Summary
Mark Koernke discussed preparedness infrastructure including wireless technology, fiber optic systems, and CB radio frequencies for communication networks independent of government control. He promoted James Wesley Rawles' new novel 'Survivors: A Novel of the Coming Collapse' and encouraged patriot broadcasters to promote the book. The show featured extended caller segments addressing CPS (Child Protective Services) cases in Michigan, discussing government overreach in family matters, welfare dependency, and domestic violence situations. Koernke also covered the case of Randy Kelton, a pro se litigator in Texas imprisoned for practicing as a private investigator without a license, characterizing him as a political prisoner.

Live from progressive! Let's take another call. Hey Flo, uh, ever wonder if you offer too many discounts? Never! Homeowners, safe drivers, snapshot, pay in full. Right now we offer more discounts than ever. Doesn't that seem a bit... excessive? Wait, is this Bill and Tom from another insurance company? Uh... Hang on, hang on! Busted! Getting you all the discounts you deserve. Now that's progressive. Call or click today. aggressive, casually-insurance company and its affiliates. Mayfield Village, Ohio. Prices vary based on how you buy discounts. Nominable in all states or situations. Live 365. You've given government control to those who do you harm so they could burn down churches and seize the family farm and keep our country deep in debt. Put men of God in jail. Harash your fellow countrymen while corrupted courts prevail. Your public servants don't uphold the solemn oaths they've sworn. And your daughters visit doctors, so their children will be born. Your leaders send artillery and guns to foreign shores, and send your sons to slaughter fighting other people's wars. Can you regain the freedoms for which we fought and died? Or don't you have the courage or the faith to stand with pride? And are there no more values for which you'll fight to save? Or do you wish your children? to live in fear and be a slave. O sons of the Republic, arise, take a stand, defend the Constitution, the Supreme Law of the land, preserve our great Republic and each God given right, and pray to God to keep the torch of freedom burning bright. As I awoke, he'd vanished in the mist from whence he came. His words were true, we are not free, but we have ourselves to blame. For even now as tyrants trample each God-given right, we only watch him tremble, too afraid to stand and fight. If he stood by your bedside in a dream while you were asleep and wondered what remains of the freedoms he'd fought to keep, what would be your answer if he called out from the grave? Is this still the land of the free? And good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen. This is the second hour of the afternoon intelligence report. I'm Mark Corky. One day closer to victory for all of our brothers and sisters both on and behind the lines in occupied territories west, central, southeast, and south. Ladies and gentlemen, you are listening to us on... LibertyTreeRadio.4mg.com, PBN.4mg.com, and we are live 365. Then go to Liberty Tree Radio. We're also on AM and FM microstations, CB base stations, and Ultra Net Technologies both east and west of the Mississippi along with southern and central Alaska. We're on the Hallmark Network on the Easter Z-Board from the top of Maine to the bottom of Florida. From the bottom of Florida across the arc of the Gulf of Mexico, headed to Louisiana, Texas, Oklahoma, big chunk of Nebraska, a whole bunch of Wyoming to include both the pit and the third and winging our way across the plane sweeping over the burgeoning banks of the Mississippi and landing in the Smokies east of the Mississippi in the Old West. Yeah, that sounds confusing. That's right, the Lazy J, where the restaurant crew's grandma teams, the OK teams, the Ma Bell Gramma Consortium are doing their part to get the job done with the Golden Spike, a replacement part of the many bridging projects over the significant physical obstacles that, well, just gotta be we gotta be breached if we're gonna be able to do this nationally so again congratulations everybody there there is a meeting in mid michigan on saturday meeting in mid michigan on saturday meeting in mid michigan on saturday and a meeting at the restaurant on Sunday meeting at the restaurant on Sunday meeting at the restaurant on Sunday please order your meals you still have about four hours before everything shuts down if you haven't done that I got a feeling it's going to be a record meeting since they've been off for on physical projects actually I didn't have to mention it everybody knows that's in their system they have been moving hardware we've had a bunch of companies that are going up because of the October deadline and because of business problems They have warehouses they moved, everything has been done, stuff has been divvied up. They're talking about some new wireless technology that's actually old, but it's going to be available to everybody to link up part of the West Virginia, Virginia, and East Tennessee and Kentucky grid, I understand. So that's what the questions are going to be about this weekend. How can everybody pitch in? The way we do this is if we have a certain piece of equipment and everybody's got spare sitting on the shelf and it's the same model, they route them so that everything goes to that unit. to that group. Look at this as a battle board. That's how this is supposed to work. If I've got something that runs on cassette systems, oh yeah, that antique and old. Yes, guess what? We throw everything towards us that we find. We keep dumping everything towards us. Guess what? They never have to worry about running out of spare parts. They never have to worry about breaking down. See how that works, guys? Now, I'm not, that's just an example, but there are many other technologies. We're looking at fiber optic. There's five, six generations of fiber optic now. All of them are compatible, but each one requires certain support that we have been finding and recovering from the junk piles. Guess what? It's not junk. In fact, it's cutting edge state of the art for all practical purposes, although again, already 20 years old, 30 years old. Yeah. Anyway, it's not junk for us. It's a way to keep that little ma bell operation going up in the middle of the woods so they can talk to 40, 50, or 60 houses or 100 houses and everybody can talk to each other. They got lots of spare parts and then they link to the next node and they link to the next node and you link to the other node. By the time you're done it's just like the old bell system. We can all talk to each other without the phone