Summary
Mark Koernke discussed emergency legislation in Idaho that was fast-tracked ahead of normal legislative procedures, explaining the legal mechanics of how bills enter service. He extensively analyzed the Polymer80 80% receiver controversy, detailing the manufacturing process and defending against ATF claims. Koernke addressed Connecticut's gun registration law and the failure of 68% of state police to register their own firearms, arguing this demonstrates the law's unconstitutionality. He discussed the broader implications of gun confiscation efforts, referenced the Declaration of Independence, and emphasized the importance of grassroots intelligence gathering and Rogers' Rangers Rules for monitoring government overreach.

The court then found a constitutional right to polygamous relationships based on the free exercise clause in the Constitution and due process. Why the deafening silence from the feminists? Perhaps the feminists are not pro-women after all. They just want to kill the nuclear family. So the burden falls again on the Republican Party to oppose and eradicate polygamy as one of the twin relics of barbarism. This has been the Phyllis Schlafly Report from Eagle Forum. Can you believe the judicial branch of government is seizing too much power? Go to eagelforum.org and join the blog conversation with Phyllis Schlafly. Put your opinions on the record before the courts take away your right to be heard. Stay informed and add your own comments to the blog at evilforum.org. Thanks for listening and join us next time for the Phyllis Schlafly Report. The freedoms we secured for you, we hoped you'd always keep. But Tyrants labored endlessly while your parents were asleep. Your freedom's gone, your courage lost. You're no more than a slave. In this, the land of the free, of the brave. You buy permits to travel and permits to own a gun. Permits to start a business or to build a place for one. On land that you believe you own, you pay a yearly rent. Although you have no voice in saying how the money's spent. Your children must attend a school that doesn't educate. And your Christian values can't be taught. You read about the current use in a regulated press. And you pay a tax you do not owe to please the IRS. Your money is no longer made of silver nor of gold. You trade your wealth for paper so your life can be controlled. You pay for crimes that make our nation turn from God and shame. You've taken Satan's number. You've given government control. to those who do you harm, so they could burn down churches and seize the family farms, and keep our country deep in debt. Put men of God in jail, harass your fellow countrymen while corrupted courts prevail. Your public servants don't uphold the solemn oaths they've sworn, and your daughters visit doctors. Your leaders send artillery and guns to foreign shores, and send your sons to slaughter, fighting other people's wars. Can you regain the freedoms for which we fought and died? Or don't you have the courage to end with pride? And are there no more values for which you will fight to save? Or do you wish your children, those sons of the republic, arise? Take a stand! Defend the Constitution, the Supreme Law of the land! Preserve our great republic and each god given right! The bio-wokey vanished in the midst of whence he came. His words were true, not free, but we have ourselves to blame. For even now his parents trampled each god given right. We only watched him tremble, too afraid to stand and fight. If he stood by your bedside to dream while you were asleep and wondered what remains of the freedom he fought to keep, your answer was he called out from the grave. Morning ladies and gentlemen, this is second hour of the morning in fear to victory for Ann Sisters and behind the lot, Central, Southeast, We're also on LibertyTreeRadio.4MG.com. We're on AM and FM Micro Mississippi along with the last network on Eastern Seaboard. From the top of Maine to the bottom of Florida. From the bottom of Florida across Oklahoma, Big John, Nebraska. We shoot across plains, leap over the burgeoning banks of the Mississippi and land of the Smokies, slash the Blue Ridge. With a restaurant crew of Gramitines, OK teams, and a mob bell, Gramitins Consortium of retired telecommittees. with a K2000 and I can't emphasize enough very quickly. I had to rush it before the before the emergency action with regard to legislation. Qualification for laws dictates that in order for the law to come into service it has to be on the books. One part of this is public posting. When a law comes into service, when it is enacted, when the governor puts his signature on it, doesn't mean that it goes immediately. But it takes anywhere from 30, 60, or 90 days, depending on whether or not it's an addendum, reference or complete piece of legislation. What difference does that make? It's the computer age. Wrong. There has to be what's called a mechanical copy in place. What this means is that the U.S. government is the U.S. government, okay, they generate both the copies of the proposed bills and they then generate the finalized copy, which then indexes and falls into law. That's at the federal level. Well, the same thing works at the state level. So normally, to make everybody warm and fuzzy and so nobody has to run around like a chicken with their head cut off, they take 30, 60, or 90 days depending upon the structure of the past legislation. In other words, what got through and actually got signed with a squiggle by the governor. Well guys, this thing