Summary
Mark Koernke discussed the beating death of Kelly Thomas, a 37-year-old homeless man in Fullerton, California, who was beaten by police officers and subsequently died. Koernke analyzed video evidence of the incident, criticized the systemic nature of police brutality across multiple states, and argued that such training and tactics originate from federal and state-level directives rather than individual officer decisions. He also addressed the suppression of evidence related to the case and called for accountability. The episode concluded with a segment from Phyllis Schlafly's Report on the National Day of Prayer and constitutional religious freedom.

His clothes were torn and dirty as he stood there by my bed. He took off his three-cornered hat and speaking low to me, he said, We've fought a revolution to secure our liberty. We wrote the Constitution as a shield from tyranny. For future generations, this legacy we gave. In this, the land of the free and home of the brave. The freedoms we secured for you, we hope you'd always keep. But tyrants labored endlessly while your parents were asleep. Your freedom's gone, your courage lost, you're no more than a slave. In this, the land of the free and home of the brave. You buy permits to travel and permits to own a gun. Permits to start a business or to build a place for one. On land that you believe you own, you pay a yearly rent. Although you have no voice in saying how the money's spent. Your children must attend a school that doesn't educate. And your Christian values can't be taught According to the state You read about the current news in a regulated press And you pay a tax you do not owe to please the IRS Your money is no longer made of silver nor of gold You trade your wealth for paper so your life can be controlled You pay for crimes that make our nation turn from God and shame You've taken Satan's number and you trade it in your name You've given government control to those who do you harm so they could burn down churches and seize the family farm and keep our country deep in debt. Put men of God in jail harass your fellow countrymen while corrupted courts prevail. Your public servants don't uphold the solemn oaths they've sworn. And your daughters visit doctors so their children will be Your leaders send artillery and guns to foreign shores and send your sons to slaughter fighting other people's wars. Can you regain the freedoms for which we fought and died? Or don't you have the courage or the faith to stand with pride? And are there no more values for which you'll fight to save? Or do you wish your children to live in fear and be a slave? Oh, sons of the Republic, arise, take a stand. We defend the Constitution, the Supreme Law of the land. Preserve our great Republican, each God-given right. And pray to God, keep the torch of freedom bright, as Iowoki vanished in the midst of the whence he came. His words were true, we are free, but we have ourselves to blame. For even now as tyrants trampled each God-given right, we only watch him tremble, too afraid to stand and fight. If he stood by your bedside to dream while you were asleep and wondered what remains of the freedoms he fought to keep, what would be your answer if he called out from the grave? Is this still the land of the free? The closer to victory for all of our brothers and sisters both on and behind the lines in occupied territories west, southwest, east, and north. Well, ladies and gentlemen, you were listening to us on... Ooh, the Micro Effect Network in the morning. That's one Liberty Tree radio. We're on AM and FM micro stations, CV base stations, and ultra net technologies both east and west of the Mississippi, along with southern and central Alaska. We're on the Hallmark Network, eastern seaboard, top of me, bottom of Florida, bottom of Florida, across the arc of the Gulf of Mexico, Louisiana, all the way up to Nebraska. Then, waving over our shoulders to all of our friends and technologies in the Rockies to include Walter Pitt in the third, we sweep across the plains, good morning to all of our micro-FM's there, and then leaping across the burgeoning banks of the Mississippi, look at all that well. You know what fresh water is? That is well. That's why everybody else is trying to steal it. Don't complain when you got it. Everybody else is trying to find it. Then, landing in the Smoky slash the Blue Ridge, there we are. That's right, with the restaurant crews, the gravity teams, the okay teams, good morning to the restaurant down in the valley, and the Ma Bell Grammar Consortium bringing you the Golden Spike Project. Well, it is a rainy day here in the Midwest. It is, of course, Friday. It is the 29th of July. It is the fourth year of open Fabian Socialist and the skank. Soviet Socialist Occupation of America with the K. What a bunch of filth there. And that's obvious in the government system we have. The Soviets are rampant, rabid, and of course, we're at a $3 bill. But anyway, it is Friday across the nation. It is 5.23, way out there on the left coast. Good morning, all you guys out there, and hold on. Let's grab