and without the government. That's how it's supposed to be. Anyway, Wireless is the same situation, but we're not just using Wi-Fi or anything like that, guys. Other frequencies are out there. Let me give you a little hint of something else I wanted to mention. Remember we talked about the null CB frequencies. One of the biggest problems with using long band AM or other frequencies is the idea that there's interference. People, there are frequencies that you can use that are so clear you'd swear to God the person is in the room with you. And these are frequencies that will allow you to talk across the entire United States without an amplifier, without a linear, on CB. Now, you take that and use it for data streaming? Brrrp! Guys, you don't have to worry about repeat, repeat, repeat. Guess what? It works the first time. Wireless. First time, across the country, data streaming, brrrp! All done. See how that works and consider this you take the ultra high computer speed technology we have now combined with the low-tech older systems like this and It's guaranteed you're gonna get through first time every time and you don't have to clutter up the airwaves There's not gonna be any big flag or signature or non-stop streaming It can be pip streaming back and forth pip streaming back and forth. Oh See how that works and again prior proper planning prevents piss poor performance research and development experiment get a link think outside the box and Everybody needs to be doing this now Anyway, it is a beautiful 7th of October is a fourth year of open Fabian socialist and Soviet socialist occupation of America with a K 2011 It has been a busy week and it is Friday already Friday yes, it is for you guys. We out there on the left coast. It's only Oh my goodness, only 3, 12 or so plus or minus depending on your clock. You still got a few hours of work so be careful on the way home. The mornings all this week have had fog. In fact before I got out and about, Edward was already out there and you couldn't see out just the extent of your hand guys. So be ready for fog tomorrow morning. We got a lot of people traveling tonight. They should be good for most of the hours of the evening. In fact it stayed pretty clear. But because the air is clear, we see a drop in temperature. That fog in the morning is going to create issues. If you're leaving to go to a camp or a facility or a training site in the morning, calculate reduction in time based upon fog interference. So you've got to be careful on the road. We want you to get there, get home safe. All facilities are open, and good afternoon to all of our micro FM stations at Camp Emory, Camp Emerson, Camp Nagahitcham, Camp Whalen North. camp, let's see, new camp Stasa and camp, the Ogama Ranges and camp Ogama. Also Fox and Wolf and we have a number of new people that are rebroadcasting up in those areas. They've been, well actually they've been learning from the people who set up the micros at the training sites. So that's pretty cool. Micro FM transceivers or transmitters, they aren't transceivers, they're transmitters. www.ramzeelectronics.com. Forgive me, ramzeelectronics.com. That's www.ramzeelectronics.com, ramzeelectronics.com. Remember that one of the other things we do with the micro FM stations on our training sites, everybody can be carrying a micro FM receiver. Just a little dollar store set, paint it to camouflage, put it on your helmet or even attach it right to your booney hat, have a little earbud plugged in, and people receive orders in the field. When it's time to shift, we have what we call tack lanes. When everybody is doing tack lanes, there are five different training programs that are one hour increments going on at the same time. During the in block, there is a five minute warning and everybody knows that you've got to prep because you've got a five minute, you know, 15 minute warning before the end of the block. It could be two hours, one hour, hour and 20 minutes. However, the cycle is set up. At the end of that first cycle, everybody finishes up what they have to do. Everybody goes to their rally point, count your people, check your weapons. Everybody knows what's going on and time for everybody to shift. Everybody goes left to the next or right to the next station which is you know half a mile away, quarter mile away, could be just in the next chamber of the training building and you get the same class the other people did in the last block. Everybody progressively goes to five different classes. And each class is going on simultaneously. Well guess what? All that's coordinated through the micro-FM's. Now, otherwise, you can have music, you can have any number of different, you know, it can be on standby simply for instructional information. Wah, wah, wah, wah, wah, intruder alert, intruder alert, wah, wah, wah, wah. Think of how many different ways you can use the FM. Now if you don't use it for tack lanes, which is what isn't being done all the time, then you throw up Patriot music and leave it on, on play for people who are in the barracks or in the tent areas and want a little music for background. Something just to, you know, by the time, you know, or you have to make some background noise, they've got it in their ear or they've got it on their little boombox. Congratulations. This gives everybody the ability to get a warning order. Wah, wah, wah, wah, wah, wah, wah, intruder alert, intruder alert, intruder alert, wah, wah, wah, wah. and there's no special technology and no special radio necessary guys the FM radios are right off the shelf I just got two or three more this week couple really nice one of them kinda beat up you know what I just put them on the shelf they're gonna get boxed up they're going into radio storage and when the time comes if we needed them we got them they'll get cleaned up batteries make sure you take the batteries out don't leave the batteries in the pack you don't want them bleeding out on everything plus you never know like today or actually yesterday I found a unit and somebody had it loaded with rechargeable batteries and then threw the radio away. Well guess what? I took the rechargeable batteries out, put them in the rechargeable battery charger we have and they're now being used because I pumped up the charge. They replaced tired batteries in my solar lighting. So a couple of them are really blazing right now because they're better batteries than I would have bought normally. and again I don't know how long they've been around but you know what if they took a charge and they're still servicing and now they're being serviced by that little solar panel on top of the solar light they paid for themselves okay they thought was it worth it yes anyway