Summary
Mark Koernke discussed light bulb regulations, government overreach, and infrastructure financing. The episode featured extended caller discussions about toll roads, property rights, and the right to travel, with Koernke arguing that toll roads represent unconstitutional double taxation since roads were already funded through gas taxes and property taxes. He criticized the involvement of foreign companies (specifically Australian firms) in managing U.S. toll roads and debated the historical methods of road financing through millages and local accountability versus modern state and federal systems. Weather observations about the Great Lakes region and farmer's almanacs were also covered.

60 watt light bulbs that had been a staple in American homes for more than a century. The 100 watt and 200 watt bulbs had already been forbidden the previous year. We didn't hear a chirp from the bulb manufacturers. They had already retooled their factories to accommodate the new regulations. Republicans in the House of Representatives passed several measures to block the government's plan to take away our favorite light bulbs. But those bills never got through the U.S. Senate. The new style bulbs that we are now permitted to buy are more expensive. The environmentalists claim the new bulbs last much longer and waste less energy. But I don't believe it. The ones I've bought all burn out in a shorter period of time. I've been counting the days. I've found that light bulbs in hotel rooms, even in expensive hotels, do not emit enough light for comfortable reading. I'm not sure this issue is going away. It's a sign of government ordering us what we can buy to use in our own homes. I echo what one commentator said. The administration cannot win wars, cannot solve the drug problem, cannot balance the budget, cannot even get a website to work. But they think they're smart enough to tell us what kind of light bulbs we can use. This is nanny state government. This is one big problem we cannot blame on Barack Obama. The law making our favorite light bulbs illegal was signed by President George W. Bush in 2007. This has been the Phyllis Schlafner Report from Eagle Forum. Do you underestimate the important role of your state legislators? Don't. There's much state senators and representatives can do to protect your rights, your paycheck, and your personal freedoms. at eagleforum.org. Join the blog with Phyllis Schlafly and you'll be empowered and informed. That's eagleforum.org. Thanks for listening and join us next time for the Phyllis Schlafly Report. We wrote the Constitution as a shield from tyranny. For future generations, this legacy we gave. In this, the land of the free. The freedoms we secured for you, we hoped you'd always keep. The tyrants labored endlessly while your parents were asleep. Your freedom's gone, your courage lost. You're no more than a slave. In this, the land of the free. And home and brave. You buy permits to travel and permits to own a gun. permits to start a business or to build a place for one. On land that you believe you own, you pay a yearly rent, although you have no voice in saying how the money's spent. Your children must attend a school that doesn't educate, and your Christian values can't be taught according to this date. You read about the current use in a regulated press, and you pay a tax you do not owe to please the IRS. Your money is no longer made of silver nor gold. You trade your wealth for paper, so your life can be controlled. You pay for crimes that make our nation turn from God and shame. You've taken Satan's number. You've traded in your name. You've given government control to those who do you harm, so they could burn down churches and seize the family farm and keep our country deep in debt. Put men of God in jail, harass your fellow countrymen while corrupted courts prevail. Your public servants don't uphold the solemn oaths they've sworn. And your daughters visit doctors, so their children will be born. Your leaders send artillery and guns to foreign shores, and send your sons to slaughter fighting other people's wars. Can you regain the freedoms for which we fought and died? Or don't you have the courage or the faith to stand with pride? And are there no more values for which you will fight to save? Or do you wish your children To live in fear, be a slave, O sons of the Republic, arise, take a stand, defend the Constitution, the Supreme Law of the land, preserve our great Republic and each God given right, and pray to God, as I awoke he vanished in the mist for once he came. His words were true, we are not free, but we have ourselves to blame. Or even now as tyrants trample each god given right. We only watch him tremble, too afraid to stand and fight. If he stood by your bedside in a dream while you were asleep and wondered what remains of the freedoms he fought to keep, what would be your answer if he called out from the grave and... and FM micro stations, CB based stations, and Ultra technologies east and west of the Mississippi along with a lot of the homework network on the eastern seaboard from the top of Maine to the bottom of Florida. After a while, you can try to deflect it desperately, face