It's many homes during this cold winter. But wait, environmentalists oppose useful energy production. And voila, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court became the judicial supremacists that the environmentalists wanted by striking down in a case called Robinson Township versus Commonwealth. a Pennsylvania state law that welcomed the energy development. The court relied on environmental rights amendment to the Pennsylvania Constitution, which vaguely guarantees a right to clean air, pure water, and the preservation of the natural, scenic, historic, and aesthetic values of the environment. That feel-good language became a blank check in the hands of judicial supremacists who were eager to override what the people's elected legislators had passed as law. This decision was four to two with one justice recusing herself. The dissenting justices expressed their dismay at how the court usurped the role of the legislature. I want to say special thanks to Joe down in Florida who sent what he had. I wanted me to let him know that we got it. We got it. Okay. There's, I would love to sit here. I don't know if they would want me to, but a lot of names came through yesterday. Okay. And hopefully if we have another day today similar to what we had tomorrow as far as mail receiving, it would certainly inspire me to keep on going where we're going, what we're having to do. For some of you who don't know what's going on, we got our bank accounts cleaned out here last week. And we are now having to shift to please only send cash. But there was one question a gentleman sent me. a contribution and is curious about the tin foil. Wrap your money up in tin foil. Tin foil blocks your money today as it can be read electronically, okay? So if you wrap the money in tin foil, it blocks the scanner. It can't scan how much is there or if it's there at all. Okay, so for the gentleman that asked the question, you're curious about the tin foil? That's what the tinfoil does. It blocks the scanner so they can't see that there's money in the envelope. What else? Man, I covered so much ground yesterday. I've got some other things that I'm going to be... I don't want to say anything at that level at this point. But they're... Let me put it to you this way. If you ever get levied for anything, okay folks. I want to listen very careful to what I'm saying. What they do is they are only allowed one levy, period. What they do is they send that levy out everywhere and anywhere. It's kind of like a fishing expedition as I figured out so far as to where they want to go to collect assets. But on the other side of that coin is if they're sending one to everybody, That's kind of a slight, if you ask me. There's something I'm checking on. And I'll give you more information on that farther down the road. But bottom line is, we got a good healthy injection yesterday in the mail. Folks in the future, so that in case you haven't heard, we're not going to be doing electronic credit cards, anything anymore. We're going to have to survive solely on preferably postal money orders that haven't been made out to anybody. Okay, just send them blank or a cash donation and this is what we're going to have to shift to with the micro effect. Now as I shared my concerns, you know, I don't know if people are willing to go through, you know, I know it's easy to pick up the phone. Here's my number. It's going to require a little bit more than that and I'm hopefully We're worth the effort for people to put something in their envelope and drop it in the mail and get the micro effects on the air. So that's all I really have for right now. I just wanted everybody to know that we got everything mailed off yesterday. Kind of blew my socks off, how much it cost. You know, we had to get it out. We had to go because it's been way too long. And my apologies for the way this has been handled. We did everything we could and we've done it and it is done. It's on the way. Okay. So helping out that way, you leave the money order blank and they were just sending it access to money orders in your place, but not everybody's going to necessarily do that. So we understand how that works. But whatever you could afford to do, hey, however you're pitching in, it helps. It makes a difference, guys. So please. Let me say this. We got something going on here in the background. You might have heard John mention it on the area the other day. We're being sent some more books. Okay, the Law That Never Was. These are beautiful books. And they're not comics, my friends. There's a lot of information in there. I actually had to part. I was going to try to keep the set for myself, but it didn't work out that way. So they all went down the road. But in the future, for the sake of helping raising funds, we're being sent some more books. As a matter of fact, FedEx showed up here yesterday with a big box of boxes for the books, okay, so that we don't have the expensive buying. Because that's one of the things that was going on. Buy the boxes, get the books packed, ship them out, this kind of thing. So John even took care of that. So we got the boxes yesterday, John, if you're listening. And basically just letting everybody know that more of those books will be available. I didn't know if we'd be able to do that, but obviously we are. So if you wanted a copy, copies one and two, the law that never was, there's some coming. And I'd say the minimum contribution on that is going to be $100 for the set. And here's how that's going to work. It's going to work this way. We're