Mark Koernke opened with a Phyllis Schlafly Report segment on patent law and the Supreme Court's Bilsky decision, followed by advertisements for American Gunsmithing Institute firearms training and freeze-dried food. The bulk of the episode covered preparedness topics including silver and gold purchasing at gun shows, Senate legislative activity and lame duck politics, Knob Creek machine gun shoot and gun show details, LibertyNet radio frequencies, donation appeals for the Micro Effect network, pet care and animal husbandry for self-sufficiency, railroad maps for navigation, ham radio equipment acquisition, and military vehicle modifications. Koernke discussed practical survival skills, encouraged listeners to support the Micro Effect financially, and took a caller discussing marina hammocks and rail infrastructure.
No one expected this low profile issue to tie the court in knots for so long. This case involved a simple but terribly important issue. Should constitutional protection for inventors' patents extend to the invention of new business methods? Most people don't realize it, but the property right of an inventor in his invention is one of our most important constitutional rights. The Founding Fathers put this right into the U.S. Constitution even before they put in freedom of speech and religion, because they knew that new inventions would be the key to American growth and prosperity. The American patent system was unique when it was created, and it is still unique in the world. This property right is why the United States has produced most of the world's great inventions. In this Supreme Court case, the issue was how broad the scope of patent law should be in protecting the innovations of small inventors. The Court split five to four along ideological lines, with Justice Kennedy writing the opinion for the conservative block and Justice Stevens writing a separate opinion for the liberal block. The five conservative justices sided with broader patent rights while the four liberal justices tried to reduce patent protection. The inventor in this case, Beauregard Bilsky, lost his battle to protect his patent because the court found his work to be an unpatentable abstract idea. However, the decision was really a victory for small inventors because the Supreme Court reversed the bad decision by the lower courts that had weakened patent law. Thanks to this decision, patents will continue to extend as far and wide as productivity itself. This has been the Phyllis Schlathly Report from Eagle Forum. A figure walking through the mist with a flip lock in his hand. His clothes were torn and dirty as he stood there by my bed. He took off his three-cornered hat, and speaking low to me, he said, We've fought a revolution to secure our liberty. We wrote the Constitution as a shield from tyranny. For future generations, this legacy we gave. In this, the land of free and home of brave. The freedoms we secured for you, we hoped you'd always keep. The Tyrants labored endlessly while your parents were asleep. Your freedom's gone, your courage lost, you're no more than a slave! Brave. You buy permits to travel and permits to own a gun. Permits to start a business or to build a place for one. On land that you believe you own, you pay a yearly rent. Although you have no voice in saying how the money's spent. Your children must attend a school that doesn't educate. And your Christian values. You read about the current news in a regulated press. And you pay a tax you do not owe to please the IRS. Your money is no longer made of silver nor of gold. You trade your wealth for paper so your life can be controlled. You pay for crimes that make our nation turn from God and shame. Or do you wish your children to live in fear and be a slave? Dill the Land of the Blinds and occupied territories central will listen to us on... Hello Micro Effect Network in the morning. We're also on Liberty Tree Radio dot 4am g.com. We're on AM and FM Micro stations, CB Bay stations, and Ultra Net Technologies both east and west of the Mississippi. We're in Woodson in central Alaska. We're on the Hallmark Network on the eastern seaboard from the top of Maine to the bottom of Florida. From the bottom of Florida across the ark to the Gulf of Mexico, then to the tours of Louisiana, Texas, Oklahoma. We're seeing Nebraska, then over to the other side there, the third of Iowa slash Iowa, well, my micros are running right now. Some equipment trying to make it plugged in right. Sounds good to me. Back over to Mississippi. Oh, weeping. Not even getting your toe. On the other side too. The Golden Spuck Project over there on the air again. The restaurant crew's got teams, the OK teams are doing their part to get the job done to what's put in with, done by the Patriot efforts so that we don't think separate from what they're doing. That way we, it is a beautiful new one from Blue Sky. Away from Blue Skies to yesterday again to get blue-scale side time now is 9-10 September. It's required. We're clucking down the days now. Second year Fabian socialist and it's all we got for September itself. It is Friday by the way, so be careful on the road this morning. Remember that there's a lot of people that aren't thinking about, at least not the car, to think about other things. Everything else you can imagine but taking care of what needs to be done. So you want to be cautious on the road of the critters who are out there who are talking on the cell phone. Don't text him, dinosaur texting technology. Having to text somebody today, today, right now, at this moment. Well, while you're driving the car, yeah, well, eee! You don't want to be the part of the other part