Also, each of the pages are in slip pages that are clear plastic. Turn a page and there is a step-by-step procedure for emergency, just like the FAA truly operates. The Hollywood BS, not any of the drama garbage that way, it is meant to be operated if need be by a somebody. The idea is that whoever can grab a phone, let's say that you call through this, Emergency notification procedure, page one, step one, in contact. A, identify caller and record contact name, address, and return telephone number. I'm not asking that of you right now. Ask for a backup return telephone number through another party, if possible, to form other people in office. I'm not even assuming anything. Did you notice this? And I built this years ago based upon that. Identify caller and record contact name, address, and return telephone number. This is immediate. This is the first thing you do. Hi. Because you may get cut off here in a minute, but there's somebody else you know that's outside the ring of activity or the area of activity. party, or another party if possible, inform other people in office. Immediately, as soon as I have an action, I turn and anybody else that's on site inside my radio station or here at the location where I might be, no matter where I am, or other, pathetically, that are behind me, can start other activities. Mapping, identify other activities, and they'll do that. Ask for a complete SIPREP, situation report. What were they doing? What were you doing? Section C. Request caller to make contact with other local party or parties to do immediate confirmation of action. Give number for other support groups in the area of operation. Check I or L-tone list. Possible support microbroadcasters should need. Identify local law enforcement agencies. Request contact telephone numbers and do an information request agency. R-I or P-B-N-S. Vote number one. This isn't as somebody said, somebody heard, somebody saw that some cousin-in-law's brother-in-law got a call that there's UN vehicles that hit me on the street back four and a half hours ago. Oh my god, everybody run to the intersection where the vehicles passed four hours ago and go, I don't see any vehicles here, look, I was lying! 75 miles an hour. So instead, sit and report for the moment. That's what the Form 1A is about. Once I've gotten past that, at the very bottom of the page, we take nothing into, you know, into an assumption process. At this point, if there is no confirmation, repeat A through D as needed. If confirmed, then proceed to the next page. Page 2, Emergency Notification Procedures, step 2. Incoming phone contact, action confirmed. A, a PBN or RRI Special Report or PBNS Special Report, report give a date and time benchmark, example 10 January to 4 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. This will help keep people informed during broadcasting. Now why am I doing that? Even if I'm talking to somebody, well I assume everybody knows the daytime place wrong. Maybe your people may be recording information on the recording device when they're talking to you on the phone. That benchmark with what you report helps us consistently maintain the timeline. And all of you need to think the same way about this. Now let me finish. Let me go through this page. It's only a few seconds. Identify and update B-section. Identify and update NextLive Broadcaster that is on the network. Give a SITREP and a contact number to the broadcaster. Use fax, get a hard copy, or email of course, but hard copy, to any and all network broadcasters that may be available within the next broadcast segment. Inform other support groups that are on phone lists as available. Send SITREP and updates. Inform area Patriot militia units as needed. priority numbers listed below. And then I have on the page those numbers that would allow me to contact state militias here in Michigan, colonial marine militia, other organizations, patriot bureaucracy groups, et cetera, et cetera, et cetera. It goes right down the line in list. Numbers would be called once this is accomplished. These numbers would be called, a handshake would be done via phone, an email, now emails would be sent, all the other electronic media. But one of the reasons that we still use fax is because it's a physical copy. One thing about, you see this all the time, if you are actually hearing it all the time on the radio, well, you have this and you're scrambling around and trying to get a connect here and a connect there, whereas if you send a physical copy, I don't care how you look at it, guys, when you have a physical piece of paper in hand, you make no mistakes. It's right there, you read it, it's a SITREP, it's A to B, B to C, C to D, E to F. Don't embellish. If we're reading a report and it is a SITREP, you know, Rangers Rangers rules. You may say whatever you want to at the bar or when you're talking to strangers, but when you're sent out to, you know, reconnaissance and you give a report and those are the failings that I've seen right now in either intentional or because of stupidity or general incompetence or again, bravado, comma, whatever, that have been failing with the, which we already tuned up because by the way, this, this book I'm talking about, this, we generated this through experience in the nineties. I've sent this out to people in this last, I don't know how many people have regenerated it. I don't know how many people looked at it and then yawn and said, yeah, yeah, right, I'll get around to it. Mainly response also dictates, and especially if we need to focus the energy we have, we're poorer than we were 20 years ago. We need to be able to focus the energy effectively. To do that, we need to be precise. That's what