Now we use drums in patrolling in what we call traps. Doesn't mean we won't use them under any of the conditions. In traveling, you're moving at higher speeds although there are three different types of travel that can be done. Each one of course has greater speed. Making good time and under what are situations. We typically have every individual carrying a drum in their weapon. Why? Because that's a susceptible, and when ambuish people should their job. In the event somebody perpetrates a hasty ambush or in the event you need to do, Eric, remember that everybody with a drum means they're focusing their first 50, 75, or 100 rounds on dumping rounds on the target. And in a counter ambush situation, that's one of the few places where volume fire is used. And you fire, fire, fire, fire and put fires on the aggressor. Sit in the kill zone and you don't try to run away. You move into the enemy. hose them down in the process you start dumping rounds downrange if you're wounded and you're stuck in the kill zone you took fire you provide supporting fire possible to the individuals that are still the idea is to get you out of the kill zone the only way to do that is to get rid of the ambusher also with air defense again drums reason I mentioned 100 ground is because a lot of you may have forgotten because you don't know seen coming into the country anymore the Chinese made a bunch of hundred round drums that were standard years ago for the AK slice the RPK A lot of us have them. We have the 100 round AK Dronity. A lot of them. Those on vehicle equipment or with squad, prioritize the 100 rounders towards, you know, again, confused. The other thing is belt fed weapons, same thing, but belt fed is common sense. Obviously, it's purely a matter of what size belt you decide to hook up to the gun. It is standard for the gun. A lot of people have these, who are, have these kit guns, but they're not a disintegrating length. They're a tape length. If you've only got one, you ain't got enough. You aren't even near what you need. Way deficient. belt gun, you got one belt. Again, you should be accumulating. We need to focus. We bought a lot of those years ago because ammunition came in those. We're routing those towards the gunners that are now picking up the weapons. Stored in different places. Point of focusing them and sending them to where they need to be in the hands of the people that can use them. The same is true of any of their belt technology. If you got ammunition you bought in belt links, We have somebody who can use it and we've done this in the past and I want to say thank you to a lot of people who have sent them. I don't think a lot of those units have actually gone bad. Most of them are taken care of, or at least are in the field, one degree or another. For one South America, needless to say, also in Africa, the equipment is all over the planet. Needless to say the military ones were done in what was a, oh not a midnight blue, but a medium gray blue. Very interesting color shade. In fact even in most conditions the color didn't stand out. Similar to the midnight blue that was used on for flight line operations. They've done a lot of research on that and considering their terrain, the horizon not because it was around the equipment remember guys on airport there's not a whole lot of stuff going bumpy on ya terrain there's the military models were done the standard OD green however I have seen some that were done in navy gray also I can assume that they were done the gray format they may have done either of that may have been either for a vehicle uh... fixture of some kind rat rigs uh... though again what house certain rat rigs were configured radio can be radio operator uh... platforms usually were mounted in the back of pickup trucks like the M7-15, the Dodge M880, or even the three quarter ton weapons. All of those had what we call rat rigs. We look like campers. We went on the back of the truck, in the place they had multiple antennas. Well, those were signal communications rigs and a number of different systems were put together. The older ones having the Teletype and you know BHF, UHF, long band, etc. upon what their particular mission within the military. Exploration kind of gives you a heads up as to who probably was fielding the piece of equipment, where it came from in the industry. And that is kind of nice to know, because you never know what might be under the hood also. That's something that we've been talking about for years. Remember, there's a lot of stuff out there, guys, that equipment. You never know how it might be opened up on the inside or how it may have been specially modified for the industry to begin with. Well, remember the Chinese, you know, they sent an icebreaker to try and help the little warming crew that are now frozen in the ice far beyond and deeper into the ice than anything they expected. They tried to say, oh, the ice is all melting, the ice is all... Now they've evacuated everybody off the ship. The idiots really are embarrassed to be, oh, you know, we actually had a situation where Dr. Science said they were pushing. Anyway, as it stands, the Chinese icebreaker now looks like it might be stuck too. I won't be surprised, but the icebreaker, they get into that situation. Usually what they do, although in this case, like here in Michigan, we have different sizes of icebreakers, so when a smaller one gets stuck, they send the next biggest one in, put up everything behind the other icebreaker that's stuck. Now if you're really bad, years ago we had this happen, no not in this decade, not even this century. We had one of the smaller icebreakers that got stuck, so they sent one of the mid-sized icebreakers out, it got stuck, so they sent a bigger icebreaker out, the latest and greatest of the fleet, and it kind of eventually broke the other two free and dragged them on, you know, helped to get them on home. And that's not a surprise, that's just the way the system works out there kids. So for everybody again, don't be surprised if the Chinese have to spend some time maintaining their ship in place. uh... it's not like they're permanently stranded although you never know maybe guys will keep them hope that would be totally contrary to everything it yeah i know understand anyway uh... just some of the watch their more of the which doctor science in motion we've talked about time and time and time again not a