They could burn down churches and seize farms. Keep our country not in jail. Your fellow countrymen will corrupted courts prevail. Your public servants don't uphold the solemn oaths they've sworn. And your daughters send artillery and guns to foreign shores. And send your sons to slaughter fighting other people's wars. Can you regain the freedom for which we fought and died? Or don't you have the courage, pride? And are there no more values for which you will fight to save? Or do you wish it to arise? Bend the Constitution, the Supreme laws of the land. Preserve our great republic in each god's given right. Zayo-woki vanished in the midst of his words were true. Not free, but we have ourselves to blame. For even now as tyrants trample each god's given right. We only watch and tremble, two of fates stand and fight. If he stood by your bedside in a dream while you were asleep and wondered what remains of the freedom he fought to keep, what would be your answer? He called out from the grave. But the bottom of Florida crossed the arc of the Gulf of Mexico and in Louisiana, Mississippi, Texas, Oklahoma, a bunch of Wyoming to include both the 3rd and 100 that's sitting and waiting for them here in Michigan for the left coast where we have the great state of Jefferson out there doing its part as our friends, the California militia and the Washington State militia groups, seeing what they're doing. We keep up there waving our shoulders. We took Canada. You always come over to the other side of the hill. It's gray, it's really warmer because it's gray this morning, because it's state gray. We've had this little pittering rain, which is ice and snow. We still have ice and snow. It's pretty dull out there, because it's like in your neck of the woods. And what is it? Well, I do believe today is March 28, 2014, and cool temperatures here this morning. We too also have rain, so let's get ready for the rest of the weekend. That's your fault. We're blaming you. Well, the weather doesn't start here in Michigan. It doesn't start here with us over on our end of the country. Just like we would, oh, you know, we probably got this rain, by the way, from your end of the country. Oh, wait a minute, no, we're in Michigan where we're the land of fun and rain. Come on, tell the water around. Rule about that. If you live here, you better expect wet. It's kind of like saying you didn't expect wet. Well, oh, about 10 o'clock in the morning, depending on where you are, most pretty much all the state, about 11 o'clock. you're gonna get a rain squall. Especially the northern end towards the favorite. It's like, yeah, really not in Georgia. Which by the way, has totally changed like a lot of places around the country. But, you know, used to be a lot. And spent some time there on and off. It was clockwork. It's like, hey, it's all of a sudden getting kind of hazy. And then they just, enough moisture would build up in the air. And it get, oh, wait a minute. What's the other part that goes in Georgia? Oh, that's right. He. If you go to Georgia or Florida and you don't expect, then you can have your brain examined. It's just the way it is. Like up here, at some point you're going to get wet. Why? Well we got 76% of fresh water above ground and why we need to keep those globalists away from it. Important things to think about. A natural resource here. Five of them. I have big puddles and a whole bunch of little ones. And don't worry, there's lots of it over time. Well, yeah, what is something up on the rock out there sir anything that requires immediate attention I know we do have to make sure we're donating so how can we get hold of it? We have to we have a system in place It's not really a new system guys go to the basics, but we need you to help with it. How can we do that? Well, the thing is jumping off the wall here this morning is I have a blank screen and I'm trying to access Anyway, we'll get you that. Oh Where am I? Okay, I'm at the studio. It's 10 minutes after 5 in the morning. And folks, as you know, we are having to shift gears here at the Micro Effect. And people are responding, which is great. I've probably gotten more mail here in the past this week than any week in the history of the Micro Effect that I can remember. You know, the two, three, four, five dollar donations $10 and $20 to $100. Just keep coming. If we keep going, we'll be okay. We'll be okay. So if you'd like to send us a contribution, simply send it to jilmcgeelp.com box 164 Kami'ai, Idaho 83536. What was the other way? I'm drawing a blank here. Oh yeah, cash. Wrap your cash up in a piece of tin foil. Stop it in the envelope. Do it that way. We have a battle going on. I have a battle going on here at the studio here this morning. I got half of what I need in front of me here. But let me see, man. You guys have to give me a few minutes to get warmed up here, Mark. Well, not a problem. It is, by the way, well, first of all, it is... Friday, so that means... Cinco de Amade. Cinco de Amade, Señor, Señorita, Jose, as you would know, they're along with us, Señor, as they are in Señorita, as along with... If you have saved up the centables, then it's time to go out and buy some ammunition today, because we are going to go with our wallets. We are going to make sure that we have plenty of ammunition, so that when the time comes, we