Maybe they just haven't posted anything yet. In ammunition, if you have the AK-74, guys, buy all the ammo you can for it. I'm serious, it should be a religion. It should be a 545x39 owner religion to be buying ammunition every chance you can. But every weekend, if you've got money left over with your paycheck, you should be buying 545x39. You may not be able to afford your first choice where there are a number of different ways to go on this. But your first choice would be, for instance, to work with the 53 grain round because that's traditionally what we've been looking at as being the best price. Well, the problem is that it's just not out there like it was number one. And of course it's been cut off. You've seen all the write-ups on it now. Stuff I warned you about three months ago has now become public information. Well, it was already public information. Let me point that out. What you're just now hearing about, everybody made some drama over. When I pointed this out two and three months ago, It was already known in the industry. Everything you're hearing about now that's in all these articles about, we're going to talk to the ATIP, they already knew that. They just didn't want anybody else to know about it. Or the industry wanted to be warm and fuzzy trying to lick the rumpus of the other side. Well, it finally was pretty well written in stone that they're not going to let anybody have their way if they're an American. And the idea is the foreigners, especially the hoodie trash, want to make sure they're the only ones that have any business. and that's why this is going on the way it is. So the other thing is 7.62x39. They're going to go down through the calibers. 5.45x39 is not going to be an isolated orphan on this. They're going to go through progressively and find the same excuse to go attack pretty much all the other surplus that's out there or new manufactured ammunition that's reasonably priced. So if you're a 7.62x39 owner, I have told you this for years, keep buying, keep buying, keep buying too. A couple different ways you can do that, for instance, They've got some pillows of 7.62 by 39, 122 grain ball for 24.50, a 100 count couple of bags. That's not bad. I mean the idea is that you can probably afford $25 as opposed to $3, $4, $500 every paycheck. So let's keep that in mind, number one. Because of this, again, we also need to make sure that everybody out there, if you are looking at trying to create caches. Well, the smaller count bags or quantities are a good idea anyway. A couple hundred rounds here, a couple hundred rounds there, bounced around in different locations. That's acceptable. Centerfire does have steel case. They've got brass case stuff, but what they've been able to, apparently from their source, most of what they have has been kind of pricey. Australian stuff that was available has been up there in expense cost wise. The price of what we see normal stuff for ADI out of Australia. $22 a box for 20 rounds, well you can find a lot of other useful, and once again, 380 auto ammo. Just outrageously priced. If you've got to have it, you're going to have to search around. I would look for the cheapest price for the 380 Auto, etc., as we've told you about before. There are a little better prices out there. and Silly Billy S&B will probably be your two best choices there to find a better price from one of the suppliers. Centrifier systems does have 38 Super though and like 10mm both of those calibers if you find it you better keep buying it if you got a gun because it is the odd man out. 10mm great cartridge but it's the odd man out. 38 Special 38 Super Well 38 special, still out there in force, but 22, you know, anywhere from 19 to 22 dollars a box is about average. Armscore precision, good brass, good ammunition works fine. Lawman ammunition works fine. More for less is what you want. The thing is finding the right, you know, finding again the best price laying around. Centrifier does have 9 millimeter, they do have it in the commercial boxes in lawman. They've got the armscore, they've got all the others that we've seen over and over again in the factory loads that you'd expect so you can get some decent buys in brass case from reasonable prices from Center for our systems dot com now in shotgun shells everybody out there has been finding some unique stuff that has been popping up Buck shot, of course I prefer number four but I'll take double out buck if that's all you got. Both will work, I prefer number four because I like putting about 25 to 30 pellets into something and it's like hitting somebody with a full mag from an M16. 