We fought a revolution to secure our liberty. We wrote the Constitution as a shield from tyranny. For future generations, this legacy we gave. In this, the land of the free and home of the brave. The freedoms we secured for you, we hoped you'd always keep. But tyrants labored endlessly while your parents were asleep. Your freedom's gone, your courage lost, you're no more than a slave. In this, the land of the free. and home of the brave. You buy permits to travel and permits to own a gun, permits to start a business or to build a place for one. On land that you believe you own, you pay a yearly rent, although you have no voice in saying how the money's spent. Your children must attend a school that doesn't educate, and your Christian values can't be taught according to the state. You read about the current news in a regulated press and you pay a tax you do not owe to please the IRS Your money is no longer made of silver nor of gold you trade your wealth for paper so your life can be controlled You pay for crimes that make our nation turn from God and shame You've taken Satan's number and you've traded in your name You've given government control to those who do you harm so they could burn down churches and seize the family farm and keep our country deep in debt. Put men of God in jail. Harash your fellow countrymen while corrupted courts prevail. Your public servants don't uphold the solemn oaths they've sworn. And your daughters visit doctors so their children won't be born. Your leaders send artillery and guns to foreign shores and send your sons to slaughter fighting other people's wars. Can you regain the freedoms for which we fought and died? Or don't you have the courage or the faith to stand with pride? And are there no more values for which you'll fight to save? Or do you wish your children to live in fear and be a slave? Oh, sons of the Republic, arise, take a stand, defend the Constitution, the Supreme Law of the land, preserve our great Republic and each God given right, and pray to God to keep the torch of freedom burning bright. As I awoke, he'd vanished in the mist for once he came. His words were true, we are not free, but we have ourselves to blame. For even now as tyrants trample each God given right we only watch him tremble too afraid to stand and fight If he stood by your bedside to dream while you were asleep and wondered what remains of the freedoms he fought to keep What would be your answer if he called out from the grave? Is this still the land of the free and home? afternoon ladies and gentlemen this is the first hour of the afternoon intelligence report I am Mark Hernke. One day closer to victory for all of our brothers and sisters both on and behind the lines and occupied territories west, southwest, central and east. Well ladies and gentlemen you were listening to us on LibertyTreeRadio.4MG.com. We're on AM and FM micro stations, CB base stations, and Ultra Net Technologies east and west of the Mississippi along with Alaska. We're in the Hallmark Network from the top of Maine to the bottom of Florida. From the bottom of Florida, across the arc of the Gulf of Mexico. Headed Louisiana, Mississippi, Texas, Oklahoma, big chunk of Nebraska, a whole bunch of Wyoming to include both the third, the fifth, the pit. and our friends in the recall state of Colorado. Keep up the good work there. Of course you just had that pedophile ring busted in Denver, Colorado. I don't know if anybody caught that. Apparently grabbing little kids and infants, a little queer pot of government employees pedophiles were caught. It has been an ongoing thing. Apparently the state police were trying to avoid any reporting on it. and because apparently it's a whole clique of these hyper liberals slash the get the gun wannabe crew and since the state police go along with the get the guns and confiscate everything they're trying to cover up the pedophile ring in denver A real interesting series of stories that are kind of being compartmentalized in Denver proper and also in court records. So people need to be paying attention to that one. In fact, we've got a friend that's working on that right now out in the Colorado area, Colorado State. Anyway, left coast, where we have the great State of Jefferson. And I want to say thank you again, guys. You know, I've had this book. It was sent to me by our friends out there, postcards from the State of Jefferson. Gail L. Fioreni, slash, Jenner and Barnita L. Tickner. And this is really cool. It is a very well-appointed book with a photographic history of the state of Jefferson, including some images that are, I mean, they always are. My favorite is the Mountain Pass Trail. with the drop off to eternity which of course if you ever spend time out west and look at any of the old roads like highway 2, you know the original highway 2, there's a lot of cuttings in the side of mountains where highway 2 used to go. Oh yeah, it's really kind of cool because it was a single lane road cut along the faces of the mountains. and tunnels here and tunnels there and then if you had a car coming from the other way you had to back up or someone had to back up to the first double wide area and go around each other and there wasn't any going too fast on highway two back in the day. Yeah, kind of cool there. Well anyway, there are some images there from the state of Jefferson that are quite interesting to say the least. Also the rest of the left coast, we know we have a lot of good friends there, they're sending a detachment from Oregon, I understand, down to the Bundy Ranch and thank you very much we appreciate the follow-up on that guys will probably be seeing you our friends from michigan will be seeing you down there so heads up on that detail pretty pretty cool also again let's see back to the east we sweep across the plains leap over the burgeoning banks of the mississippi now we're back here in the smoky sale across the whole the ridge restaurant crews grammar teams okay teams and the mob build grammar consortium brings us the golden spike. Many hands make for light work a million petticoat junction operators. The ability to continue to function when everything else is offline. Well, it is a beautiful gray day here. It has been all day. A little bit of moisture, wind and hot breeze. Out of the north northwest and the west, we've got a little bit of rain cloud cover coming in from the northwest. pregnant clouds that are going to drop some springtime moisture on us, which is