Summary
Mark Koernke and co-hosts discussed no-knock police raids, including a case in Idaho where officers raided the wrong home while searching for a black suspect but found white residents instead, yet proceeded with arrest and property damage. The hosts examined historical Supreme Court precedents regarding self-defense against unlawful arrest and government immunity from prosecution. They emphasized the importance of armed self-defense in homes and criticized the erosion of constitutional protections. The show also addressed the Micro Effect's financial crisis after bank accounts were frozen, requesting listener donations via postal mail and money orders to keep the network operational.

increased at the same rate of inflation, the average price of tuition today would be $8,000 instead of the current staggering $44,000. This new parent organization urges Congress to force colleges to lower tuition and even pay back student loans by having internal revenue, the IRS, take away the college's tax-exempt status. Colleges are not really non-profit organizations at all. They rake in as much money as possible from every source, spend every cent, then claim poverty and cry for donations. Then they squander increased revenue on very high salaries for college administrators. The high salaries of college presidents have become a national scandal. 42 college presidents were paid more than a million dollar salary last year and 180 college presidents were paid salaries of over a half million dollars. College tuition is not determined by the cost of providing education to students. It is determined by whatever money is available, especially from easy-to-get government loans. The College Parent Association demands that IRS remove tax-against-status from high-priced colleges, lower their tuition this year and for several more years, and reimburse students for their outstanding student loans. This has been the Phyllis Schlafly Report. Here at Eagle Forum, we continue to monitor the dangerous activities and liberal agendas of many school districts around the country. Will you help? At EagleForum.org, we've set up a forum for involved parents to share their questions, frustrations, and victories. Add your comments to the education blog at EagleForum.org. Thanks for listening, and join us next time for the Phyllis Schlafly Report. We're torn and dirty as you sit here by my bed. He took off his three cornered hat, speaking low to me, and he fought a revolution. We wrote the constant, For future generations, the select, in this, the land we secured for you, hopes you'd always keep. Parents labored endlessly while your parents were asleep. Your freedom's gone, your courage lost, you're no more than a slave. In this, the land of the free, and home of the brave. You buy permits to travel and permits to own a gun. The start of business or to build a place for one. On land that you believe you own, you pay a yearly rent. Although you have no voice in saying how the money is spent. Your children must attend a school that doesn't educate. And your Christian values can't read about the current news in a regulated press. And you pay a tax you do not owe to please the IRS. Your money is no longer made of silver nor gold. You trade your wealth for paper so your life can be controlled. You pay for crimes that make our nation turn from God and shame. You've taken it, saturated in your name. You've given government control to those who do you harm, so they could burn down churches and seasonally farm and keep our country deep and dead. Put men of God in jail. Harash your fellow countrymen while corrupted courts prevail. Your public servants don't uphold the solemn oath they've sworn. And your daughters visit the government artillery and guns to foreign shores. and send your sons to slaughter fighting other people's wars. Can you regain the freedoms for which we fought and died? Or don't you have the courage and pride? And are there no more values for which you will fight to save? Arise, take us, send the Constitution, the Supreme Law of the land, preserve our great republic and each and every given right. These words were true, free, but we have ourselves to blame. For even now as tyrants, trample each god given right we only watch him tremble too afraid to stand and fight stood by your bedside to dream while you were asleep and wondered what remains of the freedoms he fought to keep what would be your answer he called out from the grave hour of the morning in tinsford court i'm mark kirky and i'm jim mikio one day closer to victory for all of our brothers and sisters on and behind the lines and occupied territories west central southeast and listen to us on Micro Effect Network in the morning. We're also on a one-of-a-micro station, CB base stations, and alternate technologies east and west of the Mississippi along with Alaska. We're in the Hallmark Network, top of main, bottom of Florida, bottom of Florida, we've got to go from Mexico to Louisiana, Mississippi, Texas, Oklahoma, big chunk of Nebraska, a whole bunch of Wyoming to include both 