Mark Koernke discussed preparedness, military surplus equipment, and communications infrastructure on the evening of June 17, 2014. He reviewed bargain military clothing (Norwegian Air Force camo shirts at $1.75), field telephone switchboards and radio equipment from Fair Radio and other suppliers, and AR-15 barrel options from Apex Gun Parts. Koernke analyzed the resurrection of Soviet-era tanks in Ukraine as a lesson in equipment maintenance and resourcefulness, emphasized the importance of separate radio frequencies for medical evacuation and mechanized units, and promoted the upcoming Freedom Palooza event. Caller Tom from northern Michigan announced a fire team training event scheduled for June 20-22 and discussed local militia organization efforts.

A figure walked in through the mist with a flintlock in his hand. His clothes were torn and dirty as he stood there by my bed. He took off his three-cornered hat, and speaking low to me, he said, we've fought a revolution to secure our liberty. We wrote the Constitution as a shield from tyranny. For future generations, this legacy we gave. In this, the land of the free and home of the brave. The freedoms we secured for you we hoped you'd always keep. The tyrants labored endlessly while your parents were asleep. Your freedom's gone, your courage lost, you're no more than a slave. In this the land of the free and home of the brave. You buy permits to travel and permits to own a gun. Permits to start a business or to build a place for one. On land that you believe you own, you pay a yearly rent. Although you have no voice in saying how the money is spent, your children must attend a school that doesn't educate, and your Christian values can't be taught according to the state. You read about the current news in a regulated press, and you pay a tax you do not owe to please the IRS. Your money is no longer made of silver nor of gold. You trade your wealth for paper so your life can be controlled. You pay for crimes that make our nation turn from God and shame. You've taken Satan's number. You've traded in your name. You've given government control to those who do you harm so they could burn down churches and seize the family farm. And keep our country deep in debt. Put men of God in jail. Harash your fellow countrymen while corrupted courts prevail. Your public servants don't uphold the solemn oaths they've sworn. And your daughters visit doctors, so their children won't be born. Your leaders send artillery and guns to foreign shores, and send your sons to slaughter fighting other people's wars. Can you regain the freedoms for which we fought and died? Or don't you have the courage or the faith to stand with pride? And are there no more values for which you'll fight to save? Or do you wish your children to live in fear and be a slave? Oh, sons of the Republic, arise. Take a stand. Defend the Constitution, the Supreme Law of the land. Preserve our great Republic and each God-given right. And pray to God to keep the torch of freedom burning bright. As I awoke, he'd vanished in the mist from whence he came. His words were true. We are not free, but we have ourselves to blame. For even now as tyrants trampled each God given right, we only watch him tremble, too afraid to stand and fight. If he stood by your bedside in a dream while you were asleep, and wondered what remains of the freedoms he'd fought to keep, what would be your answer if he called out from the grave? Is this still the land of the free? And let's see, England is already disarmed, so if they decide to do the black flag of jihad, over London everybody can shout harsh language and wait for the secret police to say oh they're not going to save you but they will sacrifice you they're really good for that ask that soldier that had his head cut off in the middle of the street while all the rest of the sheep stood there and watched the Arab brothers those loving kind people whack his head off Yeah, can't count much on those people over there. I think they're screwed. But there again, hey, we told you so. We told you so. And by the way, we told you so. The kosher Shisters brought in their butt buds. The Saudis and the Israelis joined at the hips. Good evening, ladies and gentlemen. This is the evening intelligence report. Well, I'll tell you what, we might have Larry with us there. Let's check to see. Don't want to leave Larry out. Larry unmute if you are there. And I'm reading and one and two. And the bubble machine continues. Well, it is the day today. It is Tuesday. It is the 17th of June. It is the sixth year of open Fabian socialist and Soviet socialist occupation of America with the K2014 old earth calendar or Mayan. Crazy town. in the inside the United States. Hey, someone's got to cook off eventually kids. It's not an if, it's just a win. So be patient. The whole thing with the Bundy Ranch kind of dropped out of the blue, but it was a spring, you know, early offensive campaign. And it was designed to go after a whole lot of other locations, not just the Bundy Ranch. The Bundy Ranch was just a preseason prequel to a whole bunch of other events that were supposed to be plugged in. One after another didn't quite work the way they had planned. But that's okay. We got a lot of other things accomplished in the process because of that. A lot of people learned lessons with regard to operations. Some will, some won't. Some are just going to be blah, blah, blah right onto the next event. And when things