pretty cool. Well, we can accept that. Anyway, a bunch of things happening, but our latest group, it is what, 5.12 in the afternoon Eastern time. Our next group of Michigan militia personnel are on their way out to the Bundys. And of course, I think they should have received the boxes and material that we propose to send with them. I believe there will actually be more than one group leaving. They will probably get there by the end of the weekend. Driving straight through, get the right vehicle, make sure you got everybody squared away right and somebody sleeps, somebody drives, somebody keeps an eye on the road for the driver and you keep rotating. You got more than three people, it's even more comfortable and nobody should be exhausted by the time you get there if you do it right. So anyway, it is the second day of April and 2014. As a matter of fact, we got Don with us here. Don, what's it like up there in your neck of the woods? It's about the same, Mark. And I said April, it's May, second day of May. May days, communist days. Remember, May second officially is a hyper... Yeah, this is a communist holiday where they figure they're going to try and get away with something always. We've been keeping an eye on that. That's one of the other reasons that everybody's been on standby with the Mondays. Well, not even on standby on a regular basis, but in fact, the deployment's going to be tuned up a bit if everything goes well. But there's also things that can be done out there, improving the situation and the process while and repairing what's damaged. Hopefully that's the thing that people will be focusing on. I think what would really be neat, I had this conversation two days ago, two nights ago now, the idea that we go out there, each state picks a project, an area to repair, something to repair that's going to be that state's benchmark. And everybody can say, hey, we did that while we were at the Bundy Ranch. We fixed this line, we repaired this line, we replaced this line. Oh by the way, we improved this area on top of everything else, which would be kind of fun. See how that works? So just something to take into consideration guys, there's a lot of neat things that can be done that work out really well for everybody. Why let the man hours go to waste? Yeah, everybody's out there, should be working in the process again. One hand on the trowel, the other hand on the sword, that's what we're supposed to be famous for. So let's do it right. Get on the ground out there. We're all working, men. We know what to do. Let's just get it done. And then get on with other things. By the time we're done, we should improve the conditions beyond the original with regard to the Bundy Ranch. What do you think about that idea? That would be a solution guys not just complaining about the problems. Let me give you an example of something here You know, you know what? I've been very patient. You know how many thousands of dollars worth of PVC joints and V's and Connectors I've collected over the last couple of years from these construction sites because they throw them away all the time When they're jobbering out stuff They just buy crates boxes or they get a whole pile of things and they feel it's just not worth their time to go back and you know return anything Everything from 1.5 inch to 3.25 inch, 1, 1.25 inch, 3 inch, 4 inch, 5 inch, 6 inch, 10 inch bore sewage fixtures, the whole 9 yards. Big stuff for you know water water main type stuff. Schedule 80 and schedule 40. So there's probably people listening that might even have a source that could take for instance a whole big pile of fixtures out there and just give them to the Bundys. as part of their mission. If they're really smart, maybe they've got a whole bunch of 10 or more longer sections of PVC pipe that they could take out and donate. Think about it. It's like here we have a couple of plastics companies here. Guess what they make for a living, guys? Well, they make plastic toilets, too. But one of the things that they're famous for is PVC pipe. in all lengths. I mean you can buy it in 20, you can buy whatever length you want really, but 20 foot and 30 foot lengths are not unheard of and reduce the number of joints. However, joints are so stinkin' cheap, you don't worry about it that much. But it's the idea that you've got a long, seamless piece of fixture there. You know what I mean? That much less chance to fail. That's right. So here's a solution. Just something to think about. There's places out there where there's surplus all over the place. And in fact, I want to bring this up to an example of www.govliquidation.gov. That's govliquidation.com. Govliquidation.com. Why? Well, there's a section in there. Let's see. My favorites are always things where the word scrap is applied. For instance, we got aircraft parts. I don't think we'll find a PVC pipe there, but you never know because they do goofy things. And then we got audio, video, and photo. Well, we'll cover that in a minute. Both the marine, computers and office, construction and heavy equipment. Wait a minute, there might be some nice stuff there. But electrical equipment, industrial equipment, machinery, material handling, medical and dental. Oh, by the way, there's a whole bunch of medical stuff on the front page right here that really is worth checking out. Oh, and there's also a labeling system there too. I don't know what we need to do that, but non-metallic scrap. Oh, wait a minute. Here's a subject. It's just exactly what we were talking about. Plumbing. Now what happens if I go to plumbing? What could be there? Wow, a whole lot of stuff. As a matter of fact, more stuff than I know what to do with. But on the other hand, Oh, non-metallic, naval steel hose by the cable, by the roll, etc., etc. Let's see. And then subcategories, fans and blowers, fittings, hoses and tubing, pipe and tubing, and pipe and tube. Here we go, pipe and tube. What can we find? fixtures, filters, copper, bronze, you name it, it's there. And if you go through it long enough, you'll probably find something that is quite useful. But we're looking for bulk. And I know that they have bulk fixtures. So improvise, adapt, and overcome bulk fixtures and bulk tubing. So if we were to go through here and search long enough, we might find a whole pile of stuff as crap. That could be used because it's plastic and you don't typically have to chip any of this up guys now. They did varies I will say this I'll just go to non-metallic scrap. That's always my favorite because there's another thing that we need out there at the Bundy's Any of you can do this guys We need some better storage systems out there We're gonna be we're gonna be deploying gear and if you look under all see plastic scrap for instance there are transport cans all over the country. Oh, but look, now let me think about this. Didn't I just say that I was punching up non-metallic scrap, right Don? Oh yeah. I just said that, didn't I? And the second thing that shows up in this classic search is 660 pounds of 556 expended fired brass cases. Now that sounds awfully metallic to me. Am I crazy? It ain't brass classes. Well, that's good to know. Portsmouth, Virginia, there's 660 pounds of 556 brass coming up for sale. Winchester cartridge, 09 manufactured in plastic drums. Maybe that's why it showed up. Oh, God, the criteria here anyway. There is, for instance, another section though. Tobahania, Tobahana, Pennsylvania. 