35th and the nine sisters on the left side of the state. Colorado, the recall, do and their part. Again, Boulder and Denver, the problem children where the Californicators have plopped their hairy hind end down and peed in the pool of Colorado. We all know how that works. Keep the wrist and keep the ball being hammer handy. Save ammunition. Whack whack. Bump. You nasty crump. Bump bump. Waving to the left coast. We have the great state of Jefferson along with all the rest of our friends behind the lines there. Do your doing your part to organize. Check out the California militia videos on YouTube. Latest ones posted. Really good work there. I want to comment on that after we come back. Well, we've been into the hour here. Turning back to the east, we speak across plains over the Mississippi and land of the Smokies with the restaurant crews, Grandma Team's OK teams, and Mob Bell Grandma Consortium with our three grandmothers who used to live very much in their 90s. We celebrate their birthday in one group. All three of them, of course, in telecommunications industry. They worked for Civil Defense back in the 60s, late 50s, 60s, and early 70s, and they've been providing us with all the secrets from the industry back then to deal with alternate communications guys on a massive scale. These ladies were right there in the thick of things, and they were the people that made it happen. Now, they're using the magic pointy finger in their memories to help us out, and it's priceless. Well, Joe, guess what? We have a little bit of rain going on. So for everybody out there listening here in Michigan and the southern part of the state, it's a little pittering like we expected. It's a saturation rain. So grab your raincoat, take your hat. Oh yeah, this could just drop down a little bit and turn to freezing or it's going to head towards spring. Either way, that's cold wet out there. So make sure you get your rain gear, take your jacket with you guys and put a hat on your head. Please. It's so simple it's ridiculous and that'll illuminate the majority of the problems with regard to you going, ah, ah, ah, getting sick later. Well, sir, what's the date today and what's jumping off the wall up there on the rock this morning? Well, I do believe it's March 27, 2014, and, uh, man, we're getting a little bit of rain ourselves. Mark, I'm, uh, viewing a story right here in the state of Idaho. I guess they had a, uh, no knock. Take the door off the hinges, raid on a couple. Let me read this little piece of you. We were talking about this earlier. It says, in the legal response filed on behalf of its local enforcement cast, the city of Caldwell denies that the unlawful attack on the Johnson's home inflicted damages to their property or violated their rights in any way. because their near midnight raid was carried out according to established, are you ready for this? According to established policies and procedures. Yeah, policies. Remember that. Policies and procedures. Okay, so there you have it's nothing lawful about it. But let me put it to you. In the event, for example, in the event that the Johnsons in this case for one reason or another they were awake and had weapons or whatever and the door comes flying off the hinges and in the event they would have shot them all, okay, what do you think policies and procedures would play in the next role? Absolutely nothing man, now we're shifting the law, you get it? So, uh, anyway, uh, and of all things, you know, according to the article here, it's talking about they were looking for some black man that threatened some lady or something, whatever. Uh, you know how the story goes. Uh, and here they are, two white people, you know, and like it's pointing out, I mean, as soon as you took the door off the hinges and you're looking at two white people, you'd think a light would come off. I think we're in the wrong place, show. No, stop resisting. Stop resisting. Don't shut up, idiot. We're in the wrong place. No, no, we got a cover. versus now we mucked up. I mean that's really the only reason that they flap their yep on this is that, well after all we could do no wrong. Oh no, you did big wrong. Now you gotta try to figure out how to intimidate or back your arse out of it. But they proceeded with their action, didn't they? They did. Well they're defending themselves saying we had a right to do this. And of course getting everybody to believe that they have a right to do it. No they don't. No they don't. And you know I just wonder what the Chief of Police or whoever is making the statement here doesn't tell you that. would have thought if you know three or four of his men would have ended up dead on their based on their policy would they change their policy then? Yeah, there's a question for you. If you sit in a bunch of men you know first off they're in the wrong place looking at the wrong people, damage to the property and all these kind of things. Okay, let's say that you know a couple officers got killed. Okay, would that cause them to change their policy? because now the people have the