The man, Rogelio Serrato, was completely unarmed, but still the SWAT team threw a flashbang stun grenade into his home in Greenfield, California. They were expecting him to run out of the house. Instead, he came out Carried in a body bag killed by the grenade the whole house stood in flames and burnt up completely sound familiar guys Attorneys have now filed a civil rights lawsuit against the SWAT team and the officers involved. The reason the team attacked him was because Serato was a suspect in a shooting case a few days later, but the attorneys found out that he wasn't even involved. Obviously the SWAT team didn't check the information and now a young father is killed because of their decision to bomb his house to make him get out where is a logic in that was lots of logic in that with you know rape kill pillage and burn in the policy of kill kill kill kill kill so if you think you're going to be you can't I'm gonna be nice they would never hurt me well turns out they already had the information this guy wasn't wanted They already had the database available. They've tried desperately to alter this thing. I've seen two other articles. Somebody sent me an email on this too and I just didn't get a chance to read it before the program all the way through. But interestingly enough, they knew, the paperwork I've already been placed on, they just had to take the time to send, once you send the SWAT team out, it's kind of like World War I. How do you call it back? You just gotta kill somebody once the SWAT team's out there. Either beat them to death or burn them to death. or blow them up or shoot them, preferably. But, you know, that's no fun when you can watch the whole house burn and it turns out you had no business being there in the first place. See, that's the fun of having all these militarized nutcases on steroids. Well, we've already paid for them to go out there. They're on the hazard bay. They might as well kill somebody. That's right. Gotta kill somebody. Even if it was the neighbor next door. They would have killed the neighbor next door had they not found the guy at home. They have to just again. It's another one of those cases. We got the SWAT team We sent them out we got to justify them being paid Just go ahead and follow through with the raid and we'll come up with some BS charge to charge a guy with long as they're murdering They might as well just keep on murdering with reckless abandon See how that works so anyway as it turns out in Let's see, but the attorneys found out that he wasn't even involved and he was not sought He was not looking for him. They did not want to see him But what the heck? So as it turns out, he's entered a door nail and everybody else has got another house to fit. The whole video is very boring for a lot of people because you get to slowly watch the building burned. And then you get to watch the bulldozer slash the big bucket come in and crush the building into the middle of the basement. And then the best part is you get to watch all of the SRT scum stand around the wreckage thinking they're going to find Scott Woodring's burned corpse in there laughing about it and yucking about it and digging through the debris. The most fascinating thing about this is not only did they not find Scott there, but there were no weapons in the debris to pull out. And this video was done by the SRT, you know, so in other words, they had millions of weapons and billions of rounds. What's fascinating is they were in such a hurry to find his body that even as the smoking wreckage was all piled and they had the fire fire just put it out, guys, the basement worked as a bucket to hold all of the debris. and they were immediately scraping everything out and piling everything up and they were, oh they had two guys down there after a while and they had to scrape through everything because the only thing they did find was the family dog. A little guy, he'd been burned, he'd been blown up and then he had been charred to a chunk of meat by the fire from the house. So the dog was actually found and at first they thought, oh we found him, we got a chunk of him, ha ha ha ha ha. And they realized, oh wait a minute, that's the dog, man. Once they realize what happened because in the videos and by the way there was a camera crew that snuck in from the West that have another batch of videos that can be seen where the roof is literally lifted up three feet off the frame guys. Oh that was they broadcast that the first on to the next day it was broadcast and the roof only moved up about four or six inches mark. Yeah, I know we've broadcast television honest to God I saw it with my own eyes and again the problem that God is this the other videos pretty well demonstrate the videos they didn't want you to see both from the air now from the air the helicopter that's flying overhead has clear technology and in many cases the flare is on So there's no doubt about how the fire was started and what happened you get so you see the ground shot But you also see the APC driven up backed up They threw one charge into the basement and one charge onto the first floor I'm sure that's how they did it and these of course are incendiary In fact, what they do is enhance them with a little more, typically what they'll