a cup of coffee here real quick because you've got to get to work today. This is a work day. No, it's not. It's Saturday. The clock might be off. Maybe a lost power like they did all over the Midwest in different points here with these storms running through. The summer, classic storms by the way. We got the perfect weather. We have had warm, warm, warm and now we've gotten two days of on and off straight down rain, no winds, perfect rain. That nonstop little piddly soaker that just went right through and made everything rich. The corn just jumped another foot. I think this is what's going to put it over the top and finish up the growing season. So we'll probably have the corn down. We might not wheat. We'll probably get hay in here with the next strip and get one cutting off it before we lose the season. But it's looking pretty good out there. But hey, you've got to get up this morning. Hold on here. Oh, yeah. You've got to do that again. Hold on. Oh, the aroma. Oh, that's half the battle. That'll wake up all by itself, depending on how rich that coffee is, or maybe that cocoa or that herbal tea. Well, hold on. Let's take a drink now. Come on. Oh, yeah. There you go. Oh, wait a minute. Hold on. Wait one more time. Mmm. Ethiopian toenail clipping. Now I think that's Italian espresso roast again there with a little bit of something else. I recall, I think, there was a little bit left in one of the other cans, so it had to be used up. So it's a custom blend. Now, real quick here, and by the way, everybody uses the beware, these pictures are disturbing. Guys, we're getting to the point with people being beat to death, and I mean beat to death, where people are looking at this going, eh, I've seen that before. Well, anyway, some of you may have already seen the pictures of Kelly Thomas, who heard about this guy in California that was beat to death. But there are, there's a picture which obviously somebody released for a reason. I think the medical workers were like, well, you know what gang beat this guy up? And it's like, oh, the cops did this. I heard the music heard go to the probably hour, but it will be back. Oops. We've arranged for a long march, the mud and the rain to face our unsuspecting foe. We'd known the struggle, we tasted death and pain, but none before had seen shine low. The camera charged the whole head, but the ball fell. Hi Dad! Oh son! What's going on? I just got my shit with a freeze dried food from the freeze dried guy. I was laying away our family supplies here. Dad, you're not planning to have an emergency are you? Hey kids, don't plan to have them. They have it on their own. You plan a response. Like what? What could go wrong? Well, imagine you go to the grocery store and it's empty. Dad, that's paranoid. That's possible. That's paranoid! It's not paranoid to prepare. It's perfectly prudent. Okay, paps, I can't get away. Keep it. But dad, what if we never need it? Wanna go bad? Oh no, son. You'll have babies of your own and this stuff will still be as good as it is today. It's good too. Believe me, I've had some. Really? Oh yeah. Dad, maybe we could have a practice emergency. Test the food out, huh? Yeah! Well, let's hope we don't have a real emergency, son. But if we do, I intend to survive and I intend for you to survive too. Thanks, dad. I better get the rest of this put away. Call 866-404-3663 or go to freezedryguide.com If you're looking for better health, get your pen out. Life changed tea could be your answer. There is no construction going on so everything is online and open which is cool. That should be pretty good. to be posted. Anyway, Kelly Thomas, 37 years old, was beaten to death and there are still pictures of this guy and neither his parents nor any of his friends could recognize him. That is how badly beaten he was in all directions and of course the lying skank, the five to six cops that beat him down. I mean there's videos of this guy's, they can lie all they want. They like everybody, even the people standing there although there's some goofs that are kind of smiling like, You know, you watch people, watch the other people around here, and imagine if their sorry hind end was underneath these characters and getting beat down. It wouldn't be, hehehehehe. You've got to be dumb as a box of rocks. But anyway, I'll tell you what, caught on tape, police beatin' Taser, a gentle mentally ill homeless man. Many people who have commented about this guy, flat out said that he was very kind. It was never a problem to anyone. Of course, I'm sure the cops will, by the time they're done, he'll have been carrying a nuclear device. He had red eyes. Once they started beating and another car shows up and they jump, he jumped. Everybody progressively, if you watch in this state, they're a bunch of them beating and tasering. They tasering five times. But another car pulls up, they all jump out, and they just start beating at him automatically. And then there's another car pull up, and they start beating at him automatically. So it's like, yeah, everybody's had to pitch in because they don't hardly, when they're all roided