Oh yeah, by the time we're done right now, they already did run into them. That's been about eight years ago. That was in the news for a bit where they ran into one of the bigger pythons that probably somebody had let go and they just let it go into its environment and it let go with regard to a feeding frenzy because of how old food it needed. As far as growing. You've got to figure, if you find one, how many more didn't you find or how many more don't you know about. The population density, reptiles especially, I've been talking about the turtles the same way. Go to town, cage them in an area where they are able to populate in an area untouched, they'll repopulate very quickly with no predator problems. Especially if they're of a little higher class, a larger creature, they're dominant. They don't have too much to worry about other than Mr. Crockogator. You know the alligator out there is the only thing that they have is competition and the alligator better get them when they're small. Of course alligators are not a tiny baby either. There are lots of tires in that alligator alley. One of my aunts was talking about that. They did the trip down there and she was complaining because of all the tires that they saw thrown in the swamps when they drove down alligator alley over to the west side east side of the state. As my dad pointed out he said those were not tires, those were alligators. You know, Mark, speaking of alligators. That's why they call it alligator alley guys for a reason. Speaking of alligators, we had animal rights come out and say we were mean because we did have an alligator who left us alone and he left us alone and all that stuff until a northern couple started feeding the alligators and we said that's it. We got a trapigator and take him out. I can either trap him and have him hauled away or whatever. It's not a big deal. It takes care of the problem. The alligator was something everybody used to be really worried about. I think it would make a good guard dog. I'm looking for one, George. If you find one again, let me know. Yeah. And I believe that we pretty well covered the bases here. Now, I don't know, and I'm going to have to find out, Nagot rifles still definitely very much a useful weapon across the board. Oh good, they've got them in. They just received a batch of NAGOT rifles. Now they're not $100 a piece like they used to be, but still $130, $150, and $140. Don't worry about hand-picked. That's irrelevant. Don't even bother. Anyway, Russian 1891 Model 30, boys and nagots. These are the standard utility grade for $130. That's what I'd buy first. They've got the Tula arsenal, specifically the Tula arsenals for 140, and the hex receivers, good rifle also, of course, earlier, the hex receiver is supposed to be the earlier receiver, for $150. I don't know if it'd be better to have a pre-war slave-built gun or a war production slave-built gun. I don't think there'd be much of any difference because there really wasn't a whole lot of change between what happened with the Communists running Russia before and after. So anyway, again, for everybody out there, if you want to go to AIMSurplus.com, AIMSurplus.com, right on the front page they have the Nagats. And they do have all of them in stock again for a little bit. I don't know how long it's going to last. The preview part of Zon stuff is out there in force and so are a few other unique companies that have been coming in. uh... off the uh... left coast or out of mexico but before going to father aim surplus dot com eight eight eight seven four eight five two five two eight eight eight seven four eight five two five two they've still got the nagats they've gotten a got rifles back in stock as far as ammunition goes on cv ask a question like that yes they they have amo by the ten i believe it is the russian light ball Yeah, light bulb, Russian, in the can and right now it's $100 a can for 440 rounds. Grab what you can while you can. Grab the rifle, put a couple of cans under each case under each rifle and there's your 510 program progressively, step by step by step. But add to it, add to it, add to it. And again, that's AIM surplus. I was wondering if they'd gotten the stuff in. I hadn't seen anything. It jumped out. Also, one other thing there that is unique, I haven't seen a whole lot of reasonably priced 4570. A lot of it's been in the $40 to $50 a box range and it shouldn't be. The 4570 is like 38 special and 44 special, in 44 Magnum. They're all straight cases. There's no big deal for the process. You almost have to be a complete dunderhead, incompetent, or idiot, not to be able to make it right. The 4570 cartridge, certainly not so late, a lot of you guys have Marlin's in the lever action, 4570, there's a lot of single shot and trap door and Remington rolling blocks that were done in 4570, so it is out there in force. There are a number of even brownings, more modern lever action brownings that were done in 4570. And they made a copy, Springfield back in the 70s made a copy of the trapdoor and produced an exacting of modern steel copy that is a phenomenal gun. It is an absolute tech driver. Now it's not a speedy gun to shoot. It's a trapdoor so it's one shot and lift up the trapdoor, the round ejects, you reinsert the new one and drop the bolt and collect back the hammer and cup up. But for $27.95 they do have ammunition. It's a Boxer Prime reloadable. The preview part is on. $45.70. And I believe it's a 405 grain bullet. I prefer the $500 but $405 will do just fine. Somebody is asking me about the 10 millimeter and guys I don't know. There was a question about that today by somebody in passing and I really couldn't answer it. They have had it in stock and it was a government overrun and the only company I've seen that has had a good price on 10 millimeter. Oh, well by the way, they also got a batch of the 174 grain, this is unammo.com, the 174 grain boat tail, they only have one case left in stock, whoa, they had 10. Oh, wow. Anyway, that's 303 British brass case boxer prime, if you've got it, it's PPU, preview partisan. 