Summary
Mark Koernke discussed ammunition and reloading supplies availability on February 7, 2014, focusing on surplus and specialty ammunition sources including 7mm Mauser, 9mm Mauser, 5.7x28 FN, and various other calibers. He analyzed the ammunition shortage, arguing that government diversion rather than civilian hoarding was responsible for supply constraints. The show covered reloading components, powder availability, and improvised munitions construction techniques, including 40mm flare rounds and mortar applications. Koernke also promoted firearms accessories and communication equipment resources.

Live 365 because mainmilitary.com is the only story you'll ever need all from the comfort of your computer. Visit them online today at mainmilitary.com. That's main, like the state, military.com. We fought a revolution to secure our liberty. We wrote the Constitution as a shield from tyranny. For future generations, this legacy we gave. In this, the land of the free and home of the brave. The freedoms we secured for you, we hoped you'd always keep. But tyrants labored endlessly while your parents were asleep. Your freedom's gone, your courage lost, you're no more than a slave. in this the land of the free and home of the brave. You buy permits to travel and permits to own a gun. Permits to start a business or to build a place for one. On land that you believe you own, you pay a yearly rent. Although you have no voice in saying how the money's spent. Your children must attend a school that doesn't educate. And your Christian values can't be taught according to the state. You read about the current news in a regulated press and you pay a tax you do not owe to please the IRS Your money is no longer made of silver nor of gold you trade your wealth for paper so your life can be controlled You pay for crimes that make our nation turn from God and shame You've taken Satan's number you traded in your name You've given government control to those who do you harm so they could burn down churches and seize the family farm and keep our country deep in debt. Put men of God in jail. Harash your fellow countrymen while corrupted courts prevail. Your public servants don't uphold the solemn oaths they've sworn. And your daughters visit doctors so their children won't be born. Your leaders send artillery and guns to foreign shores and send your sons to slaughter fighting other people's wars. Can you regain the freedoms for which we fought and died? Or don't you have the courage or the faith to stand with pride? And are there no more values for which you will fight to save? Or do you wish your children to live in fear and be a slave? Oh, sons of the Republic, arise, take a stand, defend the Constitution, the Supreme Law of the land, preserve our great Republic and each God given right, and pray to God to keep the torch of freedom burning bright. As I awoke, he'd vanished in the mist from whence he came. His words were true. We are not free, but we have ourselves to blame. For even now as tyrants trample each God given right we only watch in tremble too afraid to stand and fight If he stood by your bedside in a dream while you were asleep and wondered what remains of the freedoms he fought to keep What would be your answer if he called out from the grave is this still the land and Good evening ladies and gentlemen. This is the evening intelligence report. I'm our kirky and butter knife one day closer to victory for all of our brothers and sisters both on and behind the lines in occupied territories west, southwest, east, and north. Well, ladies and gentlemen, you're listening to us on... Wooooo Liberty Tree Radio dot 4 mg dot com, Indiana Freedom Talk Radio dot com, and we're on AM and FM micro stations, CB base stations, and alternate technologies east and west of the Mississippi along with Alaska. Good evening, well actually still afternoon to the Aleutians. You guys are behind us by more than a few hours. Ah, the Hallmark Network from the top of Maine to the bottom of Florida, from the bottom of Florida across the arc of the Gulf of Mexico, headed to Louisiana, Mississippi, Texas, Oklahoma. Big chunk of Nebraska, a whole bunch of Wyoming to include both the 3rd and 5th pit and our friends in the Recall, state of Colorado, keep up the good work. Long list of names, locations, car plates, the whole nine yards. Well done. Boulder and Denver are now mapped out with regard to aggressor operations against the American firearms owner. The left coast where we have the state of Jefferson, a shining light to what otherwise is a battlefield where our people are behind the enemy lines, where the stench and separatists of Feinsteinism and the disgusting disgusting diaper stain of brown are doing their part to formulate and create a boots on the ground piece of real estate for the communist Chinese known as the California Soviet Socialist Democracy, the CSSD. Turning back to the east, we sweep across the plains, leap over the burgeoning banks of the Sibiland and the Smoky, slash the Blue Ridge, where the restaurant crew's grammar team's OK teams and the Maville Grammar Consortium bring us the Golden Spike. And we have a package for Central Pennsylvania. It is on the way. connectors, cables, power supplies, everything was on the list. I ran into a treasure trove the other day and it's stuff that they need there and most of it brand new in the wrapper never taken out of the package guys. It was pretty cool. You're gonna like the box. It's a Christmas gift. Well, it's after Christmas. Anyway, BK, it's dark. It is bitter but cold tonight guys. The air was clear during the day and cool but the sun left us. and you better put your hat and gloves on before you go outside. It's winter here in Michigan. What's it like in your neck of the woods and what is this date today, sir? It is 7 February 2014. It is Friday evening. It is the last hour of the day and the week for the intelligence report and that makes this quarter masters corner and it has been a nippy week here. We are up to a balmy 17 degrees Fahrenheit as we speak and I have to say that I'm ready for summer now. is it here yet is it here yet is it here yet now it's not here yet it's not quite that bad but everybody got their winter legs now they know we have a fair i didn't expect this to be a word of