Hey, on the Elodie title, it's interesting that coming up over and over again, I checked my records and it turns out as they mortgage your property for you, they like to sell other banks over a period of time and they've done some records and the very first bank that actually started the mortgage on our property is still listed along with the one they sold it to, the one that the next one sold it to, and then this one, four people filing a lien on the property from from the banks when they got it right. No, that's if they did it right. And one of the reasons that this was brought up just real quick is that in about 80% the Shister operations that were done in the last five years, since 07, and this is what, year 2000, almost 14. So since 07, 08, and probably before that I would say about 40%, did not follow through on properly reattaching the way they were supposed to when they exchanged. Now, they shouldn't even have a lien in the first place. What this kind of comes down to, I think you're about the same age I am. I was taught in bookkeeping the use of multi-confirmation on checks for uses currency, multiple endorsements. Now you and I can't do that anymore. You'll notice even on checks they mostly, you know, like on the back they'll generate one line and they put a block on it and they put brackets around it. When they put brackets around it guys, when they put a line ensconcing, they're enclosing that account. That's all sent, it's not just there for the fun of it. They don't put anything on a check that's there for the fun of it, just like any other banking instrument. If it's there, it's there for a reason. And so what they're doing is they're enclosing it so you can only have one endorsement and you have to get rid of that instrument. Well, what they're doing here just by what you're describing is they're reinitiating over and over and over again. So in reality, they're trying to argue that that first guy is the holder. But wait a minute, didn't they get a compensation and an emolument? Didn't they transfer it and sell it, like you said, to the next carrier? Now, my question is, how did they sell it? Did they sell it on time the same way that, you know, when you got the loan, you bought it on time? You purchased that instrument on time? which again under old bookkeeping laws is completely illegitimate. It has to be free and clear in transfer from institution to institution. You can't have three and four carriers like that, not legitimately. That's under our old bookkeeping system, the way America was established and it has to do with again an undepodged free and clear title holding to keep the table clean like I said. and the putridness and the scum and the mold doesn't build up on your table in the restaurant. It makes you wonder when you finally pay off your mortgage are these going to be released properly? That's what the, well see that's the other problem is where they've been illegitimately foreclosing because you have all these other names out there what you have to do and this is, I don't know, are you familiar with the whole process of going through an oil title? I looked into it and I just know that supposedly on the east it's then in the west Well, it's easy enough to do where you are, but the thing is, you have to have the property frame clear. If you've got a mortgage, doing the title isn't going to work because of the attachment, only because, again, they'll use that attachment. You can't detach your loans from the title. But if you have a loan on the property, you already, like I said in the last hour, If you go into a place and you didn't know everything, okay, they didn't, if it was a contract situation, they didn't inform you of some criteria having to do with that contract on the loan, then they tried to double-win you for interest or something like that. That's against the law. If we don't investigate the foundational mechanisms of our society, there's a basic rule about this in the deal with the devil. It's your problem, not mine. You should have known better. You're a living, breathing corpus. You have 24 hours in the day. You were supposed to go check this out. If you didn't do it, the system taught you not to. That's not my problem. Okay, that's the first rule, with regard to operations. Okay, so we got a loan, we went into the bank, and we got a loan for the house, the car, whatever I do. understood in my mind what I was doing when I did it and everybody agreed to this so my problem always with the idea of trying to kill the mortgage or trying to dispose of all of these instruments that you created is that you went in with eyes open when you made the deal with the devil okay now you know what happened is what you didn't expect and I've heard this over and over again and this is why people get into this in desperation Everybody assumed that the machine was going to keep chugging along economically, but the whole scam has been to, with this Ponzi scam they've been running, eventually they're going to break the house of cards. Well, they're breaking the house of cards. So the economy is not there to back what they convinced you needed to buy into in the way of a debt. So now people don't have the money that was assumed to be coming in for that 20, that 30, that 40-year mortgage. Some people got into 40 year mortgages and 50 