Mark Koernke discussed the FCC's no-play list, a censorship mechanism that removes politically sensitive songs from radio rotation, particularly anti-war and revolutionary-era music. He examined specific examples including songs by Men at Work, Iron Butterfly, and Creedence Clearwater Revival that have been suppressed, contrasting liberal versus conservative political bias in media control. The show featured a caller operating a 50-watt micro-broadcaster seeking antenna configuration advice, and Koernke emphasized the importance of low-power radio as a grassroots alternative to controlled mainstream media. The episode included fundraising appeals to support the MicroEffect broadcast network, with a goal of $652.32 to cover operational costs.

The figure walked in through the mist with a flip lock and his clothes were torn and dirty as he stood there by my bed. He took off his three-cornered hat and speaking low to me. We fought a revolution to secure our liberty. We wrote the Constitution, the shield from tyranny. For future generations, this legacy we gave. In this, the land of freedoms we secured for you, we hope you'd always keep. The tyrants labored endlessly while your parents were asleep. Your freedom's gone, your courage lost. You're no more than a slave. The land of the free, the brave. You vie permits to travel and permits to own a gun. Permits to start a business or to build a place for one. On land that you believe you own, you pay a yearly rent. Although you have no voice in saying how the money's spent. Your children must attend a school that doesn't educate. And your Christian values can't. be taught. You read about the current use in a regulated press and you pay a tax you do not owe to please the IRS. Your money is no longer made of silver nor gold. You trade your wealth for paper so your life can be controlled. You pay for crimes that make our nation turn from God and shame. You've taken this. You've given government control. You do harm so they could burn down churches and see they farmed our country deep in debt. Put men of God in jail, harass your fellow countrymen while corrupted courts prevail. Your public servants don't uphold the solemn oaths they've sworn. And your daughters send artillery and guns to foreign shores, and send your sons to slaughter fighting other people's wars. Can you regain the freedoms for which we fought and died? Or don't you have the courage or the faith to stand with pride? And are there no more values for which you'll fight to save? Arise, take a stand. I'm Delra Neal, for Donald B. Echorone. Well, he might be just off to the side there. Will it take a minute? We got a caller on the line here, Mark. We have a caller. Yes, sir. And today's date, first of all, is to a benchmark. And that real quick is the 29th of August, 6th, and so be it Social Stock Station America, the K-2004. We're going by the mud bill. No joy in mud bill today. Well, it might be if there's a paycheck involved. On the air a few days back, you had mentioned something about a no play list. Wondering if there's any way they could get a copy of that. Well, it goes through the stations and the networks and it comes from the federal government, as a matter of fact, through the FCC. Now, the way to do it is if you can get somebody at a station to cooperate. Give an example. Remember back when 9-11 took place? There was a whole concept. They even publicly announced what added to the no-playlist. Does anybody remember that? The season was supposedly it will value to the terrorists, hopefully. 180 some additional songs around no playlist songs except that played everybody was to attack if you heard him on the radio, but how would you know where to listen to them and when I mean arbitrary on the part of the FCC We don't know any given day of what the total is because I think a lot of stations simply have an older list and add to it playing the music But it's quite extensive and in fact probably the best example anything that's from when I call the revolutionary era for music from 70 to about 31 on the band list. A lot of stuff done by certain groups that were politically active and orally the songs were in fact quite played are pretty well gone from the inventory for the same reason because if you think about the criteria, all like we said it's like Bill attacked Nixon, Nixon was Nixon did. Yeah, we're so far in the corner with this regime as far as it's a joke, we can get to say about Nixon. with the present, you know, a mechanism or with Bush. So a lot of the music that would pertain has virtually weren't for libraries. We have, they call it the Burn. And probably the best example of that is a lot of the stuff done by Iron Butterfly. Go around down the shopping list. There's a lot of stuff that we just, in fact, I'm thinking about this because when was the last time you heard a song by Iron Butterfly? It has been a while. Yeah, and I mean, like, think about it, back in the day, granted, I mean, you're really scared on all these stations, but all these stations are literally, say, the same 20, maybe there's 50, they're allowed to play, and it's all designed to be, you know, minimal, warm, fuzzy. I mean, even CCR, Cleaner Auto Revival. Now, granted, they weren't anti-gun. On the one hand, they yap about, you know, this, yap, that, but then it was, you know, jump on the bandwagon, because it was in vogue when they were big, you know, to do the anti-gun, get the gun thing. in the same breath a lot of what they generated is fighting music. In other words, when you hear it you think it takes you back to Vietnam or takes you back to something during