of that, eee! Instead, pay attention, play scattered eyes, get to work, and then when I'm way home, same thing. Everybody's singing barbeque. What's to be thinking about, which is what is beyond the hood of the car. Let's make sure you don't become part of the, uh, we don't want that to happen. Take your time, uh, be careful, avoid, obviously. A couple things for this party here, a lot of the gun shows, all as you've people that show up with silver, they're silver dealers. Most people who haven't been to gun shows don't know this, but usually there's a couple people. Over at Take Place typically lies, hey there's a bit of a market for silver there. You'll find that they might even be a more extensive coin dealer than your school of silver. They may also have, they may be, they may be, they have collectors coins and currency, depending on what they're looking for, and collecting, and co-currency can be anything guys. If you are ending these people to shows, this gives you a chance, two things. Number one, obviously if you want to buy silver, notice I didn't mention gold. If you want to buy silver, cost is more than extreme. But you may also be lucky, and the person may be a paper collector collecting paper currency. Not even until the country got the least guy, because, but I spent $60 on this very $5 at face value. You may be lucky to find somebody who's currency actually knows what they're doing. have a copy of the with nineteen fourteen eight sixteen that were the official to the uh... this uh... by the uh... federal government will do to get selling out to me the purpose because while we talk about this if you haven't seen one to check it out and try to access one and that the gun shows you build a pick up the clear what to uh... cold nowadays at twenty dollars an ounce paul so uh... back in the day when we tried here but in this originally two dollars and Don't talk about it, Mark! It just hurts! It hurts my wallet! Yes, I know it does. The advantage here is you'll be able to take a look at a bit of hand, pick up what you need in the process. The gun shows, well, the guy will vary as far as what his range of nothing yet to be careful. You may find a watering hole for purchasing silver and gold, and a local coin dealer is somewhere out where you are away from the gun show, so you're gonna wanna balance that out. But, it might be something interesting. Again, like everything else, you know, you go to the gun show, you don't buy your firearm on the tables. on show you see currency, you want to check it out or you want to see anybody that's pick up anything. If you're, ah, no, I got enough of that, I don't need that. I started the program, I had a major wind all night until we are, again, something's got to be pushing front, so, lean flash 916 in the morning. The next storm front's probably on its way with this wind, gee, it's like, we say more, you know, you say Senate and everybody goes, yeah. There's a reason for that too because of who it is that's kind of been screwing it. The Senate did something interesting here the other day, as you probably know by now. You think they're listening, people? They tried to tack on the, let's give free stuff to the Mexicans bill to donate a district, which is like a guaranteed, it's going to pass. We just gotta give them the money no matter what happens to the other money that's attached. Well, everybody looked at the bill. Now, part of this is because they could turn and look at some of the people in the room right now. and know that lame duck, lame duck, lame duck, where are those men? They're going quack, quack. Normal. Quack, normal. Normal. Good job. Maybe their job. Three month memory span now. My goodness, the Tea Party thinks to all these allies in the Senate. The guys have actually sent a message and they're trying to desperately show that, oh no, I don't wear a listing. Highly probable that they are going to lose action for a little while, guys. Like a couple years. But you've already shown that you have enough of a memory that you can month after month and then walk up, go to the booth and go, shall we say, election gunshot, go over the system. Anyway, so that's where we're going right now. What's interesting about this too is that many of the pair of characters that have actually flip-flopped really weren't going to be affected for, you know, in the immediate future, necessarily. In and of itself, speaking of, you know, volumes about what kind of effect programming has on the micro effect, Patriot movement in general, and our efforts to pull so that they know what. this any damage was people could then hopefully go what is that fault? We tried to do what we were supposed to do. Those lame ducks, those poor guys that went into the Senate at 9 o'clock and they passed the thing without all of us knowing, which is also going to be that. The moment somebody starts saying that they just didn't know, then absolutely everybody that says that or anybody who comes up with a bobble-headed nod on that, we ask them. They need to be fine. When they try to pass all of this UN nonsense, what is going to happen? Uh oh. I have a fire. extra help her here. When they try this, they'll make the effort. We're not going to get caught flat-footed on this. We're going to have to pay attention to what it is that's going on. And then if they do the, we're going to outlaw everything, they'll probably have to fight over the issue. Planning on going into a conflict because we just want to do this for the fun of it. There are things that are worth fighting and if they're stupid enough to think they can get away with that, we're just figuring out how to deal with it. Okay? We have