year mortgages even though it's a second mortgage and they're in their, you know, 40s or 50s or 60s, people in their 50s and 60s. And you're not gonna typically live to be 110 years old. So the logic was that I guess maybe some people thought they were gonna pull the wool over the bank or they were gonna live through this and the money was just gonna keep flowing and we were gonna keep making more and more and more, doing nothing, nothing, nothing. Well now the economy has done what we warned everybody it would do. All these people that weren't listening to us before and didn't listen to us at all, all of a sudden were looking for a life ring and this sounds good because it was something for nothing with a lot of the ways that people were presenting it. In reality, if you have your property free and clear or if you have any property free and clear, and this is really the most critical thing, any property that you have that is free and clear is where you apply the title, the alludial title. Once that's in place, There are two things. You actually take control of it from the tax standpoint, which is really more critical than anything in a major deep depression because that's typically how they steal the land. First ones that go are the mortgages. Second are on the taxes. You've seen movies about this how, oh, King, the tax is so poor per day. Remember all those old medieval things? It's the taxes, and they've kicked us off on land. Well, that's typically what does happen if you're not prepared for it. We talked about this going back to when we had a lot more comfort and a lot less squeak zone where we're now in the squeak zone. There isn't a whole lot of anything floating around out there. You and I both know that and everybody else out there listening does too. Everybody's limited. Now trying to do some of this stuff is difficult at best simply because when there were high times and we could have done this efficiently, effectively and with minimal fuzz, people didn't do it because they were too comfortable. Now they're doing it out of desperation and it's pinching them. And I'm going to say it's a big I told you so. I will say that for the Patriot effort because a lot of people understood what they needed to do. Some of them are dead now. People that are now pushing this stuff are feeding into the idea that people are fearful. They charge fees, but they don't necessarily know anything about really how to do what needs to be done and they misapply what it is they're doing. And it's not an accident. It's a dangerous situation because some people are going to get pissed and hunt the person down that does that and eventually do something to them just as we would do the questions for doing what they're doing and eventually people will go after them. The crowns king and some of the carpetbaggers have crept into the patriot movement. The big thing with the illogical title is if you have any piece of free and clear property you need to be able to post it paper of record. That's where you need to pay attention if you have any local newspapers left. Now they're hurting for advertisements so the The cool thing is that it's easier today than it was say in the 90s for title holding posted in the paper and to keep it there for three, because you need three, you need three printings in a paper of record. A lot of your local papers are weekly papers, now they're not daily papers, and you need it for three weeks, so three to four weeks. There's an argument about that. For safety's sake, run it for four weeks. The money you're going to have to spend to put it in a paper of record. Now when you put something in a paper of record, you're doing to the enemy what they do to us all the time. Well, I didn't hear anything about this loydale title posting. Well, don't you get the newspapers? You put it in a public place, the newspapers as public as it gets, and if their people weren't reading the newspaper, even if they're half the state away, not my problem. We put a public posting up there. Everybody had a chance to respond. If you did not respond, you now have no attachment to this land. Now that's where people try to misappropriate that and do it where, well, we got this, you know, mortgage, and we got a mortgage for $100,000, You know, we got the mortgage four years ago, so we really owe a lion's share of that $100,000. And instead, we're going to try and weed a lot of all of it. We all knew going into it what you were going to get in the way of a benefit for the deal with the devil. I know right now I'm curdling some toes because some people are saying, well, they're not legitimate in what they're doing because of this and then the other. Well, wait a minute. Let's get right back to you. With the working knowledge you had, you accepted the idea that you were going to trade one thing for another thing. That is a fair trade. And you remind me, it was a fair trade at the moment. You decided it was. Nobody bent your arm, took you into the bank, and told you, shut up this table, sign this paperwork, or I'll bust your arm. There's nobody that had that happen to them. Now, they will have people come in and try to break their arm and steal their property. Don't follow all the rules. And I'm not talking about us following all the rules. I'm talking about the banks are now to the