Mark Koernke hosted an evening broadcast discussing sustainable community development and sovereignty. Guests Pat Hawley, Jeff Hill, and David discussed establishing self-sufficient communities in northern Michigan and Tennessee, focusing on renewable energy (hydropower, wind, solar), local infrastructure (fire protection, emergency medical services, roads), and alternative governance structures based on Roman law maximums and confederacy models. The conversation covered creating local currencies, establishing community banks and post offices, and developing trade networks independent of federal control. Callers raised questions about local law enforcement, justices of the peace, and incarceration within sovereign communities. The hosts debated whether peaceful solutions or armed conflict would be necessary to implement these alternative systems.

His clothes were torn and dirty as he stood there by my bed. He took off his three-cornered hat, and speaking low to me, he said, We've fought a revolution to secure our liberty. We wrote the Constitution as a shield from tyranny. For future generations, this legacy we gave. In this, the land of the free and home of the brave. The freedoms we secured for you, we hoped you'd always keep. But tyrants labored endlessly while your parents were asleep. Your freedom's gone, your courage lost, you're no more than a slave. In this, the land of the free and home of the brave. You buy permits to travel and permits to own a gun. Permits to start a business or to build a place for one. On land that you believe you own, you pay a yearly rent. Although you have no voice in saying how the money's spent. Your children must attend a school that doesn't educate and your Christian values can't be taught according to the state You read about the current news in a regulated press and you pay a tax you do not owe to please the IRS Your money is no longer made of silver nor of gold you trade your wealth for You pay for crimes that make our nation turn from God and shame You've taken Satan's number. You've traded in your name. You've given government control to those who do you harm so they could burn down churches and seize the family farm and keep our country deep in debt. Put men of God in jail. Harash your fellow countrymen while corrupted courts prevail. Your public servants don't uphold the solemn oaths they've sworn. And your daughters visit doctors so their children won't be born. Your leaders send artillery and guns to foreign shores and send your sons to slaughter fighting other people's wars. Can you regain the freedoms for which we fought and died? Or don't you have the courage or the faith to stand with pride? And are there no more values for which you will fight to save? Or do you wish your children to live in fear and be a slave? O sons of the Republic, arise, take a stand, defend the Constitution, the Supreme Law of the land, preserve our great Republic and each God given right, and pray to God to keep the torch of freedom burning bright. As I awoke, he vanished in the mist for whence he came. His words were true, we are not free, but we have ourselves to blame. For even now as tyrants trampled each God given right we only watch in tremble too afraid to stand and fight If he stood by your bedside to dream while you were asleep and wondered what remains of the freedoms he'd fought to keep What would be your answer if he called out from the grave? Is this still the land of the free and home? And good evening ladies and gentlemen, this is the evening intelligence report. I'm Mark Harnke and I'll talk to you later One day closer to victory, all of our brothers and sisters, both on and behind the lines at occupied territories, west, central, southeast, and southwest. We are on liberty3radio.4mg.com, pbn.4mg.com, and we are on live 365 and go to Liberty 3 Radio. We are also on AM&FM micro stations, CB base stations, and ultra net technologies both east and west of the Mississippi, along with southern and central Alaska. We're on the home market, and we're on the eastern seaboard from the top of Maine to the bottom of Florida. From the bottom of Florida across the arc to the Gulf of Mexico, headed towards Louisiana, Texas, Oklahoma, a big chunk of Nebraska, our friends with the third of Wyoming, and the pit crews, that's right, the big minds over there that are presently rebroadcasting our programming by micro-FN. Then across over to Iowa, come over to many farms there, 99.5, 99.7, 97.5, many, many others. And as we wing over the Mississippi landing in the western end of the Smokies, we then turn to the Golden Spike Project, moving across the whole of the Blue Ridge. And the Golden Spike, including the restaurant crews, Grandma teams, OK teams, and the Grand Lavelle Group up there in Cleveland, invading Parma, Ohio, of course, headed west towards the home of the Ghoul and Froggy. Well, it's dark outside. It's the other end of the dark 30, in this case late, well, later now. Obviously demonstrating a need for night vision, but what is the date to be, sir? Mark, it is the 21st day of October, year of our Lord 2010. Again, 21 October, October 10. You guys are right, it's dark. It rained and it got sunny and it got cloudy and it got cold and wet. It was a great day, Mark. Well, not really, but we're going to be making sure we take advantage of the stuff that we can use that will be on sale that will be applied to our preparations for the future, especially when it comes to aging more. So we're going to do a weekend to point you in the right direction when we find something that's jumping out in the main chains or whatever. We'll let you know as we tick down the clock and the inventory still stays stacked up on the shelves. That's most important. Now what's happening up in that neck of the woods? Well, as you pointed out, it's dark, you guys, and let's get this out of the way right away. If you're looking for night vision after the hour, you can talk to me at 231-796-8458. Again, 231-796-8458. And I do got a little something here, Mark. I was trying to save this for weapons one day, and I wasn't able to squeak it in anywhere. I'm just itching to get this ****. So, you guys, you know, we've referenced many times, Boston Tea Parties, and