Mark Koernke discussed the closure of the DoRun lead smelter in Missouri as part of what he characterized as a backdoor attack on Second Amendment rights through EPA regulations, citing former Representative Alan West's warnings about ammunition scarcity. He emphasized the importance of emergency communications infrastructure, including CB radios, ham radio networks, and prepared communication protocols for citizens to document and report government overreach. Koernke and caller Ralph extensively discussed radio equipment maintenance, six-meter net expansion, ham radio operations across Michigan, and the construction of mobile command centers for emergency communications. The conversation covered the strategic importance of lead production for ammunition manufacturing and the broader implications of shutting down domestic smelting operations.
Your teeth and gums healthy with phytomer can space the mouthwash. Phytomer. Nature's answer to healthy teeth and gums. And remember, it's all completely natural, available, and participating health food stores nationwide. Your children must attend a school that doesn't, and your Christian values can't. Well, for paper, for crimes that make our nation turn from God and shame. Given government control so they could burn down churches and see. Put men of God in jail, harass your fellow countrymen while corrupted court. Your public servants don't uphold the solemn oaths they've sworn. And your daughters, the Mr. Foreign Shores, and send your sons to slaughter fighting other people's wars. You regain the freedom for which we fought and died. Don't you have the courage, ride? And are there no more values for which you'll fight to save? Your public, arise. Bend the Constitution, the Supreme Law of the land. Preserve our great republic and each gun given right. Great God! All you can to collect which court that is useful, we got the job done, and get on down the road. Remember the wind. Yeah, we're going to get on down the road. Do the get-on. Well, in this case, we're going to get on down communications Tuesday here in the 3rd of December, 5th year of open Fabian socialist, socialist occupation. of america with a k two thousand per order calendar or mine hockey with the best of right here with a lot of the high priest crazy people yet christians that were worshiping my in crazy town calendars and there's so many of them but you from it was business it was an industry it was a competition who can build the more do the same calendar on god no cock-a-mockin he can't look up on the enough you can't no i can't i'll look up my letter you're not a cop yes all of them and many many many more both petty and great in the eyes of the emperor where the other part about this you from babble and called numerology close to think about the idea that the same corruption also the the neurologist the kabbalah the art worshippers whenever you're hearing bs about well the black arts people who their bible is the bible backwards wrong that's a lie remember the great deceiver deceiver and remember the deceiver the kabbalah the jewish instrument that came out of the babylonian occupation you see when the unlike what happened in in egypt where you know moses ran around the desert to kill off all of those that were worshiping the stuff out of the egypt remember that and the false idols well you didn't happen with the babylonian occupation they just got a while back over and they brought their sodomy with them and all the other wicked stuff which is mentioned by the way several times in the later part of the old testament if you are reading and pay attention there's these paragraphs that just pop out of the middle of a book and it's like well do it in the sodomites returned to the east of israel and had to be driven out worded that uh... sounds like they had a war and to get rid of the sodomites Isn't that amazing? But they kept waddling back over there. Why? Because the Kabbalists were helping them out. The numerologist, the occult Kabbalists, the Kabbalah is the book of the occult. You see how you can gradually first stupefied people? The 50s and the... well, more of the 60s and 70s? Oh yeah, it's the Bible backwards! How many times do you hear that BS over and over again? How many times? And in reality, of course, if you don't have a clue about language, oh, they're mobile and something. Oh, it sounded like he was speaking backwards. No, he's speaking Hebrew. That's okay, don't worry about it. He's a big occultist. Big time demon worshiping occult. That wasn't speaking anything backwards. He was talking to you very straightforward in another tongue. But if you don't have a clue, well have one tequila, have two tequila, bear yet that one. You might want to pay attention again, well it's fun. Especially the campy stuff from the 70s were so much fun because well they were just early gruesome. Yeah, then they became later gruesome. Kind of got really gruesome. Now, it is Communications Tuesday by the way, and you get a lot of work to do. We've got an exciting option here, well, yeah. If everything goes well, the 6 meter net is going to