What was interesting, Maricopa County had an ad. $106,000 a year, not for the city manager, or for the county commissioner, or for the county commissioner board. They were already making that kind of money. They're making more than that. $106,000 a year starting for a head owner to go find government funds, to go find government tits to suck off from. And of course, well, I guess the logic there is it was going to be self-financing, right? Why, if you can find enough government teeth to suck off from, we'll be able to, we'll be, we'll be a problem breaking in $106,000 and petty change in cash. $106,000 a year to go find tits to suck off that the Fed have created. The problem with that is, you feel that tug at your wallet? Because when you have these parasites doing this, all of us are getting sucked off by that kind of creature. Well, if we could do that, we couldn't make more positions, fake positions where, and this is what's cute, you know, for instance, if you understand how a pilot program works, let's talk about government kid sucking from, you know, the Fed end. The Fed lays down what are called pilot program guidelines. These pilot program guidelines establish specific mechanisms for how many people you need. You need to do an investigative report and survey on operational potential of the activity, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. You write a brief. It's minimal. Nowadays it's minimal. It used to be about, oh, a foot worth of forms to even get any government grants. Well, they streamlined all that because they need all of these little piglets sucking on the government tits so that the Fed comes down to the local level and then the Fed can lord over all the idiots who were stupid enough to get the contract. But they were dumb. They were low IQ to begin with. And the idea behind this is that since the idiots are all conditioned for the public school system, be socialist titsucker. What happens is that then they get in these positions and they don't read a single page of what they signed when they got into this. They're just, oh, you know, I'm a little chickadee, you don't have to fill out any forms with, wow, this contract here. Oh, there's a lot of pages. Don't read the fine print, my dear. Just sign this and you guys will have the rolling in the dough syndrome. Oh, yes. Well, they also know this in the Fed countdown. They can set everybody up on this over and over again. If you set up a pilot program, you have to have a committee, obviously, you have to have a team management mechanism. Progressively, you have to have a manager, personnel, etc., etc. Well, this is for a pilot program. The pilot program is a big chunk of change, unaccountable. And so what they do is they take an existing building room, classroom, or office. They take and put a, do a printer up, a logo sheet up, they tape, duct tape a sign to the door saying that this is this new office full of dust and nothing's really going to be done. And there's a minimal obligation to what they have to do to get the tip money they can then shovel over into their pockets. Now this is also very loose chain so that then they're set up for criminal charges. So always the same M.O. and these idiots have done this over and over again, but in many cases they don't get caught right away. See the idea is you do this enough so that the idiots buy into the slicker program and they have a fake office that's probably got five, six or seven signs duct taped to the same door. It's dust-filled, usually storage boxes. supposed to be an office in there, supposed to be five, six people working and, you know, and shuffling paperwork and government forms, which there is somebody generating on a computer and a printout, government form, blah, blah, blah, and of course with a fake report on what's actually going on because of this very important dynamic program that was the latest. They saw it in Popular Mechanics, the article about it, and they saw it in Township Associations News, and it was on the government website, the most important thing. the de jure flavor of the day, the most important thing that we got big money slash candy for. But anyway, whatever scam they put, come up with, with the tip sucking at the government end, all of a sudden they've met all the basic pilot qualifications. You want to know what happens to that very important program, it was next to that thing, a slice white bread. They're supposed to maintain it, and after, of course, the initiating funds from the pilot money from the Fed, supposedly all of this money that they initially spent was going to be matched locally. Now let me point something out about this. This happened back in the 90s. When all of this started, we had a little department here, had seven police officers outside of Battle Creek, Michigan. Anybody remember this one? I've covered this over and over. It's not the only one. Well, two of these departments are now out of business out of the hundreds that we mentioned. Two of them are out of business here in the last month. They cranked themselves to death. They ticket themselves out of business is what they did. But this little department could barely afford to have seven people in its employ. But then, oh praise Clinton and the communists, praise the FEMA police state, they had bucket money coming in. Then they hired 50, they had 53 employees by the time they were done. Boy, all of a sudden, they had cop motorcycles, they had all kinds of special assault gear. Now this is a town that it's full number of cops. You gotta remember you're doing seven days a week. You got to have a you know, I have a day shift and night shift and they barely had a night shift one guy by himself and most of the time they counted on the They had the county come in and take care of things on the weekend in the evening Okay, all of a sudden they got 53 employees and they got goose steppers everywhere and they're ticketing Everybody. Oh, they're going to town. They got SWAT and they got SWAT assault vehicles You think this whole assault vehicle thing is new? Come on people go back to the history what we were felt saw going on in the 90s So anyway, they got all this stuff and they started ticking in the downtown area and they were patrolling with, you know, SUVs and all they were black and they were all tinted black windows. And all of a sudden this town was like, what the hell? We're going to be