a lot of work mostly again, Senate watches, in motion, high speed, and too young to be running around the alarm. I have the cattle arm going. We're going to have to be paying attention and we're going to have to keep an eye on it on a regular basis. It means watching, you know, actually having people in, not just from the distance for X-Tree, but we have a lot of people who are out there who can assist us, who can help to make it happen. Everybody in, and we're going to have to throw the bodies where they accordingly. People putting boots on the ground, and find ourselves I'm gonna set a pause and I think I'm gonna have to... This is some raw stuff right here, maybe. I'll be right back here in a few moments with... But I gotta assist somebody to make sure you get back in that box where they belong. Right here in the micro-effect in the morning. It's a battle for the heart and mind and soul and the people for our freedom and our liberty. Gonna give the music that who knows right now. A beautiful Friday. Heavy metal microwave. Party by the way, Andy is Friday. Well it could be Heavy Metal Friday, but it's not Heavy Metal Friday, you're the micro fact. Anyway, I gotta get you up this morning one way or another, cause it's Friday and you are not gonna lay in bed, stare at the end coast. It's a machine gun shoot. Make sure you get to that. You're going to attend, uh, hmm, down there. And uh, let's take the time, man. and of course combat military manual, the operas bolt rifle. You want to compete, that's not a problem. But in order to participate, know how it works, 5029224457 find out if there's space available, the competition still will be a part of. And then you have to go through it or you can go over there guys and check things and drive over. Everybody and there are always so many slots. This is an actual competition where you went to Knob Creek. Who's the last shooter at Knob Creek? Well, well, that can happen too. and somebody has to be left. And you get a chance to test your weapon against other individuals who have similar skills. 029224457, that's 5029224457, but Kanob Creek, I'm sorry, Knob Creek, west .40177, and I'll tell you, it is, the way things are going right now, we're going to be making Knob Creek because there is both the machine gun shoot on the main range, the gun show right behind the range. No, no, no, you don't have to go a mile away or anything. The gun show and also right behind is a range road that's behind the main building. You walk along and decide who you want to go and do business with and you find something you like. Magazines, ammunition, weapons, parts. There's where your gun show itself is under the big pavilion and then there's the little... So there's a lot to property. Let's say up at the main gate it's a long walk, 100 yards from one end of the range of the range. Within walking distance you want to get out there and check this out. If you haven't taken a family, that you've got your, not forget, hearing protection, hearing protection, you know, camp on site. Remember, you can camp, there's pretty much unlimited. I can't see them filling up. They've got plenty of places to put people for camping, so there is room to make your tents and all that gear you bought that you said, you know, you were using to prepare what's coming. Well, guess what? Here's a great way to have some fun and experiment with the gear you bought to put a family tent, can be a camper, be whatever. There's room for all the above and more, you know, down there at Canob Creek. Anyway. is 634 on the left coast. You're supposed to be up and out of bed. Oh, look at that. Here's that coffee. I spilled that one more time. What is in there? Well, at the very least, there's Michigan Wawa. Remember Wawa? That was Helen Keller Wawa. Okay, he's got some brown stuff. So unless Helen did something strange and dipped it out of the wrong pot, because she would to be safe, oil factory testing here includes sniffing and all that. I'm sorry, one more time. For Friday now, are you ready? Yeah, get out of that bed, get out of that bed, and head on down the road? Well, if you are, again, be careful. People weren't thinking about driving. Hey, time for me to do this part of the program. We got our clouds to go. And they're being pushed big and figured that eventually we're going to see our weather front moving in here. Not going to be pretty for the weekend. Probably going to be pretty darn full in Michigan. So you got to expect that. Now another thing, this weekend, duh, they're going to be up and online. A lot of you have been listening in. Well, it sounds like they talk. They just make statements. Radio Geeks, you all know guys, you do a check-in typically. They do that, but they do it in a the programming for a bit. The idea is that everybody gets a chance to talk about subjects that are near. So everybody's having to try and listen. You've got to tweak the dial. You continue to track the signal. LibertyNet is on from 10 p.m. to 2 a.m. on 3950, 10 p.m. to 2 a.m. 6, sneak up and down from there depending upon the ability. Now even if I give you the frequency, I find that by your 1, guys, 949s, it affect the signal. And not the least, it went perfectly calibrated sometimes. And so you're off just because the numbers are off. found it and that's what a variable is. Turn the dial, you know, you don't sound like a Star Wars pilot. Yeah, 10 p.m. to 2 a.m. Sunday. 