Mark Koernke and Donald Betcher hosted the morning Intelligence Report on August 29, 2014, focusing primarily on urgent fundraising needs for the Micro Effect radio network. The hosts discussed financial difficulties, offering books on federal jurisdiction (for $25 donations) and P38 can opener keychains with paracord (for $10 donations) to support the broadcast. Caller Bill from Texas discussed radio equipment, encryption, and preparedness communications. Donald Betcher delivered an extended segment on tactical psychology, target fixation, and human behavior in combat situations, drawing parallels to shark attacks and military strategy. The hosts emphasized the importance of listener contributions to keep the network operational and discussed the value of educational materials on constitutional law and federal authority.

A figure walked in through the mist with a flintlock in his hand. His clothes were torn and dirty as he stood there by my bed. He took off his three-cornered hat and speaking low to me. We fought a revolution to secure our liberty. We wrote the Constitution as a shield from tyranny. For future generations, this legacy we gave. In this, the life free. At home, brave. The freedoms we secured for you, we hoped you'd always keep. The tyrants labored endlessly while your parents were asleep. Your freedom's gone, your courage lost, you're no more than a slave. Indist the land of the free, the brave. You buy permits to travel and permits to own a gun. Permits to start a business or to build a place for one. On land that you believe you own, you pay a yearly rent. Although you have no voice in saying how the money's spent, your children must attend a school that doesn't educate, and your Christian values can't be taught according to this. You read about the current use in a regulated press, and you pay a tax you do not owe to please the IRS. Your money is no longer made of silver nor gold. You trade your wealth for paper so your life can be controlled. You pay for crimes that make our nation turn from God and shame. You've taken Satan's number, you've traded in your name, you've given government control to those who do you harm so they could burn down churches and seasonally farm and keep our country deep in debt. Put men of God in jail harass your fellow countrymen while corrupted courts prevail. Your public servants don't uphold the solemn oaths they've sworn and your daughters visit to their children. Your leaders send artillery and guns to foreign shores and send your sons to slaughter fighting other people's wars. Can you regain the freedoms for which we fought and died? Or don't you have the courage or the faith to stand with pride? And are there no more values for which you'll fight to save? Or do you wish your children to be a slave once the republic arrives? Take a stand. Defend the Constitution, the Supreme Law of the land. Preserve our great republic and each god given right. Pray to god. But I awoke he vanished in the middle of whence he came. His words were true. We are not free, but we have ourselves to blame. For even now his parents trampled each God-given right. We only watch him tremble, too afraid to stand and fight. If he stood by your bedside to dream while you were asleep, and wondered what remains of the freedoms he fought to keep, what would be your answer? He called out from the grave. Okay, so let's see I do believe today is August 29 2014 and we got cool temperatures here at Idaho here this morning and Something we need to get after here this morning mark is start doing somewhat of a fun drive here folks we are at the 29th of August and We got some ketchup to do so I want to let everybody know we said we have we still have piles of books and here that aren't going to do me any good sitting here in the office. So for those of you who make a minimum $25 contribution today, we'll send you copies one and two of jurisdiction over the federal areas within the states. So it's a report of the Interdepartmental Committee for the Study of Jurisdiction over Federal Areas within the states, a text of the law of legislation jurisdiction. published in 1957. Okay, so if you would make a $25 contribution here this morning, we'll get you a copy of this, or copies one and two in the mail. So you simply dial 888-747-1968. Once again, 888-747-1968. You can use a credit card. Or if you want to, you can make us a call, make a pledge to make the contribution. and we can get them in the mail that way. You can stand by us at PO Box 164, Kamiya, Idaho 83536 or you can go to the front of the website. I'm going to tell you how things are going folks, just like we always have here. We've kind of lightly mentioned it throughout the week, starting on Monday, needing your contributions to keep the micro effect afloat. I don't know if this is a good thing or a bad thing. Actually, it's a bad thing from where I sit. Contributions have been very minimal. $20 in one day, $40 in one day. I think we get $20 yesterday. Something just isn't happening for one reason or the other. We've always had good support of the micro effect. And it's not that we're sitting here with a desire to shut things off and go home. And I suppose the best thing to say at this point, Jerry, if there's no support, I guess it'll just go away. So we'd like to start