Using stocking caps and things of that nature, you've got to beware there and make sure that again, building up moisture which builds from the body, you're losing calories you're going to need for operations. Think about the pocket constitutions. Every one of you should be carrying one. There are a number of advantages. They can be used as code books, they can be used, of course, for education, that's the first and foremost tool, but there are a lot of other purposes for having everybody's pocket out there. People need to be studying constitutions, the Bill of Rights, Declaration, Independence, and the Free Call, and we need the training aids to do it. Well, wooden printers have been doing this for a long time. Now, they've changed the the age of the paper, it changed the weight of the cover sheet because they tried to keep the price of these box constitutions down. And they've done that because everything else has gone up at a crazy price. It is a chunk of change, 500 of them, but it's not as bad as it could be. He masks and inclusion thing with uh... you know the idea that yeah yeah and it doesn't mean that we don't have people understand all our government with nobody talking that we are it either stream like well we're not going to have any government it's to me to say that you're not going to have anything what everything's been built up we understand that we have to prove that we want to maintain a certain of interest but we're going to do it independent But there's no we're gonna have to figure out what we really do want to not just a go to creature round or think we're gonna contemplate our belly button and if we contemplate our belly button there's long enough we'll go to the center of the universe and Everything will be right as rain and when we come back out there'll be you know We come out of our super after we've been sitting there with our legs crossed and offers when we open our eyes and there's a guy with a gun No, wait a minute. Because, you know, it's like an extension of we the people who as originally started this country. We didn't ask for permission. Well, we're going to protest and ask permission to protest because, well, royalty, of course, then will let us come in unarmed and can't even have sticks on our signs because you might actually defend yourself when they tend to execute your murder or shoot or whatever for the regular people. You know, if that happens for the people who are, that's one thing I will say about the other, they go into the sign, the ability to defend themselves, please tell them and tell them they can't have that. And you can get a case of them for free. But what we need to do is track them out and see if they're even handing anywhere else. They were done for the bicentennial. They made warehouses full. There's tons of them available. If there was one particular source, we'll have to double-check if available. Everybody out there, when we were doing shortwave, responded so well that they initially would you have as many as you wanted. Oh, you want cases? Please take them! Because they were trying to get them out of the warehouse. taking a warehouse. But then after a while, they realized there was such response from all of thousands and then tens of thousands, tens of tens of thousands, limited everybody to a case per person, which is still pretty easy. We can find those that'd be great, but as far as I can see, I've not been able to track them. We should have exhausted them. If there's anything available, we'll track. Let's talk some more about the incredible cost of what we call welfare and the fact that it certainly does not go only to the unemployed. It goes to workers whose wages are below a government designated figure that is supposed to identify poverty. 17 years after Bill Clinton said, we are ending welfare as we know it. Welfare spending as a percentage of our national output has nearly doubled from 2.2% of gross national product in 1989 to 4.3% last year. People who earn wages near the poverty level supplement their incomes with a long list of federal benefits, including food stamps, Medicaid, child care, and cash wage subsidies, plus school lunch and even breakfast for their kids. Robert Rector of the Heritage Foundation, the country's expert on welfare statistics, has concluded that since the beginning of the war on poverty, government has spent $19 trillion on means-tested welfare. In comparison, the cost of all military wars in U.S. history, from the Revolutionary War through the current war in Afghanistan, has been $7 trillion. The war on poverty has cost three times as much as all other wars combined. Welfare pays more than a minimum wage job in 35 states, and remember welfare benefits are tax-free, so their dollar value is even greater. The EITC is full of all sorts of fraud. The Treasury reported that $110 billion in EITC payments were given out during the past decade to people who were not qualified. Legislation to raise the minimum wage would raise many lo-