point where they've become so arrogant, they're not following all the rules. One of the things that you've brought up about all those attachments Haven't we already heard about people having their houses foreclosed even after they've paid off the house? Now that's where you brought up, that's where this has come from. You have other characters who have, have, illegitimately and unlawfully, illegally I guess because it's both unlawful and illegal. Anything can be made legal. But this isn't even legal. They've come in and they foreclosed based on the idea that they have a piece of paper and they have a lien. And this is where if you do pay something off, you have to go to the alloidal title process immediately, which has been my argument for years. You're better off doing, and I'm trying to turn the bounce all over the place. Let me give you an example of what I would recommend everybody listening. And this is where we need to be, because we have to create a black and white saddle zone, okay? Now when I say that, I mean clean, clear cut, I have a right to shoot you for what you're trying to do. If you're gonna battle over the idea that I got a $200,000 mortgage and I think I'm gonna pull over something on the bank and somebody told me I give them $2,000, they're gonna show me how to wag my weenie at the bank space when I own $200,000 with the mechanism that I went into with the deal with the devil, okay? Instead, how about you do this? Live off that piece of property that you mortgaged to the max Don't pay anything on it. Take every dollar you got and buy a piece of real estate, cash out and own it outright. Better a piece of real estate that's somewhere out in the middle of nowhere that you own than to be pushed off in the middle of a depression, a McMansion that you can't maintain, can't eat, can't take care of. Now, if you do end up with that piece of real estate and you own it outright, Then you alloyed your title it and scrape it clean and you go through the process the way you're supposed to to challenge anybody to step forward and claim they have any right to that property, which they don't and they won't. The other part about this, let's say that you have a piece of property and you're close and you want to pay off your mortgage now. the city you have enough resources now you could do this and i've heard all the arguments all mark they're going to come back and take in the taxes or the government's going to come and burn you out or gonna shoot you out anyway well you have a reason to shoot them and kill them dead okay so what we're doing is creating a black and white battlefield here it's either a or there's no fuzzy gray that they can argue about and there's no fuzzy gray that you need to apologize for because that's the other part of what's happened in this country i own my property my property is free and clear I will pay the legitimate percentage of the millages that were voted upon by the electorate by the process, which everybody agreed to also. Now otherwise, take over your township, take over your county, kick the buggers out and restructure it the way you want to, which by the way a lot of people are doing is not going to get any media coverage, okay? But with regard to the property, once you've got it clear, even when you do a closing on a house, have you ever done a closing on a house? Well, you mean as far as going in and doing the mortgage and signing all the paperwork? Yeah, well, no. Finishing it up. Have you ever closed sale, paid off on a house? Ever paid off on a lawn? No. Or on a mortgage? No. You have a friend or anybody that might be doing this, you need to go with them and sit down through the process. Just tell them, hey, can I come along? Or are you going to pay off? Someone's going to ask people. Are you going to pay off on their house or their mortgage pretty soon? Oh, yeah. I'm doing it next week. I'm buying another home. OK. you want to go and watch what they do because most people are ignorant of this. When you go, they give you a time that you have to be there at the Realty Office. And while you're there, there's people with calculators, fingers are flying everywhere, people are getting on the phone, people are running into the next room and they're double checking, and then they're triple checking, and they're then quadruple checking their numbers. And at a given point, they will come out and say, yes, now you have to sign all this. Now, you know what they're doing? They're calculating the interest down to the nth degree to finalize and to neutralize that bond. Because it, and here's the thing, they can get to the, they can get very close. The argument is technically they never do, and that's one of the other attachments that keeps the corporation, that keeps the, the, uh, the, uh, Admiralty courts on our property. Whereas what you do is you let them run that lean. Now you see what you're gonna do is let's say I had $8,000 left on a home and I had $20,000 in the bank. I would recommend don't wait for another year or two years and pay interest on that, cash it out and pay it off. When you do, after you've paid it off and you've saved the interest and you're gonna, nowadays they'll try to penalize you. There's all kinds of stuff that you, not through the bank but through the federal government. You're going to get