Summary
Mark Koernke discussed government overreach, particularly EPA regulations targeting small businesses like feed mills, arguing that environmental agencies are tools of control rather than protection. He criticized the educational system for producing uninformed citizens, compared livestock emissions to historical animal populations to expose flawed climate arguments, and warned that social engineering aims to re-establish hierarchical control. Callers contributed perspectives on population control, vaccine dangers, Alexander Solzhenitsyn's warnings about American decline, and the Lieber Code and War Powers Act as instruments of martial law that have never been formally rescinded, keeping the nation in a perpetual state of conflict.

The last thing the men behind the curtain want is a conscious, informed public capable of critical thinking. Which is why a continually fraudulent zeitgeist is output via religion, mass media, and the educational system. They seek to keep you an abstractive, naive bubble. And they are doing a damn good job of it. From either the US Congress or the people of the United States. We're torn and dirty as he stood here. He took off his three-cornered hat, speaking low to me, and secure our liberty. We wrote the constant shield from time for future generations, this legacy we gave. In this, the life secured for you, I told you to always keep. Tyrants labored endlessly while your parents were asleep. Your freedom's gone, your courage lost. You're no more than a slave. And this the land of the free. Brave. You buy permits to travel and permits to own a gun. Permits to start a business or to build a place for one. On land that you believe you own, you pay a yearly rent. Although you have no voice in saying how the money's spent. Your children must attend a school that doesn't educate. Christian values. You read about the current news in a regulated press and you pay a tax you do not owe to please the IRS. Your money is no longer made of silver nor of gold. You trade your wealth for paper so your life can be controlled. You pay for crimes that make our nation turn from God and shame. You've taken a Satan number. You've traded in your name. You've given government control to those who do you harm so they could burn down churches and see me farm. and keep our country. Put men of God in jail. Harash your fellow countrymen while corrupted courts prevail. Your public servants don't uphold the solemn oaths they've sworn. And your daughters visit with their children. Yours send artillery and guns to foreign shores. And send your sons to slaughter, fighting other people's wars. Can you regain the freedoms for which we fought and died? Or don't you have the courage or the faith to stand with pride? And are there no more values for what you will fight to save? Or do you wish your children fear the sons of the Republic? Bend the Constitution, the Supreme Law of the land. Preserve our great Republic in each God-given right. There won't be vanished in the midst of when he came. His words were true, we are not free, but we have ourselves to blame. Or even now as tyrants trample each God-given right, we only watch him tremble, too afraid to stand and fight. If he stood by your bedside in a dream while you were asleep and wondered what remains of the freedoms he fought to keep, what would be your answer if he called out from the grave? Ladies and gentlemen, this is for all of our brothers and sisters behind the lines in occupied territories. Microific network in the morning. Also on AM&FM microstations, C-day stations, and Ultra Net Technologies east and west of the Mississippi along with Alaska. We're in the Hallmark Network on the eastern seaboard from the top of Maine to the bottom of Florida. From the bottom of Florida across the arc of the Gulf of Mexico, headed Louisiana, Mississippi, Texas, Oklahoma, a whole bunch of Wyoming to include our friends in the Civil War state of a ray of sunshine. There's the state turning back to the east debris, the stench. We sweep across the plains, leap over the burgeoning banks of the Mississippi and land in the smoky slash the Blue Ridge where the restaurant crews, grandma teams, OK teams, and the Ma Bell Grammar Consortium of retired telecommunications workers bring us hands make for like work a million petticoat junction operators the ability to continue to function everything else in counting down the days to the 20th of December it is the 50th year of open and in your face obvious Fabian socialist and so with a 2013 old earth calendar or Mayan crazy town calendar everybody a merry Christmas right off remember that Christmas Joe with us he's up he's awake I live I've had return. I have lightning in the background when you do that. He's alive! Remember young Frankenstein? That was the whole thing. Can you tell me you're putting in me and you are going to put me in the same room with a 300 pound sick... Who else would we put you in here? Yeah, Holstel is going to hurt a lot. We're there on the rock this morning, sir. I don't know. It's cold, snow, what have you. Are you getting snow? We did, we're not supposed to get any today, but just because we're not supposed to doesn't mean that we won't. Now you see, we're getting an