get really serious, they'll be caught flat-footed. You can't really do anything to stop that. It's the way people are. Some of them won't learn even when it does hurt to the point where it's almost fatal. Just proceed as best you can stay focused on the macro motion to put force slash resources Downrange its most important aspect with regard to operations in the situation. We're in this day and age so again for everybody out there We have let's see communications Tuesday of course, but we have a number of other things I mentioned earlier in the hour now I found this And to be quite honest, I don't know if they still have them in stock, but it is again another unique camouflage pattern. We don't see many of these. We don't see much of them at all in terms of this side of the planet, so to speak. But Norwegian Air Force camo shirts. Now this is at www.militaryuniformsupply.com. I'm going to post that in the chat room for everybody out there. www.uniformsupply.com. and again militaryuniformsupply.com Now they've got a mix of items there but again I always go to the clearances and closeouts trying to find something that is unique and in the clearance and closeout in the discontinued slash clearance and closeout section They do have a number of things that come and go usually as quickly as they get them. They're gone. This particular company is average for prices on some things. But there are a few items definitely are worth checking out to find out more about. So to get a chance, go to the site. And for a search, you can punch in. Let's see if I can find it here for you guys. Sorry about that. I'm going to have to do it this way. Welcome back. Well, gee, it's nice to know. Yes, I am back. Let's see if we can find it here. I'm trying to find the search, and it's not working for me. So in this case, it's SKU2489 is the number. That's SKU. We'll do it this way. Again, SKU, space, 2489. Now, wouldn't be spies these things are gone. They were ridiculously cheap. And they do have them still. Well, in theory. Let's find out for sure. Because just because the page is set up. Now, this is similar to a couple of the other ambush patterns that are used in Central Europe. And kind of overlap with the old Belgian pattern. These are brand new shirts. $1.75 apiece. They are in sizes extra small, small and medium. I know for all you guys who are thinking, oh well you Mark, phone's really big for us and really... Most of the time I do, but this is one of those closed out items. Extra small, small and medium. They are brand new Norwegian Air Force camouflage shirts. Brand new with flag patch, which is typical for the Euro stuff. Ready to roll, so if you're looking for additional camouflage gear and you're looking cheap, $1.75 a unit. That's $1.75 a unit. I don't know if they have any other items. In fact, we're going to get bargains and close outs. Always check the bargains and close outs. You never know what you're going to run into in the bargains and close outs. And especially, look in the children's wear. Now, clearance and discontinued items are also a great thing, as you know, but as far as how much you're going to find there that's useful, it's up and down. They've got Ripstop, NICO, 3-color desert, $34.99. Right now I can get a better price if I look around for them, to give you an example right there. But, in other patterns there are a number of different clothing sets. You might want to take a look at, including children sizes or kid sizes, remember large children sizes fit the girls just fine. Oh, that's right. There's a way, there's method to the madness we're talking about here. Yes, there is. As a matter of fact, the idea behind this is that when we run into things that are, again, in the size scale but maybe a lot cheaper one way over the other. They do have a number of different items. Multicam again, irregular, discontinued. And of course, multicam. Only $30 for the same shirt that's $7, $8, $9 in the standard. Hey, wait a minute. So in other words, multicam to me is like multi-scam. Doesn't cost any more to make than the other camouflages that are out there. But by God, they charge you through the throat. and they do have three colored desert tops and bottoms for you guys going out on deployment but they only have one size of each in the ripstop. And as a matter of fact I can't see any of the tops I've got for a great price but unfortunately they're gone too and I've got a better price in bulk that's coming in from our Western suppliers guys. So for everybody out there just be patient. We'll have more of those on the way and those will be deployed out there where we can issue them out as we go and keep them on site. So otherwise again that particular uniform item and again that's the it's really the best priced item in the whole thing in page. Otherwise prices are about average. So again go to www.militaryuniformsupply.com It's SKU 2489 Norwegian Air Force Camo shirt, extra small, small and medium sizes, brand new, $1.75 a piece. If you're looking for additional gear, this gives you a solution and minimal cost. Again, for the girls and or for the young guys and the youngsters, and we have some petite girls out there that wear this clothing without any problem at all, that would be another solution. So, take the time, check it out, see if it floats your boat, and we'll go from there. There are some other company items that I wanted to bring up, but it looks like the radio gear. A number of check handheld