174 grain boat tail, FMJ 20 rounds per box, 500 rounds per case, they have one case left. So I wasn't looking for that right away, I assume everybody else would be scrolling for those. Looks like everybody else did because they had 10 cases and they're down to one. So once everybody knows where it is, they could have swooped in. Here we go. Now, that nagot rifle, 7.62x54R, brass cased non-corrosive boxer primed 180 grain soft point nagat and of course you can use your nagat for hunting well yeah whatever the ammo is imported by wolf but manufactured in Serbia so it's a preview partisan ammo 500 rounds of Boxer Prime non-corrosive, heat and yield, modern factory non-corrosive ammunition for $490 and it's like, well Mark, that's like close to a dollar round. It's hunting ammo guys. Also it's brass case Boxer Prime. It's not surplus. This is brass case Boxer Prime for reloading. You want definitely to invest in a case of this. and that way you've got reloadable ammunition on hand for your nay got right off the bat because traditionally the only stuff we could find like this Remington used to make a lot of 7.62x54R. Yep, they made it for the Czar, but also we used to run into it with guys who were reloaders, who had big collections, they were bringing into the gun shows and the Remington ammo in the green and white box. Remington built a lot of guns in 7.62x54 back around world war one and most people don't know that you'll leave but if you look at the old catalogs for nineteen oh four nineteen oh seven nineteen twenty one nineteen twenty six you'll notice that uh... seven six two by fifty four seven six two russian as it was called or seven six two are uh... it was listed as an option for remington rifles In fact, many different weapons were chambered in the 7.62x54R. The biggest thing is that like any cartridge, there's a cycle for a lot of these independent cartridges. The communist states taking over kind of negated the interest in producing more of the stuff, although they still had a big number of weapons out here in America. They had to crank out brass for it. So, Remington was still producing off of their manufacturing processes. 7.62x54 brass case, heat and yield, standard Remington factory, I've got a bunch of it. And mostly expensive cases guys, they've got stuff that's been shot. You won't find that much of it loaded, though we would on occasion. And if we were going to shoot anything, like I said, you shoot that and load that and save the military ammo. Back in the day, even in the 70s, you could get some 7.62x54R. It was brought in from communist Mexico where they had lots and lots and lots and lots and lots and lots of bags pillow bags of 762 by 54 hour wait a minute. How would they have that? They had some Russian squad guns that were belt-fed and DP's and DPM's and all. Yeah. They had a bunch of things that were made by the Communists and they liked the Communists a lot more so than they liked us. Like before when they dealt with the Germans when the Germans were against us. Doesn't make any difference who it is. If they're against us, Mexico is for them. Okay, it was that simple. Anyway. Yes, they also have the nagot ammo. They have 12 cases left. That's it of the Nagat Revolver ammo. Somebody asked me about that the other day. So that's unammo.com. unammo.com. I'll go through the run-up with you, you know, the basic layout, but you know, don't take the cover off before you power it up and don't take the cover off after you power it up in the daytime. And don't be so cautious that, well, there's a pinhole in the cover. You can run it in the daytime with the cover on as long as you're not looking at like the sun or a white garage for a neat length of time. A lot of reflective water with the sun on the horizon, that kind of deal. You can run it with a pinhole cap for a while. You can even bring it to a zero, your gun sight and rifle. Start it like 25 yards. And if you can't bore sight it 25 yards with something with a great big backstop. and move the print to point, your point of impact, your point of aim, and back up 50 to 100 yards. And if you've got 100 yard zero by the pin hole cover, well, it might be a bigger group than you would have when take the cap off and shoot at night. Another point to be made, if you're shooting quarter inch groups with your particular gun at 100 yards, half inch, let's do it like this. If you're shooting half inch groups, that's a lot more believable. You're probably going to shoot three-quarter or one-inch groups with a piece of night vision because you're not looking at individual bits of light as they move through a daylight scope like a real-time image. Real image just magnified. You're looking at a little television screen so everything's represented by pixels, dots. You're only going to get as close as the smallest dot represents. So your groups will open up ever so slightly. Start to run off or string away from center that's You might think, oh my groups are opening up, I'm losing zero. Well, if they start to get ten times as big or they start to string away like you start shooting move up like the hands of a clock, like from the center to three or the center to five, you might be losing a zero there. Check the device, make certain the device is tight to the rails. Make sure the rail is tight to the gun. most of your problems. This is a rugged device, you guys. Its appearance is very fine and I'm told by a couple people that the performance for a first... It's a pleasing thing when someone has a couple of first generation devices and they take delivery of this and first generation devices or Russian tubes. But they step out onto the porch at night and they look around and say, man, this is the best best piece of night vision I've got. They've all the parts of the planet that doesn't That's the last thing I'll ever complain about is water. Oh man, we got snow, yeah. And of course, no discussion about the level of the Great Lakes even yet. Have you noticed that? Right, they don't want to talk about that. One thing that should be addressed here is, well, it's wet, it's going to be warm, we're going to see the morels. Oh yeah. But you know what? We're seeing ticks like we haven't. You know, we talked about the ticks last year. They're just as bad this year. So pay attention you guys. There are a couple of diseases that ticks carry. Now we talk about the spot, Rocky Mountain spotted and the Lyme disease, but there's another disease that just paralyzes you, paralyzes your pets. Pay attention to the ticks. You know, so important Mark, that there's, well, I would address this to the someone of a different, the other half of the world, but it goes something like, I want to check you for ticks. So pay attention you guys, look out for the ticks, the little ones, the big ones. You know, there's a tick out there that like you push a a pinhead or rather pin or needle into a paper and you leave a dot that you can barely see, well there's a tick that looks just like that size until it's full of your blood. And then there's a tick that looks like as big as the head of the pin before it even starts to gorge on blood. So just, you know, hey, these are things we need to address because we're probably going to be in the field a lot more. You know, it'll be nice to, you know, have a roof over your head. But you know if it's not there keep in mind that that's what you're fighting for that's a that's a vicious to put out there But it's true, isn't it now? Let's address that roof over your head.