this morning here with telling you that we still have some of these books to give you in exchange for your contribution. I think I have to keep looking here. We have somebody send us, I'll forget the gentleman's name here. I think it's 25 feet of paracord with a piece 38. I believe that's the proper number for the can opener, isn't it Mark? Yeah, P38 can opener. P38 can opener. So it's like a key chain kind of thing. And for a $10 donation towards Micro Effect, we'll drop one of these in the middle to you. This is something that you would leave hanging on your belt until such time that you would need a 25 feet of paracord to drive something off. And certainly the P38 can opener, which has been around for What, since World War II? I'm not really sure when they can. Oh yeah, at least two. Originally, we recognized everybody from Vietnam War. The one that's the can opener in the spoon. The government decided to nail the P-38. Well, that's what they say, the little P-38. It's the only way to say it. It's a good can opener too, guys. That mind's not using the same one. Exactly. The one I have on my dog tags, I got my keyring. and you don't see them around a lot anymore so if somebody asks you, what is that you have in your, most people, well the older people, our generation should recognize it very quickly. I don't think there's anybody in our generation that hasn't seen one at some time or another in their life. And I'm not sure how many, we got a bunch of them here. So a $10 contribution and we'll get one of these in an envelope and send them to you. It's basically like I say, a key chain made out of 25 feet of paracord with a P38 hanging around the end of it. So 888-747-1968. And that's what I have to bring to the table here for the moment here, Mark. Many times we've expressed and talked to people, this is, Jack Blood just dropped off. I was asked on the air yesterday, by the way I was on the air for two hours yesterday after the air was filling in for Jack Blood's spot. Somebody called in and asked if I could talk about why Jack Blood is no longer on the micro effect. Well it's the same scenario. Equipment breaking down, things going on in the background, not enough support. and he had to gracefully back up. Obviously, you know, if things are getting any better for Jackie B, certainly welcome to come back to the Micro Effect. There's no hard feelings there, anything like that going on. Same thing happened to Frank Whelan. I'm sure a lot of you have been listening to the Micro Effect for a long time. Remember Frank. Frank has been with us for three, four years. And again, you had to finally get down and do something. Well, we too are at the same point in this point in the history of America. We need to get down and do something here to keep going. And folks, it would be best if everybody could make a contribution, you know, once a month, just a regular automatic contribution so we can get some kind of a foundation built underneath the micro effect. We've been wandering all over the place for at least all this year. up to this point of getting on the microphone and asking for contributions. So if the microfact means anything to you and all the information that we bring, we were asking that you make a contribution today. Today, this morning, right here, right now, 888-747-1968. I can tell you if it continues to go the way it is going, like I said, there's no secrets here. We just... End up doing what we have to do or what anybody else could do. What can you do with nothing? I can't do no more with nothing than you can So if you will make the contribution this morning 888 747-1968 and back to you mark If you said if we get enough contributions, we'll go find the tanker I Just don't know where that big elephant went. That's an example right? Well, we take this very Well, I've always felt the recovery things here. I talked about it yesterday when I was on the air, Mark. Talking about the real things that everybody at home is dealing with. I don't care about what's going on in other places on the planet. In all honesty, I don't care about the supertaker that disappeared. I mean, really, but has some sort of a political impact, certainly. Somewhere, somehow, it's affecting something. But it's the politics of this country that's got us in the position that you know where we're at at this moment, so If we don't get some foothold some common sense thinking Some understanding of what and why you know it's like Sandy Hook. You know why would there be such a thing as Sandy Hook? Every time we've had one of those outbreaks there, you know kids getting killed in school. These people have no morals They don't have any they don't have anything They will do anything to get their political agenda across and into legislation and power. That's all they care about. People are dying jiggly for political reasons and false beliefs, red herrings. It's insane actually. But very seldom if at all, if you go listen to another broadcast network, Of course, they're doing all the same things at NBC, ABC, all the propaganda machines are doing. Well, look over here. Look what's going on in this country. And this is how it's going to affect America. Well, great. The only way America can deflect anything is start hunkering down and pushing off all the things that's being shed in. You know, like Mark was talking about a while ago, you know, putting double troops down there at the border. 