on the elephant in the middle of the room, that's defecating in your face. You ever had an elephant defecate? You ever seen what they're like? Yeah, you have, there's little comical versions of it. But you're supposed to laugh about it while this big kosher elephant gets people murdered all over. They're trying to do it here hard. Not the guns yet, or if they did, be plugging in the red terra terra, the exact same to it now. They're ready, they think they are. Only I can say that is come on down fool because we got a list too just like you have lists Well, they're getting bigger and again, it's becoming more obvious as they are blatant and in your face playing communist Okay. Oh, no, they're not communist or socialist. Oh, no, they're not socialist. You got to cover that one now. They're yeah Well, they worry it is the sixth year of open Fabian socialist and Soviet socialist patient of America with a K2000 and calendar or my own crazy town calendar now there's an interesting article at the henry is posted from the trans and will report dot com it was at the top of the sprawl i don't know where it is now talking about international scam on america And there's a little piece in there that Henry brought up about, well, for instance, if there was a conflict between whoever they have forcibly brought in, and this was the purpose behind the Department of Immigration, to disrupt and destroy the fabric of the United States, not to fix it, not to make it a nicer place, but to create conflict. And that's the multiculturalism BS that they've been shoving down everybody. So what they're doing in Europe, they're killing Europeans the same way, just like they're trying to kill the Europeans slash the population here the same way. We understand this, the black flash mob thing, which is not the whole of the black population, being perpetrated and fostered by the system to create pressure. They're not the only element. There are other elements that are each other's, so Hindus do not like Muslims. Does everybody understand this? No, you don't. You haven't really looked into it. Let me give you a little hint. In the wonderful world of electronics, go to Pakistani or Indian websites or YouTube pages, and if it isn't in a foreign language you don't understand it'll hopefully be in English, or maybe you have a translate program on board your computer, a lot of people do, and you can have everything translated, read it. The Hindus and the Muslims have been at war for hundreds of years. Litre-roli. thousands of years well for one of the muslims have been in place and i would point out that that battle does not stop okay i brought this up on the air many times of the call for this is something else you can go to her in a minute for our guys in the chat room opera and i've posted for everybody there uh... the second civil of the second civil war nineteen ninety nine dvd r i p DVD-R.I.P. The Second Civil War, 1999. Guys, this was done with James Earl Jones. Wouldn't you say he's like a name actor? You recognize James Earl Jones? Well, you'll recognize all the other characters, too. The movie is one minute, 32 seconds, 32 minutes and 19 seconds long. One minute. One hour, 32 minutes and 19 seconds long. Slide mark on the microphone. It's been a long week. So here, going. that's one hour thirty two minutes nineteen second the second civil war nineteen ninety nine dvd rf posted by stephan p on the stephan heat uh... channel take the time and uh... watch it why should probably be met in fact what was originally up probably did and if you did i'm just going to remind you but the very scenario that uh... in fact it's funny because a lot of the some of the comments that were on that were on this this movie but it was what was posted here on this panel and there's a really stupid comments like what what they bring the pakistan east of idaho guys let me ask you something why would they pay i a raki x-nationals and dump them in oklahoma all what's open Yeah, but you might recall that after Desert Dust 1, the adventure begins. A whole bunch of Iraqi nationals in one big lump were dumped into the Oklahoma City metropolitan area. Anybody remember that? Anybody? In fact, remember when the Oklahoma City bombing took place, there were a bunch of questions right off the bat because anybody who did know what was going on knew that a whole bunch of Iraqis were on the ground. Oklahoma City in colony form in one big lump, right? Now this isn't the only time where this has happened because this is intentionally designed to disrupt the basic fabric of our real estate. Maine has had this happen with everything from the Somali colonies that have come in Somalia. They brought them in, dumped them, popped them right down in one area to create one big ghetto all at once. Not an accident, very intentional. This is all sculpted from what is an ethnic battle board that has been coming out of the Department of Immigration, which is run by the Jewish International Council, by the Jewish International Congress. All the characters, you know, this is one of the departments nobody looks at. Look at the Department of Immigration. Take a look at who's running it. Take a look at their