A figure walked in through the mist with a flintlock in his hand. His clothes were torn and dirty as he stood there by my bed. He took off his three-cornered hat, and speaking low to me, he said, we've fought a revolution to secure our liberty. We wrote the Constitution as a shield from tyranny. For future generations, this legacy we gave. In this, the land of the free. and home of the brave. The freedoms we secured for you we hoped you'd always keep. The tyrants labored endlessly while your parents were asleep. Your freedom's gone, your courage lost, you're no more than a slave. In this the land of the free and home of the brave. You buy permits to travel and permits to own a gun. Permits to start a business or to build a place for one. On land that you believe you own, you pay a yearly rent. Although you have no voice in saying how the money is spent, your children must attend a school that doesn't educate, and your Christian values can't be taught according to the state. You read about the current news in a regulated press, and you pay a tax you do not owe to please the IRS. Your money is no longer made of silver nor of gold. You trade your wealth for paper so your life can be controlled. You pay for crimes that make our nation turn from God and shame. You've taken Satan's number. You've traded in your name. You've given government control to those who do you harm so they could burn down churches and seize the family farm and keep our country deep in debt. Put men of God in jail. Harash your fellow countrymen while corrupted courts prevail. Your public servants don't uphold the solemn oaths they've sworn. and your daughters visit doctors so their children can be put. Your leaders send artillery and guns to foreign shores and send your sons to slaughter fighting other people's wars. Can you regain the freedoms for which we fought and died? Or don't you have the courage or the faith to stand with pride? And are there no more values for which you'll fight to save? Or do you wish your children to live in fear and be a slave? O sons of the Republic, arise, take a stand, defend the Constitution, the Supreme Law of the land, preserve our great Republic and each God given right, and pray to God, keep the torch of freedom burning bright. As I awoke, he vanished in the mist for whence he came. His words were true, we are not free, but we have ourselves to blame. For even now as tyrants trample each god given right we only watch him tremble too afraid to stand and fight If he stood by your bedside to dream while you were asleep and wondered what remains of the freedoms he'd fought to keep What would be your answer if he called out from the grave is this still the land of the free gentlemen? This is the evening intelligence report. What's jumping off the wall up there in your neck of the woods? Well, Mark, it is the 23rd day of January, year of our Lord, 2014. uh... cold-day blustery fit for the season kind of day and if you go outside in the t-shirt yankton a last long if you're living in uh... minnesota or idaho or michigan new york or washington district of criminals but uh... you know we've talked about the weather before and that's the filling time so beautiful day at work beautiful day this twenty-third day of january two thousand fourteen A couple of days ago in the morning hour, I had a couple things scheduled for the music mark. One of them was a song by Warren Zevon called Prison Grove. And it ain't all the happy song that is the Credence Clearwater Revival song, let the midnight special shine a light on me. You know, the midnight special. They talk about shine a light in there, but it's a rather... in prison. One of the things it describes is, you know, you can come to times in prison you are pressed so hard by those around you. And we've talked about this on battlefields too, Mark. You can read it into history, be it in Japanese or German or Russian or English or languages that we don't even remember. Mama. I mean, how many countless languages? That's the young man. That's the young man who doesn't have a sweetheart at home. Maybe even if he does, he's not certain about her, but he knows his mama loves him. So he calls out for mama. Maybe it's his dying breath. But that's referenced in that song by Warren Zevon, Prison Grove. There's a line in there about you'll recognize or you'll call out for your one love or your true love. I don't have it exactly right. Warren, he'll understand. The thought line here is, and we've talked before, and I wanted to do this the other day. At the bottom of the hour, Mark, came the Led Zeppelin song, only it was done by someone else, a woman, and done in a different pace, a different time measure. It was almost hypnotic. A song called, I think it was called Hangman. While the guy's standing there and the hangman's getting ready to put the over his head and the noose around his neck. The guy's saying, please, wait a little while. I think I see my brother coming. He's riding many a mile. And the hangman waits for a moment. And then he starts again. And the guy says, please, wait. I think I see my... And he goes through all these excuses. And then finally, the hangman hangs him. Now, you might think that Don is just rambling, but let's go back to the prison thing because you can die in prison just as well as you can die being pushed in front of a bus with the flaming tire around your neck. That doesn't sound like a very pleasant ego. I think I'd rather be pushed. The guy that pushes me, I'd rather push him. See how that works? We've addressed this before, but I'm getting a little off track here. The thought line being of this little tirade from Don, this diatribe, Mark, you've heard it said that, well, at least he went to a federal prison. They got it easy in the federal pens. Well, let's elaborate on that. Because, to a certain extent, and this goes over