uh... w i a and t e r and murder right behind it okay We've been using the firewood, thank goodness we cut what we did. We're actually having to chop up some more and split some more that we had from the storm. And of course we even had some blims come down just from the snow because we have storm damage, guys. One of the things to remember about tornado damage and hurricane damage is you don't just get that first fall. I can be outside three o'clock in the morning and you'll hear, you know, because if you get any wind you can hear off in the middle of the wooded area. It's not gunfire, it's not gunfire guys. It's the sound of an already stressed branch finally giving. And sure enough, there's another old 20 feet worth of 6 inch log ready to chop up for firewood. And that's one of the things you need to be cautious of, especially even in your, like around your home but also anywhere in the back forty if you had a major tornado that's already gone through and torn stuff up you constantly have to pay attention to what's going on overhead. Yeah I heard some rather ominous creaking noises the other day here at Castle BK and I was wondering whether I was about to have a surprise coming through the roof. I think it's just a firewood rack but you know. Who knows, maybe that mystery will be resolved at some point in an unpleasant fashion, but the time being seems everything's okay for now. See that extreme temperatures can stress stuff out and cause events that have been brewing for years to come to a head. Exactly. One of the things too though is remember to break out the buck saw or the chainsaw and... can't make some pieces out of them guys. www.unamo.com. I'm pretty sure that's right. I'll slap myself in the microphone here. But anyway, for everybody out there, if you scroll back, I also, I guess I'm going to have to repost it. Boy, I didn't think I was that far back. I'm trying to find it. Where the hell did that go? Anyway, definitely there are some worthwhile things there to include. The 26.5 millimeter flares. Now, one of the things I don't think everybody noticed, they've got both the traditional flares, guys, that go with the 26.5, those are the ones that were made for the Warsaw Pact, and for the West German countries, or West Germany, or forgive me, West Germany and the Western countries, but they have the newer family of flares there also. So if you go to www.unmo.com, Pretty sure I got that right. UNMO.com. When you go there, go down through the scroll, and BK, the new ones that they have, as they point out, are the rocket type, self-contained rocket type, 26.5. And the cool thing about this is they point out recoil is reduced because it's not a black powder charge launching system. So recoil is reduced some. OK. the big well-being of the some recoil because there will be some uh... backward reaction until it clears the the the tube right but nothing you know again like the normal charge the point of how will buy both because one of the older ones are cheaper number one i will say that One of the nice things about the other ones is because they are a rocket pack, let me give you a little hint as to how that's made. There is a rocket pack with a fulminate slash or a magnesium tape that is activated when you launched it. When it goes downrange, it has a set time to burn and then it hits an activating charge, a light explosive charge which pops the flare and activates to burn it at the same time where its little magnesium strip does its job. Let me point something out. That's a rocket with a pre-cap system already built to go. If you were to take and pull the flare out and take that big hollow spot and do something else with it, you, if you knew what the average range of activity was, You go, poo, it goes down range and it goes, poo, and it can do all kinds of fun stuff. Yeah, you can put an apricot in there and splat all over somebody. There you go, exactly. So one thing about this particular configured newer projectile is, and they do come in two different types of flares. One is a single cluster, or single spike, with a, I think they say a yellow or gray trail slash tracer. The other one is a cluster, which by the way I still would want to have dumping my lap and then activate. You know what I mean? So dropping that into somebody's lap and where you know instead of going up, you lob it in and go out. Remember also with parachute flares, as some have talked about before, if you have illumination or parachute flares, drop them behind and low to the objective. Why? It creates a silhouette opportunity. Anything moving on the other side is a target of opportunity. When it casts a shadow, you fire on the base of the shadow. Wherever you see something moving around, especially if there's more than one illuminating device that's occurring, remember those are like arrows leading back to the point of origin. And with night fire, you do fire a three round burst, so to speak. Even if it's semi auto, in fact, you should go to semi and fire a three round burst onto target. It's traditional. It's the way it's worked. And usually something hits something. Okay. Somebody's bullet meets up with somebody's carcass. Anyway, there's a lot of other stuff in this scroll. Many different shells that are unique, which is what this company has been kind of famous for for a long time anyway. They do have some .40 caliber Smith and Wesson in several different loads. How much they have, I don't know. But they do have it, they showed it in stock. Apparently if it's photographed, if there's a picture of it, it's there. Now another thing that they have, which a lot of places don't have right now, is .38 Special Ammunition. And they have it in .158 grain, lead, looks to be a round nose, it's American Eagle ammo. It's 1000 rounds for $395 base price if you go pick it up. $420 if you have it shipped to the lower 48. But they do have it in stock and they do have some 38 special American Eagle. 