I'm not real particular about the type, Gun Bible. Boston Tea Parties Gun Bible. We've referenced quotes from it and other things. But I do believe in their mark. Boston, you know, that's a pen name, did claim that in one paragraph, in one particular place, that no one's ever been killed in the defense of the nation with a hockey stick. a golf club or a baseball club. According to a public and I found this a long time ago and I wanted to bring this out. In December 2002, a military history, American History dot net, 3 W's in front of American History dot com, printed on four or eight pages. Mark on that guy from Mexico there south of the border, or Villa, you know, Pancho Villa. When his boys came into Columbia there, that was Columbus you guys. They tried to ransack the town and were basically in the dark and everybody was trying to figure out what was going on. Was that a target, is that a friendly and what not? Meanwhile, here I want to just read these couple of sentences to you because this came out of Pancho Villa's raid on the US in the military history published in 2002. Meanwhile, back at camp, many other non-combatants were more than holding their own. Although some of the horses were spooked off, one of the stable attendants fatally brained a Velista baseball bat with a baseball bat. fire from the other Americans drove the Raiders behind the Adobe walls to one of the buildings where they sprayed to the large bore shotguns that the cooks used to shoot fresh game for the kitchen pots. But did you notice the earlier portion there you guys one of the stable hands guarding the army horses there had nothing better to do but well swing that bat at that Mexican and he was the victor. That's contrary Mark to Boston Tea Party's claim that No one has ever been killed in the defense of the nation with a baseball bat, a golf club or a hockey stick. You have two out of three of those right. I know we have guests, but you guys wanted to bring that to you. Very good. I will tell you what we do have as we promised. We brought back the crew from Tuesday. We had a whole bunch of people here. I guess we don't want everybody to introduce themselves. It is a subject that we have touched on for many, many years. We have discussed this from different angles. This is yet another approach we have, by the way, of different people from different venues all looking at the same problem. This is the reason that we need to have more meetings of the money because there are a lot of different solutions out there. There are people that have come up with solutions. Each one has a unique direction. In the process, everybody working together will iron out what we figure is probably the best direction to go. There are other people listening that may want to throw some input into this. That's why I figured we'd come back again tonight. Gentlemen, I believe we have Pat Hawley here, correct? Yes, I'm here. Very good. We've got Jeff Hill. Yes, over here. I knew that. Who else do we have on the team? Go ahead and jump in there, guys. Sir David Attenborough. There we go. Now, I'll tell you what. Let's do this again, gentlemen. Overview. We're looking at here and I'll tell you what, Pat, go ahead. Explain to everybody a quick background. We've already had you up in the air so they can go to the archives. But just a quick overview and then the area of expertise, your interests, and what are the goals? What are our long-term goals with these projects? Well, I think the first thing, like I said, I'm an only original man from the Western Hemisphere. I come from a family that's been involved in conflict for a long number of years through the American Indian Movement up to the present day. We've created a sustainable community in northern Michigan, just about an hour south of the Mackinac Bridge. We're trying to grow our own foods, a lot of heritage seeds, some of the seeds even from the Sir David Andrews area from the Mohawk Valley Corn Feedery Race, as your original Iroquois corn. We're into trade and marketing. We're trying to work with other like-minded communities. I would say that in our case, we're pro-good government. We want to see freedom and we want to see basic human rights honored for all people. It's unique that some of us come from sovereign nations that are still in existence. We're looking at avenues to enhance our sovereignty as well as create a catch-all for the fallout that's going to happen in the next few years with the financial crisis that we're going to face through this apartheid system that exists today. I can add on that, Mark, too. The whole goal in which I have been working for the past 67 years really hard at is the establishment of what we call sustainable communities. Mark has talked about this time and time again on the intelligence report. is going out and buying up rural areas and taking over an entire community of a group of like-minded people and building sustainable. Here at Lone Wolf territory, which is now a reality as of today, we have water power, we have the potential of wind power, We have people who are living here and have lived here most of their lives. We have carpenters, heavy machinery operators, a blacksmith, a couple of welders, three roofers that I know that live here in this general area. Therefore, we're looking, and there's still two farmers that are here. Therefore, we are looking at a very high good potential of establishing a sustainable community, a community which can support itself and not have to depend on big brother or some outside force for its operations. That is what Pat and I were discussing the hour before, how to be able to maintain the autonomy and yet still being able to maintain trade or dealing in commerce, yet protecting yourselves from the entrapments that are out there. What we didn't cover though, Pat, before which I will mention is that each sustainable community, my law, international law, can establish its own post offices and its own banks. Once you have been established as a sovereign community and if you go from there and Mark has emphasized this for now for a long time on the radio is buying up lands and creating a self-sustaining community. That's what agenda 21 of the UN purports. Now their plan under 21 is