to the, we've talked about that carved block of wood there in the tower there in London, where royalty and peasants alike both met their end at the sharp end of the rapidly moving heavy weight known as an act. Now again, that could be the lowly person or the high person, but that right there was shaped for a person it was particular made for. And did you know that, well, You could buy off the the Axeman the executioner and you could even buy if you had enough money someone who is very skilled at the trade of Lopping people's heads off so that your loved one would die rapidly and hopefully as painlessly as possible now You're wondering why Don's describing this but you know again the bus The thing that falls from the sky, it could be a Russian satellite, it could be American, the gunman, the knife, all of the things that would bring us a death early. He died an unnatural death. That can happen to you in prison, be it a county. You're in jail and you're overnight for driving under the influence. Hey Justin Bieber, how are you doing? I'm sorry, I'm getting a little sidetracked. Maybe they'll just send that Canadian back to where he came from. He can sing in malls for a while and then fade away. I'm sorry, I'm getting sidetracked there. But again, you might spend a night in jail for driving under the influence. But for other things, you might go to the county lockup for 90 days or the state penitentiary. Now, it's no fun being there, even in the easy areas where they just put the embezzlers and the people, you know, all the non-violent crime people. It's no fun there because, you know, there's a hierarchy there. And to develop that hierarchy, people get beat up and people get, you know, shoes put in their face that are rather rapid and people get walked on when they're on. We don't need those descriptions, do we? But let's go back to that. You know, that federal prison is so much easier. Well, it really isn't. The only thing that might be easier about a federal prison is you get to be locked in your cell the whole time except for that one hour. Now in that one hour you're out there in the field or you're out there with everybody else. So there's that well, there's that boot in your face or that you know hunk of whatever. But let's take this to the next level because you know the real federal prisons they're surrounded with fences and the barbed wire leans inward and there's places where they just lay you down and lap off your head and they throw your remains in the furnace. So that's a prison you go in and you don't come out. We've addressed this before. We have talked about this. This is something that people do not want to admit to. Even if they know about it, they don't want to talk about it to their families. These are some of the things that when you bring it out, people say, oh you're nuts, you're crazy. They swear at you. They swear and tell you you're nuts. Then they swear at you again. But we have to understand, there's a lot of difference between Justin Bieber and that overnight in jail, and he's getting out because he's got a lot of money and he'll pay the fines and maybe he'll go back to Canada, maybe he'll go on tour, who knows? And I get off track here again. But there's a lot of difference between spending a night on that steel or that concrete bench, aka bed, the county lockup, or going into the FEMA camp. What's the first, what's that F stand for in FEMA? and you all know. So you have to look at a FEMA camp as a mass scale prison. Only it's they want to treat us like cockroaches. You know, the cockroach hotel, cockroaches go in, they don't come out. So with that in mind, we underscore this thought line, you don't want to go to prison. The other thought here is If you are in the state pen, the federal penitentiary, you are some of the people that will be called out. Oh, they'll try to pull cutthroats and murderers and people who are, and throw them up to the front lines. Look, we'll give you your freedom if you do this. Oh, sure boss, show me about the rabbits and give me a gun and I'll shoot the rabbits in the people. However, that works out, you know, they'll call from, they'll pick and choose. But the rest of the people will, the rest of the people in the prisons, be they, when here in Michigan, is Jackson. Call it in your neck of the woods, your state. Let's talk about fire suppression for a little while, okay? Fire suppression can happen in a whole bunch of different ways. You can use water. Water isn't really effective compared to some of the other things they come up with. See, water tries to drown the fire and water generally falls down. And sometimes fires aren't always on the floor, so sometimes fires don't get put out right away by that overhead sprinkler system. But if you deploy a gas that denies the water, the fire oxygen, well the fire tends to go out. But in order to deny a fire oxygen, you have to deploy enough gas to literally flood an area. Now when you do that, most anything that likes to do that, breathe. Well, you can only hold your breath so long and in a high concentration area it doesn't matter if you've got a gas mask or not because you know it can only filter out so much. If there's no oxygen in the air well, it will well and you know what, they don't put gas masks in prison, do they? Another reason not to want to go to prison. Now, don't let me tell you how to lead your life, please. Don't let me think that, you know, I don't want you to think that this comes from on high because some of the things we hear every now and then, these aren't the commandments, but you know what? We talk about being armed all the time. If you're legal in your state, if you have to pay that $60 or $80 or $100 so that when you are armed all the time, you don't have to well explain to that copper why you've got that gun. You know, this is a fine line here because I know