Summary
Mark Koernke discussed multiple topics including the failures of the Affordable Care Act website, currency printing problems at the Federal Reserve showing quality control issues, the corrupt nature of the American court system operating under Admiralty Law rather than constitutional law, and extensive commentary on family court abuses particularly regarding child support enforcement and how the system is weaponized against men. He emphasized the importance of pro se legal filings and proper court procedures to fight back against government overreach, and criticized lawyers, judges, and the bar association as complicit in a communist-style system of control.

You vie permits to travel and permits to own a gun. Permits to start a business or to build a place for one. On the land that you believe you own, you pay a yearly rent. Although you have no voice in saying how the money's spent. Your children must attend a school that doesn't educate, and your Christian values can't be taught according to the state. You read about the current news in a regulated press, and you pay a tax you do not owe to please the IRS. Your money is no longer made of silver nor of gold. You trade your wealth for paper so your life can be controlled. You pay for crimes that make our nation turn from God and shame. You've taken Satan's number. You've traded in your name. You've given government control to those who do you harm so they could burn down churches and seize the family farm and keep our country deep in debt. Put men of God in jail. Harash your fellow countrymen while corrupted courts prevail. Your public servants don't uphold the solemn oaths they've sworn. And your daughters visit doctors so their children can be born. Your leaders send artillery and guns to foreign shores and send your sons to slaughter fighting other people's wars. Can you regain the freedoms for which we fought and died? Or don't you have the courage or the faith to stand with pride? And are there no more values for which you'll fight to save? Or do you wish your children to live in fear and be a slave? O sons of the Republic, arise, take a stand, defend the Constitution, the Supreme Law of the land, preserve our great Republic and each God given right, and pray to God to torture freedom, burning, as Iowoc he'd vanished in the midst for whence he came. Good afternoon the Aleutians. We're on the Hallmark Network, an eastern seaboard from the top of Maine to the bottom of Florida. From the bottom of Florida across the arc of the Gulf of Mexico. Headed to Louisiana, Mississippi, Texas, Oklahoma, big chunk of Nebraska, a whole bunch of Wyoming to include both 3rd, the 5th, the Pitt crews, and the 7 sisters. Colorado, the recall state, waving to the left coast before we turn to the east. to the golden shining spot on the left coast the state of jefferson arrest well you guys are under occupied siege even the state of jefferson is too we know that everybody's at war the boots on the ground are going to be brought in to do that the feinstein vomitus filter along with a diaper stain of brown are prepping the ground for the legal process for foreclosure. That's what this whole Pacific Rim agreement is to screw everybody, including the rest of the country, once they're done confiscating the property there on the left coast. Turning back to these sweep-crossed planes to the Mississippi where we take a long leap because it is merging. Nobody wants to talk about water levels their way up because lots of rain. It has to go somewhere. It goes downstream and to the big rivers and then to the Gulf or down to St. Lawrence to the Atlantic. And in either case, they're both pretty high. So, we then land on the Smokies once we got across that obstacle, where the restaurant crew's gravity team's okay teams, and the Bob-O-Bill gravity team's bringing us to the Golden Spike Don. Gray, colder, not likely to be raining if it is, it'd be sleet. It's not quite wanting to do that. We've got a little plexus snow, but like 20 feet apart, 30 feet apart. What's it like in your neck of the woods? What's the day today? And what's jumping off the wall up there, sir? Well, it's a beautiful day. Sun is almost down so it's getting kind of gray in the sky here. It's a little bit overcast, but it is the 23rd day of December. Hey, tomorrow is Christmas Eve, so today must be the 23rd day of December, year of our Lord, 2013. Stuff is still dripping, Mark, so it's still melting a little bit. It will melt even if it doesn't get to freezing. Sunshine does that kind of stuff. Elgore will never understand it. Well, again, the 23rd day of December. Who is so kaching? There's the benchmark. It's a Monday. Yeah, it's better than a Monday morning now because we're most of the way through the day and you might even be heading home from that first day of work if you've got a job in America. Now, you know, a whole lot of people that don't have jobs, Mark, you know that they sit around and, well, they got It's almost like there's a computer in every house now, like the chicken in every pot thing. Well, I promise a computer in every house, well, at least a cell phone so you can organize your criminal actions. We've seen that. But a whole lot of people will sit on the internet and just generally try to find this or that. You guys, hey, let them know about Liberty Tree Radio. Let them know about the micro effect in the morning. When you think that how many people could go to Google at any given second, I'm not saying on any given day, I'm talking about any given second. Let's expand that out to a moment because it might take you most of a minute to find out how many different kinds of centipedes have multiple amounts of legs, different numbers of legs and still called a centipede. Now you might wonder well that has nothing to do with nothing and it really truly does it has nothing to do with nothing But you know how many how many knees or this is that's where I wanted to go mark how many knees the centipedes have and you know how many centipedes have different numbers of legs and You could you know just go kabam and the Google or the or whatever search engine you use will tell you all about the centipedes knees won't it? But you still can't go to the Obamacare website and get things done. So, you know, the private sector can do things pretty good. Google is, you know, privately owned. All of them almost, I can't imagine, well, you know, they've gone to stock here and there. So you have to say they're public now. For a government effort to fail in such a miserable way, and I don't want to dwell on this for a long time, I just want to poke another bayonet in the side of this dead turkey. Uh, this is, there's no excuse