Not only did they do the cross country orienteering with cross country skis, but they did an arctic camp out in the field farther the facilities, which was kind of neat. They traveled so many miles, saw how many miles they could reach in a day in camp. They had all their cold weather and arctic gear with them and so they set up a couple of the Arctic combat tents. We're using tactical sleds made from skis and conduit, which is really neat. We're going to have pictures of that. Actually, we've got a winter FTX. Right now, I've just got to finish editing it. It's going to be a fairly big one. Lots of good footage. You guys had a great time. And a quick reminder, too, that snow's line doesn't mean you're out in the field. The big thing here, again, is very quick pollutants. Piles and piles, okay. so just think again worry to this real quick keeping even one farm animal in residential neighborhoods should be a good soon be illegal in michigan that because a proposed change state regulations constrictors of the right to keep and raise small numbers of poultry or livestock michigan right the farm act currently extends to all property owners in the state including those in areas of residential commercial now i want to point them out real quick as a subroutine i'm gonna break out of the story when you hear that residential commercial people can be in the middle of no where And in fact, they've intentionally done, once they get their zoning in to drive the taxes up, you have rated areas, zone 1, 2, and 3, residential 1, 2, and 3 for commercial, 1, 2, and 3 for, or 4, 5, and 6. And it appears it's arbitrary. There is a system, and the system is tied into the UN, but it has to do with destroying our ability to take care of and to be independent of the system. Take care of ourselves, be independent of the system. Anyway. The state agricultural commission is considering a change to the regulations called general acceptable agriculture and management practice would strip property owners of that right. It would exclude a whole bunch of people who are seeking right to farm protection. Randy, the Michigan small farm council, set up a proposal and stripped the small farmers of their right to be protected by state law. Shaqing, exactly. The change would allow local governments to bar people from keeping small numbers of animals such as one cow or pig or a flock of chickens on their property. The law does this by labeling certain kinds of properties such as lots in subdivisions or small homesteads as unacceptable for livestock, quote unquote. Currently strong legal protections for farms. Currently Michigan property owners such as Butchler can go to court and get restrictions on livestock ownership overturned. The changes to the law would restrict that right to farmers with more than 50 animals. Excuse me? So in other words, all the small farmers, I know you should have got one, you know, anybody with 40 cows, for instance, automatically, I don't like your cow poop. I think we should ban your farm, because that's where this goes. That's where this goes. The idiots move out in the country, and because they don't have smell-o-vision, they love the manicured grass. that the farmer has born you must know that eighty acres just we are never seen out there but he he must have a of god uh... golf course mower the deck grasses manicured all around the fences so perfectly nibble and any even above the to the tree line up above the plate how does he do that uh... barber do that the cows and animals do that and i'm i'm i'm and that's why you have those golf course they've been but wait unlike the golf course Oh, it doesn't smell good. But anyway, then we go back in and it's like, wait a minute, we got the area scraped off, go get the ice skates real quick after you get the snow boots off down to the lake. And we lived down a lake, nobody wanted to live out there, we were the farthest point for the buses, you know. And the walk up to the bus stop, it was about a mile and a quarter, mile and a half, you know, and wiggly, wobbly, deep snow. Anyway, uh, Bob and if we had to shovel, they shovel off the ice rink real quick, which we made, which was the whole, you know, as big as we wanted in a stinking lake. And then we ice skate. And I remember that as an image where I could just look over the window. I can picture right now, it was a Ford station wagon. And I could picture looking out over the edge of the window there and seeing those cows behind that fence and the same fence is still there. But with this BF they're trying to push, what they want to do is put that guy out of business. He's always had 40 head of cattle. About 40, 35, 40, putting on the year.