surprise uh... another thing here uh... light bulbs now everybody of course talking about the banning of light bulbs guys Any light bulbs that you see, you want to start nesting. Anything that you can find. Somebody is getting rid of light bulbs. A lot of people will send them to recycling bins. Now, needless to say, some might be damaged, but the filament is tungsten. Don't throw the light bulb away. Compromise the tube. The filament, pour it into. Take the filament from the tube. Part that makes it illuminate the light, you know, lighting glowy thingy. Take that little filament and put it into a container of plastic or a glass jar. Every time you have one that's bad, open it up, open it up, or in other words, crack the tube, and pour the filament, you know, or snap the filament off and put it in the tube. This will pile up over a period of time, but this is a very strategic material. Tungsten slash the material is work. So, uh... again light bulbs remember that uh... christmas ball again guys they are eight vacuum to y'all remember that when other stuff goes off like your l e d's remember if there's ever been found out the variations of what can be a disaster you want diversification you do not want to dump everything and go to something else you need to have some of the other technology on the shelf or at least as much as you can LEDs are light emitting diodes. Really cool. There's some really hot, fast, burning hot, burning, I mean, burn your eyeballs out kind of LEDs. They are wonderful. They're great for deception technology. They're great for, again, disturbing the battlefield or illuminating an area to figure out what's in that shadowy area there when the time comes and hopefully blinding whatever's there too. Remember, it is still an LED. If an EMP action takes place of any kind, if there's any kind of event of that type, I hate to tell you what's going to happen to your LEDs. Now, in the research that we did years ago, the diodes are actually the most susceptible to an EMP strike. Just like using microwave, what we did is laboratory research, other side of the state actually, in the Kalamazoo area, we set up uh... electronic circuits other were active and what we did is we created for a focused microwave gun using the standard microwave you have in your kitchen two hundred yards with the focus being it would take what a quarter of a second to knock out whatever was sitting in front of us all again that varying ranges depending upon the type of of of dish create a focus the beam array depending upon what type of map array you use You can focus the beam 98% of the energy will go on to the target. It is a bummer for whoever it is that thinks they continue to use that radio or that technology it is out there. You can also use it against other pieces of equipment that are mobile. A lot of automobiles and vehicles need to say use solitary. You don't have to knock out everything, but think about it. All we have to do is pop one black box for the right part and she's offline, which is So anyway, again, the, well, remember vacuum tubes aren't affected by that. Light bulbs are vacuum tubes. So having a certain number of those little Christmas Twinkle lights on the shelf or having, again, the old Christmas larger, like small format, small base or medium base bulbs on the shelf would be highly recommended along with fixtures, et cetera. Don't throw everything out because somebody says this is the newest and the latest and the greatest. Now remember that, again, the reason I bring up LED is, well, Everybody's talking about the mandated BS with the, you know, the mercury prison lights. The lights that you see right now that have the small ballast underneath and the squiggle tube, guys, those were first used in detention camps and prison camps and in Eastern Europe for a number of different reasons, and they were researched for corrupting and for agitating. Remember, keep the light out 24-7. Well, a regular light bulb uses a lot of power. They wouldn't use a regular light bulb, they use a raw light that would typically not be frosted. But the fluorescent screw-in lights into the same standard base worked just as well. And all of the original bulbs of this type that came into the United States did not come from China, they did not come from Taiwan, came from East Germany, well, East Germany initially, along with both area. also from Romania. Lion's Share of the first models actually even had an outer sheet and were quite heavy by comparison. But that's because they were better built. And they would last about 8,000 hours. And they were designed for facilities, underground complexes, prison camps, things of that nature. They did not come from China. Now China's building them and they're just building them slot but terrible because, well, remember, they penny-pinch and scrape wherever they can. So the quality is down, the shielding is down, everything about them is dirtier and it's going to stay that way. That was intentional, it wasn't accidental. It's why for the same reason that these bulbs were, these lights were originally used in detention camps. I did the survey on these things back in the 80s guys. And I mean survey is in for usage. I did an entire write up. You know again it was one of those things where wow this is an interesting idea, where did this come from? I've got examples of all the original bulbs as they were created. So right here. original model that was imported into the US back in what was 1983, 84, curtain. Oh, they were sliding them across the border and they were allowing them across for a reason. These are wool scarves. First of all, they're very, very high quality German military scarves. are actually a very high virgin wool. Matte gray, they have a blue stripe on them. There's a gray, more of a field gray, and then there's one that's more of the Air Force blue gray. Both of them are fine, either want to work. Scarves are an identifier. Everybody has to use the Arab scarf. Now, they don't have an Arab scarf, you can't fight a war. It's like we've used American wool scarves for years and I guess we aren't in vogue anymore. It's not, it's not, it's passe. Now you have to have proper fashion chic when you're wearing certain things. Oh pardon me, tablecloth, Arab, Arab kerchief. Oh that's right. My goodness. Anyway, the whole idea here is that wool, remember, wool gets wet, wool retains heat even when it is wet. Very good.