invaded by somebody. Oh my God, we were. They were invaded by the police state, created by the Fed, funded by the Fed, created by idiots who bought into this. Well, the Fed funding stopped because it was a pilot program. Like we told everybody after that. After the two years, well then they have to fund this themselves. Guess what? There was only enough money in that community to finance seven peace officers that were supposed to just make sure that somebody didn't break into your house. But now they had 53 parasites. And those 53 parasites turned their ravenous red eyes on everybody. Zero tolerance for driving. One mile over the speed limit, $35 ticket. And they were writing to everybody and anybody, here's what happened to the sugar daddy that used to be the town. All of a sudden people didn't want to go near that town. People who might have casually driven through it before stopped going there. The downtown area businesses started to suffer, little dot on the map, seven peace officers, maybe four or five thousand people living in the town. Nobody wanted to come and visit their relatives and get a ticket. 53 parasites swarming in black uniforms with black SUVs desperate to fund themselves. And they zero-tolerance. And oh, they had to search the cars because the Fed told them they could search cars. And on that side of the state, we had these black columns of pigs in black uniforms, 20 cars, all going around harassing people over on the west side of the state on a regular basis. We all know about that. We were hunting them just as hard as they were hunting other people. Anyway, it got to the point where nobody came into the town to do business for anything. And the stores started to roll up their sidewalks. Cutting back on the hours and then one or two of them went out of business. Now eventually, here's the quandary. You got 53 employees. You got about what? 46 more than you need. But if you lay them off, the town still had to pay welfare, you know, unemployment. So they ended up basically closing the whole operation down and the department completely shut down gone Of course before that happened more than half of the town went under now you think that was an accident and The idiots bought into this we get Celine, Michigan had the same thing happen I still it's like yeah I don't go to Celine for anything that I don't have to and only if we had like a funeral there We had a funeral there what a month ago a little over a month ago, and that's it Same scenario over here. They didn't need and Progressively the downtown area nobody came near any of the stores at all and they still have a problem and it hasn't really been fixed But they're in a main drag Think about that. It's because people don't have a clue anymore, but take advantage of that. Remember, once you got those quarts of oil on the shelf, they're yours. People are always thinking about gasoline, but they're not thinking about lubricants, slash, It's called POL of the military. Petroleum oil and lubricant products, especially critical to mechanized operations of all kinds. Let's keep that on the list of things to keep an eye out for too. Whenever you can see something, I just got what, three quarts of 10W30? Hands and book spray. Two full gallons of antifreeze. for free because somebody apparently was cleaning out a garage where they were shifting stuff out and well this stuff was all outdated and so it's like yeah you're right well you know you don't argue with that and it's just like yeah thank you very much thank you very much thank you very much and now I've got several quarts of oil what's a quart oil running minimal couple dollars three dollars now four or five remember I warned you about this years ago the gasoline prices had shifted up but the oil prices hadn't right away remember that guys and I'd point out that oil costs a lot more than that gallon of gas to produce. In fact, here's how this works. In order to produce the gallon of gas that you put in that car, well, all they had to do was pull that off the top. That's called the skimming process. In order to get to that oil that goes in your crankcase or those greases or other high lubricants that are used in the factory you may be going to today, they couldn't do that if they didn't pull the junk like gasoline of the product. Those volatile een components, you might have noticed that, nephthalene, salene, racine. Oh yeah, and in fact, typically in the past, one of the little things about gasoline, my grandfather on my mom's side worked the oil fields in Oklahoma back, you know, the turn of the century, you know, the other century, not this recently, a hundred years ago, guys. And one of the things that his job was, when they were cracking in the field, cracking plants that they had all over, they would dump the waste into holding areas like rice paddies. And then they would take a flare and burn it off. That's what they were doing with the gasoline. Oh, yeah, they cranked out so much of it and nobody had any use for it. It was cheap and free. So somebody said, wait a minute, that's volatile. It's storable. It's doable and eventually somebody figured out, wait a minute, well the oil companies realize this is money. Of course, they were helped to develop the process and the rest is history. Rather than burning three or four acres of gasoline in the town, oh yeah, it was impressive kids. Used to use a foyer launcher to set them off and walk away, go to another field a couple miles away and do another one. They had a regular round for getting rid of the gasoline and the naphthalene and other stuff that they weren't using. They just pump it into an open pit field area and burn it off. And mass. So it's just a little part of history. It's like leaded gasoline. Do you think gas comes with lead in it? Remember back in the 70s when you were all scammed on that one? When we were charged more for unleaded gasoline than we were for leaded gasoline? Does everybody remember, you see, leaded gasoline requires adding lead. We were paying less for leaded gasoline than we were for something that did not require any other step. Now a little thing about leaded gasoline, originally when leaded gasoline was developed, the truck driver that fueled the tanks at your gas station, that's where they added the lead. Typically had a little sugar like a cigar box about the size of a cigar box with a schedule on the lid on the inside It was