interesting, we always, see even if we get snow for Christmas, which everybody always wants snow for Christmas, the Santa Claus sleigh has to have snow, right? Michigan melt, we had the idea. When I did the program yesterday, guys, my snow meter, which is my round glass yard table, which is gonna get taken in here in the next day or two, eight inches of snow on it, which looked like sitting there. worth of snow. Well, I'm looking at it right now and there isn't any. And I didn't shovel the snow off and I didn't move it. That must have been a really good snow blower. So what we got is everything has, what it is, is everything's seeping into the ground. No thing right now. It's not that it's super warm out there. It's not. It's just that it's raised above freezing. Well, we're supposed to get some rain here in the next couple of days. Ray. Oh, yeah, I believe that. See, this is something we said about earlier in the year. I'm going to rub this in to everybody. Guys, imagine if all that rain we've had through the season, you know, freshwater slash wealth, every other part of the world needs water. And we're complaining about the riches of the sky. This is not saltwater dropping from the sky. This is freshwater dropping from the sky. This is cold. Well, this is a fortune. If you're a farmer, what we're getting right now, we are going to have another year of monster. Sweet. In fact, to be quite honest, everybody Joe here has been slow to the corn in because two things. Number one, moisture count buried. But also, we've already had record collection. the while the communists are going to ship most of our corn out of the country and sorry been sold the the elevators are sold everything that they've got it's already going overseas to the chinese or somebody else we still have for instance north and south field here full and a lot of fields are not in for the same reason because they were taken and there's only so much places to store them and those places are getting fewer and far Exactly. You know, there's something else that nobody's really paying attention to. I got a friend over here that runs the elevator, or was running the elevator down here in town. There used to be two feed stores, you know, everything you needed to store your grains and corn, that kind of thing. And they tore one down a few years ago. Of course, they've been tearing them down for the past 20 years. And then the EPA, he was processing feeds and this kind of thing here. This is a recent development. EPA walks in the door one day and says he's putting X amount of particles billions upon trillions, quadzillion particles in the air and you know he has to pay you know a 20 billion dollar fine or something whatever what it all cooked down to is they they shut his processing apparatus down of course that was his money making part of the business So now he has the whole elevator for sale and who's going to buy it? You know, it's EPA stuff. It's, in my opinion, bogus. I think the problem I have, this is the problem I have is you know it's a sniveling panty waste queer that's going to show up anyway and I'd have to either beat him down or kill him. I mean, I'm to the point where it'd be like... It's sad that you have to say that, but your mark... It's true. It's true. You know what? If I were standing there in this day and age, and you've been... This is where we're at the breaking point. There's no other solution. There's nothing gonna fix it, guys. These people are destroying this country. My dad pointed this off. My dad's 91 years old. They're killing mankind. Yeah, oh, they hate you. They hate all... The queers and the queers and incompetence have all gravitated. All anal retentive control freaks that have gravitated to these positions of power. The EPA needs to be dismantled completely and they need to be involved with it. Let's look at it this way. What government entity, you name it, you pick the alphabet, you pick the agency, I don't care which one it is, has been a successful mankind serving agency that's done good for mankind or a country or a people at all. Name one. then that's the problem. The thing about it is, this is what gets me, is you've got a person who's running a business in an economy that's already going to hell in a handcart. He's running his business. This is all quote unquote organic, guys. If he's putting fat, to be quite honest, it's one of the, especially farming, okay, consider, you're looking at, you know, thatch, dust, whatever. This is all naturally occurring. In the next 15 minutes, why that blowhard, panty waste, queer piece of trash shows up with a clipboard. If you were to step up just over the valley there where Kamiye is, on the right day, you'd watch so much stinking dust rise up that there's a haze in the air. You see how stupid this is? And they know this. What this is is these panty-waists, human-hating, agenda twenty one pieces of trash now my thing is that something that's going to happen and it probably happened already we just aren't going to get there but it you're sitting there you're doing your job you're barely holding your company together your your little business together which the other thing i want to get rid of a little guy so here you are working your arse off and some