And good afternoon ladies and gentlemen this is the second hour of the afternoon intelligence report. I'm Mark Hernke. One day closer to victory for all of our brothers and sisters both on and behind the lines and occupied territories west, southwest, east, and North. Well, ladies and gentlemen, you were listening to us on LibertyTreeRadio.4MG.com. We're on AM and FM microstations, CB base stations, and Ultra Net Technologies east and west of the Mississippi, along with Alaska. We're on the Hallmark Network on the eastern seaboard from the top of Maine to the bottom of Florida. From the bottom of Florida, across the arc of the Gulf of Mexico, headed Louisiana, Mississippi, Texas, Oklahoma. They're betraying us, and it's for that reason and that reason only. Again, for everybody out there going back to the east, we sweep across the plains. Pick up speed because we got a leap over that extra wide Mississippi. You know all this moisture that's melting has got to go downstream guys and everybody that's got snow and rain and mud. Well it's heading towards the big muddy, the Mississippi itself, so expect that especially in our end of the planet. Be prepared and watch out for, well the flood plains really are on the Mississippi. That's why they call her the old muddy in the first place. a big money. It's the 28th of March. It is the 6th year of open Fabian Socialist and Soviet Socialist Occupation of America with a K2014 Old Earth Calendar or my and Crazy Town Calendar. It is Quartermaster Friday. uh... bullets and beans bibles and basketballs you name it whatever it is not just start will be but also eight to see everything in between take the time check out what's available and the past that information on to our friends and allies out there real quick note uh... goblet quiddation dot com goblet quiddation dot com goblet quiddation dot com they've got landing craft again you want to be you really do want to be well least an amphibious support group They have landing craft available right now. You might want to check that out just to see what it is. Again, that's out in the location here for this location, location, location. That's everything. Leihaul, California. It looks like they have two of them there. Landing Craft, mechanized, LCM, type 8. And again, those should handle at least an M60 or an Abrams without any problem at all considering their spec. This particular craft has been available in different points. We're looking at 13 days out until the bid on these, by the way, guys. So don't worry, you can have a few days to think about it. If you really believe you think you need a landing craft. Anyway, otherwise, a couple of the things here. Sparta, Wisconsin 1979 AM General M919 truck concrete mixer mobile 22.5 tons 8 cubic yard mixer. Yeah, you heard me right 8 cubic yard mixer. This is a combat engineer vehicle here guys. It is a 1979 AM General 919 Truck, concrete, mixer, mobile, 22.5 ton, 8x6 with 8 cubic yard mixer. Vehicle starts and operates, confirmed. Vehicle starts and operates. All the information is available. It's up there at Sparlo, Wisconsin, which means it's up at Fort McCoy. OK, so if anybody isn't familiar with that, you can look up Fort McCoy, Wisconsin. There is an extensive photo essay with all the information you need about this rig. Yes, this is a triple axle. It is a beast. Years ago we bought one not quite this big. We bought a three yard trailer mounted cement mixer for $125 from the government auctions. She hauled it back from the east side of the state all the way to the middle of the state at about 25 miles an hour, wee hours of the morning. Anyway, also up there in Hurlong, California, they've got 1991 Engineered Air Systems Reverse Osmosis Water Purification Unit. That's coming up in 12 days, so that's another item that's up in the auction. Many generators right now, too. The GenPaks are located at, let's see, what does it say here? Uh oh, don't have the information. Anyway, definitely available, something to consider and think about. Take the time, check them out. Go to goblequidation.com. The cement truck is up in Sparta, Wisconsin. That means it's at Fort McCoy. Also, pay attention to the pictures and look what's in the background and around the truck. There are other things coming up for auction here. This both starts and runs. The truck will go off the site. It is a combat engineer cement unit. 12 days, 22 hours, and 47 minutes to the auction start-up on that. And that's an internet auction sale, so you can bid from the comfort of your keyboard if you want to. Again, 1979 AM General M919 truck. Concrete, mixer, mobile, 22 and 1.5 ton. 8 by 6 with 8 8 ton capacity guys, so pretty cool there. Every 8 yard capacity, 8 ton capacity. 