Now, right now, apples, of course, are dirt cheaper in Michigan by comparison to what they've been because we've had a record apple crop. Massive quantities of food in several directions here. Pumpkins, apples, whatever. So food for drying or food for, food for, you know, like, shall we say, stepping out, grabbing something and pulling it back if you needed bulk. Most people are not going to think about apples. But that's something that just needs to be put on the list of things to do. However, oatmeal. Now I've mentioned this many many times over the years. Oatmeal in bulk. Better than always wear. Well, while your feed mills of course are readily available, the 50 pound and 100 pound bag or by the ton into the inventory very very quickly. Now this is a really this is something you really need to do. i mean when the time comes up to it right now this needs to be well okay one person is given the assignment take there's the money go to the bill by this now it looks like it's getting serious in any way shape or form and if it starts the middle of the night and business hours this is our you're not to be able to you know grab you know grab anything in time before either government shuts it down or whatever so you have to pay attention to the rail that well another is better keep your ear to the rail and that means not checking the mill as you go by it every once in a while just to make sure that number one there's inventory there and hey what's what the government been doing have they been talking about stuff or they've been you know do a little probe yourself find out what where are they right now in their mind want to do that is because remember the guys the system is going to play a card you know several cards out that easily will be ID when the time comes that you'll be able to see coming actually see this stuff coming there's no doubt So let's remember that in the process of this happening, process of the critters making their move, even with mills and with factory warehouses, etc. for food production, you're going to know because the flags will already be going out through the system. Since we have several mills here in this area that do cake mixes, can't corn muffin mix, anything you can imagine. If you buy directly from them and the employees can, they can save lot of money that way and get brand new product they know when they know exactly what went into the box as far as for food storage longevity okay a cornmeal, corn muffin mix all of that those are food stipples those are good to the same way well Mark they're really dope well you're gonna have to be creative like Grandma and Great Grandpa and you know everybody else was and Great Great Grandma in the day when this is all the fair that everybody had to work with the important thing is again volume countries have based, again, their whole cuisine on certain, the scooch. Well, everybody knows about haggis. If you don't know about haggis, well, look it up and go, oh, and then figure that, yeah, see, even the, even the sheep guts don't go to waste. Well, they don't even in this country either because again, natural casing sausage, well, where do you think it came from? Why do you think you call it natural? You think there's a natural casing sausage tree out there somewhere? That'll give you a big hint. check. Another thing that most people won't think about right away. Volume and bulk, but also weight. What we do is we take the grade two, we've got a wood burner. So we take a couple of our big trays and we roast them, heating the house and doing them. We also flavor them. And this is where in of whatever kind you want, you can go sweet, you can go spicy hot, you can go whichever direction you want. just like the flavored peanuts that you buy in the store. You make them yourself. The important thing here is having the spices, this gets into the next item. What are you going to do to create variety? The oregano, say for Italian, the Italian range of seasonings you want, of course spans the entire planet. It goes from Asian to European to African. Salt Lake is one of those you definitely want. All obviously again, but from not just, you know, all these items, not just, you know, for the flavor change, but also medicinal. Now you don't have to tell me if I'm talking about peanuts, I'll say, oh, I'm allergic to peanuts. OK, fine. Well, you won't be doing the peanuts thing, will you? All you food, the price, you get a lot of eating. And both of these are simple storage items. Rolled oats, which I have probably close to 2,000 pounds, about a ton of right now on the shelf. Canned, in number 10 cans. And five gallons of squares, we go through rolled oats. Confused to the idea of how to use them. Let's put it this way. got a lot of apples, make some apple crisp, handfuls of rolled oats come in real handy to volume out and create a really nice combination along with the, oh that's right, some sugar, sugar or cane dirt and some of the molasses if you want, oh it's stuffy, but whatever you've got in the way of a fruit, the whole idea of the peanuts, now the third is pop And I've said this before and I'll say it again and I don't want to see any goofy articles by some idiot who's listening in and goes, do you know the theater popcorn is bad for you? What the hell does that have to do with what I'm talking about? We're talking about traditional popcorn. Popcorn is non hybrid. Corn is one of those things where you make the seed to make the next crop. You can buy bulk popcorn from any number of different sources. Many of them independent growers because there's a whole full and a full competition class for making popcorn. You don't know this, do a little research. It's really kind of neat actually. Some growers only do bushels a year, thousands, all of them compete. You didn't know that? Oh yeah, there's a popcorn competition. It goes on globally, but it's also nationally versus state and national whatever. Popcorn is one of those things. It stores well, it stores indefinitely, and it's a change-up item. You know what? You're not going to go to the store and get Frito-Lays anymore. You're not going to be going to the store and picking up Cheetos. But people are used to munchies. And when the little click, this small riot police group showed up, well, if you watch through the video, you'll see that the guy who's in charge keeps looking and his face is panicked because he was not, he was probably told, don't worry Ralph, you get out there, we'll be right behind you.