there's somebody saying, well, when it comes down to it, I'll be the one that starts it. I'll shoot that cop. Well, you might shoot that cop and you might never make the front page. You might never be the one that starts it. See how that works? They will, to the best of their ability, waste all of your effort. This leads me in another direction and maybe I'll carry that thought line a little bit farther into the hour mark and everybody. But, you guys, we've thrown paper at them for a real long time. We've said, you can't do this because this says you can't and they continue. We've done that and we've addressed that. The time to throw paper at them is over. It is over. When you realize that, don't think that, well, you're going to argue your way out of that concealed carry. But, don't think that, well, I'm going to be the one that starts it. And again, don't let me tell you how to run your life, Mark. I'm certain you agree with this. Because you guys, you're going to be the guy, and maybe even you have a car load, and you light up that car load, and immediately the car load that shows up for backup, you light them up, and they're all done. And you roll away. Well, that's cool. But again, do you think they'll let that make the front page? The assailants are unknown and at large, wiped out one or two police cars. They would, to a certain extent, because of people driving by, they would have to keep it local and maybe the local would let it leak out or maybe we would hear about it eventually. But they will choose and pick what they bring to the mainstream media. We don't need to address that, do we? We have talked about that for years, haven't we? Again, don't let me tell you how to run your life. A concealed carry permit right now, you guys, is much like to a lot of people. Some people don't like this statement because this goes and picks on somebody else. You know that fish and license you have in your pocket? That allows that DNR guy to go home at night for a lot of people. That hunting license you have in your pocket? That allows that DNR guy or that animal control or that resources guy, whatever they call him in your state, it allows him to go home at night. He comes up and checks your license and says, you're all legal. scratch my foot and my toe in the dirt here and look around for somebody that I can go and take to jail. See how that works? We throw so much paper at them telling them, you are wrong, you are wrong, you are wrong. But if they catch us wrong right now, hey, it's like, you know, they treat us worse than they treat Justin Bieber. Okay? With that in mind, if we watch our Ps and Qs right now, if we try to dance on that legal line, as example, with the concealed carry permit, and hey, I know there's another argument, we'll get to that in a moment, but when you get pulled over and you don't go to jail, that is a victory unto itself right now because you know being on this side of the bars is a great facsimile of freedom. It's a great facsimile. It almost looks like freedom. It's a good rep. But it's better than being on the other side because if you're on the other side, did we talk about fire suppression? You're out of the game. You're out of the game. Now this goes back over to, well, you know, I know that there are those that are saying, Don, if I get a concealed carry permit, then they know and I'm on their list. Well, you're already on a list and you're already doomed if you do nothing. Don did say that, didn't he? To the best of their ability, they will come to your door. They will catch you on the road. They will herd you to somewhere. To the best of their ability, they will make you and yours around you dead in the biggest numbers they can possibly hope for, one way or another. So you want to be around for that fight, don't you? You don't want to be in jail. And you kind of right now, if I have to say, dang darn, darn, yes, sir. I'll show you my concealed carry permit. But hey, gun, and I know you've got a gun too, and we're all civil here for a moment, aren't we? And when I go down the road on my way, I still have my gun and the ability to protect. And this goes over to a whole bunch of things, you know, because, hey, it seems counter. And I know, Mark, some of this seems counter because it's been said on this hour, and I'll bring Jack Otto's words to the hour. If you're not willing to take the king's deer out of season, you are not a rebel. So, with these cautionaries and caveats, if you're caught without a concealed carry in your handgun, you might want to consider fighting for your freedom because the guy who pulls you over and finds your handgun and it's not legal, he's probably going to want to take you to jail because you know what? We know about Nuremberg, but that's his job. I make no excuse for it, but that's what he's there to do. If you're not in jail, you're on this side of the fence and you're working with us, aren't you? You're spreading the news and you're putting up beans and bullets and newsletters to your neighbor and neighborhood. Maybe you're building a short-range AM or FM station. All of those things that you can't do when you're in jail or in prison, right? Again, as we dance that fine line of this relative imitation of freedom versus the real stuff behind the bars, We want to stay on this side so we can stay in the fight. If you don't want to get that concealed carry, I'll invoke a cliché here and I'll be quiet. I've used up a good portion of the first half of the hour. This is common sense, you guys. If you don't want the king's men to look at you real hard right now, if you just want to be a face in the crowd so he doesn't remember you for the moment, Well, you might have to tip your hat to them and that sticks in my craw too. It does. Why do you think I do this? Why do you think Mark does this? But you know, I'm not telling you to go along