that era and what you related to is conflict. What about all the anti-war music from the 60s? And from the 80s. Everybody gives a mistake. How about, for instance, monkey heads, men at work, men at a whole bunch of stuff. simply not being played. Why? It was all back when the hyper-liberal groups were attacking, well like with Bush in the early part of the odds. Back in that day, it was Reagan slash really Bush who was in charge after the assassination attempt. But to have all these pieces, and we weren't at war, it was, oh, talking about Central America. Here come the helicopter, it was the, what was it, come on, it's not here, come to helicopter. Anyway, it's a mistake. band, everybody, you know, Land Down Under is a song everybody remembers. Well, look what they did to the Dixie Chicks for what they, you know, someone that's, I forget which one it was, you know, stated her opinion, you know, publicly and... By the way, it did turn out to be correct about the war, but only in that they were doing it because it was a leftist statement, whereas in reality, our argument from, and I'm a hawk, I'm very much a hawk, but I'll tell you flat out what's happening Exactly. We warned everybody about it was Vietnam revisited across the board and look what look at the end of it as a result of it. Look what's happening right now. But yeah, the music effect they took their whole in one minute their music was gone and on the no playlist and then all of a sudden it was a political statement you just had to play it no matter what and there was and there still were volts even though the playlist you know that the it's a matter of political correctness if they're hyper liberal politically correct It's got enough hammer and sickle and it'll be played. If it can be turned around on its head, you know, or turned around, especially with all the rhetoric they're using right now, then it's not gonna be... In other words, there's no way they can twist it because they so hammered into everybody's mind that particular song and what it represents, that it's just not gonna be out there. It's like Ohio used to be beat as death. Do do do do do do do do do. Everybody knows what song. Four Dead and Ohio. Four Dead in Ohio. Pomp pomp. Which I say you like, no. 90 dead in old waco. Bill Denton and Black Peter. Hot here is a drummer drumming. 90 dead in old waco. This is what they are terrified to that people do it. Why not do remakes but bring them up to date? That's why they don't want to play it because you see they need these things to disappear. They use that on us. But now when you want to use it on them, they don't want it around. So I think some of the deserved plays. Oh yes. There's a lot of them. I want to get my hands on that list and review it. Build the radio station and play only those songs. Yeah, exactly. And that's what I've argued all along, micro, especially Let me give an example. Here's one right here. And this one... That's fascinating. You know, It's a Mistake. I just pulled that up and defined It Being Played. It's like Monster from Steppenwolf. Yeah, and that gets on a... Oh, wow. Cool. They're pulling a song everywhere I can find it. I just mentioned the song like Minute Work, It's a Mistake. Pull that up right now. For you can't... It's been pulled from Utah. Now, It's a Mistake is an absolute anti-war song. Okay, I mean seriously, and it's an 80s anti-war song. Now I'll challenge on this one, kids. It's a mistake by Men at Work. Actually, I should be able to find it. It's gone again. See, what's, we're gonna, I'm trying to find this before we do the top here, because most people are going, what song is Martin Tonkin about here? And it was, it's, it's a mistake. Men at Work, in another way. Ah, here we go, I might find a little, little version Somebody only has six dollars. They have good. We can do it. Here we go. And I can do this real quick. I should probably joke in there on the station because I got other stuff going on. Maybe. Anyway, the point is that, you know, the no play list includes like, for instance, 20th century man. There's one to pull up. 20th century man. I was born in a welfare state, ruled by bureaucracy, controlled by civil service. Great. Got it. I've done it in the local FM station where I can play that song, Democracy by Leonard Cohen. Unless you get five or six calls in one night, who does that song? Leonard Cohen, I've heard of him. I've got a 50 watt micro in there, so it's time to blast the airways. I just want to get you a feel for it. There's one out song right there. It's an instant at war piece. My bill, did you say you had a 50 watt station? Yes, I do. I am proud to be broadcasting TME. All right. Thank you, sir. Thank you. All right. Anything else for us? I would like maybe Mark at some point to make the elaborate because I'm a noob at this. and maybe elaborate more on antenna configuration, stuff like that, which is... Oh, okay. Microfem or for other works? Yes, for my microfem. Oh, and... I'd also like to maybe at some point, as I grow, participate higher end stuff, and stuff like that, and stuff like that. I'll tell you what, what we can do on that is, they send an essay on the self-addressed BN, BBN, Michigan 4813BN, I'll get that on the way. There's another one that was done. Remember they did the little ragamuppet. They were like caricature puppets. And it was done by Bill Collins. Another anti-war piece was done. It's been made to disappear for the sense. They were done when we weren't at war. But they were all, you see, the hyper, you know, the super liberal groups that were out there. He's a war monger and Reagan this