piece of trash comes in throwing its weight around starts right off the bat i don't know you're not seeing this a hundred times that record in a piece of paper yeah the backpackers come to the gun shop the same way and some point they're going to die the same way because i'm gonna finally say are you know i had enough for you you what could happen during the summer's gonna turn around or really you know you're telling me you're going to shut you that you're going to find me so much that i you know basically a truck hard for hold on a second water talking without even thinking just grab that shovel right there and think it down to the guy's shoulders and i you know what i wouldn't cry I'll shed no alligator tears for somebody who finally does the right thing. I'm serious. I just don't put me on a jury with a person who does that because you know what I'd say? Not guilty. That piece of trash deserved it because that non-producing piece of gutter trash is destroying this country. These non-producing pieces of filth in gun are destroying our country. on purpose. Yes, they have their own little quick agenda. Years ago, my dad pointed this out. He was in a class at Eastern Michigan. We had to take a certain number of classes because he was always going to school and always said he's never retired. Only now is he really stepping back and taking care of mom. He was at Eastern Michigan University and he was taking a class on geology. And the one professor said, he goes, you know, when we're all done, what Elvis said and done with what we're seeing here right now, eventually we're going to be going to war with these eco-freaks. Now this is back in the early 80s. These creatures hate you. You don't understand how they hate you. For them, they are you if you are going to have to kill them. Now this is a professor standing up in front of a class of about 50, 60 people in an auditorium, guys. And he was just talking, he was talking about what was going on at the time with the eco-freaks, and he said, you're going to have to kill them. You are going to fight a war against them. Realization. They are sociopathic. They are that crazy. This man does not have any right to exist. You know, the thing that always got me about this is, what do you think dinosaur feces did for the place? You know, if we take, let's just think something through here, because we always talk about, well, no other species has ever been so dominant. Really? Where are we finding dinosaur fossils of creatures that were 35 feet tall, 50 feet tall, 75 feet long? What do you think they did to their environment? They were utterly dominant and eliminated pretty much all of the other competition at one point or another. Okay, it's really fascinating, but again, we are for the moment the creature on this planet, however you want to argue it. If you believe in just nothing but the animalistic process, we are no different in that respect in that we are now the dominant by our nature, by our faculties, we are the dominant species existing on this planet. the planet. We have taken over the planet. And we've affected it. But before we got here, if you look at just the quantity, if you look at the numbers that are preached, if you go into an archaeology class, and you just sit and listen, and you have to ask the basic question, well how big was the planet back then? Well as big as it is now. And how many dinosaurs do you guesstimate were on the planet? Oh, there were millions and millions and the species were, you know, the variations. dinosaurs was quite numerous but there wasn't a whole lot of anything else that could survive because of that was there guys what do you get of course even if you believe in let's go forward to propaganda because this is always always laughed at are are livestock these again people who hate culture this is whatever we've come up with just the opposite because there's their their social so the one thing you want to do is get rid of cattle because of cow flash of let's remember that one joe okay now guys What's the difference between a cow and a buffalo? Look for, you know, you can cross breed and get beefalo, right? You've probably had beefalo, Joe. They got them out west where you are, and we've got them here in Michigan where we are, okay? You've probably eaten beefalo and didn't even know it, okay? So how is it that it's bad that we have millions of cows, and we don't have as many buffalo today, or 100 years or 150 years ago when there were buffalo herds the size of Nebraska? Now, if our cows spread out across the country were supposedly cutting a sway through the ozone layer progressively, what do you think a herd of buffalo feces dump behind a herd the size of a pile? What do you think it'd be like? Wouldn't it be like a ray gun cutting a sway through the ozone layer? You know how stupid most of this stuff sounds when you think it's true? If the buffalo flatulence, buffalos have the same basic digestive system cows are basically the same animal except a lot more motivated and shall we say a little more athletic yeah how many of you out there believe that cow force you know take away the ozone layer right and again if it did well then obviously what do you think the what do you think the reptile feces