That led to 25 years of litigation. Congress intervened in 2006, and the federal government took over the property. Then another group of plaintiffs sued again, saying it was a violation of the First Amendment for a religious symbol to be displayed on federal land. The U.S. Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that the cross was a government endorsement of religion and must come down. The Mount Soledad Memorial Association appealed to the U.S. Supreme Court, which declined to take the case, and the federal judge said the previous ruling had to stand. The ACLU claimed this was a victory for religious liberty, but it certainly was not. The cross is a historic landmark that has had decades of popular support from the people of San Diego, who at one point voted to turn the memorial over to a private organization in order to keep the cross standing. This solution, of course, did not satisfy the atheists. The memorial is not exclusively Christian. It is surrounded by secular symbols and symbols of other religions, including 18 Jewish stars of David. It's hard to see how this famous monument violates anybody's rights. The cross is supposed to come down soon, but the federal judge left the door open for an appeal. If the Supreme Court takes the case, which I hope it does, there's still one chance for good sense to prevail and the San Diego Cross can continue to stand. Judges have no constitutional authority to write new laws. The power-grabbing supremacist judges have created new rights to same-sex marriages, abortion, and pornography. Let me ask you something because you know I haven't a chance to give you a call but you know in the last several days the Idaho legislature first the House and have now unanimously passed anti-futur- you know the future if they passed anything right now by executive order by any form by any agency trying to dictate how the state of idaho through their congress has said all that's not going to happen in fact are the governor was supposed to find it and here's the thing each of the votes with there was nobody against the legislation everybody was for the senate house but i've heard nothing about whether or not the governor signed the bill I have heard you go ahead. I know that this is a pro-gun state. There's a lot of things going on out here in Idaho that we don't get to talk about. It gets a little confusing, like in all states, because you're sitting there wondering, well, I wonder what the hell he signed that bill for. If he gets this over here, why did he sign that one? Or why did he media that one? Exactly. So you're not sure where they're headed. But in that aspect, I don't think we're any different from any other state. But you have some states that are trying to succeed from the union, others are pro-gun, anti-gun. So I don't know. I think we've got a ways to go yet to see where it's really going. I find it hard to believe, in all honesty, that they would go against the powers that be, because they are the powers that be. You know, a governor, for example. But that's why it gets a little bit confusing, because you know, we're anti-gun, but you have to lock them up or something weird, you know, it's never straightforward, let's put it that way. But no, I haven't heard anything at this point as to, you know, what they're doing. Now, the reason I bring this up, again, this is especially critical for everybody that's been listening, is if they're serious. And again, there was nobody opposing this in the Senate, there was nobody that opposed this in the House in Idaho. Now, that means that if the governor doesn't sign it, they need only re-vote again and virtually override his, you know, in other words, they can go around him, they can overrun him. To tell you how serious it is, you know, if the governor doesn't sign it, they could, of course, now, again, some states, and this is something I hadn't checked because there was a discussion we had, most states, if it's such a unanimous vote, it automatically is ratified, it automatically goes through even if the governor doesn't sign it, but that's not true with every state. uh... and i don't know what i don't know because you guys are halfway across the country okay but the whole point is that if the governor says well i'm not going to find this well we don't care we're just going to go around it goodbye and go right back voted in and you know you override his veto big deal so that's what everybody needs to be talking about and that's what gets me is that is uh... with a little blurb and even in shooting circles there was you know again a discussion about this uh... in some of the different publications as far as like uh... amaland dot com they've got a running scroll but i haven't seen anymore and he was done the flag or the day guys you know they've got a pay attention to this because it is a good thing but i don't basically what they're saying is step one any executive orders any legislation it from being implemented in idaho period step two is state that all regulations present and past that they put, you know, usurpations, are being thrown out. And that is the plan. But step one is, is there in place right now? And there's been no more discussion. I've seen nobody with any flags, almost like everybody. Well, they also screw the story up because they... ordered to cluster all their aircraft so they'd be target they were ordered to park the ships when they had the ships doing the sweep and had they been doing Joe what they were supposed to what the admiral wanted to they'd have caught the