The Phyllis Schlafly reports from Eagle Forum that the Schlafly is a constitutional attorney, pro-family leader, and the author of more than 20 books including No Higher Power, Obama's War on Religious Freedom, an important new book that exposes the undeniable campaign to secularize America by the Obama administration. And now, here's the president of Eagle Forum, Bella Schlafly. Last year, two gay men, David Mullins and Charlie Craig, asked a Denver cake shop to bake a cake for their wedding. Owner Jack Phillips said he could not provide a cake for a gay wedding because of his religious belief. But he would be glad to bake any other kind of cake for any other celebration. One of the gay men said this was offensive and dehumanizing and said no one should be turned away from a public business because of who they are. He and his gay friends sued, and the judge told the baker he must bake a gay wedding cake or pay a fine. The ACLU said this ruling should serve as a warning to other businesses that they cannot discriminate against gays because of who they are. This ruling serves as a warning that our government no longer respects the First Amendment rights of business owners when they can flip with the gay agenda. Calling this discrimination based on who gays are really misses the point of the dispute. The baker did not discriminate against Mullens and Craig because they are gay. The baker was happy to do business with them and sell them anything except a wedding cake. He discriminated against an event, not against people. He wasn't unwilling to make them a cake, he was just unwilling to make a certain kind of cake. Incidentally, Jack Phillips the baker does not make Halloween treats because of his religious beliefs. If a person asks him to bake a cake for a Halloween party and he refuses, will they sue for discrimination too? Of course not. That would be ridiculous. The baker says he will pay the fine and even shut down his shop if he has to. I applaud him for standing up for his religious principles, but I think it's sad he has to risk his livelihood to stand up for his religious beliefs. This is one more example of the government demanding that people in business violate their religious principles in order to continue doing business. Will activist judges continue to rewrite laws with no regard for the Constitution or the will of the people? He took off his three-cornered hat and speaking low to me. We fought a revolution to secure our liberty. We wrote the Constitution to shield from tyrants. For future generations, this legacy exists the land of the freaking home of the brave. The freedoms we secured for you we hoped you'd always keep. The tyrants labored endlessly while your parents were asleep. Your freedom's gone, your courage lost. You're no more than a slave. In this, the land of the free, the brave. You vie permits to travel and permits to own a gun. Permits to start a business or to build a place for one. On land that you believe you own, you pay a yearly rent. Although you have no voice in saying how the money's spent. Your children must attend a school that doesn't educate. And your Christian values can't be taught. You read about the current news in a regulated press. And you pay attacks you do not owe to please the IRS. Your money is no longer made of silver nor of gold. You trade your wealth for paper so your life can be controlled. You pay for crimes that make our nation turn from God and shame. You've taken Satan's number and you've traded in your name. You've given government control to those who do you harm so they can burn down churches and seize the family farm. and keep our country deep in debt. Put men of God in jail. Harash your fellow countrymen while corrupted courts prevail. Your public servants don't uphold the solemn oath they've sworn. And your daughters visit doctors so their children will meet. Your leaders send artillery and guns to foreign shores. And send your sons to slaughter fighting other people's wars. Okay, now, I've got a lot of trouble. Can you regain the freedom for which we've fought night? Or don't you have the courage the faith to stand with pride. And are there no more values for which you will fight to save? Or do you wish your children to live in fear? Most sons of the republics, take a stand. Defend the Constitution, the supreme law of the land. Preserve our great republic in each god-given right. As Iowoki vanished in the mist for winning, his words were true. We're free, but we have ourselves to blame. Or even now as tyrants trample each god given right. We only watch him tremble, too afraid to stand and fight. If he stood by your bedside and dream while you were asleep and wondered what remains of the freedoms he fought to keep, what would be your answer if he called out from the grave? Because I had no magazines and then I met a man who had no ammo. Good morning ladies and gentlemen, this is second hour of the morning in this report at Markham. And I'm Jim McNeil. And for all of our friends out there, some people say, thank you. We appreciate the effort there. People know about how to connect, how to link and don't forget to use those nickels with Jefferson on them. Those dollar coins with Jeff. and the $2 bills would reinforce, reinforce, reinforce constantly. Then there's the rest of our friends on the left coast that are obviously dealing with a sputum's evil Oregon and kind of stand back up with the yucky stench. As a matter of fact, you may have, because it's been coming out of the West. So you probably did. We got yours and you got ours. Just for a little bit, it won't last. You know that. You've been