up. And between the roids and the coke they were on, plus of course the doughnut and the sugar, yeah, they just got to expend that energy on somebody. And of course, they complained because first they lied and said the cops had broken bones if they had anything. And of course, it turns out they had soft tissue damage. Where was the soft tissue damage? Well, they scuffed their knuckles because the guy didn't resist, and they just kept beating and beating and beating on them to the point that they just had so much fun that they broke skin on their fingers and on their knuckles where they were beating him and were able to just bust his nose, bust his jaw, give him a concussion and put him into a coma and they broke other parts of his body and they were just having so much fun they got a little crazy and carried away. The bad part for him is this, the father, Ron Thomas, is a retired sheriff's deputy and it's interesting again of course at the time they were saying brain damage that's outdated because as we know basically the guy is dead, dead, dead. Well, the update here, let's see, Fullerton's, Alex Stauffer was at this afternoon's Fullerton Police Department protest with Cameron Hand and some of the resulting shots have been graciously shared with the Weekly. Among those who turn up in Stauffer's lens is Ron Thomas, the father of 37-year-old Kelly Thomas, who was taken off life support by his family after he'd been knocked into permanent unconsciousness and brain damage by a half dozen. Fuller can cop earlier this month, of course. As it is, let's see, update about 20 demonstrators, some toting signs that read, who will police the police? Police are not above the law, cold-blooded murder. If you watch the video, the only thing is there are people that got closer. There are people who actually stepped in or were stepping towards the scene. These characters were so rabid they didn't even notice anybody around. They were just busy beating him for the sake of beating him. It's obvious. There's even a woman sitting here in the foreground, actually a couple of women, and they start stepping towards the scene. Everybody, you can hear the guys screaming. It's all on audio. There's other people that are there, one or two people. The witnesses are all recorded, by the way, guys. In fact, what it looks like is there's actually either like this is a bus stop, it's got overhead cover, or obviously it's a public area which is recorded because of where the incident was. But it's clearly, and again this is where the people start to step forward like, well hey, this kind of needs to stop. Problem is, everybody's hesitating. What needs to happen is everybody needing to start saying, hey, back off. But there's a couple guys that get actually quite close, but again, what are you gonna do? Because you know the rabbit nutcases once they're in drooling, drooling ape mode. Well, once they're in black uniform drooling 8 mode, I probably would have turned and beat on anybody and everybody else. Oh, you must be with him! And of course, and beat them down. And of course, well, they were being sneaked up on by all these unarmed, you know, Californicators, you know, the Californian types. Wow, stop you, savage, or I'll stop again. Oh my God, he used a stop word. He was trying to suit us. Quick, beat him too. That's exactly what the mindset would be. And as one person says, how do you resist when you're laying on your back and they're standing on your back while they're beating you? How do you resist? See, people are catching on to this. What needs to be done, and I'm serious people, let's review this. I know we only got so much time before the end of this hour here, but let's review this real quick. How many times now have you seen this? See, the beauty of cameras, the bad part for the police state is cameras everywhere, but they want the camera so they can, you know, play police state, threaten you all, and then beat you to death like this. But the problem is the cameras are everywhere, so you can actually catch the characters, the feds, the state police, the local cops beating somebody like this and murdering them all over the country. But let me ask you something. How many videos have you heard and seen them while the guy is actually limp as a noodle, them screaming? They look around. Now you got to remember, this is rabid dog syndrome. They look around, they realize they're being watched by people, and in a robotic voice they scream out, actually they don't scream out, most cases they say, stop resisting, stop resisting, stop resisting. Now here's the problem with this. You have seen this all over the country. Who gave them the class on that? Huh? Who gave them the cover your arse when you're beating someone to death class? Who gave them the cover your arse you know 101 because guys I don't care if you're watching a video of somebody beating you know beating them down in Maine or New York or Florida or Arizona or California or up north in Washington State wherever of these Soviets are Obviously somebody now who would be the connective tissue who jump states the