going to split the difference. The part of it will go to support the micro effect and the other part is going to help pay for the books. That's how it's going to work. For those of you interested in copies of those books, I'll tell you once again, they are rare. I'm surprised that we have brand new ones that I guess were never sold. I don't know how many there are. But I can tell you this, once they're gone, they're gone. And this is kind of information that seems that you need to know in the future. If we were to, for example, reconstruct The first thing you do when you reconstruct, you know, this is where the Constitution would have come in, okay? That you have to put up protection. You know, and that's one thing America has worked on. I mean, everything that we had in place, you know, Food and Drug Administration, for example, what their job was supposed to be. You know, there's a lot of things what their job was supposed to be to protect the American people. But you can see very easily how they've circumvented everything. For example, we don't allow this kind of pesticides in America. We don't allow this process and we don't allow this, that, or the other. Okay, so basically it all got shut down for the most part. And now we're importing from other countries, our food sources. And those food sources are coming, whether out of Mexico, Chile, or whatever, Guatemala. They don't have the restrictions that we have. So maybe they did use, you know, I don't know, the DDT or whatever it is that they would use. Maybe human feces for all we know. Okay? And because it's coming from another country, they're not held by our standards. But the government has allowed all the stuff to be shipped in and we're sitting here eating this stuff. So a lot of things that we put in place to protect America and the people in it. Like I say, I've cleverly been circumvented by the politicians who've been lining their pockets with their agreements. So, like I'm saying, these books here give you an idea of what took place and how they circumvented many things, more things than you and I can sit here and count. But it gives you an idea of how the process took place in order to get some of these things done. It's very important. Because like I said, if we were going to reconstruct this country in some manner, okay, we would have to know how the machine works and how to protect our people, because here's what's going to happen. Just like it has already happened, our forefathers came over here and they know, they already understood and knew all the problems and they tried to put again, protect together a country that didn't suffer from those problems. But now through lawyer legalese, you have a whole different language and these prostitute lawyers and politicians and all this, they circumvent it all of it, every ounce of it, every word of it. You can hear a month, you know, what does shall not be infringed or equate to? Okay, they take words and okay, so we know this is taking place. That's my point. And the only thing that's going to protect your children, grandchildren, great great grandchildren, you know, one of the quotes I shared the other morning was something by Russell Means. Russell Means, and does anybody not know who Russell Means is? But his quote was, we are the forefathers of children yet to be born. I'll think about that for a second. We are the forefathers of children yet to be born. And you know, Russell Means was in a battle for a very long time. You know, there's billions, not millions, but billions for the bee of money owed to the Indians out there in South Dakota. Okay? And they refused to take it. They refused to take it because they know it's not worth anything. They would rather keep the substance, you know, the land, you know, all these... There is so much that has gone on in this country. We've yet to understand. There's lots of things here. We need to be reading every day. So I would say when these books come into the studio and you haven't got a pair, there's copies wanted to, that you get you a pair of the law that never was. And maybe share it with your friends, relatives, whatever. Maybe sit down at a dinner table without the dinner and have discussions. You know, these are the kind of things that America should be doing. If you're sitting here thinking that somebody else is smarter than yourself, I say you're sadly mistaken. If you're even aware of what's going on in this country at this point, that's enough to get you started. That's the beginning of your so-called enlightenment. And from that point on, you have to keep feeding in, my friends. You have to keep pumping it. and understanding more and more because when all hell breaks loose like we keep talking about here every day when all hell breaks loose somebody has to have enough education to understand how we got to where we were and where we want to get back to or what we want to use as defense in the future we have to be smart enough to do that we don't have to be geniuses we just have to be aware and as long as we're aware If you're aware of something particular, it's like when a new product comes out, you can have a new product come out. And you can investigate and find out how many different things you can do with this particular product. And now you're aware of all the things that this particular product can do. It works the same way. When you're aware, you can block something. You can avoid it. You can quash it, defeat it, whatever. But first you have to be aware. And so books like these, and there's lots of