Mark Koernke discussed government surplus auctions for military trailers and equipment available on govliquidation.com, with bidding closing June 5th. The episode featured an extended segment with caller Joe McNeil about a court case involving his son Dylan, who refused to state his full name as a legal strategy to avoid jurisdiction, illustrating tactics for challenging court authority. Koernke and callers emphasized the importance of understanding the distinction between legal and lawful, learning courtroom procedures, and teaching others these principles to resist what they characterized as an oppressive system. The show included recommendations for free legal resources from Rod Class and Mark Stevens, and concluded with Joe from the Carolinas introducing the 'Grow Your Own' gardening program focused on permaculture and food self-sufficiency.
Live 365. and North. Well, ladies and gentlemen, you're listening to us on LibertyTreeRadio.4mg.com, IndianaFreedomTalkRadio.com, we're on AM and FM microstations, CB base stations, and UltraNet Technologies east and west of the Mississippi along with Alaska. We're in the Hallmark network from the top of Maine to the bottom of Florida, from the bottom of Florida across the arc of the Gulf of Mexico, headed Louisiana, Mississippi, Texas. Oklahoma, a big chunk of Nebraska, a whole bunch of Wyoming to include both 3rd and 5th pit and our friends in the recall state of Colorado. Waving to the left coast where we have the great state of Jefferson, we turn back to the east, sweep across the plains, leap over the burgeoning banks of the Mississippi and land in the smokies slash the Blue Ridge where the restaurant crews, grandma teams, okay teams and the mob bell, grandma consortium of retired telecommunications workers bring us The Golden Spike. Many hands make for light work. A million petticoat junction operators. The ability to continue to function when everything else is offline. Well, it is a beautiful sunshiny day here in the bottom of Michigan. For all of our friends listening, it is the 3rd of June. It is the sixth year of open Fabian socialist and Soviet Socialist Occupation of America with a K-2014 Old Earth Calendar, or Mayan Crazy Town Calendar. So, for our friends out there, it is, oh, don't forget, Notre Dame-us, man. Notre Dame-us! Yes, no, Stradamus, he's just around the corner. You know they're gonna have him plugged in pretty soon here. The tea leaves, man. He peed in the tea leaves and drank it and then looked at him and stared until he could mystically describe what he saw, dudes. Yeah, yeah, peeing in the tea leaves. Yeah, okay, you dude. Yeah, well, stay away from me. Anyway, so Nostradamus is going to be the next thing, if not a drawer full of silverware, Chinese mysticism, Ciao Chu Bong Bai said that when the crocus all passes the lotus blossom eater in the evening in twilight of destruction, the golden orb of enlightenment will pass before the rectum of improbability. Yes, yes. Oh, thank goodness. It's so mystical. Oh my goodness. I couldn't live without that mystical garbage going on, man. Where it's just confusing, dude. It's got to be, man. And of course, Scooby said, you know, well, Scooby said whatever. Anyway, uh... As it stands, whoa, Fort Worth, Texas, two 34 ton triple axle flatbed semi-trailers, model M872s, each trailer includes bins, two of them together and they're going for $25. Bid closes tomorrow. $25 for two 34 ton flatbed transport cargo trailers. By the way, there's also a whole pile of Gooberment one ton trailers coming through. We were just discussing this off the air about the idea of building more radio rigs. Well, the one toner is the optimal. That can be hauled by a number of different transports. It was perfectly designed for the, yeah, it goes behind the Humvee, whatever. But it can be dragged along by a number of different vehicles in the process. And it looks like we got you tons and tons and tons and tons of them. So your tax dollars at work. And for a change, you might get them back. The average bid right now seems to be 45. to $65 and depending on where you're like in Texas they're going for about $120 a piece. The bids are closing tomorrow, well actually a day and a half out, the fifth. So the fifth will be the closing date for the bids. Might want to check that out guys, see what's there. There could be something useful. Go to govliquidation.com and go to the vehicles and transportation devices, then go to trailers in the subdivision. Bunch of stuff going up and coming up and it ain't going for very much Colorado seems to be pricey, but people have you know willing to spend more money there California same thing going more for less not really getting as good a trailer by the looks of it But the one and a quarter toners Are out there these have the all-terrain wide tires? Otherwise, it's the you know standard box bin tire for the day or you know the box bin Trailer that's out there in force and even in the military. You know what we're talking about The latest models, most of these are made in 2006-2008. You heard me right, these are like 6, 7, 8 years old. Your tax dollars are worth. The government is sliding this stuff out sideways. Grab it while we can. Logistics support, transport like this. You can