are able to deal with the problem, because we have to protect our government. or all of you out there you will go and buy a box of ammunition you will buy a box of 7.62x54R or a little bundle of it in the strings in the paper perhaps you could also, and by the way do not forget with that ammunition when you buy it and it is in the 7.654R and it is in the little bags of paper with the little strings think of the poor little woman who very meticulously would round up the twenty bullets and lay them into the paper, fold the paper carefully And then when her poor bent and rheumatoid hands would carefully wrap this string around each of those bundles and then tie them very carefully with the tender love of international communism. And of course the slaves would then slightly bundle over to another slave who would put it in the box. so that you could have it someday in the future. Actually, they figured you were only going to get small parts of those bullets. So that you could go fight your war. That's right. They figured you were going to go die. They figured they were going to use those bullets on us, as a matter of fact. And that poor little slave woman, she was thinking, we are building these. What? They put a little piece of candy in the bed. It did not work that way. And now, well, it is kind of poetic justice that we will be using these bullets on your initial communist instead. So I think that it's pretty good. Again, as I said, if I know I have a foreign soldier in front of me, the first thing he is going to be shot with is a weapon from the country where he came from, if I can. We have many Chinese rifles that we are saving the ammunition. We have not shot all the Chinese ammo because someday there will be a Chinaman in front of us. We will be able to deal with him appropriately. And we will show him the weapon, leading to death in front of us, and say, Your country sent this to us thinking you would create mayhem in the Winnebago. Anyway, it is a beautiful, pretty, cody ammo day! So you're gonna have to figure out what you want to buy. Notice I didn't tell you to buy 22. First of all, Union is not as easy as it used to be. Second of all, I would recommend we'll find a big stop. Yours cheaper to buy the big stuff than this to buy the 22 now in many cases. So... Yeah, we're talking millimeters! Yes, besides the big stuff is cool anyway. Then it's the stuff that puts the big jumps out of the other debug guys downrange. So, Cinco the Amade! There we go. So it is Friday by the way. Camp Nagy Hisham. Actually we've got a spec here on the west over in Battle Creek, Michigan this weekend. So of course the guys will be getting air plus from Connecticut will be briefing the guys over there on that side of the state. I think we got some of the Indiana militia coming up on that meeting too with our brothers from Ohio. So Camp Emerson, New Camp Stosser. The Oklahoma Rangers ultimately opened this weekend. Activities are still going to be prepared to deal with that. And Camp Wolf, both of those are still, in fact I just gave not all of them a match, I really don't, I don't think they're a match. We'll match them up later, we'll get more. It's not a matter of just a matter of when. But for everybody out there, pay attention. There's plenty more on the way and headed down range, so we'll do ours. And gun shows and hamfest this weekend, guys. Grab the schedule off of the internet, find out what's available, and teach of it. There's a whole lot of cool stuff out there. Actually, the 6-meter radio set is still fairly cheap. In fact, for whatever reason, they keep popping out with the guys who have stuff on the shelf and Six meter six meter rigs will run just fine We just put another up together here as we pointed out last week down here in the southeastern part of Michigan down towards Monroe and we'll be expanding on that with a couple of other sites here hopefully not this weekend, but it'll be Yeah, the first weekend of April was coming up. See yeah, it would be about a week and a half out I think we've got everybody showing up there and I'm donating another piece of equipment which actually is out in the truck. I have to clean it up though, it's not ready to go so I'm gonna break out the duster and look to see if we need to change anything out in the way of parts. Parts get old, one thing about rheostats and stuff, plate rheostats, you rust up a little bit so if they do, while we don't throw the, it's tedious to clean and it's easier because we have a lot of these parts brand new in the box circa 1950, 16 and 70, place a part, kind of more of a plug and play than you would think. our friends down there at the old navy rig on the cheap got it in a government auction decades ago one of those pieces of equipment we were pointing out of the the inventory and making it work for us it's time doesn't do any good sitting on the shelf if somebody doesn't know how to use it so we're gonna plug them in that anyway again I would remind everybody just to be spite of the micro effect of ease your support want to make sure this is throughout the archive is that way it's going up here and there Joe McNeil, PO Box 164, MEI, Idaho 835, 10, Joe McNeil, PO Box 164, MEI, Idaho 835. A lot of the things, guys, as you do, the reason there's a lead, don't worry about things. Anytime that