right to defend themselves. Obviously, because to start off, they're in the wrong place. They're in the wrong place. And I say, yes, the people have a right to defend themselves. So folks, I don't know how you people out there are missing sleep at night, but I can tell you this. I sleep with a pistol underneath my pillow. I can turn my head here right now and I have a 12 gauge and a bush master leaning over here in this wall. And it's not uncommon for me to wear either a pistol on my belt or I have a shoulder holster to sport my Beretta. Okay? That's how I sleep. Anywhere I go on my property, there's a way to defend myself. Anywhere. I don't care where it is. And you should be doing the same thing. It's just a way of life anymore. Okay? I just thought I'd show that out there. And in the story, of course, you know, they took the door off the hinges and they're claiming that there was no damage. Well, I mean, I don't know, broken doors, hinges and stuff. How can you deny what's really, you know, right in front of you so they don't plan on apologizing is what it... Well, they didn't really know where they were going and what they were They just kind of pointed themselves in the middle of it. How low does an IQ have to be if you don't know the difference between black and white? Yeah. I mean, really. Come on, man. It's incredible. Anyway, I just thought I'd share that quick story. There's a lot to it. Somebody posted it in the chat room before it got my attention. And if you want to read the story, whoops, let me put it back up here. Vanity Google, Idaho family. Idaho family terrorized by midnight paramilitary raid. and read the story. It's just another case. We were talking earlier about a guy getting killed in Albuquerque. Now again, how many of these? Think about it just for a second. Let's all just stop for a second and think about how many people have died. And the department was at their wrong address. What about that seven-year-old girl up there in Michigan who was sleeping on the couch and they just killed her? And they were in the wrong place. And you know, here's the amazing thing about that particular incident is that they had a film crew with them, you know, doing one of them cop shows. And not one flicker of a picture has come out of that killing of that seven-year-old young lady. And it looks like we have Don here with us this morning. Good morning, Don. Good morning. And how are you, sir? I'm that woman. I'm guessing I just caught the very end of that. Well, we've been covering a lot of things here this morning. Don, the guy that got shot to death in Albuquerque, there's a lot of things going on. I just got through going through a story here in Idaho, southern Idaho. They did a midnight raid on a couple of cops. They were after a black man, took the doors off the hinges and stuff and go in. And even though these people weren't black, they went ahead, arrested them, handcuffed them. took them outside and you know went all through the procedure because they didn't know what else to do right yeah nobody gave them a command they you know and look we're in the wrong place nobody's smart enough to say I think we're in the wrong place or anything like that so just you know when you're in the wrong place Don in case you didn't know I just go ahead and do whatever you were sent there to do you don't kill maim rape pillage you know whatever and we'll straighten it out later. You hear about this Paul? the time. It's just not ones and ones that we've heard of, let us. Yeah. Or dismissed. You know, if we could have, you know, access to all the ones that are truly taking place, we could sit here probably a good 12 hours a day just reporting all those stories. Oh yeah, you're right. Anyway, let me get out of the way here. And Mark, you're still with us. Yeah, Mark, you're good there, so. Well, you know how they get up. You don't have to leave, Joe, unless you've got to, you know, do something important for the station or what. Well, no, it's not that. I'd like to give you a chance to get up to the microphone. That's why I kind of slide over to the side. And then sometimes I get a little excited and I jump in and just start rolling with stuff. That's still my deal. Some of this we covered a while back. For the last century even, a couple of Supreme Courts. This was in 1895. You guys did the Supreme Court that was in the mail. The people that it sent out the leash. It doesn't even have to be a federal agent, FBI then. So it doesn't have to be a federal agent, a few from another where something in its presidential order, they tried to bring them to trust them. Are you saying it depends on who told you to kill the other guy? Yeah! Oh, okay. Yeah! Or that you have in your blue because of the precedent. I have it here somewhere. I'm telling you I'm gonna dig it up, but I just can't find it. It came to me in a printed book that someone made, a paperback book. But it had a number of old Supreme Court decisions from, in fact, then one of John Jay's decisions in that time frame, something like, and I paraphrase it, I don't