basically I think you were talking about. Follow that standard that you just laid out from the funding ranch. I think right now you see twice the amount of support and logistics coming in. Yep. You know, one thing that I about is in the olden days how did everybody find out what's going on. Well they have like a community bulletin board and stuff. And society, whether you like it or you don't like it, Facebook, the two bars, the modern day version of the bulletin board. The branch personnel used that when the patient was going on. But what I can understand is my family comes from a family of farmers in Texas. I can understand the mentality of ranchers not wanting to be on the internet or not wanting to be on the computer, but seeing what happened at the Bundy Ranch, I'm just, these other ranchers and farmers that may be facing the same type of dilemma here in the near future are not on Facebook and using doing the exact same thing in Fundy's. One of the things that, but it needs to be tuned so that every element, even though people say, well this is redundant, well there's redundancy in a battlefield situation for a reason. Because we don't know who's going to get cut off that premise behind everything that we've been doing here and a precise Simple report who what where what were they doing now the last two parts are really critical because again It's a descriptive component where what were they doing and then the what were you doing? No, I don't need your name and the license plate off your car because everybody always does the we should let me go with your pants somewhere else No, what I'm asking is how did you observe the activity? What were you doing driving down the road at 60 miles an hour going the other direction? and you just happened to be a rain in your neck while you were driving the car, trying to get on the cell phone, talking on a radio, and telling everybody about what you were seeing. So did you miss details or was there something, was there, you know, how were you postured? How were you employing yourself when you observed? See, that's one of the other problems is, you know, again, we had a lot of people who were in a stable platform. There was no reason not to do a better job. It still was well done, and we did it because of macro motion. This is something that I've pointed out. Notice I was not complaining, even though there are a lot of things to reasonably complain about because of, you know, getting humblings. Either intentional, but more in the mass of bodies on the ground. Everybody just always does the green weenie thing. Well, of course there are. What's your point? You don't think that didn't happen in 1775? Everybody loves the whole story about how we beat them back to Boston, but I'll remind everybody that there were three spies in the management. After we laid siege to Boston, there were three individuals who waited until everybody was deployed and we had 20,000 militia on the ground. And then the characters that were there figured they were going to go to their god, to the British, and they went over and they filed and scraped. They reported all the information they could on the deployment of the militia under the logic that they were going to betray everybody there at the Boston siege. Haven't heard all of that story before or only in passing? And by the way, one of them was a doctor. No, it wasn't Dr. Warren. It was an individual who was, of course, in the... in privy to all of the councils, the war councils. And that individual, because of it, they had to scramble around, they had to move powder, they had to move artillery pieces, they had to move whole units. Everybody basically had to play musical chairs and shift. part of the boston seeds you don't talk about a whole lot because they always do the we pushed with the boston next thing you hear about them leaving and next year so in other words that micro version doesn't give you all the rest of the history so you get this plastic warm fuzzy feeling and it didn't work that way no different than than it is everybody's so different now we don't have 100 please tell me where you've ever had 100 of anything on this planet with human beings other maybe a hundred percent goofiness and confusion at different times in some cases, goofiness in others, intentional malfeasance on the part of many more. Let me point out that the American War for Independence at the end of the war in 1783, we gave one-fifth of the population 90 days. At the end of the American War for Independence, the good history books, used to explain this. And by the way, it's why Canada exists today. I would point out that during that American war for independence, those Tories were amongst us and were trying to kill us. Now if this had been the Reds or the French Revolution, most of them probably would have been executed, but instead Americans, because of their Christianity, that thing that all these other fiscally communists always complained about, well, that created this tempered with mercy rather than a bloodbath like we saw with the French Revolution with the running that or the Bolshevik Revolution with the Jacques Obin slash the communist running that operation. So again we are we have to expect that there's going to be yes, that is expected. We can iron that out and fix it and that's really what you're addressing caller is what I'm trying to explain people. We can do better. We can focus like a diamond cutter and we can even push the all the enemy operatives that are trying to create confusion. In fact, that's how you can find out who they are. If they try to flutter their wings and can call harder, something done. Much for it, because the character that's looking sly-eyed