6,300 pounds approximately of scrap textiles which include canvas and plastic fabric Do you want to guess as to what that is guys? Talking or uniforms 6,300 pounds of tentage as scrap. Do you know what that'll go by scrap weight guys? You know what a person could probably put a bid in there for about $100 and get probably what it looks like about all I would say 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, about 20 EGP mediums and GP smalls. Pay attention to stuff like this. Oh yeah, and the vestibule. Yep, here you go guys. You know, we were talking about better support out there, although again, if you're listening and you're in Pennsylvania, this is why if it's in your area, it is worth checking things like this out. Because again, now transport cans, I've mentioned this several times, 8 of these hard to green plastic storage containers. These are 20x12x32. Two pallets of these, well they will tailgate load, that means that they'll bring it to your tailgate even if you've got it on the high low and it's on a pallet, they just put it right up on your truck. Bid for 8 of those, these are pretty big containers with all the latch dogs, water sealed. $456 is what they just went for. In fact, three of the bids were for $400. No, two of them were $456. One pallet went for $505. Six of the larger box walk-in type containers went for $789.89. These are cargo transport cans, guys, where you throw everything in. You know the bugs aren't going to get in there. Stuff's not going to walk in and walk out. another batch of 56 storage containers of the same description. In fact, all these are photographed. I can look at the pictures of what they just sold. $971 for 1, 2, 3, 4, looks like 5, 6 pallets of cargo cans. And there's 56 of the cans total on these pallets, 6 pallets. Well, actually it's 1, 2, 3, 4. For eight pallets forgive me and it goes up three cargo cans tall these are this is as tall the pile is taller than I am By the size of these cans, so there's an example that would be everything that would be needed right there to ensure nothing gets dirty Nothing gets wet everything would be sealed the system would be sealed Which is especially critical so the farther out you go the less money there is out West Which is why you want to try and find one that's out West if you get Madrid Just something to consider there. Also, we are working on those rat rigs. I'm going to get a price on the radio rigs down. That's something else we are working on. Didn't forget you guys. We're trying to put a radio station out there. Trying to make it self-contained and preferably wheeled so that you can walk up. It slides right into the back of a pickup truck or it's going to stay on a truck that goes out there and will be deployed out there for the time being. So that's something that is a real mission. The guys are working on it as we speak. Again, it won't be a big problem. Also, another thing that's kind of neat is they've got these recycling bin, Dumpster Industries Alley Cat Dumpster Trailers. Interestingly enough, they have several of them and they need to be dusted up and cleaned. They're located at Fort Meade, Maryland. These are an interesting thing somebody brought my attention to. In fact, I flagged them already. We're going to actually have somebody over there on the ground to check them out. They would make good transport trailers. The way they're set up, they could be cargo bins. Again, they're designed so that heaven forbid you should get any of their recyclables backed on. So the lid is designed so that it seals, you know, you put the stuff in and it seals. Well, you're going to bypass that by getting through the door. First thing that's going to disappear is that can't access dump bucket. But other than that, we're looking at a sealed watertight container system. So that's another option. A lot of guys are working towards getting stuff out to the Bundy's but take the time and go through this. It's not just for what's going on out there. You guys are looking at putting up material support. and preparing for what's coming then this is a solution okay now another thing at Fort Polk Louisiana down there at the UN Training Center you know where the UN troops practice to kill Americans and the UN troops practice to kill Americans oh and by the way Fort Polk where the UN troops practice to kill Americans let's see we've got 37 technical support camouflage bags with a total of Two pallets to include aluminum and plastic spreaders. These are the spreader and frame systems for holding camouflage netting, guys, that I was talking about. These things have been going for nothing. I mean, like, nothing nothing. Like, we have a gentleman here that's already got, I think, two or three pallets of these poles. Somebody grabbed the aluminum ones and scrapped them, and then didn't know what to do with the plastic components. Well, we got all the plastic components, several people, and of course he's selling them because he's going to get his money back. He had to buy them, but again, these things don't wear out. And for the deployment out there with the Bundy's, this is the kind of thing that we need for the camo nets that are going out there. So that's just another issue that needs to be dealt with. Anyway, too numerous to mention, too many cool goodies out there to find. It is Quartermaster Friday, and we're trying to offer solutions. So again, go to govliquidation.com. and when you go to Gov Liquidation there are a series of subsections off on the left