to get along. That's another one that somebody's saying, well, he's just doing this. No, I'm not. I'm telling you to be on this side of the wire when the doo-doo hits the circulatory device. Okay? It'd be something good because I'd like to pat you on the back when this is all over. One of the interesting things that's happening here, as we pointed out, we've got a whole bunch of different activities across the east coast that are anti-gun rabbet at the very least. One of the things that was brought up yesterday, I brought up yesterday, was get a little sidebar by an individual, at least use some basic math. 50,000 people registered their supposed assault weapons or whatever evil weapons are now, they perceive or restrict it even if they were or weren't necessary to be registered. I'll guarantee they took the papers anyway. But only 40,000 large capacity magazines were registered. Now the math on that is, again, is the question mark, but this is why when the big deadline was hit, Remember, I quoted, in fact, amo-land.com, news information, you know, Pro Firearms News and Information site pointed out that several communists in Connecticut have called for using SWAT teams and now going after all the people that registered their guns because They obviously lied and didn't register everything, and they're obviously lying and didn't register all their magazines. And so now that the Communists have a list on, now they're going to go through with it. Now of course, they're immediately, most of the other intermediaries that are pushing the agenda, they've gone, oh, shut up, don't say that, don't say that out loud. We don't want the idiots to catch on, do we jump on them? Oh, oh, in other words, no, I think you're gonna do this. Until they let the red coats leave the neck. Exactly. Don? Yeah. I hate to jump in there, but I've been asked to bring this up. I think you guys covered it, but I was asked to Remind you and dad of the incident over the weekend where the concealed carry permit user was driving to a vacation spot, was okay on vacation, he came back and on the way back they pulled him over and asked him where his firearm was. Worst of course, yeah I did that. The cop didn't believe him and ended up hauling him off to jail. Well, no, they stripped, searched the car and broke everything down. They locked him up in the back of the other car. And this is the one I was talking about, like, where's the gun? You're lying! Now, of course, how did he know that he had a gun or that even thought he had a gun? It's because down in Florida he has a concealed carry permit and they were running the plates on the road. On top of that, this was a waste scale operator. They both got badges. Oh, he wasn't even a real cop, huh? Yeah, he was basically what they called a truck cop or what do they call them? He's a truck cop. Oh, in New Jersey, I'm sure that you remember, H-State changes is different. So this was a state run cop. The truckers have one name for them across the nation. semi derogatory right here in the uh... you know you believe the thing is that uh... or i'm trying to get people who want to bring part of that but i could write a lot of normally to uh... effect or truckers are probably right now you mark one way all affect the matter is that uh... for two hours and one road strip the car down and of course uh... the agenda was that well he had a carry permit he's why i have to get a carry permit he was lying He was told already that the gun was back in Florida in his safe at home and the cop proceeded anyway. This is an example of what we're talking about with the database. That's the only reason this database is in place. Registration is always the preamble to confiscation. That's not an F, that's just a when. Now, the balance is that for the intermediate time, if you get a carry permit, The pluses and minuses create all kinds of criteria that you have to follow. That's the only thing to remember. The Communists lay all kinds of criteria down that you have to follow if you're going to be allowed by the royalty to be a lower end merchant and be allowed simply to carry a conventional handgun as opposed to a battle rifle or a shotgun. It's kind of like being a samurai in Japan. The merchants were allowed to carry the small, stabby weapon, basically the Tonto. But heaven forbid they get caught with a real sword. Then you would be executed. So it's kind of the same Shogunate range, but here in the United States with all the scam, the way they got it run. The thing is, in this case, the guy was shopping going down the road. That's what this comes down to. If you've watched, I told you, especially if you guys are in bigger trucks and you're looking down at cars, when the cop car goes by, you can look right down into that front seat. and you will see if there's a squad car if there's two cops in the car it's a squad if there's one it's a scout but either way tell you they always tell you about how they want you texting and this that and the other you watch you'll see the cops got his left hand on the steering wheel and his right hand is on the keyboard and he's going a mile a minute trying to punch every license plate he can while he's going by but don't you text while you're driving yeah but don't you exactly and of course all of a sudden if you watch and I when they first got these I watched this this was when they the first first inkling of these came in with a 900 meg system with Michigan State cops years ago back in the 90s and I pointed out we were going down the road we were over north of Detroit and I said watch what they're doing and he goes what? Well pay attention look what they're doing the one character is on the keyboard you can just see the edge of the computer and what they're doing is they're running every plate in this line you watch what he does here sure enough about seven eight cars