radios came in, kind of like the backpack check radios, remember, that we bought about three years ago. Now, these kits were complete with the radios, the handset, the microphones, extra antennas. rechargeable batteries, spare battery packs with the unit, the manuals are in check, that doesn't do everybody a whole lot of good, but the manuals, everything there in this is self contained, it's own transport can. and it is an issue item well somebody swept in and saw those and grabbed every last one of them i would be surprised because with the check back back radio is it was the same way i remember we got a couple of those turned right around as soon as we got a much up on the phone i said hey i'd like to grab a whole bunch for and they said yeah i didn't be probably would but they're all gone somebody came in and bought like a hundred sixty eight of them all at once So, boom, and that happens in the surplus industry. Somebody sees something for a ridiculously great price, they're not stupid, they're going to grab it up and scarf the things up. The radios were working in the, basically in the VHF range. What was really cool about these is that everything is there. There's nothing you have to guess about. The checks are very good about putting your equipment back together and keeping it together. Same with the poles. So I have no problem with any of their technology and they're very user friendly with regard to maintenance also. Not as sophisticated as all of our Motorola stuff, but a lot of design seemed to me to look a lot like a Motorola copy knockoff. Hint, hint, hint. So something just to think about there with regard to operations, what we're seeing in terms of progressive items and products that show up on the market anyway it is communications Tuesday don't forget we have deal extreme dot com well if the surplus stuff gets sold out not not all gone by the way uh... w w w dot fair radio dot com has a number of items is put post in the chat room for everybody and all by the way very good Good good evening to huts out there to our hut friends. I see we have an HUT I think I know what that means So what what what tari? I hope you guys are doing okay anyway if you go to Products and search I believe will get us what we need let me double check this here. Yeah there we go guys They do have a number of things that are definitely worthwhile, but if we're looking at deploying on your properties field telephones. Field telephones are especially handy and right now there are even some pretty decent switch boards that have come in for a pretty reasonable price. So if you're looking for a solution for how do we not have to scream and what about batteries, well the cool thing is that a lot of the field telephones, especially the newer voice, you know, powered ones, Guys, you don't need any batteries, you don't have to worry about power. The cool thing is that you can plug and play. Well, Fair Radio has the World War II UC British 10-Line Switchboards. Now they've got the 10-Line Switchboard. These vintage switchboards have generator and buzzer for signaling with manual 16.1 by 8.2 by 8 inches. 38 pounds shipped the episodes of a a big bag of dog food is what it comes down to and used and in fair condition for $175 now It's not that bad considering this is a multitask board. This allows you to hook up 10 different stations, one to the other as needed. And if you're looking at using field telephones in operations for your ranch, your farm, your Communetee, this is a petticoat junction operator's signal box. Petticoat Junction, come ride the little train that is rolling down the track to the junction. Remember Kate? Coming to visit Kate, she will be your host at the junction. Yeah, and she's running the key. Remember they had the different operators running the old style boards? Well, this is that basic idea. So what you're looking at, they do have reconditioned, used fair condition with other goodies, $235. They also have an operators terminal board for a WW2UC British 10-line switchboards unused, virtually new, for $35 and I would buy it if you're going to buy one of these boxes. The reason? Well, spare parts are spare parts. If somebody already built it, you don't have to reinvent it. You just make it work for you. Okay? So, again, that is with regard to Fair Radio. That's in missile-ing this military. scroll down from the top. There's a lot of can head surplus coming in right now by the way. But, not just here, but other locations too. Anyway, if you scroll down and keep scrolling down and keep scrolling down and keep scrolling, no, got a little farther. No, a little farther still, just keep going. Hold on there. We know not there. Nope not there. Nope not there. Oh, there we go It's a World War two you see British ten-line switchboard about Seven eighths of the way down the slide down the down the down the page guys Definitely worth looking at by the way other Handsets, so one of the things the government seems to be moving a number of the Not oldest model but older models of the what's presently in service in the no battery voice talk handsets slash field telephones. So that's a good combination. This is something that can be deployed easily. Put in place, left in place, it doesn't have to be moved. By the way, you can also put all your wires in ground. I like to put them in half inch PVC tube and run them in the distance so they're protected and armored. and leave the wires hanging on station ready to