a damnable plan but if you build something that is similar to what they are offering and you are able to prove sustainability then the UN can have no objection. In fact, you can actually get UN support for the advancement of the community in spite of the imperial governments who want to suppress and enslave the people. I'll pass it to someone else. Very good. Mark? Tell you what, we've got Jeff here too. Jeff, we actually have several points of the compass here. Jeff? So then everybody, a high five there, let everybody know where you are and your background too, please. Some miles northwest of Nashville and my background would be Out of Nor the Mission, a reporter with Emerson Review, numerous shows with Mark and Don, legal work, a filmmaker, artist, and I think the background of the last Let's say 95, 94, in the fields of Brutus with the Michigan militia and gone through to the general societies and the Commonwealth movement and just around about looking to the alternative way of thinking, you know, for many, but I think we're becoming mainstream. We always have been mainstream. I think the alternative thinkers are now coming to us. on the mainstream cases. The sustainable idea with the job loss that's taking place in the country is multiplying and it's simply biblical. If you look at it in that perspective, an only an imbecile is not going to prepare for shortages and we really hugging it There's nothing really we can do to protect ourselves if you can obtain those better reserve milks unless you have the skills and built a certain mold around you in either legal terms of sustainability and growing your own food, your power. So I think this, you know, you have a proper community that's now growing. And that idea is starting to flourish where people think that maybe it's not a bad idea to have a spare room and have three or four months with the food stocks. If you go on to the governmental sites, the Homeland Security sites and that, they recommend it. But I remember 15 years ago, if you said that, oh, I had four months with the food, you were deemed either a survivalist or a militia or some name of the month. As the jobs move and the service industries are falling, I think it's high time that I don't care what monetary class you're in, you better get your ducks in a row. Very good. Again, we're looking at guys as the fact that instead of being a collapse, it's going to be a shedding away of a lot of the debtors that's been built out by these ring knockers. It doesn't mean they're going to try to play the global card. They are. We are anticipating this, the manipulation of the economy. You either have to believe it is an accident or it is intended. If you believe it is an accident, we will give you a crowbar to pull your head out of your hand. Since pretty much everybody listening to this program knows it is intentional what we are seeing happen, then we have to ask the next question, who would be stupid or foolish enough to follow these crazies that have done this? Because only an idiot or an incompetent are going along with them. Therefore, you definitely steer clear of and want to grab by the scruff of the neck and use your number 10 boot to kick them on down the road and shove them in the water and swim somewhere else. Well, that's coming down the road too. But in the process, we have to have mechanisms in place and we have to have a structure already in motion. to prepare for this situation. There is no vacuum. There is not going to be any confusion. There is no need for any confusion. I think that is the most comical part about this. The other side is the one who is ranting and raving about, there is going to be confusion. There is going to be confusion. No, there is not. It is amazing how many people I run into that are totally calm. They are fed up with what they see. They are PO'd with what they see. They know what the problem is and they know who caused the problem. So, they're not thinking about riding and they're not thinking about panicking, but they are looking for solutions. They're looking for how do we get around these buggers and just kick them around down the road, just leave them in the dust. Well, that's what we're going to talk about. That's what I want you guys to go over tonight. So let's just jump right in there. And again, you've got a lot of other people listening. If you'd like to call into the program, if you have input, please do so. If you have questions or if you have ideas, if there's something you're thinking while you're listening, hey, wait a minute. We could do this. Then let's just go ahead. But go ahead and give an overview of where you've come from experience-wise with this project. Of course, Dave's got work going on in his area. We have many of the friends that have similar projects going on all across the country in one form or another. As we develop this concept, one of the most important things to remember is when we're talking about sustainability, this means that everybody's going to have to start developing skills that they perhaps already have or that they've had an interest in. Some technologies will overlap, both new and old, and in fact can be cohabitable. They can sit side by side. And a lot of people that have worked in steel can work in iron. A lot of people who are tradesmen in one form or another can help to build up a new trade or new production in another area, or to expand upon what they already know. This is the area that we need to be focusing on. You cannot expect somebody else to come up with a solution or do it for you. The word W-O-R-K is attached to this. Most human beings hate that word for that reason. Be warned that there are people who think they are just kind of ride along. That is not how it works. Everybody can contribute. Everybody will contribute. You have to pull your own weight. Kind of like what it said in the later part of the New Testament there, if man does not work, he shall not eat. I will be generous to those who are in catastrophe stricken, but I am not going to pull somebody else's dead weight along because they expect me to feed them. That's not how this world is supposed to work. I only have so much time. So, guys, go ahead. Pat, start out, please, if you would. Well, we