50 rounds per box. 1000 rounds per case. Now a lot of people have been asking me about that because 38 is pretty common out there in force. So you are going to experience it here and there. Another thing they do have are some unique odds and ends rounds. that you won't find other places. They've got 9mm Mauser. Now 9mm Mauser, these are Kynok boxes, guys. Kynok has been around for a long time. I don't know if this is a new run or if this is some of the old factory run. The boxes look to be in excellent condition and even the box that it's stored in is in excellent condition. Kynok is notorious for making a lot. It looks like the lead's got a little bit of oxidation, so I'd be willing to bet that is an original older round. Anyway, if you have a 9mm Mauser, and I know there's people out there listening that do, this is new old manufacturer British MFG Kynock 9mm Mauser ammo, inside a wrapped case is 10 boxes of 10 rounds, 100 total rounds, the open box in pictures from another case, so you will get the sealed case, of course. Very rare ammo if you only a rifle chambered in 9 millimeter Mauser buy some while you have the opportunity now this may sound expensive, but it's not Considering what most of the other rifle rounds are going for a hundred rounds for $120 and This is a beef eater cartridge guys. This is the big you know the big 9 millimeter Mauser round that is the odd man out, but You'll find these in the drilling type rifles, you'll find 9mm Mauser there. You'll also find a number of heavy hunting rifles pre-World War II and post-World War II that were done in 9mm. Some of you may have them. I'll tell you, a lot of your grandpas brought them back as war trophies. They were picked up overseas, they were carried back. So there's one caliber that they do have that is off the wall. That's why you shop around, look, see who picks up what. The other thing that a lot of you have been asking about to the point where it's ad nauseam, BK they've got seven millimeter Mauser ammunition that actually looks pretty good. It's seven millimeter Mauser, Deutscheschwaffen ammunition, fabric, German manufacture, 600 rounds per can. And to be quite honest, it's less than a dollar a round, which makes it a pretty good price nowadays. Is that a verbal typo or is that deliberate? But this is seven millimeter Mauser surplus manufactured in Germany by deutsches Waffen ammunition fabric DWM Headstamped DWM 1937 this ammunition is from 1937 it is brass cased probably rare and maybe collectible. Well duh However, we had it tested and it all fires. Yes, this is some of the cleanest seven millimeter Mauser. I've seen 30 years For military ball, if this picture is representative, I'm going to tell you right now, if you've got a 7mm Mauser, a lot of you guys have the Spanish Mausers. Many of you have the 7mm South American Mausers from Peru or the 7mm Mausers from Mexico. Tons of those came out back in the 80s. Well guess what they've got some ball seven millimeter I shoot 1937 It's actually brass wash steel. It was made by the Germans and it was a Mauser work production run I've never had a misfire with this stuff We used to get it for about half a penny around this stuff a lot more now But this gives you a seven millimeter Mauser ammunition solution Again, if you look at the photograph, it will give you an idea of what to expect. I don't see any oxidation. I don't see any corrosion or breakage or fracturing of the cases. They've already tested it. You can call them and talk to them. But this is the best 7mm buy out there that I've seen. 7mm is again, it used to be a drug on the market. You could go to every company and they'd always have, hey, by the way, we got tons of 7mm. Please buy it from us. Well, nowadays it's just reversed. Now it's like, well, this is not very often found anyplace in particular. I would assume this came from one of the Eastern European, old Warsaw Pact countries. Guys, they captured tonnage of this stuff, all kinds of things like this, and they just got stuck away. Yeah, I am severely out of date on this. I remembered 7mm Mauser being a lot cheaper than that, and I thought, what the heck is he talking about? One of our guys just linked in the chat room, some 7mm Mauser, nice new stuff, but it's a box 60 year round. So, holy moly. Graphs listed at $15.50 a box for Purvey, which is more consistent with what I remember, but they're out of stock. So, oops. Most of it, and what we're seeing in the older stock that seem to be around, this is totally unique in that it's a spire tip bullet. This is not the standard, pre-war pencil bullet which normally in post war you see this in the South American loads. Most of those would be the rounded pencil nose type bullet like you see with a Carcano. These are aspired-tiff German production. In fact, it says it's German production. So I would be willing to bet these were probably battlefield pickups from one of the arsenals during the war. Stuff that was stacked away, well-kept, could be from any number of different countries, though. But it's in a, it looks to be a 50 caliber can loose. 7mm Mauser Deutscheswaffen ammunition fabric manufacturer, 600 rounds per can. and what I would do right off the bat, I'd get it out of the can. First of all, I'd put inspection gloves on. Then I would get it out of the can, keeping out something very clean, and I would sort it out in either recover boxes or from somewhere, whatever you want to use, or Ziploc bags. And I'd put 20 rounds per bag and then carefully put it back into the can. And as a secondary step, I would even use the one gallon Ziploc bags to put the smaller baggies in. because this stuff is pristine. It actually is the best 7mm ammunition I've seen in a long time for surplus. I've seen some punky junk surplus. I'm telling you. Well, 1937 manufacturer, I would expect that to be corrosive. Oh yes, absolutely. Almost certainly mercury fulminate primer. That's the worst case. Worst case, you know, you can pull that and replace it with fresh powder. The primer will probably be just fine. And, you know, worst case, you can pull it and reassemble that if you needed to feed some 7mm. So, you know, that's one of those definitely pillow box test it. Well, that's the whole point. They state that they actually did test fire a batch of this to confirm that it was operating. So, I would, again, we can still do a test in the rifle you have, but I would do that for print. But it's definitely worthwhile and that you the only other ammo coming through in seven millimeter right now That's any reasonable price is preview partisan, but I haven't seen them doing any seven mill recently they haven't well I have also heard