just something to think about their little projects that are in motion a couple other things here and again this is Quartermaster Friday by the way too James Wesley Rawls' new book, Survivors, a Novel of the Coming Collapse, is out. 1292 is the price for you people out there, it looks like, if you buy from Rawls, from the support system. And again, that's, I think they're Amazon Books is where it's going through, guys. They've gone through about 35,000 copies and there are another 15,000 already ordered. Wow, what does that tell you? So the release started only back... Oh, go ahead, caller. Battery is not included. Yep, and battery is not included. This does not require a battery. Remember, books do not require a battery. However, on that note, we had a little conversation off the air between the hours. If you scroll down, survivalblog.com, or forgive me, survivalblog, OS, survivalblog.com, survivalblog.com, survivalblog.com, and you scroll down, there's a picture from the cover of the book. It's on the right side there. It says survivors, guy on horseback next to a shout out minivan. Kind of cool. Looks like the description of the image of one of the cities burning during the beginning of the collapse. Book bomb day order now. It says in green. Of course they started on the 4th. Right now this book is at least at number 20 on Amazon's action and adventure list by what they said. But if you click the survivors cover, It will give you all the information on what all is available. Okay? Where you can buy your copies of survivors, hardcore booksellers, amazon.com, BAMM, Barnes and Noble, Indie Bound, Powell's, Boomerang, Amazon D for Germany, I see, Boomerang for Australia, I, good I, mate. And so you can go to amazond.de for Germany, And then there's New Zealand. That's sad. I mean, I don't really know New Zealand. They're like ultra-left. Anyway, white cools, for those guys that are probably still somewhat human and civilized and oriented towards survival rather than standing under the bomb. New Zealand, it's wit cools. And then for the UK, good eye, oh my goodness, I say Amazon.co.uk. So, there are many options there. Also, audiobook sellers available on amazon.com. They've already got this out through audiobooks. Hell, it looks like they might even have it in German and Australia. That means everything is good. Everything is mite every once in a while at the end of the sentence. Unlike with candidates, A. What about A? A. Well, I don't have a Canadian version here yet. I don't think. Anyway, and then you gotta mention hockey every once in a while between there. Anyway, oh I know our Canadian listeners are fuming. No, I'm joking. You know that. Well, maybe not. Anyway, How to Survive the End of the World as We Know It is another non-fiction book. There's the other books that are listed here. Patriots, a novel of survival and the coming collapse. survivors and novel of the coming collapse, rolls on retreats and relocation. I highly recommend the how to survive the end of the world as we know it also. Okay, it's the end of the worms as we know them. Doo doo doo doo doo doo. It's the end. Oh no. Anyway, if you get a chance guys, that is really well written and it gives you ideas. These are idea books. The novels, Patriots, a novel of survival in the coming collapse, and survivors are parallel books, which is really neat. It's another part of the battlefield. This gives James, and I know what he did, it gave him a chance to give you other ideas based upon, I just jumped out of the bathtub naked and I got nothing. Now what do I do? Okay, so this is not necessarily the best way to do it, but I know what he did is there have been a lot of questions that Patriots developed and other work that James has been doing through his excellent survival blog site. Those questions are answered to a degree in this book form showing both mistakes and correct attitudes. It's not a perfect scenario for the people that are involved. Some of the characters are like, oh man. and some of the characters just don't make it. Okay, it's that simple. It's life. It's the way it works. So realistically what you're supposed to do is pay attention. The characters make the mistakes and then you won't. Okay, that's basically why you write a book like this. Okay, what went wrong? What went right? The most important thing is again take advantage of SurvivalBlog.com on top of everything else. They are very much into, as is obvious by the name, there is an ongoing series of articles that have been written by contributing editors, listeners, people who participate in different ways from different angles, firearms, food production, growing things, you name it, they do it. And so it is definitely worthwhile. But the book itself, let's jump on this and let's hit this hard. This is a great opportunity, it's a great gift. survivors a novel of the coming collapse. It's number 20, it might even have gone up a little bit in the last air-to hopefully with everybody mentioning it on the air. Every Patriot broadcasting group should be mentioning this book. Every, like there's all these others that say they're for the Patriot movement, they should be mentioning this book right now on the air, no matter who they are. Because if their concern is for their listeners, this is a way to provide an intelligent response for their listeners. and it jumps through every border no matter what network they're with and if they're not you gotta put a question mark next to that guys that's bottom line. Yeah, mr. V. No, that's okay. Actually, that's my point guys. This should be out there in Every venue we possibly can our purpose is to provide information. That's why we're doing paid for broadcasting It is not supposed to be entertainment in the process. We're trying to make you think hopefully giving you some ideas And yeah, we can make it fun in the process I'm gonna be smiling and laughing through this whole process one way or another because my enemy hates it They hate it if you are joyous of heart the and I know everybody's a man. This is all a bummer. Did no you get shake that off You know, that's one of the things people go special force. You know what really makes a difference? But you know you see all out of this grim BS I'm gonna tell you one of the things that it's a positive mindset when you take 12 people and a team and they're all together and they're all of like mine and they're all thinking the same way they're they're focused on the task they're gonna get the job done and they're upbeat and They're upbeat. They know it's serious, but it's still upbeat and we're going to inspire people. A 12-man A-team's job is to build an army. It wasn't to be the fighting force, although it can do