build an entire system here without any complications whatsoever. Right now the bid is down. The cycle for bidding is down. There is a cycle disguise. People go to the auctions. I used to do this all the time. I used to do the same people. And they have the money to burn and the next auction, not so much. So everybody's kind of hit a bubble here, be headed towards summer. And it looks like, depending where we are in the country, low bids seem to be the norm and they're staying there. Anyway, we've got Joe McNeil, the captain on the rock here with us right now. Joe, what's jumping up up there in your neck of the woods? Oh, man, I thought I'd jump in and give everybody an update as to what took place here this morning. some of you who listened to the person driving without a license and the situation, a needle stuck in his arm, he didn't have a soul, he got stopped here a couple weeks ago. Well, let's put it, he got the compensation at 19 years old. And when we got to court this morning, I have to tell you guys, he ran those people. But when they got to Dylan, what he wanted him to say, the judge wanted my son to say, but what Dylan kept saying is, my name is Dylan, and the judge tried four or five times going down to the Unwell's office, nothing. Again, for everybody out there, there's a process step by step. Now again, clearing the courtroom, that is always the case. How many times have we seen this in 30 years? They do not want anyone to hear that. They don't want anyone to think, guys. In fact, they will even clear the courtroom in the middle of business and negate the docket. In other words, they'll actually throw people out with no, again, cancel out the offense if they feel that the situation is threatened to that degree. Seriously, and that tells me right off the bat that well, you know again trying to play whatever chicanery or trying to get any word twisting done if you stay focused and stay on course. They don't know what to do because they figure eventually you're going to acquiesce because I got to go somewhere. You know the Dairy Queen is open in four minutes. This isn't really important. Being a slave is okay. Here's what they're doing. If he says, is your name, Yes, my name is John Doe. Okay, you just agreed with that statement. Well, were you driving a car or flying a helicopter? Yes. What he's doing is leading you down the path and you're agreeing with him. That's what you're doing. You're basically, you got a verbal contract joining him and you're agreeing with him. But in Dylan's case, he kept cutting him off and telling him the truth. The truth, we don't call him Dylan. His family name is, and it truly is. When you go into a crime, we watch the whole, what's your name or state your name. Dylan McNeil, he says, well, McNeil is my family name. He is Mark's family name. Exactly. Yeah. You know, but when you get to the point where you're basically agreeing with everything he says going back and forth, and he's just, you're telling him to go, hang on a second, Mark, I got to grab this call. We are ready to head. If you're dealing with a similar situation, again, you need to realize what it is that you're dealing with. It didn't take me long to realize. I've been so disconnected all this, you know, like the parties. At one point years ago, we decided to live a life. And still a lot of things came to, one of the things I want to tell him, I said, and even though the guy was getting upset, you know, how they get that little microphone there for you to talk to, well, everybody prior to you, yes, I might be a little wavy, but Dylan reached over and grabbed the microphone. I thought at one point, he was, well, if you can't hear me, I can come up to somebody kept telling him his name. So whatever it goes from here, what you think to me is when the judge walked out of the courtroom and he never said that we're going to reconvene at any given time. Well keep an eye on the docket too, you know how to do that, do a spot check on that both from the computer end, which is cool, you can do that today without leaving the house now, you can actually check the docket for the court to see what activity is going on. I think the problem they've got is his assumption is he's going to jump back over and find the birth certificate, you know, they need to have the instruments of control. But if the instruments of control don't exist, they have no standing and they know it. The devices are not there, at least a thread, something they can grab hold of, but there's nothing there that's putting him in the machine or where he's in the machine in any way, shape, or form, which means that none of the bonds apply, which means that he truly is a free man. In this case, a free young adult. I can't say free men because you see traditionally under biblical guidelines, coming of age is 21. It doesn't mean that you still didn't have the obligations as a young adult, but there are certain obligations that didn't come true until your 21st birthday. That used to be tradition across the board. It doesn't have anything to do with American law. That has to do with ancient law going back to the depths of time. Based upon Natural law is really what it was all about. The observation of man and man's nature. That's how those