good books out there, can teach you a lot of things. There's nothing wrong with understanding your enemy. As a matter of fact, it's a preference from where I sit that I understand the problem. And it's you that need to understand the problem, how they got away with it, what they've done in the past, because it is subject to take place again, like I'm saying, it already has. The forefathers came here. We tried to do this. It worked for a while. Now they've gone around it and look where back to where they were a few hundred years ago. Under tyranny, oppression, all of it. It keeps repeating itself because evil will always be evil. And like you hear preachers say, you have to be diligent daily. Every hour of the day you have to be walking, talking, and keeping people advised so that they understand. That's what we do here at the Micro Effect. Keep people informed. Because people aren't talking anymore. Not even at the dinner table. And for one reason or another it seems like, you know, their politics to them is so confusing they refuse to discuss it because nobody really has any, they always fall into that, well we'll just agree to disagree. Well that's where two fools met. But it has to be discussed. And if you don't have an answer and somebody asks you a question, maybe you could go find that answer. But don't let it go. Don't agree to disagree. Find the damn answer. I must have an absolute resolution. You know, I've heard them refer to America as a big experiment. Well, let me tell you, my friends, I'm no experiment and I'm not a Diddy Pig. I know who I am. I know what I want out of life. And I also know that I don't need any political base to accomplish the things that I wanted to and do want to accomplish in life. Okay, this is going to go a little differently than we've done in the past because we've been side-winding in ways that you know the story. Anyway, back to you Mark. We're going to talk a little bit about micro broadcasting and broadcasting in general. And folks, I want you to know that today, a few years back it would have been a little more cumbersome, but not today. Today is so simple. Like Mark was saying, you can... If you take a little mixer board, you're going to get a $100 mixer board with two or three or four channels, whatever, you can plug in your computer, your satellite system, a CD player, a DVD player, whatever you want to plug into it. Obviously, all it's going to access on the DVD player is the sound, okay? And you can put that onto your transmitter. And even if you set up the smallest of small, small, small, small transmitters, maybe you're only broadcasting, say, for example, inside your house, You don't have to be in front of the computer or anything else to listen to the broadcast. You can turn your radio on anywhere in the house and listen to it while you get your work done. Cleaning the house, working on your car, what have you. There's lots of ways to do this. But the point is, it's so easy. It's simple. And yes, it's a little bit of an investment involved. We had Rodney here with Castle Broadcasting Systems. working on some packages here a while back. We haven't heard from Robbie today or recently, but trying to get the cost down so that those of you who are interested in it, there's new ones going up all over the place. I've been averaging here for the past couple months actually about three, four, sometimes five emails a week. people, yes, we're putting up a broadcaster, or where can I get the information, people inquiring. Again, this is another tool. That's what it is. It's a tool to communicate with other people without you having to say a word. All you're going to do is put the micro effect or something very similar. That's your choice. One of the things I've helped over the years are many, many. I've lost count. I have no idea. at this point, how many people I've helped get their stations up on the air. But never once have I ever asked them to broadcast the micro effect. And any of them out there listening could tell you that today. The job was simply to get them up and get them going. And, you know, like when I first started, when I first started, of course we didn't have the micro effect. at that time. So what I was doing at the time, when I first started, I simply used a Windows 98 computer and I figured out some kind of a schedule thing there. I knew that this show lasted two hours and then I wanted people to listen to this guy over here. So I went from channel to channel to channel on my computer and I created my own lineup and kind of broadcasted, you know, what I thought people would enjoy or hearing or what would bring the most information to the table. Okay, and that's the reason that I've never asked anybody to carry the micro effect. I would hope that we have a talk host or a program that they would appreciate that they feel worthy of broadcasting on their radio station, but I've never asked them to. Okay, and right now we're going to go to Randy in Michigan. So I'll say good morning Randy Good morning brothers. How are we doing today? I've called into the radio program, I'd say over the last year, I call in periodically. I've been at what's happened to not only the state of Michigan, but other states in regards to our marriage laws. And I recognize that getting mad is my first reaction. I decided that I have to do something about this, and I figured, well, I have to do as the founding fathers did, and I gotta put my and my emotions and my anger into writing against what's happening. And I'd like to take a moment to read