use. Then when the time comes hook up your field phones. Congratulations you're in place. When you're done disconnect roll them back up put the cords where they belong, tape the ends so they're kept clean and get on down the road with the field phone. Don't leave it hanging around out there. So that's a solution, not just complaining about the problem. Lots of people complain and they don't have any problem complaining nonstop, by the way. So a couple other things if you were looking for ANPRC 8, 9, and 10 and other radio components for the 25s, the 70s, the 90s, 91s, 92s, ANPRC 125s, all those are here. They got a whole kinds of goodies. And the price is right again. That is fairradio.com, fairradio.com, fairradio.com, FAIRradio.com. And do we have Larry with us? Want to double check before we get farther? I know I've been talking quite a bit here. And maybe that's Larry just to be safe. Got to double check. Don't want to leave Larry out here. Sometimes it's a little difficult to get his unmute going there. OK, very good. And the next thing is we were talking about deal extreme. I will remind everybody again. Oh, payment. One more thing. There was an antenna array here, and I'm looking at it right now. Actually, this might be a pretty good buy, although it's made for the cellular phones. I am going to do a little check on this, but it's a magnet mount antenna system. They have a big pile of these for $10 a set. Now, I'm going to find out more about those before I say any more, but I give you a heads up that the basic mount looks to be the standard CB mount. However, the connector looks to be small format for the standard cell phone, bag phone systems, etc. I'll find out more. There is an adapter system you can get to go up to the standard C fixture for CB radios, etc. And you've got an upgrade very, very quickly. So it doesn't cost that much. It's not crazy. It's not a bad idea. In fact, just reverse. It would be a real good idea to look at picking up at least a few extra antennas. We can find a solution that is reasonably priced. So far I haven't found anything that's really jumping out at me going, wow! But I will. It's not an if. It's just a win. One more thing. I don't see it. I actually found it yesterday but I was busy and on the run and I didn't benchmark it. uh... we have one or two other radio pieces radio equipment of coming their military handhelds that were in fact most of the very common civil defense but also uh... with other services and it's a civilian application radio theoretically but the radios are available through fair so take a look at their selection see what they have their fair radio dot com there radio dot com Now, a couple things. How many of you have been watching? I'm going to switch over to overseas just to give you a little lesson in things. How many of you have been watching any of the videos I recommended about the tanks being resurrected from monuments? Anybody? Have you been watching how the Western Ukraine has been pulling all of the old tanks? See, that was funny as they were talking about how all the Russians must have supplied tanks to the Ukrainians, the Western Ukrainians. No, it doesn't work that way, guys. Or forgive me, the Eastern Ukrainians. Guys, there's a lot of stuff laying around. After the Cold War, if you take a look at just what's in East Germany alone, and stuff hanging around when they virtually piled up technology upon technology upon technology. Guys, if you're patient, you look around, parts, pieces and assemblies are all over the place and a lot of stuff can be resurrected very quickly. Well, one of the images that I thought was pretty impressive is they were, there was a World War II monument It was a Joseph Stalin, I believe it's either a JS-2 or a JS-3. It's not a JS-1 because it's got a little nicer, it's got a little fancier turret, a little more sculpted turret. In fact, it can hold its own in modern battlefield, not a modern battlefield as a tank goes. What's interesting is that what they were doing is obviously adding some break oil. They were cleaning everything up under the hood, so to speak, real quick. And remember that the Russians are, well, they're diesels, but let me give you a little hint. Russian tanks can use what's called grade 3 diesel. Now, Russian military tanks are crude and rude, and they were intentionally built that way so they can run on a whole lot of other junk, and they would function pretty much under any conditions. Well, what's impressive is watching them start that JS 3 up, JS 2 or JS 3. It's a heavy tank and they're actually starting her up and getting the engine going, revving it, you know, actually getting it up to speed, guys. Now, probably has been sitting there since at least the end of World War II, but maybe middle of the Cold War. That's about half a century. This is the year 2014. I doubt that that tank has been there any shorter than 40 years. And that would put it back of course in the later part of the Cold War. But because of what it is, I would be willing to bet it was probably put in place in the late 50s or into the 60s. Since it's a World War II fighting monument. Okay? Fact of the matter is that that multi-pin diesel will run. Now most of our equipment is a lot newer but remember the basic rule penetrating oil, penetrating oil, penetrating oil, penetrating oil on anything that's going to move. Let it soak. Be patient and let it soak. The first thing you do is have a crew soaking all the track