happens, 10 something tonight, they're gonna do something over the weekend. It's just I'm getting the feeling from that, looking at most everything that's in the, and the way they're covering it in the news. The idea is to have a handful of people on the floor, like, oh, we didn't know you guys weren't around. We just decided to ramrod this through anyway. Don't be surprised at an action like that because this is what the dunks have done in the past. I've covered this for days. I mean more than just two decades. Having been involved in politics for a long, long, long time, I have watched this. There is a pattern thing with the Chase National Bankers. Four people were in the Senate and passed the federal was an act of preaching against the American people at a time when no business in the US government was in place under any circumstance. But the pigs walked it down to the trader with the country being handed over to the international bankers. The same kind of shysters are involved in what's going on in the case. And I wouldn't be surprised if New Jersey hurt everybody anyway. So that isn't a surprise. That's one of those like, wow, I never expected that. Oh, come on. Well, we watched this one night. I'm not going to read. I probably am not going to read this. probably okay well that way but you're probably reading anything you p.o.s. long memories and uh... pay attention again back east uh... pay attention again to how they try to linger around the cap this is a typical scam uh... everybody has to remember that you remind people they don't leave the room they don't leave the chambers shutting the lights off and you watch your enemy leaving even then but you stand next to them and walk them out to their cars slide down to the office also affect their several videos of this guys were pumping similar happened in uh... both maryland and in uh... new york stepped out of the room no they were they were going to be forced to vote and that they knew they were going to lose the vote they walked out of the room and go around the corner and act like they're there this period of interest and their folder you know all their way and then they'll wait until they've well remember that the same scam as you, oh yeah, I'm leaving, I'm leaving, I'm going down the hall now, I'm going, and then they'll slide off to the side, they've got a bunch of their butt buddies waiting, and literally, if you would think that this is like, this is a joke mark, no it's not, this is how they operate, guys. And everybody's like, oh, we could leave, or the dunderheads will play at. In other words, the characters that are leaving know that this is going on, this is not like this is in the vacuum. And they're like, oh yeah, you know guys, oh I guess everybody is gone. Now I can do my part and leave, and then later I can be aghast and shocked and amazed. You know like, stop this. I'm shocked and amazed that these people did this in the of darkness. I wouldn't have stayed if I had known. Oh wait a minute, I walked by the offices where they were hiding over in the corner with the light off and only the light over the table there and I saw movement. But they told me they were leaving for the weekend, or they were leaving for vacation. Remember, that's what's supposed to have happened with the whole thing, with 1913, the Renault Jet airplanes. So the time allotted to get the frames and 20 on the 24th of December, nobody is in Washington. Not back in that day, skank were afraid the country was the same kind of games played. But also remember, anybody who says, oh, we didn't know they'd do that, you didn't want to do their job or they were bought and paid for to only a handful of people are needed to actually stop that dudes be there the brains the tag team yes they do they're just told not we tried what they just rolled over us now you guys all have to surrender your guns right you're already surrender your guns right yeah right well no just the bullets both still though you're probably gonna get some too Oh me! I tried real hard! I stumbled out of the room! I took their silver. Oh did I say that? Oops. A couple other things here, Rook. We have about one, two, three, we've got, oh we've actually, I should remember one more thing here guys. We're only days away, well a couple weeks away from the Knob Creek machine gun shoot guys. So for everybody out there listening, Knob Creek is literally the funny thing I'm going to Knob Creek. I think you better look outside. I don't care... Oh, we can avoid that. Anyway, only for a moment. Anyway, appreciate our friends and by the way, I did get the email of the spike from Maryland last night, guys. I haven't gone over all of them yet, which is why I haven't touched them on the air here, but we need everybody to actually chin on that, okay? With regard covering Rhode Island, I can't stress that enough, guys. Other technology and equipment, well, with regard to Knob Creek, see what's going on out there. forget that you should be poncho. You need to make sure that you take your reindeer command. The big truck, if you're going there, or something clearance because as you know parking is going to be a mix and what you need to do is coming up. There we go, that way everybody knows what's going to be. If you haven't been to Knob 3, you see a lot of the weapons, the fire technology, have