backgrounds. Look at their common thread. And yes, they are mostly queers of $3 bill faggots that are just bathhouse stupid. These characters have been caught. fact in a whole bunch of quiet candles where they were both and people they should have including little boys and like that again remember the barney frank page boy prostitution ring the department of immigration has been caught while people or personnel and they deflected every time because that's part of the propaganda and the purpose of the controlled media now interesting thing about the premise of this movie is that all Turns out Pakistan gets pressed and so they lobbed some eggs to save their country because after all they have nukes. And of course India has nukes too, so a little subcontinent nuclear war takes place. With of course all the other ramifications on it, we talked about, like I said, anybody has a nuclear exchange, like everybody always jokes, we're gonna bomb Korea, nuke them into the Stone Age. Well, then you're gonna cut this big black suede across Japan too, aren't ya? Everybody goes, what? Well, when they always show you a map of Korea, they try desperately not to show you really where it is, and they always get really close and focused. Look at those Koreans! Look at those Koreans, boy! We ought to nuke those Koreans! Yeah, yeah, yeah, don't some big ones on them! Of course, the radiation's gonna stop right at the 38th parallel, and it'll never go south! It would never go... Our South Korean allies would love you forever if you nuked North Korea. Yeah, they would. Uh-huh. Sure they would. What's that sound? That's all those Radiak meters and those dose meters going into the black, thousandth of 38. Yeah, yeah, you killed a bunch of our friends, but hey, you just had fun dumping eggs, didn't you? Oh, and by the way, let's not forget our Japanese allies. You see, there's that strait right there. What's the name of that strait? There's a strait right there between Korea and Japan. And it's a watery thingy. And it's not very wide. In fact, it made for great business during the Korean War because U.S. pilots could have their families in... launch from Korea, attack during the day, fly back home or fly at night if they were night fighters and night bombers. could fly during the air at land and the wife and the kids could be right there going, hi honey, how you doing? By the way, if you don't think that happened, I've got pictures. I can show you photographs from the guys leaving and the white, they did the PR pieces where they got the wife out by the plane runway waving the husband goodbye and then inside is Black Widow and you know, taking off to do night operations in a Black Widow night fighter, you know, over Korea. and come back after he's done the evening and have breakfast with the family. You know, Cheerios or bacon and eggs and go see the sights. You know, go check out Japan for the rest of the day or sleep. We have a caller. We got down there with us. Do we have another caller though? Yes, we've got a caller waiting. Why? Bill from Texas. Good morning, Bill. Jump in there. Go ahead, Bill. I've got to be real quick because I normally never call in twice. I was checking my emails and at Electronic Gold Mine They have a already made, no soldering required solar powered sounder for $5. Once the sun comes out, the thing starts screaming. Part number is G. One nine eight zero nine eight and that is at $5. Dissembled electronics. Now remember, this makes it... Or... I believe that he... Well, the way they describe it, it just says, puts out a high pitched tone. Which is cool, because it's very irritating. Yeah. Good idea. Actually, it would be an interesting experiment when we were talking about those before using also for scarecrows in the garden. So something to think about there, keep the birds away. In the future that might not be a bad thing since you can't be there all the time and this is a techno piece that's pretty straightforward and easy to use and the sunlight is free. So for $5 you can't beat it. It also makes a great booby trap used properly. Put a control switch in that so you pull a, all you do is pull a tab. and when the tab comes together it just doesn't stop. Taped over the solar cell. Yep. And that way no soldering is required. Yep, exactly. Very good. Anyway. That's electronicgoldmine.com, or no, no, give out the webpage. It's not electronicgoldmine.com. It is www.ef.com. Item number is G5 dollars. Very good. And again thanks for the heads up. You know when I saw that, I had a chance to get in, you know, to bring it out on the air. I don't believe we talked about it yet. Appreciate that. And again, a reminder everybody, these are sound minds, guys. Light minds and sound minds are passive. They can't do anything about them, but they are quite valuable on the battlefield. Contrary to what you see, direction and again, deception. There are many tools that are minimal costs that can help a great deal to create a very different world when the time comes to get rid of the problem or to have to deal with the problem. And again, you do it on your terms. Well, we got down there with us down there, it's kind of trying to break up. We've had mixed