that. Remember, a 12-man A-team's job was to build a 600-man battalion. to create every position. That's why each man, think about this, a 12-man A-Team, the real mission, not all the BS you see in Hollyweird and all the garbage you've generated for propaganda. They don't want anybody to think about this, for obvious reasons. Each man is a dual instructor. Each Special Forces individual in a 12-man A-Team has two different tasks. His original purpose was so that he would be a teacher in two different fields. All of them had to have language. All of us had to have language skills, backgrounds. Okay, no matter what, you didn't have a choice. But it was mandatory. This is why originally, remember the song, I brought this up many times. One hundred men will test today, but only three win the Green Beret. One hundred good men tested, but only three qualify. Anyway, it sounds like you have a caller. Who do we have? This is Bill from Bradwin. Go ahead, Bill. Jump in there. What you got? Oh, Benji, he's calling in too. He'll be here in just a minute. But like I said, you know, my opinion on the CPS is all they all need to be shot. Hang them from the highest three. Well, in the meantime, like I said, you got a battlefield situation here to deal with. We got another caller? Yeah, this is Benjamin Price, William Price's brother. I'm down here firsthand situation right up in the ground zero. Okay. Hold on. I'll get the mother and she can explain it to you. Okay, one of the things again like we said guys, most important here is that they listen to the program from the last hour. Okay Bill? Yep. That's one of the things that needs to happen because again solutions. We got a lot of other people that can pitch in with information to help you deal with this problem. Once the person is, we got the children out of harm's way which is the focus here. Then the idea is to move the parent and the children left or right of the arrow. Get them moved to one location or another. Hopefully nobody has given or divulged any of these other locations so that somebody is just hunting them down because usually if people offer too much information then it won't make any difference whether or not you move them. They just walk over to the other spot you already gave them the address for. Alright. Keep that in mind. Okay. Anyway, go ahead. map out the situation here, what's developed. Go ahead. Well, they stepped here today and they're going to try to replace them with family members is what they're saying. They are going to place them with family members? Yep. Okay. We're going to check. We got a throat in there and her uncle's got his name throat in there and most of our places have to pass as infection. So that's where that's at. But if we end up with a couple of them, it's going to be a two hour drive, you know, because we live up there in the north of Grand Rapids two hours, you know. So that's where that's at. And they said they also told us that they got to have it all done within 30 days. Well, wait a minute. Why is it going to take 30 days to deal with this? It took them only 15 minutes to put them in the foster care. Why doesn't it take 15 minutes to get them out and back where they belong? They told us today it could take up to 30 days. And they're scheduling a visit with the mother on Tuesday, a supervised visit. Okay, what was the purpose, what was the reason for them taking the children in the first place? In this case? One of the kids went to school and said that the babysitter spanked me. Okay, and the problem with that was what? They said it was abuse and stuff. Okay, now did the babysitter spank him? I don't know if she did or not. I didn't find out one way or another. Does anybody, do you think that they even give a squat at school at all? With that? Do you think that the school even gives a shit? Here, I'll use the common vulgar language there. Do you think they really care? They don't care. Now here's the other part about this though. You mean to say how old was that child? Eight years old. So does the eight year old hate his mother? Yeah. The eight year old hates his mother and went to school and decided to rat screw on mom and the babysitter? Well, I don't know if he hates his mother. But DS workers questioning I think they kind of cornered him into it because you know how it is, how easy it is to scare a kid and to say what you want them to say. Well back up here, okay, did the child go to the school and say they spanked me at home or did somebody go to the school and start yapping at him and he was being interviewed without parental guidance? He was being interviewed without a parent. Why were they, what was the purpose behind that? Why did they claim that they needed to interview him at school? Uh, because there has been domestic violence here before. It was just last week where the husband bit the wife and she had to go to the hospital and... This is beautiful. So, I think that's what really started it all. Okay, wait a minute. Did the husband bite the wife or hit... bit the wife or hit the wife? He bit the wife. Bit. I've got a question. The babysitter spanked him and they're taking the kid away? The babysitter? Yep. Not the parents the babysitter not babysitter Okay, there is a husband. Wait a minute. This is okay. Go ahead This is kind of changing the formula for I asked before there are women involved and I was told there was not a husband now There is a husband. Yeah, there is a husband. She put a big deal team letting come back and he got arrested for violating the PPO. Okay, well, now I don't see, hold on here, let's not go too much farther here for a minute. The husband and the wife were in an altercation. I can't see, I usually don't see a man running around the house biting somebody. So with a husband and wife in a tiff and she started fighting with him and somehow they ended up, or she was either scratching his eyeballs out or beating on him. And so between the tit for tat, she had no problem scratching him, kicking him, but he bit her. And so in the government husband program here, she called the cops. Yeah, which means that she's surprised that the government didn't step in and steal the child So why are you worried about shooting the cops when everybody seems to have dragged everybody else into this for no apparent reason really? I'd have a business calling the cops in the first place I wanted to shoot the cops. I'm just trying to help her out to get her kids back. No, no, no, no back up here First of all, she had no business calling it first of all who I don't care who started the fight This is a husband a wife going at each other and decide to get pissy with each other, right? Right pretty much. Yeah, they had no business getting pissy with