8 yard, 8 cubic yard capacity, which is pretty cool. Anyway, it's an OD Green, it's not camouflage, but it can seem, that's okay. You could throw some other colors on there if you wanted to and nobody know the difference. or paint or whatever color you want. Personally I think I go tactical colors, just as a policy, just mark how it is. Now another thing, Uncle Sam retail sales is listed on the main page, got the pair of boots there, tap that. Always check the sales and the clearance sections as I've told you a million times about this. But there are a bunch of tools coming into the clearance section. They've piled up a bunch of nice factory, American made, name brand tools that are from the tool boxes. In many cases the tools are brand new in the package. Many of the sockets, several of the wrenches, but you're talking a direct retail sale so the price is already determined. If you're a wrencher, turn her out there and you've actually got even a business and you're doing especially heavy truck or let me recommend something. If you're going to buy or you're for buying some of the mechanized or armored vehicles that we all talk about, these tools are designed for those large spec pieces of equipment. So I would recommend that you take the time, check them out because definitely it's worthwhile for what you're going to spend on an SK tool or whatever if you go to the truck where the guy stops by. These are a hell of a lot cheaper for some of the basic tools you'd be using on a regular basis. So it would be a really good idea to cherry pick from what's available and put it into the toolbox. Start collecting now. The other thing I'd recommend is again multiples especially for the most common sockets and fixtures. This is something an old trick we learned a long time ago. If you've got a bunch of half inch and three quarter inch bolts on something, grab yourself a handful of wrenches. I don't care what they are, but have a bunch of them on hand. Wrenches can get lost easily, number one, especially in a field situation. But by having multiples, well more than one person can be turning a wrench. More than one person can be turning a socket. OK? See how that works? and many hands do make for light work so it's a solution it's a way to get deal to deal with the problem at hand that we have to take into consideration there. I'm going to do something else real quick because I'm curious here nobody has got anything that looks like it's really jumping off in the way of any kind of specials or anything this weekend. So let's see if anything changed up with center fire systems. Nope, prices reduced. The only thing that they're really offering as a special are the laminate stock and the folding stock of VEPR shotguns. Both of them are the 12 gauge, they are the ones that have the AK look to them rather than the sport look to them. And they are looking at $800 a gun. So $800 for the VEPR assault shotgun, normally is $950 and the folding stock model which is $1000. Well, I recommend the folding stock first of all, or forgive me, oh slap mark in the microphone, I would recommend the thick stock first, folding stock second, there we go, mark, we'll get it out right. The thick stock, a lot more support there, plus remember it's a standard stock, so changing out parts is not a big deal. You get madrift if you need spares, there's other AK stocks out there, or fiber stocks, you don't have to go stick with a laminate, you can switch over to something else. Not my first choice, but not a bad design. The big thing to understand is again it would fit into anybody's team. Every time you pull the trigger, number four buck, you've got 30 to 35 pellets going down range all at once. Basically the same as if you dumped a magazine of M16 ammo down range. So if it is placed, these guns serve their purpose. It's not my first choice. If you're limited in resources, I will repeat again, go to classicfirearms.com. Normally I'd say AIM, but AIM you guys bought up everything there that was reasonably priced this last week. So right now, classicfirearms.com, classicfirearms.com, classicfirearms.com. If you go there, their phone number by the way is 704-774-1102. Go to their long guns. They've got a couple of decent buys. They are offering the Sustaba PAPM 77 rifles for $550. Very reasonable price. Very desirable weapon. And in fact an excellent choice for a .308 battle rifle for the price. You're looking at $550. They do have a couple of other deals going on. They have an AR-15 for $500 and they're saying that the Bear Creek Arsenal AR-15s are going to go up in price. I believe them. Eventually they're going to. They had an introductory package going on at $500 a gun. Of course it is papered. It is an FFL gun, so you're going to have to do that. Just the same with anything else on their page. But you could put a gun together for a little less than or about that price. and your choice of packages as far as how you want to do it with no paperwork with the polymer or with the aluminum receivers. So it's