And should we abandon Mr. Bundy and the family and all those militia down there? Should we abandon all of that because of what was considered to be some sort of racial slur? Because I have to tell you, when I, when some of the film footage I saw of people on the ground down there, I saw what was he doing there? Looking for directions to the casino? I don't think so based on what he was carrying and how he was dressed. So this is the mental aspect, the psy-op of what we know takes place and yet it appears to me that everybody keeps falling for the same BS. Now we're over here slamming Mr. Bundy. You know, this guy is a country bumpkin, man. He's a cattle rancher. He's not a news personality. He's never dealt with anything like this in his life. He had no idea that they would take anything he said, realign it in a film, a recording or whatever, and bring it out to say something else. He has no idea that those people that keep sticking those microphones in his face are not his friend. He has no idea. He is old enough to still believe in America and getting the information to the news sources. He doesn't know that those news sources are not on his side. He doesn't know that they are not American. They are no more American than some communist standing in a communist country. He doesn't know that. And what Mr. Bundy needs right now is a mentor, a media person that can speak for him. That's a little more savvy on how to deal with the news sources. But the last thing we want to do as a people right now at this moment is start throwing the Bundys under the bus And the old keepers under the bus, because of the actions of either one man or something that's been said, we have to be smarter than that. We have to stop long enough to realize what is everybody doing there in the first place. Who the hell cares what gets said? How many of you are not guilty of saying something that would piss somebody else off if they heard you say it? Raise your hand. But you see the mainstream media is going to take this and turn it all into what they want it to be. You eat off the A ration buggy because that way if you're trapped or if you're in a position where you're in a fixed fighting position during an escalation, what you have with your combat load and with your house load is yours to fight with, not to play with, to fight with. Otherwise, A rations. That's where you use the A rations, the mess hall, the mess tivers set up, cycle towards that. If you've got people in the field, you get the food out to them. But they don't eat their MREs. This is not a camp out to see how you can have some fun with your goodies. Those pieces of equipment cost more money. They are more unit-specific activity. Well, good morning, Joe. I've got a little up-to-date reports and perhaps some formed observations about the Bundy situation that are deeper than most people are accessed to. And I really appreciate Wade's comments. He's pretty well right on the money about his observations. There's a lot of things that are brewing that are deep, almost, rather than being a contribution to and the frees that were supposed to enjoy in this country. The founders contemplated several talking head attorneys on a talk show this weekend in the Las Vegas area. And I think they pretty much thought it was the situation at this particular time. Coming on to the five or six months from where Florida exists of 100 degrees for about a time. Nets that you know would be greatly appreciated, most of those encampments in the desert. But other than that, it's some creosote from that picture. dryness desert southwest climate. It's really since a desert. Some different areas including Nevada and there are the old keep you see attached to Bundy's hip. Very sharp elements inside his neck. Also, he kind of looks like he may have a high heel hernia or something. Has quite a few tattoos on his neck and his head. He does have a presence of some intimidation facts and intrigues going on between. There are some that exist. but some of his insiders this morning. I know there are some influences of money and yes as opposed to having them donated and they were fighting for free or a intellectual battle. And he had a chin up thing all around the world to create the need for an outstanding army at all times to become a little dubious. What I perceive as their entity of the reparish to try to describe Clive and Bundy as just somebody trying to beat us to the matter is significant and merit-worthy. at law to be reconciled to determine whether he actually owes those fees. I'm going to give a validation letter to the Bureau of the United States to be able to compute the amount that they claim he owes and what prosecution they use to determine that and actually get the authority to claim that he owes it to them without a doubt in question. The defendant, or maybe other names too, is the only one that court getting paid of course his entourage that might come with him to watch interpreters if you will getting paid to be there quite handsomely yes only the person that's being victimized and being only one that is not receiving just compensation for frivolous lawsuit unfortunately you have to take it to a corrupt courtroom as you're describing to uh... take the battle there well there there is another venue that most Americans and most attorneys in fact are devoid of knowledge of and that's the true original prediction provided in the 1789 Judiciary Act that people as Americans are supposed to be having access to because we're all constitutionally diverse and to the law that is proffered are squared attorneys. Back to some real courts. Well, yes, and