for this, you guys. Mark, this is like, what if they gave a war and no one came? Or what if nobody showed up? There's no excuse. But it's free. Well, of course it's free. Well, no it's not. As a matter of fact, the parasites have already spent so much on it as to the point where it's an absolute embarrassment for the Soviet. We know that. But it's also an embarrassment for any of the other idiots who wanted to compromise with it. Think about it. The compromises were just as bad. You know, in other words, half a bucket of poison was just as bad as the full bucket of poison, wasn't it, kids? Turns out it was all, what's that word? The key word was poison. Not half bucket, or full bucket. That's irrelevant. Both are lethal doses, so it's not like it isn't gonna kill you. It's just, well they told me they'd only kill me half as much. Oh look, I need to vote for them next year, because they said they'd only kill me half as much this year. And I'd be able to keep my old poison. But I won't listen to you next year, so I won't be- Oh man! Yeah, well the old poison wasn't really killing me that much. It gouges anyway. I mean we think about it. It's not like there's any cheap healthcare out there. It's true. Think about it. Okay guys, you know, there's one thing about the cash industry and insurance is nobody does the numbers or crunches the numbers on it. You're looking at cash capital going in 100%. There's nothing else that goes into the insurance companies. Cash capital. Cash is in digits. You know that yeah, can I use my credit card? Well, yeah, they don't really mind that too much You can use your credit card to make a payment on your insurance And then you're gonna pay how much more to the other person who has a credit card if you couldn't make it at all, right? And you're not gonna do that for very often because real quick you're not gonna have any resources at all. Will you? Now The kicker on this is that even with all the argument about, oh, the poor insurance industry, really? Nobody prints. You'll notice whenever they talk about this would be a burden on, which is true. It would be a burden on. No matter how you look at it, anything where they expect them to do something would be a burden no matter what, positive or negative. In this case, a heavy negative program. But orchestrated by the insurance companies to begin with so they could at gunpoint, remember, like car insurance? What better business to go into than car insurance? Every state of the union will take a gun and put it to somebody's head and tell them they will shoot them if they don't get it. A man on the road with a gun will threaten to kill you. That's the only reason he has the gun there. The proposal for intimidating lethal force. So it's not the old broadsword being ksing pulled out. It's the guy standing there with his hand and his gun ready to shoot you because you're a taxpayer. Yeah. See how that works? Oh, I got a taxpayer. He might not have insurance. I might get to kill him in his car. You see how that works? See, that's, now, just imagine what did they just do with the health care thing? Why, we will threaten to kill you. The government will threaten to kill you. And who will they kill you for? They will kill you for the insurance company again. Are you beginning to see who your actual enemy is, perhaps? It's not just, you see, the shyster that's in politics is a power freak. Perhaps a quadriplegic homosexual Eskimo power freak. In fact, in this day and age, 99.9%, probably, he's queers a $3 bill and a baby raper. But beyond that, the money doesn't quite go directly to the Fed because they get their cut for being the, what's that term? When you send a car around every Friday night and they go to the back of the store and agree. I'm here for the grease. You don't never call it a bride. You can call it all kinds of disgusting things. Are you being protected? Yeah, protection. Yeah. And Guido stays behind the steering wheel and Blatsenstein goes over and knocks on the door as the mob collects their protection money. Yeah. So, please tell me the difference. Oh, this is a gussied up version where they got your dollars paid for the bullets that will kill the people that are threatened with the guns because they aren't going to work under the orders of the regime. Wow. But that doesn't sound any better, does it? No, not really. So again, consider, there isn't any, like, can I owe you later arrangement with insurance? If you don't pay it, you don't have it? You mean they're not like the government? Yeah, exactly. Well, even there, if the IRS can't get it, they will try to kill you. But if they can't get it, they'll just print more of it or tell us we're another trillion trillion dollars in debt. Or trillion dollars in debt. Or several trillion dollars. Well, we lost count a while back. Those machines are going so fast. By the way, once again, on that note before I forget, everybody pay attention. If you actually have a paycheck and you get $100 bills, look at the dates on the bills. Somebody noticed something interesting at the bank the other day. Normally when currency is stacked from the Treasury, it would all be a bundle of consecutive notes. These were Treasury wrapped bills. But there were three different dates and some of the bills didn't look right. That's what the person said. He goes, well, I was counting these things. The pills didn't look right. I said, what do you mean? Well, some of them were kind of off, like, you know, badly printed, but not playing money. And some of them were kind of smudgy. Oh, you mean they decided to circulate that? How many, what was it? Remember about four years ago, we talked about hundred dollar bills. They just ran it for like 17 days or something before they found out they were doing something wrong. Are those the hundred dollar bills? Well, the interesting thing is, remember this, okay, even with your older currency, now I don't know that your dollar bills are still rag paper. But if you have any of the older dollar bills, you don't want to rub on them a lot because you've collected them probably, but you could always smudge them. Now what we got to remember is that the older safety system that was designed into the currency is that you had rag paper, you know, for currency paper, okay? And that rag paper means that a certain amount of the ink is bonded, you know, to the, well, you know, the little pieces of cloth, guys, that are micro fine. It's micro filling the cloth. and what happens is when you rub it you're squeezing and especially if you got a wet finger you know you stick your finger in the nut and you know you could go like that and you get a little smudging. Well you would because you've reapplied