were talking about the other night, and it was Sir David, I was just very, very impressed once again, like we sit in the previous hour. But when you started talking about the corporate soul and the implications they could have upon the people of this land, and just the knowledge sharing that we had going back and forth in the last hour, I'd love it if you could expunge some more on the corporate soul and tell us about that, because I think this is one of the most exciting things. First of all, two people you can go back to hammering the new war to order with Spike and download the archives from Indiana Freedom Radio of what we did the last hour. There was something I wanted to touch on before you did get into the, that I wanted to finish the thought here Mark was working on with sustainability, then I'll deal a little here more with the Corporation soil. Here at Lone Wolf territory we have in the makings, we have water power. We also have the potential of wind power. We have a large flat plateau that's about 50 to 75 feet above the surrounding land, or the majority of the surrounding land in this area. And there's nothing up there. George Bush and Elliot Spitzer and his company came in in 2005, and they clear cut everything totally to the ground for the purpose of building a casino up there for the rich and famous. In the name of doing it, in the name of Honggui-Honggui, well, we proved that they weren't. They were doing it for self-service. But there's room for at least anywhere from three to a dozen windmills on top of that flat ridge that there's nothing up there. So maybe it can be put to good use because it would be a long time before there ever would be trees there. So that's one potential of putting in actual wind power. And we have hydropower here. And we've been fighting for six years to install the turbos. And we're about to beat that case. It's about to be slammed up. The attorneys are going to lose it. And the turbo is going to go in. We know that we can sustain at least 30 homes with just water power alone. Plus, if we can put in 3 to 12 windmills, who knows how much energy we can produce. I suspect by the time the project is complete, we can probably produce enough energy to maintain 50 to 75 homes, which would be absolutely fantastic. The other thing we have looked at for building is a grist mill, a milk plant in which we produce not milk per se, maybe enough, but for the most part producing cheese, butter, and cottage cheese, things of that nature, which can then be marketed. And we have also negotiated with two different manufacturers who manufacture prefabbed homes in which to actually build a manufacturing plant here. In fact, one of them You can actually design such a built your own manufacturing plant right from scratch as part of the same prefab stuff that you would be building for houses. Sort of a very neat process and has an R29 rating, very excellent R rating for a prefab home. And what does those things do folks? what I've just spoken of, they create jobs. They create self-energy, sustainability. If you create your own banks, your own currency, your own post office, who needs better reserves? The Ithaca Hours was created in 1991. 54,000 hours were printed in 1991. In three years, by 1994, those 54,000 Ithaca Hours turned over two million dollars worth of business within the city of Ithaca and merchants there and it kept all of the profits, it was kept home. It didn't get shipped abroad or across the country or somewhere else. It was kept at home. And in the use of the Ithaca hours, there is no taxes. The Federal Reserve notes, upon which the tax is leveled, not upon the hours. So if each sustainable community creates its own currency and trades within its own self, that's why we talked Tuesday night here on the NTL Report. We brought up the issue of a Confederacy. The Iroquois nations were our confederacies. The original United States of America was a Confederacy. It is the Desure government, the Confederacy, not the Constitutional government. The constitutional government is a de facto government. Confederacy is when you have communities working together in exchange of services or products dealing in commerce, but yet not being controlled by each other. Each one is independent. Sovereignty, he wanted me to mention on the corporation's soul. The corporation's soul has been around for a very long time, and we did discuss earlier now that it is of Roman origin, but so is in trust for the most part, or of Roman or canon origin. And what you may not realize is under Roman law there is what's called maximums of law. It is a maximum of law that a corporation's soul is absolute sovereign and has absolute immunity and cannot be governed, ruled, or dictated to by some superior lord. Each and every corporation's soul has equal footing. Within the United Nations itself of the 215 registered nations 70 of them are actually Corporation souls. The United States is not. In fact, there are three separate United States presently in existence. One is called the United States. It's incorporated in the British crown in London. The British crown itself is a Corporation soul. And then you have the United States of America incorporated, and you have the United, which is a And then you have the United States of America Corporation, which is a profit corporation, both of which are incorporated in the state of Delaware, which we discussed earlier as well. The reason for it is because that is the corporate seat of the East Indian Company, as well as I didn't finish the last dollar path, was that Delaware Indians entered into a treaty agreement in which they were to become the first state. The actual Delaware people were to become the first state or nation of this new confederacy known as the United States of America. However, those who entered into the treaty didn't keep their word, as we discussed on Tuesday night after the broadcast. Gani was dealing with the lawsuit that is still pending down there. Corporation SOIL is the way in which you are able to establish autonomy. A Corporation SOIL is one which holds paper that is stocks, bonds, or bank accounts. They say that it can own property, but it should never do so. It should always establish an LLC. to