within the reptile parts we're doing with the ozone layer I mean let's just think this this kind of BS through well let's go a little further with it Let's compare the Buffalo Fart to industrial contamination. Do you see a big chimney coming out the Buffalo's butt? Compared to that factory, look at the comparison for a second. We're still breeding. We're still breeding. They're not doing away with those factories, but they're doing away with the buffalo. Oh no, we're doing away with both. Well, we're not doing away with the buffalo, but we are going to get rid of your cow because only the rich should have beef. See, one of the things that's going to come out of this is to re-engineer the society so that once again, all of this has to do with the pecking order thing in the long run. royalty is really p o because royalty is really impressive to anybody anymore it is true that because of our development in animal husbandry our development in industry we have pretty much anything that we want if we choose that to own it if we choose to find it or if we choose to produce it well like i said about sitting here in my backyard working in my backyard here in some of the guys by the limousine i may or may not notice and mostly it's laugh because it's a piece of junk i'd never buy in the first place you know a modern one anyway, if somebody drove by with a big stretch mic, look up then, that's a real limo. But the garbage you're driving around in now is all BS trash. So there's nothing to impress me there. You see, the problem is, now I can't be put into what's called kowtow mode. Oh, master, you got those beautiful toys, and oh, I just, you must be special. You see, that's the whole gist of what this whole social engineering full circle is coming down to. Did you got this nutcase control freak click at the upper end who are trying desperately to re-engineer things so they can get everybody back into the dirt all supposed to be looking up to the characters who want to run the planetary plantation. They're attacking the food because Because here's the thing guys, they're yapping about how they, you can't, we can't do this and we can't do that. Oh yes, we could completely feed the world five times over if we actually were trying to farm. Most of the country won't get off of dead arson work in the first place. It won't get its hands dirty. That's one of our biggest problems. Or won't anyway. Until finally, maybe when death is at their door, and then they'll most be just grappling at everybody else's doors demanding that they still be taken care of. In reality, were we to have an education system that promotes industry, a real industry, and not the control freak BS from above, but the idea that by many people managing their own lives, we become stronger. The sky's the limit. And that little feed mill was so important that that other little feed mill be shut down in your area. Just so important, Joe. EPA, desperately looking for other things to parasite and destroy across the country, birds put from one part of this country to the other and create more and more problems and the feces birds need to be gotten rid of. I can picture like I said someone's gonna just say dip and they'll either whatever is handy crowbar, shovel and that panty waste piece of trash that said I did get power. Of course the the trash will first say well you know I'm gonna come back with this gun. Right. We should come back Guys, is that what you're saying you're gonna do? Let's take a couple of callers here. We have Ron in Arkansas. Good morning, Ron. Jump in there, Ron. Good morning. We got you, sir. Subject there, maybe you know about or might not know about. What's on that? Bieber code. Give us a basis. I'm not sure what that is. We may have heard of it by another name, but go ahead, please. And continues to devote the whole vehicle through a turn. Well, let me put it to you this way, Ron. It's always been about the control of the people, okay? That's the problem. That's what's going on right now. That's what's always been going on for the history of mankind. For the first time in the history of mankind, I've got this on a recording, people are more politically aware of what's going on around them on a daily basis because of the communication devices that we have at our fingertips today. technological advances everything that's taking place man we are more aware right now of how so many things work you know whether it's mind control industry aerospace I don't care what it is man we have more information at our fingertips than we've ever had in the history of mankind that we're aware of okay so right now what you're looking at is They are controlling the people. Look, we've gone from being or trying to gain an education, you know, to try to learn things. I've mentioned before on other programs, you know, I once time read an eighth grade graduation test. I can't think of what they call it. So you can graduate to next year. And this is eighth grade back in, I don't know, like 1915 or something. And I myself couldn't answer one of the questions in that test. Now you can take today's children that are being educated by the government, or shall we say not being educated by the government, and you're producing masses of people