Live 365. This is the second hour of the afternoon intelligence report. I'm Mark Kernke. One day closer to victory for all of our brothers and sisters both on and behind the lines in occupied territories west, south, east, and north-east. Well, ladies and gentlemen, you are listening to us on Liberty Tree Radio dot 4mg dot com, or on AMEN FM Microstations. Ooh, AMEN! Indiana Freedom Talk Radio dot com! Also, CB base stations and ultra-net technologies east and west of the Mississippi along with Alaska. We're on the homework network on the eastern seaboard from the top of Maine to the bottom of Florida, from the bottom of Florida crossing the ark of the Gulf of Mexico, Louisiana, Mississippi, Texas, Oklahoma, big chunk of Nebraska, a whole bunch of Wyoming to include both Fifth and Fifth with our friends in the recall state of Colorado. Weaving to the left coast, we turn back. to the east sweep across the plains, leap over the burgeoning banks of the Mississippi and land in the Smokies. The restaurant crews, grandma teams, okay teams, and the Maa Bell Grammar Consortium bring us the Golden Spike. Many hands make for light work a million Peddico Junction operators. Yup. continue to operate when everything else is offline but you gotta make it happen people you're the ones that are gonna make it happen while we go to be what are they gonna do if they fill in the blank cut off this turn off that whatever they're gonna do well you're gonna have to be the solution is the 16th of December it is the fifth year of open the bm socialist and soviet socialist occupation of America with K 2013 older calendar or Mayan crazy town crazy town calendar and it's been busy out there to say the least. It is Monday, the sun is disappearing. It was cold but clear last night and it's looking that way probably for this evening. I don't think we're going to have a whole lot of major cloud cover move in to give us any relief there. So while it was pretty during the day, temperatures are going to drop fast. Be ready for that. If there is melt on the road, it'll be iced tonight by the time you're headed home from work. If you're one of those people out there who work second shift especially, be careful on the road. That's all that we ask. As you know it is the 16th of December. It is the fifth year of open Fabian Socialist. Ooh, that's obvious out there. And Soviet Socialist, Occupation of America with a K 2013. It's ticking down. I've got to emphasize all of the above guys. The Fabians are out there. The Fabian Socialist, the most wicked of the bunch. the Soviet socialists even fearing the Fabians knowing what kind of backstabbers they are. 2013, well you know what, if it's the 16th what does that tell you? We ain't got a whole lot of days left to December, do we, kids? In fact, we're looking at the end of the year 2013. So, 13, 13, 13, 13, 13, we'll never come about. Although there's a movie out there right now, 13, 13, 13, yeah, it's a B movie somebody put together. Man, the Mayans had it right, man, we've been cheating on the calendar. More of that Mayan warship thing. Okay, just a little reminder there. Also to our friends in the chatroom, thanks for bringing this up. Guys, there are some Sega's out there, few and far between, and they're not as cheap as they were, but there's a sale right now, and it's for the Russian Sega AK-47 rifle, IZ-132 in 7.62x39, so it's basically an AK. Okay, but it's a Sega AK with a C-type stock. Doesn't have a pistol grip. and don't change this rifle. Leave it the way it is. Save money. Buy mags. Save money. Buy ammo. This rifle works exactly the way it's supposed to, as is. It's the Sega, it's the C stock, they're $500 a piece, okay? But, the big thing is, there are lots of other things you need for a rifle like this, and it will serve you flawlessly. This is a Russian-made weapon to Russian-made specs. This was built in one of their weapons plants. So the Sega is ready to go. The Yishmash Arsenal. The Yishmash Arsenal. 7.60x39. This should have the chrome bore. I'm double checking before I say any more. They do not use standard AK mags, that's something we already knew about, but with some smiling improvement that will change. However, they do have SureFire 30 round high capacity mags and those work flawlessly. I don't see a reference to the barrel and I'm trying to find it here, but I do not see it jumping off the wall at me. I'll tell you what, that's kind of interesting. Although it should have the chrome bore, but you'll have to call to find out and I would confirm. But it is the IC-132 rifle. Typically these rifles have had a chrome bore, but coming from Russia and the Russians do that guys. For $500, it's an excellent placement rifle and again, it is more than serviceable enough because it's all built over there. These do have the slide rail scope mount which is typical for all the AKs out there now everybody's pretty well learned to put those on the weapons which means Don's night vision will work flawlessly on this thing along with other optics. And you can go to a number of different sources to put the weapons together as needed. 7.62x39 semi-auto and that's $500 and that is classic. at www.AtlanticFirearms.com. There is another option for a Sega right now and I wasn't really going to jump into the weapons but I got to because if I see it I definitely want you guys to know about it. Right now at JGSales.com www.jgsales.com that's JGSales.com. Take the time to go to the page www.jgsales.com and on the front page They have a Sega 223 with the 20.5 inch barrel. If it's still there you guys might have bought them out this morning. I don't know. It's not on the front page. That may be a bad sign for whoever might be looking for these. So let's do it this way. Let's go over to Rifles. And we'll see what happens when we get over here to Rifles. And AK Pattern Rifles. We're going to go there next. Let's find out if they still have it. They may not have had that many and if somebody decided to jump on that they're gone. They've got the 762 Centurions. I'll tell you what, Mark may have tried to get you in the right place. I actually did get a bunch of people in the right place. You probably sold the bottom out. Yep, they still have it. The Sega AK Style Rifle 223 20.5 inch barrel, black synthetic stock, this isn't the pistol grip stock. I'm not concerned about that, but for $550, it's got the 20 inch barrel, which means you got more energy in a .223. If you want to really dress this gun up, what you do is you go get the Texas AK Designs Magazine Well Insert. This weapon takes AR-15 mags all day if you get the Texas AK Designs insert for the magazine well. That allows you to use AR-15 mags in your AK all day. Now you don't modify the gun so the gun continues to use whatever mags normally would work with it. But the big advantage is with the TexasAKDesigns.com Magazine