And then of course the law that never was, which was a compilation of a whole lot of information that was gathered showing that the 16th Amendment to the Constitution was never ratified. And it explains you why and gives you the actual documents. It's already in there in the book. Well, I'll tell you what, you had a, now first of all, a quick overview, and remember, I'm gonna back right off and I'm not gonna say anything. You've got until the bottom of the hour, but give us an overview again for people who may have missed you yesterday, number one. And you also had a couple of things that you wanted to touch on and we ran out of time. So let's just do the overview of where you are, what happened, what transpired, and then jump right into whatever subject you want to and it's your time. Okay. Well, basically what happened is the Department of Natural Resources came out with a list characteristics and if your have any of those characteristics and there's nine of them then they say that your pigs are feral and then they added feral pigs to the invasive species order by April 1st. Long story how I came to that but I told them I wouldn't do it and then I sued an attorney that was helping me. It's been a long haul and they've done everything that they can think of. They've stripped us off, they've given us a really big fine of $700,000 fine. I'm not a big, tiny, 80-acre farmer, and I work with wife and kids. I'm a retired GI. I'm here on agricultural bucks. We just kind of live in the sense of what we're trying to do. We've exhausted just about every resource that we have, and we have a court date with them on the 11th of March. It's going to be a four-day trial, and I think it's why resources is a regulatory agency, nothing more. That's all they are. And they do not have the constitutional to make law, case expectations, and private property based on how it looks. They are doing this flying problem that's plaguing the nation, right? It really is an overview of where we're at behind us, and they've destroyed our market. Someone with Michigan Department of Act, and they've even destroyed our market for our beef. You know, I had a pretty good thing going. I think anything that can to hurt us and put us seven days away from trial commentating on this, they are going to lose. And I just got off my attorney and she was talking with the attorney general's office, they are going to do this. They think, who do you guys think you are? I was a Democrat Republican thing a long time ago, where it's at. It's an overview, but what I wanted to talk to you about yesterday and at the time was, not just, I think the struggle will always get the other way. So, it's happening, not these controlled migrants. So we kind of know some of the things to do, and some of the things. If people were just going to do it like so your kids tell me what the 8th Amendment says and they could spit it back. You would start to see different areas where, hey, somebody is infringing on that. And we all have to hold that line for our constitutional rights. So when this thing do a little bit about what the sheriff's responsibility was, not a whole lot. He was a friend of the family. My wife's family and I made an appointment to get on his calendar, met him in his office. And his idea of how this should work is that he's locked sufficient of the state. He did not see himself as an advocate for the people who elected him. He did not see that. So, Shepherd of the people. And what we call the Vietnam, you can't do this because you're violating this guy's constitutional rights. You can do it, you will not be able to operate in my county. And he would have the full public people of this county elected him to protect their constitutional rights. But our share of it I've talked with Richard Mack several times. I believe that this is where our answer lies, is with the regional sheriff filtered down a little bit, but it should filter up quite a buy-in of this county, of 83 counties. And I believe if constitutional rights were protected, any one county would prosper way beyond any of the other counties. And the other counties would want to get on board, because that determines our constitutional rights. They make it so we can. Life, we can live a life, our life with liberty and the pursuit of happiness. American people are hard-working, dusty people, but we are environmental quality, transportation. And the list goes on. Natural resources above all needs to hand-strung anybody. This is a gross example of that. And it could have been at the sheriff's, at the county level, and should have. What we need to do, what I need to do, I need to put my money where my mouth is. Do I want to be the county sheriff? No. I was involved in a lot of conflicts. I want to live a quiet and raise my children. Do I want to fight with these leaners at the county level? No, I don't. I as a military person, how shitty the rest of this world is, and how good the United States is, or what. We have the ability that are watching We have to get off of our bus and I see this as something that we can do. Anybody still out there? You've got it till the bottom of the hour, sir. The idea was to get you there as long as we can. Go ahead. Well, that's what I have right there. I wanted to make that point that it was not lost. I mean, we don't have to do the cartridge box. I don't believe that yet. And I've been up close to seeing how these things work. I believe that most people believe as we patriots do. People want to live, they're happy and they want to have a hard time. And their own leadership is what it is. Very good. Well, one of the things again, we just had Jack McLamb