that are completely dumbed out. A couple of weeks ago I mentioned the fact that some guy was out doing interviews in New York and he went to Chicago in different places and he was asking people on the street, you know, younger people, who Hitler was, Adolf Hitler. And some people thought it was a rock band and they didn't know who he was. Now here's a man that's responsible for more atrocities in recent times than anybody else that I can think of and they don't even know who he is. Now you take an entire educational system, give them what you want them to know and nothing else. And believe me, they're not getting anything. So they're controlling the masses, they're controlling the minds, they're controlling the daily lives. The corporations have taken over the planet. And it's got to the point where they're on television, radio, you know, well we were just talking about the EPA, the Environmental Protection Agency. Okay, they're worried about cow farts, but they're not talking about the poisons and stuff they're putting in the rivers and in the oceans and all the garbage being dumped out in the oceans. They're not discussing it. They're worried about your little cow. Yeah, that's a form of control there on the farmers. It's a, you want control of everything. No. Because you don't have, if you don't have any food, You're not going to be eating. You're not going to sustain the populations. We've seen in history where entire populations, major city conglomerates, these things that they found in the mountains where the Indians used to live or the Aztecs or somebody, and the reason the whole city died and the people left was they simply ran out of water. There was enough water to go around for everybody. So imagine if you will, let's just turn off the water in New York City. How long do you think people are going to remain in New York City? They're going to have to without question whether they want to or not relocate. And now you look at what they've done. Okay, went through the watershed act and all these other things. Okay, they've taken over the water. They'll be taking over the air soon. They'll be charging you by the breath. They can move populations. They can heard them in different directions. It's always been about controlling the population. As a matter of fact, that's what it's about these days is not only controlling it, but killing off enough people so they can keep it manageable. So they can control, you know, of course, the smaller the group, the easier we are to control. And that was a big concern back during the baby boom. If it groomed a second time, they would have a population that they could not control. So it doesn't matter what project it is. It's what it's always been. I'm too old to change and I like to old America and I'm gonna keep old America and fight anybody. Appreciate your call Ron. We're down here at the bottom of the hour. We gotta go to breakfast my friend. Alright bye. Have a good holiday. Alright Mark yeah we're down here at the bottom already. And for everybody out there listening Merry Christmas. So if you all could listen to my rambling here this morning, I've got a lot of things that I want to bring to the table and talk about. I'm not on the air much anymore, but hey, if you've got nothing better to do. Anyway, welcome back, Mark. We are looking at more fog. Boy, we got a wall coming in. I can't see barely. We're going to be eaten by the fog. This sounds like a job for fog, man. Well, it's interesting we've got some mixed weather here, so beware. You'd think that through the way and it's going to be, it gets just going to be ice. So, it's going to be a cold front. Let's see what's going on with George in Texas down here. Maybe he's got the nice he can share with us. Well, we're going to a cold front this weekend, but it feels like Florida in May right now. What do you got for us to do, George? Well, how you doing Mark? How you doing Joe? You know right now, with Hit and Sex it's pretty hard to say they have this mysterious bacterial illness and they say now with the H1N1 flu and I've got a shot and everybody's panicking, oh my god, oh my god and I would put money on this Joe that the people with this mysterious bacterial illness are the people who basically took their flu shots every year. Oh man, are you prejudiced to get a flu shot? I'm giving it a rest. Yeah, I wouldn't doubt it. You know people that Well, you get what you ask for when you get your vaccines. Let's put it that way The victim stepped forward and they took the shot and now we have casualties. What a surprise. There was a price to pay for what you don't know Look at what banking's done for the world. Well, you know a thing is I was in a Walgreens yesterday and You know, I was gonna get a few things today. It offered me a discount if I took a flu shot. I said I'd rather pay the extra seven dollars. Thank you. I mean, anything else is like I tell everybody is like, and I tell people, think about going to a flu shot. I said, if you want the flu, go get a flu shot. Yeah. But if you don't want the flu, don't take it. Put so hard. It's amazing how much better you'll feel if you don't. Well, I got into that conversation the other day when I was in town. Well if you get the flu shot