in Idaho has been put to emergency service. In other words, while there might be 10, 15, 20, 60 pieces of legislation that the Idaho legislature has and are awaiting service, printing services contracted office whatever does her print for them they haven't got the bill of the laws are built up not gone to the libraries the law libraries to the court your public library which is a posting point of reference of legal reference in addition to the law libraries and obviously the court where the worthy rulings will it will be for the floss have to be posted in place or used by the court That's why there's a 36 year 9 day also just buy them times for something that somebody doesn't like. In this case, this was unanimously passed in the Senate and the House at the governor's desk, if not already signed by the governor, but the moment the pen leaves the paper, it's in motion. Now this doesn't happen all the time. And you should ask yourself, why did they decide it needed to be in emergency service? because this means it goes ahead of everything else that's in line. If there were 10, 15, 20 other pieces of work that were in their cyclic process, which is typical for the bureaucracy, this piece of legislation went to the head of the class. I want to qualify that. I had to rush the last hour. Now we got a call, or who do we have? Oh, if you're a really quiet caller, we need to turn up the volume or speak a little louder into the phone. Yep, right into the phone, Johnny. Good morning, John. Go jump in there, please. Yeah, real quick. I fired you off that email last night. It took me a whole... maybe five to ten seconds to find that Fox News website. I'm pretty sure you had it, but I put it in email. The question that I had was, I remember a couple of months ago somebody called in and mentioned it, kind of made a big deal about the markings on that plastic receiver. And I didn't know if that was tied into the call yesterday, John from Florida. I don't know if he was the one that mentioned it. Definitely was trying to make a big deal about that. Right, no this is something we pointed out is that what they've done is they used existing molds. There's five different versions of the receivers that are out there and even from this company, even from Harry's. I have seen in fact there is a lot at a time. They have more money than I do. Okay. By what I understand, some of them have stamped on the side a fixture ID from wherever they came from and I don't know. I question that these receiver molds may have come from the original company that was doing this back in 1999. They actually come from ED. Now ED was attacked by the Bat Baggots to, you know, again for publicity. It backfired on them. What they did is they called Ares and they toughened up on them and Ares said, well, here's how it works. You're not gonna take if you want to inspect these things you can inspect them, but you're not taking any other database You're not taking in fact here by the way we served you with an injunction on this which is something the batbaggers aren't used to where somebody went on the offensive Which is what everybody should be doing? Administratively the thing is as far as these receiver part whether or not receivers these 80% parts go one of the things we were talking about is these are not machine or stamped components For anybody had a question about that one of the things to do is buff the size of the receivers anyway because these stampings around them, they're not. The other part about this that was in question, and the one you bring this up, let's finish through, follow through on this, these are two, they're not two stage per se moldings because the way that they did this, the insert, the white insert, what we said before, these are like a piece that you keep is colored. It's pink, it's green, it's black, it's brown, it's you know, The part that you take out is white plastic. Well, the way that they do these is the component that is the white plastic is cast first, but it's all part of the same mold. So the first part, the white part is cast, and then the other casting is wrapped around it automatically. There's a bunch of, again, ding-clickers that are in different circles here that typically are, again, pro-bat-bag-it, pro-grab-the-guns, but only for you and me. Take our guns, but they're special. They're in law enforcement, so they're going to be special. going well all the because that this way and the other civil plastic people have come for that not i've looked at these and it's obvious the way that they do it because if you ever been in plastics you know you can see how they were they were passed as one piece their two-color plastic the way they're set up the inject the white then the inject the black around it which again this is where they're going to try and i guess it's edu season sir sera ferris is split okay it is part of the reason is you're trying anything they can Terrifying anybody about guns period. I don't care the air 15 is irrelevant if they can go back for the AKA stamp receivers the same way because there's also stamped out there and then etc and yes, they pissed at those people just the air 15 is turned in this case the The big question is again in general going after all the polymer 80% receivers They just picked this one out of the blue. I think this one first all of them have the same features which one it is some have Solid trigger guards don't have solid trigger guards. All of them have the same, you know, sidewalls the way they're set up. The way to deal with