Hey, Evelyn, jump in there, please. Thank you. You asked me to call back, and I did prepare a little bit of something. I hope you give me five or 10 minutes. Absolutely. Go right ahead. OK. First of all, I want to thank the Micro Effect for making these calls available. I did want to say about your airwaves thing that you are, I was reading Ecclesiastes 8 and it says, a man's wisdom maketh his face to shine. And I have heard people say that you have grown and so forth, but my husband and I, when we met you about 15 years ago in Canton, Ohio, we felt that you have the same wonderful qualities then that you have now. So we appreciate you. The other thing I wanted to say was about the people, your listeners. This program is really not a program. It's a scaffolding to be built on, a foundation. I believe that you don't really have an audience, that you have listeners who are participants and that that is the goal. Yes, we don't need one of them, Mark. We need a million of everybody doing what we're doing. Yes, exactly. We don't need clones, we just need each of us to do what we can do where we're at. This includes the youngest boys and the youngest girls and the lads growing on and the men and the women and the maidens and the old ladies too. And I'm an old lady. I live in the ghetto, deep in the ghetto in Cleveland, Ohio. And you're not offering entertainment, you're offering what is equipping. equipping us for the future. And even like the old ladies or young ladies, what we need to learn is not to be wearing clothing that is tight and so forth, but ample so that we can have our equipment nicely camouflaged. So there's lots of things to learn here. I called because of the law. because of people not being able to get their benefits. And I, we've been in a unique position to discover this and I thought maybe I could help as far as the veterans benefits. As far as law goes, I would ask everyone to put the leather between your teeth and fight, because this is going to hurt. Basically, everything we thought we knew about law is usually wrong. There is an old scripture, there is an old saying that says if you want to hide something from people you put it in the Bible. All of the law that we need to know as Americans is there. It was succinctly stated in the unanimous declaration where all men are created equal and endowed by their creator with certain unalienable rights. Once we start I've always heard people say well, I don't believe I'm gonna create equal well They don't say I'm the less equal they think there's a more equal So it's a very unique thing and in American law It has nothing to do with British common law. We're not descended from British common law. We don't have a thing to do with it What has been happening in this country? I believe is that? we have been we see it as trying to put on Saul's armor to fight Goliath. And Saul's armor is a death knoll. We need to just have five smooth stones and get that one out there and zing them right in the forehead and then cut their head off. And that's the way the Scripture reads. And so we don't need to go out there and learn statutes and resolutions. They haven't passed a law since the war to end all wars. That wasn't an idol saying World War II was the war to end all wars because there has not been anyone who has standing to claim a war or declare a war since then. So God has put the law as he has his dear son on the lowest shelf in the cookie jar so that the children can access it. And it is simple, it is easy to understand, it is duplicatable. And everything is the same in law, in American law, and that is the big secret that the powers that be do not want us to know. And what this is is that law resides at the township or the county level. Back in the day, we used to register our brands for our animals at the township. and we're not registering, we're not turning it over to a state or a township. We're showing a claim. And when we claim something, we get a certified copy back in the scriptures in the Old Testament. Abraham bought the cave of MacPhela with current money and he made sure, made sure his claim. That is, he got a certified, exemplified copy out. of his claim. And we need to do that because, as you said when I called in before, Mark, they burned down the recorder's offices and we can reconstruct the claim by showing that we have the seal of our government. Our government is in place at the recorder's level. That's why they want us to not have access to the recorder's seal. That's where the seal is. When we have served in the service, my friend, I told this before, but you asked me to do it again, my friend is 65 years old, her husband is my age, 67, and his mom, who is 87, was saving his service papers all these years and finally gave them to her a year ago. And they had the original envelope in that paper that she gave her. And it contained the instructions of what to do with your service record. And what you do is you take it to the recorder's office and you get its files and get a certified copy out. So we have the original plus we have a certified copy, at least one. with the seal, the governmental seal. Now