up they're kind of past the car all of a sudden the brake lights go on they almost caused a multiple pile up right there and all for probably some stinking whatever failed to pay a parking violation bench warrant for not stopping at a stop sign, who knows what the hell it was. But it was rush hour traffic and the traffic backed up for two or three miles because where they put their lights on, they were on the speed lane on the left side and the car that they were snagging was on the right side and they were parallel with it, not really behind it. And so all of a sudden here's people almost, you know, Jimin sideways stomping on the brakes and all because these parasites are shopping. Now of course they pull that car over, but they had to work over to the right lane. All the traffic's backing up for two or three miles. You know, and it was a classic example, but it was watching as they're going by. I said he's running every plate that he's going by here. And you could see it because we were a little higher up in a four-wheel drive Ford pickup truck. And sure enough, click, click, click, click, click, click, about six cars up, click, click, click, click, all the way. Oh, we got something! Brownie points! So again, that's already going on. So that's what happened here. They were following the guy for a period of time. And of course he was wondering what the hell he was doing. And sure enough, all of a sudden they pull him over and, you know, where's the gun? After he got the driver's license and all the information where he comes back up, where's the gun? And I went through the whole process, remember in the last hour, the last hour down to Europe, because I want to make sure we got it in there. It was the first hour of the Intel report this evening, but it's not the first time we've touched on that. It's not the first time this has happened, but this is one of the more blatant cases where at least it's gotten some publicity. Now, the idea is the guy has no record, he has no background, he has nothing. Again, they're doing everything they can to attack the firearms owner, especially if it's a communist state where they hate you for having firearms in the first place, but you don't come from the communist state where the filth are implementing their socialist trash. And this is consistent again. Maryland, Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Jersey. And I remind everybody that New Jersey, that's where good old Chris B. Critters is, the one that they're trying to save. Oh, he's gonna be running for president the next time around. Earlier in the day I called him Net Lobster Eater. I'm not insulting lobsters eaters, people who eat lobsters, but when lobsters walking on the floor of the Atlantic Ocean hear the name Chris Christie, they shudder and they run and hide. They scuttle sideways. And they curse butter. I just had to interject that, Mark. I'm sorry. So, it's as much of an issue down in Florida as it is if you were visiting any other part of the country, especially the leftist elements on the east side of the nation. Or, California, it's no different out there. They're going to do everything they can to try and harass or to try and cause problems for you, which is again, one of the reasons I always recommend, rather than using your own vehicle if you can when you're doing a long distance haul like that, is get a rental. Number one, get a rental. Number two, again, you don't care what state it's from plate wise, but see if they've got it a lot, actually do a quick inspection. Especially if you're going to a rental place where the outlet lot's right there in front of the place. Usually they have cars that have come in from different areas. Try to snag a car that's from the state or this grouping of states where you're going. Even if it's not the exact same state, if it's a contiguous state, that's a good idea, it's camouflage. The other thing, sterilize this vehicle. Make sure that there is absolutely nothing there and everything is neutral for the sake of travel. Sounds weird? You're dealing with a communist operation nowadays and secret police are trying to find any excuse to screw with you. So again, remember, flowers, gardening, and puppies, guys. Or Hello Kitty. Just as long as Hello Kitty doesn't have an AR-15 in her upper hand and you see buttstock or your Hello Kitty AR that they see. Hello Kitty might not be your best choice there. Even if it is pink. Alright, it is pink. Doesn't make any difference. Before we go any farther, we're at the bottom of the hour, guys. Don, we have you right here. You are going to be available in about 26 minutes or so. So how can we get hold of you? This will be our bottom of the hour break, technically. How can we get hold of you if we want to access night vision technology? What can we get from you, sir? Well, my phone number is 23179684. 58231-796-8458. We can talk about goggles or gun sights. We can talk about that first generation gun sight. 308 capable. It'll live on your M1, your AR-10. Write your mailbox for $400. 2.5 magnification. First generation has an illuminator on board. Good for 100 yards. We've talked about illuminators. When you turn that illuminator on, if anybody else is around with night vision, well, they're going to see it too. Even a third and fourth generation device will come with an illuminator. Oh, it's a discipline thing. Do you really, really want to do that? You know what I mean? So it's good to have if you need it. But device will come with a hundred yard illuminator. It'll thumb screw down to your seven eighths, your weaver, or your one inch, your picatinny rail. Put a rail on your gun and hey, you can put some night vision on and shoot at night. It's more fun than an arcade, 25 cents at a time. But for $400, man, I'll put a night vision gun sight right in your mailbox and that's a pretty good price these days, particular for a .308 capable. We could talk about a second generation gun sight or a thermal piece or a thermal gun sights, but I think we've got a caller waiting, so we won't dwell on this much more, but my number is 2-3-1. 