that, like I said, break out the buffing tool and clean up the sidewall. Because all you have to do is, if ever, you know, again, for any, because the whole thing, just clean everything in. There's no indicator switch on the side or anything. There's no switch on the side. There isn't any way to move it over to the select fire anyway. They were not built right a fiddle with the point now where I take your pick for me. like I said, make great stash, cash guns that need to be away anyway. It's your personal choice. Yeah, they're basically... Right. Well, here again, back baguettes were attacking people over flash hiders in 1977. I pointed this out and talked about this on the air forever. This was the first... My first taste when I was younger, when I was a soldier, I was looking at this and I was like, how stupid could that be? They're attacking people over the flash riders. But then it was like, well then I started to, you know, again, I had a good idea what was going on because I, you know, again, I've been studying stuff when I was a teenager. I actually got into politics, all that garbage from the peon end. You know, going around and doing stuff. You know, you watch this military and it's like, what the hell does that have to do with anything? but the back packets were using, you know, the flash hatter as the excuse to go after everybody that had an AR-15. Well, the same is true now with a situation where it's not just Aries and ED or whoever, those are companies that are making these 80% plastic receivers. And the problem is, is it's not that they're worried about them as long-term rifles, but if everybody understands the basic formula of warfare, They're interim rifles that can get you on the board and we already have a gun them God knows to one. 20 to one, 50 to one, 60 to one. Conversation last night with one of our friends, we're up till 3 in the morning here, on this whole thing about what's going on with Connecticut. If we go by the numbers that they have, they're saying there's 350,000 people in Connecticut who didn't properly register their guns. That's the number they're pulling out of their arsenal on the other side and everybody else is repeating it. Well that's a 350,000 man army. Do you think that they've got 350,000 men in eight counties, you know, to go after or even if they bring people in to go after eight counties in Connecticut, because that's what there is in Connecticut, it's a small state, you know, you're over in that neck of the woods. Right. Well, if they come in, if only half of them shot one of these black uniformed, upward, draggin' roided up pieces of trash, there aren't enough black uniformed, roided up pieces of trash to go around. So the only option they have, like I said yesterday, is a two-track situation. They either have to go for the gusto and try to grab everything, or they're going to try and pick a certain number of people and terrorize the rest of us. Well, terrorizing America is over. Think about it. Where can we go with this? They've already played their card out. How many here over in that neck of the woods, how many articles have you seen from Connecticut where they flat out said, you either surrender the gun or we are going to Yeah. Well how much more blatant can you be kids? That's flat out gun confiscation by paid communists and a bunch of other idiots who are puffed up pot bellies who think or roided up idiots who think they're gonna come out and steal the guns. We all promised we would shoot them. See that's the thing about this. It's done. And you know in fact I was gonna read another article here. This is why I want to read the Idaho thing first because The airy thing is a sidebar because it's the old game where the back packets they think they're gonna pop up and it's like really other than in areas like in communist California and places like that where they've you know they've got enough idiot idiot knuckle draggers that are really righted up there come on The cops are so brave in California, remember when they were down there for Katrina? Well, five of them all with short necks, tiny weenies, and arms the size of my legs because they're roided up. They had to beat down on that grandma that was a whopping maybe 80 pounds soaking wet, turn her upside down and slam her into the ground. If I didn't have to shoot them, I would have shot them. I would have, you know, what would you have done? I guess the war would have started right there. And any soldier who was standing there and let that happen, I have no respect for any of those fools or idiots and myself to begin with. Remember those guys that said, well, it's good and surreal being here in Katerioli, New Orleans. Anybody who stood there and let that happen, I have no respect for whatsoever. So again, it comes down to, we've already let stuff go too far. It's gonna kick off. Don't worry, there's no time left. Get done what you can get done. Because what are they gonna do in Connecticut? You know? Yeah, there's only two directions now they can go. It either big big is I think and everybody is kind of discussing That's really the only way they can go to try and do the the Concord march on a one or two people is gonna you know, it is it will first of all the news won't get out well enough It'll be rumor and they count on rumor. It's like this thing with Aries I was reading some of the stuff is like this because Don got the thing. He got somebody to call him. You know, they busted you know, they they raided Aries armor. It's like That's why I need you. It's