personal choice there. The other thing to take into consideration is yes, they do have, they don't have the thumb hole stock, I'd recommend that one first. Uh oh. Well, I'm going to take something back here also. It looks like I might have to just say it's gone. We'll see what happens here in a minute. They did have, okay, they still have it in stock, very good. They show that they have the low capacity Yugo M70 AK type, the auto low cap N-PAP rifle with teak wood stocks, and forearm made in Serbia by Zostava, 20 magazines plus the rifle for Oh, they've gone up a little bit. Well, not much. But $470 a rifle. So they have crept up a little bit by a few dollars. They've jacked the price by 20. Was $450. Now it's $470. So they've jumped the price by $20 a gun. Maybe they've replaced overlap. And they're now starting to smack them with a higher price. I don't know. Probably not. Probably just starting to tweak the price because they figure they're selling. Anyway, still a good price considering you can get 20 mags and the rifle. It's a standard AK except that it's a straight inline 10 shot mag. Not a problem. In fact, the gun is an excellent solution for pretty much most of your needs. And for what you're looking at price wise, remember it includes 20 magazines. And I know they're 10 rounders, but hey, whole pile of mags and the rifle. for $470 was $450 but now $470. We will see if that continues to creep up. I am looking just to be safe because I know we are in the out of stock category now. I have noticed that they don't even show the thumb hole stock version of that rifle. It is definitely out of stock. That is what I wanted to see. One of the other things to remember and it has to do with handguns, I had a big question about this. The Nagat Revolver is number one. I haven't seen them anywhere. Maybe you guys have seen them in the box stores. But considering how many Nagat rifles they have had, how many AKs obviously they've dumped on the market but they got revolvers or like you know a drug on the market in the industry guys. It's why they were showing up for under $100 apiece. But I've seen nobody picking up or acquiring any of them in the inventory. So maybe Cabela's. Maybe you know gander mountain gander mountain was carrying them But I would like to know if anybody has spotted any of these in coming in or if they've already had the kibosh put to them You know had the brakes put on them here over the last couple of months. It's most likely the case Another thing I would point out High points are sticking around at the $200 mark now guys remember what I said about that Yeah, wait a minute, high points for $200? Yep, the high point is C9. $200 a pistol, the high point, black semi-auto 9mm with 3 pistol lockers, I don't care about that. Oh wait a minute, correction, correction, that's more reasonable. OK, $180, well they've jumped up again, but still $180 makes them cheaper than most. They do have the 8 plus 1 capacity 9. $460.00. Now the reason I'm bringing this up is because everybody has been grabbing up the Glocks that have been showing up if they've been reasonably priced, which they're starting to go right back up for the used guns to where they're selling them just about for the same price as the new guns. And I've noticed that even though these are a cop shop trade-ins, which typically do make them collectible in one form or another, I'm sorry, $500.00 per used gun. It's nice, but it ain't that nice. Now another thing the classic does have is they have gotten apparently a bunch of the Arcus, the Bulgarian Arcus pistols. However, the price is lingering at about $300 apiece. Those guns should be less. They have been less. But pretty well the market is being pressed on these now, if you'll notice. And not a surprise. We've discussed this. Again, I haven't seen nothing that's making me go wow. In fact, everything is pretty well jacked as far as the prices and where they are as opposed to where they should be. Even the lesser Canik pistols are not... Well, let's see what's going on here with those for the moment. And again, $320 a piece. Hey, better price than most of the other nines that are out there that they're trying to charge. Again, go with a tactical color if you can. There are also the Stingray pistols out there, but they are pressing towards $400. Again, there is nothing that looks like a real great solution that is keeping the gun affordable. They are trying to make sure that the price pretty well compares with any of the other weapons that are in the industry so that you don't spend the same amount pretty much no matter what. I mean, granted you might save $100. $100 does make a big difference. That's mags or ammo. But there should be a much wider range of pricing that just isn't existing, isn't happening here guys. And so that tells me again, they're charging not only what the market will bear, but