real grand juries with real people, right? Instead of the prosecution. sitting in the seat to those real people supposedly. So we have an honest portion of government that is not under the sway of the bar and not letting the judge interpret the rules for the jury instead of having the actual jury filed by jury. This is rulebook where I can find a copy, usually can buy them for a dollar or two or buy certain tools that is private individual, private spirit made in the image. Jury nullification when they fire sleep or tear in the sight on fact, law, and evidence That's one of our rights that were provided through Magna Carta and before for Christ's sakes. Fundamental. Attorneys have the courts to their own political and war advantage. That's it. Well, they speak in entirely different languages. Cycle battle, absolutely. And James 1-8 says that for mindedness you're a deceiver. And deceivers, they deal in these laws of rhetoric or lies. It's more accurate. A rhetoric says that one must lie in order to speak to people. understandings of things. Nobody's raised up that it's okay to lie except for attorneys. Now they're teaching cops. Well, they've passed it on to the police departments and everybody else. It's okay to lie. If we don't have moral scruples and principles to live on, and for something we'll fall for anything. But this is to be a long battle and there's people in a stressful environment and the teachers go up and what it's likely we're going to see more interpersonal out there. I suggest that in fact there's a guy named Mike Internet on American Voice Radio or something like that to tell anybody on his radio but he had a YouTube on the there that I saw that's the only name that I can recall it was associated that says that they're a claimant case and to try and bring claims against the BLM on a long list. Those are the ones that you and law started at the beginning. They breached the threshold decades ago. Oh, absolutely. Decades ago. The laws that they put into effect are not necessarily a law. It's more like policy and regulation. Right. And it has nothing to do with law. Law does not compel performance. So, you see that's where people Somebody's posting something about the Oath Keepers here earlier in the chat room talking about the laws that exist and how the Oath Keepers would honor whatever laws exist. Well, these existing laws are not lawful at all. They're just policies. Well, they're fictions of law. Right. They're fictions of law. It's color of law. And we're answering to these things. You know if the Bundy Ranch for example is the bunny ranch existed a hundred and some odd years ago And then they put in a new game a new plan or whatever I would think that they would have to go out and talk to the person who's there there You know it'd be like me coming to your house say look I've decided to make a new law that I want the front door in the back of the back door in the front and You'll have to have that done by Saturday You know that's important point Joe That's exactly what the International Property Maintenance Code does to every homeowner in the land. If they take it out of permit, attach themselves to that diabolic globalist code, supplant, that was the Uniform Building Code, that have waived your rights and you've allowed the government to have a tacit presumption, to have an illusion if they have some right of authority to come in to protect your victimized by some contractor doing shoddy work in your home without a warrant, without probable without any judicial process, it's absolutely insane. We live in legal law law land. That's it. I was talking to a gentleman the other day, he's considering buying a house up here in Lewiston, Idaho, and you needed a permit to even remove the sheetrock and put a new sheetrock into your living room. How ridiculous does that get? Well, or change out of water here, for God's sake. Exactly. That's a basic item, or a disposal. A permit is licensed to do that, which is deemed illegal, but is not necessarily lawful. And in your own private home, public officials have no right to come without a warrant based upon probable cause on suspicion of a felony crime. Blur the lines between it is legal or illegal, but creates a controversy, and then you have to go to a attorney, so the law tray solves your controversy. a deal how much can we steal to then let them pick it dry. Out of how much money you can afford to spend, it's going to cost that much and a little bit more. You can get sure of that. Yeah, that's the design. In law, there's a bright line of initiation unlawful. And that's why they like legal instead, because there's no bright line of departure, because everything is presumed legal. Yeah, but it doesn't make it lawful. Absolutely. And that's why attorneys can't use anything prior to 1933 and most of their agenda of having everything codified or changed and replaced with a new form of the people and prey upon them in their courts. And if you were to fight back, you'd be spending countless dollars working your way up through the chain, working your way to the Supreme Court where they're going to enforce the law. Ah, but it's Jefferson pointed out the weak link in the change of the Constitution was the president's ability to appoint his cronies to the live senior positions on the Supreme Court to stack it as FDR did to put your political advocates of your position and your agenda in court so they can rule the prerogative of deciding how can evidence is and do it according to the Constitution and the rule of law, interpretations that suit of their political class or their environmental agenda.