moisture to the thread and are able to work out a small amount of the ink which is bonded in. That's where you saw remember I don't know if they're fake printing that now or not I haven't really paid attention I haven't really tested it. Remember you have a little red, black, and blue filaments and green filaments in your paper? Look closely at it. That was one of those components and that actually is supposed to smudge. Now what they've done, apparently the ink set, whatever they were using, it was supposed to dry faster because they're running these things so fast. It's a borer. It used to be you could see the $100 going by. $100, $100, $100. it's like a money counter it's worse than that because it's a money in this case at the debt maker okay so it's well it's not stop it's not like it just does a bundle of a hundred it's not stop and i think what happened is that this happens in the printing industry too you know you're constantly dusting you know anybody as a printer knows this you're constantly dusting the presses if you've ever want you know you run a miller or a bomb or any of the big or you know the commercial printers you know presses when you're doing books There's a combination of making sure your inks are mixed, your color testing too because you have color print sometimes, a lot of times nowadays. There's a setting agent. I think what they did is they mucked up several times because they were in a hurry. They're running 24-7. They can't crank out enough of this garbage paper. They're throwing it all over the planet. Most every other part of the world isn't even paying attention. If most of it is going to the drug lords, well it is stacked up in a corner anyway, where is it going? You have seen the pictures, right? Literally closets are pallets full of cash. In this case, what was interesting is this came right from the Federal Reserve this way and there are a couple of considerations here because normally you see you do not get a chump change mix. When they run the lots and the flats, they come out consecutive note and from the same lot, from the same Federal Reserve Bank, in theory, but that's all a lie nowadays, and they throw it on the truck, it goes to the respective Federal Reserve distributor, and then it goes out to the banks. And this was three different mixes. Now they weren't just all shuffled together like cards guys. It was like a percentage of one. It was like, well, we got some of this left, throw that in there. And it was, well, we got some of this left, throw that in there. Are we done? I'll get close enough. But the interesting thing about that is if you've seen how paper, how money paper is built, it doesn't get cut and stacked that way, does it? In other words, there's layers and sheets. So whatever they did here, it's like they almost lined up a bunch of junk they had laying around. and just kind of said close enough and did the cutting. Which is why, as I pointed out to him, some of these bills were like off towards the right corner. In other words, it wasn't centered on the border. And everybody goes, that's counterfeit. It's like, no, that's just crappy socialism. Everybody in the bank turned around and was like, oh, it's crappy socialism. When you have a Weimar Republic type operation cranking out so many digits they can't keep up with them, it's called hyperinflation, and the printing presses are running so fast you can't see them, and nobody's worried about quality control. You're going to wipe your hind end with them for all practical purposes when they're done. In their eyes, it's true, because when you think about it, see, they have the whole pile of capital you only get chunk change versions of that. And considering the devaluation of our currency, we're getting pennies now. If we estimate, see, think of this way in terms of how they're looking at, they already have hyperinflation set up. If a dollar used to be worth a dollar and now it was basically worth two cents of what an old dollar used to be, well, you're on the edge of Weimar Republic, you know, I wipe your arse currency. How many actual dollars does it make to make a dollar when it was a full dollar in value? Well, at 2 cents, that's 50. That's a stack of 50 modern, white-garaged pieces of currency to match up against the other dollar. Don't even mention a silver dollar. Yeah, and the bad guys laugh their arse off about that. Seriously. Well, I've got this big pile of fill in the blank. I thought it would be kind of fun. Well, that's another subject, but it's tied into the currency thing. Anyway, the big thing about this insurance not working issue is, again, what has happened? What has been the, oh, we're sorry, we screwed up. It's going to cost you three times as much now. Well, are the insurance companies stepping forward and crying about that and saying, sorry, we'll cut all the rates and make everybody feel better and go back to those other schedules we had? and why are they doing this? Because they got your money and they're going to keep it. And the gun behind it that's being held by the government will kill you if you think you demand that. A person with a gun will threaten your life. Go ahead, we got, uh, Georgia, go ahead. Remember that Nigerian scam letter I told you about on the air? Oh yes, I got three more. I love the solicitor letters. Three parasite lawyers are giving an email from halfway around the world to tell me that they want to give me somebody else's billions of dollars in their country. We actually got into this discussion, me and Shelly. They're not lying to you. They're going to give you $3 billion. It's just $1 billion. It's Zimbabwe currency. Yeah, Zimbabwe currency. I am a millionaire. Actually, guys, Ed, you were here when we got that in. I want to say thank you to one of our callers. I am a millionaire. I am a genuine millionaire. I have two Zimbabwean pieces of currency, both million dollar bills. They're in the drawer. I'm not going to throw them away, but I can always say that I'm... See, before there were million dollar bills printed up as test sample currency. Those were done by the companies that did all the protection junk that you see on the present currency that you're now getting from the Federal Reserve. And we had that 20 years ago, guys. There is nothing on this currency that is not 20 years old. Seriously, nothing. Nothing they're doing. All of it was available 20 years ago. They just progressively have scammed us off and charged us more for all the BS progressively as they've attached it and attached it and attached it until by the time they're done, they got all these bells and whistles at the counterfeiters copy in 15 minutes. So, yeah, you know, we could be the