3, some net. A.m. to 5 a.m. 2 a.m. to 5 a.m. or earlier. Later. Depends on propagation, how the sun looks, skylands, and let's not forget we've got solar flare 50 going up the dial if need be. If we have any interference or we have somebody else on that signal. Yeah, that's the case guys. We're on somebody else. We go, no, I'm gonna stay up for possum net. People will get in, where's the baton? on the morning during right now stumbling along the mighty morning in your early natural to work you make the money the effort on that note speaking of have you donated to the michael effect this morning have you donated to the michael effect of my is fighting out now the day where you know you have some you know effort and clams shocker pick whatever term you want to use guys you've got something in the way of a real good drop on some of the asking if you can take the time go to make or effect dot com the michael effect dot com the when you get there the There's a chip in page where you can do a general donation. You can also give them a 68. That's a 68. That's a make to the micro effect call. Tell them thank you by the way because these people put up with a whole lot of trouble. Pull them in. Joe McNeil has this crazy roostacombe walk because he's pulled all the hair out of his head on one side, then on the other because he switched phones. Try to balance out and he did. Now he has symmetry. Well you guys, hopefully if you've ever seen Joe, him with that and a beard, oh, micro effect please. For a reason, because I have to do this on the radio. I do not want to see Joe worrying about before the end of the month needs to be done. If we can get this out of the way, you know what, you got some breathing, you can focus on the job done, things to help promote technologies. Some people go, well, only, you know, I just don't think the person of them rather than just simply jump on the phone and rattle off a few things and have to, oh, gotta go, gotta take a pretty darn good sponsor. MicroFect's been around a long time, in one form or another, and guess what, there's people even longer that have been doing this, such as that freeze-dried guy. You've got many other people out there job done and information out there that's needed. All of you out there, it needs the micro effect. And we got, oh there's that first big, pregnant, rainy, cloudy thing going by. No way, what a surprise. For Friday, oh and it's not a small one, it's a precursor to this big massive wave that's headed out, it's like a big line across the sky, people on about a border. That's a trickler rain when it gets here. It's already over, it's probably not over. It's not outside, it needs to be done still. But you might have noticed that. Now waking up, so you're just tuning in the micro effect. One of the things that is not remembered when it comes to you might have pets. Now a lot of you that already have pets take them seriously, not going to abandon our animals. One, they serve a person that I have around here. Just plowed the South. Now had it not been for the fact that we have the legion of cats that we have here, they're a black hole. You get to the microphone even as we speak. Well the black holes teams here don't need to be fed a lot. In fact if you keep them on the hungry end, the Holstein cat, especially, or the Michigan Black Panther cat are really good for, shall we say, carnivorous, but decimating the mice. Well, we plowed the South Field, and of course the fence line is right. The cats were along the fence line, and then there was much gnashing of teeth, rending of hair, and chewing of mouse. Now otherwise, they would have probably decided that this piece of property would be much more desirable to live in. So the symbiotic relationship that is very positive the feline, feline is Maximus here, is that they do their job and they get a little favor. And that should be the thing to remember. But you're going to need to actually keep them fed. No, that doesn't mean you can't improvise. Somebody's going to go, or maybe some very, or maybe you're going to just eat everything. Everybody goes, huh? Yes, you haven't really starved yet. When you starve, you're going to find out, or when you're hungry, you're going to find that not very much of anything is going to go to waste. Scraping off the extra mole, small in your munchkins, and everybody is, somebody tries that, have some material you know some food cycle local just give a big but no i think the animals in general like people are going to be much leaner now the next thing i know people are saying summer chuckling going yeah yeah well they'll be all the other one i turn into a four-legged chicken with two chicken necks well don't you know a you see front onto legs for and then that will tell you chopping the haters to chicken necks the chicken next by themselves and you get cat litter makes again uh... one of the top of the problems people are going to think about eating most everything he said that remind everybody uh... called I'm not, I'm bringing up a serious subject here that furrier laws were set up so that if you were to raise rabbits, a lot of you raised them, you know, use them for meat, you use them for fur, hides, or you actually proud to keep it. By law, if you sold it commercially, and you'll see this up in camp, I'll qualify that in a second, they had to keep the fur on the front and the front paws on the animal, in fact, in general. Why? If you dress out Mr. Kitty, unfortunately, Mr. Bunny, like a good old bug, That's why depression money is not one of your first choices. We've got other things to be using in that direction. On the other hand, don't tell me about Korea and know exactly what's going to keep your house from black eyes. Because anything else you can imagine because it's out of mind until you open a dr- In-depth defense, this is an organic model that we've had for thousands of years around with man. The