be the holder and due course of the property. The LLC then is managed by a board of trustees or a long house or a tribal council or whatever your sustainable community is set up as that manages it. Because a corporation's soul is a party of one. It is unity like the great spirit. There is only one great spirit. and only one, Corporation souls are set up in the same manner as deity. In fact, in the case of the Holy See, it is microstidei di. I am the substitute of deity in the caves of the pulp. And that's basically what a Corporation soul is. And that scares a lot of people. Oh, we want to do that. But wait a minute. We're in Babylon. We're on the other side of the Looking Gallast in Wonderland. And if you're in Wonderland, you've got to play by the rules. And there was a lot of games and a lot of hurdles that Alice had to go through. Remember, she met a stupid white rabbit that wanted to run her down all sorts of rabbit holes to Nowheres. And then there was a serpent. And Alice wasn't even afraid of that serpent. Gee, that was an a-torner, wasn't it? But he didn't scare her. And she didn't buy his nonsense, either. But people seemed to forgot about that serpent in Alice in Wonderland. And then there was the Mad Hatter's Tea Party. If you've ever been in a courtroom, welcome to the Mad Hatter's Tea Party. But then there was the Queen wasn't there. And she had rules in which you had to play a game. And Alice was forced to play a game, which is what they are doing to us. We are being forced to play a game under Talmudic law here in Babylon. And Alice was a pawn, wasn't she? And what was the rule? How could Alice win the game? She was a pawn. In fact, she was the queen's pawn. The only way she could win the game was become a corporation soul. Sovereignty. Pawn. Queen 8. Game over. Go back and read Alice in Wonderland. When the pawn reaches Queen 8, you're no longer a pawn. The pawn is now a queen. And the queen, in a game of chess, is absolute sovereign. Back to you, Mark. One of the things here too that we're forced to look at is how are the other side going to try and lay latches upon how they're going to try to attach themselves or reattach themselves to whatever transpires after this ship slides below the waves. That's something that most everybody agrees that they're going to try to do. The crisis in America, then they're going to point to confusion. Notice they keep talking about riots or confusion or You know, the economic collapse and then it will be, you know, the ad max is one of the variations on the theme. Well guys, that doesn't have to happen and from the Patriot end we can make sure it doesn't happen. I think that's one of the things that the bad guys are becoming frustrated over because somehow in their own minds they seem to think that we really can't look at them directly and see them for what they are. The globalists have an agenda to try and plug in the big global picture. If they create a vacuum, rather than remaining empty or void or replaced with confusion, there is no reason for us not to have a complete system ready to be replaced. But we need to do it at the local level. It needs to be at the closest level to the human beings that are going to be using it. If that isn't in place, then everything else is moot. I've asked this question before. Congratulations. You're going to win. What do you want? What is your goal? My argument for years is not that we aren't going to win. My argument is we're going to win and then what are you going to do? A variation on this guy, and everybody wants to think about this, way back in the 70s, peace protests, anti-war protests became a corporate entity. It became a business. It became a ritual without any real need or want for a solution. I kept asking people, because it was, we have to go protest the war. No matter what college campus you were on, that was like a cyclic ritual thing where uncle, uncle, uncle, everybody was going to dance around whatever the event was. I asked a question back in the early 70s, I said, okay, when you win and this is all done, what are you going to do then? In other words, what's your goal? Where are you planning going with this? Everybody would always go to brain fart. They would just literally walk up. What do you mean? The war is going to end. The war is either going to end because maybe your pressure is effective or the war is going to end simply because all wars eventually end. Then what are you going to do? There was never an answer. They were going to go protest. No, that's not what I asked. You protest, you get what you want, now where do you go? There was a vacuum, there was a void there because the action, the protest, had become the event, the ritual. We're looking for life guys. We're not just looking for complaining about what the other guy is doing. It's easy to complain about what the other guy is doing. What do you have in the way of an answer, a solution to the problem? This is something for decades. I keep asking the same question, okay, what do you want? You're going to get what you want. You'll be aware. Sometimes you get what you ask for. Okay, the bad guys are in trouble. They know they are, but they are in trouble intentionally. The peons and the middle management are all going to be shucked aside anyway. It is now starting to sink in that all these deals and all these backroom, backstabbing arrangements that were made to undermine the country, each person thought somehow they were the pet puppy. In reality, the only thing that they are is Kyogi. Kyogi is a little black dog served with rice in Korea. That is exactly the kind of pet puppy all these fools are. What we have to do now is we have to look at how are we going to come up with a livable solution, a situation that is going to be tenable. Not only that, it can grow. It can be an example. In other words, in order for this to happen, here is the other problem we have. I have seen this over and over again. This is where the Patriot Movement Again, great at complaining, but guys, we have to hunker down, pick a location or pick a model, and demonstrate that it can work and that it will work. Now, there are all kinds of theories and there are all kinds of things that I've heard and all. We want