solicitors, these Jewish solicitors from Nigeria are telling me that they want to give me somebody else's billion dollars. Keyword here, they're all Jewish solicitors. and it'd be a cold day in hell before they let a shackle a penny of simole in a clam leave their clutches little only the country give me a break let your art what mark you know they have uh... i was listening to a lot of care and huge interviews on youtube you know she's a lawyer she probably figure out that the but the bar association was not meant to uh... is not meant for the people of our association was meant to protect the bankers in the system Right, exactly. Well, that's what we say. Its purpose is, remember, the Erwin Rommel School of Law, the court is the battlefield, the judge, an enemy general, the prosecutor, an enemy officer, your lawyer, an enemy spy. you pay for that we pay and were supposed to pay for because we're incompetent because we're stupid enough to go into their venue in the first place the other thing and i would point out remember their bar members this is the admiral t court and if anybody uh... wants to understand it best remember the movie about the slave ship with the slaves took over the boat and sent it down to the caribbean almost odd whatever it was almost on the name of the that was it you know yeah now if you watch it there is a perfect Perfect example of what we've tried to explain to people for years where they're claiming the people that are on the boat are claiming themselves. And all of a sudden bursting in from the side door in one direction is an interested party under Admiralty Law who lays claim to the person, to the Corpus. But then even as he says that there's another group of people that burst in through the door more lawyers more Jewish lawyers listen to the names even in the movie guys and They burst in from the other end as other bar members and they lay claim they lay their percentage of acclaim to the property and Yeah, then there's another group that comes in from behind. So it's like you're being attacked from all sides And they let all of these people in and it becomes like a four or five way argument And it's an example of the divvying up of the goods But wait, they fought their way out, you know, they fought control of the ship and they took the ship south and They were supposed to be heading for why it's England England doesn't have sleep remember how this brag up and they made this movie disappear for a couple of different reasons because they always do the England got rid of its slavery, which is true uh... but what this boat went down to caribbean where it landed was in a british holding and when it got to that british holding what happened uh... i'm not gonna run that for you look at the rest of the story simply came into the court and submitted themselves as incompetence they were divvied up now if they've been smart they had a ship should apply themselves somewhere else shouldn't they just my thought anyway. That's just me. You know what? Talking to my brother this Sunday, you know what I found out? It's not only him going to court with this police department, this woman who crocheted mittens, scarves, you named it, sweater, a few cop families. Well now she's on a hook for doing business without a license and a double whammy to states coming and saying she didn't pay her sales tax. Oh, I'd have to bust some kneecaps on people like that. I'm serious. We're to the point where if you have said, scurrilous skanks, what is it? They didn't like the mintons? They didn't like the crocheted hats? They didn't like it as the birthday gift or whatever they got? I assume they were getting it for Christmas gifts. But whatever they got, when you have some rotten, bottom-feeding parasites like this, this is a demonstration of just absolutely arbitrary abuse of power. The power they don't really have in the face should never have been, we should never have gone as far as we have. But when stuff like this, when this kind of BS is going on, they just need to have the kneecaps busted. That would just be to warn them. And that's the best I could do under the, that's the kindest I could be and I probably wouldn't be that kind. Well, guess what? The policemen's families, these families still have those mittens and scarves. But you were doing business without license. Since they're claiming that they're not satisfied, then I would also lay a lien on them for the property to be returned then. Since, gee, I didn't know. I'm going to have to correct it. You could have all kinds of fun with the idiots. Because who were the completins? Was it one cop? Was it all the cops? Was it the party of cops? Was it the group that are laying the complaint? The wife. One of the wives. listen to what a micro effective more when you had that one guy out from missouri no it is pat from missouri yeah i mean yeah that yet from missouri well i'm going to sit there and say uh... bring a few of your friends and when you go into court while the only thing you do you see you know where is he defending himself he's gone pro se if he's going to go pro say i would highly recommend that you go to YouTube, right off the bat, and start watching the Carl Miller videos. Carl, last name, M-I-L-L-E-R. Carl Miller. Take a look at those and watch them carefully. Pay attention. Carl has been perfecting the Driving Without a License work for many, many years. And contrary to what somebody just told me the other day, well, he's dead! It's like, no, he's very much alive and he does a lot of work for people even as we speak. In fact, I guarantee he's alive and breathing. Okay? Beyond the shadow of a doubt. So, for everybody out there, again, the whole idea, well you can't do that and you can't win. Well, Craig from Forbidden Knowledge, although he has to keep re-fighting it because somebody always tries to, you know, this is the whole thing, you have to keep defending your right. But he's won over and over again. It's like the open carry in Michigan. All of this is fact. It's all in the books. But you have highway pirates. Understand they call police cars cruisers for a reason. All of the verbiage. If you think Admiralty Court, don't think US law. Think Admiralty High Seas Court. Think Military Tribunal Court. then look at all of the titles and names you have been conditioned to use even through movies and through your school and you'll understand how you've been conned. That's why we don't have for the most part any constitutional law being used right now. Our courts are not being used. They do exist, but they're not being used. We go into an alien court with any court activity you're going into in this country now and they know it and the whore lawyers