The name of the case is McDonald v. City of Chicago. Many thought this issue had already been settled in favor of gun ownership by the Supreme Court's decision two years ago in D.C. v. Heller. But that case merely held that the federal government could not ban handgun ownership, and the question remained as to whether the Second Amendment would be applied against state and local gun control laws. In this year's case, Justice Sam Alito wrote for the court that self-defense is a basic right, recognized by many legal systems from ancient times to the present day. The Second Amendment is incorporated against the states by virtue of the Due Process Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment and the Chicago Gun Control Law is thereby unconstitutional. This case took many months to the side and the opinions of the justices filled 214 pages, including contentious arguments between justices Scalia and Stevens. Justice Clarence Thomas agreed with the decision, but wrote separately that the Second Amendment protection should be extended via the Privileges and Immunities Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment, rather than the Due Process Clause. Justice Scalia wrote, I have acquiesced in the courts incorporation of certain guarantees in the Bill of Rights because it is both long established and narrowly limited. Regardless of the different reasons, the result is that all gun control laws, whether federal, state or local, are now subject to the protection of the right to keep and bear arms set forth in the Second Amendment. If we don't stand up to protect everybody's rights then all I have any great love for certain are some that I have no use for at all. It's a standard that we must maintain. When we see a little 90 pound girl beat on by two roided thugs in a cell And we're able to see it because, well, gee, they love having cameras in place so they can ogle that same girl if she has to use the bathroom. Ever thought about that? When you see that camera where there's that holding cell where that little 90-pound girl is standing there in the cell and she's at the door and needs her weight, I'd put her into the room, put her to the ground, and with her face down and, of course, bleeding, those punches that would put down a man my weight. I'd have to hurt him. I'm sure as hell with a 90-pound person, it'd be like beating a on a rag doll, just beating on a rag doll. In fact, after the first two hits, that's all she was, was a rag doll. And that's the creatures. This is the mindset. What's interesting is the kind of creatures you're dealing with. But here's the thing, guys. If she wasn't beat down, who's watching those cameras? What men are watching those women? Do you use the bathroom or watching that woman if she's supposed to change out into clothes or watching that woman? See, there's an example of just what kind of perverts and is it any different if a woman is watching a man and they're in that kind of a position of authority for their services it what you're not about now that's not the point it's called a standard good for the goose is not supposed to be groping or a woman how is it right for some female to be groping in searching a man not because are unsensitive that's because i have a decorum a standard a western civilization standard a benchmark that were supposed to meet all the time. Well, one is a ring knocking spit swine. and he's got a couple characters in uniformers or guy of course they've been going back and forth and he doesn't like what the guy said because in and by the way in council chambers they're supposed to kind of like on the senate house floor personally the characters are you know staying back and forth these are two council members well the cops followed this guy out as their yapping senatewards back and forth and the moment that they get out past the sliding door the character beat him in the back of the head and then beat this guy down and is beating on him right there outside the window right outside the chambers right where everybody can see and some people looking at him, oh my goodness, and people are so like, oh my god! And this character is specifically a bullet whose job it is to beat on that person. In Chambers, that's where you want to yap, you want to bite, you want to bark, you're supposed to do anything because it is supposed to be a point of debate, a place where if you get sharp, be an adult, grow up, live with that. See, that's something we don't understand too because we've forgotten or we've failed to pass on tradition and histories in America. If you don't have any history, then you don't have any heritage. If you don't have any heritage, you will act like a pack of animals when the time comes with no clue about performance. This is where, again, the very matrix of civilization, the very integrated, and I'm not talking about the scumbag ring knocking BS. I'm talking about decorum that was established by people themselves without the secret societies and all the other nonsense which they claim is, well, this is it, we're the reason that, no you're not. The work ethic of the regular person, a lot of people, and what the ring knockers in the form of the kosher mafia do is the parasymphe comes in and latches to the man. And I'm not just talking about the worker comrade, I'm talking about producer. Parasite versus, and all these parasites progressively because of the very nature of what their mechanism does aren't the smartest and brightest but are the ones who understand and use fuggary against the people. A good government's job was to organize to ensure that we could keep in check or put down that organized crime. How should we deal with it? And you can't retreat anymore. There isn't any