expand here pretty soon guys. I highly recommend you pick up this. That's not a big deal. They're actually low end, high end. You can buy a pretty decent one for a full price. Around the $10, $15 range. I know that's a cheapie, but it'll work. Things maintain. Don't go running around with a screwdriver inside, but you can take the time to open up the box and grab a can of air and dust everything off. Dust. being the most common with most of your equipment out there. This is something most people don't realize. Noise makers, accumulated oxidation create, remember the machine is, even the cheapest machine you have is still a finely tuned equipment. It just may not, you know, well put together with the, you know, the finest of technology, but it is a fine working machine. The better you take care of it, the better off it's gonna run. The better, the more effective it's going to be in the long run with regard to operation and microphones. more than one and you know look for multiples so this is not that hard to do because there are a lot of places where they're not as pretty or what's really cool is I have boxes of the old cop car radio and mics what's neat about that can step away from the rig you're not locked into the rig right there as long as you've got the volume or if you've got a again a headset if you're using a headset well you're better match your mic or you got going very far anyway If you're using open speaker, you can step away and actually move around so you can work if you're actually having to pull books or if you have no friends just talking over the radio. You have to use your e-com-con communications. If you have that out there and hopefully have put it together recommended, eight and a half by 11, copy paper, inside plastic sleeve binder, clear mark on the outside. Tom-Con emergency text allows you to step by step come up with a concise, concise, distant, no embellishment. This is one of the most common, what do they call it, Chinese whispers where you tell somebody one thing and you have 20 people and by the time he gets around to the other end, you know, 20, 30, 40 people or you know, over a day some people do this over a whole day, somebody finally comes back to eat and it doesn't sound anything like what was originally said. Oh, this is not allowable or not, in fact, quite very useful with regard to where your life is at risk. if you're the most you've been example of what we've had to deal with the past and put down over the last twenty years because we've had effective communications the knuckle dragging p brain black uniform idiots that were purchased the twenty thousand or is it were purchased out in california that are gun confiscate with the case they don't matter if you know probably already done it but they've been told you know they've got good propaganda control so they don't let anybody know what's going on so they go to the wrong house the wrong address in the wrong neighborhood totally aliens who what's on they don't care they cross-read something and they go up to a house and they're telling to be without a warrant we're going to search your house you have to let us search your house or we're going to arrest you for you know suspicion of having a gun well not only do you have a gun but you're of course we'll know that you fully have a right to own the gun and a lot of them and your neighbors feel the same way So all of a sudden they're telling everybody, you know, telling you how they're gonna drag you out of the house and they're gonna ransack your house and it's like, I don't know, you have a warrant? Warrant? Warrant? We don't need no stinking warrant! Really? Well, here's how this works. Property owner? Property owner? You're not getting on my land. You better get your arse back out to the road right now, fool. And what's going to happen is there's going to be a confrontation. Now here's the kicker, is that at some point the lame brain, shoe-sized IQ incompetence, the idiots that are hired, and they were hired because they're idiots, they were hired because they were willing to kick in the door of your fellow Americans, and they are goose-taying rotten communists. Card-holding checkers. They are the worst of the worst of our society, and they are filth, okay? So they're not going to acknowledge that. Somebody finally looks at the paperwork and goes, That is good. We're at the wrong house. Well, we're not even in the right neighborhood, Fred. This is making a difference. He confronted us. We wanted to ransack his house without a warrant. We wanted to kick in the door. We have a right to be able to go anywhere we want on anybody's property, because we've got communism behind us now. And what's going to happen is there's going to be a standoff. See, now, we're going to start a standoff. Now, what happens? You want to be isolated? nobody needs or do you get a hold of other people and give a sit rep and the sit rep is precise whoever you can get to right away before any cell phones are shut off before any ground line is shut up it's very least if you get that one call out now people can get on the phone hi uh... we