Maintenance on it, you might want to check all the screws, carefully get a good screwdriver, something that's going to be the proper size for all the screw points, and make a point of lubing lightly with whatever you want to, points on the weapon so there's not going to be a problem down the road. Hate to see a weapon like that lock up, but that's the most common problem. I was thinking about this last night. With all of our friends that have many firearms, we don't do red maintenance. and then when the time comes we need to disassemble the arm check points or lubricate that. Also again do a quick check on the magazine tube, back off your lubricate that lightly, just a little bit of whatever lubricant or you want to use. That way when the time comes if you got to do quick maintenance it's ready to roll. Forget about a light lube, verbally with a grease or I was talking about that the first, or Gibbs, but you want to put a lubricant on that surface because that's an adhesion point. Think about it, when you have a shotgun or a rifle, you stand it up on end. Well, guess what? Moisture builds up on the barrel, beads down and follows the path of least resistance and grabs onto where the barrel and because you're going to, you know, it worked. And then it's also worked, you know, taking the barrel on and off. You want to be able to get that barrel and comes. What you want to do is a light lubricant. You take your finger if you want, pour with a latex glove, some grease on the finger there on that index finger, get up inside there, inside the receiver and lube that first. Then make sure that you coat the barrel contact area too and then assemble the weapon again. Obvious that's pretty straightforward. The Ithaca is a you know, if it case where you're a righty or if you're firing on the corner it's straight down straight down and that thing unlike AR-15 where it you know defecates and it's all the Ithaca otherwise, what length have I really got on that one right now? Leave that just the way it is. Sean it that's the standard case of the bow. Well I've got a friend that he's changing and getting older and the eyesight's problem. Wherever wood makes contact or ever hand guards make contact, they always hide things. and before it happens, I cannot stress enough, disassemble per instructions, sick maintenance on all the metal, need to do the maintenance to keep that thing 100% for the next generation. Is it okay if I met you, do you think I got a good price, good Chinese front speed, no rib or anything, 50 additional dollars? Oh, that's a good buy. About 150, 100, 200 dollars with those other guns, that's about 300 dollars of what you receive them go for about nowadays at least, and most people who are selling these things know what they're worth. to five and six, no matter where you are in the country. Another thing on that note, remember, topping off. If you do fire and combat shotgun, there's a lot of courses that explain this. Keep thinking about topping off guys. One like most other things is with a stripper clip. for 12 dollars and not for 20 and are stainless stainless is the way to go guys and again what you do is when you use the stripper condition yourself to the idea that mag goes around and goes down you pull the stripper clip it goes right into your cargo pocket your popcorn pocket or your ditty bag that you're going to use for dumping your used magazines you do the same with the stripper clips you don't want to lose them they're stainless they're not going to be an oxidation problem you don't have to worry about any breakdown They're priceless for the weapon and the nagats we need more of those triple clips in service go ahead and give that contact point again We gotta let you go.