having better weather than we've had for all week. Real quick, okay guys, now this is fun. And this, but it's also serious, in that, you know, go to war. Bad guys have decided they're going to go for the gusto. They do what they're going to do. They think they can push and roll over and get gun confiscation and everything in place and then do the gun confiscation thing, right? Well, I'll tell you, Mike Vanderboe has been writing some really good letters and it's in the vein of the American persona, the American heritage. How things really are going to work and how things have worked and how they need to work in order for things to work right again. Okay? So I want you to go to From the Trenches World Report, go back through the scroll and you can find this article two ways. You can find it by going to fromthetrenchesworldreport.com. Go back to the second page back and work your way down to an article that says, an open letter to the legislatures of New Jersey, are you seriously proposing to have your own skulls turned into soap dishes? Now I'm going to repeat that again. And I'm going to read this article. I did this last night. I'm going to read this again. This is going to be in the archives. But I want to give full credit where credit is due. This is in the Sipsey Street Irregulars by Mike Vanderbaugh. OK, that's V-A-N-D-E-R. V-O-E, an open letter to the legislatures of New Jersey and Rhode Island seriously proposing to have your own skulls turned into soap dishes. Yeah, I think I hold down here and grab a little cup of coffee. A caffeine there. and I'm looking at this and there's a picture of Aunt Jenny Brooks. Now, when you look at this picture, Aunt Jenny Brooks is that classic grandma. You know what I mean? She's that woman who you go, wow there's grandma! Oh, I bet you she's seen a lot of things. Jenny, Jenny Brooks, Aunt Jenny Brooks, she saw a lot of things. Now why don't you all pay attention here. Now this is done as a letter addressed to the idiots who think they're going to start, you know, like Connecticut. They're all getting together to start. Remember I talked about this about, you know, two, three weeks ago? Why did they have all these characters together in one place, guys? To the legislators of the states of New Jersey and Rhode Island. Find the approach of your votes for firearm confiscation. Firearm orders of your respective states. tell me that you are busy men and women with short attention spans. So I will try to make this brief, beginning with an instructive story from the history of my adopted state. Some still tell it with pride in the hills of North Alabama. Like all best stories, it has the advantage of being true. In 1863, eight duly sworn and appointed law of government acting with the authority of their nation's congress executed a search warrant of the homestead of one Henry Brooks. They were there searching for Brooks's son who was evading the draft and execute the tax-in-kind law which stated that everyone, no matter how poor, had to support the national government even if that meant having half their crop and farm animals stolen for government purposes. At the homestead were Brooks, his wife Jenny, and their eight children. The oldest son was 17 and was hiding in the barn. The youngest was suckling at his mother's breast. The men disarmed the Brooks's at gunpoint and commenced their work. In order to find out where the eldest son was, the Confederate Home Guard posse, you know, the posse, put a rope around Henry's neck threw it over a limb of the tree in their front yard and slowly raised and lowered him, torturing him for the whereabouts of his son as the entire family was forced to watch. Dortley, the oldest boy, could take no more and charge the men in a hopeless sally from the barn. He was shot to death. Henry Brooks, still hanging from the rope and strangling to death, was shot as well. Awful and duly sworn search party then rode away. They were lapped. Let's go back to the donut shop. That's mark adding that okay They're gonna go back to the donut shop and go back to the bar roid up and have some coffee had they understood who they were messing with They wouldn't have been laughing Jenny lowered her husband's body from the tree laid it out beside that of her oldest son and Had all of her sons placed their hands in the blood of their daddy's chest or in the case of the baby, she placed it there herself. She then had them swear of blood oath that they would not rest until eight men were dead. It began a feud that lasted 40 years, the last shop of which were fired in McCurtain County, Oklahoma in 1904. By that time, seven of the eight law offices were dead. As well as no less than 24 others who got in the way of the Brookses and their quarry. The eight disappeared, leaving his family and all his property behind, apparently changed his name and was never seen in these here parts ever again. What does this have to do with you? Well, I'm gonna get to that. You stick with me here. Jenny, a full-blooded Cherokee girl whose family had avoided the Trail of Tears by hiding up in the mountains, loved her dead husband. She demonstrated the depth of that love by ambushing the leader of the lawful Pase a couple of months later, shooting him off his horse as he rode out alone from his own home. She then dragged the body into the woods, cut the law man's head clean off, put it in a coat stack, took it home, and put it in a live boiling pot, cooking it until all that was left was the man's turn it upside down, put it on a sideboard, and used it as a soap dish the rest of her life, right up until the day she died, many, many years