again, I think they're being told. to keep everything priced out of range if at all possible. Try to cap it so that we're spending so much in the way of resource no matter what. That's part of the secret weapons for Silent Wars routine. Now the reason I bring up a couple of these other weapons as an interesting idea I'm hoping, and again I don't know what's going to go on with this. Well actually, okay, first of all, PTR rifles do seem to be available through E They are offering a number of Tokarev rifle mags, however they want $80 apiece for them. They are back up to where they were 20 years ago now. The other thing that they have is in their handgun section, their firearms section, they have pistols. I haven't looked to see if they documented the rest of what they were going to bring into the inventory. But the most affordable that apparently is in stock, oh well they do have something else that they have not been carrying before. They are showing that they have the Starfire M43 in 9mm for $225.00. Currently available Whether or not they have mags, they should be able to find out by going over to their mag section. Now the star, you know, Firestar, remember was, well, it made a big flare, pardon the pun, star, okay, big flare back when it came out, I don't know if you all remember these. The weapon does come with a pockmire type grip, all stainless by what it appears, although it's maybe a chromed model, I don't see information on that. I'm going to have to call them. If this is the full stainless model, actually for $225, guys I'd grab this. If it's a brush chrome, still if it's in decent shape, $225 for a pocket 9mm M43, yes, that definitely, there we go, I found something I would recommend because of the price. Now it's not the only gun that they have that's reasonably priced. They are offering also the Daewoos for $275 but there again that's creeping towards the $300 mark again. So again check it out. Go to e-circoinc.com then go to their pistols section. Scroll down in the last full column of three, the line of three on the left hand side it's a Starfire M43 9mm pistol. $225 a piece. Typically these are cop shop guns that have been brought in. They're not showing a whole lot of additional information here on the gun, but they actually have a rating on one at least. Average rating of four stars, blah blah blah. That doesn't tell me anything there. Neat looking gun. Well that's cute. Just a few good, very good condition. Neat looking gun. The star came in, you might recall for those of you who don't remember the pistol, but the Brigadier was another one that came into its own. Back when nobody else was doing double stack 45 ACP pistols, double action and single action, star came out with one that became very popular with a lot of people who were looking for fire power. This predates pretty much all of the other pistols of their type. including the pair ordnance by at least a good 15-20 years. The last of these star pistols that were produced went into government contracts overseas. I haven't seen any for quite some time. Back in the 90s there were a bunch of these floating around that were cop shop or they were foreign cop shop or military and they were brought in under a couple of different contracts. They were pretty decent guns. Several of us are carrying them and I am very satisfied with the weapon itself and its performance. It did very, very well. The thing is that Star just kind of went off in another direction as we have seen. Everybody got bought into the Polymer, etc. and I think they made a mistake because they had an idea going that really was catching on and they found a niche in the market that they could work into. Who knows I mean they could have been influenced by whoever else might have taken over the company to promote another company that had nothing to do with star Etc etc, but this would be an interesting pistol. It's the m43 go to e dash Sarco Inc dot-com Www.e dash Sarco Inc dot-com. It's the best priced handgun. I found so far in all the places I've looked you know considering what it is Yes, I know it's 9 millimeter. It's nothing fancy there They do have some Korean Israeli Browning High Powers. I have to call for availability on those. It's a copy of the Browning High Power. Again, $245.00. I'm going to be quite honest. The High Power is an excellent choice. I'm not excited about the Israeli stuff, but they don't mostly make their own guns anyway. They're usually made by somebody else and they slap their name on them. If they do make them themselves, the quality is really in the basement of most of the Israeli junk. Let's see here, one, two, three. Yeah, I still, I would check that out. Forgive me, I didn't have time today to go through some of the stuff and I usually spot check them. I know that Sarco has picked up a pile of guns that they've brought in and they were mostly cop shop