like something more often, the decision goes something like, and is written by John Jay, a person is, I think that's even the word that's used, worded, charged with a crime and they're trying to be arrested in that struggle. Citizen might not even be charged with manslaughter. because the officer as described is trying to detain arrest. Now these were decisions written down into history from the first Supreme Court. This kept the bad guys in check. I had better make certain I'm after a bad guy, somebody I want to persecute because I don't like where you keep. That's what the original Supreme Court said and I will do my best in the next few days to try to find that because there are a number of pieces of paper around here I'm trying to find and can't remind me where. and everything will be fine, but you guys, the country acts like that too. It's like they want you to put something in a part of your brain and just forget about it. Like, you know, you're supposed to be able to walk the streets without worry of one of the government over with the car or being your face to the pavement until if you've been run over by a car. What more do we need to say, you guys? What used to be this government and what is this government now are two completely different things. John Jay would say, well, if it sits on that Supreme Court today, it needs to be taken out and shot. Allow this to happen. In fact, the previous statement, take them out and shoot them, they are the ones that have brought this nation to this. Oh, it hasn't been a Supreme how long ago was that? It's okay if a policeman lies. It's okay if the federal government lies to us. It's okay if a government lies. And now I'm not talking about he lies to us. We're going to go and catch a whole bunch of fish today or about he lies to put someone in jail. Supreme Court decision. That's a far cry from what John Jay would say. You guys, in my hand, I'd like to read that free case to you. 5856495, in which the United States Supreme Court has authority in the males and interstate commerce for of its off-the-free lease. We'll go over here and read that injunctive book. That basically injunctive re- Get out of jail, free card! That's what it is at the end of four-leash, that guy with the blue sidewalk and took it in junk, they've released there. This has been extended even to the you can't sue city hall or you can't sue. Well, that's it, man. They've appointed themselves immunity to anything, everything and all things that the general public cannot retaliate in any way. You know, the in-house investigations, you know. It's a joke. You have to sit here with me and laugh. It's a joke that American people would even put up with this or even consider it. So, I mean, let's chuckle. Let's laugh. You know, because we allow it. You know, we used to hear talk about low IQs all day long. But, you know, how high is our IQ to sit there and allow all these things to take place without saying a word? The only thing that makes any sense to me is people's fear. What they fear. You've got to get past that fear. That fear will cost you your life in the end run. I promise you. It's a given. Anyway, we're almost down here to the bottom of the hour. Mark, you back with us? Oh, I've been right here. What I want to do is make sure that we can reinforce this. This will be in the archive. Guys, donate to the micro effect. Before we go any farther, we haven't done it in this hour. Show me Neil PO box 164 Kami I Idaho 83536 show me Neil PO box 164 Kami I Idaho 83536 We're not using electronic technology. We're doing it the way we have always done it for decades. For those of you who haven't noticed yet there are no PayPal donation things or anything on the website. It's all been taken off. We will not be doing that. So if you will, what we are Well, we're there, man. We're trying to survive. And what it's going to require is a postal money order. Don't fill it out to anybody. Just send it right that way we can use it and send it to wherever we need to send it. Okay? or cash, people have been sending cash. And you know, I want to thank all of you who have done this up to this point because, you know, a lot of them are coming with notes in them. You know, don't give up the ship, you know, encouragement and all these things. And folks, in all honesty, that's what's keeping me going from a mental standpoint of view. Okay, there's a lot of things to deal with here at the Micro Effect. But your encouragement is what's getting you know, it's been your encouragement and your letters and your emails to me from the in the past month that it's kept me going. Okay, and I really do need your support. You know money isn't everything. Unfortunately, we need the crap to stay on the air and that kind of thing. But now is the time. You know, we've been saying this all along. Now is the time. Well, now is the time. If you've never given before, you're listening in every morning, every day, using the programs. I'm going to say, we are the only network that we've had drawings for rifles and satellite systems and coins. These