came into play. But again, they'll do everything they can to, you know, we talked about the 12 year olds, they're going to be charged as adults. You know, now I agree that it was real, really, that's a real, real major crime there where they're trying to stab the other girl, notice I didn't say friend, but are the adults at the age of 12? Well, even by the slimmest of standards, no. But because of how twisted the system is here, back and forth, they're not following any rules anymore. They are forced to, when they realize that you're in this situation, they're going to have a problem because they don't have any tendril to work with, anything to grab hold of. There's no part of the web attached. that they pull you in through to the other side. The side you see is pull you through that eye of the needle. So staying the course is the big thing. Take the time and talk more with Duane. I'm sure he probably has more to say. But again, give him a report on what transpired and then go from there. We're working and getting better communications for Duane even than what he already has. But very good. And otherwise, anything else jumping off the wall up there on the rock during the day here that we didn't know about? I think you had to step away and take a call. Oh, okay, very well he did but he didn't actually. And then he came again. He was going to take the call and didn't take the call. Okay, very good. Hey, number one, we're looking at building radio signal communications rigs for operations in the future guys. We're trying to come up with a consistent pattern. Pay attention to what's out there. We're looking for trailers. We are looking for a consistent model of trailers so we can do a cookie cutter. In other words, once we start doing them, they're all going to be basically the same. So if you go from one rig to the next, there's no surprise. There's no shock. There's no amazement. It's like, OK, cool. We work here. We work here. We can do this. And all of our equipment's where it belongs. All of our manuals are where they need to be. The microphone's in front of me. And the key. And do do do do do do do. OK. So, again, we could use your eyes and ears out there people. We need help. They do have some rat rig boxes, appear to be either maintenance box or rat rig boxes out at Fort Riley, Kansas. Well actually, Fort Riley North. So we'll find out more about those. Actually, I'm going to find out right now how many they have because it appears they have more than one. So that should be worthwhile. Do we have Joe there still? I hear a voice in the background. I'm not hearing voices. I hear a voice. Okay, sorry about that. I had to take that phone. That's okay. No, no. I figured you might have to take care of business there. That happening. I don't know how that works. And again, anything else jumping off the wall there we should know about what's going on with the roster. Well, that's about it. I thought I'd give everybody a little bit of a report as to what took place. At one point or another, everybody's going to be involved in everything you seem to have paid. Yo, yes, Mass. Can I kiss your feet? Yo, please have mercy on me today. Grant me with yes. I love that. You know, you didn't ask an intelligent... and all of them that one of them have to get rosary rosary drinking will do that to you You know what I mean? I mean seriously, I'm at a point where we're watching a lot of the stuff that's going on. I mentioned this, years ago we were paying attention to one of the counties here. They weren't signing their tickets. Well, Michigan State law stipulates that if the individual is the supposed witnessing officer, doesn't sign the ticket, and by the way, your state's the same along with the rest. So the only thing I didn't ask the other day was did the deputy or whoever actually signed the ticket, did we notice? Uh oh, did we lose Joe again? Or Joe's reaching for the ticket right now with the paperwork and going, well, wait a minute. Well, as it stands, remember guys that when you get into the court, they have a production mill off to the side so they don't have to even have that many people in the courtroom. They still fill the courtroom up, but they have usually a table they put and you do like plea bargaining slash government sugar daddy collecting money. And what was interesting is, got in line, stepped forward, all tickets not signed, it's null and void. Well, what kind of agreement do you want to make? None, it's null and void, you're going to throw it out, right? Well, what kind of deal do you want to make? No, there's no deal, it's null and void, thank you very much, goodbye. And you know, verify, and here's the code, and here's the law, and this is what you have to do. Well, what's interesting is most all these people come up with these stupid traffic tickets with a lawyer who purely is a paper mill pusher and not one of them was familiar with the law and there were three or four of them in front of us that had gone through and got their customers slash their you know their victim. Gee, reduced to like $165 for driving without a safety belt or you know not having. We're going from $1,250 to $150. Yeah, oh boy, I only got leave for. Oh, thank you for having mercy on me. Yeah, I got castrate