later. Jenny lost all of her boys but one and several son-in-laws in the 40 years feud, but she counted that as part of life. In later years, she would relate how proud she was of her boys dying with their boots on, and how she had taught them all to shoot straight. Again, you will be asking patiently, what does this happen to me? Wait, wait, wait. Just this. The eight duly sworn and appointed law officers didn't understand, nor did they care to understand just exactly who it was that they were messing with. They were the law. had to be obeyed. What they didn't understand in the arrogance of their igg was that they too were in violation of a law. The ironclad and the non-repealable law of unintended consequences. This is a mistake that you too, at this moment in history, are on the cusp of making. Like the Senate and the legislatures of Connecticut, You're about to pass more onerous laws robbing heretofore law-abiding firearm owners of their God-given, inalienable, and natural rights to liberty, property, and life. Rights of the United States Constitution merely codify. Now I'm going to point that out because that's something we've stressed for years. Merely codifies. These rights do not come from the Constitution. And they certainly do not come from you by your permission. They're not subject to a majority vote, they just are. The Connecticut authorities are discovering to their jargon that fully 85% of firearms owners that their draconian law was aimed at are refusing to comply. More than a few have made up their minds to resist any confiscation, law or no law, even if that means defending themselves from state violence at the point of their rifles. As I pointed out in a speech on the steps of the Connecticut Capitol last April, when democracy turns to tyranny, the armed citizenry still gets to vote. Click. You see, like those eight doodly sworn and appointed law officers, you mistake the people you victimize. You see, they have put up with previous restrictions you have passed. They backed up grumbling, but they backed up. However, many of these folks with a huge sense of grievance brought about by decades of being pushed back from the free exercise of their traditional liberties by the likes of you are ready to themselves push back. The thing is, Connecticut has now ventured into the undiscovered country as likely as uncomprehending deaf and blind folks in the camp dancing in a minefield. For as I tried to explain to them, and they and you live in a different century than Jenny Brooks, had Jenny understood the principles of fourth generation warfare, she would have sent her boys to kill the Confederate governor of the state of Alabama and his political minions. Not to mention the Confederate Congress, who passed the despotic laws, and newspaper editors who endorsed them. For 4th generation warfare, understands that the way to defeat an enemy is to directly engage the war makers and decision makers. Win the war there and the raid parties stop coming. This is the reality of war in the 21st century. You have the civil war you risk by pushing you barely under... pushing people you barely understand who have decided in their own minds that they will be pushed no longer. Ask yourself, if Connecticut has an 85% non-compliance rate, which will, let's see, what will the rate be in New Jersey or in Rhode Island? Do you think that your fellow citizens are more meek than Connecticut's? Are they more willing to have their rights torn away just because you say so? I doubt it. In case you hadn't noticed, civil wars such as you now propose to ignite haven't gotten any more civilized since Jenny Brooks' century. Indeed, they have grown more savage. And here you are, like the Confederate Congress, about the past laws that will bring parties of armed men ready to gole out state-sponsored violence in furtherance of your tyrannical appetites. the doors of the people who already feel disenfranchised, marginalized, mocked, and scorned. Do you seriously think that after the first folks are killed in the name of your benevolent intentions, quote unquote, that your victims won't come looking for you? Do you think that after you have killed Tiff and Ken, you are immune from such people making a soap dish out of your skull just because you were elected by the constituents of your district and that the quote unquote law was passed according to democratic forums? Do you imagine that there is a green zone within which you could hide from the future Jenny Brookses that your tyranny will have made? It is an established principle of American jurisprudence that an unconstitutional law is null and void. Connecticut has passed such a law and is apparently intent upon rushing it into action before the Supreme Court can rule upon it. I have urged them to suspend enforcement until that time. They have ignored me. The fact that I can later say that I tried to warn them to prevent civil war will be cold comfort. But don't you think that it would be a better, the better part of valor for your respective states to at least Connecticut ends up killing people under a law that was supposed to be null and void by the Supremes. I really would like to avoid another civil war in this country. I hope you agree with me. Do not extrapolate from your own cowardice and think for one moment that these people who are scarcely, you scarcely understand and secretly despise would be willing to merely roll over at that first threat of state-sponsored violence as you would. There remain in this country people who are willing to die for their principles. Such people are most often willing to kill in righteous self-defense