Fed? So who or or the international slime like you got these slob Israeli punks that you know murder people in the Middle East all the time These slob Israeli punks give all these classes all over the place and of course their closed session closed door Can't have the public watching their classes of course not because then you'd find out that and remember when you're beating somebody down and you get your free punches in you're get to you know have some fun and you get to beat down the public and Remember, if it looks like there are public witnesses, don't forget to use that phrase. Stop resisting, stop resisting, stop resisting. And that way, it'll cover you when you get into the courtroom and the prostitute is going to be with you on beating people to death and shooting people to death and tasering people to death. Well, he's going to corral that witness and he's going to go, well, what was the cop saying? Well, he was saying stop resisting stop resisting. Wait a minute. You mean that that man was resisting that poor police officer and the other 12 that were with him while that guy had two broken legs and two broken arms and a compound fracture to the you know to the you know shoulder blade and and he had you know, basically a old contusions everywhere and he had a concussion that it's obvious he was leaping up and resisting. He was a threat. Because that's what you said, you heard him, the cop would, why would the cop say stop resisting, stop resisting, stop resisting? And you come back with, well, with all the things I've seen so far, it looks like it's a pap answer from a class he was giving on, citizens, beating citizens 101. Because this is not in one location. Somebody needs to do, now we have, we have millions of hours of tape. We got videos going back for several many years now easily and there's many many VHS tapes and there's stuff on digital and what we need to do is do a stop resisting tape where everybody you just put so and so, like in this case, California, stop resisting, stop resisting, stop resisting. Then go to New York, stop resisting, stop resisting, stop resisting. Then go to Florida, stop resisting, stop resisting, stop resisting. Then we go to Seattle, stop resisting, stop resisting, stop resisting. Wow, there's a lot of resisting going on here while the person's face down and in a pool of his own blood. You know, you got a situation, remember, where they pulled the guy right out of the car, he hadn't done anything, and the cops pulled him out of the car and intentionally smack his head into the ground next to his car when the Mexicans are all bragging how they're going to take over America and they're all walking by with the Mexican flags. You remember that? There was a white guy, he's in his car, and the black cop and the other black cop, and everybody's laughing about it. that they pull this guy, he's like, what? They pull this guy out of the car, they throw him to the ground, but then they, in short stroke, they smack his head and it's filmed by another person, and he's got a pool of blood that's about an old finger thick and about six feet around his body. He hadn't done anything. He didn't resist or anything. But they intentionally gacked him right into the pavement a couple of times. Everybody remember that? Stop resisting, stop resisting, stop resisting. And of course, the Mexicans were laughing about the fact that they're beating down the Americans. Ah, ha, ha. While they're busy bragging about how they're going to urinate in everybody's face. Anybody remember that? I do. So anyway, the pictures of this guy are out there for everybody to see. His parents and nobody who knew him could recognize him and you can see why. And obviously the emergency room personnel, because this is fresh, you can see the blood. This is in the operating room itself, actually in the prep room itself, where they're doing initial maintenance on him, I'm sure. They're trying to stop the leaking and bleeding in all directions, ain't doing any good. But they're trying and of course he's dying. As it is, we have a caller, who do we have? Good morning, it's Joker from the tip. Hey, jump in there, sir. Just wanted to add two things. So far, this is number two, the first time when that little guy dancing down the street and he came up to the second part in another part of the... You know, first of all, let's point this out. They didn't come up with this on their own. They have been told that they can do this. This did not happen because, you know, here's my problem with this. Now, it's like I said, I can show you Florida, I can show you New York, I can show you Los Angeles, I can show you California, I can show you Arizona, I can show you Washington State. And the thing about it is, is that this, these people all have a massive number of classes that they're constantly pumped in, pumped with. whatever and i don't know i'd stop whatever i know exactly what it is we have a bunch of foreign scum we got a bunch of fed who are telling these people that this is what we have to do, this is what you got to do. And by the way, don't worry, you're going