understand here at four sixteen uh... you know brass and blurder uh... what do you guys there for and what you do is immediately challenged them are you know uh... you guys don't have a warrant and you're in effect even problem i don't care what the hell they're dealing with your you guys showed up at the wrong address you just being confrontational right well you say that right up that yes you are no i because the intentionally inefficient and clumsy slash knuckle dragging idiots who enjoy the idea that they've been told they can claim ignorance We're going to inform them that we're not ignorant of their activity and we understand that they are wrong. Don't have a warrant, eh? No, I don't even know why they're there. Don't have a warrant, eh? And if they- Well, look, well, it's sealed. Yeah, what? For 20 hours down the road where they finally, you know, get a judge to squiggle on something that they found that's an apron wear or a yamical wear. See, that happens and you're not told about that either. Well, well, we had a warrant 10 hours from now. 10 hours ago. You don't tell what- Oops! Did I say that? Oops! See, so what happens is by getting the information out, we can start focusing and find out who's out there, what do they look like, where are they. There's a whole bunch of information needs to be gotten out, but remember now this could still be escalating anyway because they go to the wrong neighborhood instead of it being Prozac, Prodigy, Sheeple, and well, I guess if you want to stop it from escalating, the idea is for us to all put pressure on them. As I've said, low IQ, about the size of a shoe, roided up better remember these characters are doped up right about snortin coke heads you name it their table scrapers that's why they got him in uniform that's where they want them in uniform so the right up knuckle dragging short neck p brain twits already go there's a property of the world but i don't care for the role play i don't care for the role please we we got control see that's the kind of that picture you would Well, if we gotta kill them all, cause we gotta kill them all. Doesn't mean it was what happens, we gotta kill them all because we made a screw up and we can cover that up with a paperwork if we kill everybody and nobody will know. That's another reason you want everybody to know guys. Remember that's how these pieces of trash, these communist gutter snipes think. Does everybody understand that? Well, well, if we cover this up by killing everybody, Let's put it this way, remember those two little women, they were Mexican women that were there in Los Angeles when they were hunting for that big 6 foot 8 black guy with the bald head? And they just shot us, not out of that truck. Looking at the truck and the women didn't match anything they were looking for. But boy, Mr. Twitchy Crazy Royded Upfinger just blew the... Oh, they... Of course, they shot the neighborhood up. You know, the old Twitchy, you know, Royded Up slash Adrenaline Rush crowd. They totally mopped up across the board on this, which nobody wants to really talk about either. So here, what it comes down to is, uh, it just kind of went crazy in the head, didn't they? Well, sir, it's just the way they are. So what's going to happen, you got 20,000 Czechists. These are 20,000 Czechists. These are 20,000 Czechists. This is the inception and the implementation of the Interior Police of the NSKVD inside California. These are 20,000 communist, checkered police, oh by the way, the secret police uniform, way before Nazi Germany, Nazi, way before that was the checkered and the communist secret police of Russia. Their uniform was the black uniform of the secret police. Now the dog and pony show crew that was doing the murdering, had depending on the district police slash security forces, that made up their homeland security slash DHS operation slash AVD through the onions. See how that works? So what you now have are 20,000 Czechoslovakists who with no warrant, with no warrant, with no warrant, they don't have a warrant. They've even admitted in the written articles, well they don't have any warrant. So with no warrant, they come to the door and demand they're gonna ransack your house. We're just gonna search your house. No, you can take a kick back and get back out on the road. We have suspicion of, well, uh, first of all, uh, what's, what's my name, uh, isn't that guy that you keep blurting out? You're French Midliff! You're French Midliff! You're French Midliff! Who the hell you are but, wrong place. I'm an American. Just tying in on down the road, you wag dog piece of piece of pieces. Wagging the doll. well anyway point is that people communications what you have prepared to get message out and by the way remember with that microphone that long microphone you move around get stuff done with the other thought-out processes everything to be your fingertips everything to be reaching like an example is right here i have a second communication system right there cq totally suffered independent everything else is going on well well if the i actually have within my reach the