of those principles as well. American history demonstrates that it is best not to push such people too far, unless they push back fully. To ignore that truth is to go whistling past Jenny Brooks' soap dish. Kind of makes your scalp itch. And again, let's give full credit to Mike Vanderbaugh, P.O. Box 926, P.O. Box 926, P.O. Box 926, P.O. Box 926, P.O. Box 926, P.O. Box 926, P.O. Box 926, P.O. Box 926, P.O. Box 926, P.O. Box 926, P.O. Box 926, P.O. Box 926, P.O But consider that, well everybody goes, what can I do? Well you can do what Jenny Brooks did. You can ambush them when they're coming out of their house. You can pull them out of their saddle or right out of the seat of their car. Drag them out, cut their heads off. And they deserve it. They really do. They deserve it. These black uniformed punks. Looks like we need a bunch of soap dishes. I think they need to die. That's just me. And again, a lot of other Americans feel the same way. So I think we're heading towards the train wreck. Maybe we can get a contract with Walmart. That's right. Yeah. By the way, the make a plastic Chinese version. It's the Jenny Brooks commemorative. Let's go to John and Maine here. He's been hanging on the line. Good morning, John. Good morning, Colin. Good morning. I appreciated that article. Morning, Mark. Good morning, Joe. I just want to tell you yesterday was one of the most rewarding days of my life when I heard Evelyn call in and I can honestly say without a doubt that that Waco coin went someplace to be appreciated. If you're not listening to her, it was made my day basically. So I'd like to thank her for doing that and hope the coin did what it needed to do for the network. Mark question. Those 80% receivers, as far as legality is concerned if I'm not correct, are nothing more than a block of plastic and that's why there's nothing required as far as background checks or anything when you buy them. Right. Exactly. So how is it that the boys in black decided that they have any right whatsoever target ARES when you can buy 80% AK receivers, you can buy 80% aluminum receivers, you can buy 80% whatever receivers. Right, here's where the two things were in question. There was a lot of confusion. Remember everybody was announcing that Ares was rated when they weren't. When it happened, what happened is they reversed the situation. Remember they were tagging the ATF because they were trying to, apparently, and it now turns out that the guys, there's an interview here, they tried to secretly muscle him to hand over his stuff and not let anybody know. Which is what the Batbagots do all the time. They'll go to all these FFL dealers, all of them. I don't care where it is, down in Austin, Texas right now, there's one of the biggest gun shops, it's a two-story shop. The back packets come in there in groups of 13 and 14 and go over all their records illegally and they bend right over and let them do it. Under the Gun Control Act of 1968 with firearms, not manufacturing, with FFL dealers. It was written into the law that the FFL dealers have the authority to tell the back maggots to leave because they can't go shopping for their mailing lists through the 4-4-7-3 forms. But that's exactly what the back maggots have done by, you know, again, threatening these guys over and over again to the point where most of them just bend over and let them take it. You know, like they just do it. Most people, even though they might have read the law and then maybe they haven't. The reason that originally the argument against the gun control act of 1968 was that they'll take these 4-4-7-3 forms and use them for confiscation of guns. And they said, oh, that's crazy, which of course we've always heard, and then they do it, right? Well, what they said from the countermeasure to this is that the guy who has the license will be able to stop the government agents from doing that. Really? Well, it is true that the NFL dealer's got plenty of guns around him, and he might even have a few employees. But you might have noticed that they always come with a gang of pirates to come in and steal everything. Now, move forward to Aries Armor. What in reality we're finding out about the Aries Armor case is, well, yeah, they always want their list of everything and anything in the way of who got what. But that's just where, again, they figure they'll try to pull you over, and if they can't, well, what Aries Armor did is put a restraining order on them, number one, to prevent them from doing that. Number two is it turns out that what they were trying to set everybody up on is when they've had machinery set up and they'll let you come in and use their machinery. that, well, what they would do is they had a rat or a stench who tried to set him up and said, oh, come over here and show me how to do this, because I don't know how to do this part of the, you know, running the machine. We'll further back up a little bit of this, we'll cover this again on the other side. Anything else, sir? No, I'm listening online and I hope you gentlemen have a great day. Appreciate it. Thank you, sir. And again, we're going to the bottom of the airbag. Real quick, grab that cup of coffee. Hang in there Russell, we'll catch you on the other side of the bridge here. And we'll grab all the other callers. Okay, well I'll do a quick explanation with the other end, but let's go to break first and then we'll be back for the next half hour. In the report, it's Friday! You tell the report. I'm Jimmy Neal here with Mark Courtney. And yeah, it's Friday. Go ahead Mark you say you wanted to make a short comment here before we pull it Yeah, we'll