links and all the track connectors and all the track pins right away. If you don't have penetrating oil, transmission fluid will work. That will help to break stuff up. There are a number of different tricks out there. Some guys have even formulas using a number of different P.O.L. products. That's fine, whatever you're going to do, whatever floats your boat. But remember, inside and out on the tracks, also remember, in advance you want a pre-lube to get that diesel broken up a bit. Don't worry, it was built to take, the cool thing about diesels, they were built to take a lot of pressure, weren't they? So, when they get struck and they don't necessarily move as quickly as they should, chances are that the corrosion is going to give rather than the working parts. And that's exactly what they did. There's been several tanks, not one or two, there are several videos of tanks being resurrected off of those monument sites and put into service right away. Now everybody goes, well what about ammo and what about, trust me, all that's laying around. A lot of people carry stuff away and just quietly shut up about it, especially when there's no accountability. There were bins, crates, boxes of stuff laying everywhere. As the Cold War proceeded, things kind of went, shall we say, astray, to say the least. Just something to think about there. It doesn't mean anybody rose up and did anything. They are now. But the fact of the matter is that a lot of the equipment out there can be brought back into service. Just think outside the box. Don't listen to the naysayers. Look at how you would be able to deal with it. That's the idea. Just plug it in and make it work. Another thing with regard to radio here too, and those units by the way, those vehicles, radioing up mechanized units, you may want to, and we've argued this for quite some time, have a secondary radio grid set up for your MEC troops. Now there's a reason for that. Infantry are squawking ground orders back and forth. But Laison operations need you to have another radio from the infantry to the mech support and or to get them to talk on each other's frequencies as needed obviously but A separate grid allows for the MEC commander to issue his very unique orders combined with fire control for artillery and for emergency purposes, medical evacuation, etc. Even there, medical evacuation should have its own band, its own equipment for the very single purpose of supporting personnel injured on the ground, being able to get messages, information, or pass on working data to medics or corpsmen or doctors in the field is especially critical and with... Model chatter coming up over top, making too much noise and you can't get a word in as well, be positive, too much background. See, we don't want that, okay? So, instead, remember that establishing a garage door frequency, something in the basement, something up above, wherever, where it's out of the way. It'll be used by medical support, separate from mechanized and infantry operations. Anyway, I'll tell you what, I don't know if Ed's eating right now. We might take a bottom of the hour or just pass the bottom of the hour break. Tell you what I'd like to play is a song by Poker Face. Anyone will do, but I would like to play a song from Poker Face because we've got Freedom Palooza! Freedom Palooza! Freedom Palooza! Coming up, that's right, this 4th of July weekend. Coming up here, it's only a few weeks away. Actually, a little, oh, a little over three. No, right about three. What are we looking at? 16th and Indian? Yeah about, well anyway, the whole idea here is Freedom Balloosa! This is where Patriot bands come in from all points of the compass and join in the festivities. So there will be speakers, there will be barbeque, there will be food, there will be a place to camp, and there will be great music right there at hand. Freedom Balloosa, FreedomBalloosa.com. Freedom Balloosa! Big time wrestling, dogs and cats fighting, yes and horse racing. No, none of the above. But there will be Patriot broadcasting, there will be Patriot music, there will be Patriot speakers. So take the time, get down there. Freedomblooza.com and you can also go to www.pokerface.com, www.pokerface.com, that's www.pokerface.com. And that's a hint we might be able to get poker face in there. We might not. We'll see what happens. But anyway, if that does take place, it'll be good. If not, we understand. Because it's been a long and busy day here in Michigan. I command you to like all over the country today. Now, next, weapon systems. For those of you who wanted to build a 20-inch upper AR-15, I got to bring this up again. I hate to do it, because you know you guys might get to the stuff before. Someone else does. Oh man, do I want to do this? Yeah, I did it already. www.apexgunparts.com www.apexgunparts.com That's at www.apexgunparts.com dot com take the time plug in there they have twenty-inch air fifteen barrels now here's the kicker they've got uh... eighty two uh... silhouette barrels which are the stupid design the army came up with which was a logic that we're going to use our rifles for koromar did you know that american soldiers use their rifles for koromars all the time Really? I seem to recall if anybody tried that when we were in service, somebody walk up and give you a number 10 and a half size boot reinforcement to the hind end. Anybody remember that? Maybe you do. Well anyway, they have the A2 which of course is heavier to the front and shallow hell in the middle. And then they've got 20 inch H bar barrels that are full heavy barrels. Only a couple of straight forward machine steps. Anyway, you might want to check these out. $75 a piece. Nobody's had 20 inch barrels laying around anywhere. 