compound book have two other mobilization books that are quick and they're on. In fact, the other machine was sitting here. It's all numerical. Hit one button goes to hit two goes to automatic synchronous synchronous again. What were you doing? What were you doing? Part of the report is for the sake of purse. How are you observing if you we even use this for monitoring things going down the road was traveling our 55 miles per hour traffic on other side of road level. See how we've had a four in a cycle. Okay. Or standing still. or at home or fill in the blank. Perspective. Okay, we have a secure ground observation. We have photographs coming in. If you can get pictures out as quick as you can, nowadays you can do that. Just as quick as you can click, click, click, whatever cameras you've got, you can get a message out. But first get the alert out. Get the e-com-com alert out. The e-com-com alert gets the message out. The next thing behind it will be the pictures. The important thing is personnel, for people, for manpower, for institutions and organizations that are freedom oriented with the Patriot movement is about freedom and liberty, not these horrors that we got now that are in the system that are sucking to the regime, licking the big butt cheeks of the Soviet, re-stinking one of them. Don't talk about it, I always love this one nowadays. Here's something that's really, have you had this happen already? Now everybody's finally talking about the NSA spying which we all told everybody about how many for how many years guys how many people the Patriot movement are going I'm shocked the NSA the CIA the FBI Bagots the queers at Homeland Security like with even with TSA are listening I would never have thought me a break But how many times have you heard this from the booby sheeple out there? Oh, watch what you say on the phone! It's like, well, okay, wait a minute. Is this how you were thinking before, but now you're blurting it out? Or is it you were in a fog when we told you over and over again that this is what's been going on, and all of a sudden it's like you discovered something because of control media finally told you? You mean to say it took you that long to figure this out? Considering the plethora of information easily available, but now you've got people going, well don't you say anything? Don't you say anything? I'm just gonna talk on your phone. Oh well before you were talking on the phone. Yeah, they won't remember it. Now here's the next thing. Collecting all this information and they're spying on everybody and they've been saving billions and billions of terra quadra neurobites. You've been talking on the phone for 20 years, right? Sounds like a criminal activity. Think that you're gonna be kept or if you stop talking, I'm really fascinated by this one. Please tell me how stupid this sounds. Stop talking, don't forget about the other 25, 30 years I've been talking. You just told me they had terra quadra burebiret durobites of information, your name's in a bunch of this stuff. Everybody has a list, everybody's got a file, everybody's got a name. So you're telling me that now that you had some confirmation from the horrors in the media that are, you know, they're so far up all bummer and the New World Order's arse they couldn't pull their head out with a crowbar and if the bad guys had any kind of spanktering effect where they tightened up? and the body would drop, the pressed body would drop down to the ground twitching and lifeless. The group you're talking about, all of a sudden they told you, it's covered. They're so far behind the curb, people, we've already got two laps ahead of them. But all of a sudden I hear this, oh, you guys got my packages. Well, we already told you about watching, you know, and knowing what's going on with the phone and the computer. Take your bag. All of a sudden you've got a little spineless. The bad guys, they won't notice. I need your hyper-hyperparanoid. Oh, oh, oh, there's no place like sheeple them. There's no place like sheeple them. Click, click, click. No place like sheeple them. But you are a sheep. You're already awake. And you can't go back to sleep now. You see how stupid they are. Well, actually, that's how stupid. Yeah, and paraproperplaning prevents piss poor performance. Alternate signal communication needs to be in place. By the way, it is Tuesday. You probably got to go to work, and it is the bottom of the hour, so we're going to hear the music here in a moment. Because it is Tuesday. And did you get your CB hooked up? CB, CQ, CQ, CQ, this is KAA359R, Echo Echo Foxtrot, do you copy? Over. KAA359R, Echo Echo Foxtrot, do you copy? Over. Again, if you would like a copy of the ComCom, they actually have it on our Yowton page with Liberty Tree Radio. don't know how some people will be actually going to have probably repost that sometimes there's some corruption especially with the ones that have been around for a long time so in the meantime bottom of the hour break I'm hearing music boy I am hearing sound in the background this corrupted lines long distance combination of microwave