pass away and he did an excellent work called Vampire Killer 2000. Do you have a copy of that? I don't. Okay. Well, we're going to get a copy of the new reprint of it. Jack was a lawman from Arizona. It was his 4K, his niche. It's one of the things that he was most expert in is explaining the whole process of peace officers, what they're supposed to be doing and what they're not doing. In fact, the ones that aren't doing it aren't peace officers begin with. They've been conditioned a process of the public pool system combined with the psychological manipulation when they get into departments, depending upon the department's agenda. But again, the sheriff's office is something that for as long as we've been in the Patriot effort, we've tried to make people understand. Sheriff Mack is one of several people that have been working at that for decades. of the Patriot Movement of the 90s where everybody said all those crazy people in the Patriot Movement and the militia were crazy. They're just crazy. They don't tell you what they were talking about whenever possible. And everybody said they were crazy, but it turns out that everything we warned everybody about, she is right in your lap. I mean today, for everybody out there listening. In fact, as I pointed out, I'll go back a little farther. You know, God bless you, Fred Rector. He was an author from the 80s. virtually everything that he talked about that everybody said oh that's crazy or oh you just don't know what you're talking about they would never let that happen in America well now it's America with a K and everything that Fred Rex are put down on paper virtually is a map from his perspective and his insight is to exactly where things went, both of the weapons with the attempt to try and destroy the country's sovereignty, you know, the whole nine yards. And we've talked about this for years. We've been doing radio for 20 years here with the Intel report. And, you know, we were all crazy. Well, now everybody's discovered because the feces bird has dropped in everybody's lap here that I guess maybe we were not only were we right, but we've been right all along. And a lot of people should have jumped on the bandwagon and been paying attention and doing their part maybe 20 years ago. See? Now everybody learns in different ways. But this is something where, again, we have been, we are, and we're going to continue to be right because we're supporting the Declaration of Independence, the Articles of Confederation, the Constitution and Bill of Rights of these, you know, the Republic of these United States, and the keyword is these United States. The management was supposed to be at the local end so that we have a leash on government. And the farther it's gotten away from the people, the more obscene it has become. And that's really where we are right now, the more obscene. Because, in fact, I'll tell you what, Mark, one of the things that we always point out is watch the series, Why We Fight, that was done for World War II. When you watch the beginning of it, especially where they talk about Japan, just take and scratch out Japan and write in America now. And what's fascinating is we demanded that we had to go to war against Japan because of all of the injustices and things that they were doing. And it's amazing that they can't show that on national television anymore. And there's a reason for that. The regime, as opposed to our American form of government and our American heritage, Well, it's all illegal now. Everything has become illegal. Everything... In fact, your pig case is probably the best example. You know, literally as you know, because of what you've brought up on the air, every stinking pig on this planet qualifies to be executed by the DNR, doesn't it? Yeah, it does. Every... I don't know... In fact, the description is so nebulous. First time I read it, it's like, you know, this would be something out of either Mad Magazine or Saturday Night Live. We've got a court date coming up. Who, what, where, when? So everybody knows what's going on there, sir. Okay. Well, our court date is going to be on the 11th of March, 2014 at the four-day trial. On Tuesday, it's in Lake City, Michigan, and the courtroom's not huge, but we're working on an overflow of a couple of the restaurants because our pretrial hearing was in the summer. We had other people that showed up for the hearing from 13 different states. what's gonna happen here and I'm glad that warms my heart that they want to do that. In this thing, Mark, I really, I'm looking for solutions on how to prevent this from happening or when something like this does happen. How is it a positive, how does it give us the ability to exercise personal, how do we exercise that deliberate? I come out of the air wing and we have these little buttons in our airplanes called press test buttons. So you could press on it make sure that the circuit would work in it. And I think when something like this happens, at the DNR that dream up something foolish like this, well they actually give us the opportunity to press the hit test button to see it. I think that we have, here in Nisaki County, we have a major problem, and that is with our county sheriff. And I think that what needs to happen here is he needs to be forced to wear it. And I think to lots of people, And they're probably fuming like, what can I do to make this? You can get on the phone and call this guy and say, you're going to do your damn job, buddy. You're going to do your job. And I would reckon about 100 phone calls to that office, and he'd start to take notice. He is actually telling people in the county that he's had conversations with