16 and a half inch punk barrels are all over. That's what we're stuck with. We've got to build them with that. We're fine. But if you can get a 20 inch barrel, do it. So again, this is a solution. We're going to find out more about how they look. A couple of guys bought one each of the barrels to compare as far as condition goes. They are pulled barrels, that's not a problem. The big thing is, again, they are 20 inch barrels, so you've got a good squad gun barrel, a good marksman's barrel, and these are heavy barrels. Truly factory heavy barrels. Probably somebody was talked into knocking down shorty put shorty barrels on the weapons probably what they're doing So that's cool. The enemies under gunning our people are gunning up which is the whole idea. You don't want equity you want supremacy Whenever possible, it's a battlefield superiority. That's the key battlefield superiority Supremacy over your opponent beat him down. Don't let him get back up put him in a grave bury him face down in pig feces and and only a rumor of destruction, of his destruction, returns to where he came from. It's that simple. So, again, that's apexgunparts.com, apexgunparts.com, apexgunparts.com. OK, now, there was one more thing here. By the way, handguns. Don't know what's going on, but it's what we kind of expected. Some companies are virtually running out of handguns. and are not able to replace what they have been selling. In fact, this is becoming a very obvious trend in several different areas. Well, Mark, I can still get a handgun slash fill in the blank, really. What is interesting is the inventory reduction or lack of total selection. That is something that's becoming very apparent. Now, the one thing that I have noticed and centerfiresystems.com is another one of these. Again, I hate to go over here, but I got to. Centerfire, systems dot com now most of the companies are down to not even being able to carry glocks right now in good quantity I Called centerfire about those parts kits that are on the front page. They do have them in stock. They're all American They're definitely worth working with kids. So oh well, they've changed the front page Hopefully those kits are not gone, but then again, they might also be and they might be let's find out here Better before I go any farther. I better make sure Uh oh. Well, you know what? Oh no, they have them. $300, they are still listed there, kit-ak01. $300, all American parts ready to roll, kids. All you gotta do, in fact, even comes with the rivets. All you gotta do is buy yourself a lower receiver or build one from scratch, and you've got what you need. Now, in handguns, one of the things I've been recommending are high points, but the problem is, that the high points are creeping but not too badly in price. They look like an old lucky 60s HK pistol guys. I'm sorry. Oh, they look horrible. Well, so the HK pistols didn't look great either in the 60s. They just look like handguns. They just worked. That's all they were focusing on. Does it work? Yes, they do. Okay. But that little arm score model 200, still out of stock. That is one of the few K frames left in the United States. that is from outside the country that actually is under $300 to $400. If you look at the charter arms guns, take a look at the price range. Take a look at that little arms quarter .38 Special. It's a K frame. It's got Hogue type grips on it. It is really a nice little gun. The 4 inch is as small as I go for pretty much all the work we're doing. and longer would be better still. If I get into 5 or 6 inch, I would do that. But as it is, 4 inches are fine. We can work with that one. The problem is a lot of what they're listing, they simply don't have. One of the other things that they've been doing are getting some, not just Centerfire, but other companies, have been getting the Glock police trade-ins, but they're selling out as quickly as they can get them. They're not really giving you a great buy on them. In fact, they are cheaper than buying a brand new Glock. But the interesting thing is almost all of the Glock firearms have disappeared in terms of inventory and in quantity comparable to what they had one year ago during the height of the attempt for the gun ban when everybody was grabbing the Glocks. Right now there shouldn't really be any shortage. However, I would point out that because of all the little fun wars going on over in the Middle East and in Europe now, Glock doesn't have to send stuff here when it can prioritize stuff for its combat operatives. And because it's a NATO supplier in several categories, I won't be surprised to find out that pretty much all the Glocks are being routed in that direction because they're taking advantage of the indebtedness against Western Ukraine. Those poor fools are going to be handing over their children to the pedophiles to pay for food by the time they're done, and that really is the plan. So, let's see, one, two, three. Anyway, you're looking at Charter Arms Bulldog in .38 Special for $400. Twice what you're seeing for that other K-frame, and that's a J-frame, by the way, in the Bulldog. Nice gun, have no problem with them. Just carry one beautiful pistol, only .44 Smith & Wesson. Knocked down