, I tell you what every I don't know about you Casey, but every lesson I've ever learned in life man if it was something that Really fried my ass for lack of better description. I made it a point not to forget what took place and who did it. And in this case here, the problem is, as I see it, I stated it in the chat room, if I key it in my mic, man, nobody's going to like me. That's the way it is. But here's the deal. We, for some reason, and I have no idea how to explain it, feel it necessary to cooperate and cooperate with authorities. Okay? And authorities have proved time and time and time again that they are not on your side. They get a paycheck from what you're calling your enemy and why that constitutes them as the enemy. So when somebody would have asked me or said something about relinquishing your weapons and this sort of thing, it all sounded reasonable. But number one, you were fired upon. Number two, then you were disarmed and now we got a story. This happens time and time again. Everybody you see trying to rub shoulders with Border Patrol Sheriff's Department deputies, all these, you know, the good guys from the bad guys. This is what takes place. And you're going to, because you're telling us, it's already, it's going around in circles. Nobody's going to be responsible. Nobody's got your stuff. Right. It's over. The sheriff now from my understanding which it is not from direct communication with them because they have not directly communicated but I've had Larry Smith who is running for Congress in this area and some other people advocate for me and have called the sheriff's department and he's expressing that he wants me to come in and take possession of my property. Problem is number one is you illegally seized it. So why should I have to be inconvenienced to go back in to deal with it? Number two... Okay, well, let me say this. Let me say this. If you want your shit back, go get it. But this little, you know, this macho bullshit, man, I'll tell you what, man. See, it all becomes a matter of pride. Common sense goes out the window. If the sheriff is telling you to come down and get your stuff, go get it. You might never have another opportunity. I'd be storming through the doors and just give me back my stuff. Now you're talking about a $3500 piece of night vision and you're gonna sit there and say, bring it back to me because you took it, I'll meet you out there where you took it from. That's all bullshit. Go get it, guys. Go get it. That can't be reinforced enough. This might be the only opportunity to put a hunk of time. Either that or let it go. Like I said, the part, as you can probably tell, man, I'm being angered because this is what people do. We've watched this for 20 years. Yeah. Same MO over and over. Over and over. Over and over. But maybe, I tell you, if somebody was firing, somebody was shooting bullets at me, I wouldn't give a damn what uniform they got on if it was Jesus Christ. I'm going to raise my weapon and send it back downrange. Period. Everybody's walking around looking for permission. You don't need permission to defend yourself. And just like you said, this agent, they didn't even question him. He's not even part of the equation. And how, I mean how, you know, what? What'd you say? I don't know what the time frame was. 35 feds show up following. Man, don't they have anything else to do or was this a staged event? Right all we consider is we saw each other in their earpiece number one So as far as I'm not knowing where your men were they knew where your men are well just by your own description It sounded like the motor patrol dived off into a bush while the other guy kept going and then he's the one that got fired upon I don't know man. What do you think? I'm not a nice guy But you know, I tell you what when you start seeing and listening to things that you know Wow, man, didn't you know that's all I can think didn't you know? Like Mark's saying this shit's been going on for years. It's just a repeat of what we've seen over and over and over again with the especially corrupt cops and the feds. The feds are... I've been doing radio for a group of 14 and every... Initially when I was younger it's like wow, maybe there's some you know, just mistakes being made. Yeah, well you know... That's 30 years ago. I'm past that. Anything like this, masked out. Especially when there's all kinds of bugs there all at once. You know, and again, who's treated as the enemy? Yeah, you. Look how you, yeah, look how we turn out. But I can't, number one, they're in constant contact. Their radio technology is better than what we have. They have billions behind them. They talk to each other. When they're in the field, they talk to each other. They don't make a mistake. Okay, thanks. I actually wanted to ask K.T., and he has something he'd like to throw in. K.T., when Bill Cipes came out and that kind of thing, and they took your farm, did they take that Border Patrol agents firearm? No, they did not. Just for clarification, so you guys listening and you guys at this radio station that are talking. The reason I have not gone to retrieve my firearm is I have been advised by counsel that it is not a smart idea to go up there. Number one, because I am listed as a head of a snake. Due to the FBI's report, that patriots are the number one domestic terrorist threat to this country. If I go back up there to reclaim my weapons by myself, I could be arrested and detained by the feds under NDAA and then guess what? Everything goes away if I go away. They can do that right now. Nothing to my freedom. Okay here's how it works. Let the lawyers. You all do and are very aware you talked about it before here on the air. I've heard you talking about it. We've covered this before anybody knew what the hell NDAA was. You want a television card. You don't know who you're talking from this end, okay? This is something where we've come out a few years, decades. The understanding of the idea, I've been real quiet, if you notice, like I've seen this about. Do you hear my voice? Well hold on here, Diana, I'm gonna talk to our person right here. Let me point something out. Number one, leave my side. Or secure their locked lock. This is about the 50th time the last year we've had people tell us, people have come up on the air. We had this happen out at the Bundy thing. We've had it happen down on the border in Arizona. was laying around that's worth three, four, and five thousand dollars. It should have been on my person. I don't leave night vision. I've been in the field for decades. I don't leave my night vision laying around. It's on my person. I don't let anything valuable lay around. I don't care how many friendlies I have. And in service, equipment is at your hand. But you also don't leave it laying around because people have a tendency to be thieves. Well, it was not laying around. It was in my mule. They removed it