150 miles in from the border, they're already here. And it's like chasing cats all over the place instead of just catching everything right at the border, right where the opening is. So, I don't know, that's the way I look at it, Mark. Like I said, I talked about it yesterday afternoon. You can see a micro effect has always been unique in that way. We stay on top of the things that are affecting us the most. with ideas and direction. If you have an understanding, how do you take over a well-informed population? You can't. All you have to do is keep them in the dark, tell them all the lies, and they believe lies and they're easy prey. And right now, America is definitely easy prey. So folks, make your contributions. This morning we have yet to... We do have a, okay, it's a caller. Make your contributions. 888-747-1968. We have one line open here right now. We got a caller coming up on line in just a second here. I can't even begin to tell you. Here we go. We got Bill in Texas here. Good morning, Bill. Good morning, guys. And I drive from, I'm based out of Boston. I go all the way down to, but mostly up and down I have five and, you know, off to the left and right. That's not the main reason I called. One question I had for Mark. If you think about the recently calling in again, but a month from now, is the before, but it's Saturday, October, head off of I-35. Donating goes, I'm... Well, thank you Bill. Talk about the AMP RC-74 or RC-74. No number on it, but when I purchased Hughes RT- Okay, yeah, that's the light radio unit. Yeah, the RT has a, I think they started using an 80, she started sending an RC-90, whereas the Well it's an H-F, not much I do now. Somebody modified it and put a, like a Centronics Connect, like it just runs off a 12. like a ham radio operator uses because he had his cold. It was ruggedized. Somebody, the water seals are compromised and typically they're not. Extreme moisture. Other than that. No, for people who like I do. The most rugged radios I've ran across, radios out of an airplane. We're playing radio and while it was on, and fell forth and it didn't even flinch. For a liberator, radio rig, radio use, it was installed right here at Rollin' Airport. Try to take a lookin' and the line forever but uh month i've heard different talks on business software terry bases and places like and anything they consider all you need is to come as for that to your other computer you'll be able to get it anyway hopefully believe in encryption if nothing else because you you can uh you know letter and use a phonetic code on top i as long as you don't plug these slated from for snag if you're not hooked up and today with you all over the place you can buy piles i've got i got you know they've only got do we can do packet load 200 meg, not gigs, need that. We got some, this is what I've been getting into discussions. 90% of what we do nowadays as far as why we're going to gigabyte the spying on it, provide the resource by Iran garbage coming in the back door. And let me give you an example of this. Remember when Y2K was coming up? Remember that, right? And Y2K was real. I don't care what it is. Government switching. It was a government hitting the sewer of coal. And I'll challenge you to look at all the imagery. Y2K was supposedly the same way University of Michigan. I work in University of Michigan. Know what we had for the primary backup? Oh, you pick them up and the script will be reborn. Of every one of those Y2K prep, right hand side of every one of those workstations, to clean them up, all they needed for basic communication, because they weren't going to be doing a lot of pretty pictures and imagery, all you need to talk to each other in an emergency situation. I am not using it as a telephone. Like you said, encryption, hey, the biggest thing is to get more people to become creative with regard to the process. And if they want to use throwaway to, you know, disrupt or interpret, fantastic, but it's one more thing to keep them busy. And even through junking behind it, what's the basic rule about psychological? One can't take it away, you can't. Oh, it's encrypted. I've been playing on the keyboard for three years. I hope you enjoy your work. Good luck, guys. Yes, we are. Thank you, Bill. And folks, let me just throw this out here real quick. This morning before I get off the air I have to have a minimum contributions or collection information resulting in $652.32. Right now we're at $100. So folks, 888-747-1968. This is one of the things that we have to cover and has to be covered today. $65.32. $652. You're listening to the Morning Intel report. We have Mark Cornice. Donald Betcher is with us. Yeah, he is. Oh, hi, Donald. And folks, right now we're going to push very hard for contributions to the micro effect. As I stated earlier, we still have multiple copies of the jurisdiction or federal areas within the United States. A $25 contribution will get you copies one and two in the mail. And if you could afford a few bucks, because it kind of, I think it costs like six bucks to mail these things out. So if you can afford to help us with the shipping, We'd appreciate that very much. 888-747-1968. Also for a minimum $10 contribution, we'll send you a keychain with a P38 can opener. It's actually, it's pretty cool looking actually. These were donated to the Micro Effect months ago and they just kind of got set aside for times like these. So, It's a... you never know when you need a piece of paracord, don't you think? In the shape of a keychain, you can hang it right on your belt with a can opener. And $10 contribution will get that in the mail to you. 888-747-1968. Unfortunately, for what I need to accomplish here this morning, man, I've been putting this off and putting it off and putting it off. I've fought in every way that I could to keep from coming to the airway with all this, but here we are nonetheless. This morning when I get out of this chair and walk out the door of this morning, I need to have a minimum in our PayPal account, which is going to be emptied out immediately. $652.32 is what I need to cover this morning. That's just a smart... that's not all we need, but that's just something I need to cover immediately. 888-747-1968. You can go to our donation button on the front of the website. And for those of you who are without computer, you can email us at P.O. Box 164 Kamiad Idaho 83536. Of course, that's not going to help us a whole lot here this morning with what I need to accomplish. But nonetheless, if help keeps coming in, we'll keep the micro effect on the air. We've been doing this for a very long time. The micro effects has always been a listener supported broadcast network. It's we, the people, you and I. We don't have a major conglomerates pumping money into the background and none of those things. I mean, I have major financers. This is just the ground effort of getting alternative news out on the air for those of you who care to listen and are staying up to speed with things that are going on in this country. So once again 888-747-1968 please call now. We need to come up with, like I said, 652-32. I'm not just pulling these numbers out of the hat. This is the bill that has to be covered here this morning. Okay? So 888-747-1968. And back to you Don. Good morning, sir. I'll even go so far as to say good morning just to be social. Okay, it's going to revamp here. It's one of those days, the date I can get away with it. I think we got another day or two to go, don't we? Yeah, but when we come back on... Oh yeah, that's true. Yeah. See you in September. I remember that song. See you in September. Yep, it's for like, you know, the youngers hardly pay attention to stuff like that anymore. Yeah, what's in a day? Anyway, what do you have jumping out of the woods there for us today, Don? Anything? Well, something I wanted to do on weapons. one day if you want to run with me for a little while I can hear one of the worst ones you guys you got a whole bunch of people in the water think about the Indianapolis or you can think about Jaws or you can think about any of the sharks comes in to bite some talk about Max and Knife and all there's another song that's kind of a foot that shark and he screams or she screams and on the East Coast for my illustration let's say right in or you know ribs is recorded into history you guys we don't pick this stuff up these guys someone runs out that we've addressed this before. Imagine the man. There's someone out there getting eaten by a shark and someone else runs out there to help. Maybe he's heard the main thought line of this man before. He grabs that guy in that pool of blood and see man or woman out of the water and the shark comes. This happens you guys. The shark comes back and hits it. Pull him out of the water but before he gets there the shark comes back and hits him again. The shark becomes really target-fixing. That's what I wanted to talk about to a certain extent here. Other people, pick they target. what made him choose, committed himself to that target. And even when other people go out there, literally, there's instances, you guys, of someone holding onto a person and a shark holding onto another portion of that person, and they're wrestling over that person. All the shark had to do was let go, go by trying to take his food away, and then he'd take his food away. Now, I'm getting a little bit off, because we could go in the target station area, but we've talked about this before. We could go back to, you've talked many times about the Chinaman coming over the hill. It's not pleasant for me to relate. When the Chinaman come over the hill like ants, you guys, shoot his ear off and his finger off and his nose off, and I have made silly mad at you. Granted, they were mad at you when they came over the hill, but now they've got extra people when they would eventually the new people coming into his jock dive on an enemy formation, you entreat on him. Tommy Lynch told his little P-38 driver, told his people the same thing. Whether it's a head-on attack, turning into an attack, you pick a a single target who made him single target, initial attack. Wait, another target to do that. There's this basic human nature that even warriors tend in their mind. It's a thing that you try to commit, it's a simple word. And in a situation it could be one side of another word or this side of frame, this thought up. A man can be in a fight in heaven, in his mind. In the fight, he is in his mind. If he can catch