to get away with it because this is the agenda. It's just like writing tickets for one mile over the speed limit. It's like all the other, whatever the du jour action of the day is, they did not think of this. These pea brain roided up cops did not think of this themselves. This came from above. They have been told to do this. They murdered this person. If you and I did that and got caught on film, you'd have to pump daylight to us. Think about it. You would be in solitary right off the bat. You wouldn't have any blankets. You would be tortured in jail with all kinds of things they try to do to make you feel bad. Of course, if you work in your arse off every day and you have two jobs, being in a place where nobody can bother you and everything is pretty well laid back and everybody has to do all the work for you, well, it's not so bad. Think about it. If this were a reverse situation, everybody would be outraged, blah, blah, blah, blah. Well, everybody was outraged, but they don't know what to do because they put all of their lives hand into the hands of these not cases and are you can see on the video another one of the other batch opens like i get a chance to pre-punch and beat somebody see that's the call of pre-punching where they can they all they got an excuse so they get a chance in their little boy in their little in their little steroid it world where they're either on co whatever other hyper drug around plus they get too much sugar and they get free donuts these get don't forget the caffeine These characters flat out, I watched this video a couple of times and I just have to just breathe calmly. But if you count that, how much of this could look, if that was, and it's just as easily to be a woman. I mean, come on, let's look at the Ohio videos and the Pennsylvania videos where they literally have three, four, or five on a woman, although in many cases all it takes is one when he's my size and the girl's 90 pounds. But how many of these? The other one that is as disgusting as this is the girl in a cell. Guys, when you're in a cell, you can't go anywhere. So you're telling me that even if there's a little lippy 90 pound brunette, Okay, and she's busy like being whiny, that you had to come in the cell, shove her to the ground face first, and pound her in the back of the head with your ham fist. And this is your idea of being a man. Feeding this guy to death was their idea in their little pee swine brains about being, and they're not men, as far as I'm concerned, this is where the animal, and this is the animal at all levels. This is the system that the socialists want. Go ahead, please. I'm sorry, but that's the system the socialists want. You're seeing it right there on film. That is it. And they are going after their... Everybody was like, well, they don't do this. I've had people who are retired say, well, they aren't like that. I said, really? Have you been keeping track of what's been going on in your country? ...who deny it, having attention, they're distracted and gadget of whatever, and they are done TV. The police are becoming in some areas of... In fact, in that video, okay, this guy is unconscious to apprehend them. You can't apprehend that guy after knocking him on the ground. You should think of a gift. Well, that's the other problem I have with this is, first of all, the wrong people are being hired for the jobs. But here's the problem. They weren't hired. It wasn't an accident that they were hired. The characters that are being hired have been conditioned in their little pea-brained way to play police state because, again, where is this coming from? Everything is trickled down from above. This is from the Fed. This is from the state police academies. This is from like here in Michigan, the first two weeks of the Michigan State Police Academy, they condition the little pea brains that go in there that the people have no rights. That the people have no rights. We've got a bunch of stuff we've posted before, but we need to bring it all up again. We've got massive archives and backups to backups in other places. So we can pull God knows how many hours. But the thing about this is these guys did not think this up. This is all you know this is a combination. This is both a command decision based upon reinforcing an education from the higher ups who come to all these departments and tell them all about all the scurrilous things that they need to do because after all they got to keep the taxpayer in line the peasants seem to be in line so they can keep milking and milking them and the little blue lodge boys which I guarantee all these characters are part of and are notorious for that because after all the poo boss said that they need to murder somebody. The poo boss said that they need to beat people down. The poo boss said, because I'm telling you exactly, because this does not happen. When I can take a video from any of the 50 states and I get the same video, you actually have to have a scorecard to tell them which one is this. Oh, that one's Seattle, Washington. Wait a minute, that's Seattle, Washington too. Oh, that's