Well Adapter for the 223AKs. that will get the job done. So there is a solution, not just complaining about the problem. Boy, they want $100 more for the Sega in 545x39. And that's with a shorter barrel. So to be quite honest, that 20.5 inch Sega barrel, that's the way to go. Well, they want the same price for the 16 inch. If it was a choice, I'm going to tell you again. Guys, longer barrels are always gone first because there's fewer of them. you can always get a 16-incher all the time. Look at all these other rifles, 16-inch barrels all day. The longer barrel is the tougher one to get. If I can get the longer barrel for the same price, I'm getting more rifle for the same amount of money. See how that works. Take a look at what you got going on here with most of these weapons that are out there. And it tells you something. Again, this is like when the RPKs, when the Chikom stuff came in, the RPKs were $10 more for the RPK configured rifle. $10 more when they first came in. Communist Chinese in the box, all the goodies. Remember, they didn't strip all the stuff out initially. Eventually they start stealing all the goodies out of the kits. Remember that? But... and then selling them to you off to the side. There was a space in the box for them and all the parts that were in there, the guys would put them on the table and sell them for, you know, top dollar to you from another direction. Oh well, that happens. But the RPKs, progressively, of course, again, greater length barrel, greater range, more energy behind the bullet, especially as a floated rifle barrel with a scope behind it, an accuracy weapon. Okay, just gives you more of everything you need. We're not planning on spraying and praying. We do not spray and pray. We aim at what we are shooting at and we put it down. Hard. One time. Pop, pop. Boom, boom. Done. To do that, you want more energy behind the bullet when the bullet gets there. So the longer barrel is a better choice. That's just a fact. There are people trying to argue, oh, they're shorting the ball. I'm not an urban. Even if I were to fight in the urban warfare situation, again, if I need an urban warfare gun, I'm going to have enough of the enemy's corpses that I'll be stealing what he's got down the road and I'll use his urban warfare weapon for that. I'm looking at battlefield supremacy. Battlefield superiority means that I do not want equity with regard to my enemy's weapons. He can undergun all day. Later I will pull his undergun off of his corpse and I will use it at my discretion when I need another tool out of the golf bag. See how that works? If I want to spray and pray, then grab the spray and pray guns from the enemy on the other side. Why? Because there's more ammunition to support the spraying and praying. You're supposed to be accurately engaging and you want to scare the snot out of an enemy. You put a hole in them once with one round and watch them die and everybody else wonders why there aren't more bullets going pop, pop, pop, pop, pop, pop, pop. Mark and they're not missing. Okay. Anyway, we got who do we have with us there? Yeah, Georgetown, Texas. Go ahead. I'm trying to look online through the search engines, but I remember something being said back when Terry Scheibel was being starved to death in a hospice and that is the brother, Terry. All we don't want this because there was plans of a militia to take over the hospice and try and try to rehydrate Kerry, but the brother turned to men because, oh no, they did not want that. I don't have a confirmation on anybody. That's what happened. Yes. That was exactly what transpired. People were trying to respond and what it is, you've got to remember that the ADL got involved in this, Southern Perversion Law got involved in this, and it was all pumping up the demon worshippers. The last thing they wanted is for their sacrifice to be interrupted. So, what happened is they were paying big bucks out to make sure that pushed through. They did. They bribed in all directions. There was all kinds of demon money, occult money tied into getting Terry Shibo starved to death and dehydrated to death. Like I said, but that's when the militia failed. Well, what happened is the, part of it is that other individuals got involved and then they also did the political correctness thing instead of just deciding to push through with it. There are a lot of other people who go back through there and do a search and read the stories, look at who got involved and why it is. It was like, oh well. Again, people would listen to that person or those people. They weren't listening to other people, hint hint, because we had already had a discussion on this before, a year and a half before on this very issue of what would we do. There were a lot of what would we do meetings. There's a lot of other people who then stepped in and did the, oh well, that's just crazy. We've got this real smart, peace-loving dope idea where we're just going to have a peaceful revolution, a peaceful, warm, fuzzy thing, and they'll be so awe-inspired by our warm fuzziness that they'll just throw their hands up in the air. And we all saw the end result, didn't we? I'm going to do a little research. I'll wait and see. You read enough and you'll figure out who went down there and who inserted themselves. Every time they have in every situation, it turns out that we ended up with a lose-lose. I even noticed reading somebody's local history, the militia was involved more than enough times removing local politicians who got corrupt. They were trying to steal people's lands for the bankers. Well yeah, traditionally throughout history that's why they realized that they needed a pro-fational force. See a pro-fational force profits. Whereas the idea of the militia being the population themselves, a lot of people could put themselves in their shoes at what was gone and say, hey, that could be my house he's trying to steal. In fact, wait a minute, it looks like my house is on the menu. It would be a real good idea if we got our act together and defend each other. What do you think? That was the whole point. That was the whole idea behind the Founding Fathers using the militia process to begin with. Scallywags and internationalists and globalists couldn't get away with it but look at the pigs and what they are doing now. On that note real quick, is an overlap. If you watch, there's been a bunch of postings here in YouTube where a lot of people are saying the same things that I'm saying right, and have been saying about this whole thing about angst, where the cops and all the politicos have just ruined the, you know, and they are intentionally ruining the holiday season too. But they just made it just so rotten that everybody's starting to use the pig word. Because it's like these sows are feeding off our wallet they hate, they've just totally destroyed