stories of you know containers of ammunition being held up the usual sort of dirty tricks the feds are pulling so Right now there's several of the loads guys take a look at what they have here because we've got other things to cover but It's a pretty good scroll. They do have tracer and three are 308 9 millimeter 45 you name it they've got several different flavors of the a K round in everything from 120 to 124 grain and Everything else your little heart would desire perhaps depending on what you're looking for So if it fits the niche go after it now one of the other things. Oh Oh, well I'm going to bring this up because I'll tell you we've seen very little of it. 5.7x28 FN ammunition guys for the FN pistol and for the PS90. They have the Eagle 40 grain FMJ 10 boxes of 50, 500 rounds total $310 if you go pick it up. $325, not bad, $15 shipping for 500 rounds. And again, for those of you who have those PS-9s, I'm going to say this again, when you see this ammo, I would be buying this now. Because that's one of those odd man out rounds, it's a neat little rifle, a lot of you guys bought those 5.7 uppers. where you need the ammunition and probably didn't put me on the shelf. You got the upper but there was no ammunition available at the time. Well, they've got some and amoman.com had some but they sold out. They may have gotten some back in. amoman.com also has some 5.7 FN. It's the soft point and I believe it is federal. So there's two options here at least somebody's got some of it. There's no FN coming in anywhere that we've seen this is all other Market ammo, but it's factory standard and it's a company deal recognize Okay, so you know Eagle is you know recognized by everyone you're not going to be shocked and amazed Well could I use this what would I do with it shoot it? Okay? But take a look at the scroll. There's so much here You can't touch on it all at once, but one of the other things they do have The German .308 plastic rounds, we've talked about these many times. One thousand rounds to a case for $190 or $215 per case. Now, this will punch paper just fine. And if I was going to be shooting anything right now, this is what I would be shooting for training. I would not be using my ball ammunition for initial familiarization. If I've got new shooters, use this junk up first. We can't do anything else with it. So instead, use it for training, which is what it was meant to do. Save your military ball and your sporting loads for what's common. And when we run out of the plastic ammunition, we run out of the plastic ammunition, and then you've got to go over to shoot something else. Okay? But it's a good price, and it's a good... When you run out of plastic ammunition, what you've got is a pile of brass. Exactly. Well, in this case, plastic with a plastic case. Oh, okay. Yeah, this is the German blue and in this case it was milky white. This is blue. So there's but there's a bunch of it. Apparently they do have a good inventory. We'll find out. I'm going to call them on Monday. But in the meantime, again, go through this scroll. See what you can find there. The other thing they have a lot of you listening bought Tokarev pistols. and you bought nay got revolvers now i told you to buy that ama one was four point five cents around and then five cents around and whatever now there's no surplus pretty much out there well at this site the they say i don't know if they do or not you'll have to call and you have to confirm it but they have some silly billet have some seller below the slash s and b uh... uh... talker of ammunition available and it's boxer prime brass case ready to reload when the time comes The other thing they've got is a quantity of previous partisan, nagot pistol ammunition. So in both cases, I know there's guys listening, you've got it, you're looking for more, the price appears to be reasonable. If you're worried about whether or not they actually have it in stock, call and confirm on Monday. Okay, real simple. Call and confirm on Monday. The Outer Valley also has that NAGGANT ammunition at $5 for a box of 14, but they have it. That's a good price too when you calculate what they're charging for the preview. That's a good price. So that's not unreasonable. It sounds like it is. I'm up for 14 rounds, guys. Figure out what a box of .40 caliber Smith & Wesson is going for right now and take and break it down per round and you'll find the price is comparable. So it's reasonable. It's not reasonable in surplus by all of our standards where you've been pampered for so long, but it's where we're stuck today. One last thing, and this is something I have tried to explain millions of times. Turns out these guys have the MAS 781 40 millimeter training round, guys. And you can buy all kinds of them if you want to. I'm not saying you have to do that. But scroll down and take a look at this picture. They sell 40 millimeter training rounds, they sell 40 millimeter flares, they have adapters for all the flare systems, and they've even got a Beehive 22 chambered system that you stuff into a 40, pull the trigger and it lets off 10-22 long rifle rounds all at once like a shot shell, which is kind of cool. But anyway, if you look at these, all of these 40 millimeter rounds, I want you to look at the base of the case. Remember what I told you, when we're done we're not throwing away that brass case even though the neck may have been crushed or it may be split. We're going to cut it down and use it for something else. Well there are some very clear pictures here of some of the something else's you can do. This is where you take a projectile case or a cartridge case, create a chamber channel for the case, cut it to the proper depth, And that rifle primer with a charge inside the case of whatever, EC blank, it can be other hot powders, becomes, or black powder, becomes the activating charge for the grenade round. Okay, now I've explained it on the air, but there are two good pictures here showing that plastic 40 millimeter paint round, the chalk round, If you look at the base, you'll see that brass area. We'll then scroll down to the next picture. They have 40mm white star parachute flares available. Now, if you're worried about buying the flare, take a look at the base of the flare case. You'll see another example of what I'm talking