from and that's why a lock can, not a glove box, a lock can, and even then they'll have to bust locks to get to it and they're more than probably willing to do that. So monetary help, a little bit of financial support from our public out here, and the brethren that we are fighting for and that this man is standing up, putting his life on the line for, not only against the cartel, but obviously against our own agents that are supposed to be working for we the people. So that would be really awesome if we could get some kind of funding coming in so we could actually get him a lock box that he could attach. to his mule that he's not here all day. Okay, number one, I don't just hold on here. I don't disagree with his idea. Doesn't have to be NDAA. It can be any number of reasons. You know, for instance, I know here's the debate back and forth. The guys are talking about going in and getting whatever, picking up whatever, you know, is your property. Number one, I talked to the sheriff and here's one of the options is, you know what, here's how it works. Yes, bring it to another site, be concerned about or if you're going to acquire a prostitute, have that part slash do the property pick up because the biggest concern is, as we have seen over and over again, I have watched as they will get somebody to come in and yes, they will grab them. We had this happen over and over again in the 90s, the 80s, where people thought they would be civil and nice. This incident with you being civil and nice under the logic that somehow there might be some intelligence or Americanism tied into these prostitutes to get a federal paycheck. federal paycheck that they're aligned with them first. And you're right, and that's what they did. I understand, but it does need to be the end. The NDAA, long before that they were grabbing people like this. They've done this forever. This is not new. It's not improved. It's not changed. They've grabbed people and secreted them away. We've been on the line. We've fought them down face to face. This is the fourth record replay that I've seen on this. Not just what you're doing, but in general with how they're acting. And I'm talking about why I secure my stuff. That's why I haven't gone to secure my stuff. I'm not scared, but I'm not stupid, and I value my freedom more than I value any material product. That's why the option is whether or not you're going to write it off. One of the other rules is it's combat casualty losses. Now you won't make, you know, make any deals anymore or at least you can. You've got to understand and you know, keep your back to the wall. And the back of the wall means you don't trust anybody, obviously, that's working on the border. I will never relinquish my weapon for any reason to anybody ever again. This taught me that value. Amen. There you go. There you go. Amen. Hey, P. You brought up the Congressman. Now the Congressman, hasn't he been out there doing patrols with you? Yeah. What was his name again, my Congressman? Larry Smith, he's running for Congress in this area. He's the front runner for this area. Awesome. And he probably has some really good influence in that area. And he has been advocating for me. That's definitely a good person to have. Considering all the adversaries that you've got out there, it's definitely good that you've got that one in your court for sure. Well, one of the things that's ironic is like I said, since we've been out there since day one, we've been in constant communication with Border Patrol. We were fully known that we were out there. I mean, it's the process of things they're saying. It's all CYA is what they're doing. They're not telling the truth, which is not unusual coming from a federal government. There you go. See, all these things are coming to light now. all the people you thought were your friends, all they were really doing was getting all the information from you that they could possibly get and then twist it and turn it and make it look like whatever they wanted to look like. So you're learning. Well, make no mistake. I didn't look at them as my friends. I looked at them as fellow Americans and I looked at them as supposed to be doing a job and they were being held back by regulation. So we came in to supplement and help. keep our country from being invaded. Do you still think that? No, I'm not. That's not what I'm saying. Do you still think that they're worth communicating with? At this point, do you think that any of them, any of them are worth communicating with? I don't trust any of them, especially now. But here's the thing. If we don't make communications with them, then we're really going to get in a shootout with them. So by doing that, you were in a shootout with them. That's already happened. Obviously somebody's been shot at. All the things? Well, just the Border Patrol agents that were shot at, was it? We have not been in communication with them since they shot at us. They were given orders by their uppers to not speak with us or talk to us. So there is a very potential, big potential for another episode like this to happen because now we are not in communication and we are still going to repel these invaders irregardless. But it makes it a more dangerous situation for myself and the team that I'm with because now we cannot communicate with them. So now we will be put in more of a hazard by our own federal agents of being shot. But that's not going to stop us. It hasn't stopped us. And we have to continue to control since this happened. Casey, didn't you tell me that they put pressure upon the landowners and made it so... Tell us a little bit more about that. What kind of ground did you lose over that? And what type of pressure did they put upon those? Do you know? Well, the place where the shooting occurred is called Stable Palms, which is where it is. Unbeknownst to us, when we first got permission to go out on that property, that is a heavy narco trafficking area. Where we've been working was all human smuggling. It's where they were pushing people across the board. When we got into the narco area, it's when we got shot at. And then the property director came and spoke to us directly and told us. that they had been contacted and that the Border Patrol and the upper people had suggested that the owners would be liable if something else happened on their property involving us. So by scaring the property owners and telling them, hey man, you got these guys out here, something happens, man, you're gonna get sued, it's gonna be on you, they... made property owners back up because now they're concerned about being sued because there's already been shot fired. So basically they're playing the cartels game by intimidating the citizens just the same as the cartels intimidating them with threats to their lives. They're giving them threat to their livelihoods basically right? Absolutely. Yeah I can definitely see that.