Tacoma. No, that's New York City. No, that's Philadelphia. And you know what's funny is it's not happening as much in Detroit, but it's happening. However, most everybody like in Detroit, which is a falling apart city, it's a dying city, nobody wants to really mess with anybody unless somebody's messing with somebody's turf. But most of the population is gone. Everybody just goes through the circular motions. And nobody is caring anymore. The ultimate end to the socialist scam is that nobody, it's like East Germany or it's like Eastern Europe, that everybody just kind of plods along and the grayness sets in. Well, that's where Soviet-tized Detroit is already like that. And everybody still goes, well, how can we fix it? How can we fix it? Well, they want to turn all the farm fields. That tells you something about the characters that are running our urban operations. We're going to turn it into farm fields. I mean, you say you've taken tens of billions of dollars, frag these cities as you stole them left, stole everything from them left and right, and your solution is not to maintain the city, but turn it into farmland. Downtown Detroit, turn it into farmland. How stupid could you be? Oh, metropolis. What happened to metropolis? The socialists showed up. Their idea again, no production, no capability to build. These are the characters they hired to destroy the population. And then everybody wonders why things. How can societies degrade? You can watch it right on video now. I don't think the Romans had this opportunity. That doesn't mean the Romans didn't have all kinds of problems too in other ways. But this is an example. How do societies die? And it's like these roided up characters, you know, everybody else is watching this and eventually there's only two right directions. Eventually people would become incensed and those six would have been, you know, blue splotches on the ground if everybody had the right attitude. Or like you see here, there's a booby there in that video if you watch. He's got the green shirt on with the black shorts and sandals. He turns and he kind of laughs smiles to the other guy. Like, haha, it's like you think that's funny? Like I said put your hind end underneath that situation for just a half a minute and that guy was beat for a hell of a lot more than half a minute that they took about 15 minutes worth of beating on him there a non-stop where these like you said they just went into Auto auto I can kill I can kill I can beat all this is great see before they only getting the only get to do a punching bag 909 think about it today. They got a chance to use a real human and hear bones crack and beat squash They heard organs they heard organs sloshing and they felt really good about it while they were in their insanity. Remember that the one witness had this thing all on cell phone and much clearer even than this photo video, right? And they handed it over to the cops, right? And the cops didn't claim it never existed. It's even more graphic than this video here. The other one that was done, the guy I have back, it might be that guy that's over there if you look. In the picture here you can see a guy that's within, looks like about 24 feet of where they're beating this guy to death. Well, let me point something out. How many times have they used the cell phone to track somebody's activity over a 24-hour period? Hundreds and thousands of times now, haven't they? In fact, they acknowledge, remember they were, look, they were, remember the guy that supposedly killed, you know, may have killed his wife and, you know, put her in the boat and, you know, used the boat in this and they used his phone records to show he was near the location? Let me ask you something. Don't, don't, don't, here's, here's, here's, well, this could be investigated because they're tampering with evidence and trying to destroy it. The man had all of his information on his cell phone. He gave the cell phone to the cops. The cops had the cell phone and then claimed that it disappeared. Hard way, isn't there a separate, private, 800 meg phone record tracking where that phone was for the period of time that that man released that phone? And here's the thing to think about, maybe they did destroy it, but you know what's fascinating about that if they did? Wouldn't the phone record show every 36, every 16 minutes that they sonar pang it? Wouldn't that show exactly where that phone was during the period of custody by the cops? And if they did throw it in the trash, wouldn't it even show you where the phone went? They could probably find it in the, uh, the dumpster. If it went to a dumpster and then to a landfill, they could probably locate it in the landfill. Exactly. Isn't it amazing how they don't want to talk about how technology works both ways? And we need to call and plant the seed with the father on that because that bone can be found. Thank you, sir. Thank you. God bless. God bless. God bless. Republic, death of the New World Order, we shall prevail, ladies and gentlemen. The Empire is on the run, and we're on the march. These characters are animals.