gray, but little bits of sunshine here and there. We got fluffy cloud break in between. What's it like up in your neck of the woods this morning? Well, the sky on this, the 20, we're two dozen days into February 24th, you've done that mark but we've got like four keys going in fact it's falling it's moving like field of vision through the window there. Guy's named Jack. If I had a wolf to open it. I was gonna say that way for another 25 days officially but I think we're gonna have it for a bit longer so don't get upset kids. Real quick a reminder about the weather issue here we've got we have been still that's the one thing about this winter in our area here the snow every snow we've had we have not had whipping wind that's gone you know perpendicular to the ground with the snow blaze that you can see in your nose. No, it hasn't been that way. We've had perfect snow storms where it comes straight down. We finally got some breeze, but we've gotten breeze at the right time because when we get melt, the only way to prevent erudite to reduce the flooding threat is if we get wind. And what the wind does is whatever moisture we're getting, the wind picks up, obviously the air helps it to, you know, again, work into the atmosphere, goes out as hydrated air obviously. When it's working really efficiently. That's right. Well, you can go out as fog too, but in this case, you know, we've got a good light breeze, not extreme. And you don't, you know, again, this is winter. You're supposed to be dressed to deal with the cold wind, guys. But it's going to be damp. And it's going to be damp because we've had sunshine, we've had a couple of good days. We still have inches, many inches of snow on the ground. We're not going to lose the snow this time for the melt. Yeah, even if we got a little more warm weather, it's going to be a little wild because it now got crusty and icy. A little bit of a, you know, surface space that'll help to keep the snow what we got left in. Now the thing is, though, that whatever we had in the way of melt, if it blows, if we get a good wind, it's going to dry the pavement off, guys. Brings up the moisture content in the air, which is cool. And then here's the here's the sad part. the air gets picked up and it gets higher and higher in altitude and then it turns into snow and goes to Cleveland. Yeah, the weekend here it was really windy but it didn't go to the vision and I thought, well this is good, it'll just move a lot of the snow off of my land and how much when it melts, it is apparent to me it got more snow than me. Exactly, so it's got to go somewhere people, so we got, when we get this breeze, this is the nature of the Great Lakes weather system that every every chance they can now, they're gonna call it a disaster. They would normally piss and moan about there not being enough water. Remember last year, now they're gonna piss and moan about being, how could this be? There's so much water. It is a natural cycle and I hate these liars. I truly, truly hate these liars. I'm fed up with them. Like all the rest of this BS. The bottom line is, in fact, thank you Henry from the Trenches World Report. If you go back through the scroll, The National Weather Service, with billions of government dollars and with a political agenda to lie for the global scammers, completely got caught off guard by the weather this year. But as I pointed out, guys, all of the Farmer-Almond Act, and by the way, there's more than one. There's actually three that are the primary that are competing with each other. And then there's four or five others that are printed by other companies that are lesser. Every one of the farmer's almanacs have gotten the weather to date exactly on the head. Nailed it right on the head. For each part of the country, absolutely correct based upon what? Based upon real life observation and scientific experience. So a printed text, a book, which is quite archaic by all of our electronic instant medium, The National Weather Service failed us completely, fell on their face, didn't have a clue this was going to happen, and supposedly are so stinking stupid they don't know what goes on from one decade to the next, and have no idea about how to look at history. Those idiots got caught flat-footed, but the old straw chewing guy there who sat and looked at the cycle of the weather, he got it right all in the money and he sat there and wrote one of them. Actually, these guys are quite But you know, they want you to think it's that stupid old farmer, because farmers are dumb. All they do is plant crops and hope they can hope for the best when the weather hits. They never have brains to figure out how to use science, that stuff. Don't you know? That's how stupid people are believing this BS. You get to put a government name on it, put some numbers on it, and they'll worship it and lift the feces up like there's no tomorrow off of someone's bungalow. And it's disgusting, it's that disgusting to me. It's gotten to be that, that people have become that stupid. It's horrible. Anyway, we got a caller. Who do we have? Let's get him, get the caller up and get him online. Hello. Good morning. We got your caller, jump in there. It's