30 caliber double out buck is good and you really don't want to get hit by anything that's got a little shred you when it goes down range or put a lot of holes in you. But, number four, just a reminder, if you see number four in double-aught, it was the same price, at least by 50-50, and in my position I'd buy 100% number four buck. If it was the same price and sitting on the shelf side by side, I'd do the number four. And the reason is, I'm going to smack the target with many more places worth of pellet. If they are wearing body armor, remember the only 9 pellets means that whatever I hit them with might actually be slowed down. But if I hit them with about 30 pellets worth of number 4, a lot of that is going to hit soft chewy points that bend. It's going to hit areas that aren't protected. It's going to scut along the edge of armor and do more damage, which is what we want and what we need to see happen. So there's something to take into consideration there when you're looking at the shot shows right now. Also again, 410 owners, better be buying all the 410 you can when you run into it because that's another one of those unique rounds that's on the low end of the scale. The only reason it's come up a little bit right now is because of all the pistols that came out here, but that's been about two and three years ago. And that was a big thing. You've got everybody, Taurus, several companies made 410 pistols. They're popular, but they're one of those unique guns. They're a cavalry Dragoon pistol. and they'll fade a little bit. It's going to happen. The good thing is for all of you pump gun shooters or single shot 410 shooters or have something else out there where you've got a 410, what that did for you is it brought the cartridge up in production and popularity for a bit. Well, you better take advantage of it if you have a 410 gun. Okay, I am serious. Listen to what Uncle Mark says here. I'm not, you know, trying, I'm not scaring anybody. It's just common sense. I've seen this cycle. The economy is soft, specialized, or, you know, side shells or unique side shells are going to be a problem down the road. Right now, there's availability. The other reason is, well, I can't get any of this other stuff. What do you have? Well, I do have some 410 and I've got some, you know, 628 Smidlet. Oh, I'll take that. At least I got some on the shelf. Also, it's something to at least puff out the inventory as far as having some variety because it gets pretty dull when you look at a page and go, I've seen all that before, click, go to some notes. Brass case, boxer prime, save your brass for all the unique calibers guys and steel case and whatever else you find because it's all going to need to be reloaded. We are going to do 7.62x39 with Berdan steel case remanufacturing. Now that's a heads up. I told you before save your steel case, save your steel case, save your steel case. We are almost complete with the project. I have to go visit somebody and also make a few recommendations. I'm going to show them where there's some other technology available and we will be done. Probably by the middle of the weekend we will be going into production. We will need steel case. We need everybody to save whatever they pull off the range. Whenever they shoot, drag it all the way. Take everybody else's fresh shot cases are a high priority. Steel cases that are rusty, put those off to the side and another bucket. We're going to need those for fragmentation and other things. We might be popping the primers and rebuilding those. We want the primers. Even if the case is shot, we want the primers. Did you hear what I said? We want the primers. So everything in Burdan, everything in Boxer Prime, your policy should be get it off the shelf. If you need containers to put them in, here's two really cool ones. Number one, watch for everyone. Everybody's throwing anything out during the day and the recycle bins. You'll find lots and lots and lots and lots and lots of kitty litter containers. The ones that are made, they're like a 3.5 or 3 gallon. They have a carry handle on the side for pouring and a carry handle on the top, which is fantastic. But they've got a big mouth lid. Start stuffing your brass in there. Mark 1 for 7.62x39, 1 for 5.45, 1 for Macra, 1 for 223, 1 for 308. Start stuffing the steel cases in those. How do you like that? You can seal it up. It's sealed from the environment. You keep it dry. It's easy to carry and move around. Stack them up and start racking up the stuff, but let none of the right expended cases go to waste. Make them hurt so bad that they're not going to do much anything. If they do try to shoot back, if they try to shoot and they're wounded, pop them again. But just don't kill them that way. Now, if that's the case, all of that could have been recorded. I would also point out that with signal communications, they could easily, you know, with somebody that knows what they're doing, they could intercept 100% of whatever they were doing radio-wise. And as far as breaking their encryption, guys, let me point something out. In the standoff we had at mid-Michigan, the brag up was that they had all the new encryption technology, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. Once we got our radio unit on the ground, we had broken all of the feds and the state police encrypted radio traffic within about 48 seconds. We time it, okay? This is back in the 90s, guys. Now, present technology, no different. The problem is in reality it creates more burden for the radio system to be going to encryption. So in many cases, step one, in the outer perimeters, they have a tendency to go to unencrypted