to go back to the Constitution. I believe we need to go to the Constitution, not back. The Constitution didn't leave us, guys. We just kind of left it over here off to the side and it's still moving right on down the road the way it always has. It didn't go any place. It's just a matter of how far we stepped away from it. Even now, here's one of the things to consider. The Constitution has not been destroyed. They've simply amended or added or subtracted from a chain of fictions that they have piled on or that they have saran wrapped over the reality. The core or the basic elements are all there. Everything that we need is there. There is no reason for anybody to be in any battle acts and broadsword conflict over the form of government that we need. We have it. The problem is with our form of government is there something else and it's that same word that I mentioned earlier, W-O-R-K that's attached to it. People don't like the idea that there is going to be work attached to it, but you actually have to perform certain actions. You can't just flippantly have your way with the people. The Founding Fathers, and many of the people who were looking at this, dealt with the same problems we're dealing with right now. Anybody who doubts that, I argue, go to the Declaration of Independence. Now, they had the sustainable community already in place. In lieu of so than probably any given time, we were on the upswing in general with regard to the infrastructure and the ability to maintain one's sovereignty, one's personal liberty. How do we get back to that? Actually, let's not get back again. How do we get to it? It's there, but how do we get to it? That's really what all these programs are about that we've been bringing forward. I'll give you an example, guys. We'll go to war. It's 9.5 just to win. I had somebody walk up to me down in the off creek and say, wow, we've got this wonderful idea. We won't even half the fight. I've heard that four times in the last decade and a half, two decades almost now, because this is the year 2010. And every time we've ended up having to mobilize, to purify, because the bad guys, well, they can even do what's called hull down. When you are a tank commander and you are driving along, it looks like you get a little hairy, too much fire, too much stuff being drawn. You find a little hole in the terrain and you drop the armor into that, your tank into that, and you kind of take cover. Now it doesn't mean you can't peek over that little rise there that you've hidden behind or a little depression which usually gives you cover in all directions. But what it does is it gives you a breather space to figure out what you are going to do next or how you are going to use your fire maneuver capability. Now that's what the bad guys do. But right now they are in a quandary because it is go for the gusto or in other words defecator get off the pot is basically the scenario that is before us. Now I know that they realize this is just as dangerous for them as it is for anybody else in this game right now. And if we instead of doing the ahh we are just going to contemplate our belly buttons and all of a sudden the world is just going to change that is not going to happen. Militia understand that we are going to have to fight. One of the discussions we've had is, okay guys, what about general domestic tranquility, so to speak. It won't be tranquil, but how do you deal with, for instance, the fact that we have to have peace officers? Now, if the sheriffs actually do their job instead of siding with the Goofs and the Goons, or because it's taken money from the Fed, etc., the general attitude is the sheriffs and the sheriffs and the sheriffs officers are going to have to do their job, because we're going to have scallywags and scoundrels. There are three armies always in the field in a war. There's side A, side B, and pirates and scallywags that make up both sides that usually gravitate towards criminal activity. That has to be dealt with, and that is still going to be an issue no matter what transpires. Now, it can go to one extreme or the other. It can be just local chicanery where somebody's trying to rustle somebody's cow because they think they deserve his milk. Or it can be pirates and scallywags who think they're going to play road warrior through your community. There's the extreme and we have to decide how we're going to deal with it. Go ahead. I can deal with this issue. Thank you for bringing that up, Mark. I can deal with that. That's part of what most people who are dealing with this sustainable community, they do not understand what Mark is now pointing out. Infrastructure. Infrastructure, infrastructure. If you're going to have a government, you're going to have a community. There has to be government operation of some sort. He mentions police power. Well, I can solve the police power real fast. It's called Every Man's Home is his castle, and every man is a sheriff at his front door, and each community has its own militia and its own posse. And therefore, no need of a police state because the people who live there are the police. You don't mess in the community. Got that? Now, it doesn't end with just police power. There are three other things that are absolutely crucial for the sustainability of a community. One, fire protection. You must maintain as a community a fire department of some sort. You're looking at some words in the neighborhood of approximately one million dollars to set up a fire department because you're going to need at least At least one pumper, one tanker pumper, a brush truck, in most cases because you're rural. and a rescue vehicle, an ambulance of some sort. So you're looking at four vehicles totaling somewhere in the neighborhood of about $350,000 to a half a million dollars plus at least a half a million dollars in putting up a structure to house the buildings, especially in the north where you got to keep them from freezing. That has to be maintained. Fire, number one. Number two, emergency medical. The community must maintain its own emergency medical, especially under Obama nation care. If you don't maintain your own emergency medical, you may not get any medical outside of the community. And the