unconstitutional, Charles. Well, if this is where, okay, better argument, here's what it comes down to. You're dealing with criminal. Unconstitutional. Okay, don't worry about that. Start with the stupid thing. Like I said, start with the stupid thing. They aren't listening to the Constitution, so insult them. Insult them, I'm serious. They're not listening to the Constitution. They need to be arrested. They do need to be tried. They do need to be hung. Now, here's the problem. It's not constitutional to charge a toll on a road that has been paid for with another incremental tax base. Now, if the road was bought as a toll... No, I mean to charge the commercial right to travel here. Right. We understand the right to travel thing, but my point is, okay, hold on. I know exactly where you're going with it. I mean, you got the right to go on. As to the formula, remember that there have always been toll roads that have been privately owned in the United States. So a lot of people will go, well how could he charge for a toll road? You know, I live on a road that was a public road, but down the road here, there's another road that now is a public road. that originally wasn't paid for with any tax dollars, it was privately built. In fact, the Tollboat Foundation still sits where it did for as long as I've lived. And it used to be up until the 50s that Tollroad was open as a private, privately built Tollroad. So if somebody built it to purpose for that, yes they can. But what's happened is we've gone more and more public with everything as your tax dollars paid to grab stuff and run people out of business. And then they wanted their cake and eat it too. So on the one hand they're charging you gas, tax, and all this other stuff. And then they want, now they want to go full circle. If it wasn't a toll road already, now they want to charge you tolls, but they're not talking about getting rid of all these other BS taxes, are they caller? We know it's illegitimate. We understand that, but on top of that, see this one everybody needs to point out. A lot more. Another example would be, as a matter of right to public behavior and travel, both outside and inside limits of incorporated cities and towns and it goes on and on and on. Boulevard, highways, roads, streets, roads. Well, we have to be, okay, here's the thing. Everybody wants free. I love the everybody wants free part, but how did the road get built? They had ways of taxing. They didn't. Okay, not only tax. What if I say, hold on, what if I say I want to build a road? Do you have a right to be on my road? Look, you can't have a road that runs from one side of the country to the other. Yeah, you can. As a matter of fact, originally private roads were built because people bought the right-of-way and the property and they did. They built roads that were toll roads that went all the way across this country. They did. No, that's not where you're not right. The history of transportation is very unique to say the least. The railroads did it for certain. Yeah, the railroads did it and they did get even support from the government, but they bought the right-of-ways. But people used to do this with roads. A lot of the roads in the waterway should be open forever free. Forever free. Unless they were constructed waterways. Okay, that's a great idea. Hey, we gotta go to break. Let's continue this spotlight on the other side of the break. This is where we get into, I understand exactly what you're saying. Because the Northwest Passage, Northwest Territories Treaty, state's uncategorical, the right of travel is open. That's really what it's all based upon. It goes all the way back to the Northwest. Northwest Territories Treaty. But it's... I didn't notice what's so recent, Wayne. It kind of bothers me, because I'm like, oh my God, you think, stooped. Well, the problem is that we're the balances, and then we've got to go to break. We're the balances this. If I build a canal, see, that's the thing. Not only is waterways are public waterways to begin with. If I build the canal privately and I pay for it and I build another river walk, do you own it as a general population or do I own it because I built it? And I'm not talking about widening the canal, I'm talking about building a new one. If I built a road and I built a road on private property that I purchased every mile for, do you have a right to travel on it or do I have a right to charge for it because I own the property? They divert that water from an already existing source in nature. Okay, so we're gonna shut this now off? Yeah, you can shut the water off. You don't like private people running stuff, I understand, but there's... See, this is where... If either we're gonna be ultimately... Well... Big ball back, man. What's your thing? All those tasters back then, we're doing it back then. If I still will now stop. We gotta go to break. Let's go to break. We'll be right back, you guys. Get your life change T at GetTheT.com. Tom, the micro effect in the morning, how about the micro effect broadcast? Again, property rights. Not to mention what I do here because to think that gasoline taxes one of the excuses why they you know tax gasoline so that the potholes