are things that people have contributed to the micro effect for the purpose of helping support the micro effect. And now we are in a position or forced into a position of doing things the old way. Okay? And that's what you do. When you're adapting, you shift to what you know works. You have to do what works. And this is what we're doing. This works. So if you can send a post-money order. contribution to the micro effect. We still have the archives. If you'd like to sign up for the archives, you just have to do it, you know, through the postal service, okay? Some little notes here. I'd like to, you know, sign up for the archives. The convenience of credit cards and all that is no longer available to us. We choose not to use it any further, okay? And for some of you who don't know what's going on, we had our bank accounts cleaned out last week. All of them. everything. We are sitting here with our finger and our nose wondering what to do next. So this is what we've come up with. And there is no place left to turn. I don't know, you know, we talk about this a lot. One of the things that came to mind, when I woke up this morning, I don't know, this always happens to me. For one reason when I wake up, and one of the things that takes place immediately when I wake up, I have things rolling on my mind. It just doesn't shut off. And I wrote down some of my thoughts this morning and I was thinking, you know, what I was thinking about was the size of the alternative news networks, you know, like the Micro Effect and others as well. And, you know, people, you know, we are basically the foot soldiers. You can look at it that way. And I wouldn't ask or want anybody to feed into one single foot soldier. Okay, because one foot soldier with all the tools guns ammunition, you know everything you need walk out on the field He's all by himself. He's all by himself and we're here fighting for those who can't fight for whatever reason So the idea I would suppose you know, I've tried many things in the past as I mentioned yesterday, you know in the past I've tried to and I've sent emails out to unite all the broadcasts deal in alternative news, survival stuff, and common sense, and bringing you up to speed in those stories, things that are actually taking place, like we've been doing this morning. But for whatever reason, zero response from out there. The only one that even considered the idea at any point was Francis Steffen over at American Voice Radio. but he backed out for one reason or the other. But if we have to go this along, imagine with me if you would, if you had a broadcast network that was bigger than just the micro effect, take all the other ones that exist out there and put them all together and create a lineup of whatever for 24 hours a day. And any current news, you're all sharing the information, you go back and forth. It would be the equivalent of the mainstream propaganda machine for everybody that got on board. Because that's what they do. They just pass information from station to station to station. We call it cookie-cutter radio. They're all reporting the same garbage. Well, we could do the same thing. Oh, we could report the real stuff instead of the garbage. Might I interject? You guys, have you been listening for years and years to the intelligence back in about 2001? Over that time frame before to the monastery you heard me saying I don't listen to other people on the radio anymore why because they don't want to be a parrot remember that you remember it one of the things that we've got is situation especially where we're looking at the bad guys focusing particular fire that tells you that definitely we're hitting the right to somebody in the system who's got their panties in a bunch I think it's rather interesting Idaho just passed this pro firearm piece backyard literally a state and yet there's some just a pop string going on from inside the machine that kind of sending really interesting interesting thing but you know again you're dealing with a police department that has policies and procedures so maybe the state or the governor or somebody needs to start looking to their department's policies and procedures pay attention and get sent it on the door I hear the music or go to break though for the moment guys for everybody out there it is Thursday oh you've got to go to work It's raining out here a little bit, spittering here in southern Michigan, so we don't have snow. We got like a cold, little light rain. Y'all be careful if you're headed out. We'll be back in just a little bit here. Don, Joe, and myself, in Cell Report. It is Thursday upon the rock. And just because we're not talking about, you know, make a donation to the micro effect doesn't mean that we got everything that we needed and it's over and you know, we're not in need anymore, you know, anything along those lines. We're trying to do both. And it's a very difficult thing to do because we don't want you to come here every morning to listen to, oh, we need contributions, you know, donations. Yes, we do. But we also need to get a lot of