each other and calling in a third party did they? Right. No they get benefits now This is this just no hold on here. We got a lot of background noise cover up a microphone whoever's doing that Cover up the microphone somebody cover up your mic the end of your phone so you don't bet background noise that makes it We got a lot of extra whistling or wheezing for some reason on the phone here I know it's static offline. Okay. Here's the reason I'm bringing this guy's going to cancel yourself out. Just take your thumb and cover up the microphone Okay. So do they receive benefits from the state before this fight happened? Yeah, actually. She gets loose lamps and stuff like that. Does he? No. He gets disabilities from the government. So you already got a contract with the government and that of course didn't help either. Now, I don't have any use for the CPS workers, but first of all, this is part of the information that needs to be incorporated when we talk about this. First of all, they got into a pissy match with each other. Government husband came in, and now, I wouldn't be angry if government husband, once you call government husband, he decides to take over. Now, so now you're angry because she called, okay, she's now upset because after she called a third party in, the third party is now taking over. That's what happened. That is what happens. Right. Did she feel good about calling the cops and getting them involved? No, I don't like Bill anymore. Well, gee, in other words, what I described in the last hour, Bill, you still there? Yep. Isn't this what I described without talking? I didn't have all the information, but now I do. Isn't this exactly what I said in the first hour? Yep. Now, I'll tell you what, the best thing you do, now you're in a lifeboat trying to bail water. Okay, which the enemy will try to escalate this problem and what you need to do is settle it down real quick. But, number one, this should teach everybody that government husband is not your friend. First of all, it's not a real good idea to start a fight. with your husband, scratch him, beat him, kick him and whatever, then get pissy because when you probably had your claws in his eyes, he might have chomped down with his teeth, that happens. I can't see a husband running around biting. Do you do that? Is that your first line of attack? Do you run around the house when you have a fight? Do you bite anybody in the family? Nope. I've never done this either. I've never run around the house chewing on the kids, biting on the wife. I've never done anything like this before either. Now, since that's the case, wouldn't you figure that there's probably two sides to this and that was there a physical altercation going on where somebody was getting angry and grabbed the husband? Yeah. And when they grabbed the husband, there was a tit-for-tat exchange, and since somebody decided they didn't like that they got tooth chompy because they stuck their face and hand in somebody's face, they tucked their hand. I can picture what's going on. So in other words, shouldn't it call the cops? Number one, why did you get a third party involved? Number two, let's not be fighting physically in the first place because if you have government contracts, the problem is government will come in and tell you what to do. Yeah, you see so number one is get rid of the food stamps get rid of the wick get rid of all the other stuff and cut that off Get the hell out of battle get out get the hell out of Grand Rapids number one because your mark number one is they got to do this systematically Number one they're gonna have to now stop all the other contact with government They're gonna have to if you want to if you don't want to be the target every other week for going down and spending your gas money to take care of this problem because it's still gonna take you a lot of gas money to do this and Right now the first thing you got to do is show that you got a place for the children to go Second is is the husband living with the wife or are they now all of a sudden separated or what's going on with this? He's incarcerated right now since the biting incident. Yeah for what? for what? domestic violence Oh, so on top of everything else, another important part about this is that the husband, okay, how many incidents happened with the husband in this? Was the husband the person who called or was the wife the person who called on the domestic violence? Well, from what I read on the paper, they've been out here like 20 times. They've had like 20 CTS cases and they've fell to the cops. So I don't think there's gonna be a quick fix out of this. The only thing you can do now is get them as far away from the Grand Rapids area with minimal paperwork because now you're going to be buried up to your ass in paperwork. I'm going to tell you right now, we're going to have to dance the dance. This is the problem. When you have a vampire that you live with and deal with called the CPS or the government with welfare, don't be surprised when the government comes for blood. In this case, the children are the sacrifice slash the blood. Everybody was happy to take the food stamps and the government wick and all the other stuff, but there's a bunch of things that are attached to it. Okay, what I said in the last hour, and I didn't even, I've seen so many of these cases where I get part of the information. Now, for whatever reason, with them going back and forth, did she let him back in the house? She's already got a PPO on him, but he's in lock-up, so he can't really do anything there. Is she the one filing the charges against him? I think the safe pick's mine. Yeah, did it with Bill? Bill, do you remember what I said in the last hour? Yep. Wow, you know, almost like I would have seen this before. So you see, this is a great racket and a money maker for the government. Until somebody reels in their hormones, this is not going to stop. But even if they do, it's too late. Because to stay in Grand Rapids and to stay in that county is nothing more than to be a marked target for revenue-ing from this point forward and there's nothing they're going to do to stop unless you get out of the area. unless she gets out of the area. In fact, here's the problem. Obviously, now she's saying she's going to file for divorce, so now you're going to have all kinds of other administrative paperwork and she won't be able to go too far because the husband will eventually file to have partial custody of the children. You're going to be up your eyeballs and paperwork and the court's going to love you forever. They're going to milk this for a billion dollars. And again, it'd be nice to have most of the rest of the story when stuff like this happens. This