7-9-6-8-4-5-8. Goggles or gun sights, you guys. Like Joe says in the morning, if you want to see in the dark, give Don a call. Now he's talking about himself in third person. But his number is... And we did mention that you can use thermal in the daytime. It's not limited like green screen is at night. Thank you, Mark. I think we've got a caller. Who do we have? I saw him. Jump in there, go ahead. And a one, and a two, and the bubble machine continues to function. Well, interesting... We gotcha? Ah, now you can hear me. There we go. We got fluffy there. Go ahead. Yes, I was... I wrote down the name of that gun company y'all mentioned yesterday that's making the combination AR and AK and now I can't find the paper I wrote it down on. Uh oh, I don't have that right here. It's Amendment Arms, I believe. Isn't it? Amendment Arms, like Second Amendment? Yes, I had seen in guns and ammo sometime like a year or so back there was the AR-47 gun made to take AK magazines with the AR-15 or this is something with the AR's ergonomics but the AR-AK's from the sound. Oh yeah, it's a beautiful rifle. Actually there are several videos on YouTube if you look for it also. If you go to Amendment Arms, I'm pretty sure they've got several videos on YouTube, but they have a video of it. Actually, it's an ongoing series of videos from the workshop where he shows the development of the rifle. So he explains internals, the whole nine yards, and how he mated this thing up and how it works. And it is a, it actually, you know, if it was a choice between the SCAR and one of these, I'd grab one of these. Me too. Not at the moment. I will write that down again and look it up online. Thank you very much. I'm pretty sure this thing debuted officially at the SHOT Show because it looked like everything was pretty well ready to sale and a really nice finished version, or at least several of them have been presented. It uses the standard AK length barrel, although I'm sure you can build it with a long RPK barrel. He went with the Picatinny rail roof site where a suit roof option that actually travels the full length of the top of the receiver group from the front site all the way back to the rear of the dust cover. That can come in handy. Yeah, there's several variations on this that he came up with. The one that he was showing the most recent has that particular feature. Otherwise, he did go with the option for a folder, but he actually also demonstrated that he has a rigid stock version. The folder is basically the Val-Mae stock. The way it's built, it's got plastic I think for the one that's there, a polymer. But the fins came up with what's called a positive wear folding stock. It's the best way to make a folding stock and it won't go wobbly. What it is is two wedges facing into each other. And no matter how it wears, it always wears into a positive lock. You see what I mean? In other words, it's not like one surface in a latch or something like that. When it comes around swings in place, the latch is actually also a wedge. And there are two wedges facing each other. So whenever they wear, they wear positively to each other surface to surface so they can't flex. And that's what the Velmace, if you ever get a chance at a gun show, especially a bigger one where somebody might have stuff on sale, you know, not on sale, but stuff for sale that's kind of pricey. If you can find a Velma M76, take a look at the folding stock model. They don't look necessarily like a folding stock. It's a tubular stock typically that they had when they came in. It's all rubberized. That's what the fins did because it's cold weather. They can't have any metal on metal. You know, bare metal anywhere. And it had of course a very simple T-type stock that they built. But it's a folding stock. It's designed so it will work around without interfering with the magazine, etc. when it's folded. Not as many of those came into the country, but you will see them at gun shows usually at around $3,000 to $4,000 or whatever a piece nowadays. We're down here. Yeah, Velmaes are up at a stupid price on the weapon and a really stupid price on the magazines, but at least you can get some. HK's you buy them and you can't. Go ahead. He said it was being chambered in 7.62x39? Yes, and he probably has it in .223 because it wouldn't be a big deal to go either way. I'm sure he's making it in .223 also. I was just wondering if he was putting it in poodle shooter first. It's an Air 15 magazine well. He took the standard Air 15 mag well and adapted that to the AK. That's the big plus feature on this rifle. Oh well, the big plus, it's again, it's a good, it's a win-win all the way around. It has the AK gas system and gas in action. It has the AR-15 magazine well. Right, or .223 depending on which rifle it is you're carrying. Well you see they're already doing that though. In fact the one thing he didn't mention is whether or not he's going to do it in .545. There wouldn't be any reason not to. You know because they already make .545 AR mags. They already make .760x39 AR mags. So you can get whatever, and for that matter you can use standard AR-15 mags. Remember I talked about this before. If I had an AK, a 760x39 upper receiver, I'd buy a pile, I would have bought a pile of those thermal mags for $3 a piece when I tried to get everybody to buy them, remember that? And they were cheap because, no, I'm not going to fit as many rounds, but a 20 straight, or a straight 20 rounder is going to carry about 13 or 14 AK rounds, and it will function flawlessly. Again, the idea is they're cheap, cheap, cheap mags so I can have a lot of them. Then I can still go and buy the more specialized AKAR mags when the time comes and have 30 rounders if I want. The 545x39s, again, same situation. They won't carry 30 rounds. Forgive me, the other one doesn't carry 30 rounds. The other thing carries 20 sticks or 28. About 27 I believe. 