Japanese on the water right they would have been able to fight because they actually where they were patrolling is where the Japanese nobody understands it would be the overview here well you can't be there because we know where they're going to be we already made a deal of screw you so when all was said and done what did they do The officers on the ground were castrated, lobotomized, and chastised by Washington, D.C. and that pig in the White House. This goes back to something I've read up well back on my program, Mark. Going by your instinct, your instinct is telling you what to do. And as long as you follow your instinct, you'll be fine. That leaves you and I. to take care of home base. And while everybody's focusing on missing airplanes in the Ukraine and all these other things, you know, possibility of war, break it out, who's attacking who, I say who gives a damn? Let's worry about what we have going here on our soil and let them take care of their soil. And if they want to fight and kill each other, let them have at it. We've got our own battle to fight here. And that's the way people should be looking at it, Mark. One of the things here, too, to remember is that with the situation especially. You've got more than one state involved, but the controlled media is not talking about this because they've been told not to. When they've already got burned on this stove, when they came out, they came out 14 months ago full force, kill the gun owners, kill the NRA members. Now the time about the rank and file, the boobies that are in charge, they already made their deal, you're all screwed. They're gonna keep their royalty guns and lose yours because, well, why will we let you have your stuff anyway? You probably are going to start to see growth, although you're a little on the cool end still probably, but guys for everybody out there, including Joe, everybody listening, nettles. Now you're probably familiar, we're not talking about, well we're talking about what is a, it's a sticky bush, when it's fully grown, it has a little double prong or you know, a single prong depending on the breed in your area, but it has a little stinger type that'll itch you, later on when they're dry, comes out of a stainless stalk with a bunch of little shocks in it. It's a broad leaf, not a broad leaf like rhubarb, but it's a broad conventional weed. About the size of a maple leaf, a little smaller when they get fully matured if they're old plants. If you know where you've got a, where you've got thistle growing up, where you've got, you know, freaking me, nettles, not thistle, boy, I knew I was gonna do that. Where you've got nettles, look up nettles, you'll understand what I'm talking about. When they're growing green, especially early on when they sprout it up, I want you to cut a batch, wash them off, and prep them just like you would any other greens. If you do kale, if you do spinach or whatever, treat them the same way, boil them up, eat the leaves, and drink all of them. Do a batch of, say, about a couple of hands full. When you boil them, they're going to obviously go limp and become smaller. You can put a little butter on them if you want to. You can certainly put salt on them. Salt's not bad, and ideally, iodized salt. But you can do a little salt on them if you want to. That's not a problem. Personally, I don't do that. I cook the stuff up, and I eat it. I used to eat in greens. My mom and dad are both the oldest of eight. They grew up in the Depression. Guys, everything was consumed. But here's the thing. Nettles have a massive amount of positive vitamins and minerals and by their very nature as a medicinal to deal with a number of different issues really will help to hammer this plague extensively and are also a cancer beater. Kind of like peaches, okay, with the solution for everybody, nettles. Make a point of doing this on a regular basis, you keep cutting them back, and even if they get older, the big thing is if they're really hyper-mature and getting towards where the leaf start to die off, no, you don't want to do that. I think people have known about this back in the depths of time, but like everything else, it's not passed down. The communications and information base was designed to promote the industries and corporations not simply... But you know what, people get this, you know, it's like taking a pain pill. You take a pill and, ah, the pain goes away, ah, okay. We're living in that instant gratification age, you know, where as soon as you take this, oh, it's over, you know. That's not the way natural medicines work. It's a slow process. You're going to have to do this all yourself. all the way down to reloading your own bullets. There's nothing left that you shouldn't be able to do. And once you reach that point and you understand that you are the resource instead of going to other resources, then you yourself will become a resource. If that makes any sense. Oh yeah. Well people have a tendency to worry about things they can do nothing about you know that all the uh I don't know let's go to the UFO issue all the aliens are coming okay great great I mean what are you going to do to change that oh we're gonna have a big comet crashed into the into the planet you know it's gonna hit the ocean wipe out this that okay Which side of the planet do you want to be on when that happens? Because it's not going to make any difference. If it hits the water by surfboards. Yeah. Okay. If it's space aliens by barbecue sauce. Yeah. Don't get confused between space aliens and illegal aliens. You