is one of three cases. There's three different ones that Bill's brought up. But in this one, this is exactly what I mapped out with the last hour. You need to listen to the program that we did in our, for the first hour of today's programming, for the afternoon. But because, what you're gonna have to do is this. You're gonna have to come up with a solution to minimize right now all the pickle smoke and mirrors and feathers that are flying in the air, okay? To do that, you gotta compress things. simplify it real quick. Now on the other end, wherever it is you think those children are going to go, I would actually move them twice. If you can, find a location that's not the final location. And then what you do is move them there first, and then you're going to have to do all kinds of paperwork to move them to the final location if it's going to be farther north. But it's up to you. There's a reason for that. Throw lots of paperwork to confuse them because they end up not having everything right in their books, and they don't know where necessarily where to go. That's a good thing. the more garbage you throw up in their face the better off you are. But if the very least wherever they're going to go, square everything away, clean everything out, I mean take everything out of that house you possibly can. Bare bones it. Sometimes you don't have to wonder, are you trying to sell the house? Because people only do that when they're selling the house. I'd get everything else boxed up and get it out of there because you don't want them to see anything that's yours. Seriously, you got rats coming into your home, you're going to have a spy coming in, that's all these CPS workers are, they're rat corporate spies. So, I've already dealt with them last month on my sister. Right. Now the problem is, well and that's another case altogether, but the more I have bits and pieces and they aren't bits and pieces, they just mapped out. This is escalated and government husband has been brought in because somebody wanted government husband there and they thought it was a great idea until they found out that government husband doesn't care for the wife or for the husband. They just want money and the children. Right so government husband called in wasn't a real good idea Yeah, now you're suffering with that because somebody's hormones were raging and somebody was emotional and well Got you. Oh, hey look at the gun in my face. Yeah Now prior proper planning. This is what I say all the time on the air prior proper planning prevents piss poor performance And the problem is you can't have your cake and eat it too. If you're in a contract with these prostitutes, they will expect something. They give you a bowl of beans for a valuable treasure. You trade your liberty and your freedom for being a slave for a bowl of beans. That's what you got here. Do you think the WIC was worth it? Do you think the BS money was worth it? No. No, I don't think so either. So the person would do anything for them, you know, well, they're gonna have to pair this stuff off But again, I don't know the parent necessarily or the parents necessarily will listen I've seen this over and over again because I can talk on blue in the face at a given point I'll throw my hands up there and walk away But hopefully everybody can start to step back and think gee Maybe there are certain things that we talk about the Patriot movement that were absolutely right about And we just mapped this out in the last hour and you know, not what you told me, gee, I can pretty well figure what happened and how it came about. First of all, the adults should be adults. See my problem? You have a couple of children there that aren't supposed to be children anymore. Once you have children, you are an adult. In fact, before that you're considered an adult. So American adults need to get their act together. And the problem is, well, I could get free stuff from the government. Yeah, you did. I can get it and I don't have to have any responsibility. Wow. Well, look what happened there. Right. You see? So... It's like this new medical marijuana thing. They want to take your guns and ammo if you got the card. Oh, yeah, I know that was... But we knew that was coming. Yeah, and it's probably the same thing with the kids. If you got a medical marijuana card, you're gonna come after your kids and that. Well, again, what did we say about this? You know, there's the old story where they'll let things... Wow. Who's on the air that's coughing? That was me. I'll bet you your thumb works over that microphone just fine. Do you want to bet? Yeah, I know. Go ahead. You got to remember, there's a lot of other people listening, guys. This is not a telephone conversation. And we're using this as a tool so you can try to help you whatever way. There have been some people that have called in already that said they can provide you with some information. You're going to have to do the work. Number one, the biggest problem I have is, like I said, if yours is the case with regard to the other guy already approving a site, is that it, Benjamin? Yeah. Okay. Well, somebody else decided to step in and override it, but it sounds like there's a lot of other emotional BS that was in between that we weren't told about. Yeah, okay, so it was information. I didn't know yeah now. Here's the thing okay What happened is somebody else figures you know you got to remember they're shopping for before dollars So somebody else was able to step in on this now. You're gonna have to go to the court go to the CPS office that originally approved the site You need to get the report from that office Monday in the morning ASAP first thing And the reason is because they already demo you have the first thing you're gonna ask the court and this is everybody anybody is is this person disqualified or is this person unqualified doesn't know his job if This person doesn't know his job and this was all a waste of my life's time Why did you put him that why did you have him come to my house and do this? Why how is it some other jackass from another part of the planet steps in and says that well we're gonna no no no no no wait back up here That person's from another jurisdiction. Why is that person even involved in this activity now? I know why I could well, where is she located? Well, here's the thing where does which one is in the area where that where the? Well, here's the division Did the people who step in are they from the Grand Rapids area where the where the husband and wife are? Yeah, and is the place that was approved is that in the place separate from where they are? Yeah, so Two hours north and glad so they had no business stepping in in fact What is the purpose behind this guy