transmitting because that's what happens a lot of your long-distance calls they're actually if they're in remote locations you're mostly microwave rebroadcast to the next that has picked up it's amazing how clean your calls are considering well of course they got to clean up those calls and the CIA, the FBI, the ATF, and all the EPA, and all the rest of the corporate horrors from the corporation of the United States of America, and that's foreign, out of the Caribbean and out of England. Has nothing to do with the US, that has nothing to do with the occupation of America. Anyway, 4-7, 1968, call in, 8-8-1, remind you to, if you can, go to the Liberty Tree Radio page on, slash, channel, on YouTube. Take the dime, check out the videos, and then punch Liberty 3 radio. You'll find that we have all kinds of cool videos, published training videos, biological and chemical defense, some basic stuff, a lot of other subjects covered, and some really cool videos to include Monahan Annual Steam and Small Engine Festival, where you're going to see one of those little steam motor launches. You'll see Bruce the Barbarian, Bruce the Wonder Dog, also a number of other pieces of technology to mention here. you get a chance to understand that all of that was hand built back in the ancient days before Cass. Yeah, before, my goodness, how could they do that? Oh, these are brains. Isn't it amazing brains how, you know, the World War III, everything went to it. We've got all this cool stuff around here, but normally they start to build or do anything, because they all become dumb as a box of rocks, and they count on the computer to do everything for them. Except that guy just drove by in a steam car. How the hell is he going down the road? We have no electricity. Take the modern car, off from under the hood, replace it with a steam pack, ultra light, plast, alloy car, four wheeler, the components that they didn't have a hundred years ago, combine that with a simple steam powered engine, a transportation device. If you've got something that burns, you've got the ability to move. A little water, a little particle material. So I guess the series revolution is really kind of stupid because you're not supposed to know what I just told you about before the age of... We had more electricity. and then we had other things that made electricity and we had more electricity. Busting engines didn't exist because steam was a lot cheaper. Your fuel came from the field or came from whatever you needed. You know, they could burn corn cobs to keep the oil. That means it was a self-stabilistic field. Farm tractor could run off anything burnable and you turn the ash into the ground for fertilizer. You put more corn cobs in there and blow wood, whatever you got to burn. That means the farmers weren't reliant upon the fossil fuel stuff. and the farmers really focused on getting the crops done right. Anyway, here's a music book. Anything jumping off the studio there, which is not a problem, so I am sure we have difficulties or complications. Anyway, as it stands, now I guess I'm gonna switch over to something else here real quick, but everybody is, hold on, we got a caller there real quick. obama's clandestine plan to make both vanish go to from the trenches world report i wanted to touch on this during the one of the hours former u.s. representative alan west republican florida is joining the national rifle association other gun rights groups to warn about a backdoor attack on the second amendment by obama administrations environmental protection agency in a column posted on his website sunday west wrote about the doe run companies let producing plant in Herculaneum, Missouri, which is being forced to close after the EPA required to spend up to $100 million on upgrades. DoRUN, the last primary lead smelter in the United States, has been around since 1892, but is closing on December 31st. West accused Obama using the EPA to advance back to our gun control. We are all distracted with Obamacare and trans, and we'll see, nuclear negotiations, which is all yap and BS. first of all pressure involved remember the rambling is you're right across the board everybody will be betraying everybody else you know facts that each other anyway again the article just as a follow-up here more than a minute here from the trenches will report dot com go down through the scroll it's obama's clandestine plan to make bullets vanish the set to do with the lead plant we covered uh... weeks ago everybody uh... down to but that's the kind of thing that bummer in the filter the communist in washington new of the flying anyway we have a caller who do we have Ralph, jump in there, sir. How you doing, sir? Go ahead, we got you. How you doing, Mark? Pretty good. Actually, we've been outrageously busy, although we do have a dusting of snow, which is not making me happy. It's inevitable, but it's here. So. Very good. I like your comments on the ammo thing, but the ammo is not even close to the station that this is going to cause. Very important. I see car batteries going to $400, $500, $600 for eight in the next few years. through