felinist, maximist, the kitty cats. I don't plan on anything with cats. I think there's all kinds of other things. Hey, we have a caller. Go ahead, Bill. Jump in there, sir. They have a California marina hammock. from fishnet rated like it fits nice is. One of the things that came in, it was very popular, is like in the Caribbean, you found it, and for the very reason where you got this, you know, even at night, if you're going to be going out there and doing a little shrimping, or if you're in a pool, hammocks or something, just remember these are make copies, and the copies are rare now. Tented, they could be grounded, but it was designed to be hung, and it had, you know, it had a conventional tent, with a zip in wall, spanning upon. good choice. I don't know without the, I would think where you'd probably want to look for the floor shipping supply. You know, and Marina Hammocks did. Marina Hammocks is the only reason I called and talking about maybe. So I got a map of, I wanted to get your picture. But remember, it is, and so that as quickly as you can, remember that they're not going to be about the deep rail where it goes out of the countryside. Got secondary across the thing to consider is that they will be watching too. The one nice thing about it is that there's a whole bunch of rail lines though. And this is why a rail map is a They did not use or it looks like they're operational but the tracks already been pulled. They're on the map still. We have a bunch of those here where some of them have gone on a bit. Or if they did, they picked them up, stole them, rolled the tracks up. The cool thing that I like about that is if you do a proper physics of that track, remember it bridges even small. They spend a lot of money bridging the small little rivers and streams. Oh my goodness, I gotta get wet again. We'll try and keep your feet dry. Another thing about it, if it can handle a multi-tongue train, you're a four-wheeler handling the old bridges, or you have to go slow. If it's a 20-wheeler, cases they left the bridge cost money to pull them out, and they also wanted to keep them for fair cases. They may have pulled the bridge out because of the Natural Waters Act. So you have to be cautious. You can work them together for the rest of the group. So if you're on foot, none of you have a problem. I mean, even if you do have to get wet a little bit, the nice thing is I've got tracks I can show you that are over here in the Picney Recreation Area or over west of Ann Arbor logging days. The beds are completely, can drive a shovel and find the limestone, you know, a few inches down underneath the ground cover of the soil. We have a tank on it right now and it wouldn't affect the toil. Go ahead and give that out again a couple times so everybody can hear that. Okay, center, it's around. Setting up signal technologies, guys. We've talked about radios. Well, guess what? You go to the ham fest, it'll all you. Just like a gun show, it'll all come to you. And sometimes, the reason you want to go to it is guys that show up, it's like, They've got stuff they get rid of and they either throw it away as industrial waste or it's old pong and a dance from them because they're getting rid of an item. Then he brings it to the show because that person wants to turn on, you name it, everything. The E-Handheld Radio sets. Somebody had a whole pile of them and they switched out to the radio and they usually just sound like what I'd count the other day here. They threw a box of them. We got the new radio and it's like, sure, cool. I love that one. Well, I hear the music. One last thing real quick. They're starting to put a bunch of video conferencing system on Humvee. I do a lot of work on basses. And there's a big push right now to do that. It's like the stylops. We can't make a decision ourselves. Anyway, donate to the macro effect. What more can I say? Very good. Thank you, sir. God bless. We are at the table. You want to close with me? Yeah. How about let's do this. God bless the republic. down to the New World Order. I know I got it wrong. We shall prevail. The Empire is on the run? I can't remember right now. That's okay. We're on the march. I caught you off-guard. Where is you thinking about trying to get back to work? I know that too. Well, we are on the march and we're at times marching down and the clouds are right over above us now. It looks like we're getting rained down here off of Michigan. We're gonna go to break, we'll be back. By the way, did you donate to the Micro Effect this morning? Guys, I'm gonna harp on you, you know I'm gonna use that word a lot. We need your help, I wanna get this out of the way. We cannot wait till the last minute. Please do what you can, if you've never pitched him before, do it now. 888-707-1968. We'll be back in about six minutes here, on the Micro Effect. Good morning, it's Friday. Grab that cup of coffee. Evidence, Janssen. Even raccoons respect the authority of a man with good nutrition. That's me. Now what's going on here? Well he started it, sir. I was trying to clean this fish and he tried to take it from me. Yeah, well you must have looked a little wimpy. Sir, I'm hungry. Johnson, if you'd have brought your own supply of freeze-dried food from the freeze-dried guy like I told you, you wouldn't have to be out here picking on the cute little animals. You might give anything for a big chunk of protein right now. Johnson, don't salivate us on becoming a marine. I'm sorry sir, I should have called the Freeze Dry Guy. I've bugged you, Donut Johnson. You're suffering your MREs and I'm enjoying chicken a la king, lasagna, bacon and eggs for breakfast. Sir, shut up. Johnson, sorry sir.