a kit and it had little packets that look like sugar cubes of powdered lead They would dip the tank determine how many gallons ever gonna put in the tank and then the driver Would drop so many additional cubes of lead powdered lead into the tank Then throw the fuel in and that would mix help to dissolve and mix the lead and that's why you got let it be all in the field tanks you know in any of your gas stations years ago well that whole says of loading the pit it's so difficult to let the fuel we take there and blah blah blah blah all the propaganda you heard by the way in the seventies when you're getting raped why you know what costs three four dollars more to make that special on let it gasoline there's no example of why this is why there's a discussion that was you know put up about simply, you know, the basic rule about it. The majority of what we see in the controlled media is just propaganda. And it's not like it's new. This is something that, as long as we understand this, we'll be doing fine. It's the same, it's no different from any of the other societal, you know, or civilization constructions I've tried to talk about, you know, where you have to be multi-dimensional. See, everybody always does this with the propaganda of the movies. those Mayans were such pure, loving individuals that were totally different from every other human on the planet. They were so sophisticated. No, they had a pecking order. They had poor people. They had middle class and they had upper class. An economic structure in place, an agrarian economic structure that was always the foundation of every society. It doesn't make any difference which one it is. Pyramids, whatever story you come up with for the pyramids, the only way the pyramids could be made is if you had a bounty of food the calories to bring a whole bunch of workers together in one place so you could feed them and whip them into building the pyramids. Whatever story you want to believe about how they were done, I don't care. The basic macro issue is you have to have the calories in production to feed the bodies in one place and continue to funnel the calories to where they need to be. In fact, the whole thing about, again, multi-dimensional. Each society has a foundational food stuff. Traditionally, that is the core, the Italians, the olive, and the wheat, corn, maize, here and gourds, the gourd products, the pumpkin and all the squash and everything else. Each society had something that it didn't mean that they didn't have an overlap, but there was always and has been a dominant, rice, always a dominant, always something that ingrained into the society. Mayans topped out hearts. but you know the chopping up the heart supplement and gave a little extra protein for those poor families that didn't exist because everything was perfection in the mind culture, don't you? No, it wasn't. They were people just like anybody else. And all the other drama and all the other nonsense created by the witch doctors, etc. is just no different from the witch doctors we have today that are pulling the same stuff. Now, a couple other things about this whole thing with the federal funding and how it corrupts at the local level. I was mentioning the pilot program concept and it's not counting, it's the standard, okay. One of the things about this is that they're eventually, by creating this open door, no accountability program, and there are two systems still in place. There's the unaccounted for bucket money programs, and then there's the traditional accountability slower method, guaranteed that the money goes where it needs to go programs, and those are still out there but nobody all of these this is an example of total before humans are lazy bureaucrats are sloths typically the human that gravitates towards the bureaucracy is a sloth okay a ground sloth a giant ground sloth okay so what was really funny is back in the early odds just before we had that little crisis A lot of the government tip money started to roll up. The cheapy bucket money with no accountability where all they had to do was these minimal pilot things. They duct taped the sign on the door claiming that the same office, you know, they paid for the same furniture that they never moved 20 times, 50 times, 100 times. Well, if we have an office, you get a budget for furniture you gotta buy from Steelcase. How much does it cost to furnish an office? Oh, oh, $40,000! So every time they found this new pilot tit money to suck off from, $40,000 right off the bat got raped off and put into their pockets. And it went out the door, went out the back door in checks written to their brothers, their cousins, fake or shill companies, etc. And then of course, don't forget computers. There's $100,000 right there. But the computers that they bought, which were of course technically, if you look at the way people account things, were outdated because they were bought with a pilot program five years earlier. Well, they used them for 40 or 50 different scams. So if they ever came to look at it, there's the pilot program computer. Never turned on, in many cases never pulled out of the box. Collecting dust, so thick that you can see the mouse tracks when they walk through the room looking for crumbs. and realizing the rooms never been open and full of dust and full of office boxes that have never been opened eventually you see that money dot and about got shut off just exactly which is part of the plan the long-term plan to begin with all of a sudden these characters got desperate i watch this personally guys because they they were they were such they were just you know the the collect those doing this all the sort of had no backup plan like i've told you time again and they've they're scampering around this one office is scampering around and now all of a sudden giving forms the big packs of forms the teachers and to administrative people and they're telling you that fill this out and i watched is this one character you look he's looking at these forms in this person comes in and he's totally bewildered because it's a classic government form it's about i'd say forty-some pages and it was an accountability form why well because the kit suckers who were so used all this cheap five bar five gallon bucket money coming in with no accountability they spend it all they stole it all it was down the road in somebody's restaurant it was down the road and somebody's