can grow haha but I guess one might go out and buy even an American electric car these days hmm that should those should be really called Hummers it's come to the attention of the diabolical Michigan government here why those electric cars don't pay gas taxes and they wear out our roads just as well as everything else I find that hard to believe but by the mile out and check your mileage every now and then. See this is worse than a plate of spaghetti. Comes to again right of way. Out of that road closes the question who owned the property and we know that in fact my family knew my father was right along 75 there when it was only two lanes each way. Little house at the end of the road there that they called 75. So again this property right. What is it the my words there now? suggested that we, who was in charge, the guy who wrote the paper, the Supreme, that we ought to commandeer his house and turn it into a museum for the very, you know, thought lines that be your seven or nine hundred page determination on what they can do with our property. I yield to you guys because this is gonna get spirited again, I can tell. We have a caller, call her, jump in there, go ahead. You started out, we were talking about the right to travel. And the what, you're right. Yeah. Okay, here's my question. See this is this is a little weird. We got real real field the land and repeat repeat stop go come back again. The girls want to hear you want to stop. Are you really? We have a floor. You got four. Well, no caller you have the floor. Yeah, we're talking. Go ahead. Well, I want to get your number going and taking money up. Go ahead. Well, who do you watch your with land the railroad coming through and all that? My problem is, let's start with basically the roads. Okay, we're gonna win this war. How are we gonna operate the roads? What do you think we're gonna do to operate the roads? Tell me. I'm listening right now. You decide you have right to travel. Today, World War II and III quarters just got finished in the U.S. And by the way, your bridges are gone. You're a good chunk of them, not because we bombed them, because U.S. Air Force, the International Air Force was told to take out bridges, destroy infrastructure, attack America. We eventually kill the pilots, we kill the ground crews, we've hunted down the people who did all the dirty deeds. Now we have this piece of real estate now. First of all, you're not working from where the founding fathers did, where there were no expressways. There were no roads. In fact, there weren't roads even as you know them except for a combination of right-of-ways that were created progressively by property line rights. there are a number of different ways that this is to be settled but now you got the slate how are you going to keep that infrastructure off what are you going to do well i expect that will be going out a lot of the county roads that did long time and they didn't think you might be cut off uh... from the east uh... no i don't need to be that specific i'm not talk about right now we got to figure out a way that we're going to finance or operate because you're going to have a bit she worked the convenience of uh... being able to feed off many decades of government spending So we now have the equivalent to the end of the Roman Empire where we have all the Appian Way paved from the gates of Rome all the way to Germania. Okay. Count on having to replace every bridge across the Mississippi. Well, I'm not worried about that. My point is that right off the bat, since you want to be free traveling around, now how are you going to build that back? Or are you going to let it progressively degrade? What are we going to do? Which is it? Well you'd have to build them back one at a time. You'd have to get together and do it. Now what I said, you wanted to be free. Since you're going to be free, we're not allowed to tax or we're not going to do anything. Before we had all these other scam taxes, how did we finance the progressive building of the public waste? Let's not confuse this with the private waste because there were both. Now, do you have a right to travel on my private way? If you have a right to travel, you'd have to have what's called an e-bond. Those easements and access ways were already accounted for and are in place. We're not talking about that. The easements and access ways have always been in place. That was part of the surveying of the land. unless you don't believe that we should have private land but rather it should all be public and that anybody who wishes to move across or use my land is now communal in nature and they can do whatever they want on my land. Well, when you get someone who starts getting tric- signs in her eyes and they're like, oh, you know, I hope we're all going to be nice each other. That's not my point, I know. Let's get back to the basic rule is how did we finance? See, this is my point. It's a great thing to say I want to be free to go somewhere and I believe we should, but Do we have private land or are we going to go full circle to, you know, everything's public? Now, since we're obviously, we believe we should have private land, I'm pretty sure you do too, then we, of