Soon unanimously passed a law, quickly signed by Governor Rick Perry, stating that all the state's public universities must post a detailed syllabus for each undergraduate course that includes class requirements, required textbooks, lecture topics, the professor's educational background, his books and salary, and the cost of attending classes. All this data must be searchable and accessible without a password. Access cannot be limited to students, but must be freely available to the public. The sponsor of this law said it is intended to help students and parents make better decisions. If students have more information, they can better pick their courses and their major and spend their money more efficiently. This new law is very popular with students, but some professors are attacking it as an attempt to control curriculum and prevent discussion of controversial topics. The Texas Conference of the American Association of University Professors adopted a resolution requesting repeal of the law, calling it an attack on academic freedom. Some called the professor's reaction hysterical and note that many universities already voluntarily post the same information on the internet. One former Texas professor, Marvin Alasky, offered his congratulations to the Texas legislature saying taxpayers should know where their money is going. They do have light or extended business days too, and these are the days to watch because technically they're supposed to just either enter something into the register or see the sun, see span one and two morning sometime or hours of the evening entering information into the Federal Register and into the official record. Some honest representatives, or at least some representatives, either some many dishonest. Some of them will actually try to make sure that they're written down. They're not just going to put this in the log, stand there, and because the camera has to run for C-SPAN video, and rather than it being, it could become, what could they do with that? Well, you and I both know, we've been talking about this, we have a series of UN projects from outside the country where they're going to try to either milk us for more money before they leave. for the Israelis or for whatever foreign parts, but it'll mostly be the leaves trying to figure out how they can, you know, whatever dollars they'll be, you know, we're gonna have their chains pulled because of that gas pot of them. They're like, why have you done this? Hell yeah, so much money, or we'll give you a job, boy, whatever. Well, what's gonna happen? The oddball stuff that they will attempt. Well, there is another term that you're hearing a lot now that, oh, of course, these congressmen, they're running, these senators, they're running, a bunch of them won't even have to worry about running scared. I think the attitude is, They were at any of these town hall meetings and they did the arrogant thing. Don't you think that all those people were thinking, and a lot of us, the way they were being quiet, but they're looking at the character and they're not smiling, laughing, they were looking serious, hand up to their chin and their finger, and they were all, this is not the person I wanted off, became that pet public events. He is senator or congressman, male or female. What? He created a bunch of people who have now decided that they try to do to desperately do damage control of their jobs. Spurs and Shakers. kosher mafia is going to try to tell them, oh boy, we'll do something, lose some propaganda, you can kiss some babies, boy, I'm telling you. But in reality, people are not going to forget. Everybody that basically is out there knows that these characters, in their petulance, they will, they'll, it'll be their final act if they try. But in their arrogance, Earl is what actually sealed their coffin. That is with the nail, those are the nails that went in that put the down and are going to keep them down. And because somebody convinced them to go, they purchased milk at payday with cutting-edge technology and some idiot was stupid enough of it having no clue about the sound industry. And this happened quite a few times. Well, we got some of it fast enough. Unfortunately, this phenomenal technology was, well, you know, at least the guy we called Gold Station. Gold? You mean like Golden Sound? No, in fact, Do you know many of the cows, you know to get that phenomenal sound one of the many things that they did because the idea was to... and they all the year and again it got into the industry and through the stuff didn't have any clue what the hell they even... It was gold and gold, in some cases that was acquired by other people who set whole new stations up with older conductor than silver and so to get the money and better well in fact there's even gold in your computers not as much as it used to be the older technologies of course as we always know we're always built better and then we junk out so our computers are in the same boat. We've jumped everything out under the hood there. Everybody's, oh, it's trash. It's interesting because this is really obvious. Even we've got a lot of radio on and it's unique stuff like that where people have gotten rid of reel to reel to reel. VHS, Casara, two of the premium VHS and VHS, the number of tracks available and recording that. Those secret and quality for your, you know, your cop broadcasting, VHS tape and play. We get an eight hour tape, we get an extended play tape, a long play tape, you know, two hours, and they extended. That becomes an extended eight hour. You got eight hours worth of phenomenal sound. You can send down through the electrical, you know, the electricals, and that's what we did, and many others, many other people did too. But that's why people always wondered, how is it your station sounds at night, and this and that and the other accumulated knowledge. Anyway, it is a accumulating knowledge here, by the way.
