The Dictionary of American Politics, this was first printed in 1944. I think I have a 1956 edition or maybe a 1954, but let's just leave it at... I have a mid-50s edition. I've been picking this up and looking through it. And something has come to my attention here just from kind of stumble across and would you look at this and read that and I got to do this again. We did this the other morning and I was able to lead into it when the caller called in and said, oh I've been talking about Don's joke there. Well, I want to look here and find Nagel, I do believe it is. Nagel R.E. It doesn't jump off the page right now, Mark, but I have to start with that. This is the basis. What I'm trying to bring up here right now is the basis for a lot of the things that the government gets away with now as far as how they would ... Oh, let's say it like it's how Lon Horiyuchi can walk around. It just won't come to the proper page, Mark. It talks about an executive order that loosed a United States Marshal by executive order. This is referencing to it. definition out of the Dictionary of American Politics. The marshal's transfer from the state to a federal court for trial turned upon the question whether he acted upon a law of the United States. That's in quotation marks, a law of the United States. The Supreme Court, 135 U.S. 1 in 1890, declared that the order given Nagel had been issued under the President's constitutional authority to see that the laws are faithfully executed, and to preserve the peace in the United States. In other words, the order was issued under the President's constitutional prerogatives and as such was to be regarded as a quote, law of the United States. Now I could read that again but basically it says here, the President ordered somebody, ordered a depth of marshal, go out and do something and in that act he killed somebody. the state in which that happened tried to bring that federal marshal, that United States marshal, to trial in that state for murder. Federal government worked as hard as it could to get that transferred to the federal government to a federal court. Eventually they did. Now what happened there? You can imagine when a federal employee is brought into a federal court, tried for something that was ordered by the... They let him go. At the bottom of this page, I could read that to you again, you guys, but we got the gist of that there. At the bottom of that legal description, definition of Nagel in Re, it says, See Also Debs in Re. I have that mark. They don't have to search for it. I go right over here to page 110 of the Dictionary of American Politics. Right there is Debs in Re. This is connected because it said, See It. That's what I did. A case, 158 U.S. 564 in 1895, in which the United States Supreme Court declared that the federal government has authority to protect its interests in the mails and the flow of interstate commerce, and that such authority includes the discretionary power of its officers to secure injunctive relief from the courts. Now see that is a basic description of what happened to the deputy marshal that killed somebody under presidential order. It was transferred out of a state court into a federal court where he found over here in Deb's read the description, injunctive relief from the courts. I hope you are following along with me. This isn't This is tied together like they are rigging on a ship, you guys. After reading this a number of times, I had to go back and look at the discretionary power of the officers to secure injunctive relief. I wondered what is the legal definition of an injunctive relief. There is no injunctive relief here, but there is the legal definition of injunction. Are you sitting down? Because the legal definition of an injunction is, an order issued by a court of equity commanding a person to do or to refrain from doing an act which would injure another by violating his personal or property rights. Now it goes on to describe mandatory and preventive and preliminary interlocutory injunctions and all different kinds of injunctions, but they all describe An order issued by a court of equity, commanding a person to do or to refrain from doing an act which would injure another by violating his personal or property rights. Now how did we get to there? Remember the deputy marshal that killed somebody under a presidential order that was transferred from a state court to a federal court? Well the federal court came up with this Debs and Rees. it the power to just wash away the sins of the Federal officers. Well, they didn't describe it exactly like that, but the legal description mark is, to secure injunctive relief from the courts. But an injunction, as described, an injunction is an order from a court of equity commanding a person to do or refrain from doing an act which would injure another. So how can you get relief from an act upon which you've injured somebody. That's my point here. That's the federal government. This is right here in the dictionary of American politics. It's not like we're supposed to read this over here and then read that over there. Well, we're supposed to because it says read this one and then it says read Deb's in re. Then when you read just one of the words of definition, they use in that as example injunction. It all seems to come unraveled when you just read those three definitions. Basically, the Federal Court has built the defenses, and this happened when? Back in 1890 and 1895, in which it can dismiss charges from its agents. How does that go? Its officers that are sent forth to eat out our substance can be relieved of all charges or all charges dismissed Whether they just broke your wrist or pound your face into the ground or drag you out of a building and cut off your hands and feet and head and throw you on a mattress and set it on fire. Totally contrary to the John Jay Wright, the Supreme Court decision that says to stop an innocent person and that person struggles. I'm grossly paraphrasing this one because I told you soon I'll have it in front of me and soon as I do you'll hear this one word for word because John Jay sitting in the first Supreme Court if an officer dies in that struggle that that person that citizen might not even be charged with manslaughter because the officer bothering an Innocent man, but now the president will send somebody out to kill you just say he will give you an injunction of relief So you know I'm not just sitting here moaning and groaning about it because we've told you before Might as well just shoot him We've told you this before. They've already got their out. If you're a computer guy, they've already got their back door. If you play Monopoly, they've