about. Rather than coming up with and machining a more intricate activating channel, it would be smaller, they used a standard rifle case, or 45 ACP case, The rifle case, the BLEM, is cut down to spec and this was a project that came up way back in the middle 70s during the depression. They were looking for solutions to save money. Well there's what I'm talking about right there and consider you can do this with several other unique applications. Now if you didn't see some of the images here that were thrown up in some of the Patriot medium today, I hope you noticed the guy loading the base of the mortar, the homemade mortar round, using a 12 gauge shell. Did anybody notice that on the internet today? There's a picture of exactly what we've been talking about. These are home fabricated Syrian mortar rounds. If you'll notice, the guy is taking a 12 gauge shell, which I guarantee is not a shot shell, it's a blank shell. They replace the shot shell component with a charge. They insert the charge, the whole shell, into the base of the mortar itself, the base of the mortar shell. When you drop it down the tube, the fixed firing pin at the base activates the shot shell which activates the charge which launches the mortar round. I would be inclined to suggest that anybody experimenting in that area start out with a very very slow powder. Yeah, well the whole idea is that in fact this is something that was part of the improvised munitions manuals years ago. using a 12 gauge and using a rubber band system or whatever to create or a 20 gauge to create a spigot launcher utilizing a black powder charge and launching from a single shot breach, you know, breach loading shotgun. In other words, making a grenade launcher that has the All the epitome, it's the epitome of the M79 grenade launcher but in shotgun form. Now we don't use shot shells because that's very embarrassing when we destroy what we're trying to launch. But a blank charge, and again this was all covered originally in the earlier black books, how to do this. And it's something that again is out of sight, out of mind. Well it's feudal resist, what would we do? Well we've given you a few hints. And again, there's many, many other solutions out there. But this is an example of even though this government has all the money it wants to burn, this process of building these 40 millimeter rounds is through a series of non-strategic and waste materials. This is where you take BLEMS. Even in the later part of a cartridge case process, guys, BLEMS exist. Damage takes place. Machines crunch pieces of material. Well, they don't toss it out the idea was it goes into a hopper and then it's hand sorted, reprocessed and it goes into another cycle. That way you don't waste all those seven or eight or nine machining processes that got you to that final finished case. And since it's already been processed that far and it can hold a primer, the government figured out a way, actually it was a major, he was in charge of, it was an Aberdeen Proving Ground where these were developed. He was looking at waste products. How can I make something that we can use for a training aid in post-Vietnam era where everybody is sucking up on the economy? We've got to make it work. And that's where this round, that's where this whole idea came from. But if you'll notice, you'll notice that the flare round below is built even though it's a metal case. It's built with the same spec for the primer channel utilizing a rifle case for the core. Anyway, BK, just want to bring it up. We're at the bottom of the hour here, guys. Jump in there. I know you had things to cover. Let's go. Yeah, okay. We had a vendor that we mentioned last week. They continue to be available and it is worth mentioning. When we type in the URL that I gave last week, it redirects to a different one, so they've changed their domain name. So you can go directly to BuyGunsAndAmmo.com. That is BuyBuiguns.com. and ammo.com. It's all spelled out in words, no ampersands or anything like that. One of the things that they are offering is SS109. It is new production, 62 grain, 223, built to NATO specs, brass case, box of prime, factory new, all that kind of good stuff. If you buy a full case of this at 1500 rounds, it's at about 35 cents a round. That is an excellent price. The reason that this is a little bit less expensive, this is a manufacturer that's not well known in the US. It's a Romanian manufacturer. For some reason they've decided to allow them to send a shipment or what have you. These guys have this. It's a darn good price and by all reports seems to be perfectly good ammunition. So at 35 cents around that's better than the Wall-E price. When the clerks at Walle are not diverting what little they get to their buddies or people that have slipped them a few bucks under the table or whatnot, that's still, their cheapest stop is 55 grain at $40 per 100. That's 40 cents around plus sales tax. This is better than the Walle price and it is the SS109 62 grain ammunition factory fresh. brass case, boxer prime, all that kind of good stuff. Anybody who really needs 223, that is the direction I would point somebody at this time. I hear a noise in the background, another voice. Somebody trying to get in? I think it's just maybe something in your back. That's okay. Go right ahead, please. Okay. Last week I muffed a tip one of our friends gave me and that was a short term offer. So that one's gone. What I should have been pointing people to was JHG sales. They had a special running. So, when I went looking to check on that, I found out, oh, that's gone. That was a weekly sale. So, apologies to that. When I was on the site, I noticed that they do have another special running. They are offering Romanian, where have we heard that before? Romanian Tokurev used $200. These are some 6.2x25s, the standard Tokarev design, single stack, all that kind of good stuff. Inventory on hand is listed as available. There's no telling how many they've got. They are offering these Romanian Tokarev's used in X25 at 200. Anybody that is not Allergic to 4473 that's an available option now the hard part on this is feeding them so It is worth noting that JG sales is also offering 150 rounds of x25 ammunition at $80 so That's that's not too bad by current standards and magazines at 