know it too. Well, I'm going to use the system to what? I remember 30 years ago, in fact I'll be honest, let's see, this is 2013, 40 years ago. We're going to defeat the system and completely change it back to where it belonged 40 years ago. But you know, one of the problems with this, George, and for all of our listeners, this is the thing, there's a siren song. is the more that you learn about your enemies activities the more you become professional expert at them in the mori become expert at them the more it becomes comfortable to work on them and use them and and to manipulate them in again to do what they do but i'm to the nth degree because we're more studied in it however that does nothing to eliminate and get rid of the illegitimate court that we have does it There is a basic axiom here that I argue and I've had old people get red in the face, study not too closely the ways of your enemy lest they become yours. The problem is people become oh so very comfortable with those corporate courts. In fact, when they started out, they all admitted we should have common law courts in place, but we do not. But after they get fighting in the regular court, they become comfortable in the regular court and it's all they know and it's all they want to know. As they get older, they get into what is old Farts Disease, a comfortable chair routine. So they won't step away from it. I'm like, what? Where is that coming from? How is it that we did ball accept the system, even with whichever court they took you into, admiralty or otherwise, it was the effect of the jury in all cases that threw the system into a tizzy because we threw a stick into the spokes? Bottom line. We didn't know the caller there. Who do we have, please? Yeah, this is Mark. I was just going to say, Mark, that I don't know if you've been into a court lately, but they're a joke. I mean, they don't follow any of the rules they used to follow. uh... you know i mean that you know him a sadly knows a lot about the court system is and all of the life and if you the if you listen and talk about how court supposed to be operated out of the operate right now it's a complete joke or agree no i one of the things you remember we covered this and i'm not going to be been with us for a long long time whenever you hear the term streamlining We need to simplify and streamline. What it comes down to is the courts were only designed to handle an occasional case. But like government foreclosures, government seizures, and everything else, once the whores found that they could get away without being shot or hung, all kinds of abysmal activity, then they went into crazy mode. Now, again, for instance, whatever we've got in the court, George down in Texas, you have Texas court rules. There's a book. You need to get it, George. Your brother needs to have it before he does anything. Well, he has to get Wisconsin's. Why? Oh, I'm sorry. He's up in Wisconsin. Yes. Oh, slightly the microphone. Well, he needs Wisconsin's court rules. You need to look at them and study them, especially for introductory procedure because what you do is you slow them down right away by making every stinking filing that you can. The moment they try to proceed, you stop them. Now, there's a reason for this. As Mark was saying, they are a joke. What has happened to the lower courts is this. We used to have grand juries because most of these cases have now become just about felonies or high misdemeanors. First of all, the word felony did not exist in our vocabulary until the corporate attack of 1933. Not for the most part. You were a former convict or you had been found guilty of whatever, but there were many different terms that were used. This whole scam is part of the War Powers Act thing with regard to taking booty and making POWs and putting you under limitations under contract as a war prisoner. Just like after the Civil War, if you came back, okay guys, think about this. Outlaw Josie Wales right at the beginning. What were they having the Confederate troops come in and do? Remember they all had to come in? I'm not certain. Were they just... They were coming in to sign the document and re-swear. Oh, okay. And they had a contract, guys. Well, does anybody ever think about what that contract was? Another year. They had a whole list of agreements because they were all on probation and they were all in restriction and they were all going to be reorganized. They were prisoners of war in a war powers situation. So they were not looked upon as American. When you mention the word felony, the only time the word felony is used in the Constitution is on the high C's. Right. When we're looking at an Admiralty case, and even there, remember it's through the guidelines of the of the court itself, which means again most of this stuff in reality is mishmish through a fiction that has no authority nor do we have any liability to actually follow. But again, what do they back it up with? Well, pirates back everything up with a gun. the insurance companies are nothing more than extension of that one of the things about this this trimming or streamlining is always to eliminate a lot of these procedures and dates and stuff well see they were put there for a reason to restrict and to ensure that you had a fair date you know fair time in court etcetera but they mostly go through the motions and the lower courts rubber stamp now they were placed in most cases the grand juries which reviewed all writs that were going to be brought before the court and most were supposed to be thrown out by the grand jury, not rubber stamp, but because only the apron wearers and the fellow travelers or even the cops themselves are the only ones on the grand jury. Ask yourself how many people you know that have been on a, well let's do it this way, mentally think, how many people do you personally know that have been on your county's grand jury? Grand jury, not just on jury duty, this is really critical. Who sits on the grand jury in your county? And for how long by the way? And who are they? What do they do for a living? See, what they've done is just like in every aspect of this, I see the same thing over and over again. People get lazy, but also what happens is the ring knockers, like everything else, they get their fellow traveler in there and then they start pushing out and excluding everybody else. Only the fellow travelers are in there. The grand jury was occupied the same way. Then they turn around and were able to formulate a ruling that the district courts in Michigan, for instance, take the place of the grand jury in most actions. Especially at the county level, they replace all actions. So the district judge, not wanting to piss off the