any kind of good spirit. It's all for the sake of them feeding off our wallet because the parasites are running out of places to feed off from. They're turning on everybody. Everybody is getting a taste of what they all thought it was going to be. As long as they do that other guy, I'll just shut up. I won't say anything. I don't want to draw any attention. Wait a minute. Now they're attacking me. It's really important now, everybody. It's really important now. It's like, isn't this what we told you they were doing to all these other people when they were singling people out and everybody was supposed to do the cower thing? See, that's why they do these things. That's why they did the Terry Shiebo thing. That's why they did all the rest of this stuff. It's all wag your weenie. They lift the apron and wag their big wonker in everybody's face and we're all supposed to bend over and kiss it. Mark, in the county below us, they are like last memorial. labor day or something like that. People are going to court with the police department, mess with the calibration on the breathalyzer machine where people are turning up drunk that didn't even drink alcohol. Right. Exactly. In fact, here's the problem with that. The moment that that happened, but what have I told you? The moment that they can be proved that they did that and they had a person who was not drinking and it was demonstrated that the calibration had been messed with, you shouldn't have to go back into court. That court has an obligation under the laws that already exist except there's a problem. You've got whores there now Under the guidelines once they it was identified any in any activity Which by the way, it's not like they have to dig through the books anymore guys This is not like the old days where boy George weren't you in the court there last year? Yeah Well, you know, did you remember when you got picked up and they said you were you know They you they said you were drinking and they just ramrotted that through and you are and they find you and everything course back in the day you see they wouldn't try to take your children rape your property take away your driver's license all that BS can exist it would just be a civil charge you know just be an ax you know you be have a minor infraction you pay the infraction fee and you're done well you know what if you go back you know they just had a case where it turns out they were monkeys screwing with all the technology and it was all a lie you were right Well then you have to go back maybe and track down your case and bring it back in. But George, this is the year 2013. Now I'm going to remind everybody about how the courts work. Every charge that exists has a code number. Every case is electronically recorded. They know every aspect of every case down to the detail based upon the electronic database entry. And they don't miss any because that's part of their revenue bonds for the federal end for their bonds that they sell on the bond market. The short term, mid term, and long term with regard to their monetary value. So if I have 100 people and we know that we can go back to such and such a date, then the court should automatically be expunging all of those, every one of them. But you know why they're not going to do it? because it's bad for business, because they're business whores. It used to be called justice, but now it's business. And that's the problem, George, because otherwise, I can tell you not only how many people have received that ticket in, like, say, Schmittlapp Township, was issuing the tickets. I wouldn't just find out the data for who was given that ticket, that erroneous slash fictional ticket in say, Schmidlap Township. But I could find everybody in the state in the time it takes for me to punch in the type of infraction and also the municipal code. The code is in for that township, that city, that sheriff's department. I don't care what it is. and it would tell me to the exact number, not a guess, not kind of sort of, this is all BS too, well I think we had like 600 people who were, no what do you mean think? Here's how it works, code number 416A, or actually be, usually it's a letter prefix first, okay so A416, I'm just making the number up, but here's what happens, A416, total number available, total number of infractions from such and such a date to present. were 628. Now I can subdivide that. I can show you by week, I can show you by hour, day, week, and month how many tickets were issued. And every one of those tickets that was coded, every one of those charges that was presented is actually available at my fingertips. It takes longer for me to describe it than it would for a real person to actually key into the car, into the keyboard here and punch up the information. So, the whole thing is a stinking lie and these pigs all know it and they are all rotten pieces of trash and they have no use for that court because that court should automatically be recalling everybody and there should have been letters of apology. They should be overturning every one of the actions. They should be refunding all the money. Oh, but here is the thing, you know why the whores won't do that? I will tell you why the whores won't do that, George, because if they do, there is another issue. What about all those lawyer's fees? Then who is responsible for all those lawyers fees? This gets back to a ruling that we know about that was in 1989 in which the Supreme Court upheld lower rulings that it was acceptable to put a person in prison who was innocent or it was acceptable to prosecute a person who was fully innocent and to proceed with it and for the federal government, for the courts. to uphold it if that ruling would be bad for business. In other words, if it was demonstrated beyond a shadow of a doubt that the person was completely on the right, that the law, that they were citing the proper law, that they knew that the person was innocent. If it was bad for business, their first goal is to protect the shyster business. And that went all the way up to the Supreme Court. There is more than one ruling like that, but the kicker is that when I read that the first time, it was like, oh wait a minute, I have to read this again. So what it comes down to is why I have total disrespect for any of these swine, these bottom feeding pigs, these pieces of filth, is because this is the computer age. I guarantee they all have their own little glass palaces, they have their own cop shops, they got their own prostitute's office, the courts got glass walls everywhere and all kinds of shiny desks and wonderful computer technology at their fingertips and it all works just fine. So, what it comes down to is it's bad for business. Because they shouldn't have to call anybody. People shouldn't have to go in and go, hey, I think my case needs to be over. All that is is making more work