grab that call here in a second guys real quick number one what it turns out is a lot of guys are doing what are called build parties a lot of people watch those on YouTube where a bunch of different people get together They're usually just regular people like you and me they go to a guy's house They were doing a case this way because the aks require a little more expertise than the AR to put together as far as from scratch You don't want to make a mistake with a sheet metal, you know, respect them, but you can do it And I could teach you a few things there as far as fixing the receivers if you drill them wrong. But what happened is they are attacking the idea that, offer your machinery. One of the most common things to do it quick is to use CNC machinery. Well ED apparently was bringing people in, saying the jig up they would set for you, you drop it in if it was aluminum even, aluminum and or plastic. And then you would run the CNC machinery under their instruction. What happened is that they're arguing that, well, that's the same as them running the machinery and building the guns. Apparently, Aries may have been doing something similar, although again, there's a plus or minus argument on this. The idea is that as long as the person ran the machinery, it was okay, but if somebody else steps up and tells the person what to do, or adjusts the machine for them, all of a sudden they're in violation. See, this is that Sadducees and Pharisees BS where threading a camel through the eye of a needle. So it's the same garbage we saw in 77 with AR-15 flash hiders. They do the same thing. What they're going to do is this. This is how it works. There's no violation. What they do is, I think, I think that, and when they pull this BS, they're taught to pull this BS. Backpaggots, FBI, the liars all operate the same way. Have we not seen this before? I think things. This is why feds don't take, don't record things, guys. Have you ever noticed this? I've repeated this a million times on the air. In the age of modern audio, you have MP3, you've got nothing else just copiers, you've got all kinds of garbage, or you can run up an audio recording machine when you interview somebody. You'll know that you don't do that. What do they do? They either stand there and they ask you questions, or they have a notepad. and you know what they do? Well, the best of my memory... What do you mean the best of your memory? We need to record this. Oh no, no, they don't record this. This way they have this quote unquote professional witness who trying to recall selectively everything that was said. You see how that works? In the age of modern recording technology, and again anytime you're dealing with any of these jackasses, here's what you do. Well, we're gonna record everything. Oh, I don't want you to do that. A sub-example of this is back when they had the DC sniper shooter. Remember him? Actually it turned out to be two black guys who were using the rear end of a Caprice with a hole in it to kill lots and lots of people. And it wasn't the white guys who were in the militia who had white vans, just conveniently the white van thing, because that was emphasizing evil white guy. Well, turns out it was two black guys who were laughing their arse off because all of these profilers from the FBI were lying through their teeth and didn't know Jack squat. Most of them were Jewish mob and massage double agents that were doing that. Remember we named names on that back in the day and it was all kosher mafia types that were doing the it's not my leg shooting people. We don't do that. Turns out it was a couple of black guys who were killing people for the fun of it to get down on whitey, etc. Blah blah blah blah blah, whatever they were doing, okay? But you might recall that this was the excuse to go after gun owners. And what happened is a lot of the guys were smart because they didn't want to be standing there by themselves and these fools to make stuff up, so they called the press. Well, the FBI wouldn't talk in front of the press because they were asking all these gun owners questions which had nothing to do with the investigation, but everything to do with collecting, you know, doing a fishing expedition. So when they said, well, no, I want to record right here, you can go ahead and ask any questions you want. Oh, well, we can't do that. And then when he got him out, they said, boy, they convinced the guy, the one guy, for instance, he had his weapon laying out, all the press was there, and they were ready to record everything. And, well, we can't do that. And then when he pulled him off the side, he agreed to talk him off the side, he said, why did you ambush us? Well, you planned on ambushing me, fool. You think I'm stupid? so what's wrong with recording it well the reason is so that when they go well the best of my recollection i think he had double horned he's wearing a double so that he's evil and you all need to convict him of something you need to charge him with something because no i didn't have a recording device i just are the best of my memory and even when they have a recording device when they do any kind of this this spy work they always cobbled the tapes They always only want you to hear one selective element of a paragraph or even a sentence. Well just listen to this and they pay three or four words. Alright, that's enough. And it's to the best of my memory. What do you mean to the best of your memory? You see, that's an example of what's going on here. This is an interpretation based upon the Ouija board, the tarot card, and the crystal ball. And here the crystal ball is kind of