like, okay, let's go see what the bad guys are bragging about. Because whenever the bad guys do this, they always drag along a news crew. You know what I mean? I've described this on the air over and over again. So immediately there's going to be a propaganda piece showing maybe a flash of the evil gun owner with his face pummeled in and a mugshot picture where he's still kind of bloody so it terrifies all the other gun owners. And then... Yeah, and there'll be pictures of the guns and all the stuff that they're stealing from the gun shop or the gun owner or whatever. Well, do a search yesterday to see what you could find. And there were 25 articles up there and half of them said the same stinking thing over and over again. And again, it happened that quick. In fact, here's the kicker. The first article was posted sometime around midnight, California time, which would be, well, I hate to tell you, that's like four o'clock in the morning nighttime. Now I could stay up 24 hours a day and while in many cases we do, which Nancy can attest to, we'll stay up for more than 26 hours or 24 hours a day. The bottom line is, is that as the database came out, there were people, again, NRA types, cop wannabes and pro-back baguette slash, you know, fellow travelers who were typing all kinds of stuff in and if you read it, you can get the flavor of who the, who the, who the Royalists are, who the Tories are. And that's what, again, we do need to know this. The problem is, of course, as we know, see, when I get into the internet, I don't know how much you do, if you want to find out what I'm going to say, I know what it says, well, make up a moniker for yourself. You'll notice what says, Mark Kornke. Doesn't say Schmidlap or, you know, Borgweaver or, you know, like, Whitmaster or something like that. No, Mark Kornke. And it's like, we're gonna be anonymous. Really? Who are you gonna be anonymous with? You know, John, everybody out there listening, all you are telling me about you, but I'm just saying, everybody's telling everybody about, we're gonna see a spying in the CIA spying. Which, by the way, the Patriot movement has told you for as long as we've been on the air. And all of a sudden, everybody discovered that, oh, you're gonna be secret. Really? No. Because then there's an article about how Google is spying on everybody for the federal, and running the spy on everybody. Well, you're not gonna hide anything there by having a secret. moniker. You see how that works? I'm sorry speak up a little bit you're a little quiet. Yes. You can tell that I'm not hiding because you see it with the email right there. Exactly. And again it's like the bad guys already know it's going back and forth between them already. So the idea behind that is to make you fear if I'm solving a secret and then when everything gets really serious I'm gonna slide sideways because you'll never know where I am. Well, how much email work are you doing? How much internet have you been doing? How much, you know, whatever. First of all, as I've said for years and years and years, and I said this when we first started internet radio, we were the first people to do internet radio. Nobody even knew what internet radio was. Back in the 90s, several of our geeks, we all sat down and a couple of our friends, in fact it was Eagle Radio Network out of Vermont. The guys had worked out the technology, we found the best sound cards, everything that would work. And they said, well let's do internet radio. Everybody agreed, yeah we can do internet radio. And it's like, well how many people will be able to listen to it? Well, not very many, because you're going to have to have this, this, and this. But you know what? If we let people know where to go, people will be able to plug in in another way. Rest is history. How many stinking internet radio stations are out there right now? Yeah, and you got many people called up to our... When we were on shortwave and we were doing all the other stuff we were doing, how many people called in? If anybody was old enough for members, internet radio, how does that work? And a lot of people called in who were actually techno geeks who hadn't really thought about going in that direction. Not in... Conferencing was already in place. Teleconferencing is old, and computer conferencing is actually quite old. Government was doing it back in the late 60s, early 70s. But what's interesting in a... with the infant version of the internet. When the internet plugged in in the 70s, late 70s, and the government first set the internet up, audio conferencing was the norm. And adding video was the next logical step, which they already had satellite. Government had a satellite up the arse. Come on, guys. Who put the satellites up there? You see? The other thing about this is for everybody who is, you know, satellite was put up by government. So don't you think government, you know, kind of monitors the satellite? No, we did satellite, we do satellite right now. Everybody does. So, oh my god, they're listening to us that way right now. Well, they put the birds up. So we can pretty well figure that even though there might be, oh, there's probably millions of nodes. There are literally millions of nodes flooding the space. What satellite has put up, they have so many redundant audio track and so many audio nodes and so many redundant video nodes because stuff burns out in space and they don't have a Maytag repairman, they can go up there anymore. And they couldn't before. So what they would do is get a