15. These are new Taiwan manufacturer steel 8 round mags. So that's one stop shopping guys if you are not allergic to a form 4473. They will fix you up as 200 bucks for a used Tokarev, $80 per 150 rounds of ammo for that and they are offering Taiwan manufactured magazines at $15 a piece. So, that is an ice pick and it is available. Exactly how many of them they have, I don't know, but JG is not one of the vendors that I think normally advertises one pistol. If they list something on their site, they typically have a shipment of, no telling how big the shipment of is, but they've got something. So, there's an option. Excellent. And again, what's the unit price again? $200 for the pistol, $80 for 150 rounds of ammunition, and $15 apiece for new Taiwan manufacturer magazines for it. So they've got all three items in one place. So for anybody looking for a package deal and one-stop shopping, that's a solution then. Very good. Go ahead. Jump in there. OK. Last week, we urged everybody to pounce on Powder Valley. said, well they have the Vitaburi N133 powder in one and eight pound containers. The Vitaburi is a little expensive at $200 for an eight pound container but it's very high quality stuff. Well, if you acted on the advice you did well. If you didn't act on the advice, oh well, you lose. The eight pounds are already out of stock. They've only got the one pounds left. So, clearly people are vacuuming up whatever they can find. Now, the next level of activity is Accurate LT32. That's a fairly new offering. It is designed for the bench rest crowd and pretty pricey. Powder Valley is listing that is coming real soon now, so apparently they've got some all-roots But it's not yet available. Graf's does have it in stock at 214 for 8 pound jug and $29 for a single one pound That is a medium speed rifle powder. It is very very consistent It is suitable for the whole range of 223 to 308 and it is pricey. But it is priced for the bench-rashed crowd, so that's not too surprising. If you are looking for medium speed powder and just coming all over the place and finding the descents teeth, well, you know, beggars can't be choosers. We're kind of scrounging around looking to find what we can. From the reports I've seen, nobody's ever going to be disappointed in the quality of this LT32 or the consistency. from round to round. It's very fine grain, it will meter well. But it certainly is not what anybody would consider a bargain, it's just what we can do. At 214 for an 8 pound jug from Graf's is the deal at the moment and if you really really do want to try to find it a better price well talk to Powder Valley because they may have at a better price when they do get it they don't have it yet but that is accurate arms LT 32 incoming at Powder Valley and present already at graphs at graphs it is 214 for an 8 pound jug We are in sad shape for these supplies, but you know, so it goes. And if you check both Potter Valley and Graf's, you will find that they have pretty much any primer you need as in, you know, large pistol, small rifle, whatever the case may be. You're going to be getting a random choice. That is, you know, it'll be Remington this, two of that, Wolf something else. You do not get to choose make model and variety as we once did when we were a first world economy. Now it's a matter of what's available. Do you have coffee comrade? Yes, well we have three. Three what? Three coffee. What kind? Coffee. So that's just sort of the way it's going nowadays. But there is something available in the primer category of both of those vendors. Those are favorite vendors of mine. And GRAFTS does have the LT32 in stock. Powder Valley expects it shortly. And again, Powder Valley's contact numbers are? Powdervalleyinc.com. I don't know what their site is. Let's see. 800. I'm going to have to... Do some things to my browser window two two seven four two nine nine does anybody actually use a telephone nowadays? Well, I suppose a few people I always call and pester them Okay, 800 and do it on their nickel too. 800-227-4299 is Powder Valley Inc. So you can call them up and ask them what they expect the arrival to be on the LP32 and they will almost certainly say we don't know, we're waiting on it. So that's the way it goes. So again, go ahead. Well, I was going to say again, the big thing with Powder Valley is guys, they've been around for a long time. It's not like they don't know what they're doing, but everybody catches catch Ken with inventory, depending on where you are in the powder industry and cartridge, both for just reloading components and for final product. There are a lot of people waiting in line and they are still going by the authorization slash request list, you know, back orders. So that's why if you find it, you see it, it fits your needs, grab it. We have a lot of guys right now building 357 diameter here. and jacketed bullets all of a sudden became a problem. But then again, I think what it is the industry is trying to catch up to offer some 3-5-7 and they're going to eat the bullet, they're going to eat the bullet production up. So casting is another solution, it's something you need to definitely look into. At least simple single case bullet molds make all the difference in the world guys. All you can do is one project all the time, not a problem. We've done that for years. Cast one bullet. Cooler dropper, do it again. Do it again. Do it again. Don't worry, you'll eventually have boxes and boxes of, you know, your own cast bullets by the time you're done. Go ahead, BK. Yeah, well we can complain about the labor intensive nature of casting bullets if we like but if you are looking at your massive cache of 14 pounds of powder I don't think you're gonna have to worry too much because you know you'll be able to catch up to that in due course and that that brings me to another point I have gone sniffing around and Periodically, I keep doing similar searches on similar topics just to see how things change as time goes by. And I go hunting for articles on ammo shortage and things like that. And all I find is fluff pieces. Even the purported firearms related press is nothing but fluff pieces. They get in there and they say, well, the manufacturers say that they're cranking around the clock 24 hours and they're putting out plenty of product