this seal cannot be dishonored anywhere in America. It stands as law. When we file something, we would, back in the day, get a file to find a copper mine or something, we would take our ore to the county seat and get it assayed and get it recorded. And that would be a claim, and then no one could jump our claim. And that law is exactly the same today. There is no, the only way that the claim can be jumped is if we give it up. And so we need to have this evidence, it's called legal evidence, to present this to the Veterans Administration and say here. And they do not have standing Since they are all insolvent debtors, I don't personally, now this part is opinion, I do not believe the so called United States is bankrupt because, and this is why, because a bankruptcy takes a court action and I have yet to have someone point out to me where there was a court action, a court hearing where the United States was declared bankrupt. What they are is insolvent debtors. they can actually do on that note was real qualify that for a way consider this the instrument there the instrument generator in theory they can't ever really bankrupted that the promise people try to grasp a term that you know if you thought about the people can understand that's really what it is people can understand bankrupt but the term insolvency is more appropriate it's not that they aren't they've got that they can't generate more paper it that does anybody want it There's the key. Insolvency is where you can generate all kinds of fictional bonds or stocks. Think about this. A company that's generating stocks right now can go from being a stockholder company with shares of $5 next week, penny stocks. And nobody is buying them. So there's an example of what we're trying to really the hardest thing to explain. I very seldom use the term bankrupt for this system for that reason. I understand. In fact, you've given a good point because That's one of the things we need to understand about our system. Unfortunately, our system has a bunch of saran wrap over it. You can clearly still see the old trappings and the old instruments, the old devices. They've been layered over with jello. It's not just saran wrap anymore. It's thickness of jello in some cases, like two or three inches worth of debris, detritus of the garbage that you almost look past. And they want you to think that. We don't want you to look at the problem. They want you to think that the problem and that is not the issue at all. people to think for themselves, God willing, that we must not be pulled away into what is called insurrection. We must always be found to have the correct foundation in law. We can't be setting up some other place to record things, some other offices. We have everything already. It's there. It's just that we have to have access to it. Remember in the unanimous declaration, it says they think they didn't even have access to their records. Exactly. Hold right there, because I know you've probably got more to cover. Just a couple minutes. That's okay. If they're diversionary tactics, if they're strategies, if we start thinking in strategy, which I know you do, it's a huge strategy. And bankruptcy is part of the false armor, those kinds of terminology that they wish us to get, to want to become familiar with. We need to learn what the lawyers know and all that stuff. We do not need to know anything a lawyer knows. That's a big diversionary Goliath. We just beat the five smooth stones of the law to zing them really good. They do not have what is called standing because of the law, just like gravity, the law is very simple. We understand what gravity is and we can't ignore it. And what we can't ignore is that the borrower is serviced to the lender. Therefore, if someone is an insolvent debtor, they are not running their own operation. And not only that, but they have no standing to make claims, or what is called an American law, standing to sue. If we present a lawful evidentiary claim with a seal on it, there is no one in so-called government that can supersede that seal. The only way we can have that seal, the effectiveness of the legal evidence of that seal destroyed is for us to agree to negotiate and argue about it. One of the things to explain, let's kind of send with words, true. There are different dictionaries to establish the language of the hand. Then what unfortunately happens, everything else, Mera always describes it, they've tried to make it look so... The problem is that Americans like to pick things. We are kinked physically, but you know we reach into that bowl, we can grab one strand, we will follow it. See the bad guys figure, it's so confusing, I'm so upset, oh, Evelyn I don't know what to do. In reality what happens is we start pulling. look, when I pull on this end of the spaghetti string, I see something over there. Follow this through. Look, it's like a meatball. Look at that. And that's one of the things that's critical is understanding back in the 60s and 70s, they started to do the relative and they took it into everything else intentionally. Originally, you know, Einstein's, hey, I got you, I got you. What