for the whore lawyer, who by the way may have already known that the whole thing was a fallacy and he was rubbing shoulders playing golf with the pigs that did it. Think about that one. The prostitute is going out playing golf and they're yucking up how they've got all these cases how many more cases we need to make payroll. Oh you already got that. In fact remember you got a little bonus thing coming. Don't forget you can take out of the cars anything you want when you search them. Pocket whatever is it's valuable. Don't worry we won't do anything about it. Prostitutors offices got you covered. Well Mark you know I remember reading too it's like the judges and these blood draws on the side of the road as rubber stamp warrants, I found out those judges are contracted for performance. They're no longer independent. So I kind of think those little rubber stamp warrants are kind of invalid and I really think, you know, and it's just like a big radical. Anybody thought that there were, here's two things that happened. If somebody thinks they're gonna draw from blood from me, they might even get it, be eventually down the road after they beat me down. But I'll tell you what's gonna happen after I get healthy. I take a needle and stuff it up. I found the biggest stinking needle and stuff it up there. I beat the living snot out of them. Strip them bare ass naked. Take their cop car, park it in the middle of an intersection, flatten all the tires, turn all the sirens on, and I zip tied their arse so that they were bare butt naked with their wanker hanging in the breeze, their arms tied to the cross bar of the lights, their feet cross bar tied to the bumpers so that they were spread eagle on the hood of their own stinking wreck. That's what needs to be seen. That's the problem with this stuff. They aren't stinking doctors and they sure as hell aren't any kind of professional. They have no business going anywhere near a needle with you in any way, shape or form. It's just like the problem we've got. How we got rid of this is by doing what I just said. How do we get rid of this in the 70s? They tried all this. This is not new. All this garbage. It's like TSA groping your children at the airport and I don't see it any different. That piece of trash in that blue brown or black uniform doesn't have any professional qualities to draw any blood from anybody and that pig has no business being anywhere near you with a needle. That is the bottom line. My dad was a sheriff's deputy and there ain't nobody he would tell you that anybody who was a real peace officer knows better. Yeah, yeah, right. They got classes by piss-ant, penny-ant operations that are fly by night, just like in the Department of Corrections operations. They got classes. But they do not have dichlobotomy. Exactly. talking about or but no you're okay to you're going to be that's my point we have to protect even if they did here's the problem this gets back down to the whole issue of again you know the interference or corruption of the body of this of the law of this nation you know i i i i i for all the gap about drunk drivers on the case of panel people and and this is the fed part but it's true their people there that drunk can drive and fly fall asleep you'd swear to God that you had some you have a master at the sticker the wheel guys sober oh god I'm not going to that point or that car seriously and we know this okay physiology you know and that you know the whole process of of for whatever reason jeans and whatever it's it's one of those bizarre things where the only reason they're doing this is purely for revenue they don't care about you they'd laugh about your corpse if you die in an accident They even call their buddies over because this guy died really funny. Man, you ought to see it. He's impaled with a windshield. Every cop has to show up to see that accident. Cars will come from miles away, not because they're there to help anybody, but because they want to see it and they can go 80 miles an hour to get there to do it before your blood's dry. Let's be honest. That's the majority of what you got out there in uniform right now, guys. There are no way, shape, or form caring about you at all. Mark, you know anything like when someone gets sentenced for DUI, they go to the counseling center in school that's owned by the judge's wife or cousin or aunt? Yes, and by the prostitute or something, there's a whole whole operation there and there was more of there. And again, it's nothing. When you talk about it being anything to support anybody, it's nothing. It isn't there to support anybody. It isn't there to do anything. It is purely there to sponge money off us. And I've got a drinker. I'm a... See guys, everybody understand that. I'm not a drinker. I'm the guy that would drive you all home. Seriously, when I was going to school, Lowell Mark could drive us all home. So, you see, as far as that goes, I should be like, oh, you buggers, you're a drinker, blah, blah, blah. No, I learned a long time ago not to be stupid about this. This is all politics and the, I'm better than you, BS. And the characters saying I'm better than you, they've got to get out of jail free car. They run down the road, they drunk up, they get down the road, they wrap themselves around three or three people, everybody turns a blind eye. They swerve down the road and they got a badge and run 80 miles an hour in the process while they went and they'll turn a blind eye. You got some mother who's driving home from a restaurant, had two drinks. She's not swerving but she's going slow because she's real conservative. She's going to try to get home safe and she will because she's probably done it before. And you'll have them thinking they got, oh, they got a cocaine runner. They'll grow up the woman, they'll spritz the car, they'll steal from her purse. It's just the horrid state of affairs and it's why the country needs to be cleaned out. It's one of the several reasons that the country needs to be cleaned out. It's going to get nothing but worse because the P-Brains we've got coming into these uniforms, the word professional is not a complementary term to begin with. I'm sorry guys. Mark, you know the thing is, I haven't asked a few police officers about that cop in San Antonio that gunned down that student and emptied his clip into him that was unarmed. They all say, well, the slightest thing of the concerns are safety. They should be able to use deadly force. Oh, I don't have a... You know what? Here's how that works. And then after they do that, they will suffer the consequences because parents or grandpas or dads need to do the manly thing and get rid of them. If they think that that's how they need to live, they are a threat to all of us. And we need to treat them as the threat that they are and get rid of them when the time comes. Hey Mark. That's