prostitute, because usually they've got some naked pictures of him, he rubber stamps every case that goes through. You might as well not have the district court. The district court simply rubber stamps and throws it through rubber stamps and throws it through rubber stamps and throws it through. And then it goes to the next tier up. Well, what happens there is they've now been so overloaded they're doing the same thing. Which is why you just said, Mark, it's a joke. It's a joke because they've created a vast overdose of cases that they could never handle. They can't, not if they did them properly, not if they did them even legitimately by their own fictional rules. So now, then it gets passed up. Hold on here. Now this is why I said before, file everything. Remember one thing about these rats, it's just like the communist system because it is the communist system. If you don't file it in the lower courts, especially at the circuit which is the key, the pivot, you should file at the district. You start filing at the district so it's in record. By the time you're done, you'll be carrying around a briefcase like a lawyer does, but just for your case. However, The realization on the part of the prostitute is, and they don't want to, they'll try to lose things. They will try to destroy and burn things, guys, which is why you keep copies and always file everything with the clerk. Point is, if you don't file it at the district and circuit level, you cannot reintroduce it in any appeal process. It's like, oh, I should have gotten this in there, but they told me I couldn't. Well, no, you don't do that. There's a whole bunch of tricks to getting everything you wanted into the record. And you hand it over to them, even if the judge won't acknowledge the filing or the statement of fact or whatever you put in them, that evidence is now in the process. And this is the way these horrors, they count on the idea that the average lawyer who is betraying them is going to try to make the judge happy and make the prosecutor happy because he's going to go to the bathhouse and be the boy toy for him and bend over the bench so that they can buff him in the butt. or they're going to go to golf, the golf course, first play golf, then go to the showers, he's going to bend over and both the prosecutor and the judge are going to play boy toy with him so he can be an assistant prosecutor later. So however it works, the bottom line is, is that they're not going to make the judge angry because they've got to go to work with him next month and you're just an uppity peasant that like all the other rubber stamp peasants they want to screw, you're supposed to just be incompetent and let them murder you. Let them take weeks, months or years of your life. They need to die for that. To be quite honest, they all should be executed for it because they know exactly what they're doing. And this is a horrible criminal conspiracy that is open in your face. They need to be taken out hung, period, because every one of the bastards knows exactly what they're doing. They are not ignorant of their activity. And that's the bottom line. That's why we're more than a step away from. If everybody that's, for instance, dealing with this, deals with this the right way, this country would be cleaned out in a very short period of time. It really needs to be. Just her word he was throwing in jail for three months lost his job He can't get employed and everything like that and now all the husbands going in and filing an appeal finding out that uh, you know when he was arrested He was supposed to go before the magistrate to find out if there was probable cause to be arrested Well, he never had that he was just booked in jail and you know, and it's you know the mother I don't feel sorry for because uh now she trusts husband government and husband government screws her and uh through to and he can't pay child support, but he is going to appeal because he was never taken for the magistrate or a jury jury two directions where that typically comes from is there are a bunch of rat females mostly feminists who get into these little talk groups and such they hate men to begin with and they will coach these females on what to do what to say in fact it's so pap and pablum that cookie cutter now the cops know this and the court to know this and they're feeding off Now in the short term, they got their candy, in other words, I got him. But the problem in the long run is that, well, just like we're talking here, the one guy, like I said, I was behind the wire when in prison, he had a beautiful business out in California, made payments, she left him. I read all the paperwork, I was helping him with his court case. It got to the point where they held him for so long, in California they had him grab in California all the way across the country. Then Michigan dragged their feet on transporting him and kept him in jail up there for three months. Well, in 90 days, guys, his business was gone. The 79 employees that he had, including the boss, the yard boss, he had a construction company. They had projects that were going on when he got grabbed. and they wouldn't release him, there was no bond because obviously it was a rip for another state and Michigan wouldn't send anybody to pick him up because it cost money. They were telling California you need to send him to us and it's like, whoa, wait a minute, it's not our warrant. Well, since they put him out of business, she was going to slap his hand because what happened was they were between projects. He meticulously paid child support over and over and over again. Now, she left him. That's the kicker. She filed and then ran off with somebody else. Blah, blah, blah, blah. They had three children, by the way. So, however that worked out, finally he just said, well, you know, when he got back here, well, you're going to fight this? He goes, no, I'm not going to make any deal. All you got to do is agree that you're going to pay this and this. And then he goes, what are you talking about? You destroyed my business. You can stuff it up your arse. You're going to pay me. I'm going to let you take care of me from now on. Well, you have to pay this child support. No, no, I'll tell you what, I'll go to court and fight this. Because everybody else is making a deal and they're all, they were blanch white. And it's funny, even after a year and a quarter in the lockup while he was with us, they started talking about how we could make a deal and let you out. We could make it seriously, guys. I ran all the paperwork on this. And meanwhile, he was of course working on appeals and suing their arson. By the time we were done, we had a good $4.8 million lawsuit against