Did you know that? Everybody's like right from, nope, they're not right from. Many of them drive in because of promotions within the Army group that they're a part of, and because of the guard, the state guard they're with, the guy is a five and he wants to make promotion E6, He might have to take a job in another National Guard Unit. Two counties, three counties away. Half the state away. He may have to drive the whole length of the state to go to that two-day for the month. Now, forget we also have the two to two-and-a-half yearly training cycle. Now, which is more important right now? Practicing and playing soldier or actively participating as a soldier. All the training that the Guard does, we participate at military. Here's an idea. Every weekend of the month, National Guard, Texas units training right now. Next weekend, there's going to be so many units training. Going to be at drill, their site. Rather than doing that, very quick, a real dynamic supposed state commander, you know, Perry and the Shisters that run with him, give me one day and I can route the whole schedule for next weekend. so that every man could be would be deployed on the border in manpower they would be there as they show up straight and they would be deployed and dispersed efficiently and by the way it's the job of the unit commanders and the ncos who are supposed to be those big bad national guard active duty like well we're really the army and we're international you know that's the big all the guardians used to have state everything on their on their gear Well, back in the late 80s, the communists really started to push and they did the global garbage for all the propaganda, everything in all the guard front and all on the front desks. They used to have the state of Texas or the state of Michigan or whatever on all their front billings for all their paperwork and recruiting. All of a sudden had global this and world that. Well, if your global deployment this and world BS that, then what the hell's the big deal, young soldier? Sargents and officers do their job. to come up with a on-the-fly deployment solution. They're supposed to be moving on their feet. They're supposed to be dynamic. They're supposed to be able to move and to be able to perform their mission. And they've probably been deployed here and they've probably been deployed there. So let me point out it would take no more than 24 to 48 hours to have not only the orders cut, but to have the schedules readjusted. and you're not going to Austin for drill. You're going down to the border this weekend and you'll be there with advance party sometime in the evening of Friday or the afternoon of Friday. You should be there for advance party at the Laredo National Guard Center. You will then deploy around the border. You will be working from the National Guard Center. You will be bivouacking there. You have quartering. You have tents. You have a gale. You've got mobilization pods. What are those mobilization pods for? Now you're going to move them down into location. You might have your active component at each one of these guard sites. You have a certain number of people that are full time, part time. They're sitting there on their dead arms, but their job is to be able to mobilize at a moment's notice. Well, congratulations. You got an order from the governor's office. Allocate so many people. You get your skid movers moving. You've got the deuce of the halves and your five toners loading. And before, well actually even Thursday, they should be down there on the border by tomorrow afternoon. In fact, your advance party, which you would call up, and yeah, if you got to give a... The state might have to pay a full day's worth of active guard to live with it. That's for advance party only though. They're not talking the whole unit. We're talking advance party. Designated advance party, congratulations, you've been mobilized. What? Yeah, you're with the guard, right? Well, yeah. well congratulations your job today you'll let you go because they all understand that otherwise fatal penalizing for punishing you and you are going to be down there on the border by friday afternoon you'll be over at the center by tomorrow morning uh... will be already we're already work with a skeleton crew here calling in who we could who's already active we're running the pell the pallet loaders we've got the pre pre-loaded cans already in the truck your job will be to work with convoy one convoy two and convoy three progressively and we're going to move the whole unit down there in a quick mobilization down onto the border so the train for this weekend is not on their hands in their guard facility wherever they are in texas they're going to be on the border this sunday they're going to be on the border through the whole day We gotta leave at one o'clock. We don't do a full day on Sunday. Yeah, you do. You'll be there for the whole cycle the way you're supposed to be. Committed under contract. Don't have to spend any additional money. Don't have to change things up. And by the way, aren't these quote unquote, ha ha ha, trained professionals. You see how that works? But we're all waiting for money. A third of the force could be rotated down, two thirds could continue with their present mission, and then in about two weeks, The refocus of the next third of the personnel from many different points in the state of Texas would be rotated down to operate on the border at the exact same operating expense that they presently have. Using existing resources and funding with no additional funding, the border could be completely shut down. Now, if I can figure this and man it up, the process of doing this would be to expect your sub-administrators to actually do their and to do their jobs in a timely manner. The biggest problem is most of the idiots and dunderheads have modeled their garbage after the federal failure. Their management mechanism is modeled after the federal failure. You can't call that a success. If supposedly old bombers' operation, this is the plan and they're out there, they're administrators, what they're doing is what was planned. then the entire old bummer operation is an example of a federal failure. And they've got all the operating expense they need to field the National Guard based upon utilizing mobilization for each of the weekend drills for the many National Guard units across Texas. They don't even have to pull from outside the state of Texas. They've got sufficient manpower, they've got the vehicles, they've got the equipment. You know what, right now National Guard aviation units have to train this weekend. They may be partially parked, but you know what, they've got credit cards for fuel. And that's really how they work, guys. They have a credit card system, a card system for all of their operations, just like all the military units do. Everybody does. The Reserve and National Guard do this with cards. The cards can be shut off electronically, but guess what?