what everybody forgets. Remember that sign from Josie Wales. I can't hear about Josie Wales being dead. I gotta see him dead. Josie Wales lives by the feud. Remember that line guys? Now you better look up the word feud. See, because that's what America needs to learn again in order to put this in place. You come out, you hurt somebody like that, or again, if there's no doubt. See, the problem is family members do stupid or goofy things. So I would be intelligent and I would confirm and I'd make sure that I did my investigation and I'd be very patient. And I would make sure in the Klingon fashion that that revenge would be served up very cold. See how that works? And it's very cold in space. Go ahead caller, we got another caller jump in there please. Hey it is JC from Pennsylvania. You know, I'll give you a good example you were talking about the courts and stuff like that. We had a judge that has had three DWIs, 20 years. That's when he had a vehicle accident, so he really couldn't get brushed under the rug. The first thing that happened, Chief Judge basically censured him to only sitting on civil work matters for six months while they determined what they were going to do. Then all they did was a letter of censure and he had to take alcohol classes, after which being back on the bench for three months after his classes were done and he was back to doing criminal cases, drunk one afternoon after his three martini lunch, a few deputies had to basically pick him up and he ended up being, that is what we're dealing with now. That is our judicial system. That is, I mean, the fact that they did not, number three, and it was a vehicle accident that a person was hurt, the fact that he was not kicked out of it, it's a racket. Well, the propaganda like this, see, their propaganda is counting on the idea, well, that's a unique situation. No, it's not, because we've been doing radio for 20 years. But right here in Michigan, we have up, if you look where Lake Michigan is, going, not Lake Michigan, but the town, Lake, L-A-K-E, Lake in Michigan, okay? The county's right around there, three of them. all of the judges there got caught guys and busted by the detroit police and by the michigan state police uh... because it really were initially they all got caught in crack warehouses and busted down here in detroit smoking crack and do it all kinds of other wicked stuff with little boys and stuff down here in monroe county and in wain county okay india detroit area now all of them got busted you know what they did They couldn't sit in their own court and hear any kind of drug case or etc. or any kind of drunk driving case or whatever, just like you're saying. You know what they did? The judge from the one county sat on the other judge's bench in the other county and the one he replaced went to his county and they all played musical judge chairs. But they were all still listening to the same kind of cases. So, that's another example of just total disgust and disrespect for us across the board and again sitting there in quote unquote judgment. Now, these guys didn't just go a little distance. These characters, to make sure they were covering their act, were going virtually, if you look at where that is, over on the west side of the state, they literally were going 45 degrees across the state, across several counties. to get down to Detroit and Monroe where they could find their crack and find their little boy. You know, find the boys to molest. Okay? It was a disgusting situation. They got popped not once. They got popped one, got popped five different times and was still on the bench. The other one three times, the other one five, six times. It was each one was like, it was like, well you mean once. No, no, they got busted a whole bunch of times and well, you know, they're trying to like you said figure out what to do What do you mean figure out what to do? Sounds like they're going to prison if you ask me because they got caught with quantities of stuff on top of everything else. Oh No, no, no, they were trying to figure out what to do Now, they try to see, here's what they count on listeners. They count on the idea that nothing goes, well there's those rumors about, what do you mean rumors about? This was all documented, this was covered step by step. You know, you don't need to listen to those rumors. What do you mean rumors? It was all in Papers of Record. It was in newspapers of record guys, which when a newspaper is printed, it's called a paper of record. and all the information by the way from the court was picked up by people the patriot effort to uh... you know again snag these characters that if it were for the people of patriot effort the prostitute or the horrors of the prostitute or office and the attorney general's office we're going to do jack or squat in fact that would have well where who what what what prostitution ring or crack cocaine what charges Again, I can show you examples of where now the same ring knock and April wear and bunnies, how many years later, are doing the, oh, that's all rumors and stuff. In other words, trying desperately not for you to look at the same problem, which is probably still rampant and still in the same situation with the same ad, dress wearers, the black dress wearers. It's all over the country. That's the sad and sick part. If they do get busted enough, like everybody's talking about the cop shops, the judges and these prostitutes are doing the same thing. They flit like feces birds from one part of the country to the next. They're taken care of by their lodge buddies or by their synagogue buddies. That's a fact. Because we're all just stupid if you we are in competence to go into their court in the first place The courts that they're running in the United States are not our courts. They're not American courts They're British Admiralty. They're foreign Admiralty courts that have been brought in Our courts are still in this country. See, that's the mistake that's made, and I've pointed this out time and again. We've already gone through this ad nauseam in three different waves, went all the way to Washington. The proper title courts are still sitting there in Washington, and they still have offices. But the horrors, the prostitutes, and all the rest of these horrors operating these Admiralty courts, and the bar members, their job is to make sure you don't go to the right court. You go to the military tribunal court and you are surrendered as as incompetence to the corporation because you obviously had to be incompetent to allow yourself to be taken by them and to run through their system in the first place and That is how they explain it to the you know their own their own ring knockers That if you're these people are all incompetent they bought the they bought the Kool-Aid they've they've they're they've gone along with the scam So