muddy, scratched on the outside, and they don't really use it. They just pull stuff out of their arse. And how many times have we seen this? Over and over and over again. So, that's what's going on with the Ares Armor thing along with others. And again, there is no difference. The Polymer receivers, there's five or six variants that they've sold, okay, that everybody has sold. Each company has taken their turn. The original ones were all black or all solid color. What they've done is they came up with a diffusion, a one step but two color infusion mold. The way this works, and this is the chicken bird before the egg, they're arguing, you know what's going on and they know how these are built. And the people who built them do that they come up with this BS, so they already knew how to deal with this problem. the two color mold what they did is they infused the color, the light color first and then they infused the mold the rest of the way with black and there are several people who have come up and said hey this is how it works and so it's one piece it just got two colors so that's the thing that their panties are in a bunch over because well all they have to do is build this out well of course that's all they have to do so your point completely conforms to all of their regulations of specs as they pulled out of their arse last week but you see this week some witch doctors Square's a three dollar bill. Some faggot from whatever operation, never touched your gun in his life, will be told what to say next about what the interpretation is. Then all the field agents use it accordingly. Be it a flash hider, be it a barrel, be it a sight, be it whatever. It's totally arbitrary. What they said last week, they will ignore it next week. Always remember that. We have covered this for decades on the air. We have demonstrated this time and again. And this is no different. This is a fishing expedition. just like all the other garbage you're doing all over the country. In this case, while they're busy with Connecticut, which is on the East Coast, they were doing this on the other side of the country. Anyway, we've got to call her, Jody. Hey, it's Russ. You want to look, please? Yeah, go ahead, sir. Hey, years ago, what really galls me is this deposit on your beer bottles and soda pop bottles. You know, it's Nick will pop that house up. When Schwarzenegger first got in in California, he... For some reason wanted to know where the surplus money was going. Where did the money go? Yeah. Yeah. Only about a third of them can't send bottles that you're paying deposit on get recycled. So the rest is going into the state conference. Well, it was disappearing hand over fist anyways I guess somebody put the word on old Arnold baby to shut his mouth and get out of it Yeah, we never we never heard a damn thing about it in the state of Michigan a hundred and some million dollars in bottle returns or not are not Resented you know, they don't go back to the people now. Where does the cash go? Well again, it's cash. So that should say it's being stolen Well anytime you have Nancy goes goes in the general fund any time you hear general fund that means it goes into generally the mafia's pocket It's like cement. Okay, cement, garbage and poles are mafia. It's that simple. And the same is true with any of these returns. Although don't do this. Don't hurt the can thing. Because we finance a lot of stuff with models and cans, guys. Well, I do too. That's all I know. Oh my goodness. The only thing that's changing, and this is why they actually have been spending money trying to attack people or trying to restrict model returns. Let me give you an example. Here in Michigan, traditionally with all the can return companies, As long as you can see the barcode and see that it says returnable to Michigan, flattened or twisted or cut or shot, they had to take it. Well now they're saying only if it's pristine, in other words, only if it's perfect are they going to accept them if it was flattened or whatever, which really doesn't make any difference because you've ever seen what they do. But if you put it in the cam machine, the cam machine automatically flattens it, right? What do they do with an organ? Yeah, they do it here too. The same way the machine crushes it and flattens it so you can put more in the hopper. Now, the thing is, but if you bring one in, they won't let you have that one that got partially crushed in your backyard or maybe you threw it in the garbage or accidentally you pulled it out. No, it's messed up. Now they're telling you, you can't do that. Now the reason they're doing this is because of what you just said. The shysters are used to a certain level of thievery. but America is getting poorer. So for instance, here in Michigan, anybody that sees a can or bottle, they grab it and it goes back. Well, they're not keeping as much as they were. They're actually having to pay out or pay back more than they ever have. And they're getting picky about that because they're used to a certain amount of feeding off of our wallets. And they're actually complaining about that, well, people are turning the cans back in. It's like, yeah. The other part of it is, The administration, they've caused so much to move a piece of paper from one desk to the next. Okay, how much of that deposit money is lost in just the administration? Is this a bureaucracy? Yes. Oh yeah, because you have to have, oh, the bottle can and distribution division has, I am sure, a person in charge who makes $116,000 a year, at least, more likely here in Michigan if I were to check, and I'm just running the numbers off with how we