hurt from the federal government end on this. I'm going to tell one of everybody in advance, because that's how bad the scam is with regard to the shysters and the banking system. And their perception is that now if you pay off early and you don't pay all that interest to the banks, the government's going to charge you taxes for making a profit because you were spin-thrift, you were intelligent, and you paid off that loan early. If you pay off that mortgage loan early, the federal government is going to try to punish you and hurt you for doing that. In other words, they're working hand in glove with the bankers to try and steal every bit of interest from you they can. However, if you're worried more about having a place to live, then it's like a 401k. Better to have some of your money back than lose everything in a 401k that they steal 100% of. So you pay it off. Once you pay it off and you have them right down to that last minute flying in the next room, the calculators are running, somebody else does it, Martha checks it, and they say, Martha, come in here, check this again. and then they will only let you sign in a certain color pen have a red pen ready and tell them you're gonna sign in a red pen and watch to see what everybody does you watch and see what everybody does it's a it's a who it's funnier than hell they'll it's a it's a laugh and they don't necessarily even know why but they will tell you beyond the shadow without you sure as hell will not sign with a red pen I guarantee it okay have a red pen handy and watch to see how the feathers fly oh we can't do that well what difference does it make I'm just gonna sign with a red pen Now that's a joke within everybody who knows it's really going on. If you're everybody out there listening, if you know what's going on, you know why they're not going to let you sign with a red pen. But what you're going to do is get it free and clear to the best of your ability. Then you work for the alloidal process. Then you go through the alloidal title and you scrape all the detritus off of it. And that's what gets rid of all those other liens that you've got sitting there. That's the only way you're going to do it. But even then you have, after you've done it, then you notify them. You don't notify them in writing beforehand to get them prepped for it. What you do is ambush them the way they ambush everybody else. And it's fully legitimate because you've gone through a cycle of record. That is, they have foreclosure officers. They already agreed to this three years ago. The only thing that they're doing now is the, the meta-legal processes to finish what they started. This is like the destruction of the U.S. borders for the North American free scam agreement where they, you know, strip out the stuff North and South, you know, through the North and South borders from the core of the United States. It's not to build a bigger, stronger country, it's to divvy up the goodies. This is what I was talking about in the last tower here about, you know, black and white, checkerboard. You know, it's A or B. There's no C. There's no gray on this. And the agenda's tied. The agenda 21 scam target each of what used to be, you call it the market share of the country through the planned agricultural system. Each part of this country, and it was part of the Strategic Reserve Initiative that goes back 30 years or so, to plan out and structure the growing processes. It was the pre-Department of Agriculture idea. Certain parts of the country had better production capability in certain crops and areas, so they've attacked pigs. Again, the heritage pigs up here in Michigan. In Ohio, they attacked the cattle farmers. Well, everything that they attacked was actually part of the original heritage system. In Michigan, for instance, we're really good. In fact, this goes to the Spanish American war and a little bit more. Actually, it probably goes back to the Civil War. Michigan Navy Beans. They used to be called Michigan Navy Beans. And they were listed as Michigan Navy Beans. Well, they've been told to completely rewrite that, so they've got a new name for Michigan Navy Beans. But white beans, white Navy Beans, were grown predominantly here in Michigan. because of the breed, its nature, the environmental conditions, etc. Well, they've attacked all of these. They've tried to undermine all of these traditional crop animal husbandry processes. This is happening as part of Agenda 21 to disrupt the food chain to starve the population. Agenda 21 is not to fix anything, it's not to help anybody. It is to attack the infrastructure of the United States. The people pushing Agenda 21 are a hated enemy of America. If anybody comes in pushing agenda 21, you'd be beat with a 2x4 until they're dead. I agree. I didn't say do it quickly. I mean, make it painful because they know exactly what they're doing. They're traitors to this nation. They are betraying this country. And if they're doing it for a few shekels from some shyster, like you said, they're getting chump chains to screw the country. The DNRs in the states, respectively, are the ones pushing this BS. Those horrors are betraying this country. the governor accepted his luker he's betraying the state and that's how it works that's what's going on because agenda 21 you've got these dunderheads and