me and that he's got the BNR backed off. There's nothing further from the truth. He has had no conversation. I run into him in town and he walks the other way. put my family at ease because of his advocate for me, I can only assume that he would hold the flashlight for the men in black coming here at 3 in the morning. So, it is exactly the most horrible situation. I want to tell you something that happened here last week, or last week, a little old agent from, in Traverse City, Tom Gallo. And he said, former associate of mine, the guy I used to work with before the DNR destroyed my business, He says that no one from his department is allowed to come near me or my farm unless it is an armed agent from the DNR. And then he went on to say that Mark Baker is a gun waving lunatic. All right? Now take it from me. There's one or two pictures of me with a firearm. One is when I'm shooting a pig on a video and the other one is in a flag case when I retired from the military, I'm holding an issued M16 rifle. Pictures that I know of. And I don't think anybody's ever seen me wearing a gun or carrying a gun because I don't really hunt. I was with the kids once in a while, but I am not a gun-waiting lunatic. But what that puts every man in uniform that's going to be coming anywhere near me on the edge. A lot of these 25-year-olds are being trained that we're the bad guys. It's volatile. Gone to the sheriff's office. department just said, look, is that for you? Is that for us? If somebody doesn't intervene, he's made your problems. I've got eight children here and a wife. Son of a gun. It didn't rise. His detector, they can't get involved in stuff like this. I think the answer is a massive of people calling and saying, you're going to do your job. That's what I think needs to happen. I think that's an answer right there. And then these people are going to know that, hey, we're watching. Well, we've done this, normally we can flood an area. One of the things I would point out, if you have the number handy and you give it out, a lot of people listening will pick up the phone from virtually every state of the union and say, hi, how are you doing? Why aren't you stepping in and helping out the baker farm? So if you've got the contact information, give it out and we'll all have fun picking up the phone. This is the sheet, now, I'm pointing something out real quick, Mark. This is what the Patriot Movement has always done. I will say again what I said earlier, you know those crazy people in the Patriot, the militia effort, who knew exactly what was going on and which, you know, again, the average person didn't listen to the controlled media and was stupefied by the controlled media, when in reality, all of what you're talking about doing is all things that we've done for as long as we've been in the Patriot effort. The difference is, again, what you haven't heard about are the many, many, many, many, many, many, many, many, many, many, many, many many many many many victories we've had because we have numbers. Now the idea that if you'll resist and you'll be absorbed all alone, that's a crock of BS and we've explained that to people over and over again. Another thing real quick, we need to see if you could do a radio program on a regular basis. You don't have to do it every day, but I recommend that you talk to Joe right here at the micro effect and also my son Ed at Liberty Tree Radio. You need to do a one hour program on a regular basis every week to bring this subject forward and to again cover the farming issues about what's going on on the farm. Because this helps people and it's something where you don't have to do it the whole week, but you need to do about an hour a week at least if you can do more of that. You don't have to go anywhere, you've got a phone and it would be very simple for you to set this up and it would be another dynamic tool to help people to focus on the problem. They were fighting over frozen pizzas and ding dongs, survival food. Without it, they couldn't survive for the next 24 hours during the snow melts. People were actually that goofy. Well, there's a lot of other people that aren't that goofy. They're actually looking at how can we take care of ourselves when the system goes awry, when it fails us, and it's going to fail us. So you have a subject area that is especially critical for our listeners and other people out there across the country. This goes all the way back to the original farm aid issue because there was a lot more that was in depth in the movement at that time back in the 70s. There was farm aid one, farm aid two, farm aid three. Originally, Willie Nelson was attacked with farm aid one and the IRS went after him because people that had some resources were backing up and going on. Now it doesn't mean we don't have resources, but they try to do the corporate thing. And you definitely, definitely have, again, solutions, not just complaining about problems, you have solutions which is the key to being successful, and especially the farm, because guys, processing meat, understanding nutrition with animals, animal husbandry in general, this is something that Americans need to be brought up to speed on. We are too far from the land and we need to change that. And even if all they do is take pleasure in listening to you, they may be sitting in the city, but they have, they want the knowledge. They really, really do. And to relate to it from a regular working man's perspective, you can bring other people up on the air, you can do all kinds of cool stuff, but it would be your forte because you're an expert in this. It's what you do. It's your livelihood. Why it's critical