this, like if you make less than $190,000 a year, you're not going to be able to afford it for your car. It's the same thing that happened, remember with oil, I don't know if you've been listening back when we were WTPRN, the oil thing, actually farther back than that, going back to the 90s. If the gas prices were realistic, oil prices, you know, a quarter oil would not have been $1.25 per se. The gas price was a fiction rolling up and down. But when they really got serious about smacking us, look at what a price of a quart of oil is today. Insane. Now, it's graceful and insane. This is an example of what you're talking about. Because I try to tell people, guys, you're looking at five, six, and seven dollars a quart for oil. And you know how people that were at the office were like, oh, that's crap. Oh, but I don't know what they're talking about. You know, their usual BS. I said, no. realistically, if they want to hurt you, that is going to hurt you. Again, across the board, all P.O.L. – patrolling oil and lubricant products – intentionally were ratcheted up. With the lead production – this is virgin lead, by the way – there's reprocessing, but the problem is that most of that is being Chinese and Belgian controlled now, and they're shutting those down, which there's no discussion on yet. See Belgium has taken over all over the country has taken over the steel industry let them do this and systematically they have been shutting down and destroying cutting up and smelting the plant they've literally had it come collapsing on itself these massive foundries Chopping up, you know, the the cauldrons chopping up all of the lifting gear putting it right into the next we know the last is the last smelt that's there and Breaking it all down and destroying it then going on to the next one and doing the same thing. Now the recycling plants that are recycling lead are they're doing the same thing but it's the Chinese that are doing it. So on top of that as is pointed out this is the last lead facility which I would point something else out. Guys, lead is naturally occurring. This is the kicker on this, Ralph. Lead is naturally occurring. Why do you think the lead smelter is where it is? Because that's where the lead is. See everybody listening I want to emphasize this. Oh my goodness, the EPA saved us. Don't you think the lead is still there, people? The only thing that's happened is the stuff that was on the surface, this is like oil. The stuff that was on the surface has been gone. We used it first because it was the cheapest, fastest, easiest way to get oil. So it's all out of sight, out of mind. Then all of a sudden you can tell everybody, oh before the white man showed up, the birdies were flying and oh, it's just like a national park. Yeah, it did, except that oil set on the ground, copper, mineral deposits, sulfur, oil, or forgive me, lead. All this stuff sat everywhere. Literally above ground. Oh, the birdies sit on the lead pile. Oh, the lead poisoning, what shall we do? Amazingly enough, nature seemed to keep right on functioning. So the whole BS with regard to this, this site is already a lead center. Not just the site itself, but the area is. And it's also why the bullet companies, this is the one thing that I didn't really tie into this. Guys, if you haven't noticed, go punch up Spear, Hornady, and all these other companies. Take a look at where their primary bullet production is. Then take a look at where this foundry is. You think this is gonna affect just that lead company with regard to jobs? Oh, there's a whole bunch of other stuff going on, because if that lead can't be harvested from there, They don't have to sit there where they are, they're going to have to figure out how to make things work. Shipping stuff farther in or moving stuff is going to cost more. But not just of course for the public company like you said. How many other companies are nearby that operate directly off that smelt? See that's the other thing. Yeah, we can do a demographic study because I can let my fingers do the walking through the computer pages. How about you go to all the battery companies and take a look at where their primary production is if they're US. And what do you want to bet that about 40 to 60% are right there in that area of operation? Now, I'll remind you that a percentage of these companies, if they're Americans still, a lot of them are Chinese, they're over in communist China, so let's remember that too. But the ones that are Americans, some of them do make nothing but recycle lead batteries. Some of the companies that are low end, Yeah, we do recycle batteries, we do recycle lead, and that's what we do. And typically will be where the recycled smelt is, because it contaminates a lot of times. In fact, they typically want lead acid, have a contaminant, but the acid itself, which is, it becomes part of the breakdown, who actually breaks down the lead, is what creates the lead oxide. Lead oxide combination now creates a certain amount of lead. an acid composite that when you smelt it, unless you're willing to smelt it more to bleed off the