happened is they said, well, you know, everything is relevant. And that's a key phrase. Remember that term? Well, everything is relative. No, that's not true at all. And I got into this debate before I knew everything I know now, because you never know everything. And this big argument with an English teacher in college. And it was, well, you know, words change, so that changes the, you know, document or changes the end of it. Whoa, back up here. If that's the case, then all of our checks and balances. And I got, this was a woman actually that was a younger person, and she was taught, she was actually not that old a teacher. She was being conditioned by somebody else who was giving her agenda. And I said, wait a minute, back up here. That would mean that you could virtually, you know, alter the definition and we'd we'd we'd we'd all your way out of a contract. And she stopped from as you as one. If you're telling me that we're, you know, we're, you know, we're, you know, we're, you know, we're, you know, we're, you know, we're, you know, we're, you know, we're, you know, we're, you know, we're, you know, we're, you know, we're, you know, we're, you know, we're, you know, we're, you know, we're, you know, we're, you know, we're, you know, we're, you know, we're, you know, we're, you know, we're, you know, we're, you know, we're, you know, we're, you know, we're, you know, we're, you what the founding fathers said, the illusion that the object would still be there. But they're going to tell you it means something completely different from what it originally intended. And that's the case with most, that's for everybody listening. That's really what we're talking about here because it's not as complicated. People think or want it to be more complicated because we've been conditioned to that. It's a cookie jar on a low shelf. Yeah. Absolutely. It's hard thinking. that is complicated, we have defeated ourselves. Because this is a huge, massive, diversionary tactic. It's like the movie Independence Day with that thing in the sky. Did you ever see that movie? Yeah. Well, that's what this law thing is that they've made up. They only pass resolutions. House joint resolution. Those are not laws. For a law in America, it's like this. It's supposed to say, be if enacted, and then it's supposed to say one sentence, one thing. That's all. Not 6,000 pages, like Brady Bill 1 and Brady Bill 2 started off and all these other ones carried on. Because I don't know if you know this, but I think we talked about this before, but I'm not sure if it's Brady Bill 1 or 2, but if you have more than a month's supply of food in your home, you're guilty of a felony called hoarding. They don't even have a standing to pass a law. They can't pass a law, but they keep calling it law. As far as making a claim for the people who are in great difficulty with the Veterans Administration, if someone can go in with their papers, and say that here's my original that you sent me and here's the certified copy from the recorder's office and this is like the seal on it and I would like to receive my benefits now. And if they don't, I, in my, this part is my opinion, my opinion is I would not go to an attorney, I would go to a small claims court. And the reason is, is because regular court is what's called argument hearings. They don't have evidence. Your evidence will not be seen. So, but in small claims, it's about claims. And you don't need an attorney, you just walk in with a claim. That's my opinion. And because we're not holding anybody, we've got fire with each attorney who is just playing pussy with them arguing. And there's another issue here and that is the fake state. I'll tell you what, stay right there one more time. You got a little bit more time with us? Yes, okay. You stay right there. And it's where they have the power to define Ocensus. So definitions are everything. And so everything that we do should be styled correctly and we should use the correct American terms. The things that we're being taught are un-American. For example, just to give you a small example, would be like, I feel your pain, or I'm sorry for your loss, or those kinds of things. Those are not American terms. I don't know where they came from. The Tavistock Institute or a committee of 300 or whoever, but they're, you know, things like Teen Ager, Generation GAB. They've been pulling this stuff on us for a long time and we need to get back to our pure American thoughts instead of using these things where they have. They give us the words and then they define the words and then they tell us where we're living in a virtual state instead of the state that we have that has meats and bounds and we live on the land and where people were living souls. You mean like politically correct? And people are doing this, like for one of the biggest that really upsets me, which people do not seem to get, I don't know, I harp on it a lot and probably people think I'm a mag, but to be calling ourselves humans. A human is a species, it's not a Bible term. We're mankind, male and female created, he's them, Adam, man. And so we're genders. and we were