lobotomized, but only a little bit. Well, what's interesting is the moment that we did this and everybody froze and a bunch of people are looking at their tickets, including all these people who always go through and try to do corporate pro se. And they're looking at their tickets and the whole line, all of a sudden they're looking at each other, their eyes get really big, and one of them scuttles off to the side because of course we gave them the code. So he comes back and, well, yeah, well, we need to talk off the side. No, we just get this done right here. I don't want to get my time's precious. I got to leave. And lo and behold, yep, you're right. Well, all of a sudden, the two lawyers that were right there and then third one who had come out of a side room separate from where the court is. The court's on one side of this hallway. There was another sidebar room where they could go in and meet and whatever. They come back out because they're all talking to each other. What? And they all look at their tickets and they didn't do their clients any good at all. They didn't have any knowledge of the law. They've gotten their clients like a $165 fee. They could have been free or none. Well, they of course asked to be reintroduced. Now, there's a reason for that because another reason they want to clear the courtroom like what happened with you, Joe. Guys, if you overturn from sunrise to sunset, it's a sunrise to sunset rule basically or a sunset rule, that the law must be applied consistently for that day. So, if you overturn something based upon good law, that's a term the enemy uses, well, you know what they are supposed to do? They have to readjust all the other rulings that went before you. And all other rulings after you must be consistent with the standing of the ruling before you. Uh-oh. And so what happened is, yep, not anybody was still standing there that found out, well, that guy didn't sign my ticket either. Well, it's the same cop that was writing lots and lots of tickets. He was revenue-ing, like all of them do. But it turns out that, well, there are all these people that that particular day, we didn't just cost them the petty chump change for the no seat belt ticket, which by the way, the seat belt, they relied. I mean, I didn't see you with it on. I always loved that one. I didn't see you with it on. Yeah, you're driving the other direction at 65 or 55 miles an hour. I'm driving at 55 miles an hour in the other direction. And at 110 miles an hour, you didn't glimpse my safety belt. Yeah. You know what I mean? Seriously, that's what it was. And it was like, oh, hell no. Number one, we're going to do this first. Well, we were looking at the ticket. It's like, well, this thing can just be beat because they didn't sign the ticket. And everybody, I think we cost them probably $3,000, $4,000 just in that line, maybe more. Because yeah, some of those people weren't going to make a deal. They were going to get punished. They were going to go into the court and they would make them pay half as much. In other words, oh, like you said, Joe, it's a thousand dollar or an eight hundred dollar fine. I'll only charge you 500 today. Don't you feel better about that? I just took your week's pay away. Congratulations. So that I can go on vacation. All those Cayman Island fishing trips doing. Yeah. Well, you know, the bottom line is there's people start getting into the battle. Imagine this for a second, if everybody would do something similar, you don't have to do exactly what I do, but just nearly fight back. Period. It's a machine. It slows down the machine. The system's already bogged down with crap to begin with, and then you're going to bog it down even further. But nobody when they can run a whole flock through it just leaves them 150 150 150 150 and nobody's objecting what what is going to stop them? Keep them from opening doors tomorrow 150 I would love to open a business where I could just, you know, rake people in off the street, feed them down the line here 150, 150, 150. Thank you. We'll see you all tomorrow and nobody objects to what I'm doing. Tell you what, Joe, stay where we are. We gotta go to the bottom of the hour break. We're gonna be quick on that and coming right back here in a few minutes. It is Communications Tuesday on the LTR. We got Joe with us. It is a beautiful, beautiful Tuesday here by the way. We had a little rain, wee hours in the morning. Not much, but it put some water on the ground and otherwise we've had a nice breezy day. Windy up north by a report from Don. So guys, perfect driving weather tonight. If you're going to be bouncing around across the countryside, guess what? This would be a nice night to drive. Plug in the tunes and head for the hills as they say. Joe, one of the things here we have talked about, and it's something that we did have or we've had better, I should say, servicing in with regard to getting people on board, is either academies or classrooms where we actually cookie cutter and get people to understand what they need to do when they do get into the court, when they do get into these operations. And it cost the enemy big time. See, one thing is, why feed the beast? And whenever possible, how about we put a stick in the spokes? This breaks up the