acid, that's going to be there. We don't want that in other parts of the industry for a lot of industrial and or mechanical processes. It's typically a set of recycling, or they try to. If they do mix it, they also spectrometer tests, and they check to see what the acids, phosphates, there's all kinds of other materials that are contaminants they can't have. in the lead if it's for a particular industry. See, so that's where this pure lead is so critical. That's the other part about this. Here's another thing where lead is used heavily, meaning an industrial or boring and drilling. Something that nobody, oh, well, try and find a can of white lead and see what it costs right now. Watch and see what happens to it next. Well, getting back to what you were saying about, you know, tearing down the melt of air, Well it sounds like they did the same thing with the Morrill building, the debris from that and 9-11. They're pretty well rehearsed on getting the evidence out of the place. 9-5, all day and all night long. Last time I talked to you about the AMPIA radio last week. Yes. I just see sweaters from people, other hams. They were all day long on the northeast, you should be able to get in. questions, oh by the way, Saturday night limiting that. I don't know what you've been through. Well that's Captain Monahan, as a matter of fact you'd love to sit down with him. He has a lot of original Edison and Bell equipment. We were just in the right, you know, we're in the right place here in Michigan. A lot of that old technology, well you just, you could spend hours in his storage. For instance, he had one of the first eight generators built by Edison. sold one of them a few years ago but he has one of the first he has two of the first eight many many other items like that that are one of a kind but the other thing he's into is steam and if you get a chance go to our liberty tree radio page our liberty tree radio channel on youtube go through our videos scroll back you'll see the gym monahan small engine and steam event we've got more than a few of the videos posted there go watch them all and if you look in the background you'll notice there are some masks there. We have ham operators every time he does that once. He does the big event once a year. But on that site we have a number of ham operators that come in and they broadcast all through the weekend. They actually start on a Thursday and they don't quit till Sunday night. And of course he has a mobile unit. You'll see one of his mobile rigs there. The other mobile rig is a gray trailer that you'll see there. There are several of those that he's built. These are mobile CPs, we just finished one, in fact two of them up north, same model, they're a thick and a tock. The command centers have both signal communications, battle board planning, and information, everything's all there in one module. So that's the kind of stuff he's been doing for a long time, he's a great guy, you have a lot of fun, if you love radio, and I know you do Ralph. You have a great time sitting down with these guys. You got a whole bunch of good operators that are here in the area that have been doing radio for a long, long time. Other people joining in. I've been on the Patriot and Liberty net for 20 years. A lot of them are patient listeners. This is one thing. Part of it is what's going on and the weekend especially is where they use your broadcasting for classes. And I'll tell you that right now. What they're doing is when they're running up rigs. They're usually running several systems simultaneously. The biggest thing is that we've been trying to bring 20, 30, up to 100 operators at a time. They had a large class up at Waukamp and I could hitch them. We bring a bunch of operators in, they all sit down, and we do nothing but six meters. That's all that we're doing with six meters. This last weekend, six meters. How does it work? What does it do? How do you put it together? What are you looking for at the ham fest? And the idea is that we're just getting focused that job done and what we've done, I did what we call the death march. About back in what was it, 90, 95, 94, 95, we put up an entire micro FM and CV grid across the state of Michigan. We started from the base of Ohio until we got to Wisconsin border of one month. This day afternoon, in some cases until Sunday night, we would come location, location, location. We had several thousand feet of coax. We had Antron antennas, we had all of our 6 meter antennas, everything was there in bulk. We bought it by the tens, actually we bought it by the hundreds. And we went from place to place to place and set base stations up. The other thing we were working on at that time was marine radio. So we had one side of the truck was marine radio, the other side of the truck was CB, and every person, there were three of us to five of us on the team, and what we literally do is just nonstop. I knew I was doing too much. I think of you, maybe you've done this before, where I put the connector on the end of the coax and it didn't work. So I cut it off and I put it on again and it didn't work. And