and it's not all going to the government, it's mostly civilian sales and blah, blah, blah. And then they skip to the end of their logical argument and they say, well, you know, since Sandy Hook, people have been purchasing firearms and surely they're buying the ammunition for them and some people say that the outdoorsmen are hoarding and other people say this and other people say that and it's just a bunch of blah blah that's all made up or perhaps blah blah coming from somebody. It seems to me that the logical chain is fairly simple. If the manufacturers are telling the truth, they're cranking around at capacity. If you talk to the retailers, they are not getting shipments in any quantity. Now certainly whatever they're getting is flying off the shelves, you know, food gone. But they are not getting anything in quantity so if the manufacturers are producing it and the retailers are not getting it then I asked the very simple question Where's it going and the manufacturers say oh well, you know we're not You know we're not telling it all to the government fine, so I guess they're selling it to the distributors Well the distributors are not selling it to the retailer, so where is it going? I continue to be of the opinion that the magic checkbook is being used to divert all of this stuff. I don't know whether it's going into stockpile somewhere or whether they're just, you know, picking it up, taking the containers out into the ocean and dumping them somewhere or what the case may be, but I do not believe for a minute the sorry flabby, fluffy, speculative, so-called news reporting, regardless of where it comes from, whether it's supposedly firearms industry press or whether it's supposedly corporate media or whatever the case may be, regarding the dynamics of the ammunition market. They say, well, you know, they imply that it's simply being bought. and everybody's frantic for ammunition and they're just sucking it down. But if you talk to the retailers they aren't getting it so I don't buy it. I think that this is a denial operation. And I would point to the fact that the only powders that we're seeing are the boutique stuff. We're seeing very high end imports. We're seeing this last little bit of LT32s for the bench resters. That is not the bread and butter standard stuff. We're not seeing H335 appearing. We're not seeing you know all of these standard Milserp pull downs and so on. So I personally call Bologna on the so-called press reports even the ones that are supposedly friendly. I think that the logic is fairly simple and straightforward. It's going out of the manufacturers. It's not going into the retailers. That means it's going somewhere else. If nobody knows where it's going, then that sounds to me like dirty operations in the dark. Remember, all these people get permits from the government. If they're being pressured by a communist regime to not say anything, don't you think that there's a lot of people that just aren't going to say anything? Yeah, well, there have to be a fair number of people that have some view, worm's eye view. But there aren't all that many people employed by the distributors. Well, it's a minority operation. There's only so many people involved in the industry, number one. Number two, they're isolated, so in their meal, there's a percentage they might be pissed and they're doing what they can, but the system comes to them and yanks their chain. You know, they basically said, well, you know, we can, cause if everybody has seen this guy, so under Bush, the bat faggots came out and harassed tens of thousands of FFL dealers and firearms, uh, component manufacturers. That was our ammunition manufacturing. And, uh, without my permission, you don't function. Therefore you will behave in a fashion that I consider suitable. Um, if the manufacturers were aggressive and on our side, Then what I would suggest is go ahead and slip a few GPS units into some of these, you know pallets of stuff that they're shipping out on a random basis and find out where they're going. You can call it a security measure against theft. Okay, you could cover yourself, but they won't do it because it's a matter of, you know, that would be biting the hand that gives them permission to exist. But it would not be difficult if the manufacturers were honestly confused about what's up and really interested in finding out. They could they could plug some you know pallets and container loads of their product and find out where they're going see if they're actually going to distributors or not. Now that would be easy. As a matter of fact one of the things that was discussed with One of the forums that I was looking at today is the idea that just in 30 caliber bullets, .308 heavy weight bullets, they're obviously, the numbers they're claiming are in the virtually millions of projectiles. But nobody is, the types of bullets, the range of bullets, they're not showing up on the market. Now, we got to remember, we do have mag 58, 308 machine guns in service guys, so 30 caliber bullets are in demand plus, remember the other thing they can do is actually pull them from the inventory and ship them overseas. Under the argument that they will subcontract to like, preview partisan, the Yugoslavians, Latvia, Estonia, and Lithuania have been producing ammunition outside the United States for quite some time. And one of the ways that through the magic pen they could be doing this is literally scarfing it up and sending it out for foreign contract without any option for debate. Well, there has to be a limit to how much foreign countries can absorb. DHS is burning a thousand rounds annually per employee or something which is like triple what the military overall burns. A lot of people in the military are cooks and logistics and paper pushers and stuff like that. They're not hanging on the backside of a machine gun. But, you know, Homsack is certainly sucking up a lot of it. But, that... Well, the thing is, they've got an advantage of... ...they're just getting numbers that don't count for what's disappearing. Yeah, but they've got an advantage of so many different manufacturers they can draw on and move the stock too. That's the thing. And even if they were to do just a shelving process, they'd deny it to the United States. So that is one of the several