switch and they go to the next node. And when someone goes fuzzy or bad, they get another switch and go to the next node. They didn't have anywhere from 20 to 60 backup nodes for each node. So that they would never, until those all burn out, that factor, kind of like light bulbs, so they get dimmer. They sell the satellite to somebody else who's willing to use whatever's fuzzy and left. That's how government and spy companies make their money off that. The internet. Everybody just now discovered the NSA is spying on us. Really? John? Are you- No, you're not that naive. It's like we kind of figured that from the get-go, didn't we? Certainly, I mean anybody that thinks that shit is out of their mind. I don't care if the computer is. I don't care if you even power it off and you tend to wake up on land signals or just suck her on and get right into it. There's nothing that's going to stop you. They've argued to do- In fact, that's the other thing is bridging switches or one of the old Frankenstein switches you're seeing in the movie. Remember where you have the sandwich switch and you go, eeee, talk. And you go from one side to the other and then the sparks fly? Yeah. That would be an isolating switch you could have on standby that would work quite well because there's no possibility to bridge that until you pull that big one. Now you've got connection. And that would be a solution. So I'm plugging, but it'd be a little more convenient. Excuse me. Anyway. The thing about the ARIES armor issue again, because that's why you call it ARIES armor. Every time, and I don't care what it is, I try, will give credit where credit is due when I do an article. If I read an article I could just read the last hour, tell you where to go so you don't have any middleman. And that way you can find out first hand. The other thing that we do on this network, or any time I've ever done on the Earth, if somebody has new information, then how about give it out? As if we can find out I can't be everywhere. In fact, one of the things that I had, one of our people was pissing and moaning about is, back in the 90s we did, well, what made it successful in the 90s, guys? It wasn't everybody hiding under their bed or hiding back in the bushes, it was everybody looking at the enemy right across the table, square eye. And if they moved, everybody reported it. And everybody validated it and updated it. Now, what's the rule for this? Well, go to Rogers, Rangers Rules. And you know what, that thing was written before the American War for Independence. Roger's Rangers rules go back to actually the French-Indian wars. I want you all to read that. You'll notice there's one section there that kind of pertains to what we're talking about, the difference between the Shysters on the other side and our people firsthand on the ground. giving the most accurate report possible. Not somebody said somebody heard, somebody's thinking about, but rather what do we have that we can find in the database and then still, not trusting that, qualify it by putting boots on the ground. I have repeated this a million times. I have explained this step by step. And what it counts on is there's 48 states worth of people out there listing, plus a couple that are stringers like Alaska and Hawaii. I don't expect much from Hawaii. state in Hawaii and Americans do now. Most Americans don't know that. They got Pearl Harbor anyway after the fact. There's more Japanese veterans that own property there than there are Americans and American veterans that own property there. That's why it's got the craziest anti-gun laws on the books because it might as well still be a stinking territory but now it's a Japanese territory. Put some American bases on it. So there's 48 states. How many million of you are out there? There's no reason for anything to slide by us. What we need to do is focus on collecting the data and then finding out what's going on. And then here's the second part of this. Now, and this is something I want to bring about Aries. It's not out of business, but what's going to happen, anybody and everybody that's firearms related will abandon anybody that the bat bats look at. Do you understand what I mean, John? Yeah, nobody's going to want to go there. Yeah, even though, what will happen is the ATF buttlickers put more rumors out there and all and do more to of course go, well I would never, they'll start the ball rolling. The panty waste immediately will wet their drawers and they will go, oh I don't want to look at me, except that now, see for instance even in Connecticut, it's Illinois, but Connecticut has this, Connecticut has something that, actually I do, it will totally slid by me. You know that when you're in Connecticut you buy a gun, you don't just fill out a 4-4-7-3 form? you know that they fill out a whole bunch of state forms that go right to the state pigs so that they have all the information though let me ask you know really how far they already let the flight to this was part of the boiling frog thing that will be so much stuff keep up with well connecticut is one step away from a map that you thought is already because that you thought you have to have a permission card from from the torries if the bill that the crown doesn't want you to have a gun or have a car comrade worker you're in violation of the soviet supreme it's just like what goes on with illinois and illinois has the same thing so they're all they think the reason they backed off let me give you an example of this why did that talk in massachusetts