know, there is a difference. You know, all these things that people concern themselves with always seems to amaze me. Which you need to be... Well, that's like getting concerned about the Jews. I've said this before, it's not the Jews or the aliens or anybody else that you have to worry about, it's the ones that's going to be standing in your yard with all the kenilar and the black. paraphernalia and their guns and all. Those are the ones you have to worry about. They're following the orders. Get rid of them and you can go find the other one. You're not going to worry about what ethnic group they belong to. That don't know how to tie their shoes. And they're the ones that's coming out there going against their own people. So don't worry about any of it. What you're worried about is what's going to be showing up in your front yard. Period. That's what you're going to be dealing with. Period. There's no sense of worried about the rest of it. It'll all kind of fall down one hit. You'll know. Like I keep telling everybody, oh when do you think it'll all break loose? When should we start? Don't worry man, you will know. It'll come to you. What do I do? What do I do? Well, then maybe you'll have some answers for it. So here we have some extra guns. Here's one for you pointed in that direction. You know, this is what you're after. This is what you're trying to protect yourself from. I know this all sounds like, you know, like a movie, you know, staging a movie, but you know, we're not the producers here. Well, I could reference him. Mark and I, and I don't know if we've talked about the gift man movies on The Hour, who trained Bruce Lee. The scene in one of this trilogy of movies where when he's about 35 or 40, he's sitting at a table and the old man talks about how lousy things are in Hong Kong and how much people hate each other. It could be serious errors simply to accept a cigarette from someone. Now we're talking about Asia, it could be laced with anything. That's his point there. You're telling him the danger is that the other guy offers a light and he likes it. They continue their talk. Yip's sitting there, he's a Wing Chun master, or grand master. He's sitting there with a master of Tai Chi. The thing is, the man's soul looks at Yip and says, we could have fought. He gets up and walks away. Now a lot of people don't recognize what the overall thought line is. Not so much the physical, we could have fought each other. But 20 years ago we could have learned from each other. 20 years ago we could have shared what we formed in it. But it was a friendly fight. Well, you know, let's stop right there for a second, Donna, and talk once again about hurting each other. You know, these people are pitting people against people. I've mentioned this before, you know, people who got this supremacy thing going on. What is black supremacy, white supremacy, Jewish supremacy. I don't care what it is, okay? How supreme are you if you're paying the same tax I am or paying the same traffic laws, you know, I mean, real, come on. What makes you so expensive? You're paying all the same bills that I am. Yeah. A measure of that just jumps to mind. I'm my brother-in-law. He's blonde hair, blue eyes. Yeah. And he brings us as example to me. This is, you know, different. He's sitting in the lunchroom on Zug Isle, you know, the steel mill there on the Detroit river, sitting there with a number of people, different ethnic backgrounds. problems in America. That guy looks at my brother-in-law and says, your brother, Heron Brouard, you got it made. Yeah. My son said, there you go. See, that's what they don't get. Right. What kind of car you got? I got a Ford. What do I got a Chevy? Okay. But you still got to get it. You make a payments? Yeah. You pay insurance? Yeah. You buy groceries at the same store? Yeah. You know what I mean? How can one be any more supreme than the other? But you see, that's the propaganda. I saw a piece here recently, once again, trying to provoke the blacks against white. That's old, old, old, old, seriously old news. Why are we, hundreds of years later, fighting some slavery issue that none of us was alive here for? What uncle Tom did or you know the plantation owner man people need to get a grip Because those farms don't even exist today as a matter of fact, they've been crushed financially crushed Totally out of existence another example comes from when I didn't see it exactly on Saturday Night Live But I saw a rerun and there was a couple of black guys down in there telling you about why black people need to be treated special the words but that was the thought line and they're going to give us 30 reasons why and the first reason was because we're black and the second reason was and the third reason was right on down the line the 24th reason was slavery and the 30th reason was slavery yeah now tell me that you and I aren't living under slavery name one ethnic group that is not in this country under a slave status Name one. There is not one that is doing any different than the other. I don't care if you're black, green, white, purple, red, whatever. If you're driving down the road, you're expected to have any driver's license. Go screen with your martians, you know. Yeah, we'll get to that later. Tasty martians. The point being is that the same is demanded of all of us. They don't care what color you are. All you are is a number. You're a digit. And then they'll come out and start pitting everybody against each other. And like fools, man, they keep falling for the same thing over and over.