and I don't, what threat am I to you? You know, you're immune. You get the shield of your vaccine on. People don't get it. The super shield of bacteria deflection. So you should be perfectly safe for me no matter what it is that happens. Another thing too, I was listening to Karen Hughes on an interview on YouTube last night. And you know what she finally said and everybody agreed. I'm gonna say a person on a big, big network claimed to be Patriot. He says, this is the guy that's holding us back because he's projecting the enemy straight bigger than what it is. And that we have to roll over and let him take our bank accounts and hurt us real bad before we take back the Republic type of thing. It is like that's not necessarily how it has to happen. You can just shoot them out of the country things might accelerate change a lot better. Oh, it would accelerate change. As you decimate the aggressor, there are fewer. You know what Alexander Solzhenitsyn said, the wretched machine for lack of operatives would grind to a halt. And Solzhenitsyn experienced all of this. He saw the beginning of it, and he saw the middle of it, and he saw the end of it. Of course, he's passed away. He's dead now. When the avant-garde here wanted to use him, it was fantastic. But when he left the United States, most people forget, Alexander Solzhenitsyn, the effect was eventually released by the communists because they retired him during the pause. They brought him over here. He stayed over here in the U.S. But when he started looking at what was going on in the United States and started telling everybody, you're going down the tubes the exact same way Russia did. Well, no, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh especially the controlled media, hold not to repeat anything he said. They were told not to report on anything that he brought forward as a public statement. And even his final public statement when he left the United States, Russians are notorious for this. They are very dramatic. They will read final statements. They always have final letters. Russian general in Afghanistan, remember when the Russian forces left, he read a final statement and then turned and walked across the bridge. It's formality on their part of their tradition. When he left here, he basically went right down the shopping list explaining where we were going to be. And you know what? Nobody wants to reprint Alexander Solzhenitsyn's final letter in America because he was a... Why? And remember, he went back home because he figured, well, I'm going to die back home. It's kind of safe now, but it's less likely they're going to kill me over there. Surely if you stay over here, you'll be killed by the Communists in America. And this is a man who saw all of International Factbook. Wrote books that everybody used to have to read, the Gulag Archipelago. That's one that everybody had to read. And man, Russians love to make big, even as a paperback, it was what, almost three inches thick, guys? A whole print to get everything into paperback, remember? Yeah. Again, we told you so. The problem is that again, logistics, logistics, logistics. It comes down to understanding that we have to be multi-dimensional. I've been putting this up. Another thing to remember, there's 300 million people in this country. As far as any infighting goes or any debate goes, especially where our technology allows us, so that right now, for instance, Joe's in Idaho, I'm in Michigan, George, you're in Texas. Many of the callers, you get called in from all the different states of the country, okay? But it's like we're close. We're like in our own little society, we're in our own group, we're in our own, we're like we're in the kitchen. At the kitchen table is what it's like. So all of a sudden, somebody gets an attitude and they start fighting. about what is actually a variation on how things should be done. That's what we have to stop. There's 300 million people in this country, the thousand miles between me and Joe of people. Before we start worrying about how we're going to have some big master plan, trust me, 50 million little ******* just fine. Why? Because there's a whole lot of real estate to manage and I'll bet you in each area you're going to have to tweak whatever you're doing anyway. So don't debate or you know, don't get into fights, don't get into pissing matches over stuff that isn't really relevant. People have different ideas of how they're going to do it. You know what? We'll figure out which one works best because we are far enough apart. If you plug in what you want to do and I plug in what I have to do and George plugs in what he has to do, between three of us, George, Joe, right here, it's just the three. Well, we'll find out which one works best. You see, and I don't care if it's combat operations or again, even with regard to local politics, how we're going to plug our system back in. You know, the diversified concepts like that are actually what keep people alive. Because there's no single system that is going to get knocked out or that can be mapped out to be knocked out because different ideas and concepts are applied. There's no map, there's no cookie cutter. And that's something that is a good thing. especially if everybody's