on that fear and use that to stay in the fight. I'm gonna panic or I'll panic. Well, this is true too. It goes over to, we can only do so much in any given instant, let alone moment. The man who's panicking, the man who's trying to get ahead of himself. I'm trying to do three things at once here because look it, they're like stinking ants. And uses the fear situation, uses the fear for them, the fear for them. Understand, these are basic psychological steps here when we wake up in the morning. Unless we wake up in prison or something, we are comfortable. we think about paying a bill to pay today or I have to go to court to the battle today every unless he's a lunatic unless he's stinking koo koo crazy. Let me jump in here for a second Don. Right now we're up to 371 dollars is where we are folks we're stroking for 652.32 that's what we're trying to get here this morning that's a minimum this is just a piece of it that I do have to cover This morning. Okay, so 888-747-1968. Thank you very much to the person that donated the $200. Thank you very much. And folks, if you keep these contributions coming in, this is always a struggle for us, keeping the micro effect on the air, folks. This is our network, your network. This is what I tell you. All you can do is $10 or $5 call in and do it, please. Anything you can do will help. Every dollar that explain this before it's going right to where it needs to go. What's going to take place, do what they can right now. It's Friday. We have a paycheck. It's also the end of the bill. We're doing that right now. We can get past this goal without any profit. $300. We have a 371. We're getting there guys. 371. We have another hour and 20 minutes left. Folks, the reason I'm throwing it out there this way is this is the priority one right here, right now. I got it right in front of me here. That has to be taken care of this morning. As soon as the money hits the account, as soon as I'm off the program, if the money's there, we're going to take care of this one. And what's the holiday for Monday? What's going on Monday? I'm waiting to think of it. You've been involved in this particular process, at least with all the child birthing. which means it's like when you're here it's some brother day it's like wow for the girls they remember it. National Frog Day or something. Yeah, yeah. Rhetorious it is I say. Anyway folks the line is open 888-747-1968. I'm asking for those who have because this needs to be dealt with you know like Toronto right now. Okay, we just got another $50 for six. It's up to what? Four something as for four twenty something. Yeah, four twenty one. Okay, so we're at four twenty one. And thank you for your contribution. Whoever just called him at $50. 888-747-1968. Folks, this is not all that we need here at the Micro Effect. This is just what we need to take today. Right here, right now. I'm out of time. I didn't sleep very well last night with all the things that I have on my mind. We need to move back into a comfort zone here. Come on, you guys. If you'd like to... Well, people like Bill, I suppose he has something that comes in on the 2nd of every month or something. Folks, as long as we can keep plugging along here, keep feeding in, feeding in. You know I can tell people okay, we got it covered just bear with us will be with you in another day or two You know how the process works as long as we have you know an Understanding of you know some kind of a foundation or a promise that you know okay? This is where we're going so 888 747 1968 What okay little confusion going on here is wine one tied up or? Okay, all right Like I said, the most significant thing I have going on right now is this particular bill for this amount. So folks, we have a long way to go, but this one here will buy me until Monday, I suppose, is the best way to put it. And even though it's a holiday. What is it? Labor Day... You hit it on the head, yup. Labor Day. You have to work for... Yeah. Well, you know, I tell you, all these little holidays, I suppose if you don't work for the government, all these little days are... in a lot of ways, insignificant anymore. We don't get paid for our time off. We didn't get paid for our time on. So, how important is it to me? I don't know. PO Box 164, Kami'i, Idaho. Folks, like we've said all along, we have a lot of things to test to the micro effect. a lot of things going on. I'm taking some time off here and I have no regrets. I really don't. I needed to get out of this office for more than a day or two and I managed to do that. And we're paying for it now because when I'm away here things just seem to wander where ever they wander and there has to be some kind of leadership I suppose. It's done me a lot of good. And after, what, since 2007, I haven't been out of the office for that long a period of time, since 2007, seven days a week. So, I hope you can appreciate what I'm saying. The line is tied up here right now. Folks, we're plugging along. We're gonna push and push hard. I still have copies of these jurisdiction over federal areas within the states. You know, we were talking about, as a matter of fact, we test out as a deer to Mark and Don and myself. The education, you need the books, you need to understand what it is that you're dealing with. If you don't have anything