course, there were rules that were already set up. There was an infrastructure in place. for how we built whatever was going to be public access because private lands are truly the property or an extension of the private property of the people who obviously accommodated the price, cleared the land, paid whatever for it. Now they own it. Right? Now there's a couple. Many of those avenues will still be Because we care. Well yeah, because they were paid for with the blood of somebody else at gunpoint through taxes. Shouldn't we turn them all up and get rid of them and just go back to the free thing? Should we let them sit? We have to kitchen our fair share. No, no, no, that's just my whole point. Now what is, how do we come up with a fair share system? Because here's the problem we have. This is my point, what I was talking about all through this morning. We have public property where somebody came at gunpoint. Well, initially they didn't go to gunpoint, they didn't have to. Originally a lot of the roads in this land were filled with what were called millages. Now a millage had to be approved by a very slow process and you and I all got a chance to talk about and discuss what was going to happen. Now, overlapping of that came the idea of bringing in motor transport. See, they didn't tax A, and they didn't tax the water that horses drank. But once they got everybody away from horses, and we could travel faster with horsepower under the hood, then all of a sudden they found a way to tax what it was that was being used to go down the road, and that's where the fuel taxes came in. Now, in each case, the argument for all of these taxes was to help us to take care of and maintain those roads. But each one was supposed to be the solution only. The problem where we are right now and the reason everybody is so disgusted with it and we just would like to throw their hands up in the air is because... No accountability. Well now we're talking toll roads. Now let's not get past accountability. We didn't get there yet. We're just talking about methods. Because methods, each one does have accountability and responsibility. Even with this toll road scam, right now they're just completely ignoring the Constitution in Colorado. They're saying, and again, it's the same shysters that did the gun ban thing in Colorado, from Boulder, Colorado to Denver, Colorado, they're saying that the Australians are the only people who could run a toll road in the United States in the heartland of America. That's what my point was this morning. Now here's the problem. What do you ask America? First of all, they came to us at gunpoint and said you will pay for the expressway because we will take taxes or we will kill you. In fact, there's a guy on the road who also writes tickets and he has a gun to tell you that if you do not, you know, hand over whatever, he will kill you. He is using lethal coercive force as the tool to tell you he will kill you if you don't pay a fine for whatever you did on the road that's the perceived, du jour, fake rule of the day. Whatever BS they pulled out of their hearts. But the fact of the matter is that there's all of this funding that was already taking place. We paid for it, gunpoint, to put that road in. Now what they're saying is that only the Australians, a foreign power, can all of a sudden take over this public road, which it was a public road as you're pointing out so it was free, it was supposed to have access to, it was paid for with federal dollars, state dollars, and local dollars combined typically. Now, talking about foreign powers, now all your attorneys and all your FBI is a foreign Well, but that's a separate we're not even in the FBI. Oh, look at all the same people. That's a great idea. But then what is that? Okay, is the FBI guy pulling you over on the road? It still comes down to the local cop and or the state police are pulling you over on the road, but that's irrelevant there. No matter how we look at it, there has always been a federal entity, but it's federal entity did not get involved in state issues the way they are now. Remember the state. Because there was a division of power. But once we blurred the division of power from the local over to the state and then the state's prostituted themselves or hoared themselves out to the fed the way that they did, progressively all the checks and balances have been made to disappear. So now we're to the point where just like with the founding fathers, all these other taxes that were going to be the only tax you'd ever get. You know, if you let us tax the gasoline, we won't have to have any more millages. We won't have to charge you to put a highway up because we're getting tax money from the gasoline, which is true. Remember what I brought out earlier. Back down in Texas, remember when they tried to hand all the roads over to Spain, the Texas Department of Transportation blurted out that, well, why would they do that? They've taken twice as much money as they need every year. Well, there's an example of corruption of the tax system, and that's just with the taxes they've already got. So again, lack of accountability. They steal it. They steal it. They take it. Well, the