and illinois with all the publicity is because when people got up to speed all we have to do is hit a switch and they've already got everything listed well well connecticut is one step parallel to that in that the way things are the way things are set up is they already have like three or four other forms that they fill out. They're each one separate and they go to different locations. All this was was the next logical step where now that they've got all the database, see they're not explaining how is it that they would go because they you know go to get the guns in Connecticut. See, go to the sporting goods shop. Find 447-4-4-4-7-3. This will give you the names of the gun owners and what member America read on. Well in Connecticut it's state police who already got rid of the sheriffs in the in in the state of connecticut and get the uh... forms that we had everybody fill out and if we suspect that will kick in their door this is why they fight and again this is why homeland security and all of the other bs is tied in like a good thing uh... there are peace officers in connecticut who don't want to cooperate anyway shape or form this particular been getting the classes classes instructional computer pop-ups coming up all over the place, we're gonna get the guns, we're gonna get the guns. You already got to kick in the doors and get the guns? That's what's going on. Now for the state pigs, they're all out of board, because they're all blue lodge ring knockers. And they got rid of the sheriffs, guys. They're already, we'll get the constitutional sheriffs. The sheriffs have been gone for what, 12 years in Connecticut. I'm sorry, John again, you're gonna have to speak up. I know, it's soft, so the board man might have to pull you up a little bit too. I read an article on Connecticut where... Right, the only thing about that article, and again, this is why we do follow-up on this, is... and we've got to confirm that one, because there was another piece, remember I mentioned the other day where somebody came up and was bragging, this is that Rogers Rangers rule thing, some guy out of California is supposed to have made up a story like that and put it out there and he didn't have any qualifications. Now whether or not it's that story, I don't know. And again, I haven't had time. But, you know, again, remember that the reason that sometimes people do that, the bad guys do this, is, and that's why I consider anybody who puts out a fiction story like that where they do that kind of stuff, placate everybody. Oh look, the guys in uniform, some of them said they won't do it. Well, how many state cops are there in the state of Connecticut? Now, a percentage have agreed they're not going to, some will. Very good. The thing about it is, and again there was another part that I wanted to read. We'll do it the next hour but this has to do with the whole thing going on in Connecticut. a couple of different things. Number one in the chat, and by the way in the chat room there's an article, there's no date on it guys, we need a date on this. 68% of Connecticut cops have failed according to the new law. Everybody hear that? In fact there's an interesting conversation that was brought forward in this that basically apparently some, it was about 21, who will be going door to door to take all the guns? Because they were all pumped up to do this. Reportedly multiple people sarcastically, castic voices, they could muster said, the police! The unnamed intern then pointed at the list and said, my dad's name is on the list and he is the chief of police. I see three other names on this list of family members, all of them in the state, was obtained. Compare registration requirements and sworn LEOs. A startling figure, just over 68% of the Connecticut elder registered fire governor's office said lawmakers were dumbfounded. No, they weren't. They're queers. Someone, they're, they're boutas. They're dukes. They know exactly what they're doing. Someone suggested firing all the cops who failed to register. But the reality of hiring and training that many new police officers is not practical. The source goes on to say, Senator, blank, blank, blank, said, maybe we should issue an official order to all cops to comply with the registration or base termination. I mean, seriously, these people are a special kind of stupid to think that gun-loving cops are going to go along with this blatant violation of the Second Amendment. Well, I wouldn't, again, I'm not holding my breath on that, count on your own. They want to join in. I'll trust them as far as I can throw them. So that works fantastic and again what when articles like this are out there that is oh see they're they're saying they're not gonna know we're not until I until when the time comes that 68% are gonna have to put a pistol to the side of the other's head and blow their brains out to get rid of them that's what is what I'll trust them otherwise caught on the fact that they're trying to figure out like the Wicked Witch of the West how to steal the Ruby slippers When Dorothy was in the room, the witch had her but couldn't kill her and definitely wanted to take the slippers. She got burned so she stepped back. Then she said, I'll be back in an hour, am I pretty? Remember that, guys? Then somebody threw a bucket of water on her high end and melted her arse. Well, anyway, thank you, sir, for the input. Are we going to let you go? Take care. I think we have done good with our sleep. You guys done with us, too? Oh, I thought I heard it down there.