you know back back you know garage door you know hideaway there's a you know hollow wall in the back and they tucked away all the cash there they've stolen everything they're so used to stealing there was nothing really being spent on you in the township or on the county or at the corrections facilities or whatever so now all of a sudden they needed to go find a way to find some tip money to suck off from and the only thing available were the big grant systems not big and they got a lot of money but big because there's about five feet of paperwork you've got to do and there was total accountability to protect you the taxpayer to make sure that you weren't raped and they couldn't come back and rape you every so many minutes with more and more and more of these budget buckets piled with money high with no accountability there was that was not allowed years ago guys if you want to understand why we have the problem we have it's because of the pigs and the Yohudi trash would intentionally set up these non-accountability projects. But what they had to do is they had to turn to something, so what they did is all these other grants, nobody touches because, well, the word work is attached to them, and not only that, but responsibility. Every aspect of whatever they were going to do had to be signed and accounted for. Serial numbers for all of the items had to be there on the forms. Those forms had to be backed up by other forms with more serial numbers for every computer, every desk, every chair, to account for everything that supposedly this money was going to go to. And then they couldn't make the chair or the computer disappear and go down to their restaurant. because everything was going to be serial numbered so that it couldn't be stolen by the bureaucratic pig that was used to feeding off that trough. And you know what? They were perplexed. They were terrified. And not only that, but it was a lot of work. Well, before all we had to do is just squiggle on this contract and whore ourselves out to the Fed and give them total authority. And we got all kinds of freebie junk. But where's the freebie junk gone? Where did it go? Well, you know, just kind of disappeared. And you know that these characters were so ill, you know, they're ill prepared and so incompetent that they could not figure out how to do the paperwork. I watched this first hand personally. They started begging for help from other people who may have had experience with the bureaucracy. Oh yes! It was funnier than hell. If I had had a camera, the deer in the headlights expression and all of these parasites, now what was really interesting about nine tenths of the way through them doing all this paperwork, one of the head hunters found some more bucket money. And so all of a sudden they were all, the countenance of all of these parasites changed. We have to do all this paperwork. We found something we found. That's literally how they were people. We found another 10th to suck off from. Here's the thing, it was chump change. So they all dropped what they were doing, all these swine. And now they were back in the money again for a whopping 20 days. Nobody bothered to look at all of the other, well like, well how much were they able to bring in? They were so used to feeding and stealing at such a high level, that the money that normally would have operated any township or county or any institution like a correctional facility, all of a sudden that money went, because everybody kept stealing at the same level out of the accounts. Everybody kept writing themselves the free gas. Everybody kept grabbing your tax dollars and running down the road with it giggling and laughing. So for 20 days they got a reprieve and then all of a sudden they had to go back to the forms but they made a mistake to see because all the forms were dated within a certain window and all that work that they'd had to muddy through before they had to turn around and start all over again with another new pile of four feet worth of government forms and so those lazy pigs in the system those lazy bureaucratic sloths right back to square accountability people accountability and responsibility used to be attached to the system there isn't any and that's why we're in the situation we're in and the epitome of that is what you saw happen with the banker bailout with the pigs just openly pulling the mask off flagrantly walking away with the bank, with your bank account, with your wallet, your hard-earned digits, your tax money, and also future tax money that the pigs would demand. All but the insult to injury, they came back when the change took place and when Barry Satoro, that meat puppet for the kosher mafia, as soon as he got in, they were turned right around and did it again on a massive scale. Now, what I've described locally is exactly what you saw nationally. And they were prepping everybody so that everybody could go, well, well, everybody else is stealing. Why can't I steal big time? All my cousins were stealing little time locally. Didn't we give you buckets of money? You can't complain. We gave you buckets of money from the taxpayer for free. Why are you complaining? We didn't account for any of it. Why would you ask about what we're doing with the money for this? We have fake banks we're gonna fill. Wow, this does go full circle, doesn't it? See, this didn't happen in a vacuum. It was not one dimensional. Three dimensional. Plus, there's that fourth dimension, time. longs we can properly wrap our brain around will understand why does the founding fathers explain you in the declaration of independence about that multitude of parasites which hopefully today here it is for almost to the top of the next hour here uh... role that almost head into the third hour i'm hoping we're going to hear the big announcement governments going on joking every step away about this we're going to be a big announcement government's going to shut down and save america Our liberty will be saved when the parasitic horrors, the prostitutes, the bureaucrats, the pure rats are all having to go, Oh we ran out of money today, time to go home, shut the doors, turn off the lights, covers on them, we're not coming back for a while. You'd hope, you know we won't be that lucky guys. You know what, I'm hearing music in the background for some reason, I don't know why. We're gonna be back I guess. It's time, God bless the Republic.