information out. And so, you know, it's a struggle. You know, it's hard to do. So just know that no none our problems are not solved at this point. Okay, we need your contributions. We need your donations. You can still get a t-shirt from us. You can still get no, you just have to do it by mail. Okay, the subscription to the archives or maybe you just want to make the donation and just like anything else, write a little note here as to what you're saying this money for if you'd like something in return or you just make it a contribution, whatever. But like I said, it's hard to... We haven't met any goals at this point, so to speak. Okay? We have a lot to get done here. We're making a dynamic change in the way that the micro effect has been functioning for a very long time. And I want to say it's for the better. So just know that we don't want to sit here all day I don't want to. Mark doesn't want to and I know Jeff doesn't. But you know we got to keep throwing it out there because this is what we need. Not what we want. It's not a better one. It's need to keep pumping along here at the micro effect. Alright. So please keep that in mind. We would like to bring you everything that you need to do for daily tools, information, what have you. And put it in the same token. I am personally I always do refrain from you know keep keep asking for donations But this is where we got to go because the whole thing has changed The micro effects is in the middle of a major change and we're going to be relying on You listeners out there If you have any questions, give me a call here at the studio. That's fine. I'll be happy to talk to you 888-747-1968 and You know, I want to comment a little bit. You know, I didn't have well things been rolling along here But you know mark called and mark travels all over the country in a truck and mark has been here to the studio a couple of times already and I shared with mark and I have with other people different things at different times of your how to handle things, you know while you're traveling, okay, and I'm really glad that mark took into consideration all you know the things that I've explained to him in the past because one of the things that you know I used to have to deal with what he was he is dealing with and you know like like him you know I would just I didn't have to switch I always based it on I did it this way I would treat the other person in the same manner they were treating me if they were polite and pleasant then I was polite and pleasant if they were demanding and commanding well then I became the same thing but like Mark speaking from knowing what the law is, but I know what my position is, this kind of thing. And that's the kind of thing that you have to do. Never go in there looking. Don't start anything that wasn't there. But if it's already there, then respond to it accordingly. Alright? So some of the things that we do here at the Microfact does help other people. And like I say, I'm going to scream this from now until hell freezes over. Get past the fear. get past it to defend yourself in any way you see fit. Once again, 888-747-1968. Somebody asked me, I mentioned that yesterday, somebody sent me an email and I was thinking, Western Union something? Well, yes you can. You just have to let us know how much you said and the information that we need to send that email and we'll go down and pick it up and put it to use. Okay. And right now I think we've got a caller coming in, Mark Dunn. So let's just go ahead and go to the caller. We only have one, so if you're the caller, say hello. There you are. This is Danny from the territories, I guess. Me and the territories. The Louisiana, say I live in Louisiana. They call the capital Pierre, but it's Pierre. Well, of course. First of all, Joe, how are you doing? I'll commit 10 bucks a month to the cause. Maybe a bit more, but I can commit that, he's been complying on that. And I want to update you on the micro-receiving thing I got going on here. I sacrificed a whole bunch and I got rip satellite. It's not installed yet, due to mud and frost lines on a post. And then I got the FM receiver from China, finally, but they didn't send the AC adapter. We're meeting for some friends were laughing about well then when them Bachelors come to take my freedom. They better have my AC to that thing On the left with the bulging his pocket get that one first. I got it on you hoodie day and I lamented about it and and they would They offered to... I paid like 84 bucks for it. At work... Oh, these people. I'm sorry, some of these people. It was okay. I can hear you. And you'll see some information. I didn't send you none, Joe, but I'm pretty scared of bringing up because I got too many activities going on at once. It's not easy for me to display myself on air or in a letter. I'm trying to get down and write you that something. But I complained about it and they refunded me 22 bucks on it. Oh cool, that's better than the price of that wall work. And I looked around, I got a whole bunch of adapter here, but I couldn't find one that's 