been talking about going against so you understand how weapons work. And that's of course, well forgive me, just of Shepherd's and the straight got east if you will, you'll go up onto the ridge. Can't miss the signs once you get on the road that Nob Creek is on. I'll remind you that it's a pretty scenic bring them along. Machine gun shoot itself, yep. Got all the neat weapons, yes you can fire weapons. There's also a massive gun show and armed 12th and 13th, 11th, well around the corner here guys. That's Nob Creek shoot the 11th, 12th and, and if you're gonna go the best with Saturn, in motion pretty cool and it's definitely an experience. Bring ear protection, booty hats would be for obvious reasons because wet you can get cold and since we have had this long winter which is not a surprise winter not for me, you know well whatever it before and knowing what we know about Knob Creek up there on the ridge just to the north of the Fort Knox facility and the site that is Knob Creek was a naval gunner location. A lot of people don't understand that back in World War II, the reason of naval gunnery? In the middle of nowhere? Well, yeah, because you see guys, what they did is they needed accurate long-range rifle guns, no tank use. They wanted something to reach farther. So guess what they went through? They turned to the naval guns to a degree. That's why you have three-inch naval guns on tank destroyers during World War II, along with several other naval weapons. were adapted to armor used to tank use. You know that? Well, take a look at the M10 and the other family of anti-tank guns that were brought into service, mostly for the armored corps, but also for the guys. The guns were already built. In some cases, what they did is they took weapons that were obsolescent with the Navy and transferred them over to Oh, they transferred them over to the army because that way they put them to use. The three-inch guns were the first heavily both adapted and then perfected. That's the next step. Well, Knopkreek is where they did a lot of the weapons tests, you know, fly fire tests with the platform once this system was being adapted. It would be called the XM model, experimental model. And so there's a lot of history there. That's why it was a naval facility. Well, Progressively, the Army stayed with its own programs. The Navy went on to use all of its stuff because it needed, you know, to do its own thing. And the Naval country site was sold because there was no longer a need for it. And it became a private range and the rest is history. And that's where Knopf Creek comes from. So we are at the bottom of the hour and we're going to be hearing the music here in a bit here, I know. It is a beautiful, gray, rainy day. But you know what? Even as I've been speaking, On the horizon over to the east, it's getting lighter and thinner like it wants to get a little brighter today here on Friday. Up on the rock, I know they're going to be looking better. Here in the flatlands of Michigan, well we'll be back in just a little bit with you from both directions, help you out there. Grab a cup of coffee smell, taste. Oh yeah, we'll be back here, it's Friday on Rock Joe and Mark. We're gonna shift the time again so it gets light earlier. Oh, isn't it? So this makes makes it much gooder that I can see Welcome back folks. We're down the bottom of the first hour here on the morning Intel reporter. I'm Joe McNeil here with Mark Hornky and I hope that you're listening at www the micro effect that Tom I'm Kay van satellite galaxy 19 transponder 5 on am and FM stations across the country on other networks And we hope you're listening on your telephones, on your iPods, iPads, whatever it is that you have. How people get dialed into the micro price. And having said that, I got a couple things I gotta do here, Mark, and I'll be all lined up for the rest of the show, man. It's kind of hard to see what you can't see. Well, we've got some rippling changes on the horizon. In other words, Something's going on, it's getting a little thinner to the south-southeast where the sunshine, the sun is coming from. Well, the rays of sun are weakening through the clouds. So expect the weather to shift again here, not a surprise. Lake Michigan, Lake Erie, which is where this front is coming from right now, right off Lake Erie, big old frozen ponds and some unique weather patterns all at tempest. When I was little, be like, yeah, it looks stormy, ooh, it looks cool and dynamic, and hey, the water's melting, we're gonna have streams and rivers! Hey, you're on the playground, by the way, guys. But nowadays you'd be, oh my god, back into your Playstation, where's Ritalin? What about the Prozac? Don't those kids bet they should do that? Whoa, the horror, the horror. Ritalin, Ritalin sails up again, grainess across the land without any rain. Yeah, great. For everybody out there, it is a beautiful Friday, by the way, we're still breeding, it is Michigan outside. If we get this front from the east out of Lake Erie, I think we all know that the next step is we get the big wave of weather off of because it goes back and forth, it kind of pulls. Then we get those unique storms and I'll go, I'm waiting for this one, see this is always the, oh my god, we got this thing out of the northeast. Now we don't get storms out of the