between your ears, you're defenseless. And you have to know what they have the power to do. You know, anybody can stand there and tell you about all their power, you know, blah, blah, blah. But all of a sudden you have a little phrase you throw out there and they're defenseless, you know, they're like, there's nothing they can do. And they know there's nothing they can do. But you know, people have to be willing to exercise their rights. if he's not willing to fight back or push back. I went through so much of that when I was on the road. You know what? You know, they have this little department called Department of Transportation. And you know, it's always kind of fun because you had your little green book, the Federal Guidelines for Public Transportation, blah, blah, blah, and all the little rules and stuff. But you know, as you went to each state, they didn't give a damn about your little green book. Although you're running on federal highways, the state is governing the highways. And so you'd have this little argument every time, well, here's what my little handbook says. Well, that's not what the state of Mississippi says. Mississippi says, you know, or Georgia or California. This is our, well, what's this book good for? You know, absolutely nothing. And what do you think the chances are of somebody understanding the laws all across the country for each state pertaining to what it is you're doing or trying to get around or whatever? Man you need a computer just to keep track of it all. In all seriousness, I literally without question, I was there. It happened to me. I got a ticket one time in Arizona for having a mustache. And I appreciated the ticket because it was either okay, get a speeding ticket, you know, against regular insurance, you know, all this other stuff. Or the guy said, well, I can write you up for having a mustache. And I said, come on man, get real. He said, no, and he had, he was really cool about it. I really did. I liked the guy. He said, he showed me in this book, you know, the laws of Arizona, whatever. And, uh, the one of the losses, you know, all men shall be queenship and for whatever reason, they gave me a ticket for having a mustache. And I was thankful. Yeah. Well, I'm glad they had the law for the mustache. And then no, I'm not shaving it off. But you need to understand. You know how things function so these books here that we have a $25 minimum contribution Coffee's wanted to we've had them on the air before Okay, a lot of them went out. We have a lot of them left. We have cases of them left that actually But you know folks if you were to make a contribution I don't want you just to make a contribution for the sake of helping the micro effect I actually want you to read the books read them So that you have an understanding. I've seen people buy books and stick them on the shelf. Well I have a copy of the bragging rights. Well I have a copy of the uh, the auditional consequences. Well I have a copy too. Have you ever read it? I've tried to. That's a big book. It is a big book, yes. And when I get a chance I read some more, then I read some more, then I read some more. But you know when you tell somebody else, or ask them have you ever read the unintended consequences? Well yeah, I have that book, but they don't say I read the book because it's a big book. This is three books. It's the size of a dictionary. One night, huh? I started reading it and I just didn't stop. I actually, I kept jotting from the author and I was like hey this is pretty cool and I kept reading it and I kept reading it. What gets me is again it should have been. Well that's a book you know what you have to appreciate about that particular book is it gives you, it explains to you all the things that took place you know from the beginning of gun laws and all these things and how they had a whole court case without a defendant. So when you have a court case without a defendant then they have to go with whatever the complainant has to say because there's nobody there to defend it. All kind of things. You know, the people that were involved in making guns and it's not limited to guns. So if you understood all these things, another great book I've read in my life is the Uncommon Sense, talking about the history of America. You know, the first lawyer that ever came to America, for example, they put him right back on a boat and sent him back overseas. Now, we're not going to have that here, but, you know, they managed to get it. British Navy just to get rid of it. Yeah, but a record of how the whole process took place, you know, what was going on in those years and, you know, how gun manufacturers, you know, all these, all this information lies in books. And these are some of the books that you need. Do you know this? The actual print of this was June 1957. Now, I could put it this way, that they couldn't lie too much in 57, as much as they lie today. think about that for a minute. Anyway, we're up here at the top of the hour, Mark and Don. We're going to have to jump out, jump back in here in just a few minutes. So go ahead and jump out and we'll run all the stuff. And folks, we'll be right back with another hour of the morning intel report. Stay tuned. And don't forget, we're taking contributions as fast as we can here this morning. 888-747.