system from one direction while we're busy advancing our agenda in another. And it's designed to be, again, minimal maintenance, minimal time, maximum end result. That's one of the other things taken into consideration. Well, you know, something, the other thing taken into consideration too, Mark, you know, I can go out here, like I told myself, I can go out here and fight for your rights and every major all day long. But what's behind you to reinforce what you put you know it will work for four fathers that would be what we know about it today no constitutional rights and protection you know you don't you don't have anything concerning anything along that level but you know if you're going to consider the iq level or you know in nineteen oh eight or nineteen hundred no people were uh... you'd be they've learned everything what are we having down today but what are we going to be handing down today you're right we need these classes they're going to be going on all over america where people can start understanding the tyranny, the suppression that they're actually literally living under. And if we don't start doing something and passing it on to the children, you know, we're sitting here talking about, you know, children. Children, that's one of my pet peeves. The kids today are totally defensive, they pass from a hole in the ground and they just fleece them through like a flock of sheep. $200, $250. Not one thing, you know, no objection whatsoever. It was always, they were saying what they got. See it this way. people aren't training other people, their family. You and I can fight for our rights and it'll die with us. Everybody needs to know what everybody needs to understand how these courts are sitting. Everybody needs to know the difference between legal and lawful. Everybody needs to know the difference between a lawyer and an attorney. Everybody needs to know these things. And if they don't, then your country is going to end up exactly where America is, right here, right now, today. a minimum of few not enough people fighting for rights and others are just sitting back on their daft watching it well you know i guess i'll be free soon as they win it for me we could win this battle tomorrow there's going to be a who's going to fill the shoes and the day after these kids the next generation you know the ones behind you how to maintain go ahead for repeat jump in there please i was wondering where do i learn that i'd like to know I'd like to know how to fight these things. to Dwayne quite a while. Two things, you know, I did, I understood a lot of what he said. The two things that were most significant to me last night was the fact that if the judge is from the bench, you're refusing to go because that's what this judge was saying. He's telling people point if he's telling you that he's practicing law from the bench. The other thing I got out of the conversation last night was a warning of how they drag you into a verbal, which is actually and literally what everybody that sat down, my name is Joe blah, blah, blah, and it just continued. today went back and forth and okay here's what we're going to do college you know blah blah blah the people don't even know what to play here that that judge was going to drag you the thing he was asked to do is state his name and he did state his name it was Dylan it was my name I am Dylan but he wanted Dylan to say Dylan McNeil Dylan McNeil he had to say those two words in conjunction with each other and claimed to be that and that's not what was taking place and that's why the judge got pissed off Can I throw my two sense words in real quick? I'm sorry, go ahead. This is Spike, by the way. Good place to start learning this stuff from the beginning all the way up to where the guy is at right now, which he's in federal court fighting a charge in DC. His name is Rod Class, Rodney Dale Class. You can find him on YouTube and all over the place. But the best place to go is talkshoe.com. That's T-A-L-K. talkshoe.com and once you're there, up in the top bar it says caller ID number you put in 48361 that's talkshoe caller ID number 48361 and there is about oh a lot there's like four or five years with the archives there you can go back through and learn everything you need to learn more than what a lawyer knows. I'll put it that way and he's given them fits in DC right now they do not know what to do with this guy. He's got him on the ropes and they're kind of. jumping through their own hind end trying to get away from him. Still, they put a bracelet on his ankle to keep him out of DC. Have you ever heard of that before? That's TalkShoe.com. That's a new one. And the ID is 48361. Go check that out. Other names like Mark, Mark just aren't, they aren't driven. I had a conversation with somebody, I don't know, a week or so ago and they said, well, we can do anything but talk about I do not think anybody listening to me right now has any desire to be an attorney or a lawyer or be involved in the legal aspects of what goes on in this country. But you have been left no kneel down to your master. They are not my master. I explained to my son in one conversation, I told him, I said, You just know that your dad will get you out sooner. And that piece of garbage, that piece