27 in a 30 round body. Right. Yeah, see that's about right because remember it's a chubby stubby. It's a little bigger bullet, a little bigger cartridge case. And they're pricey too. If you place a 223 next to a 762x39, they're almost exactly the same. Right, all of these three rounds, this is what I've been saying for years, remember these three rounds are the logical rounds to have in the AR. You can buy a 545x39 AR-15 upper, you can buy a 762x39 AR-15 upper, and you can buy a 223. And all of them take the same magazine. I'd like to have that 762x51 outfit option. Well, the 7.62x51 is going to be an AR-10 receiver. Alright. Well, you see, I don't know, here's the thing. Right now the guy's getting his operation off the ground, so I'm not too worried. The big thing here is he's starting out the right direction. He's got a .223 gun and definitely a 7.62, because he's basing this all off an existing AK platform. It's all going to be his gun, but he's taking the common sense approach with all the critical parts. Only a few specialized areas need to be dealt with machining and adapting the components, critical components that are changing up the design. a hybrid AR, you know, AR slash AK. It's not just a few plastic stock items or something like that. It's taking significant and the most useful components and putting together. It's a reinvent of the day-woo. The Daewoo does everything we're talking about. The only difference is Daewoo went with AR-15 bolts, but it uses an AK-type gas system. It's a very reliable rifle, takes a lot of abuse, and it uses all the critical AR parts that are cheap, including the magazine, and it's Korean design. It's a Korean-specific design. They block those from coming into the U.S. There's nothing bad about them, there's nothing strange about them, but they blocked them because they were starting to eat up the market. We field tested some of the first of those that came in when I had Op 4 running and we beat the living snot out of those rifles and they functioned just like the AKs. Problem is, trying to get into them for a reasonable price. When they first came in, they were only about $270 a rifle because the Korean American exchange was pretty reasonable. and they were competing against the AK which I think is the other reason that they got stomped on because well I like the AK but I can get a Daewoo for about the same price and the Koreans do pretty good work. So immediately they blocked the Daewoo, they blocked all of the Korean ammunition from coming in and then China was allowed to swamp over the market. But then now we can't get any Chinese junk so you know. But this is going to use the AR-AK? AK. Oh, okay. it seemed better. It is an add-on fixture. Well, it's not really an add-on fixture. When he's done it'll be part of the design of the rifle. But prototyping, he was doing the smart thing. He's using existing off-the-shelf technology to prototype the gun out. That's all done. The right final product is now in motion. I know that. But what the price is, that's the other question. I haven't seen a price quote. I haven't had time in the last few days to pull it up and see what's going on with it. But it's Amendment Arms. Amendment Arms. What accuracy is on it? So, in fact, the one thing I believe he was doing with the fixed-sights guys, we talked about this yesterday also on Weapons Wednesday, is you're going to see the AKs, the most significant change in all of the AK family of rifles is something that's been their signature for the longest time. You've got that one finger out at the end of the barrel with the raised sight, which is very distinct for the AK and all of the Russian family of rifles, it became their benchmark. Well, if you'll notice what they're doing and the M10 Romanians started doing this recently, they've moved the barrel site back to over top of the gas port. Now there's a reason for that. Rather than two assemblies that require two different sets of machining processes, what they've done is they can infusion cast that gas port or they can forge it, and then mill it and it's one part. They only have to do so many cuts and so many strikes and so many turns and it's all done in one piece. When they put it on the weapon, there's only one step to assemble that gun at that point. They've eliminated so many steps in production, in raw production, and they've eliminated an entire step with regard to assembly. See how that works? making it a quicker weapon to put into final production for the troops to use. And that's why that site has come back to where it is. If you look on the Romanian M10s, remember they started doing this a year and a half ago, I pointed this out, the latest Romanian AKs, they were already going in this direction. And a lot of other people are looking at it and going, you know what, if I've got to build a gun and I'm going to build it in the US even, if I do that, that saves me a lot of trouble. And that's what they're looking at. Again, we already do it. The M16 already does this. Remember our gas port and the gas Lincoln gas port and the front sight are all one and the same. Basically, they're going to start embracing the same idea, but they're bringing it back where the traditional gas port is on the AK. They're not going to change anything about the AK gas stroke and the action itself. That all is going to stay the same. All they're going to do is add that front sight above that gas port. as part of the fixture and that's already being done so that's all been worked out pretty well you're gonna see everybody I think move that way with the AK's