And made trees. It was done in the, and then in the late 90s, they came in and said, well you can't tap into this water from this stream anymore. And you know, tried to give us all this around. I didn't know at the time that my, when my dad purchased it and we continued to tap into the water. We corked for it, but we won. Right. You know, that's, Well that's like the land my parents had up in Mount Marancy County. We had total mineral and water rights in Perpetulum. And in fact, eventually they decided to sell the land and they sold it with everything intact. Now they were renting out because the reason that we, this is beyond a shadow of a doubt of course, is they actually had the mineral rights and the oil companies had to pay them for oil that they were pumping off from underneath the land. So it wasn't much, but you know what? Paid the taxes. And the fact of the matter is, guys, don't, in fact, what we want to be looking for, and we should be, we end this discussion this weekend, as a matter of fact, with some fellow patriots, buying pieces of real estate and pushing the scum back includes confirming that we have the mineral and water rights underneath the soil, which they can't peel off unless you surrender or sell out. In other words, you change the contract. Or don't pay your payment on it. Right, you change the contract. Well, you change the contract is what you do. And you don't want to do that. You want to confirm, in fact, you want to try to talk to the landowner, hey, have you got the mineral and have you got the property, you know, the water rights to this? Oh yeah, as a matter of fact. Well, let's make sure that this contract rolls over properly so that goes, you know, the title rolls over in perpetuum with everything intact. And don't miss that, guys, because, you see, that's the other way they're coming at people from underneath. uh... we've got a county here by the way i'm a point about about fracking we've got a county called aranac county you want to find it gets north of saginaw bay you look for the problem michigan is cross rear the base of the index finger they can't drink their water anymore because all the polluters from canada that grand home allowed to be brought into the state of michigan were popped into the fact they brought in every piece of built from canada you can imagine including medical waste, dumped it in as part of the fracking process. They can't drink their water, groundwater anymore. I own the mineral rights to a small land that has a place or gold on it. Long time, it's just a land in New Mexico. The BLM people from being able to use their mineral rights. I was trying to be changed. We're trying to do this. They're trying to crack down on people who own the mineral rights. Of course, that's part of the communist thing. What people need to do is start beating them down and any time that they operate like that, one of the things is to sue them in fact find out who the individual responsibility is that one of the first things i asked when it comes to operations like was the uh... first and who's who's the first party individual of interest in responsibility for this action and they also have a minute they look like deer in the headlights because you know it well uh... that we're going to sue with it what the person because the uh... the representative is the corporate representative needs to be soon he's the party pre-op present so take him You know, they don't like it when you start talking that, well, I just need to know who the person in responsibility is, because somebody put their name to this. If you're the person I'm going to take their, you know, property from, I'm going to take your wealth. Go ahead. One of the things they kept changing the rules is how quick they can, if you don't make your yearly. Or you have three pay up your back payments on your mineral rights. Oh, if you miss it for a year, it's... Part of that though, you see, for instance, in our state, we don't have a, we don't have a payment there. There's, we're under the Northwest Treaty. Okay, because of that, our, like I said, it's imperpetuum. They can't take it unless we contract it out. In other words, we don't pay a fee or anything. It is a part of a natural land right. as was talked about earlier, probably again because of the western territories, especially southwestern, the GAD, there's a series of smaller purchases, one we made from Mexico, which is probably what you're part of Arizona Falls under. There's a whole bunch of different land constructs that vary west of the Mississippi, but mostly it's in the southwest, to the four corners I think. It matches the the Gadsden Purchase, the Jefferson's Major Land, Green Land, Land Purchase, etc. And each one follows the faults and the lines accordingly. So that's probably how that comes about out there. Plus they're infusing themselves. They just infer. They literally pulled it out of their arse. They don't really have the authority, but what they've done is the assumption process. And everybody just goes along with it rather than suing their hind in over it. you know, again, taking into the court and demanding, you know, present your authority. How do you, how did you pull this out of your arse? What is this? Where did this come from? And they're like, yeah, they don't like it when you do that because you see, you start peeling back the onion, you find there's no core. There wasn't any core to begin with. It was all inference. And then everybody just started going along. And so they, you know, I don't know how this came about. well when you do find out it's like you've shown other words your foundation you're totally a legitimate aren't you well do i've got about you know and this is what i feel there you know they're going to have a good deal by just one of the favor of quick uh... i'm gonna get that package out today Okay, alright.