course we did have a cronata in there somewhere where the communists were moving in a cronata etc. But it's a bigger plane Anyway, what's interesting thing is we're really are happening. I mean like really you know and where voices I've argued this past six years Stinking hypocrites his face and they were flapping and yapping about how we need change and blah blah blah and then you turn right around and look who's got now I mean, it's so blatant in your face. All these thinking hypocrites I go, what's the weather? I laugh in their face. You know, in fact, I tell them flat out, just shut up in front of me. Serious, under the players like this, he hadn't stood up in between what happened between 9-11 and when the Bushite left, and now we got the Obama Flash very satoro in there. And as soon as you got this sucker communist in, then he did his fine and okay. Isn't that amazing? What kind of hypocrites you got here? We're running up, and around and did what he did. Yep. every president come by and talk about his officers and they all be asked about this all the while the push i was in there and then as soon as this character's in and does worse it's like a memory i have no brain and now what it tells you it tells you something about the agenda across the board doesn't it sure does before i live we have a federal medical prison and the fact that i am hey i will tell you something that you know uh broadcasting they're getting here They'll know what to do when they get out. Alright buddy, we appreciate your phone call my friend. Well thank you. I tell you what, if something we haven't done in a while we probably should do is get some communication Tuesday starting to talk about antennas, low power broadcasting, and stay with us man, we'll get you covered. And I'd just like to shout out to the audience, I bought those books that I paid three times more. They're on sale today, so you can't go wrong. We'll bring that out shortly. Thank you, sir. Very good. Thank you. Have a good day. Keep up the good work. You know, the most important thing is getting the information out. You know, folks, these books were donated to the micro effect. The last batch we got, they were hoping to make a few dollars off, which I'm guilty of not covering because things are moving so slow. But, you know, we are desperate to keep things moving here at the micro effect. Like I said, this is the ground effort, we the people. That's what this broadcast network is. It's always been a listener supported broadcast situation. Always the listeners keeping us on the air. Everything that we have available, satellite, internet, terrestrial stations like Mudville, all this comes off the micro effect. These are all the things that people wanted. And we just have to be able to maintain the cost of all the things that we're using. Okay? And right now here this morning, the last check I had there, we had, we're at $553.35 is where we are. We're trying to get together real quickly here this morning, the amount of $652.32. So folks, the line is open, 888-747-1968. calling with your debit or credit card or you can go to the front of the website use the ping pong donation button if there's any problems at all you can't get through please just call me in okay for those of you who would like to make a contribution via snail mail using a money order the address is PO box 164 Kamiay Idaho 83536 Once again PO Box 164, Kami'i, Idaho 83536 and we have a long way to go. This is just one snake I've got to cut the head off first thing here this morning just as soon as I get off the air. Our goal for this morning is 652.32. I've got to go kill this thing. And we're at 553 right now folks. So 888.77. Yes. Yes, we do. And, uh, okay. Yeah, we ain't quite down to the bottom of the hour here. Um, you know, as far as, uh, you know, another way, you know, like mud build there, I appreciate that's one that I didn't know existed, um, stations out there carrying the broad gas, uh, in their, in their local area. You know, that is the best way, you know, and I want, I want to just put this out there. You know, I've been doing this and you know, I've been involved in the micro, uh, broadcasting and the low power stations and this kind of thing. But if you're going to or considered putting one up, I want to give you a heads up. Do not get involved in your local politics on your low power station. Just stay away from it. Okay? The reason I tell you that is because then you get the local community all fired up and then you have the good guys and the bad guys and some guys will hate you. But when the broadcast is just coming from someplace else by a whole lot of other people, It's a different story. But believe me, everything that's going on politically, including your community, is trickling down from up above. So it all gets covered by osmosis if you wanted to look at it that way. But the stations do real well. Ours here is really popular. Now I'm down here on this other station. I had to back out. I hadn't been doing that here for a couple weeks either. I had to pull in the reins and just, you know, back up for a second, just getting too much going on at the same time. But they've been wanting me to come back down. Apparently, uh, Joe McNeil made some kind of effect. Cami, I'm a local station, so, um, they have something going on tomorrow here in Cami, I had something called barbecue days, and they asked me if I'd come down and you'll come out live for barbecue days. So I'll probably be doing that tomorrow. on our local station. But when you're doing low power radio or any radio at all, people get involved. I promise you. I didn't get