use is powdered magnesium and a couple of other elements, not just create the brilliant flash, but it's a burning element, guys. It creates like an expanded thermite. What that does is it makes contact with any combustibles. Let me ask you something. When they throw stuff in the windows, what's to the left and right of the window hanging there on the wall? Oh them them curtains and and they're usually no pun intended and their cloth guys They know this so you got a couch you've got all these combustibles and most of you don't have fiberglass curtains like they made back in the 50s and 60s during the Cold War Everybody kind of forgets those that but they were made for a reason my dad had those the house cuz he was a fireman He said wow they forget came out with these that was a great idea. They had fiberglass base curtains And the neat thing is you couldn't get them to fire. They were designed to be, you know, they were flameless. And so if you had to dispose of them, you had to send them to the dump. Now don't go rolling around at them, but then again, who rolls around and the curtain's hanging on the wall anyway? Duh! It doesn't hurt the vacuum every now and then. Yeah, exactly. That's what you had to do. Actually, that's what you did. Oh, they were a good material. Actually, they were a fibrous material. It was two non-combustibles. But they were designed so that they would not burn. Now, that would frustrate them nowadays, but they've taken those completely off the market. So all you get is whatever it is, it'll burn like it's covered with lighter fluid. And that's why they do that. Oh, we just tried to use a flashbang. We don't know how the house caught fire. But let's just put it this way, all the faces of all the characters that were involved in this are on the videos. because the bad guys fought because they were all braggin' it up, they thought they were gonna yuck it up, little roided pieces of tripe were all standing around the whole laughing about how they'd done what they'd done. Hahaha, yeah, okay, hahaha, and again most important here is pay attention to the technology number one guys when an APC's door opens up That's when the hail of bullets go into that anything. The person, the state police officer that was killed was a whistleblower. He was not from the area where Scott Woodring lived. In fact, he was from the Mount Clemens area, which is where the funeral took place. He was shipped up to that part of Michigan because it was to protect him. because of state police and government officials that were involved in a whole series of scurrilous thefts and criminal activity. So he was put up there so he was away from everything and everybody. The SRT, those are the people that murdered him. We know, we can narrow it down to a handful of people that did the shooting on this kid. And then they try to blame Woodring for it. Now the problem is, for all these local guys that are listening, when the state swine or when the Fed swine want you to come in with them, when they've got their own SWAT team and they've got all their people gunned up, why do they need somebody that's an out of, you know, you better start thinking about stuff. The sheriff that went in with the Feds years ago with Gordon Call, the Feds shot him and Call because the sheriff tried to block him from going any farther with their BS. Now, if you're all listening out there and you're a local peace officer, if you have the feds doing the, oh, we need you to come along and, you know, come in with us. Whoa, wait a minute. You've got this big plan. You've got this SWAT team, and all of a sudden you want me, the odd man, out. You're not part of the team. So you better put a question mark next to that about you being the sacrificial cow. Does everybody understand that? and then be the first time in fact we've recorded and documented this many times so if you're in a situation where they say oh yeah by the way uh... uh... i was told i gotta have you come along with me will wait a minute the rest of characters are all part of another click The only reason that they got you up front is as a meat puppet slash a sandbag or as an excuse because they're gonna kill you themselves and that's for all these peace officers out there pay attention. The feds are as dirty as the day is long. They've done this many times. We've got too many documented experiences where it's been done over and over again. Even the Randy Weaver scenario. Marshall Deagon, the one who got shot, was not shot by anybody in the Weaver family or associated with the Weavers. That man, that federal marshal, was another whistleblower. He was shot from behind. This was proven in court. The controlled media knows this and they always try to exclude it for obvious reasons. Ask yourself, why was he shot? He was at the point of the team, he was the odd man out again. He was shipped into the area, he wasn't part of the normal clique of ring knockers. He was up front, he got hit from behind, they shot him, their own people, with their own weapons, shot him through his Alice pack which went through his armor and then out the front. and bullets got trapped in the front vest because it was enough armor between the two to slow it down completely. Well, when they took his corpse back