researched stuff in the past. an average of between 116 and 164,000 a year. That's the guy in charge of bottles and cams, extrapolation and collection. And then he has to have a staff, so the secretary, she's making, you know, like 28,000 a year at least. Then you've got these the sub-supervisor, the assistant, he's making $108,000 a year. Then you've got, you know, you can go right down here and they hire all of their late, you know, Blassenstein hires Cullen, who hires Mert, you know, for Bernstein, who hires Picklestein, who hires Feinstein, who hires, you know, and they all rub each other's butt. So all the bureaucracy, the pyramid of bureaucracy there, they're used to feeding yes off that at the very least. But it's tens and hundreds of millions of dollars. Well, you know, that's a lot of cans, so pay for each one of those guys. Yeah, and if you've got to figure that, each state is a little different. Some have more deposits on cans of bottles than others. Many, like our state, doesn't do any fizzy waters and stuff like that. However, the way our law is written here, if it is carbonated in any way, then it has to have a return. If they can any way call it something else, they don't have to have a deposit on it. So there's a bunch of other stuff that should have a deposit out. There's no difference between a beer bottle that holds hard cider and a beer bottle that holds beer. The ones that hold lemonades and ciders, they don't have to put a deposit on. Well, the other thing to remember is that most of this beverage operation, like the cement and like any of the other scams like toll roads, is mostly run by the mob here too, or the Jewish mob out of Chicago. I've done a lot of food runs with a guy that does the market out of Detroit. I've gone to Chicago and seen all the operations. Let me tell you, I would learn real quick to have the Yamakala, and I know how to talk and not say much, but boy, when you do talk, you make sure it's like, yeah, I know what you mean, because it's all kosher mob run, and they're monsters. They're not business, they're monsters. Most of the food production is run by the Jewish mob. They're mobsters, and they kill people. to defend yourself if you're going to be independent. I'm telling you that right now. And the same is true of this thing. As soon as they look like, as soon as they can see that there's a, they can put a money scam in place, the feces birds already were flitted in place. They already landed on that carcass and they're ready to feed. And immediately the money is diverted out. It's like the story we read earlier. This one guy, you know why they didn't persecute this guy that stole half a million dollars in quarters? because there's a guy still in a million dollars in dollar bills. You know what I mean? One of the things that really kicked me off about the federal government was years ago I was building custom boats. And I made a quote patio boat that was totally compliant with the federal regulations on the slate. Well, if it was a houseboat you had to have a $10,000 permit, which by definition had no intrinsic value, but it was valued at $10,000. There was a contradiction. Well, every time we would launch one of our, quote, patio boats, we'd get a nasty grant for the federal forestry and reclamation that we were encroaching on their regulations. And I was totally compliant. Anyways, they never did come after me, but I got a nasty gram every time we walked in the boat. Because they didn't like the fact that you was doing what the other guys that are the buddies were doing. And if they said that, they weren't getting the $10,000. Right, and they weren't getting also, or they weren't getting the pad fee where you, you know, you give them that little brown envelope. And if you give them a little brown envelope for a lot less, but it goes privately, they could turn a blind eye to that. And that is how, that's why Detroit died. And guys in Detroit know exactly what I'm talking about. You know, the reason that a city, we've argued for years, they said $10 billion to Detroit, okay? at a time with no accountability. It was completely stolen by the Southfield Jewish mob and out of Auburn Hills, that group. Okay, totally unrelated to Detroit. The money was pilfered so fast. All it is is that Clinton gave the $10 billion to the bookkeepers. The Shysters already had ways to put on the books, you know, spending god-awful amounts of overcharges on everything. And that $10 billion hit the skillet like spit. Right? Nothing done for it, nothing fixed. But the other problem is, is if you did want to go in and fix Detroit, there are 58 bureaucrats waiting for their brown envelope before you can even put a shovel in the ground. You will have to bribe and pay off any number of different inspectors who will not approve anything you do until they get their envelope. Not their fee for the city, their little back pocket envelope. And this is true with everything from maintenance to renovation to whatever, which is why, the other half of what happened, organized crime in government, is as wicked as the organized crime behind government. It's worse because they steal it from the working man and then they give it away. Right, and then complain about, why don't you let me parasite you some more? What's wrong with you? You're supposed to be blind and stupid. But that's exactly what happened with Detroit. Because a city block, you know, we figured when they dropped $10 billion at a time, you know how many hundreds of city blocks could have been rebuilt from scratch, from the ground up with brand new buildings, brand new houses, brand new