whatever we do to them they deserve and we're a clean of conscience Because after all, they should have known better. happened to it as far as the war of 1812. What happened with, okay, let's qualify too because you see what's interesting is in the body of the law of the United States it stipulates uncategorically that no individual shall have any emolument or post or title of nobility from any foreign power, period. Now, what's interesting is because of what happened between the American War for Independence, at the end of the American War for Independence, we won. But Because of treaty negotiations, and this is where people don't really understand what was going on here, the British were told that we had a war reparation that we had to pay for debts before the war, which is all a crock because, wait a minute, didn't we win? Well, yes we did, but under British Admiralty Law what they did is they started to take people as property. Now literally that's where we if you recall if you're old enough you might recall they used to explain that They would stop our ships on the high seas and the British would take Americans off of the ships They didn't just pick them because they said he docked out of action at some point They picked them because they were taking property people they were taking us as property and they were indenturing them they were putting them on the King's ship and as, again, a pressed sailor. A pressed sailor is someone who was taken by force. Now, they were then levying that against our debt, and of course they couldn't steal enough of our people to make up for the debt, but that was the purpose behind taking the people off the ships. They were foreclosing on us as property because the Crown did not accept the idea that we had won the war, so in their mind, we were bondsmen. They stole our people off ships progressively and they proceeded to do this no matter what kind of... In fact, the problem is that they also knew in Washington that they couldn't talk too much about the war reparations thing because, well, that was something that the average person wasn't supposed to know about. So progressively, the bar, the British aristocratic regency, the royalty, The British registered agents decided that they needed to start pushing. Now, they weren't big at that point in time. There were bar members inside that were former bar members, but the American bar, or the American element of the bar, what we literally had were freestanding representatives, and then we had those bar members. The bar members were to work in admiralty law. Admiralty law is the law of the sea. Well, that's where part of this came in because, well, gee, they stole the men off ships in international waters. So, again, trying to get them back, they used these agents, these bar agents, to go into the British Admiralty Court to argue for the surrender, the release, and the secession of activities. Now, the bad guys targeted us and progressively pushed more and more of this upon us from other directions. It got so bad that before the War of 1812, because of the issue and the concern for these officers, these agents of a foreign power, to infiltrate our American system that we'd fought an eight-year war to clean out, that it was proposed that another amendment, actually an amendment, because this was not an article, Article 1 through 10 are articles of the Bill of Rights. We were not amending those. Those were articles. But that is the bill of lading that would be used for any attachments from that point forward. The original 13th amendment, as it would be called, had to do with stating that there would be no titles or emoluments or presentments or, again, business dealings of any kind. And if any individual did so, they would not hold public office in these United States. Now, the War of 1812 breaks out and it was over a combination of things, but everybody should remember that stealing our people is why we went to war. Right now, we're in the anniversary of the War of 1812. Everybody understand that? Right now, how much have you heard about people talking about or the control press being allowed to talk about the War of 1812? And if they do, it's like, well, it was America's fault. We started the war. No, we didn't. You'll notice they've been doing that to curry favor with the international and the shyster bankers They've been doing that. Well, we need a quote. No, you know, let's do a little history I just explained a good chunk of it right there. We got tired of our people being stolen so we told them we were gonna shoot their arse and The British of course pumped it up and the same the same shysters the same act all over again the second American war for independence begins They understood exactly what their intention was. It was to try and take back the financial mechanism and the founding instruments of this country and play Capture the Flag. Now, in the process of this, the 13th Amendment was passed. We can demonstrate this over a period of time going into the 20s, 30s, and 40s. By the way, we did this back in the 1990s. Everybody went to their respective halls of record at the state level, if you're an older state. Michigan's an older state. Okay? If you go to the state archives, you will find copies of the Constitution and Bill of Rights of these United States. Well, Mark, why would I go to the state for that? Well, because any time that the state Constitution was written, any time it was printed officially and it was printed in book form, All of the body of the Constitution of these United States, which that state is a respective signature to, along with the full Bill of Rights, was printed for historical and for business record. Keyword is business because states do business amongst themselves, okay? And they were going to get into a compact. If they were a newer state, they got into a compact, which is what the whole thing with the union was about. Now, if you go to each of these state records, you will find that the copy of the Constitution of the United States is attached in book form. So you can't separate it. You can't say, oh, you copied this from somewhere else, or you fabricated. See, this is the critical part about evidentiary process. The state's constitutions demonstrated by their attachment, the attachments, the Constitution and the Bill of Rights, that the thirteenth amendment was not only authorized by the states but was embraced fully by the states and was printed by the federal government and by the states into the bill of rights now we're not talking about freeing the slave people were talking pre-american will american uh... civil war in other words pre-northern war of aggression pre-1861 And every state, to include Michigan, has this. Every state that's old enough has this in their records on file. They can't destroy it without destroying the public records of the