trade-ins. The one neat thing, it's not a polymer gun. If it is stainless and it's the right window of time, and I seem to recall these were stainless, So, if the gun is what I think it is, hey, pretty cool. I'll tell you where this would be a nice weapon. This would be a really nice weapon as a cache weapon. You can't find stainless very often out there. And even if it is brushed chrome, again, as a storage weapon or as a cache weapon to go in a wall or someplace like in a niche where around the house you want to put another gun. buy a couple of these or four of these and lay them around or put them into your cache together in sets of two or sets of four and a pile of mags, bunch of ammunition in the blister packs pretty well guaranteed that unless you do something really strange, although you do want to definitely grease them up for storage not a whole lot going to go wrong it may not be a fancy hand cannon but it's a hand cannon where you can point it at somebody and it's going to go pop pop boom boom when it comes out of your bucket Because once it comes out of storage, and the sky's the limit, but you don't know how long it's going to be there underground. Or how long you're going to have to store it wherever you're going to store it. So stainless is a nice feature. Again, I don't have any more in the way of super information on it. But again, check it out. Pretty good price, $225 each. Hey, Mark. Go ahead, caller. BC again. Just curious, what do you think the magazines would be on? That's what I was curious about. If we go through, in fact let's do this, I haven't checked to see what they've got. When the stars came out, here's what's interesting about stars. Most people don't really pay attention to this. I've carried a lot of stars over the years. In fact, when I was traveling around speaking, if you saw me, guys typically I was carrying one of those 45 stars in five magazines all the time. Plus, I was carrying a 1911 and another pancake where it was out of sight out of mind. Or I was carrying that Brigadier and it was called a Jackass Rig, the hanger rig underneath the armpits. I'm a little thick up above so it really works. I can get away with it. The Star Guns have always been reliable. I've never had a problem with them. They're not the highest, not the most expensive gun on the planet. But what's interesting is aftermarket magazine companies always make mags for them. Now a buddy of mine has the little .380, which is a real dream, but of course, maybe someday. But anyway, I've always kept an eye out whenever I was looking at mags. I'd say, well, I wonder what a replacement mag for that critter is. They always seem to be somewhere Well, you know what I didn't do? They've added a new category here and now I can see why. You know while we were talking? Yeah. They are offering an entire line of star pistols now. Oh, really? And in fact, they offer the BKM. I've carried that. Mine was actually one of the first production models coming in. They've got good condition for $270. The visim, or wide price range, here's the BKM. The BM, they also show that Firestar. They've got the old Star Model B which is a big butt 1911 type frame but without the grip safety. The Model BS and B's, they're selling for $275 a piece. I'm on that page now and it's a nice little variety to choose from. I noticed on a quarterly basis. Aren't they made in like portraits? They were made in Spain. They made contract overrun or production cross runs actually with an Italian tooling plant also. So it's a mix, but mostly from Spain. Well with my experience and exposure to the store. And again, especially stainless because you'll notice stainless has disappeared from the market again. The big thing here is that for a 9mm the Starfire when it came out is a very compact gun. It's almost rated as a DA type pistol is the way it's set up. But for the price, again for 225 I wouldn't care. I mean again it's a good little utility, considered a camp pistol, a cache A pistol. If somebody doesn't have a handgun I've been trying to find stuff in that price niche. Remember, up until where they just got this latest batch in, SACO even had some guns for $160 to $170 a piece. You put a little hoe rubberized type grip, sure. It looks like it already has one. It already has a pock-mayer type grip on it. It looks like it does on that real big blown up, but it does tell them. Yeah, it could be rigid, but when the Starfire came out, they were promoting it in the, again, the casual carry. And for CCW, CCW Carry and then Cop Shops were pushing it. They bought the combat sight version, the flat sight version, etc. There's a couple different ones out there. Basically the same pistol but several variations that were promoted. And so it was a popular gun. It just disappeared like several of the other pistol stars produced. It got good coverage. It got good feedback. The