northeast, but when we do, they're really kind of unique. And the northeast is like Huron. But Lake Huron affects our weather patterns a little differently because it runs north and south the way that it does. And so the Ontario Peninsula gets beat by Lake Huron and Lake Huron. And we get, of course, we've got three big lakes and little lakes off to the bottom and to the right there if you look at the map. And Lake Huron has a unique pattern unto itself. But when it comes out of the northeast headed towards us, it's because it comes along the look we got the map of Michigan you know it's your left hand there you go you got a map of Michigan how do you like that? At least the lower peninsula. When it comes across the thumb there it angles along with the direction of the second all Bay and it works on a 45 degree angle and that usually is a bowler that's where you're gonna see wind and we get our kite flying weather from that. It's like wow look everything's traveling sideways or you expect to hear that the wicked witch music guys So I'm just totally in advance. I don't want to hear anybody go, oh my god, we've never seen that before! Yes we did. Last year, year before that, year before that, but now we have to spell it out because otherwise... So anyway, we've got some other cool disaster stuff going on like growing food and happy green leaf thingies right now. There are several breeds of cherry bush. Not cherry trees, guys. Cherry bush. Now they're pushing these in some circles as critter food, which in reality they are. These are a fantastic small game. These cherry brush trees actually produce a lot of bush or so per plant once they're established. And you know the old saying, one cherry in a tree is worth two in the bush. That's right. Or well, yeah, here's my only problem. We've grown cherries over the years. We had a cherry tree at the house with my parents. It was a Michigan sour cherry tree. Michigan sour cherries, where you think all they like so much. And of course you don't want to touch them and you kind of save them because you want to make cherry pies. But there is a point with fruit trees and with berries and also with what we call Juneberries here out west you call them huckleberries. They turn every stinking animal in the wild will find you. And here we have what we call what we call grackles. Grackles are the rats of the... They're a utility bird that was brought in for food. Small bird, no, they're blackbirds is what they are. really propagated well here we're in the flight path for all the migration during the end of the growing season with cherries if you didn't get them as fast the grackle wave would come in and in an hour everything would be gone. You can sense that sugar in the air they sense that so if you're trying to lure in protein you know break out the air rifle or break out the blow gun and take as many as you want because there'll be millions. But the other thing is if you grow these plants and hint, hint, hint, well the bunnies and the birds do come in and yes, that would be kind of nice if you're hungry to have a little sugars, you know, so yes, that's right. There we go. There's a bunny, another bunny. Oh, yep, go get the bunnies. There we go. Now we'll wait for some more to show up. And so it's not a bad idea. We do this all over the area here. I've got stands of black raspberry planted. I've done onion patches that are like two miles in the back for you all through the areas here. A swampland. I put it right on the end of the swampland. Onions, love, black dirt. Wild propagation is something you all need to be focusing on. But in this case, we're going to plant these because they look to be very interesting. Crank out the berries every year. It doesn't make a difference. They're a bush and a tree. So they have a very different. OK. You'll see them out there in several different forms. Typically, they'll grow to be is about 5 to 6 feet, as high as 15 feet of brushing model, but the thing is put them in your fence line, put them in locations. They are ornamental. They create those pretty little blossoms that cover the whole thing, top to bottom. We've got several people here at them locally. They are ornamental while they're blooming. Also, real easy to pick, Joe, because you don't need a ladder. You don't have to get up in the tree. You don't have to be a professional tree climber. That's right. You can beat the birds to the berries. And so growing food is a priority here. That's something long term. Another thing this year that I'm going to be doing is transplanting pear trees. A couple of original heritage tickling pear trees that have been very prolific over the years. And another breed down the road that I'm going to be transplanting that is just phenomenal fruit but what they were designed for is canning and the pears right off the back guys most all of you eat you eat pear every day and you don't even know it if you have a fruit pie today of any kind you're eating pear bottom line because the the pectin that is needed to miquet the gooey lusciousness that everybody loves so much well number one that's mostly done with pear because pears are very stable that it's if you'll notice pears are very stable table They can sit there and stare at you for a long time and they don't have to be processed with radiation or anything. Another