there. Non-metallic scrap is the one you want to tap. Out at Oklahoma City they've got a bunch of these, oh look they're coffin sized Don. Oh yeah? Well, not quite full coffin length, but they're pretty darn close. Oh, I should cut them off at the ankles? Yeah, you have to cut a guy off at the ankles. You have to fold him up a little bit, sir. Oh, that's not good. Anyway, very interesting. They're another transport can, but... 24 of them, Plastics Research Corporation, that's a little closer to out west. Again, you're going to have to go through all these to see what they've got. So we're not going to go any further over that. I will remind everybody that if you need certain equipment, watch all of the markdown sections, number one, for all the different wholesalers we've talked about. More on that in a minute. But, gov liquidation, there's another thing to have which is UncleSamsRetailOutlet.com. Now you can go to gov liquidation, there's a link there with a little pair of combat boots and it'll take you over. I really really really recommend there's two places right now you need to go number one here because of tools if you have big truck stuff they have been dumping a bunch of tools that are brand new uh... don't ask me the criteria i've been deal with surplus for years in the boobies will get rid of stuff brand new out the back door while they're buying the exact same thing out the front These are not no name brand tools. Proto, SK, all top of the line stuff, brand new, never issued. An example right off the bat, they got a 15-16 socket, a proto socket, brand new, they got 400 and some of them, $1.12 a piece. I don't think you're going to buy that proto socket for $1.12 anywhere, guys. Know what I mean? So just something to think about there. And again, oh well they've sold a few because they had 401. Now they're down to 344. However, they've been eating these things for a few days. So if you've got big truck or if you've got a large equipment that you work on, you need to go take a look at what they have here. Now they do have a lot of other things that are unique, but one of the things they are consistent in with the sales section and the clearance section is elbow and knee pads. Now since I know I'm talking to some of the old farts or middle-aged parts out there or even the young farts out there Because of where you're going, I recommend that you invest in a set of knee pads and elbow pads for deployment out there. Oh, but Mark, I don't mind putting my knee on a rock or putting a cactus needle into my skin until it curls along my kneecap for a while. Have you ever done that? You see guys, that's just it. Straight into the angle, an angle, and getting right into that soft spot. on the knee where the joint comes together. Oh yeah, that tender tissue right there. And it doesn't even have to drive very far to let you know it's there, does it? Now, the thing is that also you've got to put your knee down or you're going to be resting. The idea is whenever you can, rather than stand, kneel. If you are able to sit rather than kneel whenever you can rest you do that. Okay, but there's basic criteria. No, we don't just plop our arse down because, oh, it feels safe. What are they going to do? Kill me? Well, that's their plan, sir. Let's not forget that. You're trying to move the legchair, remember? So because of that, if you go to the clearance section, guys, go to either the sale or the clearance section, they do have MOLLE gear. And I will point out, if any of you need a leg hanger, this is the cheapest place right now. I keep looking at this and I don't know how many they've got. It's a MOLLE II ACU holster slash leg hanger for a gear. $3.14. They have 57 of these things left out at Columbus, Ohio. As I pointed out, it is the base color. There is no camouflage on this. It is just the base color of the loam green, you know, slash mid green. So it will pretty well go along with any gear you got. But the idea is for $3.14 if you were looking for a hanger, that is where I go right now. I am not saying everything they are doing here is the best price for everything. You have to shop around. KAL speed handle, half inch dry for $3.59. And if you go to the next section beyond that, they have a number of these by different manufacturers. However, now we're going to get up into page two and scroll down towards the bottom of page two and there's a cluster right here. Elbow pad, they've got an elbow pad set in the Coyote Brown, good color choice, but with black fascia panels, you know, the armor. for $4.49 they're new. They have an Ulta Industries elbow pad medium in brown brown brown plastic and brown coyote for the cloth $4.50 brand new. They've got the Bijon Coyote elbow pads set in large for $4.50 and they look new. They've got the Ulta Tactical Flex elbow pads for $5.44 in the three color DCU, the three color desert camouflage for $5.44. Now, all those are good choices. I only got 12 of them. Those are used but in really good shape. In fact, there's a good picture of the product. The guys that picked up some of these, the reason I bring this last one up and know, some of the guys that just left bought some of these because they could get the knee pads but they wanted to match up with the elbow pads and they've been buying the three-colored desert cheap, cheap, cheap, if you know where to look and I've been pointing that out. A three-colored desert is dime a dozen if you just shop around piece here, piece there guys. Now's the time to match that gear up. So for 544, they got sets of elbow pads that matched up the rest of their gear. Now that particular set has more of a savannah tan to the elbow armor, the shield itself. Each one has different colors. There are different shades. The black with a brown coyote with brown coyote cloth. Black armor for you know for the bouncer for your elbow with what looks to be a medium brown or like almost a tan and then the three color camel Now it's not that I'm worried about fashion chic But it's the idea that if you can match it up, and it costs you the same price Logic dictates that if you can try to you know put your gear together properly square it away It looks you know it looks decent the other thing they have if you go over to the page three is For those guys who go, Mark, I don't want desert. I'm not going in the desert. Well, they do have woodland elbow pads. Now, the woodland is not becoming as... It's coming out right now. There's a bunch of it's coming out