gun, and everybody like that sewer pipe barrel especially was pointed at them and they were like, hmm, maybe that wouldn't be a good idea. That's the whole idea, a very manageable pistol to use. But $400 for a gun that used to go for $125 all day. And I mean all day, every day. So, one more thing. Oh heck, well we still got a little bit of time here. So we haven't run out. Next, wire. I'm going to ask everybody that can if you have any sources for Coak Cable or wire where people are getting rid of it like you know the cable guy and he pulls the old stuff down or the phone guy and he pulls the old stuff down. Guys, if they're on your road go ask if they have any and get it. That phone line that's in the ganglia up above. We'll do a fine job of working as oh, that's right that field telephone wire now There's a lot of this stuff coming out with storm damage Storm damage since we got it at that time of year it happens all over the place Guys, they'll be stringing new line out of policy. They will not even look to see whether or not it's good or bad They'll be too busy. Just thinking about the idea. It's faster to lay it and get on down the road OK, to put new up. Now if they do, a lot of times they just cast it down if they're in a hurry. Ask them for the stuff. Tell them you want to play with some other electronic technology in like a field phone. And you can use the wire. Now a lot of these lines are pretty long. In fact, if they're from the service box to the house, you're looking at 100 yards, 80 yards, 60 yards. It's a nice cut. It's a nice couple of lines there. And don't forget, There are a number of wires in that hanging line, especially for the phone system. So you're looking at a ganglia, which means you can hook up more than one piece of equipment simultaneously. Now let's overlap this with something else. You may also want to hardwire cameras. Oh, wait a minute. I could do a little octopus of cameras. out on a post and run one cable line down and even put in the ground if need be inside a PVC pipe or I could run it up above and do what the phone company did and I could actually deploy a number of cameras off of one line and quite comfortably observe a whole area without me having to dance around or move or expose myself or anything in terms of them, the bad guys, being able to identify my location. So remember these copper lines have a lot of uses. Now CoX is no different, but there are different grades of CoX. We know that. Anything you pick up though will be useful. Remember all of it can be used for data streaming. If you're going to do your own local backyard Ethernet slash expansion of the Hallmark, the alternate or the Golden Spike, Well, if you're going to set up your own cable grid, it would be a good idea why not go find the stuff that they're getting rid of. Especially if down the road they got hit with their tornado. There will be a lot of stuff they're pulling and that you can access for free. You get it out of their hair, they don't have to handle it because otherwise they're not going to reuse it. It's going to get chopped and lopped. And that in and of itself is sad. So again, be creative. Don't hesitate. Don't be bashful to ask You never know what you're gonna run into especially in the field like that. Anyway before we father who had several things Do we have any callers? Hello? Can you hear me? Go ahead. We got your caller jump in there. Hey, this is young. Well, this is Tom from New Michigan. Hey Tom, what's going on? Not much just been busy. I'd like to know I am having a little 20th to the 22nd. Oh, go ahead. I finally got my idea. I finally got a fire team, a senior fire team for the Michigan World Marine militia. I just set it up to June 20th to the 22nd. Now you can call me, for more information you can call me at 231-970-4. Slow down a little bit. Now Tom, go ahead and give it, slow down and give it to everybody. They're grabbing pens, they're flying around. You never know, so go ahead and give out the information. First of all, this is young Tom, Tom Olam. Yep, okay, and you're a boy our Yahoo master aren't you still? Yeah, very good. Okay, so you've got any complaints about the Yahoo operation you guys you can scream at this guy My number of my cell phone numbers two three one nine seven zero one one five call me anytime here night if I don't Let me know you heard me on Mark's show so I'll get back to you. Quit knowing me. Go ahead, keep going. Or if you don't want to, if you want to be more, you can email me. My email address is C-U-23-dot-mail-dot-com. A little bit of training, weapons training, blah blah, but this has been over a year in the making. Been trying to get the money, rounding up, and kind of battling everything. very good and again you've got everything squared away and again it's the twentieth uh... and the twenty-second so that's Friday until I assume Sunday correct? very good. Everyone can, I have for people can be there but they can come earlier or they can come later it really don't matter if they can't make it on Saturday very good and again whatever day you do make it guys the idea is to connect everybody can sit down relax Get together, talk about what is planned for organization, what you're looking at towards the future, and then get on with business. Get into the mission. So this is going to be a lot of fun. Obviously it's going to be nice weather. A little cooler up where you are, but not much. However, you guys get a little more off the