that we get you up here to do something like this, and I think it'd be great for the network, and it would be great for the people. It's a tit for tat thing. The other thing is, it's a til- Russian Dead Hand. Remember the Russians? With our nukes, we had to send an order. With the Russians, they already sent the order. They just had to get a call not to launch every day. By being more in the public, in this venue, in this method, it's a matter of you to make sure that everything's okay. So consider that there are several other advantages. The other thing is when some buffoon, idiot or incompetent, gives a class to all these knuckle-dragging, black uniform fools, And they all go, yeah, we heard about that baker guy. Do you know him? No, we don't know him. Oh, but I know all about him because some pecker would in a suit from Lansing, who never met you either, is going to give this briefing that was orchestrated by some fool who is a political correctness expert who's also taken the liar 101 through liar 401 through the propaganda ministry. And they're going to pull out of their arse whatever BS they throw up on the NCIC on the computer whenever your stop pulled over your name is mentioned. They punch it up and there's all these lies generated by 15 other fools who never met you but are trying to lick Rumpus so they can gain a position of power. Because each one of them, I don't care if it's the fool in the car, he's hoping to be the guy sitting there at the desk in the office. And the one sitting at the desk, he wants the other desk behind those closed doors. And the other one, he wants another office and another building. And the other one, he's hoping he's gonna get an office down in Lansing. So they're all licking bunghole. Nonstop, that's the problem. Because it's bureaucracy. And we were warned about bureaucracy. It doesn't serve anything but itself. You know, that's the basic rule. So what we're seeing here is a situation where everybody can step in and help. And again, spell the name of that Sheriff out again, please, for everybody. V-O-S-M. Baucher. Mr. Baucher. Sheriff Baucher. Now the other consideration is... Again, you do have a lot of other farmers that were affected by this. And again, let's point out, you started out with a number of different individuals that were involved in this fight. The other individuals backed off or rolled over and killed their livestock and then a whole nine yard. Yeah, there's several of them that killed every animal that they had and now they're wondering what they're going to do to feed their family. I had a little advantage in Michigan after I came out of the military and I was just not conditioned to be afraid of the DNR but people that live here will do it. That's what happened when the time was about to take hold. You got to remember we had the Canadian California-Hornicator. Jennifer Granholm, the Canadian California caterer that was plopped in here and her job was to frag the state and she did. That's one of the things and of course before that, well the other governor we had was a Republican in theory but when he started out he actually was. I sat in on his inaugural, all of his inaugural parties were invited to all of that. Back at his table away from him because we've been involved in politics for a long, long time in the state and we played with the Democrats and the Republicans. And in both cases, again, he got out, started out going in the right direction. His name was Engler. But in fact, he even met with three people every day like he promised. Guys here in Michigan, he promised every day he would meet with three people, whoever was first on the list and got there, he'd come in and talk to the governor. Progressively, the big money got hold of him, twisted him away from the population. He sucked into a whole bunch of dark money from Toronto and out of Chicago, and the rest is history. And then from there, we got the Canadian Californicator, and her job was to torpedo the state the rest of the way. Now, the DNR had greater chains on it years ago. Not everybody is afraid of the DNR. In fact, everybody knows where the DNR lives if you're smart, because down the road someday, that'll be another issue. But the fact of the matter is that part of what needs to be done, we have a new governor, he is supposed to be a Republican. Notice I don't say he was a proper dean because you can intermix them. If they could put one Republican in a Democrat's position, you wouldn't know the difference in a heartbeat. There's no difference between the two. But the fact of the matter is we do have a newer governor and we do need to talk to him. And that's where pressure needs to be put also. What the hell are you doing here? Supposedly there was a change out from the communist we had, the Canadian Californicator. And yet, they proceeded with this agenda 21 scam against you and the farmers in Michigan. And this thing is not limited, guys. This thing is unlimited. First time I read the description, I'll repeat again, I thought it was a choke. It's like, oh yeah, this is one of those onion satires. because there isn't a pig on the planet that couldn't be shot by the DNR with the way they wrote this but as was warned by everybody warned you 20 years ago in the pepper on the Patriot effort everything would become illegal everything and literally right here is the best example and if you're going to destroy a population if you're going to murder people in their homes one of the ways to do it as the communists have done always is to starve you to death They did it in Ukraine, they did it in Georgia, they did it in Russia, they did it in all of the stands.