surplus. These are brand new. They've got 152 of them. They're located in Oklahoma City. They ship all this stuff ships in one to two days, by the way. And they are $5.62 a pair, which is a reasonable price. Now there's a glut of these that came out all over the country so I would point out that all the surplus companies have bunches of these things. So shop around. Maybe you've got a store even I would recommend. If you've got an older style surplus store where they actually buy surplus, like they go to the government auctions, I would go over and look to see what they have. It doesn't need to be brand new. And you might be able to get a pair that are dinged up or may have the DRM, or the disposal markings. They do them in purple. I don't care about that, guys. That doesn't bother me at all. I'm worried about whether or not it's functional. So if I can get a pair of those for a dollar, mark down because they've got the purple ink on them and they can't get it off. Well what you do is when you get home, break out a brown magic marker, a big brown Sharpie from the dollar store, a permanent marker that's a cheapie. Or get a good one, take your pick, and go right over that and make a camel pattern out of it. Well, why not who cares what you think that anybody out there is again are we worried about a fashion statement? No, so if you can find the stuff that's that's the second grade Then you can probably have pillaged through the bins or look around the guys the older style grubber type where he just got his piles of stuff They're still out there. If you look around you'll find them and a lot of this stuff came in and it's mixed batches. There's no two, I mean there's a dozen woodland, there's five dozen brown, there's five dozen ACU, then 2500 desert three color. Each bin is a mix. They've been very bad about keeping the things sorted out so people could kind of be selective about what they were buying. And the woodland is out there too. So I don't care how you do it, but invest in these now. They're gonna save a lot of injuries that take not days to heal, right Don? You're right. Well, you will still be in the fight because there might be life and death. That particular body part isn't quite bending like it was before, guys. There are a number of things that happen, not the least of which is inflammation in the extreme because initially, you can probably operate for a little while. It's true. But if you work a joint manipulation proper, many of you who have had severe sprains know that a potato can appear on your wrist or your elbow or your ankle in a moment. Yes. And when that comes up, that joint, it's useless. Useless. It only bends so far from that point forward. It's usually only about 10 or 15 percent of whatever motivation you had before, okay? I guess it's great for blocking, though. Although if it gets tapped in the same place, oh, it's like drilling a tooth. Yeah, I know where that is. It just reminded me. I don't care who you are, you're not going to scream, but you're going to... Oh, that didn't feel good. So again, guys, these are good investments. You don't have to buy from the government. But somebody else did. If you look around, you'll find colmans.com, colmans.com, go to keepshooting.com. any of the stores, I don't care who they are, if you go into their clearance section, I've brought this up for the last several years, you'll find that a lot of these elbow pads and knee pads have popped up and are in place and they really were a glut because when you go to the auctions, a lot of times I want that stuff in that bin but I gotta take everything else. You know, in other words, I wanted those things right there. But the other ones are like extraneous that are with it. A lot of these guys bought like five, six and seven bin lots. Remember I've covered this over the years. And with it came three pallet bins of those elbow pads and knee pads. And it's not really what they wanted, but they're not going to throw them out. So you'll find that they list all these other really cool things and they're the best company in the business and blah blah blah blah blah blah including the stuff they bought from Uncle Samuel and they aren't going to mention. But then if you go over there and slide a little farther into their clearance or odds and ends, wow look at all the elbow pads, wow look at all the knee pads and wow they got a bunch of weird molly pouches too. Odd out, you know, none of them match. Well that's because they bought one of those lots like we've been just telling you about from Gov Liquidation. Take advantage of that. Now, Gov Liquidation, what they do is they also, the by regulation, the PDO, property disposition officer, has to do so much retail sale work per year. It's a regulation, guys. They actually have to do a retail sale operation. OK, so just something to think about. By the way, Don, real quick here, again, SK Tools, they've got a 15 millimeter and 16 millimeter short, deep offset forged, boxed and wrenched. These are new. They have 51 of them for $11.24. I know that SK wrench goes for a lot more than $11.24. That's maybe an average price if you know somebody who deals black market and stole out of a back of a truck something. One of the things I noticed is they've got a 12 and 13 millimeter wrench. That's one of those you really, really, really need spares of. really really really really really and they're cheap really cheap I'm trying to find them but anyway just a heads up Colmans.com I mentioned them earlier in your engineer toolbox for each of your vehicles you need a complete set of basic tools for each of those vehicles because you don't know when you're going to be isolated Colmans.com www.Colmans.com again just to be safe I'm going to go over there www.Colmans dot com colmans dot com and oh wow colmans that's weird oh colmans I put M E N S you can slap me in the microphone for that one guys colmans www dot C O L E M A N S dot com not colmans colmans there we go now we're gonna go to colmans here and the reason is that in their tool section guys they have a whole bunch of wrenches. Apparently, Dom, they made it like they do buy from Gov Liquidation. And there is a bunch of stuff that has been coming in through the system. 