down the mountain, they grabbed all his gear and the other feds that shot him tried to take wire or sticks, you know, dowel, and tried to push all of the burnt nylon back in the opposite direction. This came out in the courtroom in the forensics evidence. And the problem they got people is that demonstrates at the very least felony culpability with regard to tampering with evidence, but here's the thing. In reality, they were covering up their murder of Deegan and trying to blame the Weavers for it. The Scott Woodring case is identical. And again, for everybody out there, you better have your back to the wall. The local state police up there, because a lot of these guys are regional. They're from different parts of the state. The locals up there all know what happened. They were threatened at different times people by other punks in the SRT and the other punks out of Lansing That is a fact everybody knows it the locals know it several different state police officers and you see again This is where you get what we'll just kill about well, wait a minute a bunch of on the other side came forward and even told everybody what happened They said we know this guy. This is how what happened. This is how it happened. And here's where it happened So what does that tell you the forensic evidence shows that the the state police officer was shot at point-blank range by one of their weapons? Stuffed it right into him in other words you know it wasn't again the others other parts of this but Most important with this and this is weapons Wednesday. This is a train of abuses everybody asked well What about that why wasn't that up well again? Where's every did everybody find out everything right away? No Did everybody know what was happening right away? Well, prior proper planning prevents piss poor performance and communication is something I've harped on for how many years, how many decades? Everybody kinda takes it seriously. But not everybody's following through on it the way that they should. So then when something, oh why wasn't I in the loop? Well why didn't you have everything hooked up? You got the same 24 hours that I've got. Yeah, another thing with that situation. It's a... the tape is a good example of Dog and Pony show because the whole time that this is so called sieges going on they're acting like they're taking fire but there is nobody in the house. Right. There is nobody there and they're acting like they're in some big gun battle with a whole group of people inside the house and there's nothing. In fact what's interesting if you pay attention to the videos you will see the characters actually in the videos right up on the house. So they already know in fact now one of the arguments to is and in fact the evidence showed that they had shot from above that there were bullet holes from above down into the building if you watch the video with a helicopter, I'm going to give you a precursor on this the communications antennas were knocked down other stuff was done intentionally and obviously and done with the A-B-C's. You watch it get scarred down you watch the pine trees around it fall also as the helicopters kind of in the background It's before your own eyes. And before my own eyes, I walked on that site and looked at the 30 caliber hole in one of those, you know, you take out one of those antenna pylons and the other two fold. And I saw that with my own eyes. I looked into the pine trees with my own eyes and saw the bullet paths through the pine trees where the pine trees were sawed down. I'm sorry, Mark, I had to eyewitness that. That's the whole point. So people for everybody out there, everybody, you know, this is stuff that will not be forgotten. In fact, for a very different reason, this is why a lot of people have a very, and I won't be able to stop them, have a very specific attitude about how to deal with the enemy when they're on the ground. I will warn you again, a year and a half ago, with the Hautari scenario as it mapped out, there's no way to stop everybody had they been able to make contact. We wouldn't be having the conversations we had, but the bad guys were just as quickly on the run and screwing their hind end out of that piece of real estate, which is on video. Mr. Kaplanmeier walked out of jail today. They wouldn't explain to him why. Other than they said that the judge told him he could go home. And when we checked to see what the trial date was, the court says, well, we haven't set a date for trial on this case. No bond, no nothing, huh? No nothing. Nobody knows anything except that I They served the Sheriff's Office yesterday, a red-hapedist, and he walked out of there today with no explanation whatsoever. So, there's one that was unjustly in jail for, what, 31 days they had him locked up. Well, he should still... A statute of limitation ran, and they just let him go. Dave, he should still, and you should talk to him about this, he should be suing him for the treatment because that was torture. Well, we already filed a lawsuit with the Supreme Court of the United States for about 15 million dollars. So that might be what scared them is when they read the habeas, they got the paperwork on Monday and so they read that habeas and they were asking him about the habeas and he