the Shysters with the county that was operating, was Macomb County, I don't know, it was Oakland County. Those were the parasites that did this garbage. and bottom feeding pieces of trash. They had all the information and then dragged their feet after they caused all the problems, dragged their feet, destroyed what would have to be from the gross end, a multi-million dollar business because he did apartment complexes. And you're not talking small change when you're talking about building an apartment complex. So all of the economies suffered because of the parasite horrors in child perverted services and the horrors in the court system. I have no respect or use for any of these pigs at all. They're as worthless as the day is long. They serve only themselves, they hate this country, and they're ruining this country. That's our problem. And then on top of that, George, like this case, you've got these pigs. who buy this stuff privately and then they're all sitting there. Now think about how this worked. There's a little horror group of their toady wives who all get together and, you know, I bet you that, I got, he just got me these mittens from this woman and I'll bet you they're probably homemade. Oh yeah, Martha, they were homemade. Oh my God, I bet you she didn't even pay taxes. Oh! Blah blah blah, by the time they're done, this sour, bitter piece of trash, rubbing its wounds, its sores, licking its demonic sores, decided it had its panties in a bunch and so it went to go piss in the pot, piss in the pool and ruin the lives of however many people that that rotten corpse, that rotten body could. And it's disgusting. These rotten, sour, bitter people are what the communists count on. These rotten parasitic pieces of trash that have miserable lives themselves can do nothing but bite and backstab at everybody else any way they can. And it's great damage that they do, which is why they should die. To be quite honest, somebody should get pissed off enough and just move. I wish they wouldn't give guns a bad name, so ball peen hammer, machete, 2x4, blood pipe, I don't care. But when that starts to happen, it's just like all the rest of these thugs coming up and punching people. People are starting to shoot him and kill him dead. Leave the slingshot at the scene of the extermination. Yeah. Well, Mark, you know, for this guy who's, like I say, he's been ruined, one thing I am doing, I'm doing a Freedom of Emigration Act with the police department. I want the co-operative agreements for what they use for the Violence Against Women Act because If I can find the proper wording of independent contractor, I'm going to say, you know that police officer came and used his uniform and his squad car for unofficial police use as a mercenary for the federal government, which is against Texas law, because Texas law designates who is a peace officer, and being paid for by the feds. Right, that's just simply a corporate whore. Yeah. That's all that is, is a corporate whore. And you know one of the things about that, they are completely liable. Now that's still true of pretty much every state. See that's one of the things we point out. This is all work we did and it's not that we just did it in the 90s. It was learned in the 80s, people knew it in the 80s, more people knew it in the 60s and the 70s, people perfected this. I'd say for as long as we've actually been here, pro-save people are what's kept the other half of the liberty movement alive. Only because people got into it because they had to to defend themselves. to protect themselves. And the problem is that they pissed on sometimes, well more often than not, the wrong person because our side thinks. And we actually have a thought process. So no matter how complicated they've made the law, we typically can walk through it and map it out and then use it on them. Now the only option they have left is to flat out blatantly lie and that's why I said again, we're in a communist system. The Admiralty Court is the communist system. All of these mechanisms are because what we're describing is if you read the Gulag Archipelago, if you read any of the books by Solzhenitsyn, if you, like for instance, when the guy is first grabbed and goes to La Bianca prison, he's got a book. He's got a book that is a rare collector's item. And at first when the communist took over, the book was banned and was supposed to be burned. But then all of a sudden with the communist flip flops, the author, who was a poet, all of a sudden down his work was acceptable again. He was a poet and he know it. So this guy is going to the concentration camps. He's going to the work gulags in Arctic. That's where they're going to try and kill him. The coordinator at La Bianca is telling him, give me the book. First he tries to take it from him. He fills out the paperwork per their own guidelines. In the body of the rule it says that you are allowed one book. Now you can't have a Bible because that's evil bourgeoisie. But it says you can have any book because that's the equivalent to saying you can have a Bible. everything is a mimic in the jewish communist operations well anyway he's got this book and they start beating him and they torture him and they use every kind of torture they can and he won't change his direction finally standing there bleeding and you know half dead in front of the common dot and the guy blurts out why don't you give me the book and it was basically because they have a right to this book under your own rules and you're the one who told me I'm under your rules because that was the big thing he kept wagging his weenie we're in control of you the sea scum is in control of you and so in the end guys as he's boarding out that he goes he and even says he goes that book will be destroyed that book was well in of course the book would have been burned and the communist got hold of it to begin with but now that it's worth something everybody knew was worth something before it was being burned Well, now the commandant blurts out, the book will just be destroyed. He goes, well, it will be destroyed with me, but after all, I'm under your rules. The commandant finally reaches to the table, picks up a piece of paper, and the acknowledgment from the court, from the commissar, is that, yep, it's the rule. He can have that book. You may have beaten him. If he doesn't submit and sign off on it, he gets the book. That's how the courts work here. You will go through your district court, your circuit court, your appeals court, your state appeals, your federal appeals court, blah blah blah blah blah, your reappeal, your second appeal of the Supreme Court. They will beat you to death, but if you stay focused, you will get your