12 volt, two halves. I can make one that'll plug into a DC adapter, but hey, you know what? You keep talking right now, because I'm going to check something real quick. Boy, you might be in luck. Go ahead, keep doing what you're doing. Okay, well, I got one coming, so. Maybe you'll have two or three. I'm not calling you guys to the panhandle just yet. Let me... It's hard to... I know Joe, it's hard to... I haven't been in this movement nearly as long as you guys. I spent most of my life being a complete zombie idiot. Maybe start waking up about eight years ago. But I know what's going on and for the most part... But I want to get this up and running. It's gonna be running. Well, how long have you been working on it? You know, this is encouraging. You encourage others to do the same. You know, it's uh... I've been... I called earlier in the winter and told you guys I was gonna do it. You guys don't know me and I don't know you except for on the radio. But I will show you that I will do it. I don't know how far it's gonna go out. And the total market was like a rubber ducky antenna, but no it's a... It's a... Telescopic antenna on it and I got a bunch of antennas around here and... and uh... I'll get it working. I don't know how far it'll reach, but as long as it reaches out somewhere, I could work on it from there. Are you sure that's a 12 volt 2W or a 20W? It's a 24W. It's 12 volt 2A, so that would be 24W. 24W. Well, I think I've got something here that'll work for you. I got closed stuff, but it's only like .8W. .8A, so that probably wouldn't be enough. I am here working hardware rich and whenever I go to these certain bins every power supply that's there I pick up and I think I have one in my hand here that would work. That I just got out of the freebie box so to speak. It's like grab a bucket, five gallon bucket and fill it up for a couple of dollars or whatever. I don't want that built down. That was an electronic flush that ensures that everything is now cleaner on our phone lines and it was intentional and was not accidental. Let's try to appear that we know what we're doing here. Okay. You guys got to consider it quiet over here. I got you on the cell phone and I'm on speaker phone too by my hand. Well, look at the resale shops. If you've got any resale shops or any donation shops like Salvation Army, Purple Heart, There's a number of different ones out there. Go over and check with them because typically they get bins of that stuff. Now, sometimes they're chopping it up and turning it into copper and I guess it's terrible because a lot of stuff is priceless. But hey, if you can catch them before they do the chopping and lopping and cut the wires and do this and that and the other, you might find a supply over there. I would recommend doing that first. Hey, I got a message here. Mark is telling me, tell the caller. Tell that caller going to have to get a USA adapter because the China adapters don't work here if you need help he can call me Okay, there we go. Okay cool cool Okay, that's market least a kick handle so Okay, and then I realized that I realized that just from looking at the picture on there and they got different kind of adapters I got one coming I got, like I said, I got a bunch of adapters but they're not right and Tim Dickens in the biggest town in this cave and whatever you want to call it. He shut down the Salvation Army. They weren't making enough. They weren't making $100 a day. I guess what he said. But yeah, I do frequent them places and the beavers and the new place here haven't been to yet and he's 18 on dumpster dive and I ain't got a problem with that. If you knew where I was and you looked on Google Maps, you see my yard and you say that boy needs a bulldozer to shove that over in this building you know take up all you guys the time I just wanted to update you on that and I just sent us five dollar donation to you yesterday Joe and I appreciate that and I'm gonna and I sent you a counter to Don to face you so I'll let you use that anyway hey I appreciate the information I'm getting Alright, we'll get that station up and get it running there, brother. I will, I will. And if you want to go beyond that antenna there, you know Rodney at Castle Broadcast System. Yes sir. Or give Mark a call at least a quick handle for some. There's a lot of help out there to help you do what you want to do. Yes sir, and I thank you guys for what you're worried about. So, you know, can you do I don't know if you got this number you probably do. You got to hold me before so you know how to get a hold of me if you need to. I know you guys are busy. I just wanted to update you on that. You got to, oh I sent you information on the unit that I got. As a matter of fact I just had it in the car a minute ago. Okay so that's what it is. Nancy gave it to me. That's what it is. My history thing they said they was going to call me. But it's only a day like 64 bucks for it. I gotta get back to what I'm doing here before it rains. Anyway, it's nice here. It's gonna get cold, hot, warm. They're talking about maybe