Actually, beautiful weather out there and everybody had a great time with the barbecue, so we complain about that at all. Well, you know, Sunday was a little bit overcast. It wasn't necessarily warm per se, but Monday was great. I thought that you couldn't ask for better weather for what we were doing there on Monday. And with all the people there, because the building we were in, it really didn't have any heat. We didn't need any, but Sunday we could have used maybe a little something there to take off the edge. I tell you what, we're starting to feel the fall weather here. It's the right market to happen the same way. And Joe's getting it too. The summer is ticking away and we've actually had a pretty normal summer here. Except that we get some that are wetter than others. This was a wet summer. A lot of moisture. We still have a lot of green. Normally we'd have more brown out this time of year because we've been cooked. Yeah, we got cooked. We got warm. But we got the moisture to go with it. So we've got still a lot of green. usually the field grass will be browned by now. And that hasn't happened. So everything else is going to have a lot more of a growing season, getting ready for the rest of fall. We're going to have a monster cry category with everything looking the way it is. And that's all over the area. That's not just like our garden, we're talking in general. And everywhere. We've had a normal. So now we're going to get a normal. Well, you know, I remember the kid, you know, Things being you know as far as weather goes quite different from You know what we see today, and it seems like one just blast into the other you know It's summer bag you're in fall bag you're in winter time. You know there's no gradualism there. It's just a flip of the switch here, but this has been a pretty fair summer it's uh We got a lot of uh what we had a elongated summer there We you know the spring kept dragging along dragging along into some rain and they And then we had like two weeks of some, it wasn't as bad as, you know, like down south, we had some 90 degree weather and so forth. But for the most part, you know, we stayed about 70, 80. And all you had to do, you know, if it was a little too hot for you, you know, just go out in the national forest, get under the trees, man. You know, there's trees everywhere. And jaguars. And cougars. Yeah, and cougars. And predators. Did you tell everybody about that? Well, actually, yeah, we did. We were almost to Kamiay. We had this mountain lion that decided for some reason the front of our vehicle looked like it needed to be chewed on. Because the animal, you know, I've watched, you know, predators, I mean, you know, I've been in the wild one, you know, a lot. I've been watching up with everything else going on with animals. This thing wasn't in a mad run like it was trying to get past the car. It was more like there's something there that looks like it's tasty. I think I'm just going to go after it. It wasn't in a deep run where you only pray to the cats to get that run going. We got the apart way out and they're making tracks. And fortunately our driver, we did a little wait and we got the car back under control. We had brought on heading down to Kami I there and got in there just fine. But that was the big event just we got there and there's a lot of. I've got to tell you Mark, it would have been very impressive. to roll into town with a cougar laying on the hood. Oh yeah, we got to stretch out. Of course to get rid of the evidence we have to have cougar steaks real quick. Wait, you're not supposed to eat those? Yeah, well we will. Watch this. I got new neighbors. Some of these people out there that deal with you station, I can tell you one right now, Manny has really had some bad luck. He's been struck by lightning three times in the past two months. I sent him, I had an extra mixer board here and I sent him a computer, you know, helping him get back online and he got all that hooked up and then took a direct hit by lightning. So we're trying to get this guy back up. So if you have anything along the lines of mixer boards or microphones, you know, again, those kind of things. just contact me here at the station because these guys that are doing these low power stations on occasion, you know, like in this gentleman's case struck by lightning three times within two months. He's about as tapped out as you get as far as you know, finance is trying to pull himself back together. So anything along those lines. Or if you're in need of something, you know, this is something we used to talk about all the time. We haven't done it for a very long time. If you have a little station and you're in need of something, the idea has always been to let me know and I'll put the word out like I am this morning. Let people know what's needed.
