People have, will toss out, if they didn't poke a hole in it, a lot of them poke a hole, break the vacuum. Water containers, three gallon water containers. They toss them out all the, you know the water stores in the wild, doesn't it? don't have them when you need them, you're screwed. But if you have them, that's an insurance policy. Why would you think they're going to get enough water to everybody if they do screw up? On the other hand, consider this.