place to retreat. You were at the point where, and this happens cyclically, there were places to go way back in the day. Not really. Let me point this out, is that yes, you could go to a place where there was less oppression on other populations. And so there was a really, back in the day when there was the West and it was called Ohio and Kent. Kentucky and Tennessee. Oh look at that, the cabin's being burned. All the fields are being ravaged. All the families are all formula you see. The ability to live on chos, inner retentive, controlling, pushing, pushing to tax, tax, it's your life, life, life. Aird people out there that have been in this effort are thinking, I'm in California, I'm gonna run to Maine, I'm in Michigan, I'm gonna run to Montana, I'm in Montana, I'm gonna run to Texas, I'm in Texas, I'm gonna run to Tennessee. I'm in Tennessee and I'm going to run to Florida. Oh, don't go to Florida. That's one of the worst of the bunch, like California. But the point is that when you look at all of this, guys, some places, yes, we do have to have what's called strategic withdrawal, perhaps. And California is one of those places that on the one hand we've got some great patriots, we've got people that have been out there for years, and they're either going to have to, the people that are amongst them are either going to have to and work much, much harder, or For instance, the idea is decide to abandon the location to the bad guys, let it... Okay, more and more the organized crime of government, the inner city of Detroit, for any kind of discipline, for any kind of standard, because of political correctness, Detroit, Goff went on down the road, threw the key keys at somebody and said, hey, congratulations, it's yours, I still want to be able to have the power, and ran that with shrug. But what was accomplished? Again, It used to be, and this is one of the things about socialists, let's relate to them as criminals. It used to be the first tier of socialists when they come into play, usually are somewhat bright, certainly not really believing anything that they're spewing in the way of rhetoric with regard to, oh, no they don't. And they have an agenda. And what they do, somebody dumber, as we said before, but they only steal about 10%. They leave 90% because they understand that you can't eat steak every day, you will not have steak at all. So, 10% and leave 90% to operate the system. Well, the next Box of Rocks criminals took over because there's somebody backstabbed somebody or betrayed somebody and they bring the feds in or they bring somebody else in or some power faction wants the character out. So he eventually gets bumped and another one of these characters comes to play. Well, who's next in line? Well, the character that's about 20% dumber than the one that just left. Did he know the machine or does he understand the mechanism and understand that you're supposed to leave 90%? No. so instead he steals twenty or thirty percent now the machine starts to live and we're talking about the public machine we're talking about industry we're talking about service ill economy we're talking about it is not just one account but all of the economy all of the only economy suffer white well because more craft and corruption more expecting more from what you know is becoming less because a few people realizing uh... this is think is getting pretty bad i'll tell you what was just so what we can hear uh... it's also restaurant somebody or so there little manufacturing business somebody get away from the swine there in these big core commercial so i'm combined well next happens is that either because of somebody wanted a backstab somebody again all look we have a federal investigation read that you got some other shyster that wants to bump out the character who's the president shyster look at blagovitch look what happened in chicago and understand is everybody said there's one that came up there too wasn't more of a criminal than blagovitch there's a classic example right there we are believe all and a piece of swill there, well, Samba Bama Ding Dong and all these other swine, Emmanuel, had something they wanted and they were trying to steal it and Blagovitch was trying to, you know, power play it the way all of them do and they didn't like it because he was the white guy. The rest of the, all the rest of the blacks were with the other guy they wanted and that's, look at the numbers, look at the characters, look at the cast of characters. I'm telling you between the Jewish mafia, the black mafia, and of course then you got the Polish mafia and you got the other mafia. Well, Bragavich was on the outs because he was the white guy at a bunch. The Jewish mafia hated him because he started to put the clamps on things. It was. Take a look at the cast of witnesses and characters and look at their backgrounds. You can map out who cammed the whole thing from the beginning. Anyway, back to Detroit. After Coleman Young was in there for so long, yeah, that thought that like you that the people are for good with that but anyway uh... that's right a scandal in every every year of colman young's administration where they tried desperately to undermine him so they could either keep him in check they were trying to push him out well he was fly in the boxer rocks but not a complete box rocks you know how to be a criminal he had underlings that work for him that got snapped first and then of course progress with a tactic or what did they were placing with well what we call fifty percenters re-like what the fifty percent or the next characters in line are the ones who have no clue how the system operated they have no understanding about crime operations now they should be run and so they're