not humans, humans as a species. And that's the goal for us to become cattle. And for us, is that the drug laws and I- or the drug laws, the resolutions, pretty much based on man or other animals. We genocide. We are a peculiar people with a peculiar belief in the unanimous declaration of independence. that we are endowed by our creator with certain unalienable rights. Rights which we do not have to pass a test. I don't have to have a certain amount of intelligence. I don't even have to have even been born to have these rights because I'm endowed when I was created by my creator. And so I'm not related to a tomato or a monkey or anything else. And so that's the big thing. We can't be calling ourselves human beings. We're not. What's interesting about this, and we're going to have to let you go in a second here. I don't want to hang on. I'm sorry. No, that's OK. I've just got to clear the line to touch on. And I think we might have another call. We've been patient. But anyway, reinforce the idea right from the whole idea of we've got a lot of the veterans that are coming out of the service. You actually have another official location where your records are. And that in and of itself is the way it is how it is. And it will also create an insurance policy. can't try to deny later, especially. I think the next thing to watch, even though physical records mark my word just like they're doing in the electronic, that, A, there they want to lose them. There they'll always have a place where they'll back up to back up to back up because they want to be able to steal your guns. With government files, notoriously, once they get in an electronic format, they will be lost. It's not an if, it's not be a compromise. And then you should prompt secure the documents, and I recommend putting all those documents in a fire, even if you have to bond or make one. I put them in something that's going to secure the document, would point out my policy was I was taught to do everything in copy for myself and I made two other copies and I constructed a separate that I had. And that's to prove it because guys down the road, the system, try everything you can to wiggle. It's like an insurance company, you know, they aren't. Everything you can to wiggle, I get the job done, you got to keep their feet to do that, you have to have your documents in it. Make sure that the copies, for example, when you get your certified copy out of the recorder's office, make sure it has the raised seal on it, and make sure you have a number of them, because this Xerox copy will not do. Now, you can get some rain on occasion and it's purely a matter of the throw of the dice. So you want to take a poncho, take some rain gear with you. Just in case, but remember it can get wet and then it can get really hot. On the other hand, we get a front coming in out of the west there and go in the other direction and be rather cool. Again, you get wet and then you get cool, then you get wet. Okay, again, a poncho, a Gore-Tex, you know, jacket, whatever, you pick out something, whatever is your favorite. Well, take it with you, make sure you got it in hand because you're going to need it. You can buy stuff there, but if you've already got gear, take it with you and take it back. We all want to take some foam earplugs. Yeah, and you only bought one pair. Well, yes, you can buy more, but that's a dollar you could spend on a whole bunch of other cool stuff if you had it. You know what I mean? If you had the money there, you don't want to spend it on stuff that you can get foam earplugs back. But on the other hand, the Geek magazine or at one part, you could have had more So again, think ahead, take the extra stuff. Take water and take some more water. The range is up away. You don't know who's going to show up with the ammunition deal. Some of the ammo dealers clean their stay, the two ton truck, and pick up another truck load. And they got back Friday morning, and they offloaded Friday morning. And guess what happened, Don? sold out Friday so guess what they had to do a third time go send the two-ton truck or a five-ton truck back over and get another full load of ammo and you know what they didn't take anything home to give you an idea again of what you're looking at one show also beautiful scenery to come up from the kite you've got a beautiful valley scene off to the which is the north to come in yeah you can take the short hop and go around all of that but you know hey come up mountain good roads I've never seen it really in bad condition camera and do some quick click click once you get up on top of the mountain well actually it's another valley off to your little one it's got a lot of pastel yeah take the wife and kids everybody come along you'll have some fun and remember it's the only go once you want to take and you know want to rub that in because mountain creek is not that far away right now third seven and oh and lay out two weeks and a few days guys two weeks in a day to the eight oh that's not that far out if you're still going to be going make sure you square everything away and plan ahead accordingly other stuff going on.