state. And since these documents are foundational instruments, they're both historical and they're foundational for demonstrating the validity of the existence of the state itself. Okay? so the thirteen of the original thirteenth amendment is verified over and over and over again now the control press's job when they realize that we were that we were showing this to people was to make the comment i had to pay three at mid-mile edgy or all all that that was it was never ratified well let's put it this way the body of the what they'd literally did in the eighteen twenties eighteen thirties in fact eighteen thirty three The ring knockers like Skull and Bone came into the colleges and universities with the express purpose of undermining and destroying the legitimate constitutional government of the United States. Their job was to systematically attack the infrastructure and the foundational instruments that make this country independent. If they could not destroy them, they would at least overshadow them. So, what they did is they progressively reduced the activity of one element, the legitimate constitutional element of our country, and expanded and ballooned. As one person aptly puts it in modern terms, Saran wrapped the country with a layer of lies. These layers of lies were reinforced by colleges who were first infiltrated. Remember, Skull and Bones was on a what? College campus. Did you have to take the whole country? No, you only have to kill off so many professors, wait for other people to die, replace them with fellow ring knockers and trap workers. And step by step they were able to insert illegitimate law. And they would burn, literally shred and burn books. Now before 1861 and before the American Civil War, slash the Northern War of Aggression, You will find copies of the 13th Amendment in its original form as we are talking about it. After the Civil War, they literally made the 13th Amendment disappear. Then, in the process, reintroduced a series of articles slash amendments that overlap and de-index the original 13th. They make it appear as if it doesn't exist. Problem is, guys, we have all of these archives, private collections, public collections of original text which verify beyond a shadow of a doubt that the 13th Amendment existed in its fullest form. Again, the basic purpose was to prevent officers, both secret and public, who were foreign committed, who were agents of foreign powers with titles of mark, titles of nobility, titles of foreign stature from holding any office in these United States and specifically in our federal government. That was its purpose. Go ahead. I appreciate it that the conversation today went from that to The fact that the individual I was talking to was not aware that we had criminalization law in at least half the states, if not ever half the states in the early 1900s, he said that was just rumor. I said, well, it's easy enough to verify. Oh, no, that's not rumor. This whole thing with the whole idea behind this coming from the international communist. This was all stuff that came out of the progressive movement. What you have right now, these progressives are using the same camouflage name today that they used back in the day. They're Soviet Socialist slash they're Communist Party members, but they call themselves progressives. It was the progressives that implemented all of this stuff back years ago. It's the same shysters that not what they did is they, because everybody for a while understood what communism means. Of course now they've baffled everybody with propaganda and BS on that. Uncle Joe, he was just a wonderful guy. He smoked the pipe, had a big mustache. He loved people. Yeah, yeah, yeah. 60, 70 dead million dead people later. A million dead people. Oh, yeah, he really loved people. Again, if you fog it up and if you've got movies about all the BS you can imagine, you can watch the Ok Corral in 20 different versions done by the apron wearers so you can get the Masonic agenda out there in everybody's face. But you don't have 50. In fact, count how many movies actually do a history of the Bolshevik Revolution. If they do, let me give you an example. How about Reds? Where Warren Beatty is a flaming communist right from the get-go and he all he does is play his part in a movie role How many movies do you actually have that show you it really happened in Russia? It's not like they don't have the props, it's not like they don't have the money and CG. Well, take a look at Enemy at the Gates. You've got a flavor for how the Communists operate, but they realize they kind of goofed up on that because they showed in the beginning of the movie really what the Communists were all about, at least on the battlefield. Cowards, you know, the coward commissars to the rear, machine gunning their own troops. And they didn't change that policy. It's just the way the pigs were and always have been. So, for anybody out there, watch Enemy at the Gates and pay attention. They even tell you it was the Jewish commissars that were pushing everybody like what? Like animals. And why? Because they were totally incompetent to begin with, but they didn't care because you're the one who's dying. And the same is true with all the rest of this BS. This goes back to the same click of sheisters over and over and over and over and over and over again. We beat them out. People were able to live free and breathe free for a period of time. Unless we get as long-sighted, which to a degree our people are, but everybody always loves this disaster and we're all going to die next year. It's written, we're all going to die next year. How about we're around since even with Y2K? We all knew it was going on with that. Government had a finger on the switch. If they wanted to push it, they'd have pushed it. When they realized we were better equipped than they were, they didn't. But everybody did that as soon as the computers are off. We'll all be dead really why I? Live before there were computers, and then we seem to have breathed just fine, so why is it we wouldn't make it? It's like talking about elect everything else They always try to find something that's the this is why you need to think short-term and just eat drink and be merry be a cow Be a cow Don't be a human being be a cow live for the moment he drink to be married a blob of lava block when reality nope i'm very much a human i understand where we've come from understand where we are and i know where they're trying to take us because i've got a good map of what they've done in the past it george and texas again on you know listen to you on you know this afternoon on the paper one at this their patriot music mix for talking about a ever heard of a song i'm a fighter by johnny band and Oh, go ahead. Wait a minute. Slow down. What's the guy, Ed? Ed might have heard of him before. I'm a fighter. Well, looking up on