third, infrastructure. Infrastructure. How do you get anywhere, folks? It's called roads. You have to be able to maintain the roads. You've got a plow in the north, plus you've got all the mowing of the grass and the paving of the highways, grading and whatever, or maintaining sluices and keeping them from unplugged from beavers or other debris. Where does the money come from? Taxes. A sustainable community should never tax the land. It should not tax the people. The children should never be taxed. That's the biblical principle. The foreigner is the one that is taxed. So therefore, taxes are based upon sales or by some other means. How do you make a sustainable community? I mentioned at the very beginning. Agri-power, wind power, solar power. In fact, they now have solar turbines. where you could put a solar turbine up for about $30,000 and completely maintain two or three houses up in a solar turbine. Something to look at as well. But renewable energy is how you build a sustainable community. And the profits, the hydropower, the wind power, the solar power, all is property of the community. It is the government's property. The sustainable energy then is sold to people in the community as well as people outside of the community. And the profits from the sale of the renewable energy maintains the infrastructure of the community without taxation. Banksters don't want to hear that. Maybe Thunderdock would like to have something or Pat or whatever. Actually, you really interest me in what you just said for the things there. One of the things we did initially when we came here was, well one of the first things is we purchased it out of pocket obviously. We purchased our own heavy equipment, our bulldozers, we have our back hoses, we have a couple back hoses. We have a couple back hoses. We have a couple back hoses. We have a couple back hoses. We have a couple back hoses. We have a couple back hoses. We have a couple back hoses. We have a couple back hoses. We have a couple back hoses. We have a couple back hoses. We have a couple back hoses. We have a couple back hoses. We have a couple back hoses. We have a couple back hoses. We have a couple back hoses. We have a couple back hoses. We have a couple back hoses. We have a couple back hoses. We have a couple back hoses. We have a couple back hoses. We have a couple back hoses. We have a couple back hoses. We have Now, we have a doctor that's coming in from our territory to actually, in another four weeks, he's going to try to set up a clinic here. And one of the things we were looking at doing was using webcams and having nurse practitioners in different communities for emergency services. So a nurse practitioner can say, be in Moon Wolf territory until you had a doctor there. He could actually do the interview over a webcam, have the nurse practitioner do the immediate care there, or they subverse that they travel to your territory and we needed somebody here. And in dealing with those things, I think those are very important, validationally experienced. Now, when you got into the energy power, what we use here right now is we're using solar, which we get about six hours of good daylight a day. We're also using a natural gas generator that we've talked of, a natural gas underneath the territory. We do have a couple blew up now. We have a river that goes through the territory. We're looking at using a funnel system. Mandatory under mandatory. They have to buy it from you. We know that we've been pressing that issue up here as well. We've been looking at getting into some of the big and setting them up in the field. And we looked at using high stakes bingo and that is what we use here too is tobacco is raised here and Aquisestiny has two Bengal parlors. Here at Longwell territory, I don't think we're going to get into the gambling because I think there's sufficient amount of profit off of the renewable energy to be able to maintain infrastructure. And yes, a medical clinic is essential. We have got that already worked out. We're looking here at about 5,000 to 6,000 square foot clinic, the actual cost of the structure is approximately a quarter of a million dollars and then you're looking at somewhere in the neighborhood of about $300,000 to $500,000 for equipment depending on how elaborate you're going to make the clinic to the possibility even being able to be giving emergency care because it's going to become extremely crucial if We're forced with abomination care. It's absolutely essential that you're going to have to have in-house every community. Locally, the best, you're right, the best we've got is a nurse practitioner at a clinic that's five miles from where I'm at. And she's only there about four or five hours, four days a week. And you're going to drive 20 miles to a hospital. One of the advantages we have as a homey people is our medicine people as well. The doctor that is coming in is an herbologist first and an MD second. What we would rather deal with is the removing of the causes than dealing with the symptoms. conventional medicine. One of the unique things is both Alfred and Kevin, and I hope they're both on the line, they're both medicine people that are extremely gifted in a number of techniques like Reiki dealing with crystals. I could go on and on and on about them, but we're very fortunate that we need to find people that have the ancient arts and knowledge of how to heal the body. They need to speak because they've got five minutes, Pat. If they were going to speak, they need to do it. I was just mentioning we need to be searching those people out to be part of our communities as well because they are every bit as valuable as our trades people because they know the herbs and the medicines that may not be available post-Obama medical care that we are talking about. Jim, what do you have, caller? You talk about the sheriff and the infrastructure. What about the local justice of the peace? I heard in common law The sheriff ran the court, or some of them were local justices of the peace, or a magistrate of like a sub war warrior was coming in, picking the tomatoes and we arrest them. We bring him before a magistrate before he goes to trial. What about incarceration? We're talking a whole different apple here. We're