15-16 sockets. Yeah, a bunch of stuff that is, again, I don't know what the criteria is. Don't ask me how they... and and you take advantage of their clearance section. Now guess what? We were finally found out that I've been telling you to buy those Swiss ponchos for $3 apiece. Can't do that no more. Everybody bought them out. How much does it now, Mark? Yep, they're gone. Oh, they're not even a price. They're gone now. No, they're gone because the prices there, when you go, it's like sold out. You see, they do that here. They don't take it off their clearance section. They should. They can't replace those. There is no place where they can buy them for what they were selling them for. I've told you this before, the present price wholesale for the Swiss Poncho is $6. Now they were selling them for three and I told everybody buy them why you can because when they're gone they're gone well They're gone. So that's another item that's off the list Okay, but they do have and if you're going out to the Bundy Ranch or if you're going to deploy for fall or you know again You need to look for some brown gear. They've still got those booney hats US GI pattern desert pattern $2.24 a piece These are us mil spec US issue guys. These are not aftermarket, which is really cool They're in size 6 and 7 eights, but you know what? There's a lot of people that wear a medium and small size. So I highly recommend if you're looking for some booney hats, there's a price for a booney hat and buy a bunch. Buy a pile of them. Buy $10, $15 worth. You're not going to lose a penny on them. But if you want to donate them to the Bundy Ranch, I've noticed a lot of people out there showing up, but they don't have proper headgear and they don't have, you know, in other words, they don't really have, they're out there and they're volunteers and God bless them. That's why we need to support them. Okay? Now when you do pull up that hat if you scroll down guess what I found here by accident and it shows up on the little search thing you have down below They've got a made in USA unissued US manufactured US Army 12 and 13 millimeter open-end wrench $1.50 apiece guys This is the US and any number of different manufacturers like I was telling you before. It's on their page as item number 237901. This is a 12 and a 13, open end. Both ends, open end. And it's a typical tool that just kind of, you go through this one. In fact, having more than one would be a really good idea in your toolbox. Seriously. There's a lot of 12 and 13 millimeter stuff. If you have a bunch of people wrenching on something, sharing a wrench doesn't work very well. It's like half inch and 7-16. When I go to yard sales, that's my policy. I buy anything that's in that size. 7 16ths, half inch and 9 16ths. Why? How many places do we have where we have things affixed with that size nut and bolt? Oh yeah. And the idea is that if I got four or five of those wrenches, there's two advantages. Number one, I may be working on something. I set that wrench down, I go to the other side of an engine or something. Guess what? There's another one. That one's out of reach, but you know the box is right there. Look at that. I got another one. And it'll save me time. Now, the big thing here too is it's saving you money. $1.50 a piece for an American made forged wrench. It's DOD surplus. So it was not cheap. It was made by any one of a number of American companies. Definitely worth checking out. Not the only thing there. They've got several other wrenches that are on the list that I thought were rather interesting. So go through and find them. One of the other ones, it's a box. This is a track wrench, I'm pretty sure, for $3. It's 1 eighth open end and box end on the other but the box end is a deep socket. This is a flange metal wrench. Okay, this is one of those things that goes in your engineer box on your track vehicle guys. But it's 1 and 1 eighth. It's 10 and 3 quarter inch overall length and again I recommend picking it up if you're doing heavy work and you know you got a bunch of 1 eighth inch fixtures. Guess what? There you go. Okay? Price is right. For $3, grab a handful of those, put them in the toolbox. Trust me, if you got a track vehicle and it's a link or a lock down on a supporter nut or whatever in bolt, you want more than one of these. And the other thing is, people lose stuff. Know what I mean? We're getting shot at. The wrench isn't my first priority at the moment. People have a tendency to be that way. Know what I mean? Then I throw the wrench. Oh, it's all I got. Ah! Ah! He killed him with a wrench. Yeah, okay. So anyway, more than one would be a good idea. And again, if it's big stuff, if you're a big machine operator and there's large format tools all over the place, why? Well, the government does run a lot of big equipment. You know what I mean? So a lot of stuff like this is going to show up because your tax dollars are at work. Let's take advantage of it for a change. And that way we can spend more money on ammo and etc. Now, before we go any farther, we are way past the bottom of the hour. Don, you have night vision technology available, sir. Please jump in there. How can we get hold of you? What do you have? And what are we looking at price-wise for that first gen right now, still, please? Well, I can still hold that 375 a moment longer or a little longer. We'll see. That's a 308 capable device. It is 2 and 1 by 2. Some call it 3 power. I'm going to stick with that 2 and 1 by 2. Be a little bit conservative there. It is a purpose built gun sight. Again, I mention it's .308 capable, it'll live under that type of recoil. It has an integral rail that will thumb screw down on your 7.8s or your 1 inch rail. Your Weaver or your Picatinny respectively. Again, right in your mailbox for $3.75. Let's see how long we can carry that mission out. My number is 2317968458. Again, 3179658. Now I heard some dings and maybe we've got some callers, but I want to address some of the things we might do with the aforementioned items. You guys, it's not exactly flat like Nebraska out there, is it? Now, think about this and these are things that you should already know, but advanced techniques are the basics mastered. I heard somebody talking, Mark, about somebody standing on the top of a hill at twilight, and that's just one of those, it's the opposite of the who song, I can see for miles, I can see you for miles. See how that works. You guys, to be profiled against the sky, we've addressed this before, even in close area, not yet hand to hand, In really dark situations, if you get close to the ground and use what little bit of light the sky offers as backdrop can still shoot at profiles, right? And that's almost in what