Well, after all, now I know because I've done enough legal work behind the wire guys, there is a federal clause that they actually established in the courts that if it looks like the federal that the other ball the judges are like this everyone was part of the prostitute is a part of this if it looks like the court and the shysters in the government are going to lose business It makes no difference if you are innocent. It makes no difference if you have proper law to the court. It makes no difference whether they will put an innocent man behind prison walls for years, forever, or steal a person's property across the board. If it protects the racketeers, the shysters in the bar, and the shyster business they do, then it's perfectly okay, and the Supreme Court have held that twice. It says here Nevada solar factory canceled, okay Says your project that would have included a solar power station and a million square foot solar panel factory a few miles from California State line Won't be built. It's backers announced that It's backers announced Last month the five billion dollar project Chinese back in and Mojave energy project at the southernmost corner of Nevada, couldn't find utilities that wanted to buy its power, either in Nevada or across the line in California. Planned for about 9,000 acres of county-owned land on the Nevada side of the Colorado River, above the gabbling resort town of Laughlin. The Yennn plant claimed in its initial promotional material that it would provide steady employment for between 500 and 2,000 people and its factory. With about the same number hired for our short-term construction jobs, the plant would have cost between $4 and $6 billion and was backed strongly by Nevada Senator Harry Reid. But in order to close the deal on the county, Land, E&N, Mojave energy needed to nail down power purchase agreements for the 740 megawatts of solar power it would have produced in 2011 when the plant was proposed. The assumption was that the E&N's power would be snapped up by California's utilities seeking to meet their obligations under the state's renewable portfolio. Standard RPS law, which requires them to generate 33% of their power from renewable sources by 2020. But due to both the structure of California's grid and the de facto state policy, it's much easier for California utilities to meet their RPS obligations with power generated in California. As for Nevada's domestic utilities, the largest Nevada energy rebuffed heated demands by Reid to buy ENN Mojave's power. Nevada Energy has only a 15% renewable energy obligation and it's already met that goal. Buying more power from a new solar plant outside Laughlin just wasn't a priority for Nevada Energy. And rather, a pointed press statement issued a year ago this month, Nevada's energy Jennifer Schrute, I'm not sure how to pronounce her name. basically suggested that to take a number and stand in line to sell their utility power, Nevada Energy would certainly welcome a bid from ENN when the next issue came up, the RP request for proposal and their success, like all others, would be dependent on the benefits, especially the price, and they can demonstrate for their customers of Nevada Energy. The project needed power purchase agreements and placed by June in order to buy the first phases of land from Clark County. Without those agreements, the deal fell through. As Tim Kerison, ENN Senior Vice President wrote in a letter to the county, unfortunately the market will not support a project of this scale and nature at this time. Typically when they're moving cattle like this with the abusers, they've already had cattle that were shot, they found those, I don't know if anybody saw the story on that. Killed some of the bulls. Everybody does understand, you know, the bulls are worth a little more guys. Those are repurposed. There's usually papers on a bull, even if it's a lower end bull. They're all predegreed and documented. Well, they shot some of the bulls. They were found by people sweeping the land already checking in their pictures, their photographs of the cows that they killed. They shot the bulls from the air. the whole thing was you know economic terrorism by the shite internationals across the board right below that you go anywhere made and uh... dot yep but it can change the little place that even the lowest bowls that they're breeding ball that's what these look like uh... are worth a fortune i mean what i think there are many not you know nobody could afford lose a thousand dollars but they they made a point of killing them and i don't i don't believe that was an accident part of what what what is What you're, we're dealing with communists, and with communists, communists you have scorched earth policy. And obviously with the BLM characters working with the communist Chinese, hey, what's the surprise? This whole thing across the board, step one is they probably tried to or were already been working or chipping away at trying to figure out how to neutralize his ability to pay bills. We've seen that over and over and over and over again in the Patriot movement, covering any number of other subjects. So hopefully he was ahead of the game on that, I would think. And what he does have is probably, again, if it's in a trust, especially if it's in a Rockefeller trust, most of the guys here when we were working on the trust in the 90s, the best way to defeat the bad guys is to utilize a Rockefeller trust. It's actually called a double trust. Now the reason you do that is because if they ever ruled against your trust, your format, it also rules against the ring knockers. And that was the reason, that was the logic behind formulating two-tiered trust that was engineered virtually word for word after Rockefeller type trust, the Carnegie type trust, et cetera. I don't know if he did that, but he's old enough that he fits that bill. It's kind of like Chris calling, working in the areas that he's working in. Everybody has their niche. Typically they follow a certain path based upon the developments of other people, if you're smart, because they've done all the groundwork. and perfecting the process yourself. You know, many many many many times. The money issue, we don't have an answer on that, I'll have to find out. The other half of it is, though remember, I think personally by the fact that they played it out one after the cattle, that tells me they probably couldn't crack that other nut. That means there's stuff piled up here, there's tires piled up, there's reserve parts, he's got bales, he's got a smart machinery, back hose, he's got all the tools he needs. Looks like it, if he doesn't, he's got allies that can bring in the tools that he needs to reinforce the site. But I don't know that they're taking it that seriously.