only thing I again, it's it's new enough that there should be factory mags easily available for it And I'd be willing to bet you'll find aftermarket mags now the one thing I was going to do like I said is check Sarco first To see if Sarco has mags themselves because typically when they get the guns initially first off Then they typically have the mags, but they don't will last long you see because hey I want one of them and of course somebody does well. I've always been a twelve mags per point. bag of mags. Bag of mags, yeah. Yeah, right. Like anything else, you've got to know how to shop. And if you're like, bookmark it and keep going and then you start whittling it all, buy it then before. But anyway, yeah, you've got to know how to shop. Well, I'm trying to find, in fact, you know, I would even go so far as to say, check the show if you're going to be there this weekend. Check to see if they have Starfire mags. Well, there's one vendor that's pretty, and that's all he's got. About 20 tables and a big giant. Well, they're like, Well, and the reason I bring that up is because again, this is probably the best priced pistol I've seen in the last... Well, I'll give you an example. I went to JG Sales and JG Sales, the Cop Shop guns, should be cheaper. But I don't know if anybody noticed what they want for, for instance, a Model 64 Smith & Wesson, about $369 used. You know, you can buy almost two of these Fire Stars for the price of one of those. Which means it's like gee which way would I go? I think I'd go with a fire star I love the Smiths, but you know $369 for a used gun is kind of on the crazy town end on poet on page full page of six pages They got reap and they got another play it was with the balances if they once cheap They try to you know jack the other end the week We should be able to find a good vendor though or somebody who's got it see it's always the case. They'll be in pile of these somewhere Now what we just need to do is find out. Now the only thing I would point out is again if nothing else, this is like the Karim and the K9, the KF, K9s, the KG9s, the 9mm Browning knockoffs that came from Hungary. They were down to $69 a piece because nobody had mags. You got one mag with a gun. They stole all the other mags and sold them separately. Originally they came with two mags and a gun. A lot of guys were lucky and got those when they first came in. Then they started stealing the mags and charging extra money for them out of the box. So then you just got one mag. Well, eventually they stole all the mags and sold them. And there were no mags for the longest time, so they dropped the price down to as low as $69 for a brand new gun in the box. and everybody said what would that mean to me? I said well it's real simple it's a 15 round oh my god they're in my face and here eat this bop bop bop bop bop gun. Well you go further in their magazine section they got it all on our 9 millimeter caliber then they got the star and then they got the 9 millimeter Some of those are a little more unique. The A and B models are the 1911 type, larger frame but in a 9. Those are straight in line mags and are military typically or again post military. Well they do have the best value of the grid value. I was going to say that's about what I paid for the Star mags before so that's actually a pretty good price or at least if either it's come back down or Again, there's not as many them out there as it used to be but if you go to Sarco like I said, you just saw the page There's a whole pile of stars sitting there. Most of those are again from the late 70s Well, the larger frame models are from post-world war two the well actually Korean war era the What's the deal on that? Ballester Molina's, yeah those are South American guys. The Ballester Molina production run was a contract of 1911 pistols between the 27 model and the, basically it fits into the same niche as the Star or the Llama, but the quality of the metal is pretty well up to snuff. The Dominican Republic used them, Argentina obviously, but most of the South American countries picked them up. Venezuela had a pile of them, of course, and they even went up into the Central American countries, Guatemala, El Salvador. Back in the day, they were selling to everybody. They were the competition, actually, were probably a subcontractor to Colt as far as being an alternate plant. But, guys used to carry these. I think Don has one still. I've had several of them. They've got them cashed away. They're all stuck away in the cosmoline. Like I said, the idea is enough for 45s to hand out. I picked up a really sweet little deal here. It's a 3.5 inch 45. I'm not making that ultra wonderful. It's like a fist full of bite. I'll tell you what, that's one thing, the Para Ordnance Little Warthogs, one of our guys has three of them. He is a big man, but again, it's a staggered magazine, you