of crap sitting up there on that bench, there's nothing but a psychopathic man. He'll be talking in every direction. And, you know, by witnessing the, because when he had Dylan sit to the side and get back up there, Dylan told me, he said, you know, he said, you know, he was a doctor a second time. He told you, you know, he is satisfied with what is taking place. He stand where exactly where you are. That judge tried to get him to, I mean, which way to get him to state that his, and all Dylan kept stating was, in fact, Dylan's family name is... Excuse me? There you go. It's hard to... You can sit and tell people on the radio, you can talk to them on the phone, in a conversation somewhere, but until they actually get up and walk the walk or go to some of these court cases and listen in and watch the... That's something that I used to do when I lived in Minnesota. I'd go down into Minneapolis and for lack of a better things, I'd just go in and sit in the courtroom and was going on. I had plenty of spare time. people the only time they received a courtroom is when they walked in got freest and walked out that's that's very you can have somebody you know that not every court cases gonna receive you know it's like any battle on the field you're gonna win them all but like any battlefield on the on the on the planet there's going to be balances and we are put a foxhole because the photo that this is the sky but it's a matter of doing something anything to me is better excuse me uh... that that name you said mark What was the last name? Mark Stevens and he has things I can download. Hey Fluffy. Hey. This is Spike again. I highly recommend looking up Rod Class too. So far I started out with Mark Stevens when I first got into this back in 2008. When it went over and talked to him and ended up here. with and wrong way law package. Oh, this guy's winning over and you know, Egypt over here and this one over here whipping them judges and anybody blah, blah, blah. It's always someplace else. And then when you lost your butt, then you come back. Oh, well, yeah, we, we had modify that. Here's our new modification. Another $50 will give you that and you can go back in there and get beat again. Be careful of who you deal with. All of Rod's paperwork is free, just like Mark Stevens's, I believe. They both have, I don't know about Mark Stevens, I didn't follow him, but I know Rod has hundreds of documents from all his court cases up there. They can all be used as a template to use towards your court case. The way that this is all Came about in the way that all the researchers have come together at a I be radio They have got it to the point where it all goes back to four basic things and that all works itself in together and once you learn that You got her down and that's that's all that you fellows finish out here. I got to get ready for the top of the hour Alright. You know, the Mark Stevens and the other gentleman that he mentioned, you know, these guys are giving their stuff away. These guys, Mark knows and I know, the hours and days they're spending working on research and court proceedings and conversations and stuff, you know, anybody, I suggest anybody, if you got an extra $20 bill, send it to them. If they're not charging you anything, send them something. Because without feeding into them, as we know, like the micro factor, radio, all these sources, Then it also, lack of support. And that's what's been, you know, what we're seeing here in recent times is, you know, lack of support. And it's like people are going to hell. What can I do? Well, these are the things that you can do. You can get involved in and do. And when it comes to your... If I have a question, go. Yeah, it's Frank in Florida. You know, if I remember right last time I went to traffic court here in Florida, the I think they just call your name up. They don't ask you, I don't think they ask you to recite your name. What are you doing a situation like that? They want you to pass the bar. They'll do like a roll call when you come in. Right, that's where they pass the, they want you to pass the bar first, you acknowledge it. You say nothing. See, that's one of the other tricks that they used in production court. So, what you do is you say nothing and they keep looking around and it's like, you know, well, typically they'll be a, well, who are you? Well, my name's Fred. My name's Mark. Yeah, they'll get to that. Who are you? You can tell them you're Fred. But isn't there a danger that they'll say you didn't show up? Well, you see, that's what this judge was going to claim today, that he was trying to get across, my name is Dillon, my family name is McNeil. tell me why he can't understand that he does understand that do you understand it What I was concerned about, and maybe it went over my head, is that they'll say I didn't show up. How do I get around that? That has to do more with the fact that they don't have a birth certificate or a social security number for Dylan and they don't have any way to go after him. They don't have an address to put a warrant out to go look for him. What are they going to do? This guy named Dylan, he looks like this. I have an address. This guy named Dylan. They have no security license, no anything whatsoever. Yeah, I'm