thing, if you are having what you think is a blueberry pie, if you look closely, you'll notice that your little blueberries in those little blueberry-posted pies, in many cases, that are made that are no-name brand, notice that they have little cubes in them instead of blueberries. Well, those little cubes are pear. Did you know that? Well, Mark told you something else, you can go look at them and go, wow! I thought this was a little blubbery. It's another part of the cloning progress. Yeah, well it's just something I've done for forever. I remember we were blessed with all these different ways we can have food on the shelf, but the old ways are still out there that have been around for 100 years and more. And it was learned through natural selection and production. And eventually went into, how do you store food? Well, they found the best solutions. applied them and then develop or expanded beyond the original knowledge that everybody had so errors are a good choice because they're good storage food i would recommend this year guys pumpkin and squash turn every time i hear people being concerned about how we're going to start or whatever i'm gonna point out that if you if we're really starving have you last last fall when you went past all the fields where there are lots of pumpkins still left out there just rotting Did the pumpkin hatch produce more food than it needed? Always. It always does. Yeah. Every one of those pumpkins has thousands of seeds in them, and every one of those pumpkins is a life-saving tool. In fact, traditionally in the United States here, back when we were a colony, and back when we were young, if you listen to any of the music of the American War for Independence, you will learn, if you look at the original music, they mentioned pumpkin constantly. because pumpkin was you know the gourd foods but pumpkin was a field ration for the u.s. uh... military for the militia and for the continental army you know that usually it was a whole pumpkin probably about always well big as they could get but again to remember these are a meaty pumpkin more like what you call a pie pumpkin if at all possible they didn't do anything for ornamentation and if they did they usually ate what they used for ornamentation guys no believe anything like that go to waste only in modern wasteful america not the world where people who can start to death though anyway the uh... pumpkin will all pumpkin and our rasher bacon was a normal ration for the troops and that went into your haversack or your backpack or your shoulder bag and you didn't just eat by yourself, you cooked up, you know, for instance, pumpkin soup. You'd cut one of the most, well of course you get sugars and anything else you could collect too or maple syrup, another very common natural sugar. And you'd do it the way a lot of people do squash nowadays. You cut a slice or a chunk of pumpkin. take the seeds, put those off to the side, roast those by the fire, because that would be a walking food later on. You would take the pumpkin itself and use it as a bowl, their maple syrup. around inside you cut some rashers some of the bacon from that rasher you had there that you know taking cut a bunch of lines of bacon lay those inside the pumpkin you would put that next to the fire while you were waiting for everything else doing maintenance on your rifle or whatever and then down down the road a few more minutes or so about half an hour look what you got oh you got maple syrup saturated greasy bacon tasty oh yeah You know what, when you're starving, that is a king's meal, guys. By comparison, you eat in your shoe leather and other stuff that the guys did while they were starving, I guarantee that they were longing and remembering that meal that they had cooked that was part of their early rations. See how that works? So again, pumpkin is a pretty good, it's also a pretty good storage food. And again, you do get the next year's production from a handful of pumpkins. But the other part about that is called walking food. The pumpkin seeds would be roasted off to the side. They wouldn't be flavored typically, but they would salt them. Just like you get salted pumpkin seeds today, but that was what was called a walking food. You take one kernel of that, put it in your mouth. you break off the shell, the husk, and you nibble on one at a time. You don't take them by the handful. One at a time and you nibble on it and let it break down with the fly, but do its job. And you get every color you produce. If you're living in the field and it's, you know, again, it's not the two-hour movie version. It's the real life, oh, this is really kind of uncomfortable, but at least I've got something to keep my belly from growing. In the future, when everybody, everybody's yaps about, you know, What do you mean you're starving? I don't have anything in the house! Let me say something here, Mark. It's a website. It's a call, man. Anyway, a few years ago. Let me share this with a few people out there. A few years ago, I did one of these lemonade cleanses. And I did it for, I don't know, like 16 days. Okay. I went 16 days without eating a bite food. Not one I didn't have so much as a cracker and I basically did it You know, I've heard of people fasting and all this is something I'd never even tried So I did this lemonade quin