a chance to ask Mudville there what kind of response he's getting, if any. But after a while, people do start getting on board and supporting what you're doing there locally. It's happened to many, many, many, many people that have put up the low power stations. But right now we're working on the MicroFET radio broadcast network. and okay, looks like Shelby's on the line. 888-747-1968. We're trying to hammer this out and get the micro effect back in a stable position, if you will. Send those contributions to PO Box 164, Kamiye, Idaho 83536. For those of you who've been listening for a long time, this is really nothing new to you because we are listener supported. And without your support, the micro effect just simply does not exist. Period. That's it. And Mark and Don, back to you fellers after all. We got a couple minutes here before we hit the bottom. Okay, they're ready. TV. The song I'm going to use, Going to Break Here, folks, I've done it. Oh wait, jump in there, I'm sorry. It is one of the most controversial songs that went to the Supreme Court. You know, there's all kind of... Well, I remember... What was it? Louie Louie. Remember when that song, Louie Louie, came out? Man, there was a big controversy about that. You know, I don't think anybody really knew what the hell they were talking about. But this next song here, I'm going to play on the way to the break here, was another one that hit the courts. and you'll recognize it right off the bat and just know that it was a problem zone. Anyway, we're going to break here. We're down at the bottom of the air, folks. Phone lines are open, 888-747-1968, and we'll be right back. Good morning, Intel Report. Don, are you signing off here at the bottom of the air? I got to go, yep. Okay, man, give out your number for the people who can't see in the dark. The Modulin Zeitgeist is out for your religion, the mass media, and the educational system to keep you in a distracted, naive bubble. They are doing a damn good job of it. And it's songs like that, you know, I'm sure that the powers that be, you know, they can go ahead and create their list. It will be to no effect on TMB radio, I can promise you that. We'll play anything that we can get our hands on that would provoke any kind of thought or, you know, some kind of reasoning as to what's going on in this world. All the things that are kept from you, the public, I think you would be totally amazed Well, look at mainstream radio machines, okay? Little cookie cutter sheets, they get printouts. This is the news for today. They're all telling the same story. It's a different voice, but it's just cookie cutter radio all across America. Songs that they can play, can't play. It's all being controlled for your benefit to protect you. At least, that's what they, it's like them, not you. Every time, everybody refers to you propaganda fight songs pre-canned be it two things that can be done to you that you haven't heard you to think about owner there over the eerie you know each element the music or the sound you remember you know they have a particular piece that's played that's no quarter in other words it's supposed to terrify it and it really sounds quite pleasant oh it's a nice little ditty And in reality, it's a no quarters, you know statement that they're coming to murder you They're gonna kill you no matter what happens because you have to decide to resist the Imperial, you know the forces they're gonna kill you they're gonna murder each y'all and there's not gonna be any quarter given see so Music counts exactly you've gotten a distance. Why I have some good music Exactly, and it's the one thing that they have any competition or You ever seen some of those movies the guys are beating the drones into battle? You know music has an impact. It always has. Folks we're about $100 from where we need to go here this morning, not that that's the end of it, but uh... If you could make a contribution here this morning 888-747-1968. Go to themicroeffect.com, tmaradio.com and access the donation button on the front of the website. Also, for those of you who would like to mail us a contribution, that's PO Box 164, Kamiye, Idaho 83536. I want to point out once again, this $652.32 is one of the things that we have to cover here this morning, but that is Definitely not the end of it. We have so far to go. It's almost disheartening to me sometimes, but you know, keep the faith, brother. That's what I always say. So we have a line open, 888-747-1968 and make your contributions here this morning, folks, so we can get this covered here by the top of the hour. As soon as I get off microphone, I'm headed to empty out an account and go pay this bill. Okay, yeah, okay We do have books if you'd like to get copies of the books now, you know, once again I want to emphasize If you get copies of these books jurisdiction over federal areas within the stage folks read the book Read the books because the information you know, it's like loading a gun man You're loading your brain with an understanding of what you're up against and how it's all being done. Okay When mud bill called any said he had copies of the books I forget what, you know sometimes when you come to the microphone, sometimes I just shoot from the hip. And sometimes that does get me in trouble. But you know it's a $25 minimum contribution we'll send you copies one and two of the jurisdiction over the federal areas within the states. Okay? And we have the keychain, paracord keychain, and a $10 contribution will drop one of those in the mail for you. The paracord is 25 feet of paracord with a P-38 on the end of it, a can