already got their get out of jail free card. If you believe that we live under a king, they are the kings. See how that works? If you believe we live in a tyranny, they represent it. This is how Lan Hore UT walks the streets. She took the Fifth Amendment, which was about the IRS, the attack dogs, so to speak, to eke out the substance of the Tea Party people. She took the Fifth Amendment, claiming American's rights that she was violating America. She claimed the rights of the people whose very rights she is violating. Again, there's that vicious... This is demonstration. Both of these examples are what one might call a vicious circle. Think about it. The very examples, if it weren't by definition, why in fact three of the definitions connected together out of the dictionary of American politics created that vicious circle, didn't they, Mark? The good thing is that we've got you guys where you're secure and you're out amongst us. Oh, yeah, and buddy they were quick In fact, as is stated in two different articles where they were bragging up at the time, they even went out and dug stuff up and fabricated stuff up themselves because they wanted to get a Junior G-Man badge. Well, CMM is totally different from Mootari. You know that. Wait, wait, Dave. I gotta laugh at that. I remember what the Michigan Naval Militia was. Dad, you do too in the wild. Yeah, that was a George Matusic joke, by the way. Yeah. Okay, if anybody isn't familiar with that, go ahead. Remember, when I read that, I laughed my head off. Oh, you gotta be... But that's how... That's never supposed to just start... They were backed by a corn injunction. Well, see, the only ones are little loyalist militias out there. Well, that's one of the other things that, again, we're going to have to spend a lot more time. I'd like to spend more time on this progressively. We have to, again, we can sit everybody down for about three hours in the morning and two hours in the afternoon and another hour in the evening because there are a number of things that need to be remembered. When this first happened, People who are out of state were talking to the very people that created this problem and were working with the feds in the first place. One of them tried to go directly to anybody who had any real working knowledge about what was going on, except that while they had a working knowledge about what was going on, they were stirring the pot and created the problem in the first place through a total series of absolute fictions. These characters were pulling stuff out of their arse. They turned right around and of course then they were picked up by the New York News media. They were grabbed by all the punks here in the state of Michigan that are the ring knocker controlled press. and generated all kinds of garbage. I mean, actually, the more that they were given coverage, the more confident they felt they'd be able to get away with saying anything they wanted because their logic was that, well, everybody else that they perceived as quote-unquote competition was going to be dead. Well, yeah, we was all going to be behind bars. Yes. Every day in the courtroom, are you sure these are as good as what they're using? Is there a night vision in Afghanistan made by Sony? Well, that doesn't surprise me, Dave, because remember when they rated Liberty Tree Radio, they claimed that my PlayStation 2 was the amplifier for the radio station. These people have no clue, but that's just an example. They could arrest anybody and throw them in prison for 30 years of life? Oh yeah, or send the president out by executive order to kill you, as pointed out in the beginning of the hour. Yeah. We have to know, Senior. Do you remember that man's name? Scruples, if nothing else, because I will point out that at that point in time, and we can't talk about everything yet, but remember, contrary to what the bad guys tried to do in the press, a lot of people were in motion and ready to basically wipe their hind end out too. We knew that they were of course searching for it. But here's the next question. He openly stated that they were given a shoot to kill order. Now let me ask everybody a simple question. Who gave the order to him? See, where did the order come from? He didn't pull that out of the air. And one of the reasons you mention it is also because it's a way to CYA about the activity itself. In other words, it's kind of a hint. I didn't give the order to shoot to kill, nor did I give the order of my men to shoot to kill, but somebody gave the order to shoot to kill and kill everybody. Yeah, I have followed this only limitedly, and yet at the same time, seems to be the same complaint of the international aid of the communists that they are. documented congressionally. He's pleasantly incarcerated since 2009 and you know I try to keep up to all governors within the United States of America, upper and lower. These individuals are working as officers under letter of mark. They are working through not the executive as we know it through our constitutional body, but the executive as a corporate executive of the Corporation of the United States registered in the Caribbean. The Bar Association, remember British accredited regency or again the heraldry of the Admiralty Court and the heraldry of the Admiralty Service. They are a direct component. The idea is to bring forward and address that when you go into the court. People have tried to do that. Some places it has been allowed by the judge. Most places they realize the jig is up so immediately they throw all rules out. I have dealt with this in Supreme Court filings. Remember we have talked about this when I was behind the wire. We had three different Supreme Court filings. One of the Supreme Court filings right off the bat we used a ruling that exists from back in 1987, which the court flat out stated that for protection of the business, to protect the corporation, any and all lies are allowed, in fact violating the law to destroy or to kill, destroy or incarcerate an innocent man is acceptable in the court system to protect the business. to protect the officers, to protect the officers of the court, and to protect any and all components of the corporation. That's why our association mostly needs to be, granted a lot of these guys have taken the lower oath, but if they take the upper occult oath, they're bonded for life to the same operation or the same rule of destruction as in the upper Masonic orders, which they're detangled with anyway. In other words, the crime is death for divulging the oath or for divulging the activity even amongst myself. I talked to this gentleman's wife and this is on the third page, I doubled it.