I put it on a third time, before I put it on a third time, I stopped and I said, why is it I see three cables? And then I slowed down and I got that one done right. I said, guys, we gotta rest for a little bit right now. And because we were already up, we've been going for three days. We were literally as quick as we could load everything up in the truck. lay down on the back of the truck and one person driving and we went point to point to point. We weren't the only ones doing this. I actually built up four or five crews. That's the way we need to be working people because what we did is in one week we had all the state of Michigan connected with Marine and all of it with CB and with 2-meter, you know, with repeaters. I've helped to build several repeaters. for two meters. In fact, one is an antique. Two of them were Motorola repeaters, actually very nice units built in about 1979. Oh, forgive me, 1977. They were Motorola's from 77 to two. About the size, you know, about half of a telephone booth. And then the third one that I just sent out here last year, we did Homebuilt. I did that back in 1975 with a, my teacher was Mr. Smith. It's not because he's trying to be anonymous. It was Mr. Smith. And he taught us to do everything from scrap. If you can do it from scrap, if you can do it from wreckage, you can build anything. And what we did is that particular repeater, I don't know if you've ever seen these. Have you ever seen a three-dimensional circuit board? Do you remember these from the 50s and 60s? They actually were a cube. And the whole unit plugged in, and you had a hand grip. They were the size of your index fingers. I'm sorry, go ahead. I was just saying really, I'm illiterate when it comes to like, any Santana. Well that counts for a whole lot because you know antennas are what count. Antenna theory is what makes the radio work. I run a full wave loop and I am not bragging. I'm not patting myself on the back but 249 foot diamond. I feed it with 75 ohm coax. Most of these nets I get on, I'm running 10 watts into Virginia. And the guys, now they razz me, they say, can you turn it up to 50 a little bit? It's kind of on a noise level. It's amazing, I was talking to California on 100 watts the other night, very readable. 75 meter band, but what you're doing with the six meter, definitely once you get away from the coast. Well that's the thing about marine especially because you know like you're over towards the coast so you'll see a little more radio traffic there. We're even even on the lakes. I don't know maybe you've noticed this. Guys so many people have parked their boats and aren't using them that marine is dead. I mean you could talk anywhere on marine channel all day and you're not going to step on anyone. Well stay off of 16 and more. Right yeah yeah stay off well again stay off the active commercial and stay off of the designated signal frequencies for security or for usually each area as you through the Coast Guard they'll designate that that actually does happen for the most part if you just monitor this is what I try to teach everybody don't plug the microphone in just plug the thing the radio in make sure the antenna is connected make sure the coax is secure make sure that everything is where it's supposed to be and then start listening to people The one thing that we do is we scan and the marine channel, you know, I'll say this 20 years ago, there was a lot more activity because there were more boats on the lakes because people could afford to take their boats out. But between the eco freaks and the taxes, the boats just aren't out there and nobody even wants to draw attention to themselves because they're terrified the coast guard is going to come and put a gun to their head. And so that's why, you know, cool. That's the cool thing about it is that for that reason, the radio nets pretty well opened up. The other thing is if you're in Iowa, you're not going to hear anybody in marine. You know, just to get back to your coax project, I'm afraid, you know, you do it the way you like, but I have found one of the most coolest things for nine bucks is when you're putting coax together in the braid, that is a neat little, only like nine bucks, and it makes such a nice connector. I was going to say that it gives it a more integrated bond because it melts the solder, the resin-sodder combination down there in amongst the mesh more efficiently. That's a good idea. Thank you for bringing it up. A lot of people, they get a lot of noise in. That's where you get more noise from, yeah. Exactly. Yeah, and like I said, you know, what you guys are doing is fantastic. I wish we could hook up some of the people that are out there and you yourself, like, Saturday night I left my phone number, you, Don, anybody from there doesn't have their license they can call me on myself and I can put you guys over the air and I announced that I was gonna try to do that, mon. No problem. I'll tell you what, Rob, we're here as a top, sir. You wanna stick around or you gotta take off? What would you like? Oh, you can stay right here with me if you want to.