opener. That year is a real good possibility. You might have to use one at some point in your life, but you'll have red onion keychain there. So we have those available as well. We do have, I don't know, one or two, I'm not even really sure, the copies of the Constitution of the Civil Rights Unparchment paper that we put on the air for $50 some time ago. And I think they're, I don't know, three or four, whatever. They're very beautiful looking documents. Again, a $25 contribution will get you, what you'll get is a tube in the mail with these documents. Okay, we have a few of those left. So give us a call here at 888-747-1968. We got about 12 minutes to go here, folks. Help us get this done. Our goal here this morning is a $652.32. That's what we're trying to cover. And right now we're about... Was that a contribution you had on the phone? Okay. She got some processing. I'm not sure if we're there yet. But if you could call in make a hundred dollar contribution man, you'd you'd make today here at the micro effect and mark back to you my friends again a reminder to the mind when they decided to come up there again and remarket it I'm at of not tied in back in the 90s late 90s is what we'll do is they took the thing you hear all this instrumentation before it's like why is it that long was always popular that caught your ear guys the secondary instrument the secondary instruments of demonic piece. Don't understand what I'm talking about. Go listen to the cards. Any of their early albums before the main singer, the main lead singer, committed super cool. Early stages, the intricacies, the usual intricacies. Another thing, if you got a good sound, is some of the facts. Another thing about that is that if you pay attention, you'll find that there's no single coin. Every piece, you get a thing, because you're singing along, and it's, wait, I got that wrong. Stupid if I got that wrong. I'm going to remember where that number was. People used to sing all of your tenet now, they were maybe. The big thing is that if you like man I should run that how can I do that remember those cycles don't take that for granted pay attention this is why the cars ago man you guys sound great you're almost sound like the car when they improvise oh easy when you can just simply go to next song man we got a gig to do here a fun because what's made that's why certain musicians have done it's not in for standing the tools we got guys that listen at bands up there they know what I'm talking about will remind everybody is man in the We are not done yet, guys. 888-747-1968. 888-747-1968. We've got to reach this goal. There's no reason for us not to. Before you take off from work this morning if you're way out west, jump on the phone. 888-747-1968. If you could, donate $5. If we do this, we can get this done and over with. Joe can take care of a bill that has to be taken care of. Everybody, it's the listenership that makes it happen. We don't have millions of dollars. We don't have hundreds of thousands of dollars. We don't even have 10 of the thousands. We don't even have a thousand dollars. All we got to do is cover this bill and get it done for the day. This is one of several, but this one needs to be taken care of. So, 88-747-1968 for effect.com. www.themicroeffect.com plug in. Go straight out of there and right into where, no one will get a chance, put your sticky fingers on it. That's simple. It's going to be going to where it needs to be applied. instantaneously. But you know when 9-11 took place that was off the episode on the no play list? Imagine that. I hear music in the background, we are headed out. God bless the republic. Death to the New World Order. We shall prevail ladies and gentlemen, the Empire is on the run. And we're on the march night and day. I saved those boots I had from that period and I'm going to use them someday to stomp down on every head of every one of those creatures that was there at Waco that's still alive. They won't be when we're done with them. We'll remember every one of those monsters that was there. All the rest that gave the orders will hang with the bunch that all three of us are going to party and play. We'll be back Monday. Joe, you're taking over. We got Joe. Wait a minute. We got Joe. You think you could be doing next hour? Jeff's going to be here. I can do next hour if I had you with me, but I don't have nothing to bring to this channel. Oh, we got time to hang around? Oh, come on, do some DJ work. Well, I can't, I understand. Anyway, I gotta go though, cause I gotta go, sir. Wait until they melt. I mean like that one. Yeah, that's good. Can't pass on half a question. Alright, thank you Mark. Thank you, sir. Alright, we're not sure what's going on with Justice Tomorrow, we're not reaching Jeff, so... chances are it will be a repeat. Unless you want to sit and listen to me ramble here for the next hour, I'm just going to tell you how important it is to keep the micro effect out of here. But you already know that, we already know that, and once again, you know, it's, I don't know, sometimes I wish there was a larger amount of people, I don't understand why there's so few. But, I don't know, when you read things like the Bible, there's only a few that are going to come out. There's only a small percentage of people that understand what's going on. I guess not everybody is just gifted with an understanding of what goes on in the world and how it's run. But we certainly are here at the micro effect. And folks, if you will, once again, 888-747-1968. I have no idea if we've made our goal yet because she's still over there pounding away on the keyboard.