says, well, the US Marshals are going to come get me. He's late, pulled them last night in the jailhouse on seven of the jailers. And they let him go at noon today. No explanation. Just, here's your papers, goodbye, have a nice day. And it was the first piece of mail that they let him have was the ritihapius when I did the service on him on Monday. They brought it to him and they let him open it. I thought that was really intriguing. Wait a minute, let me ask you something, Dave. When that hit writ was served before, were any sheriff's deputies or any of the sheriff's offices served the writ of habeas before when you did the first filing? Yes, the sheriff was notified. The second filing, I personally served the undershir, the sheriff wasn't there, but I put it in hand. a week ago in hand. Then I mailed it on Friday by certified mail and they got it on Monday. Okay, well hold on. I'm talking about the original filing because that's something we hadn't really discussed. Any time in the past, Carl Miller, in fact, Carl Miller has written his Ritz of habeas corpus in a cell on a piece of scrap paper by memory with a pencil, a piece of pencil maybe two inches long. And he usually was ejected from the jail within a matter of hours. But almost always the way to do that is he handed it to one of the jailers and on one of the extensions slash a sub deputy of the sheriff now that's what happened yesterday is Kenny took a copy that I had included in this and he gave it to a jailer. Now quit I gave it to the under sheriff the week before and he just said big deal so what? Okay, so it happened. Okay. How long that was the first serving of the hey writ a week ago a Monday week ago? Okay, so that again, they got that they got this other one on Monday and and Kenny gave one of the jailers a copy of it yesterday and Wow magically he's out of jail this morning One of the most important things we should have probably mentioned this we should have gone through the inventory Although again, the undersheriff is just is just as liable Once any agent of the sheriff has been informed the sheriff has been informed So they can't try to claim more faint ignorance and again the only important thing I've seen and this is true See the under sheriff is a politician a peon politician But the peons the rank and file know that a writ of habeas corpus. They don't want to lose property They don't want to lose a car. They don't want to lose their house I've seen this in this is true. I've seen in in the State Department of Corrections I have seen this in local jails We've seen this with any place in any county in the state of Michigan or in most every other state If you give it to a regular rank of file man, he doesn't want to be the last guy to be holding the stick. So it will, they will show that there is a process of information transfer so that they can cover their arse, which means that they can't hide it anymore. So that is basically what happened here. They actually, once you've touched the guy, it's like a coup stick. Once you've counted coup with him, he's screwed. Which is cool. That's exactly what transpired so they didn't give any explanation and they don't have any court date Which is rather fascinating to be what they don't know what their docket is? Nope, nobody seemed to know what the docket was and we went to the court this morning before we even knew he was released asking for the docket I'm gonna recommend something because the scurrilous nature of especially these shysters we're seeing nowadays is the next statement that needs to be sent as a writ of fact and A statement of fact generated to the court, to the actual court recorder, but also to the court officer slash court administrator. You will be, inform them, in fact find the state code for your state, because you're in New York, okay? For New York, you need to find the state code that defines notification of court dates. You also need to put a statement of liability into the document stipulating that lack of performance on the part of the officers of that court who are responsible for the administrative transfer of information are now fully liable for and have been notified that they must inform all parties but specifically the party mentioned, you know, our gentleman that's defending himself, that he must be informed and that any failure to do is a failure of fill in the code blah blah blah blah blah and these individuals will be held liable and appropriate court and legal actions will take place. Any effort to conceal or to alter or to ineffectively notify the individual will be a demonstration of liability. That needs to be generated. I tell you you can use whatever wording you want But the basic rule is here you need to flag this now because what we've seen in the past is if they've released him But they won't give out a court date They're gonna flag a court date try not to let him you know in other words They won't let him know about it They'll fill claim that they need a bench warrant because he didn't appear in court. You know the scam So from this point forward now you need to peg every one of the suckers and I would send a copy to the sheriff's office because the sheriff's office already received the writ of habeas corpus. Now from this point forward