one might call the dead of night darkness. Now, think about that profile and think about being out there on the plane or down there in the valley looking back up at the hill. You want to be on top of the hill? You don't even want to be laying on top of the hill, do you? You move down a bit. So even if you stand up at a distance out there on the plane, your head isn't above the top of the hill. You have moved to what is called the military crest. Behind you, basically, we've talked about this in a number of different ways. At a good long distance, someone might be concealed even with a green screen night vision because, well, they kind of match their background pretty good. So the contrast of ground is what will help. If I was on one hill, and it was the only hill in Nebraska, and I had three teams, I'd go to the military crest and I'd ring that hill by thirds off of the hill. Even if I thought, well, all over there, and they're coming this way, well, because if it's all of them, pretty soon they're going to be surrounding the hill. trying to run up the hill, right? Running up hills tends to slow people down. Okay? Now, going back to that trying not to be, and I know that there's night vision and there's thermal and there's all kinds of things, but you guys, if you dig into the side of a hill, if someone is kind of laying down and you stick your head up, they might still catch you with that profile against the sky. This is better at night if you're going to work in a particular position. You can even do a different position ever so slightly shifted for the daytime. But if you go straight down into the side of the hill, one or two man hole so to speak, and then you level the ground out, you go extra deep with that so that you're going to level the ground out in front of you because, well, it's a slope, isn't it? Instead of standing in that fighting position and your gun is like 90 degrees to your body, your gun is going to be folded down toward your feet a little bit. If you excavate the front of that hole a little bit until it starts to become level, now you can lay in that and still not be profiled by the sky behind you. But this is more a night fighting position because it doesn't offer as much protection to your front ground in front of you as it would in the daytime. Not to mention it gives a bigger frontal area just look at. Now let's go over to tarp because well if I was to build a fighting position like that I might hang a tarp over the top of it and well if the tarp is pretty good you know it'll conceal the position a little bit but you guys were in a fixed area Eventually, they'll kind of plot everything. You have to count on that. With that in mind, if I had a whole bunch of tarps, let's back up just a little bit. Mark, we've addressed on the top of one hill, let's address purely flat land because there's a number of ways to mix these thoughts together. If I was purely on flat land and it's like, oh boy, here they come and we can't outrun them, I'd kind of position up in a triangle because again, they're not just going to continue to come at you from one direction, are they? Eventually the ones that are way over there, they're going to figure, hey, they're right over there and they're going to be around on your flanks and they're going to be around behind you, aren't they? We talked about the Israelis positioning anti-aircraft guns and missiles and ground fighting positions, Dara David. Now, when you draw that star at David and you put your paper, you put your pencil on the paper and you continue it in one line, you have the tips of the star and you have the intersecting pentagon, don't you? At the lines where they intersect. About the pentagon for a moment. Because that's really a fortress, isn't it, Mark? It's not exactly, you know, just an office building. And a five-sided building is harder to assault than a four-sided building. Because you're bringing one wall next to the other wall to an angle that it is capable of supporting the wall next to it far better than a 90 degree turn. Lines of sight, you guys. If I had a five man, if I had a bioteamed group, I'd set them up in a Pentagon. Now, think about taking these basic geometric forms and moving them over the land where The Bundy's reside. Think about not working on the tops of hills. Thinking about working just down the slope to the extent that even when you stand up, if you have to stand up to run uphill or down, you don't stand up and immediately your head and shoulders are above the top of the hill and people for miles can see you. These are basics you guys. If I was in such a place, I might start trying to expand my perimeter to the best of my ability. If I had enough bins and poles and other things, it's not easy to dig in the desert. Let's address this for a moment. You put a shovel into the desert and it would be good to break through that top. That's going to get you going, turning into the armadillo. Have you ever seen a dash hound, a doxhound dig? Some of them in like Michigan soil, they're into the ground, the length of their body in about four or six seconds. It's really something to see. It is what they're most made for. Yeah. But it's really exactly the opposite in the desert because man, it's like hard pack. It's like a berm road that's been driven on for like 400 years. But well, it's not a berm road and it hasn't been driven on for, it's just there. It's just hard to get through. One good thing about that is it offers a little more ballistic protection than Michigan Loom. At any rate, I would push the perimeters out to the best of my ability and I would think about if I had to build in a complete circle, round the wagons into a circle, well that's not a real good place because again you go back over to angles of fire and supporting the positions next to you. Another thought, if my perimeter gets so far out there and I only have X amount of people, how do I get from here to there without knowing that when I move from one area that's camouflaged, harp-polly-ing to the next that when I get there, there aren't like seven people there that aren't on our side. When you get to the edges of the perimeter like this, when you stake things out, It's like making a claim on land. It's like it's like this is my gold mine When you move your perimeter out you leave people there now this goes over we've talked about this the shell game and putting up LP oPs in places and not every one of them is manned all the time that leaves