in the long run. Okay what was that item number on the AK again? Repeat, repeat. You had the item number? No I don't have the model number. No you're gonna have to go to amendment arms and just pull it up. Yeah I went there and they don't have it on the Go to YouTube, punch up Amendment Arms. He's got several videos up there where he's actually showing the prototyping of the weapon. That will be the other way to go. Real quick, for everybody, and Don's a diver, this is kind of interesting. Don, have you heard about the Russian GO ship on the Atlantic that's floating around? Oh no kidding. Okay, let me read this real quick because they've got a really deceptive image here that they really kind of mexed it up when you go to look for it, guys. Anyway, and it's on Henry's From the Trenches Road report, Russian cruise ship with only rats aboard is floating aimlessly in the North Atlantic, hundreds of miles off the coast of Newfoundland after breaking loose from a tugboat. The envy, Leibov or Lova, named after iconic Russian film actress, was being told by a scrapyard, or to a scrapyard, in the Dominican Republic When a cable snapped, leaving the 295-foot vessel adrift, a brief effort to resecure the boat was abandoned. Of course, there was a crew from the Dominican Republic. They didn't care. Come on. Oh, what the heck. We get paid the same. Go let's go do it with some bananas. Anyway, the boat was abandoned days later due to rough seas. As of Tuesday, the ship was roughly 760 miles off the coast of Newfoundland and 1,125 miles from Ireland. A US intelligence agency told FoxNews.com, we continue to receive information about the ship's location and will issue message when needed to facilitate safe navigation. Christine Phillips, a spokeswoman for the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency. You see, it'd be kind of hard to really lose this ship. Now it's not a really big cruise liner, by comparison all the new ones it's actually quite small. Oh yeah. But it's interesting, it's still a full size cruise liner. It's got six primary lifeboats, three on each side, you know the traditional, plus other safety gear, single stack. Very nice lines. If you could capture the thing as Drifted Recovery, I'd make it a little... It's called the Maritime Laws of Salvage. Yeah, I would. It's free right now. If there's no captain aboard, nobody to say, this is my boat, it can be your boat. It can be your boat. Well, the thing is, then they show this picture of something totally unrelated. But then when you click to it, guys, what it is, and it is another interesting shot. Last year about this time, you might recall, remember all the stuff from the tsunami? They had all the stuff, there's a big pile of stuff adrift in the Pacific? Yeah. Well, there was a fishing trawler and it's not a small boat. And I thought, man, I'm surprised someone hasn't boarded that puppy and taken it home. Because, you know, no matter what, it's floating. Well, if it's still floating in it, probably no one's turned on a bilge pump in quite a while. Probably a good haul. Yes, I was saying, if it's held up that long, there's got to be something usable, right? Well, not anymore, because there's a picture here showing it looks, I wondered about it, and it says, damn, I said, those look like 90 millimeter cannon holes. Well, it turns off the Coast Guard to decide it was getting a little too close to Alaska. So, they went out with a small contingent and they made sure that that Japanese trawler can't be salvaged. It was pretty impressive. I counted at least 100 holes in there because they decided to have some fun with live gunnery target practice. Because most of the shots are above the water line. If they were trying to sinker, then 99% of the holes would all have been in the same place. You know what I mean? Roger. Because they would have been cutting too. They just got a bah bah bah bah bah bah bah bah bah because it's all radar fire controlled. But instead, it's got holes in the bow. It's got holes all across the deck line. I think they cut the deckhouse right in two is what they did. That's the one thing they did shoot to snot. And the last picture before she went beneath the waves, although she was burning of course, shows her with many many holes and a lot of rust. So that's just two different ships but it's just kind of interesting in that the other one, the cruise liner, it's up for grabs kids and it doesn't look like it's really, it wouldn't be a It would make a nice armed merchant marine light cruiser. It's got the look. It's a Russian flag in theory, but apparently it was in Canada as it originally was. where Justin Bieber should be. Yeah, and it was until February, but Transport Canada, Canada's transportation authority then ordered to be cut loose since the ship had left the country's waters and was in potentially dangerous seas with waves of up to 23 feet and 80 mile per hour wind gusts. So that's why they just let her go. But apparently they let it go, but it didn't go down. So just be ready for that one kids. Hey, if it gets close to the east coast, uh, Barbara's got a pin in her phone. Whoever gets there with a speedboat first gets themselves a cruise liner. The instructions will be in Russian. Oh man! Mark a problem. I'll give you a call in 15 on your uh, cell. Sounds good. Anyway guys, for everybody out there, we are at the end. Don, your number for night vision, please. Dead numbers, two, three, one, seven, nine, six, eight, four, five, eight. God bless the Republic. Death of the New World Order. We shall prevail, ladies and gentlemen. The Empire is on the run. But we are on the march, both day and night. Don, go ahead and close this and give us your night vision number twice, please. Hey, that number is two, three, one, seven, nine, six, eight, four, Thank you Mark. God bless you. God bless you America.