the sheriff's office needs to be in the loop with regard to all filings. It bothers the snot out of them that you're smart enough to inform them so they cannot feign ignorance. Yeah, well they're claiming that they hadn't been served in all that garbage, but that's definitely not the case. They've been served. But what you're talking about, we've already been looking at that. Kenny and I already spent three hours this afternoon. We've got over 10 felony charges right now to bring against the officers of the court of tampering with evidence, miscarriage of justice, what's the other term they want to use all the time. Arbitrary and capricious activity and threats and coercion because you're looking at threats and coercion. interference in the administration of justice, there's something else in other, but there's a whole list. There's about ten different felony charges that the judge, the clerk, and other officers of the court participate in this case. They're going to have their heads swimming by next week. Well, most important though, and I'm telling you this right now, this filing is a statement of fact. You're not, you're not, you know, finding anything to add, it's going to add to the file. But you're filing this so that you can demonstrate that they, in no way, shape, or form, that you know, that you're going to be fooled or trapped into a failure on their part to notify. In other words, they had better make sure that we have, in a timely fashion, in a timely fashion means within, you know, they know the docket. They must be notified within so many days. In fact, all the parties involved, I would list the parties involved that are all supposed to be to affirm the action of a court date. And you will remind them that not only are they receiving a copy at the court and through the judge and the prostitute, but also from this point forward include the sheriff in a receipt of all of the filings And since you've got federal cases going on, I would automatically shoot a copy, obviously to all the piles of feces in that direction, simply because by the time they're done, they have to bring a footlocker in to bring all the filings and all the postings of fact that you would include in the process. As a pro se litigant or in a defense posture situation or as a person going into the court under any service, you must be afforded the same courtesies as the bar member. I want to know, and by the way, here's a copy of, photocopy the front page, under what rules or construction is this court operating? Because here are the New York court rules for Michigan court rules. They're not guidelines, they are rules. R-U-L-E. Go to Black's Law and read what it says about rule. That's all there is to it. And I had a courtesy copy for the judge, the prosecutors copy right there. And every time they threw something out, I had the other one right there ready to go, it's like, well, you just asked for a recusement. Yep. Well, since you aren't, I didn't give you a recusement. That's right. So now I want an extension. You know, in other words, we've already done all that. We've moved for dismissal. We've moved for the recusal. We've moved for the, uh, uh... removal of the public defender we we've got a lot of stuff the court is just totally ignored a paper well that's not a problem that i think that's not probably going to go ahead but i think that wanted to do it you're almost top-yard it is again back stop working case i don't want people to forget that state trooper david brickenhof was murdered in the same way as the officer was murdered in the and it's got word in case he was shot in the back of the head at sixteen and he was wearing a catwalk all that they thought i took it out sixteen stock it up to the breath of that out of it and pulled the trigger and that what did they do they burned his body in a house and the forms that the work produced you could see the officers bowing before the flames bowing before the flames and they allowed the place to burn for two hours before the fire department put water on it that was state trooper David Breckinoff murdered by the state police and that was under the reign of good old good old Elliot Spencer and uh... nobody knows that I got one more for John today is the birthday Don a very pretty lady Beautiful lady. Well again, in every case it's been there, weapons, there are several other, I mean there are too numerous to mention over the last 20 years. We have covered so many of these that as a first person witness, you know, we have all the files, all the facts, we have the autopsy records, we have everything, guys. It's not like we're talking generally. In fact, in the Weaver case, guys, this all came out in a public court. But you won't see the controlled press talking about it because they were told to misdirect and redirect. Oh, wow, you know, they found innocent, but that's just crazy. Weaver was found innocent. I don't know why, you know, that's the kind of BS they come up with. Well, in reality, we all know why, if you follow the court case. The problem is we have to keep reinforcing it because, you know, the History Channel and all these other BS shysters out there are told to regenerate it and reroute the information or nix the information so that nobody sees it.