i know this because we have people in the dnr in fact some of the best almost highly decorated men in the dnr in michigan in their history uh... stood up in front of what was a never before occurrence they've uh... the communist back in the nineties brought all the dnr to lansing michigan it was mandatory And they thought they were going to use these guys as puppets to push the agenda 21BS and to attack the hunters. And these experienced DNR officers said, I have no interest in supporting this communist agenda and here's what they're planning on doing. Oh, he made enemies right there. But you know what? It was a one-time deal where they got to stand up in front of every DNR officer and tell him what was going on. Because of that, of course, ever since, they've tried to prevent everyone from talking to each other and all the p.s. comes from the fed now all of this garbage comes from the internationalist which is a very narrow click they're making sure that you know the idiots the people in the district of the fall the orders are promoted the americans are p dot in every i don't care what it is in whatever aspect of state government state governments are not stepping forward in becoming independent their play acting I can't stress that enough. The majority of them are play acting. They think they're still playing us under the old game. It's a plastic. My term for it is these characters are plastic. They're fake. Ignore their BS lip service. What are their actions? When you brought up Agenda 21, look to see how many of these idiots are pushing the Agenda 21 scam. Well, that tells you who's paid for them. That tells you who they're working for. And it ain't for the state, and it isn't for the people. They're peeing on us as a nation. And that's what this whole thing is working into. We are already at war. We are now into later occupation phase, where they're trying to destroy the logistic train. stuff would leave the country this would be taking we would be you know feed your own people the heritage talks article to baker's green acres dot com baker's green acres dot com green acres dot com i have what that out there well that farmer guys retired air forceman by air forceman uh... he uh... they want to build a farm got a big family did everything is supposed to do pick a good breed of hardy hard northern breed of the type you would see in the scandinavia in germany or in gold gall slash france and that breed has been in uh... animal husbandry forever and what the what the pigs in government the plastic pigs in government did is buying into all this agenda twenty one bs they're attacking the hearty breed the weakened breeds are the ones for the highly domesticated inbred versions they are trying to promote and the big hog farmers which are mostly internationalist and by the way the communist chinese are now big into controlling the pork industry just like they now get into the chicken industry they're going to be manipulating and poisoning us through the chicken uh... chicken meat now too we've already had a bunch of outbreaks of stuff we've never had in this country and supposedly they don't know where it came from i say that's BS i think there's industrial espionage going on i think the communist chinese of bio poison doesn't This is not conspiracy theory, this is conspiracy fact. This is where you have industrial espionage. Undermine the American production, promote the foreign production, bring the foreign junk in here with no regulation, poison us in another way. We've already had cats and dogs die outright, guys, because of poison cat food and dog food that came in from where? Communist town. That was a great test to see how dispersion works. Yeah, that was melamine outbreak. Oh yeah, well what they were doing is introducing plastic for anybody that's melamine, the same stuff that your plates are made out of. What they did is they've injected a certain amount of that into a lot of the food processes, and what they've done is, on their own population, they've tested to see how much of that they can put into the food before it gets to the point where a contamination is so extreme it kills you. And they were doing plastic rice in China. Everybody understand that? they literally were selling melamine rice in china it's just like here's another little thing i will warn everybody about thank you for bringing this up because there's nothing we want to talk about uh... guys don't buy any cooking oil from communist china you better look at the label and you don't know how much of it is you know where they get a lot of their cooking oil from now guys uh... you know septic when you flush the toilet or you run stuff down the sewage drain it goes somewhere guys and oil floats doesn't it You know what they're doing? They're reprocessing through the sewage plants cooking oil. Now, I don't care how hard you try, you're going to get bonded material that attaches to the cooking oil that you really don't want to ingest. Hint, hint, hint. What else is there? Oh, let's see, the sink and the bathroom sink and the toilet all flush to the same sewage supply. which then all goes down the road. Oh, and by the way, some of that vegetable oil, it's already been processed once through somebody's digestive system and it didn't go down the kitchen sink. It went down the toilet.