talking about being a guerrilla fighter, guys. I'm gonna tell you, the Navy, Navy SEALs are totally predictable. I call them water babies. Special forces, totally predictable. Army, totally predictable. Navy, totally predictable. If you're, we're facing across from them, they're dogmatic. The wild card in the whole process is militia. Why? Because we don't know any better. Because we are not dog, we are not stuck into a dogma of a certain way to do things. And that's one of the things that so far, again, has also pinched the bad guys because we already could see how they would operate. We know how the secret police work. See, that's one of the other things we'll find is, oh, the secret squirrels are just so ahead of us. Really, are they? Or have we diverted them and wasted their time and resource because we've used countermeasures and we've even thought in advance? Well, look at what's been going on. They can't do anything without provoking conflict and if you join them in the conflict you've given them what they need to proceed. Okay, that's why you see, you know, peaceful protests. People go down, they don't have any guns, they don't have anything on them, man. This is amazing to me. But you get on the protest and what does the government do? They plant provocateurs in the group to start conflict so they have reasons to attack the people. They have to have reason to attack people. And if they have reason to attack people, that gives them reason to hire more guns for more reasons to attack people. This is what they've been doing. And we keep falling for this program that they've created for us. Well, I think the best thing that would happen is, like I said, if you go to a protest and you've got a club and you ID that you've got somebody like that, you beat them like a baby seal. It's been made, it's like, you know, they should be out in the process. During all the thrashing and beating and whatever, you make sure that the provocateurs get hurt worse than everybody else. Because most everybody has picked them out over a period of time. They'll be able to find those that act that way. The big thing is that the difference between that is the groups that they're trying to affect that way, they figure they've got to keep them cowed down because there are steps in process towards physical conflict with effective physical conflict. And one of the things is the last first thing you gotta do is break their spirit or break, you know, like let them let them bleed off some energy Let him go out and they can talk about how dangerous and how scary it was and how they can't do that anymore And I'm so terrified and Rick Ralph even has stitches. Oh my goodness. Well, if Ralph has stitches from that it's just beautiful resist They won't listen to anything. We're doing yeah. Yeah, we might as well just sit in our hands. There's nothing we can do George We got to cut you loose, Mark. We got one more caller. We're running out of time here. Oh yeah, jump in there please. Okay, so we're going to cut George loose and we'll pick up Dennis from Michigan. Good morning, Dennis. Jump in there, Dennis. Go ahead. Good morning, gentlemen. I think there's gentlemen there or other men. You gotcha. Well, we tried. Lever code. Get right to the point. First of all, by humble opinion, I heard reading, especially for you, Mark and Joe, and it can be had at usual www and all that. That's Alpha victory alpha dot law in the university dot edu you can do a search from there Everybody to leave okay, leave her the labor or labor. How is it? How is it? No, I'll get to that real quick aired by Francis Lieber al Francis Lieber We're promulgated as general order number 100 okay, I know okay by President Lincoln on 24 April 83 There was a little bit off seven or whatever you're called for the government of the United States in the field prepared by Francis Lieber, originally issued as general order number 100 by the Adjutant General's office in 1863. Government printing office, President Lincoln on 24 April 1863. 157 articles, article 10 under martial law, sleeve the police, public revenue and taxes, by the expelled government or by the invader refers mainly to the support and efficiency of the army, its safety, and the safety of its operations. I cannot emphasize enough, this is a terrible reading. And it's been on other channels, I surf around a lot and I happen to catch programs at different times just to try and stay on top of everything that's going on. What is, forgive me, I forget the proper term for when a war is over and peace is declared, what is called that you sign? Right, there are three steps to the elimination of conflict. The last is a codification of the... ...signed after the Civil War for documents, for a treaty. Go from that standpoint forward. As I understand from the research that I have done, now, Rossen nailed me to it if I'm not correct here, but I am understanding that there was never an actual treaty signed after World War I. Definitely after the... I don't believe there was one after Vietnam. and I can't just copious notes on all this, the hostilities is that you remove your forces from a country that you can't at a specific end as a result because there's never been treaties signed after any of