book. Now, some people would say that isn't worth it, but on the other hand, it's the old story, guys, you're eating up their machine just as much, and it costs a lot less for you to do what you're doing than it does for them to do what they do. I will tell you this, when you win and get your book, they even are so terrified of the rest of the peasants finding out that they could keep their book that they will seal the case. Yes, you were right. Yes, all your filings are correct and there are thousands of pages in your filing and thousands of thousands because you pro-patriot people and pro se people put all the information into your filings. We don't want anybody to see these filings because the map to do what you did is there for anybody to see. Just remember, in the settlement there is a non-disclosure agreement. Yes, exactly. That's why again, they need to be shot. I don't care what happens to them, I really don't. If they were to die tomorrow, if someone put a button in front of me and said, push it and they're gone, I'd be, you wouldn't get their guh out. You'd be like, there you go, are they gone yet? Well Mark, here it is, save the country, hang a banker, hang a bar member. Yeah. We have another caller there, who do we have? Or we still have Mark. Oh, go ahead caller. Can you hear me? Okay, we got you, go ahead. Yeah, I was listening to him about the child support thing. You know, I remember when I was, and the judge took a look at my ex-wife and she said, yeah, he's a gun owner, he's a terrorist, take his guns away from him, and then put him on the state court every month. And basically, you know, when you have the power of the state head with a gun, if you're not able to make the payments, they sweep you up off the street, throw your ass in jail, and then you can't make any payments. So the whole system is built to keep the guys down and let the women stay up on top. Then they're not making enough money and they wonder why the guys don't want to marry him anymore. And you keep hearing these stories about these gals that are in their 30s, they're professionals and they can't find a man. Well, the bottom line is the men have been screwed at least once and they're not stupid enough to get screwed twice. Marriage no longer becomes anything a guy wants to do. And then these women who idealize, you know, being thought of as the only one nobody wants to god damn greedy i got it i got it here you know i think it's my going to use that i go open a door for a woman i'm considered a male show with a stake of my uh... you know if you be shivers anyway you're considered a your computer scum that's another thing to date they want to treat like ladies but they act like men well i i thought it's one article i think it's your mark right Well, this is Mark here, but that's George. Okay. George, I'm sorry. What I was trying to say is these gals are writing articles now about how they can't find a man, and the bottom line is they've ostracized themselves to the point where a guy doesn't want to make a commitment anymore, and they're complaining about guys staying at home, living in their parents' basements for longer periods of time, playing video games, and not at all interested in the females. They've kind of built their own cultural side form. Well, you know, I'm glad you're good. Well, you know, one thing I was speaking about, you know, like being, you know, a female psychiatrist is the hardest state to ever have. You know, because in a way I kind of like felt uncomfortable like I was being analyzed and she's very, you know, why will you not trust me? I said, well, suppose you were, and I asked her, she said, suppose you weren't on a date with a gynecologist, how would you feel? Well, somebody has to. Eventually somebody does. So they must feel comfortable with the immediate medical care. I'm always the one. Well, in this subject, you guys, something that just came to me a little while ago, I didn't know this for years and years, but you know, in the feminist movement, this Gloria person, she's an expounder of, you can build a stronger marriage if you have affairs. Yeah, right, bullshit. Well, I get married, but... That's poison. It's the same with all the rest of this. These characters have a specific agenda to undermine. Go to the different works on the subject and there's an entire protocol to that, isn't there? Hey Mark, all printed out. Go ahead. He go first. He was saying something before I did. Go ahead. Thank you. I disagree with the last call. Like you said, the whole system is created to keep the men feel helpless and inferior. and so are they carried at all uh... family court system it's it's it's made for men to feel helpless and if we saw all right we'll never and uh... well one of the things i think that my point out to our people to send you the same thing more than two but one of them are quite close to mail personally i know you know just as you know i've got a long time friend uh... you they did this you know his wife you know she's a professional she left him they had two kids had two children and uh... you have two children and uh... so she was coached she was flat out coached by all the other tackling critters that were around her who were doing the same thing and uh... so they think that he had a way she left him he had to different Uh oh, I hear the music. Two different businesses going on. We're going to continue this in the next hour, so nobody has to go anywhere. I know Don does. Don, you got to take off? Yes, I do. Darn. Okay. I'll tell you what, we're going to jump into this right after we come back, because I want to carry on with the subject the next hour. God bless the Republic. Death to the New World Order. We shall prevail, ladies and gentlemen. The Empire is on the run. But we are on the march, both day and night. Ooh, raw. Don, your number for night vision, please. That number is 2-3-1. 7-9-6-8-4. 5'8", again, 2, 3, 1, 7, 9, 6, 8, 4, 5, 8. Thank you, Mark. God bless you. We're going to let it break, guys. Everybody stay where we are. We're going to carry on with this subject. We come back for the next hour. Meanwhile, pay attention to our sponsors. And again, we'll grab that cup of coffee. You're using the bathroom if you got to. That was the moment. Thank you, Don. Thank you, Mark. our crying tears of shame. To see these men who'd rather live that slave. A minute men are turning in their grave. It's a noble man who feels like taking life is wrong. But I fail to understand the man that's wont defend his home. Dear Lord, I've got one little prayer I pray. I'll never let the local servant watch his tongue. HempUSA.org urges everyone to plan ahead for possible food shortages in the future.
