They got it in 1913, somewhere in the early 1900s. how they actually acquired the lands in the southern half, virgin valleys, water that feeds into the Colorado. Kern's jurisdiction as square ons on the record of the court, the court has no jurisdiction to proceed any farther until that jurisdiction is answered by the prosecution.