up at the other end because I guarantee their office see I know what's happening here? Here's why they're they're trying to intercede If they transfer to that office, then the money goes to their office up there first where you are rather than down to the skanks down there in Grand Rapids. That's why they did that. The corporation down there wants the money first over the corporation up where you are. So that's what I see now now the but the question is why did they need to travel all that distance that guy? But the other end is the person that's going to be dealing with us not the jackasses down there in Grand Rapids So that was the first thing you'd be asking the court hey wait a memo confused here You mean to say this guy up here in the gladwin area is just is unqualified to do his job Should we be asking for him to be resigned or fired? I'm doing an inspection, but I'm going to do a use-aid call Monday and have them fax that to me and send it down here. And ask a why... Go ahead. What I was telling you, Benji, was to go ahead and remember when you had to do that for Madison. It's already been inspected, they already approved it. Oh, I know, and I'm going to call and get that inspection paper from them. Okay, any other questions? If else, are we on another caller? Do we have another caller step in? Okay, very good. We just heard another beep, probably a patient listener. This is where, again, you've got to have all the information, number one. Oh, we've got another caller. Who do we have? Georgia, Texas. I'm just listening. I'll wait. Okay, very well, George, you got anything input here? Any questions for the callers? Well, I did something slightly different, but have you heard of Randy Kelton, Rule of Law radio? He was a pro se litigator in Texas. He's now thrown into jail for a year sentence. because they railroaded him on charges of practicing being a private investigator without a license. What state? That's what I still didn't get a response to. What state? Texas or Pennsylvania? Texas. Cherokee County, Texas. I had the information. That's the only thing I didn't have. Okay. And again, they've actually, they've actually, they've actually ramrouted him through and they've actually got him sentenced? Yeah. What was the case? What was it they were trying to hide or cover up? Because that's the only reason they're doing that. They're hiding or covering something up. The judge and the press prostitute, you know, Randy was going to bring him before a grand jury for criminal charges and he's a very judge and prosecutor that presided over his trouble. They refused to recuse himself for everything. Okay, we're gonna follow up on that a bit. We got another situation going on here right now, or a different case, but hold on right there. Guys, Bill and also Benjamin, go ahead. Anything else you want to touch on here? Go ahead. Gentlemen? Uh oh, still got the guys there? I'm on mute. Okay, Bill? Did we lose the other... Okay, I don't think the guys left. Still there? Who do we have next? This is Spike Timmons in Indiana, again, calling back. Okay, I see. Go ahead. Randy Kelton helped Robert Fox. I don't know if you know who Robert Fox is or not. He's an older gentleman, patriot movement for a while. I figured you probably already knew who he was. Right, yeah. They were attacking him again and Randy Kelton was helping him out. Randy Kelton for helping. So basically, like I said, who were the people trying to cover something up? Obviously the judge and the prostitute are the ones who were using their bar association activities to try and cover their criminal tracks. That's what I need to know. Right. There we go. Yes, sir. Because that's all judges a prostitute or three ada's the sheriff and 16 deputies are all guilty of various and sundry crimes I don't care to waste the rest of this hour and half of the next with the entire laundry list Very good, so we can go to follow up on anybody got a web page for everybody listening so they go to you follow up more information Rule of law radio I'm out here. I have. My opinion on the CPS is they are a socialist government department and the only other thing I have is the remark that they have made. Give me your children age five and I will have them for life. That's just what they are doing. Yeah, I just like to know, I know you did a lot of pro se work. Has the system ever went after people you know in the pro se movement for practicing law without a license? Oh, they've tried that in different situations. Most important is when I do pro se work, remember what I'm doing is I'm just doing the administrative paperwork, the person signs off on it and they're the ones filing it. That's how it works. In fact, he's a jailhouse lawyer. Yeah, you know what? I'm going to tell you something right now about that. We've got a whole bunch of people that have been in the Patriot Movement that have not only, in fact, Carl Miller, probably the best example. Carl Miller was so adept at writing a writ of habeas corpus that if you gave him a pencil that was two inches long and a piece of toilet paper, he would be out of jail within a matter of hours. All I do is have a piece of paper to write on. He memorized the writ of habeas corpus and how to format it and did it in his head with a pencil and would hand it to the jailer and the jailer had no choice but to take it to the judge, or actually take it to the sheriff and the sheriff had to honor it and this happened over and over again as long as he would get a piece of paper. I need a piece of paper and a pencil to write my family. And of course they'd give him a piece of paper and they'd give him whatever they had. They'd always try to be abusive. They'd give you a stubby pencil. He would sit there and he would write it out and it would be exact format, the way it should be. And again, pro se, pro per, and he would hand it to, hey, here, by the way, deputy, you got a lot of turnkey. Here you go, lock up whatever term they used and whatever jail he was in. Because they'd always grab him to try and harass him. And he would touch the guy with the papers, say, here. And the guy would, whoop. and he realized, uh oh, so they've always done that. You've got to remember, the Bar Association horrors are a very narrow crowd, a very narrow clique of royalty. This is our problem. Our courts have been taken over by royalty again. The title Esquire is attached. Now I know there's some guys that are probably liars going, oh Mark, you're abusing me again, but everybody knows. Now people have gone into that to fight and have accepted the title because they needed to get into the arena. I understand that. I understand the why's because there's people that did that back in the 60's. Man, they