talking about free, sovereign communities. Each community sets up its own rule. We're not being dictated by some outside master of the charis of English common law. We're talking about every man is a sheriff at his front door. That is a corporation soul is Roman law. We are looking at Roman law, not English common law. And each community sets its own rules, own regulations, and each community is sovereign, not somebody outside coming in that community and telling them what to do. It's not a police state. And under the maximums of law we get rid of the police state and we have a brotherhood, a family. Everyone in the community are brothers and we wear one feather. Enough said about that. My problem with that is, although I am not Romanistic in nature, and unfortunately because Rome was taken over by the Vatican, I do have a problem with the direction that that could have. The argument was that, you know, the old story, this has happened over and over again and I have watched this time and again. Beware also in that, once you become comfortable with a model or with a particular path, Everybody only longs for the good old days before you decide to scrape the table clean. Unfortunately, what will happen is that very quickly the other attachments which are quite alien to what we are even remotely familiar with would become the norm through an argument from outside our communities. The example is the globalists are going to be in a battle. Right now they are obviously at the international end. They are in a battle between at least three different covert factions that are trying to see who is going to be on the top of the feces pile. At this point in time, certainly Rome is one of them. Rome has been for quite some time. The Rome that we are talking about today is the Holy Roman Sea, but of course they argue that they are in fact the inheritors of all that was in imperial Rome. Isn't that true? Absolutely. So are we not then looking at a probable threat where somebody at one point or another is going to long for those good old days and start to tie in yet another one of the old threads? That is correct, Mark, but see that is the issue. We have the appearance of being like the Holy See. But yet we are not the Holy Spirit. But unfortunately, what happened is because they are still secret door of closed door societies, what happened is all it took was enough exfiltration from the continent into the lodges here and he cacked from within, restructured from within. As I've said before, if you're a secret society or if you're a closed mechanism like this, who would know other than the management? Correct. When you change camps, even as all of the trappings and elements are sitting there waiting to be plugged in. Again, as I said- Go ahead. I'm sorry, please. You broke up a little bit there. It's based upon the individual community though. Each community sets its own rules because we're looking back at the Confederacy being in a Confederate state or Confederate nations. And the purpose of the Roman maximums of law is they are written in stone. They cannot be changed. Not even by the Pope of Rome can the maximums of law be changed. Therefore, there they are used them because other laws are changeable at the will of whoever's in power. But the maximums of law are there forever, and the Pope can't even change those laws itself. And therefore, use them to your advantage. That's what's been happening. They've been taken away. They can't take advice. They can't legally do that. This gets back to the argument we've had for all this time is that we're too busy trying to find official building from an alien power. We already have the ability in place and the tools in place, guys. That could be a whole debate. We need to do this on the air. We need to be talking about this more. My argument is we're still trying to find some official acknowledgment from an alien environment. The problem here we're dealing with is that the United Nations has ruled that unless these nations are established by the year 2011, you will never be able to establish another... Wait a minute, but I understand what you're saying. It's Dave, a job. That's if I care for the United Nations. United Nations can't take him away. I'm just being quiet. You know what, we've had 20 years worth of additional oppression. Personally, I think we should have gone to war in the 90s and been done with it. I wish you and I would have done that. We should have done it and we're not going to make that mistake again and we're not going to get an option on this. This is one of the things I'm warning everybody about because what I see on the horizon This is the how can you strangle smoke issue. At some point this is going to kick in now and there is nothing that is going to stop it. So the idea that we are going to find a peaceful, we will hope for, and I am going to continue to hope, but I do not see it as a reality. The bad guys have never left, never been kicked out from whatever corner we have ever had by being convinced through a piece of paper. It is a wonderful experience and I have time to leave. It just doesn't work that way guys. But again, we still have to have these mechanisms in place. But we will get into this debate and we are going to continue. We are going to have more fun with this because it is. This is inspiring the mind guys. I want to use this following. Hopefully everybody will keep talking afterwards. I'll tell you what, Jeff and Dave, guys, appreciate it. How about if we do this again next week, next Tuesday? Sound good? It was good to me. Next Tuesday, 8 o'clock guys, we're working out. We gotta let you go now, cause we got, uh, let's see, oh let's see. We got Dutch Jones coming up next. God bless the Republic. We shall prevail, ladies and gentlemen. The Empire is on the run. We are on the march, both day and night. Ooh-rah, kick him in the slats, run him to the fence, throw him over the fence, tell him, hey, you know what, have peace, but over there, don't cause any problems here. God bless, goodbye. We'll let you go for now. Don, thank you sir. Thank you, Mark. God bless you. God bless you, America. We're going to clear this line. Guys, you can stay in conference, I think, and see what you're doing.