lake than we do. So, I think that's a pretty nice wheel. Yeah, we had a thunderstorm last night and knocked our phones and stuff out. Oh, okay. Well, see, I kind of expected that. We've had a couple of power burps here in this end of the state today, and I think one of them knocked out one of our routers, as a matter of fact, or finally did it in. Wow. Between the program here, I had to run around and find, but fortunately, I've been collecting routers, and I actually have the next grade up. But it had probably the pulse, you know, it was a storm that finally did it in and in reality It's a good thing. I changed it anyway. I think it was hurt from the last storm and Yeah, I had some little glitching that's been going on and now I can see where I've switched out to this other Unit that man, it's just running like a top now So I can't complain the other ones been going for three going on four years That's pretty good for a router guys, especially a little plastic deck gear beast And it's a lot of abuse, electronically. Go ahead. And if you email me, let me know. You heard that Mark show, so I'm not thinking you're... So I know who you are and all that. That way, I'm not caught off guard. I'm getting a lot of emails from people. They gotta let me know what site they can answer. I'm not considering you spam. Very good. And again, for everybody out there, go ahead and give your phone number out one more time. The number is 231. 9 7 0 1 1 5 3 Very good Anything else? You can stick around if you want to. What's been going on otherwise? What's been going on with the Yahoo page? Not much. Kind of been having a sick house from the winter. I had to mess it up. I'm still looking for a bug and that. I've been battling animal control. They finally took my dogs. They took the dogs? Yeah, I was home. I was in Kentucky helping my sister move down there. and they went out of my mom's property and took the dogs. Okay, wait a minute. Gave who the dogs? Benji County, the animal control piece. So, did they adopt them out or did they kill them? I had no idea. They haven't talked to me. I was trying to get them back. They wouldn't call me back. I left messages. They wouldn't call me back. I don't know what happened to them. We'll talk more about that in a bit then. Otherwise, again, Yahoo Page, how can we get in there? What's been going on? Anything jumping off or exciting from that neck of the woods? No, not much. Just been monitoring everything. It seems like full stuff. Been busy, I hope. Yeah, I've been, like I said, I've been busy myself doing other things. Trying to get this unit going and everything. Well, you're staying on top of things too. I want to add this before we go to the top of the hour here, guys, I'm going to switch over to Apex Gun Parts again. They've got AR-15 20-inch barrels. These are pulled barrels, but they're in pretty good shape. They have both the A2 configuration and they have the standard H-bar, a real H-bar barrel. Both of these are $75 a piece, but if you're looking at building an AR-15 in a 20-incher, you don't have to build the whole rifle right now, guys. Just build up the upper, and you can always drop it on your other right, your other receiver, your lower receiver, any time you want to, to experiment with it. Well, the barrels are $75 a piece. They are take-off barrels and both are 20 inches. One is the A2 with the goofy barrel heavy in the front, lighter in the middle. The other is a true heavy barrel and it's again with the regular leg step the way it's supposed to be thicker to the rear and just slightly lighter to the front but not by much. So these are both good barrels. I talked to the guys today they have good quantity in stock and they are definitely serviceable enough for what we're doing. So again that's apexgunparts.com, apexgunparts.com then go to the barrels section. There are 41 different barrels available, some are D-mills or whatever, but these are not D-mills, these are pulled barrels. They can be set and ready to go within a short period of time. I'd go with a heavy barrel first, and then the A2 barrel only if the heavy barrels are out. But I'd rather have a 20-incher if at all possible, over a 16.5. simply because I get more energy, I've got greater range, the rifle will do what it's supposed to do and I want to be able to reach farther when I'm shooting zombies. It's that simple. Anyway, we are headed towards the top. Tom, anything else? No, I just want to say if you do come up here they'll bring bugs because the mosquitoes are like aircraft carriers that are carrying you away. The land of the mosquito! Remember, that's what Michigan was called by the Indians. Contrary to everybody thinks. It's the land called Gichigumi. No, it's the land called Ichibite. It's the land of the mosquito. It always has been. It always will be. Anyway, yeah, we beat him back a little bit. That's because we found the word DEET is just tied into our vocabulary now. God bless the Republic. We shall prevail, ladies and gentlemen. The Empire is on the run. We are in the march. Hoorah! Thank you, sir. And again, for everybody else, if you want to give Tom a call. You can give him a ring at 2319701153. The event will be the 20th of the 22nd of June and that's in greater northern lower Michigan, up in the upper part of the lower peninsula, guys. Thank you, Tom. And... Very good. We're going to let Ed take back over. LTR Broadcasting continues through the night here. It's Tuesday. Bye-bye, guys.