and I went 16 days without eating one of the things I got out of that whole thing I've got my I felt better my mind was here But what I realized most people eat out of habit out of habit and and nothing else It was a mixture of used real lemons and maple syrup. It's a mixture which keeps your blood sugar at a perfect level. I went 16 days. Never ate too much of the cracker and I was not hungry during that 16 days. 16 days. So when I discovered, wow man, I think, you know, sitting down thinking about it, people just basically eat out of habit and nothing else, really. When you could sit there and drink lemonade for 16 days and it wasn't that I was weak or anything I didn't experience any of that. If I felt hungry, I drank some more lemonade. That's it. So just keep that in the back of your mind as to what your body requires during times of lack of food, starvation, what have you. that if you just stop and take for a minute, what does your body need? You need to keep your sugar level squared away. I'll think of that website. You can get a book. We used to have it on the website. Okay. Get some of those books on the website there because once you realize what your body only requires, you can do a lot of things without food. Anyway, I thought I'd throw that in there Mark because... Oh, it's true. You see, one of the things... There's one thing that's happened with the American diet that we have to think about too, and it is true that people have been pointing out for quite some time. We have been inundated with sugars, with sugars and everything. In fact, it would still be needed. It still would be used if everybody goes, Mark, sugar needed. I know there's homeopaths. In the Embassy of Heaven, that's what it is. EmbassyofHeaven.com, the guy's name is Paul Revere. Yep, and they've been doing this work for a long time. Yeah, for a very long time. In fact, they have a couple of great cleansing books that they did years ago that I actually share with people right now, guys. They used to be at the expos when we had all these preparedness expos. And I highly recommend, for instance, the lemon plants, one of the things that they talk about, I think you've done it before, Joe. Yep. Worked exceptionally well guys, but you know again It's a one of the several ways that you test your system to find out what's going on and it's fascinating they're simple solutions, but they're working solutions Well, it's kind of a detox program as well because here's how it works you you you know you drink your lemonade all day. It's a matter of lemon juice and maple syrup, okay And that's what keeps your sugar level squared away. And then every morning when you get up, you drink a quart of salt water. Now I've warned you, do not get too far away from the bathroom after you drink your salt water, because it's coming right back out. And that process cleans all the toxins that your body is now feeding into your digestive system. You know, it's all going to come right back out. Like I said, I did this for 16 days. Not once did ever feel hungry whatsoever. So if you want to get a copy of that book I think it's entitled limiting plans or lemon cleanse or something like that. I'll find out here go to empathy of heaven.com and If you can find that book here, it's got a yellow cover on it the last time I saw it We used to have it on the website. Maybe I should put it back up there again But it's a good way to cleanse yourself Like Mark is saying test yourself your body if you body is functioning properly Everything will just go well and just get better And I guess we are up here at the top of the hour here Mark and the basic rule grow more food But work with the basics guys one of the things I did Somebody was tossing out a bunch of potatoes here this week. Oh, I'm not gonna cook these potatoes They are looking kind of tired, but you know what they're doing. They're going into five gallon pails and with coffee grounds, egg shells, dirt from last year, and some of the leftover little bags of odds and then fertilizer I picked up through the winter season. And it's going to all be mulched up first and it's going to be planted and this is another batch of potatoes that we're going to be doing in different forms. There's another box form I found in a little article. I'm going to experiment with that this year. Guys, make choices to produce food. We're going to need it. You need to know how to do it now, but you also need to have something in motion. You may not be perfect at it, who cares? The idea is to get into that direction right now. Interesting point somebody made. Over in Russia, about 80% of the fruits and berries and foods that are used in Russia are grown by the average Russian. And they're leaving communism over here in America. The average American doesn't have a clue how to grow food. Why? Because we're going into communism. They expect everybody else to do something for us. Gotta go, Mark. Anyway, we are at the top. God bless the republic. Death to the New World Order. We shall prevail, ladies and gentlemen. The Empire's on the run. And we're on the march, night and day. We'll be right back again. Joe McNeil, PO Box 164, or KEMI and Idaho 83536. That's how you get donations to us, and we need them up there on the rock to continue to punch you. We'll be back. This is the Village Slavery Force.