directions they could go. I tell you what, we only have so much time. Guys, let's do this. Before we go any farther, KeepShooting.com has something that I haven't seen before, and that's where all this stuff is being pulled out of somebody's rear end and appears out of nowhere, guys. KeepShooting.com, KeepShooting.com, KeepShooting.com, then go to Firearms Accessories, then go to the M14 M1A category. They have 10 round 308 stripper clips. Now, these are in a blister pack, a commercially made blister pack. Hard shell plastic, by the way. They're made, I actually don't see who they're made by, there's a name there, N something. But they're 3.08 stripper clips, 20 to a pack. They're 20 rounds, forgive me, they're 10 round stripper clips. So they're bigger than the normal ones you're used to, which are typically where five rounders. The price is $7.95, in other words, $8.00 for $20, which is not bad. Now these are brand new, apparently unissued. They are brand new and are made of steel. And the item number is SKU, like 308SC. Oh, this is availability, 125 pieces on the shelf, I believe. I have never seen stripper clips packaged like that. I've only ever seen them in a cardboard box shoveled in, but that was back in the good old days. Not only that, but it's an odd configur- it's probably a Euro configuration of some kind, but it's a 10, uh, forgive me, it's a 10 round 308 NATO stripper clip, guys. Now, the way those tabs are set up, this will drop right into your guides for your FN FAL, for your M14 on the top of the rifle. In fact, it's being sold in the M14 category. But any NATO rifle, if you have either the stripper guide for the mag, or if the rifle accommodates a .308 NATO-type stripper clip, this 10-round stripper clip will work. So this is a bigger stripper clip, but this is another way to set up again bandoliers guys so that you lighten your combat load. Your spare ammo is set up with the stripper clips. You make sure you buy a number of stripper clip guides for your magazine. But remember if you do have the M14 you did not have to take the magazine off to use the stripper clips. The top of the rifle has a guide, the upper part of the receiver has a stripper clip guide built into it. So this would function with that. So I don't know who made them, but they can't see any detail on it. These 308 stripper clips can be used to quickly load magazines. Oh, there it is right there down below. For rifles such as the HKG-3 with a guide, the Springfield M1A and the FN FAL. So there you go. That's all they've got for a write-up on it. I didn't say I had to pull up the scroll a little bit. Anyway, that's, again, go to KeepShooting.com. Keep shooting calm keep shooting calm then go to firearms accessories then go to m14-m1a and Then the the subject is 308 stripper clips dash 20 pack for sale that's $8 $7.95 is what it is 795 and there are 20 of these in a blister card stored So we'll have to check it out anything else before we go became go ahead jump in there Yes, I keep an eye on Spike's site. I got him some download links sometime in the near future. We should see a reappearance of the spreadsheet that has been missing for a while since some PCs had a problem. Also, one of our friends in the chat room says he actually got his hands on some of these Balfang UV5RA, that is Uniform Victor. 5 Romeo Alpha handheld 400 480 megahertz radios and was pleased with them. So I don't have further data except that I have seen people write reviews in a generally favorable mode on those. They are about $40 or so available on Amazon and other places. That is Bao Feng, B-A-O-F-E. ENG handheld radios, you know look like a standard, you know, walkie-talkie or whatnot a bit chunkier than an FRS or a GMRS. These are 400 to 480 megahertz transceivers and one of our friends says he's played with these and likes them. So, you know, that's as much information as I have, but I'll pass it along. very good and again handheld technical communications guys we are at the top for the year the music in a second a reminder if you could please donate to liberty tree radio dot for him g dot com you go to the donate key also real quick here again envelopes going out uh... dp in goshen ohio pay attention to the mail and copy copy copy also for those of you who have been out were wanting to go to florida I have the envelopes in hand. Put it in your computer's background. Fred Rexers. Be prepared, it's later than you think poster, guys. It's a classic. It's the family portrait with dad sitting there looking like Darth Vader in a chem suit. It's artwork, it's not a photograph. But it's very well done and it's kind of fun because you can put it out there in different places. I post them all over the place because people stop and look and they have to think. But it's, be prepared, it's later than you think. So, pretty cool. Anyway, the idea is just get some eye candy out there too on top of everything else. If you already got it, scan that. Put it into Facebook. Scan it. Put it into some background with some other stuff, guys. Get it circulating. Get all this older artwork by the Sages of the Patriot and Survival Movement who turned out to be absolutely right. And if you don't think so, read what they said about 22 ammo. D'oh! and boy were they have the money who part of the pot boy really have the money who part of the pond on that one there and i wish i had some yeah i know uh... well the other interesting thing about that too is uh... again nothing on the horizon in twenty two government getting government by the lot of twenty two anyway people need to remember that when i would shoot millions of millions tens of thousands around the twenty two per year guys boxes and bricks and pallets of we shot And so they use a lot of it, contrary to what everybody thinks. That's part of the competition cycle. God bless the Republic. Death to the New World Order. We shall prevail, ladies and gentlemen. The Empire is on the run. We are on march, both day and night. We don't care if they destroy the ammunition they have. Let's just make sure that we'll use the ammunition we have to put the bullet in them when they want it. We'll strike you for the mark. Thank you, BK. Now you're welcome. And we are the sun, yes we are the sun, but don't worry And the sun will always shine on the-