what I wrote. Sure, go ahead. Now bear in mind, I'm doing exactly what the founding fathers did. Now, of course, even they knew that they would be injured and harmed for what they did, but you know what, they did it anyways. And that's what I'm attempting to repeat. I wrote a petition, a petition to impeach federal district court for Narday Friedman. In 2004, the people of the state of Michigan grateful to almighty God for the blessings of freedom, and earnestly desiring to secure these blessings undiminished to ourselves and our posterity, to ordain and establish this Constitution, voted on, and successfully added section 25 to our Michigan State Constitution that the marriage of one man and one woman would be the only recognized marriage in our state. As in 2014, Federal Judge Bernard A. Friedman relied on federal law that requires equal protection under the law to allow same-sex marriages in our state. However, this is an equally flawed argument for obvious reasons. Two men not reproduce as one man and one woman. Therefore, they should not be considered equal and not protected under federal law in this manner. Whereas, Federal Judge Bernard A. Friedman, who swore an oath to uphold and defend the Constitution, completely ignored the Tenth Amendment to the Constitution, quote, the powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, prohibited by the states, are reserved to states respectively, or to the people, end quote, as Federal constitutional limitations. to not trump the rights of any state, including the rights of any state that already regulate the act of marriage. Whereas we the people call upon all of our elected representatives, federal judge Bernard A. Friedman, and remove him and prevent him from ever holding position of authority the rest of his life. And that is what I wrote. Amen, brother. Very good. Well, again, I've sent it, Congressman Dave Camp has been served. What's interesting is as we pointed out, this is something some people have caught on to in Michigan here, but the Pukta Palace, a governor in Michigan, Schneider, who by the way is from Ann Arbor, the Ann Arbor area, and is supposed to be a Republican, but we've had some really bizarre stuff happen. Don't forget that under this command we had Baker's Green Acres attacked under agenda 21. We see what's going on right now. Of course, this is being pushed from a number of different money operations in the House and the Senate, what's going through, how this has been promoted. And it's interesting that it's from the corporate end. This has got a couple of different underlying factions that haven't been brought out into the light, because if you do, they're sticky, they're ugly, they smell, and they're pretty disgusting. But you gotta ask yourself, how did they get the votes for this, or sufficient votes for this? Well, blackmail and the fact that there's a whole bunch of these Gomorrahites and sodomites in the system. You know, that's really the problem we've got here across the board. It's the same thing that it's why most of the world really looks down on us right now. It's like, why would I want you in my country? Why would I want you around? You people are like that. People are watching around their children. People are watching around the nation. People are watching near their country. I think they're very appropriate in that right now. America is going to have to make some major decisions here about how to clean out the house. It's become an outhouse as much as anything. It's like the Bomatorium in Washington with the Oval Office and the outhouse there. It's not trickle down, it's flummoxed down. It's drenched down. How do you describe it? It's like, you know, let's put it this way, bad diarrhea. It's all over, spattered all over. And it's getting worse to the point where there's a lot of people that have no respect for us whatsoever and rightly so. And we're in it, guys. We're in the middle of this. Go ahead, caller, please. Yeah, you know, they've been slowly tripping away at all of our rides, you know, longer than any of us have been alive. And you know, I wish, you know, I guess, you know, I wish, but you know what? I'm 35 years old. I'm living in this situation where these things are happening for me right now. And I'll be damned if I'm going to sit idle by it and allow this to continue. Like I said, you know, like I said, you know, just getting angry, that was my first, my first reaction and emotion that I have served my congressman. I don't care how he responds to it, but just like the founding fathers, I'm putting them on notice. I know what they're doing is wrong and I'm not going to just be quiet about it anymore. Well, you know generally people are... I mean, what are they gonna do? They're gonna come against me? That's why they went against the founding fathers and you know, we stood our ground. We didn't back down. You know, they're not backing down. We're not backing down and we know there's gonna be a collision. It's just a matter of when. I agree with you. You know people when they first when people first come into the know so to speak They go through a couple of phases first and shock. Well, man, are you kidding me? Oh, we're not kidding. And then of course you get angry. And then you go through this depression thing, oh man, it's bigger than me. Oh no, there's nothing I can do. But then after, like you've done, you sit for a while and you start thinking about it, well get past the emotional part, get past the anger, and now go get in the fight. You know that I mean that's