and trying to pick a second party to use as a mouthpiece and to throw dirt and gravel into the machine, that's the character. Four of those that are... And then there's the other half that you expected. They only have a spine for so long and then they fall apart. Or they only will go so far. Expect that and accept that. Three components that was on the ground. Some of them were motivated to go the whole nine yards. Others had that illusion that they were gonna go the whole nine yards and wanna look serious. At each point then they might turn and run. For as long as they're there, they're there. And for whatever they've done, they're useful. They've done their part. Not as idiots, but as people that have, or a level of tenacity and it varies from every person That's why I don't ridicule as I expect. Even when we saw people run, when the Oklahoma City bombing took place, a lot of people, the Piss Willys were panicking. While I was like, we repeated before it even happened, if guys expect this to happen, here's how it's going to take place. There's going to be a bunch of people who will yep all about, colonial this, an American Revolution that, and fight this. It's like the NRA. When things got serious, the NRA had been writing articles in the national, the American riflemen, that even had watercolor special commission pictures showing the founding fathers going to war in Lexington and Concord leaving the house and a picture of the house and all kinds of stuff. Rah, rah, rah, rah, patriot this, rah, rah, rah, stand your ground that. As soon as it got serious, they pissed their pants, they ran like hell and they denied everything. And we told everybody in advance, expect that from the NRA. It's what you were going to see. If you don't think so, go look at all the American Rifleman magazines. Look at the stuff in 92 and I leading to 93. Then what happened in 94? Then what happened? The Oklahoma City bombing. They flipped over, rolled over on their arse, spread their legs and begged the government to kick them to the crotch as many times as possible and please take my guns. Our guns? It's exactly what they were screaming. But we expected that. See, because we're adults. So we understand the level to which each, you know, again, we don't know what that level is. It's just like when you're being shot at. Some people freeze, some people run, some people fight. Don't be surprised by that. You should be prepared and girded for that. Now the idea is if they freeze, grab them by the scrap of the neck and drag them, you know, pull the cover on the way down, but you get the cover. And they get a bullet in their back? Well, that's one bullet that didn't hit me, so I can put bullets back down range against the enemy that's firing at me. Everybody served their purpose. I am not unashamed to say that because it's the nature of man. Now we need to get better at what we're doing, caller. We really, really, really, really do. Look at the border right now because the Bundy Ranch was going to be the kicker for this. If you think about it, the whole program, guys, stopped with the Bundy Ranch. Where would we be in July of 2014 were it not for the people that held their ground there for whatever reason, whatever combination of people that did it? What would be going on right now? The BLM and the Chinese would already be in a major offensive against landowners across the West. All of a sudden, the foreign nationals and foreign combatants are being brought in. The United Nations needs to interfere because we're not being nice enough to the invaders who are rolling across the border just like they did when they attacked Serbia from Albania. When the ethnic Albanians attacked Serbia, It wasn't the other way around. And all of the atrocities were done by the ethnic Albanians, not by the Serbians. Everybody lied about it. They'll lie about what's going on on the border here the same way in the United States, and I said, I told you so. Imagine where we'd be, because 22 hours after the election, the fake dive hold election, they told everybody they wanted to kill the gun owners and take your weapons. 22 hours after the election when they knew that they were gonna plug very Satoro and go for the fast track. Where would we be if our guns, if idiots, if they believed as they did the S-Men that the idiots were, we were going to hand over our guns and then they could roll over us. What would have been happening then? What would have been happening there? And what with a disarmed America would we think about what was going on with the border right now? Do you think it's bad now? Imagine if they'd had their way in disarmed America months or a year ago. Almost like there's a big plan here, right, caller? Back up to the minute hand deployment and what's going on with the border. you know, one was also Minuteman 1 and 2, one single website that everybody's a go to, you know, somewhat trustworthy person. Right now I see a lot of it popping up all over the place saying, send money here, send money there, and they're just trying to get money and not really trying to help the border. We already had one person who popped up and ran away with $500. People had listened to and because, again, the problem is nobody knew who the person was and they were in high, everybody was in high gear, to do whatever. It's a warning to what we've talked about. Do we know the people on the ground there? There are advantages and disadvantages to the secret squirrel scam. Because the secret squirrel scam, if you're not getting enough information and you don't recognize any of the parties involved, that's why, and I'll be quite honest, you know how many, you've been listening to the program.