know, Chubby Stubby. And for him, it's just perfect. It's like a natural extension, easy for him to control, and he can wail away with 11 rounds faster than I can say 11 rounds. Well, if he's as big as he sounds, he'll probably stash all three of them on his body. Oh, yeah. Yeah, he's almost 7 foot tall. My hand would is he covers my hand easily. Let's put it this way and he's a he's a very big he's a fantastic guy But it he had five of five variations on the pistol right now three of them are again the warthogs Yes, he did but here's the thing his whole family's the same size They're both his sisters and his brothers. They're probably farm Yes, they are. Oh, yes, they are. Well, they thrive very well. Ooh, Ron, thank you for being there, sir. We appreciate it. Bye-bye. We are headed towards the top. Boy, this hour is going by fast, too, guys. Again, for everybody wondering, that's e-circoinc.com. They have a stainless star pistol in there right now for $225. You can either go to their pistol section or they now have a new section they just listed. That's part of what they were inventorying. When I called them the last time, they had a whole pile of cop shop guns or foreign import pistols. Now, they're used weapons, but again, for $225 for a stash gun, that's a reasonable price. And again, even if all you could do is afford a couple of mags plus the one in the weapon, that's good enough for a cachet firearm initially. You want more mags, but again, if all you could afford was two more mags, some ammunition, and the pistol, it's all affordable this way. $225 for the gun, they don't have very many of them. But what they do have, take advantage of that. Stars are a good firearm. Pretty much I've had every one of the weapons that are in that picture. The World War II and post-World War II stars that are in there, the big frames. Somebody talked me out of both of those that I had in the past because I was starting to collect these things up. They came out from old collections. I got them for $65 and the guy tempted me with a $350 price tag on one and this sold the other for like $500 back in the day. But they were pristine. They were virtually immaculate guns with all the bells and whistles attached in terms of stuff that used to come with the weapons in the box, the tool kit, cleaning rod, all that stuff. So again, definitely these are nice weapons for a lot less. I'm not excited about plastic, I don't carry the way plastic or metal if I get it cheap. If somebody were offering glocks for what they should be used at about $150, I'd be telling you to buy glocks. But here's the problem, even high point pistols now are jumping up towards the $200 range, they're creeping that way. So if you're looking at that kind of money, the daywoo that's in that advertisement for e-circoinc.com, and or the star pistols are a good option they also have a uh... an israeli clone of the browning high power for two hundred and forty five dollars that's a fine gun for a used handgun to put into a show overholster was good enough for indiana jones good enough for you all you forgot remember the first handgun that indiana jones used in the uh... uh... in the uh... first movie When he's in the bar, remember when he busts in the door, he starts shooting at all the guys that have got, you know, they're going to start trying to torture her. You might recall that he starts out with a Browning Highpower. You don't think so? Go back and watch the movie. Then he pulls out his .44 hog leg and starts going to town. Oh, come on. Initially it's bop, bop, bop, bop, bop, bop, bop, bop, bop, bop, bop, bop, bop, bop, bop. You'll notice he's fiddling with the magazine. and starts working with it. For whatever reason, I supposedly had a problem with it. I don't know why. But then all of a sudden he switches over and he's using the revolver. Oh, you know, of course he's also fumbling with the automatic with a glove on. Notice that, which doesn't help either. If you're going to handle an automatic or any weapon, gloves got to come off, kids. I don't care how cold it is. You want to take the gloves off and handle the weapon directly. Don't worry, it should have been close to your body anyway. As it is, again for 9mm ammo, it's all over the place but mixed price up and down, I would highly recommend you look for just a ball round ammunition even for these used guns. In fact, because they're used guns, ball ammunition feeds first time every time into anything you put it in. Now, how that bullet affects the target is a matter of you learning to put the bullet where it's supposed to be. Not a matter of it turning into a cart-mouthed, super-mushrooming, whatever, explode-o-matic. It's a matter of do you know where to put the bullet? Do you understand human anatomy? Do you understand how it is you do the most damage for the few rounds you might be able to put into the