open broadcasts, but they code, which is smart. That would be the intelligent thing to do. However, no matter who the hell it is, if you have Blassenstein at the other end, there's still an accent. And even if they try to clip their voice and try to sound like you, they don't sound right. And even if they're smoother at it, the problem is their colloquial terms are wrong. So you can pick out, in other words, their backgrounds are wrong, guys. Just a bunch of things to remember when your ear is on the radio. That's how you can tell typically the difference between, again, even where they try to engineer or re-engineer the linguists that are used who are trying to play Secret Squirrel with single communications. Guys, it can be quickly ID'd. One thing about working the radio is you have to use your brain. There's no television screen to get in the way. In fact, radio operators should have nothing but their rigs in front of them. Why? Because an RO can literally pick the picture on the other side. They construct it. They're ID'ing. There's a subconscious inventory that you're going through which your conscious picks apart. All the nuances and everything are there. And what happens is, well let me explain it to you this way only it's done on a constant basis. When you're driving down the road and you're told to drive down the road, do you stare at the rear view mirror? Were you told when you were taught how to drive a car to stare at the rear view mirror? How are you taught to use the rear view mirror? You're supposed to glance at it and pay attention to the windshield. Glance and look back. Now what are you doing? Your perspective, your registry on your mind, you literally are picking the image apart while you're doing something else. You're multitasking, guys. But it's all done in the mind. You're not staring at what you do as you glance at the rearview mirror and while you're observing still to your front, which is the more critical direction because that's where all the weight's going, You're literally picking apart with both the subconscious and conscious mind the image that you just looked at. If something doesn't register in the laundry list, think about what you do. If something doesn't register right, you look back again. You'll look at the mirror. Oh, whoa, what was that? Wait a minute. A car turning sideways. I'm not supposed to see the side of a car coming towards me. Wait a minute, I look back and I see the back of a car and the side of a car and the front of a car and the side of a car and the back of a car. He's spinning. Maybe it'd be a good idea to get out of the way. See how that works? But in reality, that's how Radio Operator works constantly. And it's painting a mental picture. A video screen is a nuisance. A video screen for a radio operator is a distraction. Does everybody understand that? In fact, that's why ROs, it's nice to get into a rat rig, it's dark, the guy is sitting there working the equipment. And now if it's an audio visual combination, that's a different story. In other words, if you're talking back and forth and there's a face-to-face line, not that you really need that. That's one of those things where it's like, do I really need to see who I'm talking to in a battlefield situation? Well, it looks great for the movies and it's another dynamic that makes everything exciting, but in reality, it's totally worthless. It serves no purpose. It makes you feel good like you're not alone. I already know I'm 4,000 miles from the guy I'm talking to. I'm out in the middle of BFE. I'm probably under fire or I'm in an area that's a kill zone or at least a fighting zone. Being able to see somebody on the other end might, I guess, make a drowning person feel a little better. But in reality, with regard to signal communications, most everything in the way of imagery is a distraction. Now, if I'm multitasking and let's say that I'm in a bicker a talk and I've got signal communications where I'm reporting or working back and forth with other people and I've got a battle board in front of me, that's a different story. But a radio operator who's doing intelligence collection and surveillance, all of those distractions need to be avoided. In reality, your mind is doing all the work. The only thing that he might have in front of him is his radio rig. And even there, what you're doing is you're pulling the signal. In other words, yeah, yeah, he, he, but it sounds like I can't be sound, but it sounds great, you know, okay, now I've got a better, clearer signal. Now I can hear him. That's the only thing the RO should be doing. The RO shouldn't have a video game here and a play toy there and a bunch of other, but no, the radio rig should be in front of him. A true RO is a master of voice. and because of that, he is an individual who is able to interpret and to de-link, in other words to decode, to de-structure whatever is going on there and map it out for the people that are counting on him or her to get the job done. What we need to do is start thinking multi-tiered and multi-task as far as the many different branches of our side that need to be in motion.