freaking out about that. I was playing a buttload of potatoes and carrots and stuff like that. Stretch more plastic, doesn't we do? Hey, I'm glad you enjoyed my two fish joke. Another one and then another one. I think I've done that on the air, but when I've got a trilogy, I'm going to Hollywood. I've got to make my money off the book, right? There you go. You won't be the same when you come back. Yeah, I know. But now listen, you're a joke. When you say that, I'm going to remind everybody, when you say that, you're not going to be the same when you come back. It's not because of what you do, it's because of the disgusting things you see. Hey, hey, hey, hey. Can I say a joke that I heard on Micro Effect that you probably already know? Go ahead. Well, I was driving down the road, and there's a lady sitting on the side of the road. with the truck and so it stopped and said, what's the matter? Why are you crying? And she said, oh, my cat got hit by a truck and it cut his tail off. And I said, well, he's out of the truck. He'll take you to a veterinarian and get it pulled back down. And she said, no, no, take me to Walmart. Walmart? What? That's the biggest retailer in town. Anyway, I thank you, the calendar for God. And thank you, Donna. I can't afford to... Not anything yet, but I'm going to try to do it before they switch out to that. Oh, by the way, since you're there, will that work on a 30 out of six? Oh yeah. I'm assuming it will. Oh yeah. Do you want to hang out for another joke here? Do you want to hear another joke? Yes, sir. We'll do this here real quick. I got in my hand the dictionary of American politics, and I found that other case here. You guys, write this down if you'd like. This is Naechel. N-E-G. N-E-A-G-L-E, correction, E-A-G-L-E. Listen to this, you guys. A case involving a federal deputy marshal who, in the performance of a duty imposed on him by presidential order, had killed an assailant and had been indicted for murder by a state court. The marshal's transfer from the state to federal court for trial turned upon the question of whether he acted under a law of the United States. The Supreme Court, 135 U.S. 1 in 1890 declared that the order given Nagel had been issued under the President's Constitutional Authority to see that the laws are faithfully executed and to preserve the peace of the United States. In other words, that says so right here, in other words, the order was issued under the president's constitutional prerogative and as such was to be regarded as a law of the United States. Also see Debs in Rees. We read that earlier today. We'll read it again here. We've got the time. Did you catch the hearing from us? A case involving a federal deputy marshal who, when the performance of a duty imposed on him by presidential order, read that executive order had killed an assailant which had been in and had been indicted for murder by a state court. The arguments over transferring it from a state court to a federal court keyed on the word of the United States. And the Supreme Court said that if it comes from the President's mouth, it must be law of the United States. And it also goes on to say, see, debris. Now run with me on this, because this is, we're still, I told you this was a joke. Debris. In me, rather. This is a case. 148 U.S. 5-6 Orange in 1895 in which the United States Supreme Court declared that the federal government has authority to protect its interests in the mail and the flow of interstate commerce and that such authority includes discretionary power of its officers to secure injunctive relief from the court. Now, I haven't told you the whole joke yet. Here's the punchline. According to my dictionary of American politics right here from 19... first printed in this in 1944, I think I have a 1952 reprint. The definition of injunction, you guys, that which the federal government found relief for its murderers. The definition of injunction, listen to this, are you sitting down? You want a belly laugh right now? an order issued by a court of equity commanding a person to do or to refrain from doing an act which would injure another. You got that? This is akin to the lady from the IRS sitting in front of Congress saying, ask, is there any malfeasance? That isn't the word. Is there any corruption inside the IRS? She took the Fifth Amendment. This is akin to, this is the same ball of wax. She is persecuting American people and then claiming the rights of the American people for her persecution. Now, should I tell you what an injunction is? Did you get a laugh out of that? An order issued by a court of equity commanding a person to sue or refrain from doing an act which would injure another by violating his personal or property rights. But the federal government will give its boys an injunction saying you can't prosecute them for murdering, for burning down churches, for stomping on children, for killing someone who's telling someone how to deal with the tax man, killing him, then cutting off his hands and head and feet, and when the local sheriff protests that, they kill him too.