were bugging me so I became a lawyer. You always used to hear about all these glorious cases where the guy became a lawyer and he learned to work in the system. Those guys are still out there, but they've actually retired as lawyers too. The problem was it was supposed to be used as a tool against the mechanism. As long as we understood that and with a goal towards getting rid of this problem and going back to our traditional justice system which had justice in it, then we'd be okay. But that's not what we're seeing. In fact, just in reverse, people start worshipping the system and they get older and they get kind of fuddy-duddy then to, well, since I spent all my life learning the court system, now I'm going to worship it just like the Esquirers do. And that's what happens. Yes, they worship it like the Esquirers do, like royalty. They become like sub- or, you know, distaff royalty is what they become. That's not what we are doing. That was not our purpose and should not be our purpose. There's a basic axiom, study not too closely the ways of your enemy, lest they become yours. I have watched and grown up in the Patriot effort and seen just exactly that happen. I've seen people who have immersed themselves so heavily into the enemy's court that they become rabid. First, it'll give you the excuse of all the reasons I did this because we're going to undermine you. We're going to get rid of the system because we're going to use the system. And then they worship the system to the point where heaven forbid you should go back to something that's so much simpler and doesn't require all the gobbledygook. because what we do is we follow a spaghetti strand. Everybody does this. I imagine there's a big, a traditional Italian restaurant, it's like a Mexican restaurant. There was a big pile of plate of spaghetti in the middle of the table and you all take some from it, okay? Well, from my side I can grab one strand and follow it and take and follow it across the table and underneath the meatballs and everything else. And I follow the route and get to the final location from that direction. Another person can grab the same strand from another direction, ended up in the same proper location. The problem is they'll do the, I found the only way, and the other person goes, I found the only way because it is such a confused, bollixed up pile of BS that you are capable of doing that. And your argument, his argument, and Fred's argument, my argument, are all right, but they're from different angles. That tells you that the whole system is stinking confused right from the word go, and that it is wrong. But the reason that it's wrong is because there should only be, there's a simple black and white issue here. It is you are, you know, again, they want to try and make it gray so they can come at you from any direction too. If you can find all these different routes and solutions, guess what? They've done it so they can illegitimately attack you over and over and over again with the same BS, which is what we see in court. Look at the Sergeant Dyer case. That's the most recent version of what we've talked about over and over again. And it's all these stinking, royalist ring knockers, all swapping spit, kissing each other's crotch under the apron, the whole nine yards. Now, the pro se people, we have the same brain, we just not sold out to them. And over and over again, guys, what it is, the person whose name is on the case, if they were going to accept going into battle, they're the ones who have to sign off on everything. They're the ones that have to step forward. We're just helping them out. Go ahead, who do we have? Yeah, this is David in New York. Wait, wait, hold on David. David, stop. Do we have another voice? I heard somebody else there. I want a clarification from George. Is Randy in jail already or has he just been convicted of a crime? He's in jail already. He's already in jail. Yup. Cherokee County, Texas. rule of law radio dot com rule rule of law radio dot com well you know it is a good appeal but you have to be the appeals going to run through the whole time while he's in lockup yeah yeah probably like you know what the well i think it's probably the deal with the appeal bond that you have to post in texas other way thirty thousand dollars for appeal bond i think that was a number that i heard are correct or not george did you listen last night uh... no i didn't Like I said, I've written in my blog about Randy Kelton being a political prisoner last Wednesday and then I read, they were using my notes on the Red Dirt Report, so Randy Kelton's case is on the Red Dirt Report too, so if anybody knows what the Red Dirt Report is. Yep, okay, very good. Well here again, category 11 political prisoner is probably what he's listed as, guys, I'll guarantee it. I've told you this before, we've explained this all on the air, and the thing is that he's already been ramrouted through the system, you're going to have to file an appeal. He still has to file an appeal, I would assume he is doing it. Of course, like you said, the indentureship bond was something that was totally illegitimate. In and of itself there is an example of the royalty and the scam that they play to ensure that they can box a person in. And that is the problem, that is the classic example of the scam with the corporate court slash the admiralty court. That is a flag bond is what that is against the merchandise. When you went into challenge in a court, you might have to show a reference in terms of a certain amount of cash surety to challenge, say, the cargo that you believe you had a percentage of ownership in. And so as not to waste the admiralty's time, you have to show that you have wealth, that you have a stock. an inventory, something to present so that you won't wheedle out on it because there wouldn't be frivolous charges against a booty slash a challenge to cargo. That's what this is. That's completely illegitimate in our common law or in our true courts of the American system. You could not demand a bond like that. That is all Shuster court. And that's what it's for so that they can, oh once they've got you they're going to keep you. Ha ha ha. Only a rich person could have the $30,000 or a surety bond against property or whatever and therefore the peasant would of course take his lumps. Ha ha ha. Same thing. And they've increased the cost of the filing fees too. Right, that's all part of the scam. Guys we gotta go for the time being Bill, you're still there? Oh, Bill might have taken off too, guys. For everybody out there listening, appreciate the input. Ed's taking over here. And so you all be able to carry on. But I gotta go for now. In fact, I'm going out and do some more work.