apartments? And Clinton did that three times. He dropped in with no accountability, 10 billion American digits slash dollars. But part of the problem is there were people who even said, man, we could rebuild the neighborhood in Detroit. But the moment they started trying to do it, they found out that, well, if you want to get the water, you know, blinds hook back up, the inspector out there with his hand behind his back, and he's got his palm flat, and he's looking around at the sky. And you aren't going to get your water line fixed until that brown envelope shows up. And if he looks in the brown envelope and it doesn't look like there's enough in the brown envelope, he'll put his hand behind his back again and start looking at the sky again. And the same is true with every aspect of trying to get anything done, which is why, see the parasite socialist scam is still there. There's nothing to feed off from. And so now you have, it used to be, you had what we call broken teeth. You'd have a house here and a house there and three houses here that weren't built because they were burned down. Like Don said, the neighborhood he was in, originally it was block to block, the normal neighborhood like everybody would be familiar with. Now there's one or two teeth left. in each neighborhood you can see for 6, 7, 11 blocks in every direction. Why? Because of what I'm talking about. Otherwise it could have been rebuilt, put back online, and have been fine. Right? A half million to re- Oh wow, they spent a half million to redecorate the mayor's office under Kwame Kilpatrick. Nancy was just, I missed this story. A half a million dollars to redecorate the mayor's office. Wow. You mean the old office wasn't good enough? Oh, not by the time they were done it wasn't. I'm caught in a certain color. Pontiac, Michigan, Flint, Michigan, Bay City, Saginaw, Cleveland, Ohio. I think Cincinnati is right around the corner. They just got more, they got more throw away as far as what's going on. So some parts will keep chugging along while other parts are just, you know, dead dinosaur meat. And I think it's the same with Chicago. The last several times I've been in Chicago, to me, as the term I always use is dusty. You know, there's a point at which it's got the facade maintained, but you know that nothing's being done because you can tell by the condition. You know, windows aren't cleaned, the grass trash isn't picked up. The places, you know, again, the public places that normally you maintain a certain amount of, you know, aesthetics. You want things to look nice to attract people. But they get to the point where they don't care. The level of graft and corruption and skimming is so great. that they don't have any clue. They're not there to get the job done. They're there to steal from the job. And that's what's going on with Chicago. It's all of the production areas, the outlying areas, all of the old cattle yards, the stock yards, all the things that made things, built things, and produced things, or which is why you went to Chicago. You know, you went to Chicago for good food because Chicago is the center of the rail hubs where you could get all that stuff wholesale and they got to pick them a lot. I don't need to go to Chicago to get what I get in Detroit or what I get anywhere else and it's just all the same. And that's what everybody seems to forget. It's become blase and bland and it's lost its luster. That's the problem with a lot of what's going on here. The communists and socialists don't know anything about expertise. They don't have any expertise. They're just thieves. And that thieves' mindset is what gravitates to the top. with no quality and that quality is disappeared completely from every aspect of what we see in the United States. It's why people were interested in the United States because there was a standard and it was a standard that was established and maintained through the rule of law and through the process of pride. Well, you've got everybody supposed to be ashamed of themselves and destroy their heritage and not have any clue. So there's no variety, there's no quality, it's all the blasey greatness of communism, of socialism. Socialists are stinking parasites. They're not builders, they're And that's what's happened across the board. They promote. They're criminals, you know, like the mafia are fellow travelers and promoters of it because socialism means somebody with a government uniform comes up with a gun and does what the mob does behind the scenes with a gun. So the mob gets the feed from both directions and naturally would gravitate towards government operations and support socialism because they become the government. behind the scenes and in the front behind the scenes secret police and mobs are no different no same game and they merge they progressively merge to the point where you can't tell the difference because they were engineered to work together anyway we're about anything else or we're at the top oh my goodness okay you guys have a great day bye thank you sir and good point on the bottle deposit no different god knows how much they've stolen and they're used to feeding at a certain level but america's getting poorer and we're saving all those bottles of cans and turning them in Joe, we are at the top. Yes, we are. All right. Well, again, guys, have you gotten any warmer there? Yes, it's returning heaters on. But it's not any warmer outside, is it, sir? No. Oh, man. Well, anyway, we are at the top here. Remember, save all those bottles and cans. Buy more ammo. Donate to the Micro Effect. 888-747-1968 or themicroeffect.com. God bless the Republic.