the other side guessing that you know it's so it's if we know they're right there, and they're there you know three shifts 24 7 Well, we know that they're right there. We know where we have to go. We know what we have to deal with, right? But if we've established enough forward positions, we don't have to be in all of them. Or we can have one man simply, here's that old phrase, holding down the fort. Now, you know, you put one man out. Let's do it like this here real quick because police cars, one cop in the police car, that's called what? The police car. That's called a, it's not a squad. Oh, one cop in a police car is a scout car. Cops in a police car is a patrol car. You hardly ever see three cops in a police car. They're going to put one in the back seat. Generally, there's another to back him up. That is a squad car. Now, with that in mind, the single police officer that comes upon a bad, bad mess, generally he's going to call for backup. You have to think that that single man at that LPOP You do not want him to stay there. You want him to look, report any advances, and if need be, back up a little and solidate position. These are just general basics, you guys. But if you start thinking along these lines, again, advanced techniques. Mark, I yield to you, sir. Tom, real quick here too. Let's remind everybody again because we've talked about movement and use of. Real quick, I keep coming back to this for a reason because there are a lot of discussions about just how effective night vision is. Even third generation, there are holes in the world aren't there? There are dark spots on the battlefield. There are places where things can't see simply because there isn't any light. Yes, any night vision device is going to adjust to the brightest image in its field of view. If you look across the field in Michigan and there's a quarter moon or better and there's trees, odds are you're going to have shadows under the trees, even at night from the moonlight. If the canopy is thick enough, that will be a shadow that you hardly get any information from with the night vision device. We've talked about this in a number of directions. In the lay of the land, you might be looking into a valley and one-third of the valley is really well-lit compared to the other that is still in the shadow of the hill that creates the valley. Again, it goes back over to knowing the land. It goes back over to being where you want to be instead of being driven to someplace or forced to someplace. Treat it like the gold mine. If I'm here, this is mine. and continue to push outward. That's the thought line that I would expound on in the Bundy Ranch area. Thank you Mark. Very good. And again guys, remember when we're moving, fire maneuvering operations with regard to the technology, if we don't have night vision technology on board, then we have to improvise, adapt, and overcome. Remember natural night vision, you work in teams. If you aren't going to work with the eye patch system, there's all kinds of tricks that have been used. Remember that you work in team system. The moment that there's illumination, something has popped overhead or you have a washing of an area, we use what we call the three blind mice system. Now that sounds weird, but in reality, immediately you close your eyes. You don't observe, first of all, don't look at the flare. We all know what flares look like, right? Everybody knows that in the movies they condition everybody to that. Where everybody looks up at the flare. Guys, we're not in a fireworks display and this ain't the fourth, okay? Number one, avert your eyes. If at all possible, shield your eyes. At the very least, shield one eye. But as a policy, if you get good at it, remember that one or two people in each team, each fire team, should be closing your eyes while others can observe. You can't be blind on the battlefield. So here's what happens. When there's illumination, it's the 2, 3 or the 3, 3 or you know again however many you designate, a certain number of people automatically in a team are designated to close their eyes while the others are observing with weapons prepared. Why? Well if somebody just popped illumination, chances are there's a reason. So utilizing your weapon systems to defend yourself is probably going to be a good idea. However, the flare is going to go out and the bad guys or whoever launched it knows this. Remember it's the logic that they have just destroyed your natural night vision with the use of illumination. Now, the other consideration is that if you are limited in night vision technology, those people are the ones that are securing their night vision perhaps, but they already have night vision equipment available, be it a rifle, scope, or whatever, to path-find and actually call and move, call and move. If need be, it's not the first choice, but one of the other tricks that's been used is the man who is blind under the light conditions puts his left hand on the web gear of the person that's in front of him in a buddy system. and one is going to be the dark man, the other one is going to be the light man. This works. Both men are armed and in fact obviously, but armed and ready to fight. If one man ends up of course in a blind condition, either light or dark, he can still support the fire of the other man. Do you know how that works? In other words, he's going to still combine his fire based upon being guided by whoever it is that's in their visible spectrum and you know, visible activity. This is a buddy system. It requires a little bit of practice, but it's something that we want to plant as a seed because it's going to be a consideration down the road. We are top of the hour by the way and I don't want to lose anybody. You're done. Your number for night vision please. That number is 2-3-1-7-9-6-9-9-9-9-9-9-9-9-9-9-9-9-9-9-9-9-9-9-9-9-9-9-9-9-9-9-9-9-9-9-9-9-9-9-9-9-9-9-9-9-9-9-9-9-9-9-9-9-9-9-9- 8 4 5 8 again 2 3 1 6 8 4 And we are at the top. Oh my goodness, this is our win fast. Don, again, for everybody out there, pay attention. This weekend's going to be very busy. Plus, we've got a lot of people that are now on the road. If we have any problems with people breaking down, remember, have a contact system in place. We'll get all the people that are in the respective state where you may be. We've got a lot of people out there who are friendly, so you're not out and on your own when you're on the road nowadays. God bless the republic. death to the new world order.