what it has to be and basically it's been the same process for everybody I've ever met and including myself You know that's where the micro effect came from you know I originally when I first came out here to Idaho for example I didn't want to talk about it anymore. Can you believe that I didn't want to talk about it anymore? I totally agree with you brother because I just told my wife right? I told you because all these emotions going through my I told my wife I said, I said, if we have the money, you know, get a log tab, nobody, and just go hide. But you know what? That's not going to solve anything. No, it's not. Because that's just, that's only a temporary situation. And they'll still follow you out in the middle of nowhere and attack you for whatever they can dream up. Yeah, why live out in the middle of nowhere now? I live out in the middle of nowhere now. And they're still... And they still attack you? Yes. So, you know, like I said before, there's no place you can die. And these were well-to-do people. Absolutely. They lost their farms, their families, everything. But you know what? This is where America does not appreciate what the cost of the life they've lived. At this point in this country, we have been experiencing what we think. Everybody's still walking, talking, thinking that they're living in a free world. There's nothing free anywhere. Step outside the door and tell me what freedom you're going to exercise today. They're afraid to say anything. They're afraid to exercise their freedom of speech. They're hiding their guns in closets for Christ's sakes. When I watch these videos on the internet of these homosexuals celebrating that they can now get married, not just in our state, but this applies to all states. My position really applies to all states. These homosexuals celebrate. I don't see them celebrating the way that they're trying to come across. They are celebrating the overthrow of our godly institutions. And that is a crime within itself. They are celebrating the overthrow of the majority of Christians not only in Michigan but around the country who have voted time and time again that marriage is one man and one woman. And they think that they have a right to overthrow us and these federal courts, you know, the federal courts, the same people that want to take away our right to keep and bear arms, the same ones that were shipping guns in Mexico, the same ones that send our sons and daughters to foreign countries without declarations of war. These are all major violations and I'll be damned if we said I don't buy it. Amen. It says there's a story in the Bible about Adam and Eve, not Adam and Steve. That's right. That's right. But they're trying to say that those people are somehow now equal to us? I don't think so. Just because they can go and die. That doesn't make them equal to us. Well I heard a new phrase last night on one of the... History. History is repeating itself. Yes it is. And see this is the thing that they count on. They kept America... Well America at this point, and nobody will disagree, is so dumbed down they don't even care anymore. And unfortunately those who are so dumbed down and don't care anymore, you know, they're going to have to go through the board or something. I don't know. They're going to have to experience something. I come out on the other side and say, whoa, man, I don't think I want to do that again. But you know, at that point, obviously it's too late. For those of us that are doing our due diligence and we're keeping an eye and a thumb on what's taking place trying to warn the others. This is what's going on. This is what you're going to suffer from. You know, all the predictions that we talked about in years past, you know, back in the 90s and the 80s when all this information started pumping out, you know, people got involved. People got mad. I used to go with people down to law libraries and chasing this down, chasing that down. And folks today, man, we've got technology. You're listening to it. You got technology right at your fingertips, man. This information can spread even faster, but everybody's sitting there listening. They're just sitting there listening. They're not going out. We need people to recruit listeners for the microeffect or anybody else that's putting out information that's worth listening to. That's going to be educational, informative, and common sense. All those things. This is what America needs. All the things that they're not getting from the educational system at this time. We have to take their place and get the information out. This is why it's so important to keep something like the microeffect. You're not sending money to me, my friends. I want everybody to understand that that money isn't for me. That is for this network, for this machine to keep the machine going. You know, like I said the other day, maybe even yesterday, when those bank accounts got cleaned out, that wasn't my money that they took. It was your money. It was your effort to keep the micro effect on the air. Okay, so now we've had to change strategies. And it's not unusual to have to change strategies because we have to adapt, just like we have to adapt. And every other thing that we have going on in this country, we find ways to adapt. And as long as everybody's willing and willing to step up, like Randy here, we have to get involved. And by listening to the micro effect and doing nothing else is not being involved. You're being informed but nobody's doing anything with the information per se. Thank you my brother.