problem is that people got, like, two days ago, we got really comfortable, fat and lazy because we can freely go into you. What they did is they bought everybody this way. You just open your car, you're not even going to notice the tax. You get down on the road and anybody, if you don't pay property tax, you're not going to pay the millage. And so, ha, ha, ha, you know, you don't have to worry about it. You're going to do it for free. But you're not doing it for free because you're paying the gas tax. But remember that the gas tax meant that they weren't going to need any more millages. That's what they said back in the day. That when they passed the gas tax, they weren't going to need to have any more millages or get any more big blocks of money from the people in property tax to pay for that stuff, which they still do. So they got us from that direction, they didn't drop the tax and go to the gas tax. They kept that and went to the next. Now here's the thing. We're going to have the millage taxes still in place that they're going to demand every year, plus they're going to have the gas tax and then they're going to make them toll roads that some foreigners are going to be running. And that's why they need to be shot. Because at some point, this is what I'm saying, we have to pick a solution now and it better be discussed now before we get to after the war and then everybody's scratching their arse and the carpetbaggers waddle right in and screw us all over again. But what it comes down to is we also have to work at this in the school system and we need to teach people to ask the right questions because nothing is free. travel, you have a right to move unimpeded across the landscape. You're supposed to be able to move from point to point, but there are social norms. In other words, you can say all you want about it, you have freedom of travel, go across the Kentucky Ridge and try to cross somebody's land if they're still in the old country and watch to see how you get shot. They'll shoot you across the land. They won't shoot you. I understand. We can get rid of all that. We can get rid of all that, but it still comes down to that, you know, I've had this argument until three in the morning. It's a wonderful idea to argue that and it needs to be done away with. But at the end of the day, we don't even have to go through the... There's very little process necessary to get this cleaned up. But what it means is we all have to make a final decision. We have to make a decision now. And so what it goes down to is what system do you want? Because you're going to have to pay a fee or something. Some process has to be in place to pay for one square yard of cement. Okay, think of it that way. You've got to buy one square yard of cement. Who's going to pay for it and how? Because cement doesn't show up on its own. And even if it were to say, well I'm going to have a dirt road. Well you know what, if you've ever seen what an untended dirt road looks like after a few years of nonstop with heavy traffic or not even a few years, one season, then who's going to pay, who's going to grade it or who's going to fill it? And how are you going to pay for it because my time isn't free and your time's not free and I'm not going to go to the guy with a cement and say, I'm going to put a gun to your head and you're going to give me cement to make a road with because we deserve your road. See, so that's not going to work. So the biggest problem we've got is the idea that we have to come up with a solution that's going to be intelligent that is equitable. Now, traditionally the roads were taken care of, like you said, from district to district. Forgive me, from township to township, from county to county. And that meant that it was regulated at the closest possible distance to the taxpayer. But then they got it to the state level. And state highways, of course, created a great deal of, shall we say, lateral theft. And we do have a phenomenal road there because they can hide it all in one big pile inside of the beach. archives of the legislature, you know? Well, the toll roads, the only reason for the toll roads is to go to the ultimate level, which is like everything else. When it goes international, that just means they're stealing. And that's why, again, we need, that's why we'll end up needing to fight a war over this. Anyway, call it real quick, cause we've had you on a little longer, we should have anyway, I'm sorry. We are at the top. Yeah, we gotta watch it there. Don, your number for night mission, please. Thank you, caller. Hey, my number is 231796. 8-4-5-8-2-3-1-7-9-6 8-4-5-8 This is subject matter that we need to study as well as we study war. Yep, in fact it is the reason we're fighting because yes, economics is not a dirty word, it's something we need to understand, it's something that's been taken out of the American education process. How will you operate? What has been the historical process? What is the fiction we're operating under now? And why it needs to be fixed? Which is what our caller was really pointing out, but it's part of it. The formula is going to have to be laid down now. God bless the republic. Death to the new world order.