coming from the point of view. I already have a driver's license. So I guess I'm... Yeah. Yeah, OK. I see what you're just saying. Yeah. You see, and that's what people don't realize. When you sign up, when you accepted that driver's license, you accepted the privileges that came, whether they were limited... you signed up because everybody else signed up and that's how you get it done but nobody came up to you and told you have a right to travel we were that we were all condition that we needed a wallet full of fun stuff because if they were a big adult guy you had a wallet full of stuff yeah that's what i know how would big donalds Well, I would tell you, real quick on that note, one of the things to remember is that when you are in the next venue, there are still conditions. This gets back to the old issue of Roman law, which in reality is what we're dealing with here. Yeah, what we're dealing with is corporate law. Right, with a problem... No more than McDonald's could force you to get a Social Security number or force you to get a Social Security number. driver's license. That court can't do anything of the either. Other than just the energy of again the poverty issue trying to lever you with money because again years ago the whole argument about social security was beat down in fact court case after court case was won all the way to the federal level and that's why for many years Taco Bell was singled out and used as the whipping boy. It was proven beyond a shadow of a doubt they can't force you to get a Social Security number. They can't make you do any of that. In fact, the bottom line is that Taco Bell took the Social Security number requirement right off their employment forms. Now, gradually that's worked back. It's like everything else with this osmosis process. They get beat down and you've got to keep beating them down. And it's interesting to note that if you stipulate and use in code an old ruling, they'll try to talk that down and yet, for instance, the other day we were just talking about another court case where, well, back in 1968 they determined all of that, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. Well, wait a minute, that's an old ruling. That's half a century ago. If my ruling that came from the same court, which is actually two years younger than your BS ruling that you're using as a prostitute, how is it mine's not in good standing but yours is, comrade workers? You know, all of this, if you're completely out of the machine, then they don't have any authority over you. Once you get into the certain contracts, then the other direction you move is, as with any other communist state, because you're dealing with communism, is you hold them to the law. You hold them to their own laws. In fact, behind these guys over and over again, I've got a computer here with all kinds of emails between judges and prostitutes. They didn't know how to scrub their machines and they kind of, you know, got slid sideways. They repeat over and over again, good law. Yeah, those pro se guys, you know, it's good law. But we've got to figure out how to lie to everybody and to tell them it's bad law. In other words, it's good law and they're screwed, so the only option they have is to betray us. Now that, of course, when they get caught in that, becomes expensive for them, not for us. That's one of the things that by the way, Duane is in the process of right now. It's just stacked all over the place against the bad guys. They know it. They violated God knows how many different, again, social contracts. The idea is that you go in as a claims officer. You go in when you are dealing with it. This is where we've talked about everything from the straw man to even going into these courts. then you don't come in hat in hand. You come in across the table as an equal. And that's something they're not used to. Like you said, everybody's coming in begging. And that's one of the things we need to learn not to do. But it's unfortunately, most younger people, well what do they end? They're in a prison school system, guys. I mean, it's virtually a police state school system, so they're conditioned across the board to be nothing but slaves. We have to break those chains. That's one of the things that our obligation people help us to learn we have to teach other people We need to help them Joe. Welcome back to Grow Your Own, the budding revolution, a solution-focused, educational, interactive gardening program for folks that are interested in growing your own food as well as permaculture. POMACULTURE stands for permanent agriculture. You may have heard Henry talking about that on one of our ad spots on this network. Permanent agriculture is just a system of functional design and it joins our house, our garden and everything else in our land, including the humans as well as our animals in a way where each section, each zone on our individual piece of property supports the other. In a way, I'm going to use a 50-cent word. in a synergistic way so they all work together. We design that as humans. We do that ourselves through learning and observation. Folks, we are coming at you live tonight from these United States on Communications Tuesday, June 3, 2014. I hope that's the right date. Yes, it is.