all these characters believe caviar and steak as well he i think every time i want to call its place when kohlin was a mayor at the manu gan mansion he had caviar and he had steak the holes were parties for didn't mean he didn't eat well every other day but we see was part of not that steel everything stealing was full of krugarans back when uh... nobody was supposed to have felt that concur grants because but then in the same breath america when young with a black mare and he had all pile of krugarans when it was illegal to have them well meanwhile protesting publicly about evil south africa because though it is terrible and then and we will not have anything to do with the pop-up state of south africa and meanwhile behind the scenes receiving boxes and crates and barrels who south africa was how we get paid off and now we have the black either dying off they were getting a bump out with a very short period of time each one of these has a half-life of the other are calling young surviving the longest of the long parade version of individuals one after another being popped out because help they were just a little greater than the rest not quite as smart and by the time you're done where there's a complete reversal in numbers and it's a very quick the fifty percent Eventually, they're trying to steal 60, 70, 80 percent. But here's the other problem. It's also a downward scale. There is less to steal. It's like right now. And you see this at the federal level. We just got rid of all of America's Americans or like 30 percent of America that's working is now working for all that less money that everybody said that we all had to adjust that scale there. The taxes, they want to trip quadruple. One of the reasons we're reaching an epicenter here for revolt. We're reaching a pinnacle here for a rebel fight. Whatever you want to call it is this. This is why they got to go after the government. The criminals are going to jack the biggest number of, largest number of taxes on all tiers and all levels that you've seen probably ever in your lifetime. Probably ever on the planet because nobody's ever been insane enough to let the fools, in that case, what we call these 10 percenters. The idiots that are presently in government are the 10 percenters. Not the 10, not the 90 percent, you know, let things run in 10 percent thief. The bunch you have now are the Boxer Rocks leftovers. Some of their most wicked leaders, let's see, Metzenbaum. There's an example. How many of you remember Metzenbaum from Ohio? He is a classic example of a crotchety kosher mafia piece of filth that did everything he could to do everything to undermine American heritage across the board. Metzenbaum, long dead now. He's dust. We go urinate on his grave every once in a while. Everybody should do that. Go urinate and defecate on these graves every once in a while, these sheisters on the other side. Actually, if you want to really have some fun, walk in with a bucket of pig slop. Pig feces. Dump it right on the grave. Best thing you can do. Quietly. I mean, after all, you're fertilizing. You can even leave flowers like that with pigs, you know, pigs will. Or pieces of pork chop. Put them right in the ground there. Put them right over top of the... the Metzenbaum grade, for instance. It's a good idea. Everybody will think, oh look, he's being nice to the guy. Yeah, yeah we are. They understand exactly what we think of him. The point is that these characters aren't anything new, but they're now at the epicenter of the 10% factor. Only about 10% is actually doing what it's supposed to do, if that, in most cases, is not even. Think about that. The characters you have, more! They're like, it's like these little petulant two-year-old, like, imagine something that's just disgustingly and it's like just reaching for everything at the table, it's sitting there and everybody else is wondering why aren't you doing something about this and even as it's ripping food off of everybody else's plate, even as it's reaching with a hand, with no spoon, into the mashed potatoes right in front of everybody, even as the slimy thing that hasn't taken a bath in so long that it's got greasy, oily, skunk skin matted, they got a snake slit of a regular eye. Ah yeah, that's right. Imagine this thing. This is what you have sitting at the table with you right now called the government. Let's put it that way. In front of you and it's demanding more. Now, it's going to be worried about the fact that, and it is, the thing is worried about the fact that we're better armed than the army on the planet. Right now America is better armed than any 10 armies, the top 10 armies on the planet. Now everybody goes, well we don't have artillery and we don't have tanks. Really? You don't think so? You don't think so? I'll emphasize this, you really don't understand what all has been going on in militia for years. People don't have. And by the way, we built all of what they have. We know how to make it, we know how to run it, make it, and make it work and keep it running. Think about that. So the slobs at the table, the slob wants more, more, more, and they're going to probably try to get the guns because they're worried about the fact you're going to run them away from the table so you can clean it up. Yeah, that's what they're worried about. Hopefully I've painted some specific pictures that help you understand. Those 10% swine aren't very smart, aren't very... they're not intelligent in any way, shape or form. They're not very coothed and in fact they are the ones that we're going to have to deal with. You're going to have to be an adult, grow up and help deal with it guys. Everybody. Some are kind of sitting in the shadows. It won't work.