YouTube, Johnny Van Van, I'm a fighter. It's a rock and roll song, and I think it talks about the words of the song. It talks about what you were talking about. It's a rock and roll song, and I think it's a good Patriot mix song. Go ahead and give the author's name again, the musician. Johnny Van Van, I'm a fighter. Johnny Van what? Van, Baby Brother or Leonard Skinner. Oh, okay. Van Vant. Van Vant. Okay, I'll find it. Okay, very good. Ed might even be able to find it there too. I'm sure he can. Ed's got it. Ed definitely can find it. I'm not saying he could. He can. Well, the reason I bring this up is because what I'm seeing right now, actually, you guys, thank you very much, because these are things we've actually had conversations on this weekend. The bad guys have created such a horrible level of corruption. There is no way you are going to fix this. This system is broken permanently. There is nothing you are going to do to fix it, but it is not our system and it is not our America anyway. Now ask yourself where should we be and how did we get on this path of deception and destruction? Because there are many good men and women long before I have been alive who tried to explain this to everybody. I am just a voice for the moment. Ask yourself, we have had many teachers in the past, they have done an excellent job of educating all of us because they were in the right place and they picked our ear and forced us to use our brain and think. The sick part is that we should even allow any of these idiots that are totally brain dead. If somebody is popping Prozac, don't tell me how you're going to rule my life or you're going to tell me what to do or you have a right to even vote. If your brain is so far around the corner that you just can't handle life, then who are you to be telling me about how I need to do this or need to do that? For that matter, I don't even respect these people who feel that they have to have somebody else protecting them. I understand the idea that we have peace officers, but the idea that you slough off on your responsibility to the point where you expect everybody else to do your fighting for you, that's what the founding fathers warned about time and again. This special group over here, the whole population has the ability to be a man. Everybody is supposed to. We got the same body parts. Our plumbing was simplified by nature and by God, by nature's law, so that we could do what we're supposed to do. Now, whether or not we stand up and maintain those body parts and we don't hear two oysters hitting the ground, well, that's a matter of the individual choice of the people, the person, but also of the society. And our society is failing because we are allowing things to happen that we know are wrong and we need to get rid of. There isn't any living halfway with them. We have to get rid of them. That's the key. Well, we can come halfway. Wait a minute. Coming halfway got us to where we are sinking right now, guys. Does everybody remember that? We've got to come halfway with those communists and understand them. Well, we already know what their plans are. Now that they think they've got enough power, you'll notice they're going wild-eyed, red-eyed, crazy mad, aren't they? Just like the thing with the insurance thing, like this was a surprise. Name anybody out there in the Patriot movement who didn't tell you that this was going to happen with this old bummer care nonsense. Everybody did the research. We are the side that read everything, guys. The people that we hired that are supposed to read everything and do it. No, they didn't read Jack or Squad. They all need to be fired. There is one of them that I think should stay in office. I think we need to clean the house out. The outhouse thinks. Anybody out there ever owned an outhouse? You know, outhouses aren't built into the ground. Do you know that? Do you know that if you keep shoveling BS into Washington eventually you've got to slide the outhouse sideways, dig a new hole and you slide the outhouse over, you take the dirt from the new hole and you fill or cover over the old one? Do you know that? I think we're past, somebody got lazy and somebody's wondering why when they sit their butt cheeks down on those boards or that nice toilet seat that they put in place over the boards, why they can't leave little dangly parts in there because they get covered with feces and so full? Somebody ought to flush the toilet. That's not how it works for the outhouse. You got to physically pick it up, move it, and you got to dig a new hole. You got to make a nice new place for the feces to fall, and then you got to move the outhouse unless you just want to build a new one and burn the other one in place. Mark. You know the thing about the Obamacare, you know, you had these people on the news sitting there with their bank accounts being debited. They're saying, we didn't think this was going to happen, but you want to know a lot of people kind of thought that they didn't go to the website and register knew this was going to happen. The problem is that they are, for whatever reason, in their complacency and their stupidity. And again, if you were dumb enough that you were believing this, am I supposed to have any respect for you at all? I have no respect for any of these people. I look down on all of them now and you better start looking down. These people are the ones who are pro- This is like somebody standing there on the edge of a ship saying, I'm proud that I didn't learn to swim while the water is lapping at their ankles. That's like these idiots with regard to what's going on with the bill. I didn't read any of it. I'm proud. I'm gonna stand up in front of the American people. We don't need to read this. Didn't you go to college? Let me ask you, how did you get through college? Well, you obviously bought your degree or something, right? You didn't study, you didn't sit down, you didn't know how to read. So here you are, now you're past college, and you're in a job where you're supposed to read everything and do research and know your job. And you're too busy at the bathhouse with the queer boys, you're too busy sucking somebody else's private parts, you're too busy licking somebody else's private parts, You're too busy kissing rumpus, stuffing your wallet with cash, going to the golf course, playing on the beach, and doing everything other than what you're supposed to be doing for your part-time job. Because it's only supposed to be really a temporary part-time job. And that's our other problem. When we're done with this, guys, nobody stays in that job to retire. And nobody gets a retirement. Does everybody understand that? That has been our problem from the get-go on this. No, you come in. It's like being president. I am disgusted by this. What do you mean you're gonna get 17 days off? You don't do Jack squat!