target before it tries to get out of the way? Okay, and I ain't talking your headshot every time. No, that's not necessarily the case. As we said, if you notice all these pictures they've shown, I don't care if it's cop shops over here, secret police, foreign troops over there, they're doing all these shots with the cluster shields up front, and all these characters all piled up in a lump. If you look at every one of them, guys, blow out their crotches. Every one of these, I'd say, you know what, I'd hit the guy in the front, right behind that shield of the phalanx, I try to get right flat so when it went through his hip it would go into the next guy's. I don't care if I chop chunks out of their legs or bowl chunks out of their hip. No ticky, no washy. If you have a big lump of leg missing and a bone snap or something, you are not exactly following the rest of the kids down the road. You see how that works? Just something to think about. The biggest, heaviest thing you've got when they're all clustered like that is what you want to use first if at all possible. But if not, hey, ride with what you've got. But again, don't forget, drop down a little bit, get level with their hip. When you drop down on one knee and you put that weapon to your shoulder, you're almost right there where you need to be. So you may be still pitching it on an angle, but that's good. It goes through the first guy, blows his hip out, goes through the next guy, hits him in the dingleberries and goes out his bung hole. Still has enough energy that it lodges in a third guy. When they're all clustered up like that, that's not a threat, that's a target of opportunity. Hell, if I had a 40 millimeter, it'd be poof! I saw on my mark and now fire and one guy poo while everybody else is bop, bop, bop, bop and that 40 mil right into the middle of whatever is trying to spread out. Oh yeah, you got them for the difference. Think about it, all these cluster screw targets are trying to make you feel them. Oh, having the working knowledge you're supposed to be impressed. That would be just one of those targets I could not, I'd have to shoot. I would have to. It's like no, we've got to engage them. This is your own one chance where even if you're nervous for those gunners who don't really have their act together, you guys just keep pouring bullets into them, but try to hit them at crotch level. They're going to be nervous. They're going to pull up. The rounds are going to hit into the armor. I hate that because I don't want to lose those magazines the enemy's carrying, but consider that everybody else that's cool and mean. and bring that .30-06 up and the guy right behind to the left of that shield wall and on an angle back through about three or four of them and boom and you hear a plop plop and you start to hear the screaming while everybody else should be kicking off the same way. The heavier the guns you have the more damage you're going to do. Anyway, we are headed towards the top here. I want to remind everybody again, it is the weekend. If you're going out, don't think because it looks a little nicer. You aren't going to carry all the rest of your cold weather gear. Weather, first of all, can shift in a heartbeat, can go from what it is. Right now, we're a little above freezing, right down into the toilet. This is the Great Lakes state, and we've got ice cubes in all directions. So do not make the mistake of letting anybody talk you into lightening your load. New. Make sure you carry all your cold weather gear with you. Make sure you get all your wet weather gear that you would normally have and need in a combat situation. It's a real life environment out there. The other thing I will remind everybody, a quick jump if you don't have enough ponchos and you don't have enough rubber boots. Go to Colman's.com, it's Quartermaster Friday, Colman's.com, Colman's.com, Colman's.com. Then go to their clearance section and on the first page, halfway down to almost the bottom, they've got the USGI rubber boots for $3 a pair. They have the Alpine Flauge Panchos for $3 a piece. That means that you can buy basically what, four or five panchos for the price of two from anybody else. It's pretty good, actually about 3-4. So you get a good combo there. You've got good equipment. They've got a lot of other stuff there. By the way, they also have number size 5 waiters. They're $4.50 a pair for waiters. Another item can be kind of handy. It's going to get wet, it's going to get muddy out there. It ain't no sense in not having something like that so you can keep your carcass warm. If you stay dry, you stay warm. Especially a critical issue to take into consideration with the world and the way it's going. Anyway, we should be hearing the music here in a little bit. We are almost to the top. Melissa Townhall coming up next. Don't you touch that dial if you are listening in.