these wars. We are still under this leaver now coming to the surface after Obama is doing. The legal lubrication that they're using even though it is unlawful under the body of the law of the nation, it is legal by the very nature of the saran wrap that is overlapping the legitimate law. Absolutely. There are elements of this. Look up the buck, another attachment that you need to find. In fact, this is stuff we've researched for many, many years. The idea of the Libra Code gets back to the... And again, that's where there's not a confusion. He was actually correct. After each war, the argument of everybody is after each war, there's been never... Part of that goes back to the War Powers Act from its very inceptionism for management of the Constitution of the United States. the corporates, the admiralty structure of military tribunal law. Mark, it goes to people? Yes. Can you say FEMA camps? It is the antithesis of our American Constitution. It in fact is the dark light. It's back to where if you've listened to a lot of patriots talk about, well, there was never a closure in the Civil War online because of the way that it was attacked. The detache of this is the process of bringing the states back to the union, closed on them, and they had attacked them through the different instruments that were created. That's why when Texas came back in, the argument is Texas came back in yet again as an independent nation state, a part of that had to do with the reason they had to bring Texas back in under the instruments that they did is because of its original institution became part of it. Right. A lying title, a lying contract that they were in, and even though they wanted to, and they were trying to figure out if they could get away with it. The Southern Lodge basically is what protected Texas. Remember that. Don't forget the masons and tie the masons into the manipulation of the Civil War, construction of the division, and the reconstruct. Quick point before we run out of time. As I understand it, every year we do this. This is the war, but you're right. The natural extension of this was Woodrow Wilson using the War Powers Act of 1918. War Powers Act in a non-time of conflict, time of peace, the War Powers Act of 1933 under FDR. And that was the most blatant open in your face example. That's when American people became enemies. Direct enemies of the state and declared enemies of the state. Yes, absolutely. And it was never rescinded. There's an argument that... Go ahead. Just absolutely go nuts. well the problem is here's the thing we've repeated this over and over again in the patriot effort this has been in cycles reintroduced on a massive scale we have people who educated millions of people on this we've covered this this is something that i've been doing for twenty years and i'm not done the spring chicken by comparison men were much older than me some of them now gone who were masters of this we elect upset our people are the are the thinkers they are the thinkers And then there's all these idiots in between that will, you know, like, oh, you're just overcomplicating. Wait a minute. We didn't overcomplicate this. We didn't do this. Yeah, we didn't write to UCC. We didn't blow all this BS out of our arse. They did. And the problem is... If you sit down as an intelligent person and step through this one, you know, go through this one step at a time, we, unlike them, they've got dunderheads working mostly for them who don't even want it. They put blinders on. Do they want to acknowledge what you're talking about? So we can reach into the spaghetti pile, grab a strand, and we'll walk right through it to its very end, and then follow it back. and go to the other end of it. And that's what they don't like is that we're not fooled or we're not walking in glaze-eyed when they take us into their environment. We're looking at them for exactly what they are and that's what they hate. Yeah. We're out of time. We're going to leave up the good work. Thank you, sir. If I wasn't served on 14 grand a year for Social Security, I'd send you some money. Well, do what you can do and stay focused. Continue to educate people. Also work in your own venue. That helps a lot. Thanks, Chief Gault. everything. and watch noses turn to, you know, just to lemon. You know, like, wooo! The wrinkling up, you know, shout Merry Christmas to a place as you leave and watch to see who the nutcases are that go rabid and hateful. Those are your enemies. It'd be a good idea to know who they are in your community, wouldn't it? Yeah, it was so remember use Merry Christmas as if you were using garlic on a vampire and pay attention to your environment But also be joyful in the process. God bless the Republic death to the New World Order We shall prevail ladies and gentlemen the empires on the run and we're on the marks night and day Oh that EPA guy hit him with a shovel again. Oh, he hit him with a shovel again Oh, you know what? Hold on. Let me do something Encore! Encore! There's another one trying to get to the car, get him with the shovel. There you go, you got him too. Very good, that's how it should work. Well, Joe's taking over, we'll be back. Meanwhile, actually I'll be back in a little bit, maybe, we'll see what happens.
